Cochran Firm Fraud Fails in CA Court

By order of federal court, The Cochran Firm cannot be considered a "national law firm." It has falsified its identity and defrauded the world.

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

It should come as no surprise that The Cochran Firm is a fraud to people who have followed the "MaryLovesJustice" articles and radio broadcasts and know about CoIntelPro tactics to undermine African Americans. In addition to presenting itself falsely as a national law firm, The Cochran Firm defrauded hundreds of its clients in the unprofessional handling of their legal cases over the 15 years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. In fact, The Cochran Firm is regularly sued for RACISM, MALPRACTICE, BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, SEX DISCRIMINATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, and of course, FRAUD. When one reads about the heinous frauds that have been done by these officers of the court, and oftentimes upheld in courts, one will recognize the lawlessness that reigns in the United States of America and the deep animosity against people of color, who are The Cochran Firm's usual clients/victims.

Media companies and consumer protection agencies have steadfastly refused to warn people of color by even publishing lawsuits and complaints against The Cochran Firm, which are plenteous. That is likely because The Cochran Firm defrauds its clients on behalf of municipalities, police departments, and other government agencies as well as large, wealthy corporations. Had media companies and consumer protection agencies published the complaints and lawsuits against The Cochran Firm timely, most of The Cochran Firm's defrauded clients would have chosen honest, earnest lawyers to represent their cases alleging wrongful deaths, police brutality, sex discrimination, race discrimination by employers, and catastrophic injuries caused by corporate negligence. Instead, African Americans and other Cochran Firm clients (usually minorities) were not informed, and The Cochran Firm used its position as their legal counsel to save government entities and large corporations billions of dollars.

Racism is still prevalent in the United States of America. As it was in the 1700's, when slaves built this country, The Cochran Firm was able to continue its frauds against people of color because of systemic racism. Legal organizations and bar associations continued to give The Cochran Firm coveted awards, knowing that under their suits, The Cochran Firm lawyers wear white robes and collude against their own clients to help their clients' defendants in civil cases, or collude with prosecutors in criminal cases. For The Cochran Firm frauds, throwing the fight (likely for kickbacks) is usual and ordinary. This is racketeering. 

Because Mary Neal discloses The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans and advocates against the continuous killings of mentally ill people under the color of law, with or without a death warrant, she experiences surveillance, intimidation, and censorship in her home state, Georgia, where mentally ill people are habitually killed.

Whereas the Court found that The Cochran Firm does not qualify as a single law firm with law offices throughout the nation -- as is commonly claimed -- two of The Cochran Firm offices are certainly related although that relationship was falsely denied in Georgia courts: The Atlanta office (CCGSS) and the Memphis office. In fact, despite perjury put before the courts by defendants in the "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" lawsuits (in both Georgia Superior Court and in Federal Court), wherein CCGSS disclaimed any association whatsoever with The Cochran Firm's Memphis law office, CCGSS was actually registered as a Tennessee professional corporation with its address in the Memphis Cochran Firm law office.

Perjury is such a common practice of The Cochran Firm lawyers and partners that perjury is even recommended to gullible clients, like Ms. Sarah Dozier (niece of Kathryn Johnston, 92-year-old Atlanta police murder victim, 2006). Dozier was induced by Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr., Esq. to lie to Georgia Probate Court and deny receipt of an invoice against Johnston's estate that had been sent by Mekel Hutchins for public relations work he did acting as family spokesman immediately after Johnston's murder. Hutchins sued Dozier for lying to avoid paying his invoice, and Dozier died. Dozier's sons say her death was caused by Legal Abuse Syndrome.

Some people were surprised to read recently that the Ku Klux Klan would accept Black and Hispanic members. Have you EVER tried to discuss The Cochran Firm fraud, or any other CoIntelPro operation against African Americans, on Internet radio? 2. Chris Tucker told about his criminal lawyer who appeared for his court date in 2010, apparently drunk and thoroughly unprepared to represent him. In fact, Tucker discovered The Cochran Firm was not even licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
3. Mary Neal told about her family's experience with The Cochran Firm in 2003/2004, which secretly withheld all legal work regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man, in Memphis Shelby County Jail. The Cochran Firm used U.S. Mail fraud to lie to Larry's family about legal work that was not really done in order to allow the statute of limitations to pass without filing a wrongful death civil action. Numerous people who commented at a certain video carrying a message by Malcolm X said they wish we had leaders like Shabazz today. Did they miss what Shabazz said? He said the real leadership in the 1960's came from the grassroots, and that has not changed. When my brother was secretly arrested and murdered, I was conditioned to believe help would come from national civil rights organizations and large human rights organizations, but it did not. The government wanted Larry Neal's murder censored, so Negro "leaders" and "liberal white leaders" and media companies did just that. Only grassroots organizations help and support people despite what the government wants.

