Antonio Martin Reached for a Cell Phone

ANTONIO MARTIN SHOOTING - CLOSE-UP ~ NSA, FBI, CIA or someone stole the video of #AntonioMartin being shot in Missouri from my Facebook page. I cannot authenticate the video like the FBI can and should, but it clearly showed that Martin reached for his cellphone while speaking with police, probably to record the conversation. The rectangular face of the cell phone is illuminated in the video.
http://youtu.be/IUEzjOIH9ws Keep your eye on his left hand, which is where the cell phone was more clear in the video that was removed from Facebook.

The Facebook video had over 97k views and over 200 comments. Several friends had viewed it at my wall and commented on the video, including the three below:

Arie Marta ~ They knew who the hell he was and they knew he was no threat to them. Cops work in the same neighborhoods for years and know each of its citizens. So none of this shit fly with me.

Isacc Witham ~ ROLAND CARNABY was a CIA Agent ..... They KNEW Who He Was AS WELL

Mari Navarro Borrero ~ I saw the video after you posted. I tried to share on my page but to no avail. Last count it had over 97k views ...

Not only is the video gone from my page, but it also disappeared from its source at "Justice for Eric Garner" community. Although the Martin video had been widely viewed and was on its way to going viral, it disappeared time I shared it.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Justice-For-Eric-Garner/799046833462622

Somebody got censored or paid off to delete the video. It was much clearer than the one at YouTube, featured in this article. I suppose that is why "they" had to delete it. It was a slow motion video that showed every motion very clearly. The video embedded in this article from YouTube has one interesting point that the slow-motion video at Facebook did not have. It shows Martin running away from police. It might be interesting to learn where the bullet(s) struck him.

I'm thinking of going into business. Over 97k people saw the slow-motion video that was removed from Facebook, but it remained online until minutes after I shared it. I am so censored that politicians and public figures who have negative publicity online can pay me to feature the articles and videos they want removed. If I feature them, NSA, CIA, FBI or other stalkers will immediately come out of nowhere and zap them! I'm really beginning to feel SPECIAL in an insulting way.
http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2014/07/mary-neal-your-internet-cleanup-woman.html

The screenshot below proves that the video was also removed from Facebook messages I shared with Brother Lorenzo Ervin and Dr. Floyd Harris and others. I wish I had free speech and freedom of press.

I wrote the poem below after one of my telephone stalkers answered the phone when my niece called me twice last night ("they" sometimes redirect my phone number to ring at their house or headquarters). She said it was a very rude white man who told her she could NOT reach Mary Neal by calling 678.531.0262 (my cell phone number).
WriteBackAtcha
A white man answered my phone
When my niece called twice tonight
My hopes for changing the gov are gone
But still I write to fight
and still I fight to write

More often, they redirect my phone calls to be answered by THEIR voice mail, then delete the messages people leave for me so that I won't know they called. They sometimes forget to also remove the calls from my "calls missed" list. I think it is insulting to have such sloppy stalkers. It is almost as bad as The Cochran Firm's lie when we sued them for fraud: "We have no law offices in Atlanta," they told the court. It was obvious perjury that Georgia judges accepted in the Neals vs. The Cochran Firm cases. Therefore, I am not as surprised as some people are about the denial of justice in U.S. courts for Brown and Garner and other blacks who were killed. You should read about my brother, who was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The Cochran Firm frauds contracted as our wrongful death attorneys then worked behind our backs with police and probably the USDOJ to hide Larry Neal's murder. It is a long story; read about it at http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com/main.html

Condolences to Antonio Martin's family and close friends. He was only 18 years old.

Washington, DC 20500

      Re: "We Charge Genocide" (1951)

Dear Mr. President:

I would be presumptuous and fatuous to claim to speak for many descendants of enslaved Africans if I had not been the undisputed, foremost investor, for the past forty years, in the effort in New York to end police brutality in and about its streets and in courthouses coupled with a sacrificial effort to end unfettered racism in its judicial system.

