Media companies are completely silent about the Court' decision. The National Law Journal published an article announcing the federal court's pending decision in November 2014, but I could find no followup article when the court issued its decision that The Cochran Firm is NOT a law firm on May 12, 2015. Apparently, the FCC, FTC, and media companies plan for African Americans to continue to be victimized by The Cochran Firm, which runs ads for legal clients, disregarding the fact that it was declared by federal court not to be a law firm, and nobody is telling the potential victims. This is racism.

[Since publishing this article, I learned that The Cochran Firm frauds appealed USDC's decision to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Use the side scroll bar to get to the end of the poll and vote, please. 

The operating system in my computer was destroyed on July 3, probably because I exposed the federal court's decision regarding The Cochran Firm's failure to meet the standard to be called a law firm. This is the most elaborate plot against justice for African Americans since CoIntelPro supposedly ended in the 1970's - misusing Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to defraud deliberately uninformed legal consumers throughout America. The overwhelming majority of The Cochran Firm's clients are African Americans; therefore, the so-called law firm's racketeering is being allowed to continue unreported by media companies and without censure by the FCC, FTC, and BBB. Culprits have destroyed 10 computers of mine within 10 years. Time the one-year warranties expire, they pounce. The latest computer destruction caught me at a financially vulnerable point, and I require your help.

Notice that Eric Garner's family was awarded $5.9 million for his wrongful death by police, whereas John Crawford, III, whose survivors were represented by The Cochran Firm Frauds, demanded only $75,000. Garner was committing a misdemeanor by selling loose cigarettes and was heard on video arguing with police before his murder by choke hold. Crawford, on the other hand, was simply shopping and talking on his cellphone in an Ohio Walmart store, breaking no laws whatsoever. The difference is that one man's survivors were represented by real lawyers, and Crawford's family was defrauded by The Cochran Firm like mine was. Crawford's girlfriend was killed on January 1, 2015, when the car she and her driver were in suddenly accelerated to a high speed. The car may have been hacked. Some people who seem interested in enabling The Cochran Firm fraud are excellent hackers, which is why I need new computer equipment. The young woman had her own attorney separate from Crawford's family.

I just called the governor's office and was transferred to an administrator who said I should call Lee May's office, the DeKalb County CEO - another black man. I spoke with a woman who identified herself as Ava Bishop. She said DeKalb County Police Department cannot enforce the law regarding people breaking into my computer and tampering with my phone.

"Those are federal laws," she said. "You have to call the feds."

I told her those are also state laws being broken. There are state laws against every crime. She said, "Well, we have no way to enforce them."

That was another lie, I believe. I then told her that police came to my home and told me not to tell officials about their refusal to investigate my crime reports, including the IP addresses I gave them that identified where the computer attacks originated. They threatened me not to tell their superiors about the matter - a direct violation of my First Amendment rights. She gave me the phone number for the DeKalb County Sherrif's office. I believe this is a matter for the police commissioner and GBI, not the sheriff. If Georgia has laws on the books but offers no enforcement unless and until the crimes impact white people, that is an issue that all citizens should know about and address.

Confederates in Georgia and throughout this nation applaud The Cochran Firm's many frauds against black families after wrongful deaths by police and catastrophic injuries caused by Big Business, but they might as well abandon their efforts to keep the frauds secret. FCC, FTC, and BBB might choose to ignore the fact that The Cochran Firm has been declared not a law firm by a federal court, but this victimized, marginalized black woman will continue to do everything in my power to save other families from being defrauded by a bunch of white supremacists hiding behind Johnnie Cochran's ghost. Those agencies that are paid taxpayers' money to protect consumers from frauds like The Cochran Firm must be given the incentive to do their jobs and stop the false advertising of this non-law firm. The Cochran Firm should not be eligible for recommendation as a law firm by any state bars or legal referral services, and it should have been ineligible for TV ads, Internet ads, and any other false advertising effective May 12, 2015.

What good is it to remove the Confederate flag from government buildings while this country still operates under the CoIntelPro mandate to "keep wealth from black hands" and "protect the status quo"? BLACK LIVES MATTER.

