Chavis Carter Case: Will Cochran Firm Avoid Lawsuit?

Hours remain on the Arkansas statute of limitations to file a wrongful death lawsuit for Chavis Carter. He was the young Black man who was searched twice, handcuffed behind his back, and shot to death in a Jonesboro, Arkansas police car. Carter was shot in his right temple, although he was left-handed. Time is running out for the Carter family to file a pro se lawsuit, because they certainly do not have real lawyers.
On August 3, we will hold a rally at the Georgia Capitol from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. against brutality and in-custody deaths. Notices about the rally were censored. Therefore, each Monday throughout August after August 3, rallies will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Georgia Capitol Building (August 10, 17, 24, and 31).
Chavis Carter's death paved the way for other black men to be shot while handcuffed behind their backs and have their deaths ruled suicides. Numerous other men of color have been declared to have Houdini powers, able to bend their bodies like most professional contortionists cannot in order to shoot themselves with fire arms that mysteriously escaped police searches. Whenever such a death happens, police usually site the Chavis Carter case to prove that it has happened before. The Cochran Firm has apparently set a new precedent with its fraud against the Carter family.

Who's fault is it that The Cochran Firm defrauds grieving African American families throughout America in order to save police departments and major corporations from paying just restitution to Blacks for catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths? I blame journalists, including Black media companies, consumer protection agencies, judges in certain courts who seem to collude against African Americans to withhold due process of law, and of course, police unions and major corporations, who I suspect actually pay for the frauds against police victims' families and other African Americans who were injured or killed as a result of negligence or abuse. I try to warn my brothers and sisters, but the government either sent or allows hackers who takeover my telephones, destroy my computer equipment, and edit my articles to limit my ability to reach more African American families with warnings about The Cochran Firm frauds. It's an apparent CoIntelPro thing. Therefore, I also must blame my readers who do not all share my articles about The Cochran Firm's many frauds in order to help inform the public. "All it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing." Dr. Cornell West recently criticized Black journalists on the video embedded below, calling them sell-outs:

@CornelWest calls black journalists sell-outs, and I solute him for doing that. They're like Esau, who traded his birthright for a bowl of soup. They sell-out grieving black families for advertising dollars and favors by people dedicated to "protecting the status quo," which is elite white supremacy, and "keeping wealth out of black hands." Those were two stated purposes of the FBI's CoIntelPro program, which supposedly ended in the 1970's after the Church Committee hearings, but you cannot prove that by me. https://youtu.be/M4oFpwrqxPQ

I figured Chavis Carter's family would become Cochran Firm fraud victims, which is why I added them to the growing list of defrauded Black former clients, attorneys, and a law firm years ago. "Beware of Treacherous Lawyers: The Cochran Firm"

African Americans are being persecuted for Johnnie Cochran's success exonerating O.J. Simpson, former Black Panther Party leader Geronimo ji Jaga Pratt, and declaring in 2002 that he planned a Jim Crow and reparations lawsuit against the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves. It must be fun to "get even" by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name to lure unsuspecting African Americans.

Chavis Carter's statute of limitations to file a wrongful death lawsuit passes within hours. I wonder if The Cochran Firm and police have an after party planned.

Notice: Hackers destroyed the operating system in my computer on July 3, after I exposed the fact that The Cochran Firm has been pronounced nonexistent as a law firm by United States District Court, Central District of California ("USDC"), in May 2015. If you look online, you will not find media reports about that important news. The Cochran Firm appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court, where the matter is being litigated now. I was doing my very best to let the public know about USDC's righteous decision and court order when hackers destroyed my computer on July 3. I have not heard Dr. Cornell West's video about sell-out Black journalists yet, because hackers disconnected the audio capacity on the borrowed computer I now use. GOFundMe at http://gofundme.com/ys9shks > Please help me get new computer equipment so that I can continue advocating against disparate treatment in the American justice system based on people's race, economic class, and mental health status.

My family was probably the first to be punished with denial of due process of law by racists and Black Confederates who misuse Johnnie Cochran's name. See "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" online. The url to Larry's website is in my signature block below. The mentally, physically disabled Black man died by undisclosed means after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis in 2003. Johnnie Cochran was terminally ill while The Cochran Firm defrauded the Neal family. Cochran was afflicted with inoperable brain tumors almost immediately after contracting to sell interest in his firm to Southern white supremacists and Black traitors like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. Cochran's civil rights lawyers were fired or forced out of the firm immediately after his death, per a former Cochran Firm attorney, Shawn Chapman-Holley. (Google "Controversy at The Cochran Firm," an NPR interview with Chapman-Holley, 2007).

Shame on you if you do not share this article with your friends and online networks. Help ensure that The Cochran Firm cannot defraud another Black family like it did to the survivors of Chavis Carter, John Crawford, III (Ohio Walmart police victim), Tory Ward (Georgia police victim), Stanley, a St. Louis police victim, the Ramapough People, a Native American tribe in the New Jersey area who suffered catastrophic injuries and deaths due to environmental racism ("Mann vs. Ford"). There are many other fraud victims, including some I do not yet know about (Google "Beware of Treacherous Lawyers: The Cochran Firm"). Unless the Ninth Circuit Court does the right thing and upholds USDC's decision, The Cochran Firm's frauds against Black legal consumers will continue until we end it ourselves by "shining the light of truth upon it," like a courageous Black journalist in the 1800's, Ida B. Wells. I am doing my part to save grieving African Americans from being defrauded by lawyers who work to reduce or eliminate payouts to its clients by police departments and big businesses. Please join me. "Open your mouths for the poor and needy and all who are appointed to destruction" (Proverbs 31:8-9).

Human rights advocate, Nancy Lockhart, said, "It will be a shame if Chavis Carter's family does not file a timely lawsuit with the court - even if they must use a sheet of notebook paper." Letting wrongful deaths go unchallenged puts other people at great risk, as has already been proved from the Chavis Carter "suicide."

Especially if you are afraid to speak out against oppression, please GoFundMe: http://gofundme.com/ys9shks

Former Black Panther Party member and human rights advocate Lorenzo Ervin commented on the fraud against Chavis Carter's survivors: "Mary Neal, it's been three years since the fatal police shooting of Chavis Carter in the back of a police car in Arkansas; yesterday they had a 3-year anniversary. Do you know that the Cochran Law Firm still has not filed a lawsuit on behalf of the family, saying that they are waiting on the cops to give them the bloody clothes that the man was wearing? Even a paralegal or first-year law student knows that when you as Plaintiff file a lawsuit, you can then seek civil discovery to obtain that and other discovery items. They clearly are stonewalling, just as you have been saying. If they do not file the lawsuit, of course, the family loses their chance to even bring the case. Just another case that has been sold out in the name of Johnny Cochran, who was a champion of using the law to advance civil rights."

The next article in this "FreeSpeakBlog" is "Rally Against Brutality and Deaths in Custody" about our rally at the Georgia Capital on August 3, between 11am and 2pm. Larry Neal's secret death in custody convinced police that getting victims away from commuters with video cameras helps cover-ups, and there have been plenty of catastrophic injuries and deaths behind bars ever since. Killing people after arrests avoids the media frenzies that deaths of people like Kelly Thomas caused. The article about the rally is highly censored. I placed 35 paragraphs in the article about the Georgia rally, numbered with Roman numerals. On my view, hackers placed a black banner across most of the article to hide the news you need and deserve. I will read it on radio Wednesday at 3pm on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. Deaths in custody of people like my brother, Larry Neal, Sandra Bland and Freddie Gray are easier to contain. "The Root" reports there was another in-custody death of a Black woman in Ohio last weekend. #SayHerName - "Ralkina Jones, 37, Found Dead in Cell Sunday; Arrested Friday After Domestic Violence Incident"

We the People have our own mass media through the Internet. If we all use it wisely and share the news courageously like Ida B. Wells did, we will not depend on journalists who are sell-outs. Nobody should be caught unawares about The Cochran Firm fraud like Chavis Carter's family was. I hope to meet you at the Georgia Capitol on Monday, August 3 at lunchtime when we will also discuss H.R.2646 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." That is a federal bill introduced by Rep. Murphy (R-PA) and Eddie Johnson (D-TX) to provide subsistence assistance and mandated psychiatric treatment for people with serious mental illnesses (instead of warehousing them in solitary confinement or killing them in our streets). If you never heard about that U.S. congressional bill, it is only because of media sell-outs who work for prison investors. YOU MUST BE THE MEDIA AND HELP SHARE IMPORTANT NEWS. I rely on you.

I am sorry that most links in this article are not live, but hackers attack my articles for justice when I use the "compose" view rather than writing in html. Just copy and paste the links into a new tab to reach the targeted data. Thank you for caring and sharing.

Rally Against Brutality and Deaths in Custody

In-custody brutality and deaths threaten peace in the United States, yet they are becoming the modus operandi of murderous police officers. This is true presumably because they are easier to cover-up. Some media companies are attempting to fill the gap in reporting deaths by police, which the U.S. Justice Department deliberately leaves, but journalists should include deaths that occur soon after arrest in order to get a more accurate total. Increasingly, victims are hauled off to jail before killings, where police cannot be filmed by commuters. Some arrestees, like Freddie Gray and Kelly Thomas, are barely living shortly after their police encounters, and other doomed victims, like Larry Neal and Daniel Linsinbigler, live in custody for a couple of weeks. Many arrestees receive capital punishment in extrajudicial killings without any benefit of trial. In fact, numerous victims die before their first appearance in court. (The paragraphs in this article are labeled I through XXXV to discourage hackers. This article has absolutely NO empty lines. If any empty lines appear, they represent sabotage by hackers, and we will schedule more rallies.)
In addition to jail deaths, America has an extremely high rate of deaths in prisons - 346 in Florida alone in 2014. The United Nations Committee Against Torture addressed the United States' high rate of in-custody deaths after its review last fall. Its findings and recommendations are below.
22) The Committee notes with concern that 958 inmates died while in the custody of local jails during 2012, an 8 percent increase from the 889 deaths in 2010. During the same year, State prison deaths remained stable with 3,351 reported deaths. The Committee is particularly concerned about reports of inmate deaths occurred as a result of extreme heat exposure while imprisoned in unbearably hot and poor ventilated prison facilities in Arizona, California, Florida, New York, Michigan and Texas (arts. 2, 11 and 16).
The Committee urges the State party to investigate promptly, thoroughly and impartially ALL deaths of detainees, assessing the health care received by inmates as well as any possible liability of prison personnel, and provide, where appropriate, adequate compensation to the families of the victims.
On August 3, we will hold a rally at the Georgia Capitol from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. against brutality and deaths in custody and bring awareness about a congressional bill, H.R.2646. More than half of the victims of violence by police and corrections officers are mentally ill people. Over 60 percent of the prisoners enduring torturous solitary confinement are also mentally challenged. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill planned the August rallies in commemoration of the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" and other victims. August 1 marks the 12th anniversary of Larry Neal's kidnapping and death in Memphis Shelby County Jail, which happened in 2003. We also plan to bring awareness to H.R.2646 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act," a federal bill introduced by Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA) and Eddie Denise Johnson (D-TX), which has provisions that should help reduce mass incarceration of persons with serious mental illness.
There is little to no effort to "investigate promptly, thoroughly and impartially" any deaths of arrestees and U.S. prisoners, and unfortunately, in-custody deaths engender even less accountability by law officers and guards than public shooting and Tasing episodes. Without videos and witness statements by onlookers, the American public usually has only the word of law enforcement and prison officers as to what caused the deaths. Generally, families are told the victims killed themselves or were found in their cells unresponsive. Occasionally, the victims' fellow inmates provide witness statements regarding overuse of force, and some in-custody deaths are ruled homicides by medical examiners. Even then, there is seldom prosecution. July was the deadliest month for police violence this year, with 118 victims reported by The Guardian. Yet, notices about the peaceful rally are being censored.
Whenever police departments or correctional facilities are perceived by the public as having done inexcusable crimes against humanity, the U.S. Justice Department is pressured to investigate and prosecute. Unfortunately, the Justice Department is itself criminal and has a tendency to conspire with officials who, like any other criminals, are most interested in hiding their crimes and avoiding prosecution and financial liability. Therefore, correctional institutions in the U.S. share similarities to the War on Terror camps where detainees suffered excruciating torture and some died. It is important to note, however, that whereas Guantanamo Bay detainees are/were allegedly terror suspects, most persons in U.S. jails and prisons are American citizens, a great number of whom have never been to trial for the criminal charges associated with their arrests. Such persons have a right to be presumed innocent.
Correctional facilities warehouse hundreds of thousands of defendants who are jailed awaiting trial, mostly due to a lack of bail money, as well as convicted persons who plea bargained. Maya Schrenwar, managing editor of "Truthout," advises that the nation should eliminate bails altogether. Being coerced to waive trial and plea bargain is customary for defendants who lack the money for bail and a proper defense. Coercing plea bargains is particularly offensive regarding juveniles and mentally ill defendants. More than half of the nation's prisoners are actually Americans with mental disabilities, roughly 1.25 million inmates, most of whom were denied mental health care or treatment for drug and alcohol addictions until they were accused of crimes.
The high rate of in-custody deaths, especially among persons who were recently arrested, should alarm all Americans. Law officers can detain anyone up to a few days on mere suspicion without the need to actually file criminal charges. In addition, persons who have actually broken no laws are regularly booked on "resisting arrest" even without any evidence that the persons were initially subject to arrest. It is particularly disturbing when young women like Sandra Bland die in custody after what began as a traffic stop, something that can happen to anyone.
It is apparent that nobody in the indigent or working class has a right to life that is actually protected in the United States, especially not people who are African Americans or mentally ill. Overuse of force incidents that used to target African American men now increasingly demand the lives of African American women and children. Caucasians who were largely exempt from overuse of force incidents and in-custody deaths until recently now seem to have lost their "white skin privilege." Even middle class whites like former college student Cameron Redus are killed by police, and white homemakers like Eileen Dinino inexplicably die immediately after arrest. Police brutality and in-custody deaths threaten everyone and deserve the attention of human rights advocates.
One media company that is involved in an effort to fill the gap in reporting the number of deaths by police is The Guardian. I received an email invitation to share information about deaths by police and responded in the nine (9) paragraphs copied below:
Response to The Guardian re “The Counted” - People Killed by USA Police
1. Increasingly, police arrest victims before killing them. That happened in 2003 in Memphis, Tennessee to my brother, Larry Neal. Larry was a schizophrenic heart patient who irritated police with his loud singing and panhandling in public places. In mid-July, he was secretly arrested, and police denied having him in custody when Larry's family and social worker made inquiries and completed the missing person report. However, police did nothing to help find the harmless middle aged mental patient, because they knew exactly where he was. After 18 days of secret arrest, Larry died. To this day, Larry's family is denied knowing the circumstances of his death: (a) sudden cessation of heart drugs, (b) restraint chair or table, (c) starvation, or (d) brutality. [Mentally ill inmates were killed by all of these methods in recent years.]
2. The Memphis Shelby County Jail and the United States Department of Justice refuse to release the information about this American with mental and physical disabilities, because his "arrest" was actually a kidnapping, and his death was actually a planned euthanasia. In fact, Larry's brother had been told two weeks before Larry's kidnapping that police were "getting tired of fooling with Larry Neal." Larry had suffered numerous arrests in Shelby County Jail for disturbing the peace and other charges related to his severe mental illness, so it is impossible to believe he could not be matched with his fingerprints and the missing person report.
3. Increasingly, killings of mentally ill Americans have become the nation's new eugenics program. From the 1930's to the 1970's, African Americans, very poor whites, and the mentally ill of all races underwent enforced sterilization to control their numbers. Today, these same groups are either killed under the color of law or mass incarcerated throughout their childbearing years, which also accomplished eugenicists' intention of population control among those groups.

4. There continues to be a huge cover-up about Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder, because Shelby County Jail was operating under a Settlement Agreement with the USA after lawsuit for inmate abuse. Under the terms of the Agreement, the jail had an obligation to file an inmate fatality report with the feds for anyone who died in custody, but the USDOJ denies having received any information whatsoever related to Larry Neal's fatal arrest. Nevertheless, the USDOJ refused to investigate the cover-up. Years after being informed about Larry's murder, the Justice Department allowed Shelby County Jail to enter records in court hearings regarding its release from federal overview that again omitted Larry's death in custody.
5. The hearings happened after the feds had communicated with me extensively about Larry Neal's in-custody death and after having received records of his demise. Therefore, the federal cover-up is definitely intentional. Three main parties are involved in the cover-up: Shelby County Government, the U.S. Justice Department, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which contracted with the Neals to act as Larry's wrongful death attorneys. The Cochran Firm's responsibility in the conspiracy was to keep Larry's murder out of the media and out of court, which the firm did through defrauding Larry's family as our wrongful death attorneys.
6. The success of covering up police murders by first arresting victims has inspired increasing use of this method. Victims are arrested then eliminated after a short period in custody, i.e., Freddie Gray and perhaps Sandra Bland and Chavis Carter, and many others. Arresting people before killing them, as opposed to shooting or Tasing them to death before commuters with cameras, prevents public knowledge and outcry when videos are published, as happened after the killings of Oscar Grant, Eric Garner, Kelly Thomas, and many others. Cover-ups regarding in-custody killings are not foolproof, however. Witnesses who were jailed with Daniel Linsinbigler exposed his murder when Clay County Jail officials had falsely told his mother that the teenager was "found unresponsive in his cell." Linsinbigler's death was later ruled a homicide. Darren Rainey's murder by hot shower was also exposed to the media by fellow inmates.

7. Larry Neal's murder cover-up is most pathetic in that the federal government joined the conspiracy to cover-up his kidnapping and death rather than demanding justice. Larry's family has experienced significant surveillance, censorship, and financial persecution for attempting to expose the murder, obtain records, and due process of law.
8. Thank you for conducting this survey of police killings. I hope you recognize that your findings will not be complete unless you include persons who were arrested first and killed within hours or weeks after arrest. That is the new modus operandi. For many more killings of mentally challenged Americans, I invite you to our blog, "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill," at http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com - More information and evidence is under the “documents” tab at “Wrongful Death of Larry Neal” website at http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com/ - If you have questions about any of the deaths by police therein, I will be happy to try to put you in touch with the victims' families. You must be persistent if you call or email me. Both modes of communication are hacked, and police refuse to address the violations against my First Amendment rights. Email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com [The Guardian will not publish this news. The media helps the U.S. Government to cover-up certain wrongful deaths by police. The missing trillions probably was spent to buy media participation in cover-ups.]
We congratulate journalists and human rights advocates for their interest in making America more "true to what she said on paper" (MLK). Documenting deaths by police is a good place to start. Our principle goal should be to have a nation where everyone's right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness are honored and protected. Fortunately, many police officers recognize the importance of better police oversight, including Blacks in Law Enforcement of America (BLEA).
We are pleased that the largest association of sheriffs, NSA, supports assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs for mentally ill Americans, which provide subsistence assistance and mandated psychiatric treatment. In 2014, the International Association of Chiefs of Police also endorsed AOT programs to promote treatment before tragedies. We congratulate Congress for recently appropriating $15 million to fund AOT programs. AOT is included in H.R.2646 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." It is encouraging that the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) recently issued a letter in support of H.R.2646 The congressional bill has bilateral support in the House but needs greater advocacy by the general public to make it law. Journalists are asked to please give H.R.2646 as much news coverage as other health care bills receive. Treatment can help reduce mass incarceration, and therefore deaths in custody, of mentally ill Americans.
The U.S. Congress reduced the chances that anyone reading this article will have relatives "disappear" and die in jail without the in-custody deaths being reported, which happened to Larry Neal. The "Death in Custody Reporting Act of 2013" became law on December 18, 2014. ("There was a Death in Custody law on the books, but it somehow was allowed to expire in 2006. Why? Who knows?" - NonprofitQuarterly.com)
Together, we can see that this nation follows the United Nations' recommendation that the government "investigates promptly, thoroughly and impartially ALL deaths of detainees, assessing the health care received by inmates as well as any possible liability of prison personnel, and provide, where appropriate, adequate compensation to the families of the victims." Moreover, we can reduce the number of victims by applying due diligence. If you are able, please join us at the Georgia Capitol rally August 3 during lunchtime to learn more about in-custody brutality and deaths such as my mentally, physically disabled brother experienced.
Everyone is invited to enter the fight to eliminate racism, class consciousness, and health discrimination from the legal system. If you are unable to attend, you can still participate by sending photographs and brief information about victims of in-custody brutality and deaths to me by email, preferably on one page. A donation for printing, copying, and distributing the information at the Capitol is needed. See the section below entitled "Your financial assistance ..."
Local and state governments are encouraged to participate in reducing police brutality before and after arrests by ensuring that respect for citizens' rights and ethics are taught in police academies and enforced through prosecution of offending officers. Cover-ups only encourage more in-custody brutality and deaths. Local governments should also offer crisis intervention team (CIT) training to police and corrections officers. More funds should be allocated for AOT programs for persons with serious mental illnesses, especially prisoners who are reentering society. AOT program participation reduces homelessness, arrests, hospitalization, and future incarceration by over 85 percent, which means a significant increase in community safety and a substantial reduction in the budget for fighting crime and incarcerating offenders.
Your financial assistance is also invited. My computer equipment is regularly attacked by persons who disagree with the concept that all persons deserve equal protection under the law. My operating system was destroyed on July 3, after I informed the public that United States District Court, Central District of California, determined that neither The Cochran Firm nor any of its district offices qualify to be called "a law firm." Thanks in advance for your contributions to my communications fundraiser. Hackers often sabotage my individual articles, radio shows, and social media posts as revealed at channel jkempp703 at YouTube and "Justice Gagged" blog at http://JusticeGagged.blogspot.com - My computer's operating system was damaged beyond repair on July 3. Unfortunately, there is still a conspiracy to avoid disclosure and accountability for Larry Neal's 2003 kidnapping and arrest and to curtail my advocacy for similarly situated Americans.
Our rights under the U.S. Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are actually goals. The fact that the Justice Department is complicit in Larry Neal's wrongful death cover-up proves how important it is for U.S. citizens to endeavor to make America true to her ideals. During release hearings for Memphis Shelby County Jail to exit federal overview, I notified the judge over the release hearings, the U.S. Attorney's office, and the USDOJ in Washington about Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder in that facility, and the crime was ignored by all parties, who entered the conspiracy of cover-up instead. Officials conspired against the USA by allowing fraudulent records into federal release hearings that deliberately omitted the in-custody death of an American with disabilities, and I have been sorely persecuted ever since in order to keep their crimes contained.
This writer cannot say whether federal officials are paid by abusive police departments and correctional facilities to disregard their oversight responsibilities, as was alleged in the criminal indictments against former U.S. Vice President Dick Chaney and former U.S. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales in 2008, but one thing is certain: Abusive police departments and correctional facilities actually have no reliable oversight except by the People. Even China chastises America for its human rights abuses. Your participation is needed.
Note: I had to number these paragraphs because parts of this article were missing on my view when I completed it. I filmed the interference - gaps appeared in this article at paragraphs that hackers may plan to render invisible. Please count the paragraphs as you read. If you find some missing (less than 35 or skipping numbers), please comment below. My films displaying how Americans are censored will be published at CreateSpace for the lowest price possible. My main interest is letting advocates and justice seekers know how ineffective the Internet is to deliver messages because of illegal censorship that police say is not illegal (unless cyberstalking is done to a politician), and they refuse to uphold our freedom of press rights.

