My blog does not open links in a new window. Sorry!  It is challenging to organize with interference happening. This article is about important news censored by the media, and my cyberstalkers (whoever they are) want you to trust the media without question.

Is something WRONG with Twitter today?  I was writing posts as KoffieTime to alert the public to how important it is to check alternative news sources and the Internet about important events because mainstream news is censored and controlled.  Everything was moving along well with my tweets until I informed the public that we cannot trust mainstream news to report anything that it is not authorized to report.  For instance, consider Thomas Arthur, on Alabama's death row.  Mainstream media reported on Arthur's case for years during Arthur's quest for DNA testing to prove his innocence and the numerous times he was granted stays of execution.  Finally this year, after 26 years in prison, Arthur was permitted to take a DNA test.  Everyone but Arthur must be disappointed with the results.  The media did not tell the public that Arthur's DNA tests eliminate him as a match for Troy Wicker's murderer, but I did.  The court actually SEALED Arthur's DNA test results proving him innocent that the forensic lab released in July, and the D.A.'s office continued plans to execute him.  I experienced much interference publishing Arthur's innocence.

A month after receiving Arthur's DNA test results, an Alabama district attorney was reported by Birmingham News to say he would ask for a death warrant for the man.  I was amazed to find that the reporter did not mention Arthur's DNA test results that eliminated him as the source of any crime scene evidence tested.  Perhaps Alabama yet intends to kill Arthur, because the mainstream media still does not report his DNA test results. I am an African American.  Plenty of my Care2 blogs have the www. that should be in their links replaced online with the word PRIMATE.  If you follow the links, you get to a picture of a monkey.  All of this is done because I publish news regarding disenfranchised people being victimized in America like my family was by The Cochran Firm Fraud.


The media's silence enables the continuing fraud against minority and disenfranchised persons by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm.  Johnnie has been dead for years.  The Cochran Firm had NO defense against my family's fraud allegations, so it simply said the firm had NO office in Georgia where we served suit.  That is the perjury presented by the firm's attorneys Carlock, Copeland, Semlar and Stair in 2005.  Surprisingly, the lie was accepted in Georgia Superior Court despite the firm being open and operating ever day.  In May 2006, the court issued an order that my family's fraud lawsuit had been served wrongly by serving the widely advertised Atlanta office because that office had no connection whatsoever with The Cochran Firm.  The lawsuit that was dismissed regarded The Cochran Firm's fraud against my 80-year-old mother and our family following the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a lifelong mentally ill heart patient who Memphis Shelby County Jail secretly arrested like some of the Guantanamo prisoners, but gave no explanation or records about his demise even now - six years later.  Some Americans need the Red Cross to help prisoners, too.

Weeks after the court ruled that our lawsuit had been served wrongly to the widely advertised Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm because there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia, my family was watching television.  We could not bear the continuous Cochran Firm Atlanta office commercials that repeatedly aired.

We called the television station and asked "Why are you running commercials for The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office?  We have a court order claiming that office is NONEXISTENT."  The television station responded, "So?" 

That is a statement I had much trouble posting on Twitter today.  Obviously, the powers that control my Internet input want the public to have 100% confidence in mainstream news.  I have already exposed The Cochran Firm fraud too well for today's interference at Twitter to be intended to protect the firm's reputation.  In addition, Shawn Holley, an attorney who worked with Johnnie Cochran for 17 years, also exposed the firm's new program of deliberately under-representing minority and disadvantaged persons in lawsuits against rich, powerful companies and government entities.  Tune in to her National Public Radio interview at the link below where you can hear the former Cochran Firm attorney inform you about the unethical law firm that defrauded my family to prevent our lawsuit against Memphis Shelby County Jail after Larry's yet unexplained secret arrest and death there in summer 2003.  She explained regarding her own lawsuit against The Cochran Firm for race discrimination that when Johnnie died, the new owners fired her and other attorneys who refused to give minority clients poor representation:

Six months after The Cochran Firm was ordered non-existent in Georgia, Kathryn Johnston, an 82-yr-old African American elder, was killed by Atlanta police, and The Cochran Firm Atlanta office was on the scene to "represent" that family, which never saw a dime damages yet, to my knowledge.  Tricking minority and disadvantaged citizens is probably the firm's job now to protect certain parties.

Ms. Holley did not know how deep the rabbit hole goes.  Unfortunately for my family, it goes very deep.  I have been followed, accosted, and denied 911 emergency help when surrounded by four cars of men and a USDOT truck driver using cellphones, who followed my little grandson and me to the neighborhood Chevron station and surrounded us - with what intentions, I am not sure.  That happened after 10:00 p.m. on September 27, 2008, just one day after I published articles exposing our intention to publish The Cochran Firm Fraud tapes you can now view on YouTube.  I live in the suburbs of Atlanta nowhere near any federal highways.  I cried out to the crowd of shoppers after the off-duty policeman guarding the liquor store next door would not call 911 again for us when 30 minutes passed without police response to my emergency call. 

The experience was so horrifying that I still tremble to write about it.  It is bad enough to get accosted by criminals, but much worse when it seems that those who should rescue you are complicit - at least in their lack of assistance.  HORRIFYING!  That is how I feel about the prospect of our military and police officers forcing us into concentration camps for not accepting mystery drugs.  Soon, millions more may know my sickening sense of betrayal and utter terror that Friday night when I was frightened for myself and even more concerned for my little grandson and later my niece who came to rescue us.  (To discourage my reporting these illegal acts, I am bombarded with cyberterror messages while I work online with pictures of coffins, children having their heads flushed in toilets, and housefires.  I published the coffin ad at my Google profile.)  The men did not leave when my niece came to drive close to us and exit the parking lot together.  The USDOT truck and four other vehicles lined up to follow us still!  We returned to park, and so did they all.  Shocking!  Many more may soon learn what terrorism up close and personal feels like, just as I did. 

