Margaret Sanger on U.S. Money - Bravo!

Paragraph 1 of 10. The fact that Margaret Sanger is being considered as a candidate to replace Lincoln on the $20 bill is a public declaration of Nazism, fellow citizens. Unlike other black leaders, I do not discourage this move. Let decision makers in the U.S. Government state plainly how they feel about mentally ill people and blacks who their law enforcement officers continually murder. SAY IT LOUD, USA! Put Sanger, the eugenicists and racist, on your money.

Paragraph 2 of 10. Bravo, I say! You make my job so much easier with this public declaration of your sentiments and true intentions. The country that is considering enforced vaccinations for all adult Americans should immediately issue this red pill plainly enough to unite all Americans who know right from wrong and choose right. Put Nathan Bedford Forrest on your $10 bills while you're at it! Announce yourselves!

Paragraph 3 of 10. Thanks to Margaret Sanger, ENFORCED STERILIZATION was used to suppress population growth among people labeled as mentally ill. Victims included poor whites and blacks in states throughout the USA, and children as young as age 8 were sterilized to prevent them from adding "imbeciles" to America's population. One of the victims was Elaine Riddick, a human rights advocate whose only son is a successful businessman. Thus far, only North Carolina, where Riddick lived, has earmarked funds to compensate those who were sterilized under its eugenics program. One can assume that the rest of the states that forcibly sterilized blacks and whites who were labeled as being mentally ill are not sorry and do not pretend to be. Hold out your arms, Americans! Eugenicists have a shot for you.

Paragraph 4 of 10. "Maafa21" is a documentary about eugenics and Margaret Sanger. Embedded below is the film about efforts were to eliminate Blacks, whites who lacked wealth, and mentally challenged people from America. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my mentally, physically disabled brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. Paragraph 5 of 10. "Maafa21" makes it clear who Margaret Sanger was and why it is an excellent idea for America to publish her likeness on $20 bills. Every child will ask "Who is she?" By doing so, they will learn geography much sooner than this writer did. Our children will learn where they really live. I thought I lived in a country where every person's human and civil rights are honored and protected for nearly 50 years, which is entirely false. Our children deserve to receive $20 bills for their birthdays featuring a photo of the racist Nazi who also practiced health discrimination. Our children deserve honesty

Paragraph 6 of 10. Conversations will arise revealing that Nazi Germany isolated and exterminated 300,000 people labeled as being mentally ill before that country embarked on the elimination of six million people who were killed because they were Jews, blacks, homosexuals as well as dissidents who disagreed with the genocide. Tell our children that Hitler claimed he got the idea for mass murder from America's eugenics program and America's massacre of millions of Native Americans. Put Margaret Sanger on the $20 bills - I insist!

Paragraph 7 of 10. Replace the stars on the U.S. flag with Sanger's likeness, also, and substitute her name for "flag" in the "Star Spangled Banner." No more closet racism! Down with so-called "white liberals" pretending to believe in liberty and justice for all when they obviously do not. Remove Lincoln from the memorial in Washington, D.C. and set a statue of Forrest there. Let us be completely honest for a change, America. Reveal that mass incarceration exists in America to prevent Blacks, poor whites, and people labeled as being mentally ill from having access to the opposite sex and reproducing. Reveal why persons in this category are regularly killed by police without any accountability being demanded.

Paragraph 8 of 10. Racism and health discrimination are as American as apple pie. Show our children and the rest of the world the truth! People cannot change problems they do not know exist, and this human rights advocate is so censored that it is challenging for me to expose the truth like Sanger being featured on the $20 bill will do. The new money will make a worldwide announcement of Nazism even more plainly than the continuous killings of unarmed black people and mentally ill people ever can. Demonstrate to the world who you are, eugenicists and murderers. Please issue the new money BEFORE announcing mandatory vaccines for every adult American.

AIMI vs. USA International Court Action

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans an action in International Court to (i) win restitution for victims of human trafficking - people who were denied psychiatric and/or drug and alcohol treatment in order to enrich prison investors, (ii) win restitution for victims of mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who were denied treatment, and (iii) help decriminalize mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions in the USA by demanding punitive damages for the failure of the United States, a United Nations member state, to adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention Against Torture, and other international laws, treaties, and conventions regarding human rights, particularly the rights of individuals with health disabilities. The action will be filed in 2015 by an International Human Rights Lawyer.