Sandra Bland: Say Her Name

Killings of blacks in custody were made popular by the successful cover-up (so far) of the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" police kidnapping and murder case. Here's the latest: Sandra Bland was killed in Waller County, Texas after the recent college grad underwent a traffic stop and was arrested for "assault on a police officer."

Twenty eight-year-old Sandra Bland was a 2008 graduate of the Prairie View A&M University in Texas. Last week, she returned to her alma mater to interview for a job in student outreach and, and according to Heavy, she was scheduled to start work there on July 15. But on Friday, she was stopped by Waller Country police for a minor traffic violation. She was arrested and booked. The video of her arrest, however, does not record the young woman assaulting a police officer. Instead, we see Sandra lying on the ground with a police officer riding her back. (Read articles about her arrest and death at Heavy, Huffington Post, and Ebony, if they let you.) Bland was found hanging in her cell when an officer says she went to see if Bland needed some exercise on Monday. News sources report that Bland was scheduled for jail release Monday. It is therefore unlikely that an officer would offer her exercise. The public is being told that the young woman committed suicide, but there is widespread doubt. See the video of her arrest at YouTube https://youtu.be/IYim6pDZV0Y and embedded below.

The link to Bland's story in Ebony Magazine was not allowed to be operational at Facebook. As you may know, "they" bought Ebony years ago.

Sandra Bland’s Loved Ones Want to Know How a Routine Traffic Stop Led to Her Death by Hanging in a Waller County, Texas Jail Cell

The USA is experiencing an increase in in-custody deaths, since police have body cameras and so do commuters and pedestrians, and more African American women are being killed by police lately. Some people believe that U.S. Congress declared an open season on Black women when it stood and applauded the police execution of Mariam Carey, an unarmed young woman who was driving her small child near the White House and accidentally bumped a barricade. She was called the "White House Gatecrasher" although her car never touched the White House gates. The car's bump against the barricade was so minor that her airbag did not deploy, and neither was there much damage to her car's front end. Police immediately started chasing and shooting at the young mother until they finally stopped her car, removed her baby from the backseat, then assassinated Carey. Police were not prosecuted; they were celebrated. That began a very deadly cycle of Black women being assaulted and killed by police. See her car and how she was portrayed in the media at the link below to an article by Daily Mail. Whites later went on the grounds and even into the White House illegally, but none were harmed and certainly not killed.

Mariam Carey was said to be mentally ill, and Sandra Bland was said to be depressed. American police and officials excuse crimes by calling citizens "crazy," because it was decided at some point that killing people with mental disabilities without cause is OK. ‪#‎SayHerName‬

“Stop defrauding the public right now,” I say
“Your day of reckoning is due”

“We might appeal the Court’s decision
To judges who’ve helped us before
California Supreme Court cheers our frauds
We’ll trick Black people much more!

Supreme Court gave us victory in 'Hadley'
When we switched that signature page
Sent that class of Niggers packin’
With nothing but small change!

Yes, we work behind clients’ backs
Protecting Big Business and cops
We love defrauding Black people
Their upward mobility we stop!

Johnnie Cochran thought Black lives matter
Had the darkies thinking that, too
Now we use his name to trick them
And withhold justice when it's due"

Media companies are completely silent about the Court' decision. The National Law Journal published an article announcing the federal court's pending decision in November 2014, but I could find no followup article when the court issued its decision that The Cochran Firm is NOT a law firm on May 12, 2015. Apparently, the FCC, FTC, and media companies plan for African Americans to continue to be victimized by The Cochran Firm, which runs ads for legal clients, disregarding the fact that it was declared by federal court not to be a law firm, and nobody is telling the potential victims. This is racism.

If the federal court's decision is appealed, CA Supreme Court will have another opportunity to help The Cochran Firm escape justice. The CA Supreme Court Refused to Hear the Plaintiffs' Case in "Hadley, et al. vs. The Cochran Firm" When The Cochran Firm Switched the Signature Page from a Mediation Agreement and Affixed it to a Settlement Agreement Its Clients Had Never Seen or Heard About. When the Devious Lawyers Settled the African Americans' Lawsuit Against Their Employer for Less Than the Racial Discrimination Case Was Worth, CA Supreme Court Upheld The Cochran Firm in Its Legal Malpractice, Fraud, and Racism by Refusing to Hear the Case.