Again the media ignored my reports.  Perhaps if they had been published, Duanna Johnson would have known to watch out for herself.  She was the transgender person who planned to sue Memphis Shelby County Jail after her beating in the booking area there in February 2008.  Her lawyers never actually filed her lawsuit either.  Several weeks after I escaped those who accosted me at Chevron, Duanna Johnson was murdered a few blocks from her home in Memphis on November 9.  The former Cochran Firm's former managing partner, Julian Bolton, worked in the same office as her attorneys, and he was a 20+year Shelby County Commissioner.  The Commission owns and operates the jail where my brother was killed and where Duanna Johnson was badly beaten on film, and the video was published worldwide. Naturally, Johnson's murder remains unsolved.

Do you think my terrorism ended?  No.  To this day no one responded to my police report or even asked me for a single license number, and no mainstream media will report the fraud.  The persecution for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL continues.  Take my advice - when you have a relative or dear friend secretly arrested and killed, just ignore it.  Pretend your mother, father, sister, brother, or friend never existed.  Don't even go to the funeral.  Maybe that is the point we have already arrived at in America.  I only know that this is true for my family as well as some others I communicate with who were similarly defrauded by their attorneys after such occurrences as their relatives' wrongful convictions.  Sometimes, the only people in the courtroom who do not stand to profit by the defendant going to prison are the defendant and his family.  That is frequently why it is hard to get calls back from one's defense attorney and key evidence is omitted at trial, the defendant's witnesses are not called to testify, and other such malpractice.  Prison profiteering is rampant in the U.S.A.  I am very sad to report that, but it is true.

I PLANNED TO WRITE CHILDREN'S STORIES.  I always enjoyed writing and knew I would do more of it after retirement.  However, I thought I would write children's stories after the order of Mr. Rogers, whose television show was replete with subtle moral messages to inspire the children to love and respect themselves and others.  How disappointed I am to find that those people who need to be reminded to love and respect others are frequently the ones running things!  Lord, have mercy!  This is a different world from what I believed it to be.  We are much closer to the End Times than I hoped.

The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, and perhaps others, are about the business of protecting the establishment from citizens' lawsuits in many cases. Of course, to be viable, it is necessary to win some. But citizens never know if their law suit is meant to be won, lost, or in our case, parked inactive on the shelf while the statute of limitations passes. If such unethical law firms are sued like my family sued The Cochran Firm, nothing may come of that legal action either. The state bar associations, mainstream news media companies, and judiciary may rescue such lawyers from your righteous lawsuits and save the law firms from exposure by not reporting or investigating their frauds against citizens. The bed is big and holds many quite comfortably.

The public must not be lulled to sleep on the clear and present danger of enforced vaccinations at the threat of concentration camps and other important issues because they are not covered widely on the evening news or in large newspapers, news magazines, or discussed in respected documentary shows. Please do not feel complacent because many such matters appear mostly in independent Internet news or emails from non-officials. People must read and research numerous sources before reaching TRUTH about the world today. Blind faith in the 21st century is out of style and potentially dangerous.

PLEASE CONSIDER MAKING A DONATION since I am trapped at home still and cannot get out to work.  We plan to apply for non-profit status for our organization which was founded after Larry's murder and our denial of due process of law - ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL.  There are 1.25 million other mentally ill inmates in America who should be either in hospitals if violent, or treatment programs such as Kendra's Law in their communities if nonviolent.  Kendra's Law participants in New York experienced around 90% decrease in their rates of homelessness, arrests, hospitalization, and incarceration.  Kendra's Law is an assisted outpatient treatment program that combines court-ordered psychiatric treatment with subsistence allowance for those who qualify for financial support.  Nothing worthwhile will be gained by releasing acute mental patients from prisons and jails unless treatment is enforced.  Any prison release under other circumstances will not be as effective or lasting simply because acute mental patients do not ordinarily recognize their own illness or agree to treatment, much less ask for help.  Each re-arrest costs taxpayers significant sums in police services, court costs, attorney fees for indigent mentally ill citizens, and an incarceration bill for the sick person's cruel imprisonment. 

The annual cost to incarcerate one acute mental patient is usually more than the average family of four earns in two years.  No savings are realized by imprisoning instead of treating mental patients. The difference is the inhumanity of imprisoning America's mentally ill citizens and in who gets paid.

I was very surprised to learn when I read material by Treatment Advocacy Center (TAC) that what I had been advocating since Larry's secret arrest and death - enforced treatment with subsistence assistance - has already been tried and proved to be wildly successful at a tremendous savings to taxpayers compared to the cost of imprisoning men, women, girls, and boys all across America - 1.25 million people! - for mental dysfunctions they can no more help than a diabetic person can.  All that is needed in most cases is psychiatric treatment on an outpatient basis, a social worker to ensure that patients continue their therapy, and for some, assistance with housing and food. 