"Not all cops are bad" fails to describe the plight of descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States. The problem starts with us being remembered and institutionalized as "imported" in Scott v. Sandford. In a "land" that we built, without any semblance of wages, we can never become immigrants. Words also kill.\

In Our Time Press dated December 25, 2014, I was given an opportunity to pen a "Guest Op Ed" article entitled "An Intelligent Response to Police Killings." This opportunity was a milestone in a city where the practice of censorship is routine including it being practiced by Black radio talk show hosts and the Black media.

Many people view nationwide and international protests and demonstrations as exercises under the First Amendment. While these protests are well-meaning, they are misdirected. For example, the institution of slavery ended, in New York, on July 4, 1827 but the "badges of slavery" have continued, incessantly, in New York, up to the present time. This stipulation was grounded in New York's gradual emancipation statute of 1799 and was given wings on November 10, 1821, by white males exclusively.

This matter of unchecked, police crimes in the United States is of international concern since "genocide" is an international crime. We Charge Genocide reflects the letter and spirit of a historic Petition in 1951. "Addressed to the United Nations it was submitted to that body in Paris, France at the Palais Chaillot where the Fifth Session of the General Assembly had gathered."

Asecond delegation, led by Paul Robeson, a resident of New York, presented copies "to the office of the Secretary General of the UN in New York." In 1948, the State Department had initiated a policy of refusing to issue passports to dissidents. This class included Robeson who was placed on a "white list" for exercising First Amendment rights. This was an indefinite, "bill of pains and penalties."

The U.S. Justice Department was not established until 1870. By 1877, a federal electoral commission fashioned the Compromise of 1877which would constructively, if not actually, return most descendants of enslaved Africans back to their former slavemasters. To seal the deal, President Grover Cleveland, appointed August H. Garland as attorney general of the United States. Garland was a Confederate loyalist.

Under the "separation of powers" doctrine, New York has operated as a quadrumvirate. All of these titleholders have been almost, with one exception, white men since the Nineteenth Amendment. The chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals is not even elected by its citizens. This gives great deference to a plutocracy. In 1827, New York established a timocracy. It continues until this day. Accordingly, New York is "a state that enshrines white men." It is not "a state that enshrines equal laws."

In 2008 in the New York Amsterdam News, I explained to its readers why you would become the first person of African ancestry to acquire a lease on the "White House." It started with Black soldiers saving the Union. Nonetheless, America was outraged when President Theodore Roosevelt invited Booker T. Washington to the Executive Mansion. It would become known, afterwards, as the "White House."

Given these circumstances, I was aware that your presidency would cause great and irreparable harm to persons of African ancestry. White supremacy still sits on the throne. I was correct on both counts. History will not treat you kind if you view descendants of enslaved Africans as political baggage. After more than four hundred years of unpaid labor and state-sponsored terrorism, we deserve more than disparate treatment.

Respectfully,

Alton H. Maddox, Jr.

This writer concurs with the charge of genocide against the USA. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") is preparing to take up to 100 cases of negligence, brutality, prisoner torture, and wrongful deaths by police to International Court in 2015. The affected parties will be mentally ill people of all races and their families or victims (many victims of untreated mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who suffered and/or died because of denied treatment). WE CHARGE GENOCIDE. Our charge is not only based on race, but Americans with mental disabilities and people who lack wealth are also victimized. See more information at http://AIMI-HumanRights.blogspot.com

The website called "Killed By Police" attempts to publish deaths by police, whether or not those deaths might be considered "justified." The site provides this information based on news reports, but many deaths are covered up, like my brother's secret murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail was. See the website at this link
http://www.killedbypolice.net/

We congratulate the U.S. Congress for passing a bill recently demanding that all police departments and corrections facilities (prisons and jails) must report every death in custody to the FBI, whereas they presently only report the deaths they want. We urge President Obama to sign the bill into law. Withholding reports about deaths in custody and police incidents is irresponsible and defeats the United States Department of Justice's mandate to protect the civil and human rights for all people in America. NO MORE SECRET ARRESTS AND MURDERS IN AMERICA.