The Cochran Firm Fraud re St.Louis PD Killing of Stanley Parker

We Have Another Cochran Firm Fraud to Report: An African American youth was apparently murdered by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. Nashville said former St. Louis police officer Keith McGull, fired his gun on Parker, his brother and a friend without provocation and killed her son. Of course McGull faced no criminal charges, plus The Cochran Firm defrauded the family of their righteous lawsuit. Please do not rely on The Cochran Firm frauds for legal services, especially not for defense on criminal charges or lawsuits against police, major corporations, or the federal government. After Holmes missed the date for "Nashville vs. St. Louis," The Cochran Firm frauds told Ms. Nashville that the law firm did not have the money to get a continuance and a new court date. Most Cochran Firm clients do not understand the court process or their rights. Nashville said she went to other attorneys, but they would not accept the case with so little time to prepare. Nashville said The Cochran Firm had not taken depositions from witnesses to present the case, anyway. Police arrested some of the youths who had witnessed Stanley Parker being shot to death. This seems typical of how The Cochran Firm and police work together to suppress justice for victimized African Americans.

Nashville tried to continue the wrongful death case pro se, but she said the judge told her she could not do that; she had to have an attorney. If that is true, then obviously the court and The Cochran Firm frauds united to suppress Nashville's case against St. Louis Police Department regarding Parker's death just like Georgia courts apparently united with The Cochran Firm frauds to suppress justice regarding the murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who died after 18 days of secret arrest (a kidnapping and murder by police in Memphis, Tennessee).

Running black teenagers are often considered criminals by police and are regularly shot and killed, especially in some neighborhoods. That apparently led to Parker's death. Nashville reports that when Parker, his brother and a friend finished cleaning a neighbor's attic, it was late at night. They were walking home when they saw a Chevy Lumina approaching them, driving fast. Their neighborhood had gang activity, and the boys darted into an ally for safety. They did not see a policeman exit the car and hide behind a dumpster. Keith McGull reportedly emerged from that hiding place and opened fire on the teens without saying a word and minus any provocation. This was apparently a case of "black teens running - shoot!"

Nashville said McGull had beaten his fiance half to death before joining the police force. He was implicated in other crimes after killing her son and was finally relieved of duty for good. McGull was also fired after killing Parker, but he was rehired after that tragedy and was fired again after doing other crimes. McGull is probably a police officer or an inmate someplace today.

Rodney Holmes, Esq. apparently left The Cochran Firm despite his excellent work suppressing justice for Parker's wrongful death, and he now runs his own law practice. This is why other Cochran Firm fraud victims and I check the background of lawyers involved in high profile cases regarding police violence to see if they have worked for The Cochran Firm since Johnnie Cochran announced a reparations lawsuit against the USA and major corporations and soon died. We do this to warn the defendants and plaintiffs because consumer protection agencies, state bars, media companies, and legal referral services will not report The Cochran Firm frauds to black legal consumers. Randy Short, a human rights advocate, facilitated Nashville's connection with Mary Neal, who hopes to be the lead plaintiff against The Cochran Firm in a RICO Act lawsuit against The Cochran Firm. There are now hundreds of potential plaintiffs. Interested lawyers are invited to contact Mary Neal, using the contact information below (communication is compromised by stalkers, so please be persistent).

There has been no investigation and censure against The Cochan Firm by mainstream media companies or consumer protection agencies to day. Reporting The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its former clients would stop the success of future frauds by this corrupt law firm and negatively impact government agencies and large corporations that depend on The Cochran Firm to defraud its clients in order to protect their assets from African Americans' lawsuits. After Cochran's death, the national law firm fell into the hands of unethical and apparently racist partners, Cherry, Givens, Smith or Sistruck. Smith was and Sistrunk is black, which proves that racism is practiced by African Americans for material gain, also (see "Racist Black Elitist Traitors," an article in "Cochran Firm Fraud" blog - the link is provided at the end of this article).

This is not to say that every individual lawyer at The Cochran Firm is corrupt. Some attorneys who left the firm after Cochran's demise sued the firm for racism, fraud, and other offenses, including Shawn Chapman-Holley and Randy McMurray. Vicki L. Gilliam also left the firm after partners took her case regarding environmental pollution of the Ramapough People's lands in New Jersey (Google 'Mann v. Ford' by Mary Neal" to read about that fiasco). The Cochran Firm fraud partners then settled the case that was valued at $3billion for a mere $12.5million (see also an HBO special about the case). Attorneys with integrity and professional ethics are ordinarily forced out of The Cochran Firm like the three listed above were. McMurray's lawsuit is happening now in California. As McGull's unmarked Chevy Lumina approached Parker and his three teenage companions, the kids bolted down the alley, only to be met at the other end by the uniformed McGull. The officer says he verbally warned the kids and fired nine rounds at Parker only after being fired upon. Parker's brother, sixteen-year-old Joshua Nashville, flatly denies this, saying that McGull didn't make a peep and that none of the boys fired a gun, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

AIMI vs. USA International Court Action

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans an action in International Court to (i) win restitution for victims of human trafficking - people who were denied psychiatric and/or drug and alcohol treatment in order to enrich prison investors, (ii) win restitution for victims of mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who were denied treatment, and (iii) help decriminalize mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions in the USA by demanding punitive damages for the failure of the United States, a United Nations member state, to adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention Against Torture, and other international laws, treaties, and conventions regarding human rights, particularly the rights of individuals with health disabilities. The action will be filed in 2015 by an International Human Rights Lawyer.

