Judge Anderson vs. Michael Morton: Wrongful Conviction

I looked for my article below in the blog called "Human Rights for Prisoners March" and could not find it at first. I decided long ago that my readers really need the information that cyberstalkers go to lengths to hide. America wrongfully convicts 5k to 10k people per year, mostly people who are black or poor. It keeps them throughout their childbearing years to use them as slaves and for eugenics (to prevent population growth among "undesirable" populations of people, such as blacks). Around the time when people would normally retire, the injustice system may finally admit its mistake and release a few a year. That way the public is convinced the system really cares about innocence, although it does not. That's the game - eugenics and slavery and pretension.

Micheal Morton was not black, and he might not have been poor at the time of his wrongful conviction, which shows that wrongful convictions can happen to anyone who is not a millionaire.

Former judge Ken Anderson, a psychopath

Huffington Post reported on November 8, 2013, that for the first time ever, a corrupt prosecutor was going to jail. "Today in Texas, former prosecutor and judge Ken Anderson plead guilty to intentionally failing to disclose evidence in a case that sent an innocent man, Michael Morton, to prison for the murder of his wife. When trying the case as a prosecutor, Anderson possessed evidence that may have cleared Morton, including statements from the crime's only eyewitness that Morton wasn't the culprit. Anderson sat on this evidence, and then watched Morton get convicted. While Morton remained in prison for the next 25 years, Anderson's career flourished, and he eventually became a judge."

Anderson defrauded Texas taxpayers of approximately $782,150, the approximate cost for Morton's incarceration (the Vera Institute of Justice released a study in 2012 that found the average taxpayer cost in the 40 states it assessed was $31,286 per inmate per year). Although the former judge and prosecutor was sentenced to merely 10 days behind bars for his crime, he was fined $500 and must do 500 hours of community service. Most importantly, Anderson lost his law license. One might assume that Anderson will now face a lawsuit by Morton. See photographs and a thorough explanation of the case in an article that features the entire Morton legal team at "Legal Victories" blog where we report positive legal news
http://legalvictories.blogspot.com/2014/01/anderson-v-justice-for-morton.html

In addition to unethical prosecutors, some forensic labs are responsible for wrongful convictions. FilmingCops.com reports that 180,000 cases will require review, because of one government chemists' deception and another chemist's corruption at Hinton laboratory in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. The Annie Dookhan deception continues to unfold. Dookhan was a government chemist who tampered with thousands of cases, creating fake “evidence” that caused the imprisonment of countless innocent Americans. Dookhan worked as a chemist for the State of Massachusetts, and she had close relationships with prosecutors. These prosecutors were able to successfully convict innocent Americans because Dookhan would taint the evidence, resulting in career boosts for the prosecutors while innocent men and women were torn from their families and locked in cells.  Kate Corbett, who worked in the same lab as Dookhan, claimed that she had a “chemistry degree” from Merrimack College, but she did not. (See two FilmingCops.com urls below that lead to reports about this tragedy.)

So many inmates have proved their innocence and been released from prison that prison investors in Government decided to stop levying criminal charges. Concentration camps are being prepared now for possibly millions of Americans to be warehoused without any criminal charges or opportunities for defense. Indefinite detention without trials in the United States was authorized under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) - approved by Congress in November 2011 and signed by President Obama on New Year's Eve that same year.

Even without NDAA, tens of thousands of innocent people are in prison, because the Supreme Court never recognized Americans' right to have post-conviction DNA tests or new trials on late-arriving evidence. In fact, there is no obligation for prisoners to be released because they present evidence of "actual innocence." Innocent inmates are released now and then just to give the impression of fairness, but most inmates serve their sentences whether innocent or guilty.

Some have not considered that people are in custody from the time a police officer says, "Halt." Many prisoners never make it to a jail cell but are killed during arrests. Those deaths are usually excused altogether or ruled "justified" upon investigation, regardless of the circumstances. There is no information available about how many of the police victims each year are black, white, middle class, poor, healthy, or mentally ill (police do not shoot wealthy people). Most Americans do not know that inmates in the United States are subject to brutality and murders behind bars with no accountability demanded.