"Black Lives Don't Matter," Says The Cochran Firm's Small Demand for John Crawford III Lawsuit

John Crawford was killed in Walmart in August for shopping while black. According to news articles by Russia Today (RT) and MSNBC, The Cochran Firm frauds are only seeking $75k from Walmart and Beavercreek, Ohio Police Department for Crawford's survivors.

The $75k demand in Crawford's civil action is the smallest wrongful death demand this writer has ever read. The 22-year-old man's child will be deprived of his support throughout his/her lifetime. Crawford's mother will not have his love and support as she ages. To demand such a small amount of money from Walmart and the police department responsible for Crawford's death is obscene. But this is expected behavior for The Cochran Firm, which typically works behind its black clients' backs to protect police departments and large corporations.

The grand jury in Crawford's case refused to indict the police officers who killed him, just as no officers were indicted for the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. Public protests continue regarding the lack of justice in all three cases. The jury pool in Crawford's wrongful death civil action case would undoubtedly include people who have strong feelings about the innocent young man's death. When lawyers determine how much restitution to demand, they ordinarily consider the likelihood for success for their case. The public's strong condemnation against police who slayed Crawford should have encouraged his lawyers to make a large demand.

Compare The Cochran Firm's demand for $75,000 in Crawford's case to the $8.8 million real lawyers won in the Lejoy Grissom's wrongful death lawsuit in 2013. Grissom had robbed a business in Culver City, California and was fleeing from the scene when he was chased by police and surrendered, yet the cops executed him. Like Micheal Brown, Grissom had his hands up and fingers spread, but he was shot to death anyway. Luckily, there were witnesses to Grissom's execution. Crawford, on the other hand, was ambushed and shot to death by police while he was shopping in Walmart. He had committed no crime whatsoever, but The Cochran Firm frauds decided that Crawford's life was cheap.

Juries often reward large judgments for wrongful deaths even in cases where police are not indicted. Caucasians as well as African Americans are offended that police approached and shot Crawford in his back while he was using the phone in Walmart. In fact, a white woman was reportedly run over and arrested by police at a protest for Crawford this week (see the RawStory article link below). However, there will be no jury trial in the civil matter, because Crawford's family was never warned about The Cochran Firm fraud. Crawford's survivors essentially chose their defendants' own lawyer as their wrongful death attorney.

Who pays The Cochran Firm when it demands so little (and sometimes nothing at all) for the lives of African American clients? Regarding the wrongful death of Jerome Murdough, The Cochran Firm frauds settled the case involving the veteran who was baked to death in Riker's Island Jail for less than 10 percent of the demand, without filing a lawsuit. If that happens in Crawford's case, his survivors would receive under $7,500 for his wrongful death. Even if the family is awarded the entire $75k, The Cochran Firm frauds will keep over 35 percent in legal fees, according to our contract with the CoIntelPro law firm (See the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com website online). The Crawford case probably has the smallest wrongful death demand on record, which may be why his corrupt attorneys downgraded the charge to "negligence."

It is disheartening that many media companies, including those owned by blacks, know about The Cochran Firm frauds but refuse to warn African American legal consumers. Learn more about The Cochran Firm frauds in articles and videos in this blog  http://CochranFirmFraud.blogspot.com

Please help keep families suffering wrongful deaths and victims of discrimination and catastrophic injuries away from The Cochran Firm frauds. The lawyer's small demand in the John Crawford, III case says "BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER."

UPDATE: Tasha Thomas, 26, died on New Year's Day, 2015. She was John Crawford's girlfriend and was with him in Walmart the day police killed him while he spoke on the phone. The car she was killed in along with Frederick Bailey suddenly accelerated to 100 mph and . . . (reminiscent of Michael Hastings). Details are in the sixth link below.

Dr. William Scott's Payback for Teaching Black History

Dr. William Scott, a renowned African American historian, taught at the University of Wisconsin (Madison), Harvard University, Oberlin College, and Lehigh University, and was the first black dean at Wellesley College. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles and three books on African American history that are recommended reading and text books for colleges and universities. Dr. Scott helped to set up an African American Studies program at Clark Atlanta University. Is this why his first male offspring, Terrell Scott, has been imprisoned for over five years in Pennsylvania without a trial?