Please note that AIMI vs. USA will only sue for monetary damages, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. MPD Fatally Shoots Blacks; Fires Rubber Bullets on Whites

Memphis Cops Use Rubber Bullets for a White Man But Shoot and Kill Two Black Men

On Feb. 4, a law enforcement “task force,” including Memphis police officers, shot and killed Markell Atkins, 36. U.S. marshals, who led the task force, allegedly came to the home of Atkins to serve a warrant for his arrest in the death last year of a child. The cops claim Atkins, who was black, threatened them with a knife so they killed him. Family members present at the home said Atkins was in the backyard feeding a pet when the cops came.

The very next day, on Feb. 5, Memphis cops used rubber bullets against a white man, Terry Burch, suspected of stabbing a woman, according to a local TV station. Burch allegedly had a knife, but according to the Commercial Appeal newspaper, police sent negotiators to talk to him while he was inside a house. He was later arrested and put in jail.

Less than a week later, on Feb. 10, Tony Bess, 48, who was black, was shot and killed by Memphis cops at his home. Memphis police allegedly came to Bess's home to serve a warrant for his arrest for an assault he allegedly committed this past weekend in a Memphis suburb. Initially, the cops claimed that Bess threatened them with a gun. But now, the local news media report that: 1. In the process of killing Bess, one cop shot another cop, and that 2. Bess never fired a gun that he allegedly had at the time the police came into his bedroom.

Burch is alive because he is white. Atkins and Bess are dead because they were black, gunned down by Memphis cops acting as their judges, jury, and executioners.

Atkins was the 25th person and Bess the 26th person killed by Memphis police during the reign of terror conducted by the police department beginning in February, 2012. Only one cop has been prosecuted for any of these 26 deaths.


Inquests Must Be Held in Memphis in Cases of Deadly Police Force

Memphis cops get away with murder because they are rarely ever forced to testify in court about their use of deadly force. Instead, the medical examiner, the county prosecutor, and the cops meet together in secret and decide that the killings were “justified.”

Under Tennessee law, Memphis police who kill people can be subpoenaed to testify in an inquest. For an inquest to be held, two people, preferably family members (but they don't have to be) must sign an affidavit and file it with a General Sessions Court judge, saying that they believe a person was unlawfully killed by another person. It is not necessary for the affidavit to be filed by a lawyer. Thee is no statute of limitations on murder. An inquest is a criminal proceeding. It has nothing to do with a lawsuit, which is a civil action that family members may choose to file against the police for the wrongful death of a loved one.

Will inquests guarantee an end to the reign of terror by the Memphis Police Department? No, they won't. But at the very least, inquests will require the cops to testify under oath and make it more difficult for the medical examiner and the prosecutor to cover up the truth when the police use deadly force.

Dear Mr. President:

I would be presumptuous and fatuous to claim to speak for many descendants of enslaved Africans if I had not been the undisputed, foremost investor, for the past forty years, in the effort in New York to end police brutality in and about its streets and in courthouses coupled with a sacrificial effort to end unfettered racism in its judicial system.

"Not all cops are bad" fails to describe the plight of descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States. The problem starts with us being remembered and institutionalized as "imported" in Scott v. Sandford. In a "land" that we built, without any semblance of wages, we can never become immigrants. Words also kill.\

In Our Time Press dated December 25, 2014, I was given an opportunity to pen a "Guest Op Ed" article entitled "An Intelligent Response to Police Killings." This opportunity was a milestone in a city where the practice of censorship is routine including it being practiced by Black radio talk show hosts and the Black media.

Many people view nationwide and international protests and demonstrations as exercises under the First Amendment. While these protests are well-meaning, they are misdirected. For example, the institution of slavery ended, in New York, on July 4, 1827 but the "badges of slavery" have continued, incessantly, in New York, up to the present time. This stipulation was grounded in New York's gradual emancipation statute of 1799 and was given wings on November 10, 1821, by white males exclusively.

This matter of unchecked, police crimes in the United States is of international concern since "genocide" is an international crime. We Charge Genocide reflects the letter and spirit of a historic Petition in 1951. "Addressed to the United Nations it was submitted to that body in Paris, France at the Palais Chaillot where the Fifth Session of the General Assembly had gathered."