The cost of assisted outpatient treatment programs is nowhere near the $50,000 to $200,000 per year per patient taxpayers now shoulder to treat our most vulnerable citizens as prisoners.  Be aware that condemned inmates and people who are warehoused in cruel solitary confinement (60% of whom are mentally ill), and those getting medical or psychiatric treatment (on the books) are usually billed at at more than twice the cost of inmates in the general prison population.  Since assisted outpatient programs are successful in restoring lives and reuniting families at a significant savings to taxpayers, why do you think AOTs are not used more widely?  If prison profiteering ended, then the entire nation would likely use Laura's Law, which has already been approved for some parts of California, and Kendra's Law, which proved successful in New York.  Furthermore, families and neighbors of acute mental patients would be safer as well as the patients themselves.

While advocates at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill work hard to decriminalize mental illness and many thousands of other prisoner activists, dedicated human rights organizations, and some officials work to help reduce the nation's high incarceration and recidivism rates, other leader are busy planning FEMA centers to hold millions more Americans and have a new reason to imprison people - H1N1 vaccines.  On October 13, 2009, Massachusetts passed a Marshal Law bill authorizing officials to tell citizens, "Either accept mystery drugs from our friends' labs, or go to concentration camps built with your tax money."

Hundreds of thousands of health care workers are being ordered to accept H1N1 vaccines or lose their jobs.  They are fighting in court, but someone should send them a copy of THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD so they will understand how that is likely to turn out.  Send them copies of Troy Davis' pleadings for a new trial that span years.  Send them copies of Thomas Arthur's DNA test results showing that he does not match the murderer, but those DNA results were sealed by the court in July as the state continued plans to execute him.  (That is more news mainstream media failed to report.  After following Arthur's case in the news for years, I found no mainstream news reports about his proved innocence.  "Let's all be quiet while another innocent man gets lethal injection.")  Send the protesting doctors, nurses, and staffpersons a copy of the fax sent to Texas governor's office prior to Todd Willingham's execution in 2004, saying there was likely no arson, which was ignored and Willingham was killed anyway.  Justice has holes big enough for many innocent people to fall through.

Send the health care workers who are fighting enforced vaccines pictures of the bodies of men, women, and children killed in Iraq (plus over 4,000 American soldiers) to save Iraqi people from tyranny, just as we Americans are now to be "saved" from H1N1 by taking drugs for which neither the government nor the drug manufacturers are willing to accept liability.  Even the medical personnel who inject us are absolved of responsibility.  In some cases, the serum contained live H1N1.  Health care professionals who fight enforced vaccines in court need support from as many people as have eyes to see, and still it may not matter to those making decisions.  Consider the support Troy Davis has, yet he remains on Georgia's death row with a slim chance at the new trial that millions hope he will have.

We have representatives who we stood in long lines to vote into office.  Contact them and ask:

~Who makes everything army personnel wear into battle?  Prisoners.

~Who owns most of the private prisons in the USA?  Who are the major investors?

~Who ordered soldiers into war? Are any among them also prison investors/owners?

~Pharmaceutical companies manufacturing the H1N1 vaccine have enjoyed a tremendous increase in profits since the pandemic was announced.  Who profits? Who owns the pharmaceutical companies and stock?

~Who is slated to build and operate new FEMA camps? How will the millions of Americans there be kept occupied? Will they also make military uniforms, equipment, and supplies as prison slaves to prepare soldiers to go and "save" others from tyrrany? 

The 13th Amendment to the Constitution outlaws slavery except for those who have their rights set aside as criminals.  Apparently, Americans who break the new law to submit to experimental drugs will be counted as criminals and rendered slaves.  If Americans do submit to the vaccines, will a new requirement to escape camp internment is likely to arise in its place next year or the next (assuming that the drugs are relatively safe and most people survive)?

ABOLITIONISTS NEEDED

The need for abolitionists is as urgent today as it was in pre-Civil War America. Slavery never ended.  The prison industrial complex was born immediately after the "emancipation" of Africans in America. Bear in mind that race does not matter regarding greed.  Caucasians from Europe's ghettos and debtor prisons were also imported as slaves and serfs.  Native Americans were enslaved.  America's first Asians worked for little more than slave wages, and Japanese citizens were interned in concentration camps during WWII.  Latinos still work for low wages, and illegal aliens from Mexico often settle for no benefits and working conditions similar to prison laborers.  With 2.3 MILLION inmates, the number of prison workers (most of whom were arrested for non-violent offenses) is probably larger today than during pre-Civil War slavery. 

The threat of Marshal Law and enforced vaccines is perceived by many people to be an ambitious expansion plan for the prison industrial complex - slavery, perhaps with a population that is thinned out to manageable levels by disease released in the vaccines themselves.  Consider the way this unidentified writer imagined just such a thing in 2008:

hypothetical situation, might help me in smaller matters


say your the leader of a country. it flourished for awhile but its fallen into desperate times. the population is growing very rapidly. the amout of babies being born is at the highest rate its ever been and immigrants are flooding into the land. the food is extremely scarce and if it keeps up you'll go bankrupt. the people would literally have to eat each other to survive. you have the option of enforcing a vaccine that would ultimately weed out the weak and leave the strong ill, but alive. this is your only option to survive....what choice do you make? is it more morally correct to ensure a few some survival, or to not cross the line of inhumanity at the cost of everything...

To the writer of that question, please learn your place. You are not God, and He who made the world is well capable of sustaining life and providing for all of our needs. No one should justify genocide by pretending to believe it is best for humanity. The world is not running out of space or resources. Most of the earth is uninhabited, and the ground still yields her bounty. It is only man's artificial systems that create shortages, and sometimes it is in man's labs that diseases are created. Resist the temptation to play God or to excuse great evil by self-delusion.