My Daddy, Dr. Scott

By Holly Alston (eight numbered paragraphs)

1. Dr. William Scott is a native of North Philadelphia. An ardent learner from an early age, Bill Scott was the first person in his family to graduate from high school. He graduated with honors from Central High Boys where he ran track and played varsity football. He received a bachelor's degree (cum laude) in History from Lincoln University, where he also became a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He earned a master's degree in African History from Howard University, and a master's and doctoral degree in African American History from Princeton University.

2. In his long career in academia, he has taught at the University of Wisconsin (Madison), Wellesley College, Harvard University, Oberlin College, and Lehigh University. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles and three books on African American history. He says the most important of these studies was his Sons of Sheba's Race, a study of worldwide black reactions to the Italian invasion of Ethiopia in 1935, which he published with Indiana Press in 1993.

3. The focus of Dr. Scott's research has been Ethiopian symbolism in U.S. black thought. His work seeks to describe and explain how ancient and modern Ethiopia served as a significant liberation emblem and source of inspiration for people of African descent throughout the world. For the past year he has been working on a new book, which he has entitled Redemption Psalm. It explores the role Psalm 68:31, "Ethiopia shall stretch forth its hands unto God", has played as a divine promise of black salvation, spiritually and secularly. It will be the first published full-length study of the subject.

4. Dr. Scott has traveled extensively---to Ireland, Germany, Austria, England, Barbados, the Virgin Islands, Antigua, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico, but mostly to Africa. He has visited Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania. Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, and South Africa. He worked out of Johannesburg, South Africa over a period of ten consecutive years with the Educational Opportunities Council, headed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu. This was in the 1980's during the racist Apartheid era. He also served as Associate Dean at Wellesley and Oberlin College; Dean of Arts and Sciences at Clark Atlanta University; Director of the UNCF/Mellon Minority Fellowship Program; and Director of Africana Studies at Wellesley College, Oberlin College, and Lehigh Universities. In this regard, he has been an early architect of black studies in American colleges and universities.

5. A longtime Christian, Dr. Scott was previously deeply involved in the Cultural and Scholarship Ministry at the Greater Shiloh Church, located in Easton, Pennsylvania, which he joined in 1997. He recently wrote and narrated a 90 minute video history of the church's history entitled "A long Walk by Faith: History of the Greater Shiloh Church, 1904-2010". He has occasionally spoken at the Church on the subject of God's role in Black History.

6. This is a topic, he says, "That does not seem to get much attention in our churches. Congregations learn all the time what God did, for instance, in the lives of ancient Jews. But hardly ever is anything said about what the Almighty has done in the history of people of African descent. It's as if He never did anything for us as a people."

7. The lack of an appreciation of the history of people of African descent, he believes, is a critical reason why large numbers of black youth seem to have so little respect for themselves and education. In addition to being "saved", our youth," he says, "would benefit greatly from developing a positive sense of themselves as a people of African heritage. It's hard to identify any people who are grossly ignorant of their past going anywhere in this world as a group. It seems to me there aren't any."

8. It was Dr. Scott's mother Eleanor (Sugie) Smith, now 90 years old, who originally taught him the love of books although she, herself, never finished high school and was employed as a domestic worker her entire life. "Mom never thought she could do better, even though she could conjugate complicated Latin verbs and out-spell almost anyone." His daughter Holly Benin Alston, and grandsons, Kai, Amari, De'jour, and Terrell, who live in Easton and Bethlehem, all share his love for black history and intense devotion to social justice. "I thank God daily", says Dr. Scott with a broad smile, "for their love and support."

Update: WASHINGTON (WJLA) Jan. 28, 2015 – "Howard U. Middle School parents say the principal fired social studies instructors for teaching black history" - Parents are furious over what they’re calling a sudden surge in teachers resigning or being fired from Howard U. Middle School of Mathematics and Science (MS)²—allegedly for teaching black history.