Asecond delegation, led by Paul Robeson, a resident of New York, presented copies "to the office of the Secretary General of the UN in New York." In 1948, the State Department had initiated a policy of refusing to issue passports to dissidents. This class included Robeson who was placed on a "white list" for exercising First Amendment rights. This was an indefinite, "bill of pains and penalties."

The U.S. Justice Department was not established until 1870. By 1877, a federal electoral commission fashioned the Compromise of 1877which would constructively, if not actually, return most descendants of enslaved Africans back to their former slavemasters. To seal the deal, President Grover Cleveland, appointed August H. Garland as attorney general of the United States. Garland was a Confederate loyalist.

Under the "separation of powers" doctrine, New York has operated as a quadrumvirate. All of these titleholders have been almost, with one exception, white men since the Nineteenth Amendment. The chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals is not even elected by its citizens. This gives great deference to a plutocracy. In 1827, New York established a timocracy. It continues until this day. Accordingly, New York is "a state that enshrines white men." It is not "a state that enshrines equal laws."

In 2008 in the New York Amsterdam News, I explained to its readers why you would become the first person of African ancestry to acquire a lease on the "White House." It started with Black soldiers saving the Union. Nonetheless, America was outraged when President Theodore Roosevelt invited Booker T. Washington to the Executive Mansion. It would become known, afterwards, as the "White House."

Given these circumstances, I was aware that your presidency would cause great and irreparable harm to persons of African ancestry. White supremacy still sits on the throne. I was correct on both counts. History will not treat you kind if you view descendants of enslaved Africans as political baggage. After more than four hundred years of unpaid labor and state-sponsored terrorism, we deserve more than disparate treatment.

We congratulate the U.S. Congress for passing a bill recently demanding that all police departments and corrections facilities (prisons and jails) must report every death in custody to the FBI, whereas they presently only report the deaths they want. We urge President Obama to sign the bill into law. Withholding reports about deaths in custody and police incidents is irresponsible and defeats the United States Department of Justice's mandate to protect the civil and human rights for all people in America. NO MORE SECRET ARRESTS AND MURDERS IN AMERICA.

Officer Wilson Acquittal: Boycott 4 Justice

1)  If Officer Wilson is Acquitted, Give No Excuse for Martial Law. BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE. I believe marching is too dangerous and largely ineffective except for publicity, which Brown's murder already has thanks to previous demonstrations by all of the brave Ferguson protesters. At the end of this article is an alarming news alert from the City of Berkeley, Missouri, advising its citizens to take extraordinary precautions for safety in the event of Wilson's acquittal. Protesters were mostly peaceful during demonstrations immediately after Brown's murder, but police were not. Please recall that a cop was sent to stand behind Ferguson protesters and throw rocks at militarized police - perhaps to draw gunfire. Nobody is likely to be shot or arrested for not Christmas shopping. BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE.

2)  Everyone who has children should buy each child only one toy if they celebrate Christmas, but stop purchases at that. Some Ferguson organizations plan a boycott for Black Friday (see the photograph above and a news article about the proposed boycott at the first of six links beneath paragraph no. 7). ALL of us should skip Christmas 2014 altogether if Wilson walks. Michael Brown's death must hurt Big Business, and then Big Business will demand justice for Brown and safety for other black youths. It doesn't cost elitists anything to release killer cops, and that is the problem. We must make Wilson's acquittal very expensive in order to get the Justice Department to levy federal charges against Wilson. We have the power. We have consumer power. BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE.

3)  Send every discount coupon which you received from retailers back to retailers with "Michael Brown" written across them. Explain to children in your families why they will only receive one gift this Christmas, if they expected more. Have them to help protect THEMSELVES and their teenage siblings and cousins and friends by preparing toy ads for mailing back to stores with "Michael Brown" written across the advertisements with bold, black markers. Go online and order NOTHING. Instead send emails to manufacturers saying only "Michael Brown." Teach your children to BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE.

4)  Boycotting is highly effective if enough people participate, but it is not as exciting as protesting. There will be no media presence and no one making rousing speeches. If you really miss the media and confrontations with police, go picket traitors going into the malls. Ask shoppers why they don't care that youths like Michael Brown are shot for walking while black. Do not block ingress and egress to and from the malls, but picketing on the sidewalks at street level should reduce the number of shoppers significantly. People were afraid and ashamed to shop in my town during boycotts in the 1960s.