Please don't wait until your leaders are highlighted by CNN, MSN, and ABC or given important awards and major government jobs before you support them. Such people are likely today's equivalent of "house Negroes," in place to control the plantation. You who await another Shabazz probably overlook sincere, accomplished leaders continually, because their work is not featured on mainstream news broadcasts. The revolution will NOT be televised. Look among yourselves -- look at YOURSELF -- for the leadership we need. Real leaders don't await appointments by elite white supremacists. Remember that today's struggle is not about racial issues only but also a class war that impacts all poor and working class Americans. Unite! We have the power. A favorite quote by Shabazz is:

"I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I'm a human being first and foremost, and as such, I'm for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole."

Building movements around specific leaders can be counterproductive. Leaders can be killed, and some can be blackmailed or bribed. We must stop waiting for leaders, and "be the change we want to see" (Gandhi). Lead by example, whomever and wherever you are. You have greatness and passion within you. Your only enemy is fear.

RawStory and Other Fake Liberals

1.  Did I ever tell you how few "white liberals" there really are? The folks at +Raw Story exemplify what I mean. Wikipedia says, "RawStory describes itself as progressive , bringing attention to stories that it sees as downplayed or ignored by other media outlets." Actually, it is merely a propaganda tool of the Democratic party. I wrote three comments at the RawStory article about Ms.Obama telling a college graduation class about her experiences with racism. Obviously, her experiences as a multimillionaire are different from mine. My experiences with racism expose cruelty and wickedness that few people in the 21st century can match: censorship, terrorism, denial of due process of law after racial and health discrimination that actually lead Nazi exterminations. Realizing that, I began trying to save people like my brother with serious mental illness from torture and murder, and I discovered how pervasive the problem is in the USA. This article has one(1) embedded video, three(3) photos, one of which is a screenshot proving censorship, eight(8) paragraphs and nine(9) active url links (to RawStory at Google+ and to eight other sites).

2.  "Liberals" don't want the world to know about the tortures and genocide against mentally ill Americans of every race on their watch, but the world is learning abut it anyway. This week, New York Times carried a report by Human Rights Watch (HRW) entitled, "Mentally Ill Inmates Are Routinely Physically Abused, Study Says." Not only that, HRW; they are sometimes rounded up and MURDERED like Larry Neal was, then the nation's censorship force hides the conditions under which the deaths occurred and censors, intimidates, and financially persecutes survivors to keep the murders quiet, especially black and brown victims. 3.  Whatever one would call RawStory, it cannot be called "liberal" media. Liberalism is a political philosophy or worldview founded on ideas of liberty and equality. Censoring Mary Neal to cover-up the government kidnapping and murder of her mentally disabled brother is not "liberal." It is entirely Nazi.

4.  Ms. Obama gave a masterful address to 2015 Tuskegee graduates demonstrating her understanding about racism and the need to rise above it to accomplish one's objectives. Ms. Obama has also made it known recently that she is concerned about improving conditions for people with serious mental illness. Those are two reasons why I commented at the RawStory article about people who objected to her Tuskegee speech. Surprisingly, my comments were deleted, and I was barred from further comments at RawStory. Apparently, keeping my brother's lynching that happened under the color of law a secret is the aim of the censorship I endure as well as preventing discussion about the brutality and murders of other Americans with mental illness. Censorship and intimidation intensified under the present administration. Incidents of police violence, prisoner torture and murders of African Americans and mentally ill people of all races also seem to have increased. Elitists and their propaganda media companies don't mind blacks complaining about trouble catching cabs, but genocide against mentally ill Americans must be kept out of the media. The truth is too raw for RawStory; therefore, I was blocked. In my years of being censored online, only RawStory and one news boosting service admit their censorship. They are in-your-face Nazis.

