Cochran Firm Fraud Fails in CA Court

By order of federal court, The Cochran Firm cannot be considered a "national law firm." It has falsified its identity and defrauded the world.

See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

It should come as no surprise that The Cochran Firm is a fraud to people who have followed the "MaryLovesJustice" articles and radio broadcasts and know about CoIntelPro tactics to undermine African Americans. In addition to presenting itself falsely as a national law firm, The Cochran Firm defrauded hundreds of its clients in the unprofessional handling of their legal cases over the 15 years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. In fact, The Cochran Firm is regularly sued for RACISM, MALPRACTICE, BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, SEX DISCRIMINATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, and of course, FRAUD. Members of the defrauded class of clients listed in the "Treacherous Lawyers" document above plan to sue Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, P.C. for racketeering. We seek an attorney to present our irrefutable evidence before an impartial judge and jury. When one reads about the heinous frauds that have been done by these officers of the court, and oftentimes upheld in courts, one will recognize the lawlessness that reigns in the United States of America and the deep animosity against people of color, who are The Cochran Firm's usual clients/victims.

Media companies and consumer protection agencies have steadfastly refused to warn people of color by even publishing lawsuits and complaints against The Cochran Firm, which are plenteous. That is likely because The Cochran Firm defrauds its clients on behalf of municipalities, police departments, and other government agencies as well as large, wealthy corporations. Had media companies and consumer protection agencies published the complaints and lawsuits against The Cochran Firm timely, most of The Cochran Firm's defrauded clients would have chosen honest, earnest lawyers to represent their cases alleging wrongful deaths, police brutality, sex discrimination, race discrimination by employers, and catastrophic injuries caused by corporate negligence. Instead, African Americans and other Cochran Firm clients (usually minorities) were not informed, and The Cochran Firm used its position as their legal counsel to save government entities and large corporations billions of dollars.

Racism is still prevalent in the United States of America. As it was in the 1700's, when slaves built this country, The Cochran Firm was able to continue its frauds against people of color because of systemic racism. Legal organizations and bar associations continued to give The Cochran Firm coveted awards, knowing that under their suits, The Cochran Firm lawyers wear white robes and collude against their own clients to help their clients' defendants in civil cases, or collude with prosecutors in criminal cases. For The Cochran Firm frauds, throwing the fight (likely for kickbacks) is usual and ordinary. This is racketeering. 

Because Mary Neal discloses The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans and advocates against the continuous killings of mentally ill people under the color of law, with or without a death warrant, she experiences surveillance, intimidation, and censorship in her home state, Georgia, where mentally ill people are habitually killed.

Racketeering: Traditionally, obtaining or extorting money illegally or carrying on illegal business activities, usually by Organized Crime. A pattern of illegal activity carried out as part of an enterprise that is owned or controlled by those who are engaged in the illegal activity. Whereas the Court found that The Cochran Firm does not qualify as a single law firm with law offices throughout the nation -- as is commonly claimed -- two of The Cochran Firm offices are certainly related although that relationship was falsely denied in Georgia courts: The Atlanta office (CCGSS) and the Memphis office. In fact, despite perjury put before the courts by defendants in the "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" lawsuits (in both Georgia Superior Court and in Federal Court), wherein CCGSS disclaimed any association whatsoever with The Cochran Firm's Memphis law office, CCGSS was actually registered as a Tennessee professional corporation with its address in the Memphis Cochran Firm law office.

Perjury is such a common practice of The Cochran Firm lawyers and partners that perjury is even recommended to gullible clients, like Ms. Sarah Dozier (niece of Kathryn Johnston, 92-year-old Atlanta police murder victim, 2006). Dozier was induced by Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr., Esq. to lie to Georgia Probate Court and deny receipt of an invoice against Johnston's estate that had been sent by Mekel Hutchins for public relations work he did acting as family spokesman immediately after Johnston's murder. Hutchins sued Dozier for lying to avoid paying his invoice, and Dozier died. Dozier's sons say her death was caused by Legal Abuse Syndrome.