Dr. Scott has now retired and battles heart disease and lung cancer. His firstborn grandson, Terrell Scott, is a mentally ill young man who was arrested on the word of a middle aged white woman who used Terrell as a sex slave for four years. Terrell was arrested on Crystal's unsubstantiated allegations that he sexually abused her minor daughters. In fact, Terrell saved the children from their mother's negligence and abuse by reporting Crystal to Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services. His allegations were investigated and found to be true, and the children were removed from Crystal's custody. Crystal retaliated months later by levying false charges against Terrell.

The legal system persecutes Terrell Scott and withholds his Sixth Amendment right to a public trial. Terrell's entire family, including Dr. Scott, suffers from legal abuse syndrome because of Terrell's false arrest, denial of human and civil rights, and torture in prison. Is this Dr. Scott's payback for teaching African American History in colleges and universities throughout America and in other countries? Is this professor of African American Studies now treated like a government whistle blower and his offspring like a slave?

Information about Terrell Scott's unprecedented denial of human and civil rights is chronicled in online articles by Mary Neal (Google "Terrell Scott Mary Neal"). See, for example, "Terrell Scott - Too 'Crazy' for Trial, but Competent for a Plea Deal" at
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/terrell-scott-too-crazy-for-trial-but.html

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) is bundling up to 100 cases of negligence, abuse, and unrequited murders of mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts of all races to present to the United Nations in 2015. Terrell Scott's case will be presented in International Court for relief and restitution and as an example of America's denial of human and civil rights to Americans with mental disabilities - a historic and ongoing problem in the USA. All persons who have been negatively impacted by the USA's negligence to treat mentally ill Americans and drug/alcohol addicts are also welcome to join the class. For information, please see our "AIMI-Human Rights" website at
http://AIMI-HumanRights.blogspot.com

Holly Alston, Terrell's mother, gave an update about Terrell and participated in a discussion about criminalizing mental illness, racism, prejudice against GLBT citizens in the legal system, and torture in domestic prisons on Human Rights Demand at Blogtalkradio, Dec. 17, 2014
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand/2014/12/18/human-rights-for-prisoners-march--dec-17-2014 - Access 24/7.

Two reviews of Dr. Scott's scholarly work are below:

"The Sons of Sheba's Race: African-Americans and the Italo-Ethiopian War, 1935-1941" illustrates the response to the Italo-EthiopianWar of people of color who linked the Ethiopian struggle to their own battles against racism and imperialism. William R. Scott demonstrates the significance of Ethiopia as a historical symbol for African-Americans. They prayed, preached, and protested to help save the world's last outpost of authentic black rule from white control. The African-American response to the Italian invasion of Ethiopia provides a picture of black intellectual thought in America in the 1930s.

William R. Scott challenges the view that the Great Depression virtually ended support for black nationalism, showing that elements of the nationalist creed remained crucial to black American ideology a decade after the decline of Garveyism and contributed to African-American sympathy for Ethiopia. Scott focuses on the pro-Ethiopian activities of the Harlem united front, which brought together black nationalists, communists, and civil rights moderates. He shows the extensive elite and grassroots interest in Ethiopia's fate and the widespread recognition that Ethiopia's independence was extremely important to black racial pride. The book also cogently examines the issue of Ethiopian racial identity, the controversy over this issue, and its effect on African-American support for the Ethiopian cause.

Pan-Africanism, Africa and African-American relations, and the role of the religiopolitical concept of Ethiopianism all came into play in the doomed efforts to assist Ethiopia in its struggle against fascist tyranny. Scott concludes that black poverty and powerlessness impeded black American efforts to assist Ethiopia, but that prodigious pro-Ethiopian activism produced important new appreciations of Africa, the Western powers, and world race relations among the black American masses.

Beginning with the horrors of the Middle Passage and following African American history through to modern topcis of post-Civil Rights politics, this volume provides an overview of the African American Experience. 23 historians offer a variety of perspectives on topics sucha as urbanization, religion, family life, class literature, music, and education in articles covering slavery, Reconstruction, the formation of black identity and culture, and the Civil Rights movement.