Please note that AIMI vs. USA will only sue for monetary damages, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Claimants are encouraged to continue using regular legal channels to seek prisoners' releases and humane incarcerations. AIMI will sue for monetary compensation to our claimants for pain and suffering. Dear Mr. President:

I would be presumptuous and fatuous to claim to speak for many descendants of enslaved Africans if I had not been the undisputed, foremost investor, for the past forty years, in the effort in New York to end police brutality in and about its streets and in courthouses coupled with a sacrificial effort to end unfettered racism in its judicial system.

"Not all cops are bad" fails to describe the plight of descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States. The problem starts with us being remembered and institutionalized as "imported" in Scott v. Sandford. In a "land" that we built, without any semblance of wages, we can never become immigrants. Words also kill.\

In Our Time Press dated December 25, 2014, I was given an opportunity to pen a "Guest Op Ed" article entitled "An Intelligent Response to Police Killings." This opportunity was a milestone in a city where the practice of censorship is routine including it being practiced by Black radio talk show hosts and the Black media.

Many people view nationwide and international protests and demonstrations as exercises under the First Amendment. While these protests are well-meaning, they are misdirected. For example, the institution of slavery ended, in New York, on July 4, 1827 but the "badges of slavery" have continued, incessantly, in New York, up to the present time. This stipulation was grounded in New York's gradual emancipation statute of 1799 and was given wings on November 10, 1821, by white males exclusively.

This matter of unchecked, police crimes in the United States is of international concern since "genocide" is an international crime. We Charge Genocide reflects the letter and spirit of a historic Petition in 1951. "Addressed to the United Nations it was submitted to that body in Paris, France at the Palais Chaillot where the Fifth Session of the General Assembly had gathered."

Asecond delegation, led by Paul Robeson, a resident of New York, presented copies "to the office of the Secretary General of the UN in New York." In 1948, the State Department had initiated a policy of refusing to issue passports to dissidents. This class included Robeson who was placed on a "white list" for exercising First Amendment rights. This was an indefinite, "bill of pains and penalties."

The U.S. Justice Department was not established until 1870. By 1877, a federal electoral commission fashioned the Compromise of 1877which would constructively, if not actually, return most descendants of enslaved Africans back to their former slavemasters. To seal the deal, President Grover Cleveland, appointed August H. Garland as attorney general of the United States. Garland was a Confederate loyalist.

Under the "separation of powers" doctrine, New York has operated as a quadrumvirate. All of these titleholders have been almost, with one exception, white men since the Nineteenth Amendment. The chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals is not even elected by its citizens. This gives great deference to a plutocracy. In 1827, New York established a timocracy. It continues until this day. Accordingly, New York is "a state that enshrines white men." It is not "a state that enshrines equal laws."

In 2008 in the New York Amsterdam News, I explained to its readers why you would become the first person of African ancestry to acquire a lease on the "White House." It started with Black soldiers saving the Union. Nonetheless, America was outraged when President Theodore Roosevelt invited Booker T. Washington to the Executive Mansion. It would become known, afterwards, as the "White House."

Given these circumstances, I was aware that your presidency would cause great and irreparable harm to persons of African ancestry. White supremacy still sits on the throne. I was correct on both counts. History will not treat you kind if you view descendants of enslaved Africans as political baggage. After more than four hundred years of unpaid labor and state-sponsored terrorism, we deserve more than disparate treatment.

We congratulate the U.S. Congress for passing a bill recently demanding that all police departments and corrections facilities (prisons and jails) must report every death in custody to the FBI, whereas they presently only report the deaths they want. We urge President Obama to sign the bill into law. Withholding reports about deaths in custody and police incidents is irresponsible and defeats the United States Department of Justice's mandate to protect the civil and human rights for all people in America. NO MORE SECRET ARRESTS AND MURDERS IN AMERICA.

Dear Joseph:

I am deeply sorry that your sick son was given a 45-year-sentence for writing two emails and making a few phone calls that frightened the recipient. You are absolutely right to assert that his sentence is because of his mental illness. It is usual and customary to overly sentence mentally ill Americans. We fight to decriminalize mental illness at AIMI, but I find your son's case particularly compelling. 

Joseph, I have been victimized by cyberstalkers and in-person harassment since 2008. I have sought help from the local police department, the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, the U.S. Attorney's Office, the USDOJ, attorneys, as well as civil and human rights organizations. Proof is not the issue. I have uploaded cyberstalking films at YouTube, and I delivered discs full of cyberstalking evidence to many of the parties named above and to media companies. My computer security system has even caught the IP addresses of some of my cyber stalkers, but no officials will acknowledge my right to exercise free speech and freedom of press without being terrorized and harassed.