It surprises plenty of people to learn that over half of the country's inmates are incarcerated for nonviolent offenses such as possession of small amounts of illegal drugs. Most people are unaware that the U.S.A. has 1.25 million mentally ill inmates. The mentally ill in America used to be treated in mental hospitals or community care programs until the rise of the private prison industry. Now people with brain disorders are warehoused in prisons after denying them psychiatric treatment, and they comprise 60% of inmates in solitary confinement torture.

Some never considered that America has more prisoners than any nation in world history at a staggering cost. The federal government and states spend over $74 billion per year to incarcerate 2.3 million people (roughly $200 billion when including collateral costs: police investigations, prosecution, and indigent defense). Added to that tax money is the cost of caring for minor children and aging parents prisoners must leave behind. The high prison population also causes unemployment among "free" people. Americans were never told that many of their jobs that were "downsized" never left the country but were outsourced to prison labor projects. Over a million inmates work up to 72 hours a week without job benefits for pennies a day or for free.

It has been estimated that between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions happen in America each year (see the link to the study below among nine(9) references). Some of the innocent people are on death row and others are in solitary confinement today - years after their imprisonment. Most Americans care about security but object to wrongful convictions and wrongful executions. We certainly oppose psychopathic district attorneys and corrupt forensic labs railroading innocent people into prison to increase private prison profits and advance legal careers. Since it is understood that most Americans would object to enslaving innocent people, this information is largely censored.

Americans' mass ignorance about its justice system is no accident. Mainstream media does not fully inform about these situations, and millions of people do not use the Internet, or they do not use it to become knowledgeable about these matters. American officials have been accused of working with corporate executives against the interests of the People. The truth is that America itself is a corporation, and its elected and appointed officials are her "executives." I am greatly censored to prevent spread of the truth: America is still a penal colony, and all working class and poor people are essentially her prisoners.

Most of this country's officials do not seem to care if prisoners are innocent or guilty of doing anything illegal or immoral. It may not matter whether the nation's prisons are behind bars or have "work permits" like you do. We must serve the empire either as taxpayers, military personnel, or prisoners. The officials' job is simply to manage the penal colony we know as America, contain dissent, and continue to move people from the slave pool into active slavery through the legal system. If possible, officials try to prevent the People from knowing that we are all, in fact, considered property. The People are distracted from this truth partly by oppressors who encourage disunity through classism, racism and politics. The concentration camps under NDAA are for the day when misinformation becomes ineffective and distraction becomes impossible.

Psychologists Explain High Recidivism Rate

Special guests for the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" Blogtalkradio shows next week will be Dr. Earle Williams and Dr. Jean Kennedy. Dr. Williams is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience in Forensic Psychology. Dr. Williams is an educator and television commentator as well as a practicing psychologist. His responsibilities have included conducting psychological assessments to determine defendants' trial readiness. Dr. Williams is involved in helping released prisoners avoid recidivism.

Research by the Bureau of Justice Statistics shows that 67.5 percent of released prisoners are rearrested within three years, almost exclusively for felonies or serious misdemeanors. All reentry programs should include counseling ex-offenders on how to avoid recidivism.

Organizational psychologist and radio host Dr. Jean Kennedy will also be a guest on both shows. She is currently working with prisoner activist Mary Neal to publish a book to expose and oppose detrimental punishments in America: "Extreme Punishments - SHU and DP." Dr. Kennedy is prepared to explain the organization structure of America's justice system, which contributes to the nation's unacceptable high rate of recidivism.

Both psychologists have something in common with the ex-offenders they strive to help. Both have also been arrested.

Current National Statistics on Recidivism
Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) studies have found high rates of recidivism among released prisoners. One study tracked 272,111 prisoners in 15 states after their release from prison in 1994.[1] The researchers found that:
Within three years:
~67.5 percent were rearrested (almost exclusively for felonies or serious misdemeanors)
~46.9 percent were reconvicted
~25.4 percent were resentenced to prison for a new crime

The offenders accumulated 4.1 million arrest charges before their most recent imprisonment and another 744,000 charges within three years of release.

Released prisoners with the highest rearrest rates were robbers (70.2 percent), those in prison for possessing, using or selling illegal weapons (70.2 percent), burglars (74.0 percent), larcenists (74.6 percent), those in prison for possessing or selling stolen property (77.4 percent), and motor vehicle thieves (78.8 percent).