The point of this particular article is that we do not have the luxury of meeting on July 4th and Memorial Day and celebrating sacrifices others made to secure our freedom.  We must also be active and diligent to safeguard it daily.  We need to be alert and well-informed.  This cannot happen merely by reading the morning newspaper and watching the 6 o'clock news.  Neither should we necessarily believe every conspiracy theory that comes our way.  We should research and validate news reports, and look for the hidden reasons for events.  One should consider news from outside the mainstream carefully and give at least the benefit of doubt.  My brother's murder and the Cochran Firm's fraud as well as Thomas Arthur's DNA test results being ignored prove how little we can rely on the completeness of mainstream news reports.  We must be on watch.  Freedom is worth it.

Larry's death certificate said heart attack, but his survivors do not know whether his heart failure was caused by his secret arrest and intentional depravation of vital heart drugs or if  Larry was Tasered, assaulted by guards, restrained in a deadly restraint chair like Sean LeVert, or if he had violent hallucinations from depravation of his psychiatric meds. Officials decided that unlike Michael Vick's dogs, Larry's death deserved no records, explanations, investigation, or accountability.  He was only a mental patient, and a black one at that. Since the Cochran Firm tricked my family and never subpoenaed records, my mom's nightmares continue six years later about the different scenarios under which her son was murdered.

My mother sometimes dreams Larry starved to death, other times Tasered, etc.  At 86 years of age, it is time for an explanation and closure which The Cochran Firm Fraud deprived us of having, not to mention justified damages.  However, the stalking is intended to keep us from seeking truth, and it keeps me from providing for my family.  Did someone say "equal justice?"  Therefore, keep informed, and never trust mainstream media as your only information source.  Remember, one of the many television stations carrying The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office ads that help to defraud the public said "So?"  Watch as well as pray.

Which Type of H1N1 Vaccine Will You Be Forced to Accept?

I felt confident that there were at least two different types of vaccines, because it does not appear that news reporters and many others are concerned about the idea of enforced vaccines.  This includes people who one would expect to be disturbed over the projected loss of freedom to decide what will and will not be injected into our bodies.  Few news reports carry any information about potential risks associated with the H1N1 vaccines, partly because that kind of news is discouraged. I ran into so much computer interference trying to post news and photographs of the health care professionals' protests against enforced vaccines that I temporarily abandoned the quest. 

I wondered months ago if the people who interfere with my publishing H1N1 vaccine news had been promised a special serum.  Now I have reliable collaboration that there are different serums available - some safer than others, apparently.  I want the USDOJ, Congress, and Senate to let me know what day they are taking theirs and allow me to line up with them and have a blind child under age 4 choose the bottles of serum for each of us.

The vaccine is different than the serum which will be used to inoculate the civil population as a protection against the swine flu. The more acceptable vaccine for the soldiers contains neither controversial additives nor mercury-containing preservatives, reports the Bielefelder 'Westphalian's sheet,' according to armed forces circles. It is time for Americans to get our heads out of the sand and ask questions about the H1N1 vaccines, because Massachusetts House and Senate just passed a Marshal Law bill in preparation to enforce vaccines at the threat of quarantine and/or $1,000 per day fine for citizens who refuse to dutifully obey their leaders and stick out their arms and their children's arms if and when their leaders see fit.  MA 2028 is the Preparation and Response Bill  meant  to ensure that Massachusetts is ready to use tough love on its citizenry if necessary to get that vaccine into them.  See the Massachusetts news report and video at this link:

I know what some of you might be thinking, and you are probably too late.  The borders closed to Mexico and Canada on June 1, and there is discussion around limiting travel unless one can prove having taken the vaccine.  That stipulation has not passed yet to my knowledge, but it is my understanding that one needs a passport to leave the country.

I have followed the news regarding enforced vaccines and concentration camps since Congressman Alcee Hastings proposed six new FEMA centers for us on January 23, 2009 in H.R. 645.  It appears that Congressman Hastings and others appreciate the fact that there will be a substantial number of Americans who prefer not to accept mystery drugs.  The FEMA centers are proposed to be built with our tax money, so I am sure the representatives would prefer that you be informed so that you can ask intelligent questions when YOU CALL OR EMAIL THEM TODAY.  See my article below which will acquaint you with the considerable attention our lawmakers are giving our health and prison space for dissidents.

There is surprisingly little protest reported about this, but elected officials and courts in America have delivered strange decisions lately that seem to thwart Constitutional protections to freedom of speech, press, assembly, religion, fair business practices, and even the right to life itself. Rev. Pinkney is the first minister in America to be imprisoned for quoting the Bible. A Michigan judge decided that his quoting Deuteronomy 28 was a terrorist threat against the judge. Mine is the first American family this century to have a member secretly arrested and returned from government custody in a body bag with explanations and records denied his survivors. In fact, we are persecuted, censored, and endangered for asking, "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" When we sued The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm for defrauding my family as Larry's wrongful death attorneys (working to protect the jail rather than represent its clients), the court ruled our suit was served wrongly as there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia, although there is.

I find it sad that most Americans mutely watch our freedoms erode, apparently having learned nothing from WWII-era Germany. Tens of thousands of people know about the secret arrest and wrongful death of my handicapped brother, Larry Neal, and his family's denial of due process of law, records, and explanation, despite mainstream media's blackout orchestrated by powerful, wealthy criminals. Also censored are many of my reports other psychiatric patients' abuses and wrongful deaths as well as the organization founded to assist chronic mental patients who are behind bars or eligible for arrest due to untreated psychiatric conditions. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill has over 200 members who advocate online for human and civil rights, especially regarding decriminalizing mental illness. I warn my readers that according to the Jewish Virtual Library, FIRST, THEY CAME FOR THE MENTALLY ILL.