Some people were surprised to read recently that the Ku Klux Klan would accept Black and Hispanic members. It would be convenient if enemies were easily discerned by skin color, but that is not the case. McMurray, The Cochran Firm, and Hattie Neal

We have such drama involving my mother that I decided to check the "McMiurray v. The Cochran Firm" case. A new judge has been assigned now, after the first judge recused herself in November 2014. I discovered The Cochran Firm is not doing too well in that case where it fights to be declared by the court to be ONE law firm although it declared in Georgia courts to be totally separate law firms (Neals v. The Cochran Firm, GA Sup. Ct. (2005); USDC (2007). The Cochran Firm lost a battle in February to Randy McMurray, a former partner in the firm:

Law360, New York (February 09, 2015, 12:19 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday dismissed counterclaims against an attorney embroiled in trademark litigation with The Cochran Firm PC over the use of Johnnie Cochran’s moniker, saying the attorney's former colleagues' contract claims are barred by a related state court action.

U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez tossed Joseph M. Barrett and Brian T. Dunn’s countersuit alleging Randy H. McMurray entered the Neals' lawsuits against The Cochran Firm (both of which were wrongly dismissed) in his case against The Cochran Firm. In California, The Cochran Firm fights to be considered a single law firm with offices nationwide, whereas in Georgia, it fought to have law offices in Georgia and in Memphis declared by Georgia courts to be no part of The Cochran Firm. Neither my mother nor I told these lawyers to tell the court such lies, and they should not blame us if their lies are coming back to bite them now.

I RESENT my mother going to DeKalb Medical Hospital for a rash in 2012 and being administered conflicting blood pressure medications - one that raises blood pressure and one that lowers it - which damn near killed her and caused her heart rate to fluctuate. I RESENT DeKalb Medical then trying to coerce the 90-year-old into accepting an unneeded heart pacer.

I RESENT my mother going to DeKalb Medical Hospital in 2015 for a bed sore and being frightened by the hospital giving her scans for bone cancer. She needed a cancer scan about as much as she needed a heart pacer in 2012 - not at all. She went there will a bed sore, and she had better NOT come home with cancer. Many people know about inflicted tumors. It happens to rats every day in labs, and perhaps to people, too.

No results or films that result from the tests will be accepted at face value. It should be criminal to terrorize elderly people possibly to charge their insurance more money than necessary. Hattie Neal has been through enough drama. Observe her tear stains on the contract with The Cochran Firm for legal services that were secretly withheld until it was too late to contract with an honest attorney regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of her mentally challenged, physically disabled son, Larry Neal.

They will stop at nothing to disparage me. My mother left this house on Tuesday night at much hysterical urging by a party I will leave unnamed and went to the hospital by ambulance with a bed sore, period. A board-certified internist who works exclusively with geriatric patients, Dr. Cooper, had scheduled a two-hour appointment with her for Friday morning. Meanwhile, she had no fever, no hypertension, and no diabetes. Hypertension and diabetes disappeared over a year ago as she began eating healthier and lost excess weight during the 2.5 years while I prepared all her meals, providing almost no sweets, less bread, and no pork. 

Unlike hospitals, I check her levels before administering meds and very seldom found the blood pressure high and never found the sugar level high after 2013. I imagine it is to defame me that a party claims Mama had an ecoli infection. Mama is a human being from planet earth and responds to bacterial infections like everyone else: fevers, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. She had NONE of those symptoms and never has in the three years while I was her sole caretaker. Why is it hard to admit that this 92-year-old woman was healthy and had a bedsore that Dr. Cooper would have addressed on arrival Friday? No cancer, no irregular heartbeat, no ecoli either. Now she is likely on meds that will cause side effects.

I have taken excellent care of my mother for 22 years and the last three by myself with siblings dropping by very irregularly (some holidays). Anybody critical of that care will have to first show me their 92-year-old mothers, and NOT including the one I have. Sibling rivalry among people old enough to be grandmothers is ridiculous.