Within three years, 2.5 percent of released rapists were arrested for another rape, and 1.2 percent of those who had served time for homicide were arrested for another homicide. See NIJ data at
http://www.nij.gov/topics/corrections/recidivism/Pages/welcome.aspx

One reason for mass incarceration and recidivism is discussed in the article called "Pushing Young Blacks to the Drug Culture" featuring Ferrell Williams' hip hop song, "Young Niggas, Move That Dope."
http://humanrightsforprisonersmarch.blogspot.com/2014/05/pushing-black-youths-to-drug-culture.html

Attorney General Eric Holder recently announced an expansive clemency review under sentencing reforms that may result in thousands more inmates being released from prison. Successful reentry for released prisoners should therefore be a high priority. The attorney general said:

“Once these reforms go into effect, we expect to receive thousands of additional applications for clemency. And we at the Department of Justice will meet this need by assigning potentially dozens of lawyers—with backgrounds in both prosecution and defense—to review applications and provide the rigorous scrutiny that all clemency applications require.”

Please listen to and share our radio broadcasts on May 18 and 19. Many government officials and human rights activists are involved in justice reform. Most people agree that 2.3 million prisoners are too many. More must be done to reduce incarceration through education, skills training, decriminalizing mental illness and drug addiction, and launching successful reentry programs. Correctional facilities should emphasize rehabilitation, and corporations that use prison laborers should hire their released workers. Nonviolent offenders' records should be automatically expunged, and voting rights should be restored. Without a significant change in the rate of recidivism, prison releases under the Justice Department's sentencing reforms will not impact mass incarceration to the degree that could be realized.

No Guns for the Poor (H.R.1369)

"Take the guns from the poor. No protection for them. Charge for gun insurance."

The Bible says that everything hidden will be revealed. A new gun control law introduced by Democrats in Congress exposes a truth: Minorities and poor/working class whites are perceived as threats, and they are the Americans who are intended to be denied Second Amendment rights through the “Firearm Risk Protection Act” (H.R. 1369).  Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) and eight cosponsors introduced the controversial bill. The national health care insurance law has been determined by the U.S. Supreme Court to be an allowed "tax." Now gun insurance may become another new "tax." Gun ownership will no longer be a "right" but a bought privilege for those who can afford it.

There has never been a more appropriate time for poor people to try to cultivate friendships with people of means. That way, poor families will have someone to call if they are accosted by criminals and 911 emergency police refuse to come, which happened to this writer.

If H.R.1369 passes, Congress may then put a tax that only the rich can afford on other constitutional provisions. That was the original idea when voting rights were limited to landowners. Ingenious, Democrats. H.R.1369 would also give an excuse to demand that Americans account for every gun in their possession and insure the guns or be fined. H.R.1369 proposes a $10,000 fine for possessing an uninsured firearm, which I imagine would deliver many more prison laborers behind bars. The prison industry competes for labor contracts against enterprises that hire "free" Americans and pay at least minimum wage and benefits. "Made in America" labels do not necessarily mean the products labeled were manufactured by people receiving fair wages. The prison industry also competes for contracts with companies that are presently using overseas labor in places like China, where nets are hung at some workplaces to break the fall of peasant workers who try to commit suicide to escape the drudgery of their impoverished, suppressed lives. Since prisons became big business, Americans can expect more bills that criminalize non-criminal behavior, such as gun ownership and smoking menthol cigarettes. (The NAACP asked Congress to outlaw menthol cigarettes, because it is the type of cigarette that 85% of black smokers use.)

Since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that national healthcare insurance premiums are a TAX, I submit to you that so is gun insurance under H.R.1369. I can foresee the gun ownership tax being raised for certain guns over time. It is like segregation. Once that was overcome with anti-discrimination laws such as the Fair Housing Act, racists who could afford it simply relocated to where it was too expensive for black families to be their neighbors (white flight). I hold that H.R.1369 is a bill to limit gun ownership to people who can afford to pay the new insurance tax. With unemployment and under-employment reaching 70% in many black communities, poor gun owners will be disarmed or criminalized. H.R.1369 is the kind of racist, class conscious law that one would expect to have wide appeal in Washington, D.C., especially among so-called "liberal" Democrats. What passes for "liberal" in the 21st century makes that a very ambiguous term.