During the Nazi regime, Germany engaged in the systematic killing of the mentally ill and handicapped as a first step in fulfilling Hitler's vision of building the perfect Aryan race. The Jewish Virtual Library reports:

In October 1939, Hitler himself initiated a decree which empowered physicians to grant a 'mercy death' to 'patients considered incurable according to the best available human judgment of their state of health.' The intent of the so-called 'euthanasia' program, however, was not to relieve the suffering of the chronically ill. The Nazi regime used the term as a euphemism: Its aim was to exterminate the mentally ill and the handicapped, thus 'cleansing' the 'Aryan' race of persons considered genetically defective and a financial burden to society.

Hitler reportedly sent to physicians and the general public the message that mental patients were 'useless eaters' and life unworthy of life.

All diabled people like my brother Larry and the incarcerated mentally ill were considered expendable in Nazi Germany. I have reflected often on the Nazis murdering mentally ill citizens during the six years since my brother's secret death. If the lives of our mentally ill, disabled, and terminally ill citizens are undervalued to the degree I find that Larry's was, then Americans should be alarmed for relatives and friends with Alzheimer’s, Autism, Down Syndrome, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, dementia, or those who are elderly or terminally ill, especially when authorities are enforcing the first one-drug-fits-all that I ever heard about (pronounced safe for pregnant women, the elderly, children from infancy through adolescence, young and middle-age adults, regardless of recipients' medical history and current disase(s) or medications.  The H1N1 vaccines are supposedly safe to force on everyone on the planet, although some people cannot safely take asprin, drink milk, or survive bee stings).

Today, 1.25 million mentally ill people are imprisoned in America - many under very cruel circumstances. It was reported that in California, inmates may be offered points for accepting H1N1 vaccines. It is understood that mentally ill inmates are vulnerable to signing false confessions, plea deals for long sentences without the benefit of trial, and agreeing to become medical test subjects. Consider Jeremy Smith, a California inmate who lives in "the hole." Because Jeremy is mentally challenged, his mother holds his power of attorney. Gina reports being surprised when the district attorney ignored her power of attorney and induced Jeremy, who is both retarded and schizophrenic, to sign a plea deal for eight years in prison for merely hitting another patient in his inpatient mental health facility but causing no bodily harm. Despite California's overcrowded prison conditions and crushing prison budget, Jermey's sentence may be lengthened because during a psychotic crisis while untreated, he allegedly talked disrespectfully to a prison guard. Jeremy was then charged with making terrorist threats.

Mentally ill Americans are greatly victimized to boost internment numbers, benefiting private prison investments. Just as most of them were likely arrested without understanding their Miranda rights, they are now subject to signing authorizations for H1N1 vaccines with little or no understanding of the possible risks involved - risks for which neither the government nor vaccine manufacturers are willing to assume liability.

Jeremy Smith's and Larry Neal's petitions can be opened and read without the need to endorse them. Support is appreciated, but it is also beneficial to read opinions and situations reported by the petitioners. Jeremy and Larry are representative of well over a million Americans who are imprisoned rather than treated for mental illness in inpatient facilities or their communities, which would reduce prison costs and be humane.

Soon many more citizens may disappear behind bars like Larry did - perhaps under quarantine. As it is regarding the wrongful death of Larry Neal and Rev. Pinkney's imprisonment for quoting the Bible, many Americans know and are mute about proposed plans to enforce H1N1 vaccines on the citizenry under threat of FEMA camp internment. Because I find the prospect of accepting mystery drugs and arrest in the absence of a real crime objectionable, I object. I object on behalf of myself, my family, and all citizens, especially mentally challenged people in American correctional facilities and inpatient facilities, the elderly in nursing homes, and other vulnerable persons whose mental states may prevent rational judgment. Although laws to protect our civil rights have apparently lost their power due to lack of enforcement, I decided to publicly state my objections now while the Constitution is still the law of the land. I have no idea what others are waiting for to state theirs clearly and adamantly. I do not see evidence of any pandemic and seriously doubt if there will be one until thousands more people take the H1N1 vaccine and walk among us.

I do not have much freedom as an African American woman with limited income, especially since attempting to exact justice in America against unscrupulous, duplicitous lawyers that defrauded my family as Larry's wrongful death attorneys to help the jail where he was murdered escape accountability. Nevertheless, I will not watch Liberty go quietly into her goodnight.

In for a penny, in for a pound afterwords:  I fear that not only does America owe China substantial amounts of money, the country might have been sold.  This feels like China to me.  The proposal before us - to submit our healthy bodies and our loved ones to mystery drugs or suffer in concentration camps - is decidedly undemocratic.  It is as undemocratic as investigating dogs' abuses and deaths but not Larry's, and allowing his family's justice quest to be met with persecution.  It is as unacceptable as jailing a minister for quoting the Bible.  In case scientists have been able to create a one-drug-fits-all serum, which I seriously doubt (and it appears they also doubt), what new hoops will Americans have to jump to dodge FEMA camps next year and the year after if we obediently submit to this intrusion on our freedom?  I write boldly not because I am fearless, but rather, because I recognize that I am not cut out to be a slave anyway.

Senate version includes placing restrictions on right to public assembly, allowing arrest of individuals without warrant, mandatory vaccinations, and isolation orders issued to anyone who refused to be vaccinated. Public health officials would have the power to isolate individuals and order quarantines to contain the outbreak of serious contagious diseases under a bill approved by the Massachusetts House [113-36] on Thursday. One of the most contentious parts of the bill would give public health officials the authority to force individuals or groups into isolation or quarantine when there is "reasonable cause to believe that a disease or condition dangerous to the public health exists or may exist or that there is an immediate risk of an outbreak."