...a collection of essays by top scholars that makes compelling reading for anyone. -- Morning Call

Paragraph 1 repeated: Dr. Crosses Burning to Prevent Murder Disclosures

Sorry, online friends. human rights have not made it to families of victims in America yet. Whenever I take a microphone, the powers that should not be tremble and quake. I am not being allowed to schedule our broadcast for today on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. I am in bondage to prevent me from revealing the many tortures and murders of mentally ill people in America, particularly my own brother, Larry Neal.

I had announced a Human Rights Day broadcast. The Internet in my house (through ATT) has been turned off all day. When it became operable again, I was not allowed to schedule the Human Rights Day broadcast at Blogtalkradio. As the survivor of a police victim whose murder the United States Justice Department conspires with Memphis Shelby County Jail to keep covered-up, I am continually subjected to extreme censorship, following, and financial persecution. And still I rise!

Many of you read about Tamir Rice's 14-year-old sister being handcuffed after Cleveland police shot her 12-year-old brother. Police then threatened Tamir's mother with arrest for being irate over her son. What might not be evident from their reports is that black people often suffer retaliation for exposing their relative's murders by police or trying to get justice. It representative of burning crosses in a family's yard that dared complain after a close relative's lynching: a threat as racists glory in their dominance over a people.

Tonight, the cross is burning at Blogtalkradio, where I am not allowed to go on air. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes those who planned to come on the show at 7pm Pacific Time and talk about your human rights causes. I looked forward to hearing from you. We will do it another time.

It seems fitting that I cannot celebrate Human Rights Day with you, because my family truly has none that are recognized in Amerikkka.

We already have a show scheduled at Blogtalkradio for 9pm Pacific time December 10 at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Come and see if NSA allows us to have that show. Call-in at (818) 572-2947, or listen live or to the tape 24/7 at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/12/11/assistance-to-the-incarcerated-mentally-ill

As my 91-year-old mother asked of Eric Holder and the Department of Justice and Memphis Shelby County Jail during her radio interview on Human Rights Demand, "Please tell me how Larry Neal died." They won't even tell us whether they Tasered him to death, killed him in a restraint chair, beat him to death, or simply held him 18 days under secret arrest to deprive him of his vital heart medications and watch him expire from his heart condition. We don't know if Larry was used for waterboarding to train the advanced interrogation experts who were sent to torture detainees in the War on Terror camps.

The most frightening thing for hypocrites in public offices, human and civil rights organizations, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm frauds offices in Georgia, Tennessee, and Washington, D.C. is depicted in this photograph:

No Indictments for Police Killing Blacks or Mentally Challenged Caucasians

Thousands of protesters feel that police officers need reminding that black lives matter. The lives of mentally challenged Americans also matter. People in these two groups comprise the overwhelming majority of the nation's police-involved casualties, including avoidable deaths. It is impossible to give an exact count of how many Americans with mental disabilities or African Americans die at the hands of police officers each year, because police seem not to have any reporting responsibilities in that regard. We do know it is a significant number. For instance, seven people were shot dead by police in Florida within eight days in November 2014. Florida would have killed eight, except police missed when shooting at an unarmed African American father who was trying to get his daughter home for her asthma treatment (see the AntiMedia link below). If one citizen per day is killed in all 50 states, the death toll is 18,250 annually (especially when including inmates killed by corrections officers).

Countries that disregard the right to life for mentally challenged people show the same disregard for minorities. More than 300,000 mentally challenged individuals of all races were isolated and killed in Nazi Germany before that nation began its ethnic cleansing and killed millions of Jews and blacks. In the USA, approximately 1.25 million mentally challenged people are isolated in prisons and jails (comprising over 60 percent of inmates in solitary confinement). Deaths of mentally ill Americans are quite common during their imprisonment.

A Maryland grand jury refused to indict police officers responsible for the death of Ethan Saylor, a 26-year-old Caucasian man with Down Syndrome. Saylor was killed inside a movie theater in January 2013 while wearing police handcuffs. The official cause of death was ruled a homicide by asphyxiation. An autopsy revealed that Saylor suffered a fractured throat cartilage, which one expert says could only have been caused by force of some kind. Force could have included a direct blow or manual strangulation.