Some of the online terrorism included turning the "www." in my Care2 links into the word "primate," and making my links lead to the photo of a huge, black gorilla. At Yahoo Mail, I was forced to look at a homeless, diseased dog each and every time I worked there. This was intended to mock my poem "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill." At Care2, I was subjected to continuous terrorism, including a coffin ad and an empty lethal injection table with my name underneath it. I sent the lethal injection bed marked "Mary Neal" to United States District Court during our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, but Judge Batten said nothing about my constant terrorism.

I am followed all over the Internet by stalkers who censor what I type as I publish. They sometimes add invisible codes after my links to prevent my readers from reaching the targeted data. Sometimes when family members visit from out of town, the stalkers take control of my computer and show a picture of the type vehicle they drove in fatal accidents. In fact, twice when I published articles they did not want published, a close family member was immediately involved in a hit-and-run accident. One of the most frightening cyber terrorism pictures was grown men holding little children's heads in toilet bowls and flushing.

Detective Miller, of DeKalb County Police Department, said they would do zero about my cyber terror and in-person stalking. She said those are not crimes. Much more has happened since I started advocacy to decriminalize mental illness - horrifying things that are so disturbing that I hate thinking about what my family and I endure.

I could not sleep tonight after reading the two messages you published that your son wrote. You say they will cause him to spend 30 years of his life behind bars. I find it outrageous that your son must spend 45 years under the supervision of such people as those who have terrorized and followed me online and in person without any accountability for six years. Your son's two phone messages were:

Message #1:  “This message is for Cynthia Courter. My name is Fred Thomas. I’ve been sending you emails (to an account that you do not use anymore) and would like you to respond back to me. If you can’t respond back to me, I really hope that I don’t have to send your office some really, I don’t know - embarrassing information, perhaps. So if you can just write back to me and answer my questions that I’ve asked for you, I’d really appreciate it. Bye.”

Message #2: “Yeah, Cynthia Courter, you need to text message me or us email me or seething cause I’m really getting angry and I’m going to tell your employer all your dirty information, all your secrets, and if you think you’re going to be really embarrassed you should respond back to me. Bye.”

Sometimes when I publish an article the stalkers find objectionable, they ring my phone and an angry female voice screams at me in either Chinese or Spanish. Other times, they play ads for home security companies, etc. Their terrorism is hateful and illegal, but nobody will make them stop.

Do you want to know what the cyberstalkers sent to my mother's phone, Joseph? They sent pictures of their penises one night when I told them theirs must be small to enjoy terrorizing older women like my mother and myself. Compare that to the messages your son left. Stalkers followed my grandson and me six miles and waylaid us at the neighborhood Chevron station for over an hour one night while we waiting on 911 emergency responders who never came. I later learned that police have no constitutional obligation to protect citizens. No police responded to our 911 call or gave any explanation whatsoever until we contacted our congressman and senator. That was one of numerous instances when we were followed. I finally had to give up driving, Joseph.

Joseph, your son is obviously being persecuted for his mental illness and Asperger Syndrome, because I was told cyber terror is not a crime when I complained. Of course, one must consider that my elderly mother and I are African Americans. Perhaps that is why terrorists are allowed to interfere with our phone calls, emails, radio shows, and articles. We dared to ask, "What happened to Larry Neal?" That was my brother who had paranoid schizophrenia and was murdered while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Trying to get justice for Larry Neal and decriminalize mental illness for 1.25 million other Americans brought the wrath of prison investors in government against us, Joseph.

FEMA, Katrina, and You

1. Katrina happened between Aug. 23 and Sept. 3, 2005. This is the 9th anniversary of a catastrophic emergency caused by a category 5 hurricane that displaced 90 percent of New Orleans residents and killed approximately 1,883 people. Many people never recovered. FEMA was criticized for its slow response.

2. See CAMP FEMA - AMERICAN LOCKDOWN embedded below and at YouTube link http://youtu.be/in7GapiJrZ0 In looking for information about Katrina, I found the documentary embedded below (CoIntelPro moved it, and I replaced it). The fact that FEMA's stated purpose in the documentary is to "maintain the existing social order," like CoIntelPro, is objectionable to me as a black woman and a Christian. Probably because I am a black woman and a Christian, they also object to me.

3. No acceptable explanation for the delayed response after Katrina victims was given. Hundreds of people who lived through the initial storm perished needlessly. I sympathize with families who suffered loss. My own demands for accountability regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, have also been denied. The government has a duty to protect the rights of citizens, especially Americans with disabilities, but my inquiries were met with censorship. The censorship and persecution I experience increased as I began advocating for other mentally challenged people as well as condemned prisoners and inmates who appear to be wrongfully convicted.

4. The present social order being maintained is extremely class conscious and racist. This is proved by America's prison population, which is overwhelmingly comprised of people who are black, brown, red or poor whites. But most alarming is the fact that 1.25 million of America's prisoners have mental illnesses. Furthermore, mentally dysfunctional citizens comprise over half of the nation's police violence victims and 60 percent of the inmates in torturous solitary confinement, said to be roughly 80,000 people.

5. I perceive violations against an individual's human and civil rights as problems that should be resolved, without regard to persons' race, ethnicity, and their socioeconomic or health status. That is why I founded and direct ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. It is time to decriminalize mental illness and restore community safety by treating sick people timely instead of awaiting crimes to excuse arrests (to enrich prison investors). Therefore, AIMI will take the USA before the United Nations on behalf of untreated mentally ill people whose denial of treatment led to long-term homelessness, mass incarceration, brutality, and many avoidable deaths. 6. AIMI vs. USA claimants will meet in telephone conferences on the first weekend of each month until the "AIMI vs. USA" Complaint is filed in International Court. Claimants demand financial restitution for long-term homelessness, brutal lunacy arrests, patient abuse, prisoner torture (including long-term solitary confinement), and wrongful deaths, among other avoidable conditions that erode the quality of life for mentally ill citizens and people who love them.

NY Claims Right to Kill Black Patients

Please see an excerpt from an Associated Press report below that shows the Government claims a right to torture or kill black people who use government benefits or are prisoners:

ALBANY, N.Y. — A spokeswoman for the New York state institution where a mentally disabled man's death has been ruled a homicide says officials were obligated to bill the man's estate almost $12 million for his care over 10 years or risk losing federal Medicaid funding.

Spokeswoman Jennifer O'Sullivan says the state was following federal Medicaid obligations in seeking reimbursement recently from the estate of Rasheen Rose.The 33-year-old man died two years ago at Fineson Developmental Center in Queens and his sister has filed a lawsuit accusing the staff of killing him. They deny any wrongdoing. (Link to full report is below.)

New York billed Rasheen Rose's family $12m for his mistreatment that culminated in his restraint chair murder. If his sister is awarded $5m for his wrongful death, Rose's estate would still owe the State $7m. The answer might be to raise the amount of the plaintiffs' demand, but some states have caps on the amount of recovery for personal injury damages (follow the AllLaw.com link at the end of this article.) As I reported years ago, families of murdered black mental patients are intended to just thank the murderers, then go home and eat chicken.

The idea behind New York's lawsuit is that the State owns black people who have received government benefits or are prisoners. The State claims the right to torture and murder them without the fear of paying any damages. Under this standard, consider the following:

~ The estates of murdered prisoners' can be charged for the time the prisoners were incarcerated plus court fees and legal fees that brought about the deadly incarcerations.

~ Murdered and abused children who suffer in State custody may be charged for their time in State care plus court fees and legal fees that delivered the children from their parents' custody.

~ Neglected or murdered medical patients treated by State-financed facilities (like the patients killed by hospital staff during Katrina) can be charged for Medicaid payments that were used to pay for their medical care. The same is true of elderly and handicapped people who are abused or murdered in any State-run facility.

~ Black people injured or killed by food poisoning can be sued for the amount of food stamps they received throughout their lives if they sue the State for allowing tainted food into their food supply.

Black people who are deliberately kept impoverished in the United States are still considered chattel. Ownership has shifted from private hands to the Government which sustains them. The State declares in this lawsuit that it has every right to abuse its chattel's human and civil rights. When murders and other crimes against humanity happen, whether intentionally or by criminal negligence, the aim of this lawsuit is to ensure that no money goes to African Americans for losses. Therefore, killing and brutalizing black people in the United States of America becomes the prerogative of their owner, the Government, just as slave owners could brutalize and kill their "property" without fear of lawsuits or criminal charges

The government does not mind doing it, but after the deed is done, no more is to be said about such executions. I always have the hardest time keeping Brandon Rhode's picture posted - a mentally challenged young man murdered by the State of Georgia with execution drugs purchased out of the back of a London bicycle shop. I copied this from my activity log to show that I did indeed post information and a picture of Brandon Rhode. In 2010, Georgia executed Brandon Joseph Rhode, a 31-year-old mentally challenged man who committed a murder as a teen. His mother was an alcoholic, and Brandon was born brain damaged. None of this mattered to Georgia. Wikipedia reports, "Fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS) is a pattern of mental and physical defects that can develop in a fetus in association with high levels of alcohol consumption during pregnancy. Alcohol crosses the placental barrier and can stunt fetal growth or weight, create distinctive facial stigmata, damage neurons and brain structures, which can result in psychological or behavioral problems, and cause other physical damage."

By Monday, I will have sued the Governor of Georgia, Nathan Deal, over insurance and the lost of my household goods, and the Georgia Bar, who allows such nonsense because they refused to discipline lawyers, and they ignore claims against corrupt judges. I am an American and have sued the US government for violating my civil rights and used RICO and 42 USC 1981 (also known as the KKK clause) and 42 USC 1983 under the civil rights act for violating my constitutional rights.

This writer was contacted by Yvonne Hickman in winter 2011 to help her publish the injustices she endured. She was arrested and banned from her home off the word of a mentally disabled man, suffered enforced separation from her husband during which time their home was foreclosed upon, paid numerous lawyers for legal work they did not do, was forced by the court to pay Sentinel Services $30 per month supervision fees although she had never had a trial or conviction on any charges, was illegally divorced from her husband who needs her, and was denied justice from every official or court where she sought it since her arrest in December 2009. Yvonne feels none of this would have happened to a wealthy Caucasian wife of a sick veteran, or if it did, some official would have brought remedy before four years passed. Black Genocide - Maafa21

Maafa21 is a movie about eugenics and Black genocide. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. The movie embedded below shows that we Blacks are feared and hated, possibly by most Caucasian decision makers in corporations and governments. (Sixteen(16) links are in this article.)

After slavery, the Black man was considered obsolete and disposable. Our human rights have no little or no protection. One speaker on the film said if Blacks continue to push for equality, we will receive wholesale genocide. Eugenics through birth control and abortion are inadequate to sufficiently reduce Blacks' numbers in elitists' minds. Decision makers quoted on Maafa21 claimed Blacks are imbeciles, a people who drain the nation's economy and are incapable of self-governance. Decision makers placed roadblocks to our economic success and destroyed people and cities that disproved that racist theory. Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood, Georgia are two examples. I believe Black genocide is planned and that concentration camps, biomass incinerators, drone planes, CPUs, enforced vaccinations and microchips are awaiting that use. The prison industrial complex greatly reduces the number of Black men (and increasingly, Black women) during their child-bearing years. The justice system is used to control opposition from individuals and groups that are not parties to the the annihilation of Black and brown people in America. For instance, a fugitive summons was just issued for Lorenzo Ervin, who co-chairs Memphis Black Autonomy Network. This happened after his organization announced plans for an anti-Klan protest in Memphis on March 30, when the KKK plans to hold a mass rally there. Memphis is the city where Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. were murdered. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and murdered after 18 days of secret incarceration in 2003. Memphis police kill an average of one citizen a month, including children and the mentally ill.

The National Black Church Initiative (NBCI) denounced President Obama's "right" to order extrajudicial assassinations of persons who are denied any opportunity to face their accusers and defend themselves. NBCI is a faith-based coalition of 34,000 churches comprised of 15 denominations and 15.7 million African Americans. The article I read about NBCI's denouncement concerned drone planes but made no mention of NDAA Section 1021 for concentration camps or CPU bombs that reportedly can kill every man, woman, child and animal in a given geographic area but leave the buildings intact. Black Talk Radio Network published an article about the NBCI's denouncement which stated, "The Obama Administration has us believe that terrorism is the greatest threat to humanity, and that they reserve the right through the secular American creed to kill anyone, anywhere, who they label part of a terrorist organization."

Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter addressed concentration camp detainment in his article decrying America's human rights violations. He said, "In addition to American citizens’ being targeted for assassination or indefinite detention, recent laws have canceled the restraints in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to allow unprecedented violations of our rights to privacy through warrantless wiretapping and government mining of our electronic communications. Popular state laws permit detaining individuals because of their appearance, where they worship or with whom they associate."

Black and brown people have before us in Maafa21 the rationale for many injustices that happen to our people: We are considered, apparently, by the majority of Caucasians in decision making capacities in the USA, to be inhuman imbeciles who are unworthy of either life or liberty. And preparations are seemingly underway to remove both. Powerful, racist Caucasians have influence over numerous Blacks and "liberals" in religion, government, and civil/human rights organizations. Until my brother was murdered by Memphis police and we were denied the accountability that dogs get after wrongful death, I believed America had almost overcome its racism. Even after justice for that murder was denied and I became a CoIntelPro target and endured lawyer fraud, surveillance and censorship, and a burglary during which court records and evidence was seized, I still was unwilling to agree with persons I considered to be radicals who told me Blacks have no respected human rights in America. Maafa21 is a movie about eugenics and Black genocide. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes.