Democrats propose $10,000 fine for gun owners who don't have insurance (H.R. 1369)
http://drudgegae.iavian.net/r?hop=http%3A%2F%2Fdailycaller.com%2F2013%2F04%2F02%2Fdemocrats-propose-10000-fine-for-gun-owners-who-dont-have-insurance%2F#ixzz2PJLZGKaW
A contingent of liberal Democrats in Congress is proposing a new federal gun control idea: mandatory liability insurance for gun owners.

Black Genocide - Maafa21

Maafa21 is a movie about eugenics and Black genocide. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. The movie embedded below shows that we Blacks are feared and hated, possibly by most Caucasian decision makers in corporations and governments. (Sixteen(16) links are in this article.)

After slavery, the Black man was considered obsolete and disposable. Our human rights have no little or no protection. One speaker on the film said if Blacks continue to push for equality, we will receive wholesale genocide. Eugenics through birth control and abortion are inadequate to sufficiently reduce Blacks' numbers in elitists' minds. Decision makers quoted on Maafa21 claimed Blacks are imbeciles, a people who drain the nation's economy and are incapable of self-governance. Decision makers placed roadblocks to our economic success and destroyed people and cities that disproved that racist theory. Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood, Georgia are two examples. I believe Black genocide is planned and that concentration camps, biomass incinerators, drone planes, CPUs, enforced vaccinations and microchips are awaiting that use. Maafa21 is embedded below until "they" move it. It is currently at YouTube link http://youtu.be/ZAF2GPT_79Q (drag the browser over to begin after six(6) minutes). After the movie is removed from the link above, as videos I feature often are, please Google it. Maafa21 is much more than an anti-abortion film.

The prison industrial complex greatly reduces the number of Black men (and increasingly, Black women) during their child-bearing years. The justice system is used to control opposition from individuals and groups that are not parties to the the annihilation of Black and brown people in America. For instance, a fugitive summons was just issued for Lorenzo Ervin, who co-chairs Memphis Black Autonomy Network. This happened after his organization announced plans for an anti-Klan protest in Memphis on March 30, when the KKK plans to hold a mass rally there. Memphis is the city where Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. were murdered. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and murdered after 18 days of secret incarceration in 2003. Memphis police kill an average of one citizen a month, including children and the mentally ill.

The National Black Church Initiative (NBCI) denounced President Obama's "right" to order extrajudicial assassinations of persons who are denied any opportunity to face their accusers and defend themselves. NBCI is a faith-based coalition of 34,000 churches comprised of 15 denominations and 15.7 million African Americans. The article I read about NBCI's denouncement concerned drone planes but made no mention of NDAA Section 1021 for concentration camps or CPU bombs that reportedly can kill every man, woman, child and animal in a given geographic area but leave the buildings intact. Black Talk Radio Network published an article about the NBCI's denouncement which stated, "The Obama Administration has us believe that terrorism is the greatest threat to humanity, and that they reserve the right through the secular American creed to kill anyone, anywhere, who they label part of a terrorist organization."

Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter addressed concentration camp detainment in his article decrying America's human rights violations. He said, "In addition to American citizens’ being targeted for assassination or indefinite detention, recent laws have canceled the restraints in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to allow unprecedented violations of our rights to privacy through warrantless wiretapping and government mining of our electronic communications. Popular state laws permit detaining individuals because of their appearance, where they worship or with whom they associate."

Black and brown people have before us in Maafa21 the rationale for many injustices that happen to our people: We are considered, apparently, by the majority of Caucasians in decision making capacities in the USA, to be inhuman imbeciles who are unworthy of either life or liberty. And preparations are seemingly underway to remove both. Powerful, racist Caucasians have influence over numerous Blacks and "liberals" in religion, government, and civil/human rights organizations. Until my brother was murdered by Memphis police and we were denied the accountability that dogs get after wrongful death, I believed America had almost overcome its racism. Even after justice for that murder was denied and I became a CoIntelPro target and endured lawyer fraud, surveillance and censorship, and a burglary during which court records and evidence was seized, I still was unwilling to agree with persons I considered to be radicals who told me Blacks have no respected human rights in America. Now I am convinced they are right and believe that you should also know the truth. Please share this article, including with TheBlackList. CoIntelPro prevents my communication with that and other black media online. See more information in the ten(10) links below, which bring the total links for this article to fourteen(14), and a message to racists in the embedded video "Ain't Gonna Let NOBODY Turn Me 'Round."