The Maryland grand jury's refusal to indict Saylor's killers comes on the heels of two other highly contested grand jury decisions regarding the police killings of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and Eric Garner in New York. Eric Garner died as a result of an illegal choke hold, which might have also been used to kill Saylor.

Alternative Media Syndicate.com reports, "Because of Saylor's large size, the officers say they had to use three sets of handcuffs on him and placed him on his stomach for 'one to two minutes' ... Just as in the case of Eric Garner, the police have said that being obese 'contributed' to Saylor’s death, making him 'more susceptible to breathing problems.'"

The lives of mentally dysfunctional Caucasians like Kelly Thomas and Ethan Saylor seem to receive no more protection than do the lives of African Americans. Saylor refused to leave the theater after the conclusion of a movie he was taken to see by his caretaker. When she explained to the theater staff that they did not have the fare to watch "Zero Dark Thirty” a second time, police were called. The fare for most movies is less than $10. Black people, like our mentally ill citizens, are killed for tiny sums. See Kenneth Harding's death by San Francisco police officers who asked him to prove he had paid the $2 train fare. The shooting is on the YouTube video below and at http://youtu.be/qE8iLrqWpwA

More information about Ethan Saylor case is available at the first two of the four articles listed below. Ethan Saylor's parent's reaction to the grand jury's decision not to indict the police officers who killed their son is in:

Deaths that happen to people in custody, especially the mentally disabled, are subject to cover-ups. They rarely result in criminal charges or terminations of corrections officers.

Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.
It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. That happens to mentally ill people routinely in the nation's correctional facilities. What happened to Larry Neal?

Eric Garner and Larry Neal: Unrequited Deaths

If law enforcement gets away with killings like Eric Garner's, which happened in public and was captured on video, imagine the kidnappings and murders behind bars and the elaborate cover-ups that follow.

Condolences to Eric Garner's family and close friends. Our family knows exactly how you feel. Take comfort in this: At least Eric's fatality is not a secret. You did not have to spend eleven years fighting to expose his wrongful death. You have open disclosure, thanks to the video taken by the young man who was indicted (whereas Eric's killer was not). Once all the police officers wear cameras, more African American men may be secretly arrested first, like Larry Neal was.

SECRET JAIL DEATHS are already catching on. Consider these cases:

JEROME MURDOUGH was dead for around three weeks before AP blew the cover-up when a reporter contacted the former Marine's family (baked to death at Riker's Island).

DARREN RAINEY had been dead for over a year before the public was informed by the Miami Herald (scalded to death in Dade County Correctional Institution's shower).

DANIEL LINSINBIGLER's mother was initially told by jail officials that her teenage son was found unresponsive in his cell, but inmates warehoused with him later told her, the media, and justice officials that Linsinbigler was murdered. His death was ruled a homicide by suffocation (pepper spray, restraint chair, and Taser in Florida's Clay County Jail).

CHRISTOPHER LOPEZ was dead 17 months without San Carlos Correctional Facility reporting his demise to the State (restraint chair). http://www.9news.com/story/news/investigations/2014/06/19/mentally-ill-death-lawsuit/10882089/

MARY died weeks before her family was finally told when they arrived to visit her on Mother's Day in a Texas correctional facility. Mary had apparently been killed by her mentally ill cellmate, according to Brenda Anderson, who was released from the same facility. Anderson revealed the murder cover-up when she was a guest on a Human Rights Demand broadcast on Blogtalkradio. Listen to the torture victim speak about her own life-threatening circumstances in that facility.

None of the cover-ups listed above were as successful as the one involving Larry Neal's kidnapping and secret murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail, which happened on August 1, 2003. Of course, Memphis has more experience with assassination cover-ups than most other places do, and probably more co-conspirators in Washington, D.C. (MLK).

There may be many more deaths in custody that have not yet been disclosed - even to the victims' families. Cover-up conspiracies help avoid wrongful death lawsuits, censure from the U.N., and the nationwide protests that Eric Garner's unrequited death caused. Elected officials probably liked the idea of secret arrests so much that they passed NDAA in 2011.

We have God's promise that everything hidden will eventually be revealed.