Your turn seems to be coming - at the "risk" of an outbreak. What is proposed in Mass. is essentially slavery from my point of view.


- Loss of authority over one's own person

- Loss of authority over one's children

- Loss of freedom of assembly rights

- Arrest without warrant

My family endures censorship, persecution, and endangerment for making inquiries about Larry Neal, a handicapped relative who was secretly arrested until death in 2003, with records and explanation DENIED. Rev. Fred Pinkney was imprisoned and lives under house arrest for quoting the Bible. Therefore, freedom of religion and freedom of speech are no longer protected rights, and neither is the right to life protected for many Americans.

Loss of rights is like a spreading disease that is capable of destroying any semblance of freedom. I think we're at level 6 on that.

American Greetings' eVites can only account for sending out 30 of the 566 eVites the company claimed to have emailed when I hit "send."  The only people who actually got them are probably folks cyberdogs know I communicate with regularly, just in case I check. 

That was some radio show!  Rev. Pinkney is the first minister in America imprisoned for quoting a Bible verse, and mine is the first family this century to have a member secretly arrested and returned dead with no questions allowed.  That used to happen lots to African Americans in the 1940's, I understand.

I will let you know if American Greetings ever comes up with an explanation for my other 530 eVites. Most of the time, folks don't even try to explain themselves - like Care2 ignoring my helpdesk inquiries about my Sharebook's RSS feed that was stopped, Shelby County Jail ignoring federal subpoenas regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, etc. They know I already know the answer is that I'm in the slave class along with all Americans who live on paychecks and fixed income rather than dividend checks and interest income like the elite do. Slave class people are for paying taxes, supplying military troops, and are in the future-inmates-of-America pool. If you don't believe me, call your congresspersons and ask them who the six concentration camps proposed in H.R. 645 are intended to house. The elite are probably tired of paying any wages and job benefits, and they have discovered that prison slaves work so well. But don't worry. I hear you have to break the law first, like refuse to take whatever drug yo massa says.

MY FREEDOM OF PRESS "RIGHTS"?

I don't see why anyone would spend money curtailing my freedom of speech now - I told you most of my story about my brother's secret arrest and death under undisclosed circumstances, although not much about how it affected our family like the book does. Of course, I daily tell stories for the voiceless who are abused, don't I? That must be their reason for continuing to censor me - unless it is to practice and get ready to start on YOU.


I hate to fill my blogs and articles with the illegal attacks intended to prevent your learning about gross human rights abuses to sick, minority, and disenfranchised Americans instead of just using them to give you the facts about the victims' abuses, and I thought I had found the answer by using my Google profile. NOT! They put that on lockdown now. I think that means "they" were unable to find a Google employee to go behind my back and covertly delete my data, redirect links, create DoS viruses just for me, set up phony URL views that show me one thing from my home computer but something entirely different when I view the page from another computer, and other tricks like I experience in abundance on some LARGE, WELL-KNOWN SITES. You Go, Google! The others face full exposure and possibly a lawsuit since I have proof aplenty, so your employees did right to turn them down if they asked.


Only some of the things that are done to violate my freedom of press rights can be done from outside the networks. Lots of the illegal interference necessarily must have inside help. You computer savvy people will be able to determine which tricks needed inside help when you see my footage. So if they let me post, I post. If they don't let me post, I add the interference to my growing library of Cointelpro-like video footage. In a way, I think the powerful, in-the-know people are not worried about lawsuits for things they do now, or there would not be so much blatant injustice. We're probably skirting pretty close to Marshal Law over some "pandemic."

When I really want good footage of Internet cyberstalking, I just try to update my page. That really sends them into overdrive! Either there is more than one of them assigned to me when I work on my page, or that dude is FAST! I type around 85 wpm, but while I'm typing or formatting data at the top of my page, this guy is blocking off data and then deleting it from the bottom! First, they outline what they are going to delete in a broken-line box if it includes graphics. If it is only text, they can use a broken underline. When I hit "submit" on my article or my page, ZAP!@ Whatever they had outlined or underlined is GONE! Some of my videos will require an adult station to show them to you. They make me cuss!

One of the most irritating things they do is slow your computer input down to about 2wpm - that is happening now as I type this. Another activist friend told me that when I first reported these things to her, she was skeptical. Now they got her, too - stop her mail and slow her computer down to 2wpm. It is like watching a foreign film - you type, but the data comes later. You know how the actors' lips move and their words are heard later? They do these things to many prisoner activists and other human rights writers, but none as intensely as yours truly, and the others don't have it on video. I advise everyone to start working with a camera ready, if you notice funny things happening to your emails and posts. It will probably be them. You can see what is left of my page below. That is how this drama started - with The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm defrauding my family after the secret Guantanamo-style arrest and wrongful death of my brother Larry Neal in 2003. He was a lifelong paranoid schizophrenic man who Memphis Shelby County Jail was sick of arresting on minor offenses common to acute mental patients who are denied inpatient treatment when they present no threat to self or others, like vagrancy, eating from stores without paying first, begging, singing loud in front of businesses and disturbing the peace, etc.