[Since publishing this article, I learned that The Cochran Firm frauds appealed USDC's decision to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Use the side scroll bar to get to the end of the poll and vote, please.

The operating system in my computer was destroyed on July 3, probably because I exposed the federal court's decision regarding The Cochran Firm's failure to meet the standard to be called a law firm. This is the most elaborate plot against justice for African Americans since CoIntelPro supposedly ended in the 1970's - misusing Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to defraud deliberately uninformed legal consumers throughout America. The overwhelming majority of The Cochran Firm's clients are African Americans; therefore, the so-called law firm's racketeering is being allowed to continue unreported by media companies and without censure by the FCC, FTC, and BBB. Culprits have destroyed 10 computers of mine within 10 years. Time the one-year warranties expire, they pounce. The latest computer destruction caught me at a financially vulnerable point, and I require your help.

Notice that Eric Garner's family was awarded $5.9 million for his wrongful death by police, whereas John Crawford, III, whose survivors were represented by The Cochran Firm Frauds, demanded only $75,000. Garner was committing a misdemeanor by selling loose cigarettes and was heard on video arguing with police before his murder by choke hold. Crawford, on the other hand, was simply shopping and talking on his cellphone in an Ohio Walmart store, breaking no laws whatsoever. The difference is that one man's survivors were represented by real lawyers, and Crawford's family was defrauded by The Cochran Firm like mine was. Crawford's girlfriend was killed on January 1, 2015, when the car she and her driver were in suddenly accelerated to a high speed. The car may have been hacked. Some people who seem interested in enabling The Cochran Firm fraud are excellent hackers, which is why I need new computer equipment. The young woman had her own attorney separate from Crawford's family.

I just called the governor's office
and was transferred to an administrator who said I should call Lee May's office, the DeKalb County CEO - another black man. I spoke with a woman who identified herself as Ava Bishop. She said DeKalb County Police Department cannot enforce the law regarding people breaking into my computer and tampering with my phone.

"Those are federal laws," she said. "You have to call the feds."

I told her those are also state laws being broken. There are state laws against every crime. She said, "Well, we have no way to enforce them."

That was another lie, I believe. I then told her that police came to my home and told me not to tell officials about their refusal to investigate my crime reports, including the IP addresses I gave them that identified where the computer attacks originated. They threatened me not to tell their superiors about the matter - a direct violation of my First Amendment rights. She gave me the phone number for the DeKalb County Sherrif's office. I believe this is a matter for the police commissioner and GBI, not the sheriff. If Georgia has laws on the books but offers no enforcement unless and until the crimes impact white people, that is an issue that all citizens should know about and address.

Confederates in Georgia and throughout this nation applaud The Cochran Firm's many frauds against black families after wrongful deaths by police and catastrophic injuries caused by Big Business, but they might as well abandon their efforts to keep the frauds secret. See a list of its defrauded clients, former lawyers, and a partnering law firm at
"Beware of Treacherous lawyers: The Cochran Firm"

FCC, FTC, and BBB might choose to ignore the fact that The Cochran Firm has been declared not a law firm by a federal court, but this victimized, marginalized black woman will continue to do everything in my power to save other families from being defrauded by a bunch of white supremacists hiding behind Johnnie Cochran's ghost. Those agencies that are paid taxpayers' money to protect consumers from frauds like The Cochran Firm must be given the incentive to do their jobs and stop the false advertising of this non-law firm. The Cochran Firm should not be eligible for recommendation as a law firm by any state bars or legal referral services, and it should have been ineligible for TV ads, Internet ads, and any other false advertising effective May 12, 2015.

What good is it to remove the Confederate flag from government buildings while this country still operates under the CoIntelPro mandate to "keep wealth from black hands" and "protect the status quo"? BLACK LIVES MATTER.