5)  Picketing shoppers (with permits, if applicable) should provide the excitement and feeling of comradery that boycotting might lack. The police will surely come, but picketing at shopping malls would reduce the likelihood of police using army tanks, helicopters, rubber bullets, and tear gas on protesters, especially in Caucasian areas. If they do use such methods to violate protesters' free speech and freedom of assembly rights, watch NOBODY go shopping the following day. Success! BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE!

6)  Not everyone can participate in demonstrations, but everybody can boycott this Christmas season, even timid or elderly people. Experience success while minimizing personal risks. Government ignores demands made by the People, but Big Business is never ignored. There is no better way to appeal to Big Business than to stop business. All of our protest marches in the 1960s had boycotts associated thereto. If success is slow, coordinate with unions and universities to add work strikes and school walk-outs. It would carry significant impact to add hotel and restaurant workers to the strike during the holidays, especially New Year's. Be effective, peaceful, and safer. 

7)  Thanks to protesters in Ferguson and throughout America directly after Brown's murder, we are set to achieve victory. All it should require to have federal charges levied against Wilson if he is acquitted is a little coordination and sacrifice - not more risks of harm. No adults ever got arrested for "not shopping", "not working," or "not going to school." BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE. See a St. Louis Post-Dispatch article at the link below about the Black Friday boycott sponsored by a coalition of organizations demanding justice for Michael Brown. Their boycott should be observed nationally and span the entire holiday season to ensure success and bring greater respect for the lives of our young men of color everywhere. On the other hand, the article at the second link and the notice to Berkeley, Missouri citizens below should serve as a warning to everyone about where this issue can lead.

Oct 22 Coalition Against Police Brutality

The October 22 Coalition to Stop Police Brutality, Repression and the Criminalization of a Generation has been mobilizing every year since 1996 for a National Day of Protest on October 22, bringing together those under the gun and those not under the gun as a powerful voice to expose the epidemic of police brutality.

The Coalition also works on the Stolen Lives Project, which documents cases of killings by law enforcement nationwide. The second edition of the Stolen Lives book documents over 2000 cases in the 1990s alone. Volunteers are needed to help with the research and editing of cases since then. As the director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, I certainly looked forward to the October 22 Coalition protest in Atlanta today. Unfortunately, my elderly mother is unwell and I may not be able to attend. Therefore, I ask that organizers please be mindful that over 50 percent of police violence victims are people with a history of mental illness. They are attacked and often killed by police in their homes, on our streets, and behind bars. The mentally ill also comprise over half of America's prisoners: 1.25 million sick people are wrongly incarcerated rather than treated in their communities or mental hospitals. Budgets for mental health care were cut in order to arrest sick people and start America's private jail and prison system. In Atlanta, homeless shelters are being closed so that more of these people will be arrested than before. Two homeless shelters already closed, and the Atlanta Task Force, which houses some 900 people, is fighting in court to survive. Mercenary people want the prime Midtown Atlanta property where the Task Force sits, and prison investors want the homeless jailed.

In 2014, we were made aware of numerous murders against people with mental illness, including Jerome Murdough, who was baked to death in Rikers Island, Darren Rainey, who was boiled to death in Dade County Correctional Facility, and too many more to name. Recently, Milwaukee's police chief fired an officer who picked a fight with a mentally ill teenager in the park then shot him 14 TIMES. Police aggression is directed mostly at black people and the mentally ill of any race. We need to talk about this and make sure everyone is aware of the numerous assaults on society's most vulnerable members. As usual, the victims are mostly people who are black, brown, or poor.

I would be grateful if you mention the fact that most victims of police violence and brutality behind bars are also mentally ill people. There are approximately 80,000 inmates in cruel solitary confinement today, and over 60 percent of them are mentally ill. Approximately 80 percent of inmates in SHU are black. There seems to be no attempt on the government's part to end torture of American prisoners. In fact, Solitary Watch revealed that in the U.S. report to the United Nations that will be filed in November denies that solitary confinement is systemically used against juveniles and the mentally ill in America.

These are a few of the concerns that I wanted to address today at the October 22 Coalition protest in Atlanta, but I must ask that you do this instead. Please don't let oppression of our people who experience mental disabilities go without mention. AIMI plans an International Court action for 2015, when we will take such murders as my own disabled brother suffered before the United Nations and the world. I am very grateful to the sponsors and organizers of the October 22 Day of Remembrance and protest against police violence. It means a great deal to me as the sister of a man who was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in jail, especially since Larry Neal's murder was covered-up. Cover-ups of jailhouse murders are possible to a greater degree than murders that happen in public where people film police violence. I am thankful that due to many news reports, especially by the Miami Herald, many jailhouse murders of mentally ill people and others are being revealed to a greater extent than before despite cover-ups.