The Cochran Firm tricked us by signing contract to represent us, but the managing partner was a county commissioner which owns and operates the jail that kept Larry for weeks, denying they had him to make sure he died without his vital heart drugs (unless they did more to kill him - the jail won't release any records or give any explanation, you see). When we discovered at the end of the statute of limitations for Larry's wrongful death action that The Cochran Firm had actually done zero to represent his 80-year-old mom and family against the jail and sued the lawyers, the powers that be came up with the most uncanny ways to protect The Cochran Firm from our lawsuits. And we won't go into all the stalking and persecution in this post! My goodness! The book will be an interesting read, and the videos are fascinating. Let me know if you can suggest an agent. .Frankly, I'm a little worried about agents and publishers being in the New World Order, too. American Greetings surprised me by their notice that only 30 of the 566 eVites I sent via their service actually were sent. I guess addressees who actually received my eVites are those people who I communicate with regulaly - just in case I check. That's usually how these things work. I wrote eVites for an explanation, but nothing came yet, unless the cyberstalkers got the mail.

Since big online communication companies, mainstream media, and at least one law firm seem to be sopping molasses from the same plate, hopefully we can find an agent and publisher who are not in the End Game Group, Inc. - deleting citizens' rights daily (including the right to life for Larry Neal), while keeping abuses hush, hush from the public.

Getting back to my search for a separate place to record my free peech/freedom of press violations online, I tried setting up a group for that on Care2, realizing that all of these fancy ways to impede freedom of press online were not devised just for Mary Neal, but I discovered that my posts there were censored, too! Poll Results: Post-Conviction DNA Testing Rights?

The poll to determine whether participants feel that inmates should have the right to post-conviction DNA testing to prove their innocence ran from June 21 until October 11.  The poll is now closed and our results are available!  Voting Central registers 479 views and 102 votes.  The votes are 99 to 3 in favor of inmates having post-conviction DNA testing rights.

Hopefully, our elected officials notice public polls like ours on Voting Central.  They should care about what their constituents consider to be important - like truth and justice. I recommend for people who are concerned about wrongful convictions to support the Innocence Project, which provides testing for the exoneration and release of wrongly convicted persons. Better late than never, DNA lets innocent people reclaim liberty

THERE have been 244 "exonerees" since the creation of the Innocence Project in the United States 17 years ago. Exoneree is an unwieldy but precise term invented within the Innocence Project to describe the prisoners it has helped to release not on ambiguous technical grounds of mistrial but because examination of the DNA evidence from the crime scene established that they didn't do it. They were innocent of the crimes they were jailed for.

Seventeen of the 244 had served time on death row. They would have been executed for crimes they did not commit. Most others had sentences measured in decades.

The Innocence Project was founded by Barry Scheck and co-director Peter Neufield. Scheck is best known in this country for his part in the 1995 OJ Simpson defence team and later as defence lawyer for the British nanny Louise Woodward.

The first raft of cases on the Innocence Project books involved people – almost entirely men – whose convictions predated the arrival of DNA profiling.

But in their rather austere offices downtown on New York City's 5th Avenue, the banks of filing cabinets contain hundreds more active cases in which available DNA evidence was ignored, or wrongly analysed. Exoneree number 245 is likely to be one Ernest Sonnier, who was freed on bond in August after 23 years in Texas prisons for a rape he didn't commit. DNA testing eventually proved Sonnier's innocence of the attack on Christmas Eve 1985 and implicated two other men.

His conviction had preceded the invention of DNA profiling and had been based on identification from photographs by the victim and by evidence from the scientist who examined blood-group evidence and who gave testimony that implicated Sonnier, even though his own written report tended to exclude him as the assailant.

Misidentification is most common when the victim and accused are from different races. In the project's most recent newsletter, Saloom lists the other common causes of wrongful conviction.  They include inadequate forensic scientific analysis. It is extraordinary to discover that, in the land of CSI, there are no basic general standards of validation for forensic examiners. The threshold in some counties is very low. In a number of wrongful conviction cases, forensic scientists have actively engaged in misconduct.

About a third of cases involved false confessions by young or mentally suggestible accused. Audio and DVD recording of police interviews is required throughout Scotland but is still patchy across the US.

About 16 per cent of cases involved "snitch testimony", in which other prisoners – and sometimes the actual perpetrator – had given statements that incriminated the accused in return for deals, special treatment or the dropping of charges.

"There is very little in the way of support services for any ex-prisoner on release in most states," says Wolff. "Bizarrely, if you are released because you turned out to have been wrongly imprisoned then you may not be eligible for what little there is. That will be linked to parole conditions and our guys aren't on parole."
"We still have a great deal of work to do, but we've made more progress already than anyone thought possible."

Although there are laws against it, numerous inmates on death row are mentally ill.  Andre Thomas, who is on Texas death row, is eating his body parts.  So far, he ate both his eyes.  Jeff Wood, who is also on Texas death row, never killed anyone but was convicted under the law of parties.  He was a mentally challenged young man who was asked to drive with someone to the store.  The person with whom Wood went to the store robbed and killed the manager while Wood sat dutifully in the truck as he had been instructed.  Anthony Bell, a mildly retarded man, was executed a few months ago in Virginia. 

Mentally ill defendants frequently have no understanding of their Miranda rights, and some have a tendency to sign false confessions and/or are unable to contribute to their own defense at trial.  We must help them, especially the innocent.  AIMI assists by publishing articles to bring more awareness and attract community support for mentally challenged inmates, posting polls and petitions to spare condemned mentally ill inmates from execution.  We advocate removing mentally ill inmates to secure, long-term treatment environments if incarcerated for violent crimes, or to community care if they are nonviolent - at no additional cost to taxpayers.  We track and report Congressional legislation that would bring assistance to the incarcerated mentally ill and lobby representatives to support those laws.  Please ask your representatives to support H.R. 619 to restore Medicaid insurance for indigent mentally ill persons' inpatient treatment.