Boycott 4 Justice: No Shopping April 9, 2011

(25 paragraphs, 10 links, signature. Please count and note paragraphs beginning "The beauty" and "Corporate Greed.")    BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE:  No Shopping on the 9th of each month throughout 2011.  Do not spend a thin dime on April 9, May 9, June 9 - NO 9th!  Join the people's 9/11 response to corporate greed and government indifference that is behind injustice in America.  Join millions of Americans who are fed up enough to stand up in a peaceful, powerful demonstration without leaving  home.

Boycotts have long been an integral component in non-violent movements for social change. The love of money is the root of ALL evil. Just resolution of every issue has opposition from corporate interests that benefit financially by continuing or escalating conditions, including wars, weakened environmental protection, the attack on labor unions, high unemployment, rising gasoline prices, and the staggering incarceration rate. People petition representatives, organize protest marches, and make impassioned appeals for change. But capital punishment continues, thousands more jobs are outsourced monthly, war costs continue to mount, collective bargaining is undermined, human/civil rights are ignored, and funding for education and other social programs diminishes. These are business decisions, and each wrong decision prospers someone. It is time to address unethical business practices financially. What Big Business wants, it gets. Consumer power can be used to inspire Corporate America to have its elected officials CHANGE.

Everyone can participate in the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE simply by shopping the day before or after the 9th of each month, but buy nothing on Shopping Boycott Days – no groceries, gasoline, electronics, cars, clothes, or anything whatsoever. Plenty of people do not participate in demonstrations because of handicaps, fear, and travel restrictions. Most negative circumstances facing Americans have a common cause:  corporate greedUnite to address unethical business practices financially.

The beauty of the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE is that participants need not agree on the injustices being protested.  The only necessary point of agreement is that corporate greed got America in this mess, and standing united can help us get out.

Put a statement on your web pages saying why you support the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE and invite your group members, church or temple, civic organizations, and family to do likewise.  Participants do not have to use the Boycott 4 Justice to protest the exact same injustice(s).  The cause of all injustice is usually the same - corporate greed.  Perhaps you wish to stem the tide of jobs being outsourced overseas or to prison labor projects so that Fortune 500 companies, federal and local governments can avoid unions and minimum wage laws.  Over 1 million inmates work up to seven days a week doing jobs that were removed from the public sector, including former union jobs.  Roughly $50 billion each year is charged to taxpayers to incarcerate 2.3 million people.  Prison profiteers use these human commodities as prison laborers to earn billions more.  Over half the inmates were incarcerated on nonviolent offenses, and 1.25 million of them are mentally ill people who entered the prison system when funds for mental hospitals and community care programs were diverted to pay for incarceration instead, benefiting elitist private prison owners at the expense of America's most vulnerable citizens.

Americans do not count with decision makers as much as We the People should, and our "inalienable" rights are all too alienable. I learned that when my physically, mentally disabled brother was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in 2003, and we have been DENIED any records or accountability for his death for seven years - http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/ - Many people and organizations want to improve civil liberties, end the war, eliminate prisoner abuse, save Troy Davis and end capital punishment, strengthen animal protection laws, or stop some other injustice.  Although literally everyone can participate in the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE anonymously, it is important to realize that mainstream news will not announce the No Shopping Day.  Your help is needed to notify people about this opportunity to Unite for Justice.  STATE YOUR OWN REASON(s) for boycotting for justice. Below are samples:

For individuals: I support the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE on the 9th of every month throughout 2011. I pledge to buy nothing on the 9th of each month to protest ________________. (Name the injustice(s) you want to end.)

OR

I support the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE on the 9th of every month throughout 2011. I pledge to buy absolutely nothing on the 9th of each month to support _________________________, my son, daughter, grandson, brother, mother, father, friend. He/she is in prison and deserves human rights while incarcerated and the opportunity to live a productive life upon release.

NOTE: Organizations need only trade the pronoun “I” for the name of the organization, i.e.:

On behalf of 210,000 members of NAMI*, we support the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE to protest criminalization of mental illness and support resumption of Medicaid insurance for inpatient psychiatric care. Members should buy nothing on the 9th day of any month in 2011.

OR

AFLCIO* supports the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE to strengthen WORKER RIGHTS. Supporters should make no purchases whatsoever on the 9th day of any month in 2011.

The same notice would suffice for Wisconsin protestors, abolitionist groups, environmental protection organizations, prisoner rights activists, teachers protesting school closings, and all other human/civil rights organizations or individuals who recognize that corporate greed is the ultimate cause of injustices. This is your peaceful protest opportunity.  STATE YOUR OWN REASON for joining millions in the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE No Shopping Days:  9th of each month in 2011.

*Neither of the organizations above has pledged support for the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE to date. I was prevented from using email and my phone to contact human and civil rights organizations about the boycott.  I feel they should participate and used them as examples. Urge your civic groups and social network or places of worship to participate in the peaceful, powerful initiative for change, and please try to notify us by posting a comment at this blog or email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com

Literally everyone can support the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE while working, playing, or sleeping. Just do not spend any money on the 9th of every month throughout 2011. A 24-hour shopping moratorium once each month would not really hurt the fragile economy, nor is it intended to do that. The boycott is our 9/11 response to corporate greed that is responsible for most, if not all, of the problems that plague America.  A successful boycott will remind corporations and government officials that customers, voters, and they are co-dependent.

The private prison system, wars, and unemployment are intricately tied.  Over one million inmates work up to seven days a week for state and federal governments and Fortune 500 companies avoiding unions, minimum wage and worker safety laws.  Inmates make 100% of military uniforms, canteens, tents, and many other essentials.  War is therefore very profitable for prison investors.  Companies find it difficult to compete with corporations that use prison laborers to supply goods and services or outsource work overseas.  As more Americans are laid off, laws are passed that are designed to obtain more prisoners, such as the proposal to outlaw menthol cigarettes and tougher immigration laws that remand illegal aliens to prison rather than back to their countries.  The U.S. Supreme Court is currently deliberating on whether American children can be interrogated by police officers in their schools without their parents' knowledge, an attorney, a warrant, or a Miranda warning. A seventh-grader is already imprisoned (sentenced as an adult) because he confessed to crimes under those circumstances.  False confessions by children and the mentally ill account for 25% of wrongful convictions, but young people make hardy prison slaves and can be trained to lay bricks, become plumbers, fishermen, electricians, or manufacture whatever products their assigned prisons produce and market on Wall Street.  The same elitists benefit from wars, America's record-high incarceration rate, and outsourcing jobs, which leads to unemployment, wage reductions, and foreclosures.  The economy is an ecosystem, and the poor and middle class are at the bottom of the food chain.  Workers, peace advocates, and prisoner activists have a common opponent.  THEY are ONE.

Unity is the only thing that works for oppressed people. Americans are too divided along racial and socioeconomic lines and should harness our collective strength as consumers to effect change. While blacks, Native Americans, Latinos, Asians, middle class and poor Caucasians in America engage in infighting and about problems that beset us, around 95% of the nation’s wealth is in the hands of 5% of the people – some of whom are elitists who encourage division among the masses to divert attention from the causes of economic depression that benefit Big Business, such as expensive wars and outsourcing millions of jobs overseas and to prisons labor projects. Many people do not participate in protest marches because they are handicapped, timid, or lack the time or resources to travel and unite for justice. But EVERYONE SHOULD STOP SHOPPING FOR 24 HOURS EACH MONTH OF 2011 ON THE 9TH - The People's Peaceful 9/11 Attack on Corporate Greed and Government Indifference.

Corporate Greed. Slave owners did not heed calls to conscience and release slaves; employers who worked children from dawn to night in sweat shops before child labor laws were enacted did not heed calls to conscience; employers with hazardous working conditions in coal mines and manufacturing plants did not heed calls to conscience and voluntarily institute fair wages, a 40-hour work week, and safe work environments. Big Business has no conscience. That is why Americans' jobs are being outsourced overseas and behind prison walls and human/civil rights violations by the government are increasing. Shopping boycotts worked during the civil rights era, and labor strikes achieved victories when unions were born because shopping boycotts and labor strikes impacted corporations' PROFITS.