The Cochran Firm became a benefactor of DeKalb Medical Hospital in December 2012. That was interesting timing since The Cochran Firm office had been in Atlanta for around a decade (no matter what lawyers told the courts), and the hospital had been here for about a century before 2012. Hopefully, these people will quit their antics while they are ahead, unlike The Cochran Firm. Fraud really is not worth it. Every time legal consumers read about The Cochran Firm fraud against the Neals to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail from our wrongful death civil action, The Cochran Firm loses more money than it would have cost to pay our malpractice and fraud lawsuit. But Pharaoh could not stop oppressing the Hebrew children because God did not give him that much wisdom. Therefore, the Egyptian king and his entire army (of co-conspirators) drowned in the Red Sea.

Insider trading tip: The firm may not be worth much in a couple of months (or days, depending on how cooperative Facebook and other online media companies are with federal agents and how determined the censorship staff is). Shawn Chapman Holley — a former colleague of the late, famed lawyer Johnnie Cochran — is suing the law firm he made famous, claiming racial and gender discrimination, fraud and breach of contract. NPR's Tony Cox talks with Holley and her attorney, Dan Stormer, about the lawsuit, as well as Randy McMurray, managing partner of The Cochran law firm in Los Angeles.

McMurray, a former partner in the California office, spoke for The Cochran Firm on the Chapman-Holley interview at NPR. A few years later, McMurray also sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, racism and RICO Act Racketeering (he said a partner bought sex from the staff with corporate funds). MORE Cochran Firm Fraud

Today I was notified by former Cochran Firm attorney Randy McMurray that The Cochran Firm, which faces his RICO Act lawsuit, now claims in court that it is ONE CORPORATION with offices across the nation, which is what I understood it to be years ago when it denied being that in another court. After being notified that my mother, Hattie Neal, was named in the RICO Act lawsuit, this writer understands some of the recent crimes against her family, including an assault against my 90-year-old mother that happened on April 1. The Cochran Firm may also be changing its registration with various Secretary of State offices (illegally backdating the documents) in order to agree with the identity of being a single law firm it now uses as protection against McMurray's lawsuit. This identity directly contradicts the firm's testimony that it used to have Mary Neal's fraud lawsuit dismissed in Georgia, where the Atlanta  law office, managed by Hezekiah Sistrunk, claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or its other law offices. After ten years and numerous recent crimes against the Neal family and increased intimidation, I feel that I can provide the identity of The Cochran Firm in a single word: CoIntelPro. The Cochran Firm is currently in court in California PROVING that everything the law firm said in Georgia courts were lies. God said "Be still. I will fight your battles." Yes, Lord. Amen.

In addition to falling victim to police violence, some mentally ill people are brutalized or killed in custody, like my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. Larry died after being secretly incarcerated for nearly three weeks while his family and social worker searched for him as a "missing person," and the Memphis Shelby County Jail denied having him imprisoned. No wrongful death lawsuit was ever filed, thanks to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm simply held the Neal's case secretly inactive while the statue of limitations passed in Tennessee in order to help the jail escape accountability. The law firm wrote us bogus status updates about legal work that was not being done. When we sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, serving suit in its Atlanta office, the Atlanta law office answered the lawsuit and claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or any of its offices. Surprisingly, the Georgia Superior Court judge dismissed our lawsuit based on that perjury, even with prolific advertising going forth for The Cochran Firm's Atlanta offices and contracts being signed with numerous other legal consumers under that same identity. Where the mentally ill are killed by police or in custody, suffer mass arrest, or are loaded onto busses and shipped to other states far from home like Nevada is accused of doing, citizens must be aware that the same denial of due process of law that is received by the mentally ill and their families WILL eventually be applied to the general populace. May God have mercy on us all. 

Everybody needs to keep their stalkers away from my house and my mother, if they want them. We have suffered enough at the hands of the legal KKK. NOTHING will save The Cochran Firm, except justice. They offended God when they helped cover up Larry Neal's lynching. People who do not want to be included when The Cochran Firm goes down should refuse the bribes and stay out of this. RANDY McMURRAY, ESQ, has a new label for The Cochran Firm's attorneys. I call them "The Cochran Firm Frauds," but he calls them "Cochran Firm Racketeers," and he has plenty of evidence. McMurray is a former partner in the Los Angeles office of The Cochran Firm, who worked with attorneys Brian Dunn and possibly with Daniel H. Cargnelutti. McMurray says he was defrauded, also, as well as the firm's clients across the country. Numerous former Cochran Firm associates and partners complained and some sued over the years to get remedy for The Cochran Firm fraud - the honest ones, usually. It is a shame how The Cochran Firm ran over the Indigenous People to save Ford and the EPA. They got rid of Gilliam first - took her off the case that was worth between $2 billion and $3 billion, then settled for only $12.5 million! Poor Mr. Mann and his People.

PLEASE don't let The Cochran Firm handle any death penalty cases! According to Shawn Chapman Holley, Johnnie Cochran did not want the firm to do any criminal defense work at all. He probably suspected (or knew) that his new partners are prison investors. Prisons earn much more for warehousing condemned inmates than inmates in the general population, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.

THE COCHRAN FIRM apparently defrauds other law firms as well as its clients and some of its own partners. See an excerpt of an article in New York Law Journal:

October 29, 2012 -- Two prominent civil rights firms in New York are accused by a three-lawyer Washington, D.C. firm of cheating it out of a significant fee as part of a $3.75million settlement in a wrongful death case. Catalano & Plache claims that [Cochran] Neufeld Scheck & Brustin and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady submitted court documents on settlement terms without naming Catalano as a participating firm.

"The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argues in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, Law Offices of Catalano & Plache v. Brustin, 157248/2012. "Defendants are scheming and attempting to avoid their legal, moral and ethical obligations."

We should ALL file a RICO Act racketeering lawsuit against the identity-challenged, absent-minded lawyers. They OFTEN forget who they are working for on civil cases - the plaintiffs or the defendants. They forget which cities they "operate" in and swear in court, "We are in no way affiliated with The Cochran Firm or any Cochran Firm offices." The Atlanta office lied in court, saying "We are a wholly owned Georgia corporation," and "We have no affiliation with any law offices whatsoever in Memphis, TN." Judges help them get away with perjury, too, or they simply refuse to hear the case against the frauds. That happened during a class action for race discrimination in California. Clients claimed The Cochran Firm FORGED THEIR NAMES ON A BOGUS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A MINISCULE SUM, but California Supreme Court shrugged.

The Cochran Firm lawyers sometimes use an alias name in court to defend the firm against fraud lawsuits, like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. did. He is the managing partner in the firm's Atlanta office, which is prolifically advertised at 127 Peachtree Street. But its very existence is denied in court in order to falsely claim that the Neal's lawsuit was not served to the "right" party. The Atlanta office came up with a sham name it called a PC, but that alias was never registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a corporation, PC, LLC, dba, or anything else. While The Cochran Firm defrauds its attorneys and law firms it partnered with as well as its own clients, poor Lynne Stewart was disbarred, prosecuted, and imprisoned for carrying a letter to the press for her client. The human rights attorney is 72 now, and wrestling with cancer in prison where she has been for years. God is going to have a word or two for our judges one day soon. We seem to need courageous attorneys like Spire Law Group, Juan Guerra, or Alton Maddox at times like these. Maddox admired Johnnie Cochran and probably hates what the prejudice Alabama partners are doing to his name and legacy. Maddox is a civil/human rights attorney, also. He was prohibited from practicing law in any New York court after he missed a single court hearing. "Disparate sentencing" applies to attorneys, too, depending on who they represent and how well they do it.

I had hoped that my family's justice quest regarding Larry Neal's lynching and my terrorism following The Cochran Firm fraud would end on a quietly victorious note. But after viewing a movie called "Maafa21," which is available in the next article in FreeSpeakBlog, I recognize that elitists probably would not allow The Cochran Firm to pay damages and apologize for covering up my disabled brother's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail if the firm wanted to do so. None of them in that "eugenics/ genocide club" think it is necessary to treat Africans in America like real people. They believe us to be "imbeciles" and "useless eaters" and "the Negro problem" since slavery was declared illegal except for convicts, which is why America has the highest prison population in the history of the world. Upholding human and civil rights is not a popular idea in Washington at this time, either.