The petitions below can be opened to see photographs of sick Americans behind bars and read comments of petitioners without requiring that you sign.  AIMI's petitioners often tell us about challenges getting compassion and mental health care for their own mentally challenged relatives or for themselves.  Jeremy Smith served years in solitary where he deteriorated mentally and physically and may still be there with time added for talking back.  "No, no, Jeremy.  You mustn't hit and talk rudely.  Californians are spending millions of dollars to teach you that.  It's not like the money is needed for something else."

Schizophrenic since childhood, Jeremy was sentenced to eight years imprisonment for merely hitting another mental patient in his inpatient facility. California, always hungry for more inmates, had Jeremy sign a plea deal for that sentence.  Gina, his mother, said his sentence may now be lengthened because Jeremy threatened a guard while being jailed in the middle of a psychotic crisis.  They called it a "terroristic threat."

Notifying people about today's show was met with major resistence. I sent 566 eVites to my Yahoo groups and contacts, but American Greetings can only account for 30 going out.  I wrote American Greetings and asked what happened to the other 536 eVites it confirmed sending, but got no response.  Lots of companies are involved in The Cochran Firm Fraud, an elaborate conspiracy against justice for African Americans and other disenfranchised persons.  Our radio interview allowed others to hear about and participate in correcting issues of injustice facing us.  Your interest is appreciated.

Pinkney, you and I know what the courts are like, as do millions of others.  You were actually imprisoned for quoting Deuteronomy 28.  Despite the trouble we endure, there can be rewards in exposing injustices and hypocrisy.  Sometimes with exposure, authorities decide to CHANGE.  Otherwise, they walk around like the king in the children's story who wore no clothes.  Everyone in the kingdom pretended to see pristine, flowing robes when they really only saw puffy, naked flesh.

My predecessor, Dorothea Dix, also had to file numerous lawsuits in her pursuit of justice for the incarcerated mentally ill in the 1800's. At the end of her advocacy, less than .07% of the inmates in America were mentally ill people. When God wants something done, He often uses the least likely people to do His work. In the 1800's when women could not even vote, He used Dorothea Dix, a humble Sunday school teacher who was the daughter of a mentally ill man. I am honored that in the 21st century, He chose to use me to help other advocates and human rights activists decriminalize mental illness in America AGAIN. Regarding the 1.25 million mentally ill that these private prison owners have locked away in America's prison dungeons for reason of their health disabilities who should be in treatment instead, my Lord has said, "LET MY PEOPLE GO."

I want you to know, Rev. Pinkney, that just as you were imprisoned for quoting the Bible (Deuteronomy 28) and now live under house arrest after release, I am also greatly censored and live under self-imposed house arrest for security. If they break into my house to attack me, it will leave no doubt why this is done. On the street, I perceive they planned to arrange an accident, which is why they follow me in several vehicles and usually have an official car among the group that follow and accost me at neighborhood businesses. Be it known that I do not speed when they follow me, but I pray to God, and He directs me usually to park. When I ride with others, I instruct my drivers to go the speed limit or beneath the speed limit and stay with other vehicles so that those sent to intimidate me cannot catch us in any isolated situation on the road. Therefore, if you ever hear of my involvement in any road accident, know that they lie. For the most part, my 86-year-old mom and I stay home unless absolutely necessary. We live in evil times, and unfortunately, the evil exists in the hearts of many people who should expose and prosecute wrongdoing and uphold justice. My family is greatly persecuted for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL. (See the website link beneath my signature)

Yesterday, I discovered that cyberstalkers removed from Care2 News Network my article that made front page news in April regarding Senate Bills 773 and 778 to give the presidents' office the power to shut down the Internet.  Cyberstalkers cannot hide Senate bills, so they must seek to hide citizens' reaction to the proposed law.

Based on the amount of interference I experienced broadcasting today's show, I understand that radio interviews are quite important. I shall call plenty of radio shows from now on and talk about the injustices that should not happen in America, but happen every day. They may need to speed up processing Senate Bills 773 and 778 to possibly shut down the Internet if they wish to prevent my talking about justice issues that need to CHANGE. Then, unless I am in one of the planned FEMA camps, I will grab a bullhorn. I believe in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and in equal rights and equal justice for all without regard to socio-economic distinctions, race, religion or lack thereof, ethnicity, and health status. Here is a newsflash:

Where is the good little monkey who saw no evil, heard no evil, and spoke no evil?  He is in the same FEMA camp as the naughty little monkeys who protested abuses against people's human and civil rights while the Constitution was still on the books BEFORE Martial Law was declared over some likely man-made disease.

Too many people choose to remain silent while our human and civil rights are being deleted, many of which are being eroded for the sake of security.  There is no security where human beings have lost their freedom - NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! - MLK.  Thousands of people now wear microchips. Many of them were forced to accept the microchips as a job requirement.  Numerous persons including some who don't have the microchips report experiencing problems. I have met people online who report being "targeted" for electronic torture.  At first, I was very skeptical, but having been subjected to gross violations against my Frist Amendment rights and having found no remedy under the law, I no longer discount reports of abuse that I hear about.  There are international protests planned for this week.  Below is information I received via email today:

I do not agree with microchipping human beings.  People are not cattle.  Microchips have the capacity to monitor a person's movements, may be equipped with sound devices to eavesdrop on private conversations, and are said to be capable of delivering punishment to those who wear them.  I researched microchips and directed energy weaponry to write the following two articles:
