We Have Another Cochran Firm Fraud to Report: An African American youth was apparently murdered by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. Nashville said former St. Louis police officer Keith McGull, fired his gun on Parker, his brother and a friend without provocation and killed her son. Of course McGull faced no criminal charges, plus The Cochran Firm defrauded the family of their righteous lawsuit. After Holmes missed the date for "Nashville vs. St. Louis," The Cochran Firm frauds told Ms. Nashville that the law firm did not have the money to get a continuance and a new court date. Most Cochran Firm clients do not understand the court process or their rights. Nashville said she went to other attorneys, but they would not accept the case with so little time to prepare. Nashville said The Cochran Firm had not taken depositions from witnesses to present the case, anyway. Police arrested some of the youths who had witnessed Stanley Parker being shot to death. This seems typical of how The Cochran Firm and police work together to suppress justice for victimized African Americans.

Nashville tried to continue the wrongful death case pro se, but she said the judge told her she could not do that; she had to have an attorney. If that is true, then obviously the court and The Cochran Firm frauds united to suppress Nashville's case against St. Louis Police Department regarding Parker's death just like Georgia courts apparently united with The Cochran Firm frauds to suppress justice regarding the murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who died after 18 days of secret arrest (a kidnapping and murder by police in Memphis, Tennessee).

Running black teenagers are often considered criminals by police and are regularly shot and killed, especially in some neighborhoods. That apparently led to Parker's death. Nashville reports that when Parker, his brother and a friend finished cleaning a neighbor's attic, it was late at night. They were walking home when they saw a Chevy Lumina approaching them, driving fast. Their neighborhood had gang activity, and the boys darted into an ally for safety. They did not see a policeman exit the car and hide behind a dumpster. Keith McGull reportedly emerged from that hiding place and opened fire on the teens without saying a word and minus any provocation. This was apparently a case of "black teens running - shoot!"

Nashville said McGull had beaten his fiance half to death before joining the police force. He was implicated in other crimes after killing her son and was finally relieved of duty for good. McGull was also fired after killing Parker, but he was rehired after that tragedy and was fired again after doing other crimes. McGull is probably a police officer or an inmate someplace today.

Rodney Holmes, Esq. apparently left The Cochran Firm despite his excellent work suppressing justice for Parker's wrongful death, and he now runs his own law practice. This is why other Cochran Firm fraud victims and I check the background of lawyers involved in high profile cases regarding police violence to see if they have worked for The Cochran Firm since Johnnie Cochran announced a reparations lawsuit against the USA and major corporations and soon died. We do this to warn the defendants and plaintiffs because consumer protection agencies, state bars, media companies, and legal referral services will not report The Cochran Firm frauds to black legal consumers. Randy Short, a human rights advocate, facilitated Nashville's connection with Mary Neal, who hopes to be the lead plaintiff against The Cochran Firm in a RICO Act lawsuit against The Cochran Firm. There are now hundreds of potential plaintiffs. Interested lawyers are invited to contact Mary Neal, using the contact information below (communication is compromised by stalkers, so please be persistent).

There has been no investigation and censure against The Cochan Firm by mainstream media companies or consumer protection agencies to day. Reporting The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its former clients would stop the success of future frauds by this corrupt law firm and negatively impact government agencies and large corporations that depend on The Cochran Firm to defraud its clients in order to protect their assets from African Americans' lawsuits. After Cochran's death, the national law firm fell into the hands of unethical and apparently racist partners, Cherry, Givens, Smith or Sistruck. Smith was and Sistrunk is black, which proves that racism is practiced by African Americans for material gain, also (see "Racist Black Elitist Traitors," an article in "Cochran Firm Fraud" blog - the link is provided at the end of this article).

This is not to say that every individual lawyer at The Cochran Firm is corrupt. Some attorneys who left the firm after Cochran's demise sued the firm for racism, fraud, and other offenses, including Shawn Chapman-Holley and Randy McMurray. Vicki L. Gilliam also left the firm after partners took her case regarding environmental pollution of the Ramapough People's lands in New Jersey (Google 'Mann v. Ford' by Mary Neal" to read about that fiasco). The Cochran Firm fraud partners then settled the case that was valued at $3billion for a mere $12.5million (see also an HBO special about the case). Attorneys with integrity and professional ethics are ordinarily forced out of The Cochran Firm like the three listed above were. McMurray's lawsuit is happening now in California. As McGull's unmarked Chevy Lumina approached Parker and his three teenage companions, the kids bolted down the alley, only to be met at the other end by the uniformed McGull. The officer says he verbally warned the kids and fired nine rounds at Parker only after being fired upon. Parker's brother, sixteen-year-old Joshua Nashville, flatly denies this, saying that McGull didn't make a peep and that none of the boys fired a gun, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

An April 27, 2013 AJC article (excerpt below) says that Dozier's sons believe her demise was related to her lawsuit against The City of Atlanta and the lawsuit filed against her aunt's estate by Markel Hutchins. The Cochran Firm frauds handled Dozier's lawsuit against the City of Atlanta and apparently gave her bad advice regarding Hutchins' invoice for services rendered as a spokesman for the estate of her 92-year-old aunt, Kathryn Johnston, who was shot and killed by Atlanta police officers in 2006. Markel Hutchins sent an invoice for his services to Dozier prior to her receipt of the final lawsuit settlement monies, but Dozier claimed to Probate Court that the estate had no outstanding debts. Hutchins sued Dozier and has reached a settlement with Johnston's family. Now he is going after The Cochran Firm, unethical lawyers who are sued regularly for their devious racketeering, racism, and frauds against their own clients, lawyers, and other law firms they partner with on certain cases. "Minister settles lawsuit with Johnston family, takes on lawyers"
Hutchins’ attorneys on Wednesday dropped Dozier, who died in December, from the complaint in Fulton County Superior Court, choosing instead to focus on the lawyers who represented her, her family and Johnston’s estate.

“Those lawyers and their law firms caused Ms.Dozier, the Johnston family and me to be placed in this most unfortunate quandary,” Hutchins said in his statement.

The amendment to the lawsuit keeps Johnston’s estate and the law firm of Cochran, Cherry, Givens, Smith & Sistrunk, P.C., as a defendant, and added the firm’s partner Hezekiah Sistrunk, as well as Shean Williams, William T. Mitchell and his firm, Cruser & Mitchell, LLP, Nicholas Moraitakis and his firm, Moraitakis & Kushel, Roger A. Kirschenbaum and his firm, Mistrodda Green-Leverett, and James Green.

“Her sons want absolutely nothing to do with this lawsuit,” Hill said, claiming that they believe the stress from the continued litigation contributed to [Dozier's] failing health and eventual demise.

Dozier's sons are absolutely correct. Without a doubt, Hutchins' lawsuit kept Dozier continually meeting with her racketeering lawyers at The Cochran Firm, and likely eating and/or drinking whatever they gave her during the meetings. Too bad. It must be a relief to Hezekiah Sistrunk if Dozier's sons do not pursue a malpractice lawsuit against him for advising Dozier to defraud the court and ignore Hutchin's invoice. Perhaps Dozier's sons have learned about the numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, most of which do not go well for plaintiffs because The Cochran Firm lawyers are protected by the injustice system. Johnston's nephews should, however, immediately hire other attorneys to handle their mom's estate before they suffer greater misfortune. Condolences on the loss of their aunt and mother. Randy McMurray, the attorney speaking for the firm to rebut Shawn Chapman-Holley's testimony on the NPR interview, is now suing The Cochran Firm, himself, alleging racketeering, fraud, and other offenses. Hezekiah Sistrunk, manager of the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm, did not become a partner at the firm's national office until after dodging my family's lawsuit by claiming the firm he managed was not a part of The Cochran Firm or any of its law offices and obtaining a key appointment over the Johnson & Johnson Depuy implant litigation. Today I was notified by former Cochran Firm attorney Randy McMurray that The Cochran Firm, which faces his RICO Act lawsuit, now claims in court that it is ONE CORPORATION with offices across the nation, which is what I understood it to be years ago when it denied being that in another court. After being notified that my mother, Hattie Neal, was named in the RICO Act lawsuit, this writer understands some of the recent crimes against her family, including an assault against my 90-year-old mother that happened on April 1. The Cochran Firm may also be changing its registration with various Secretary of State offices (illegally backdating the documents) in order to agree with the identity of being a single law firm it now uses as protection against McMurray's lawsuit. This identity directly contradicts the firm's testimony that it used to have Mary Neal's fraud lawsuit dismissed in Georgia, where the Atlanta  law office, managed by Hezekiah Sistrunk, claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or its other law offices. After ten years and numerous recent crimes against the Neal family and increased intimidation, I feel that I can provide the identity of The Cochran Firm in a single word: CoIntelPro. The Cochran Firm is currently in court in California PROVING that everything the law firm said in Georgia courts were lies. God said "Be still. I will fight your battles." Yes, Lord. Amen.