A one-day shopping moratorium would not ravage the nation’s fragile economy, and it is not intended to do harm.  But a successful boycott would show corporate America and elected officials how serious you and I are about having a justice system that is functional but fair and respectful of the human/civil rights of all people without regard to socio-economic distinctions, race, or health status of citizens and immigrants. A successful boycott will evidence our dissatisfaction with eroding civil liberties and high unemployment.

After 9/11, America embarked on a War on Terror that sacrifices precious lives and trillions of dollars. Unite to declare war on injustice beginning March 9, and repeat the boycott every 9/11 this year until significant changes are made. Make an impact while washing your car, watching television, or sleeping every month on the 9th. Take your lunch to work – make no purchases! With no protest march to attend, you need not worry about crowd control Tasers, being added to the government’s growing watch list, or any other evil device used to prevent Americans from exercising our Constitutional right to peacefully assemble and petition government for a redress of grievances. Just keep your money in your pockets for 24 hours once each month. Join us, and ask your group members, friends, and family to join the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE.  Together, we will use consumer power to effect positive social change.

THERE IS NO NEED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS TO AGREE ON ANY SINGLE INJUSTICE BEING PROTESTED DURING THE BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE NO SHOPPING DAYS.  For instance, you may support capital punishment, but I am using the No Shopping Boycott to protest capital punishment for moral as well as financial reasons.  Each condemned inmate costs taxpayers an additional $90,000 per year to warehouse over and above the usual $50,000 per year for the inmate to be housed in a maximum security prison, yet officials resist abolishing capital punishment. The money is needed to help Americans live an abundant life rather than conducting executions.  I also denounce criminalizing mental illness.

More information about the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE is in FreeSpeakBlog at http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/ . But a shopping boycott is not difficult to understand, and announcing your participation is not required.

Just do it!
No shopping any month on the 9th

ADDRESS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES FINANCIALLY. BIG BUSINESS HAS NEVER BEEN MOVED BY IMPASSIONED APPEALS TO CONSCIENCE. MONEY MATTERS. KEEP YOURS ON THE 9th OF EVERY MONTH.  COLLECTIVE BARGAINING STILL WORKS!

God said unity works:  And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them which they have imagined to do. ~ Genesis 11:6

Cointelpro Prevents Mary Neal's Freedom of Press

Take a look at the interference I experienced posting our FOIA request to the USDOJ regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, described in detail at http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/  - No Questions Allowed.

SORRY, Cointelpro prevented the upload. Don't worry. I will make sure you see it. You need to know that the Internet is censored and see how cyberstalkers do this.

I tried to upload a video showing the Cointelpro interference I experience alerting the nation to The Cochran Firm Fraud - the fact that the law firm is likely a pseudo-government agency set up to defraud minorities and other disenfranchised citizens after police murders and abuses. I am trying to load the video at http://FreeSpeakBlog.blogspot.com - Today when I was at the library, they actually made the Internet go down in the library. Now I am at FedEx Kinko's. They are preventing the upload of the film. I believe they took down YouTube recently looking for my videos. I have much proof that Cointelpro has already shut down free speech on the Internet. I only get and send the emails that they allow. They prevent my uploading films. I am stalked online and in person to hide Larry Neal's murder and the subsequent cover-up facilitated by The Cochran Firm while under contract as our wrongful death attorneys. I am founder and director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, a much censored org. because private prisons make much money from incarcerating mental patients, and many elected officials and others decision makers own private prison stock. I will give my friends a go-ahead to upload the videos I sent to them. Cointelpro will not allow me to have Internet at my home any longer. I have replaced my computer six times in two years. They want to keep my brother's murder a secret to avoid having to prosecute those who filed false reports with the USDOJ from Shelby Co. Government, wherein officials lied and claimed there had been no jail deaths for the period in which my brother was secretly arrested and murdered there (secret arrest period was from mid-July to Aug.1, 2003, the date he died). See http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com The cyberstalkers seek to contain the information that The Cochran Firm is used (since Johnnie's death) to prevent police departments and municipalities from having to make just resolutions after deaths by police or police brutality.