No wrongful death lawsuit was ever filed, thanks to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm simply held the Neal's case secretly inactive while the statue of limitations passed in Tennessee in order to help the jail escape accountability. The law firm wrote us bogus status updates about legal work that was not being done. When we sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, serving suit in its Atlanta office, the Atlanta law office answered the lawsuit and claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or any of its offices. Surprisingly, the Georgia Superior Court judge dismissed our lawsuit based on that perjury, even with prolific advertising going forth for The Cochran Firm's Atlanta offices and contracts being signed with numerous other legal consumers under that same identity. Where the mentally ill are killed by police or in custody, suffer mass arrest, or are loaded onto busses and shipped to other states far from home like Nevada is accused of doing, citizens must be aware that the same denial of due process of law that is received by the mentally ill and their families WILL eventually be applied to the general populace. McMurray is a former partner in the Los Angeles office of The Cochran Firm, who worked with attorneys Brian Dunn and possibly with Daniel H. Cargnelutti. McMurray says he was defrauded, also, as well as the firm's clients across the country. It is a shame how The Cochran Firm ran over the Indigenous People to save Ford and the EPA. They got rid of Gilliam first - took her off the case that was worth between $2 billion and $3 billion, then settled for only $12.5 million! Poor Mr. Mann and his People.

PLEASE don't let The Cochran Firm handle any death penalty cases! According to Shawn Chapman Holley, Johnnie Cochran did not want the firm to do any criminal defense work at all. He probably suspected (or knew) that his new partners are prison investors. Prisons earn much more for warehousing condemned inmates than inmates in the general population, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.

Catalano & Plache claims that [Cochran] Neufeld Scheck & Brustin and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady submitted court documents on settlement terms without naming Catalano as a participating firm.

"The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argues in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, Law Offices of Catalano & Plache v. Brustin, 157248/2012. "Defendants are scheming and attempting to avoid their legal, moral and ethical obligations."

We should ALL file a RICO Act racketeering lawsuit against the identity-challenged, absent-minded lawyers. They OFTEN forget who they are working for on civil cases - the plaintiffs or the defendants. They forget which cities they "operate" in and swear in court, "We are in no way affiliated with The Cochran Firm or any Cochran Firm offices." The Atlanta office lied in court, saying "We are a wholly owned Georgia corporation," and "We have no affiliation with any law offices whatsoever in Memphis, TN." Judges help them get away with perjury, too, or they simply refuse to hear the case against the frauds. That happened during a class action for race discrimination in California. Clients claimed The Cochran Firm FORGED THEIR NAMES ON A BOGUS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A MINISCULE SUM, but California Supreme Court shrugged.

The Cochran Firm lawyers sometimes use an alias name in court to defend the firm against fraud lawsuits, like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. did. He is the managing partner in the firm's Atlanta office, which is prolifically advertised at 127 Peachtree Street. But its very existence is denied in court in order to falsely claim that the Neal's lawsuit was not served to the "right" party. The Atlanta office came up with a sham name it called a PC, but that alias was never registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a corporation, PC, LLC, dba, or anything else. Most of the lawyers' frauds seem to be done to protect their clients' defendants.

While The Cochran Firm defrauds its attorneys and law firms it partnered with as well as its own clients, poor Lynne Stewart was disbarred, prosecuted, and imprisoned for carrying a letter to the press for her client. The human rights attorney is 72 now, and wrestling with cancer in prison where she has been for years. God is going to have a word or two for our judges one day soon. We seem to need courageous attorneys like Spire Law Group, Juan Guerra, or Alton Maddox at times like these. Maddox admired Johnnie Cochran and probably hates what the prejudice Alabama partners are doing to his name and legacy. Maddox is a civil/human rights attorney, also. He was prohibited from practicing law in any New York court after he missed a single court hearing. "Disparate sentencing" applies to attorneys, too, depending on who they represent and how well they do it.

I had hoped that my family's justice quest regarding Larry Neal's lynching and my terrorism following The Cochran Firm fraud would end on a quietly victorious note. But after viewing a movie called "Maafa21," which is available in the next article in FreeSpeakBlog, I recognize that elitists probably would not allow The Cochran Firm to pay damages and apologize for covering up my disabled brother's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail if the firm wanted to do so. None of them in that "eugenics/ genocide club" think it is necessary to treat Africans in America like real people. They believe us to be "imbeciles" and "useless eaters" and "the Negro problem" since slavery was declared illegal except for convicts, which is why America has the highest prison population in the history of the world. Upholding human and civil rights is not a popular idea in Washington at this time, either.