The Cochran Firm Fraud re St.Louis PD Killing of Stanley Parker

We Have Another Cochran Firm Fraud to Report: An African American youth was apparently murdered by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. Nashville said former St. Louis police officer Keith McGull, fired his gun on Parker, his brother and a friend without provocation and killed her son. Of course McGull faced no criminal charges, plus The Cochran Firm defrauded the family of their righteous lawsuit. Please do not rely on The Cochran Firm frauds for legal services, especially not for defense on criminal charges or lawsuits against police, major corporations, or the federal government. After Holmes missed the date for "Nashville vs. St. Louis," The Cochran Firm frauds told Ms. Nashville that the law firm did not have the money to get a continuance and a new court date. Most Cochran Firm clients do not understand the court process or their rights. Nashville said she went to other attorneys, but they would not accept the case with so little time to prepare. Nashville said The Cochran Firm had not taken depositions from witnesses to present the case, anyway. Police arrested some of the youths who had witnessed Stanley Parker being shot to death. This seems typical of how The Cochran Firm and police work together to suppress justice for victimized African Americans.

Nashville tried to continue the wrongful death case pro se, but she said the judge told her she could not do that; she had to have an attorney. If that is true, then obviously the court and The Cochran Firm frauds united to suppress Nashville's case against St. Louis Police Department regarding Parker's death just like Georgia courts apparently united with The Cochran Firm frauds to suppress justice regarding the murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who died after 18 days of secret arrest (a kidnapping and murder by police in Memphis, Tennessee).

Running black teenagers are often considered criminals by police and are regularly shot and killed, especially in some neighborhoods. That apparently led to Parker's death. Nashville reports that when Parker, his brother and a friend finished cleaning a neighbor's attic, it was late at night. They were walking home when they saw a Chevy Lumina approaching them, driving fast. Their neighborhood had gang activity, and the boys darted into an ally for safety. They did not see a policeman exit the car and hide behind a dumpster. Keith McGull reportedly emerged from that hiding place and opened fire on the teens without saying a word and minus any provocation. This was apparently a case of "black teens running - shoot!"

Nashville said McGull had beaten his fiance half to death before joining the police force. He was implicated in other crimes after killing her son and was finally relieved of duty for good. McGull was also fired after killing Parker, but he was rehired after that tragedy and was fired again after doing other crimes. McGull is probably a police officer or an inmate someplace today.

Rodney Holmes, Esq. apparently left The Cochran Firm despite his excellent work suppressing justice for Parker's wrongful death, and he now runs his own law practice. This is why other Cochran Firm fraud victims and I check the background of lawyers involved in high profile cases regarding police violence to see if they have worked for The Cochran Firm since Johnnie Cochran announced a reparations lawsuit against the USA and major corporations and soon died. We do this to warn the defendants and plaintiffs because consumer protection agencies, state bars, media companies, and legal referral services will not report The Cochran Firm frauds to black legal consumers. Randy Short, a human rights advocate, facilitated Nashville's connection with Mary Neal, who hopes to be the lead plaintiff against The Cochran Firm in a RICO Act lawsuit against The Cochran Firm. There are now hundreds of potential plaintiffs. There has been no investigation and censure against The Cochan Firm by mainstream media companies or consumer protection agencies to day. Reporting The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its former clients would stop the success of future frauds by this corrupt law firm and negatively impact government agencies and large corporations that depend on The Cochran Firm to defraud its clients in order to protect their assets from African Americans' lawsuits. After Cochran's death, the national law firm fell into the hands of unethical and apparently racist partners, Cherry, Givens, Smith or Sistruck. Smith was and Sistrunk is black, which proves that racism is practiced by African Americans for material gain, also (see "Racist Black Elitist Traitors," an article in "Cochran Firm Fraud" blog - the link is provided at the end of this article).

This is not to say that every individual lawyer at The Cochran Firm is corrupt. Some attorneys who left the firm after Cochran's demise sued the firm for racism, fraud, and other offenses, including Shawn Chapman-Holley and Randy McMurray. Vicki L. Gilliam also left the firm after partners took her case regarding environmental pollution of the Ramapough People's lands in New Jersey (Google 'Mann v. Ford' by Mary Neal" to read about that fiasco). The Cochran Firm fraud partners then settled the case that was valued at $3billion for a mere $12.5million (see also an HBO special about the case). Attorneys with integrity and professional ethics are ordinarily forced out of The Cochran Firm like the three listed above were. McMurray's lawsuit is happening now in California. We Have Another Cochran Firm Fraud to Report: An African American youth was apparently murdered by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. Wonderful news! Because of our unity and advocacy at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill for people with serious mental illness, and thanks to their families' steadfast support, the following positive changes occurred:

1)  Fred Hayes' son Damion was moved to a correctional facility closer to his family, and Fred was allowed to visit Damion for the first time in five years last week.
2) Gemma Pena was allowed to visit her son Kristopher for the first time in two years.
3) Heather Chapman has now had seven visits with her son, Nikko Albanese. Before our advocacy, she had not been allowed to see her son in two years.
4) Gina Burns' son, Jeremy Smith, faced a 25 years to LIFE sentence in California when he was accused of "making terrorist threats to guards." Our advocacy has made juries more aware of mentally ill people being unfairly penalized, and Smith's case resulted in a hung jury. Smith will not be tried again on those charges.

AIMI plans a radio broadcast for these parents to thank decision makers, including you, for the opportunity to visit with their mentally ill children. They will also urge you to continue advocating to decriminalize mental illness and urging officials to allow more families to visit their imprisoned relatives who are treated like criminals because of behavior caused by untreated mental illness. AOT programs provide subsistence assistance and mandatory psychiatric treatment to people who have serious mental illnesses. AOT programs were certified by the U.S. Department of Justice years ago, but no funds were allocated to implement the programs nationwide, which is vital. AOT programs promote community safety and cause serious reductions in prison costs, because so few mentally ill people in AOT programs get arrested. In New York, people who participated in treatment and subsistence assistance under the Kendra's Law program experienced better than 85 percent reduction in future homelessness, hospitalization, arrests, and incarcerations. That translates into at least 85 percent fewer crimes that would have led to arrests. AOT programs save taxpayers' money, promote community safety, and most importantly, AOT programs help save and restore lives.

All of the families with whom we work at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill promote using AOT programs for people with serious mental illness who exit correctional facilities and mental hospitals in order to reduce or eliminate recidivism and crises that lead to re-hospitalization.

Americans feel sad and frustrated when they see news reports about mentally ill people shot by police officers conducting lunacy arrests. We are greatly disturbed whenever we read articles reporting the brutality and murders of vulnerable, sick people in the nation's correctional facilities. We insist on Medicaid being resumed for psychiatric inpatients and AOT programs being used for persons with mental disabilities. AOT programs help patients stay on track with their psychiatric appointments and medications and avoid unnecessary crises that could negatively impact their entire community.

McMurray, The Cochran Firm, and Hattie Neal

We have such drama involving my mother that I decided to check the "McMiurray v. The Cochran Firm" case. A new judge has been assigned now, after the first judge recused herself in November 2014. I discovered The Cochran Firm is not doing too well in that case where it fights to be declared by the court to be ONE law firm although it declared in Georgia courts to be totally separate law firms (Neals v. The Cochran Firm, GA Sup. Ct. (2005); USDC (2007). The Cochran Firm lost a battle in February to Randy McMurray, a former partner in the firm:

Law360, New York (February 09, 2015, 12:19 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday dismissed counterclaims against an attorney embroiled in trademark litigation with The Cochran Firm PC over the use of Johnnie Cochran’s moniker, saying the attorney's former colleagues' contract claims are barred by a related state court action.

U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez tossed Joseph M. Barrett and Brian T. Dunn’s countersuit alleging Randy H. McMurray entered the Neals' lawsuits against The Cochran Firm (both of which were wrongly dismissed) in his case against The Cochran Firm. In California, The Cochran Firm fights to be considered a single law firm with offices nationwide, whereas in Georgia, it fought to have law offices in Georgia and in Memphis declared by Georgia courts to be no part of The Cochran Firm. Neither my mother nor I told these lawyers to tell the court such lies, and they should not blame us if their lies are coming back to bite them now.

I RESENT my mother going to DeKalb Medical Hospital for a rash in 2012 and being administered conflicting blood pressure medications - one that raises blood pressure and one that lowers it - which damn near killed her and caused her heart rate to fluctuate. I RESENT DeKalb Medical then trying to coerce the 90-year-old into accepting an unneeded heart pacer.

I RESENT my mother going to DeKalb Medical Hospital in 2015 for a bed sore and being frightened by the hospital giving her scans for bone cancer. She needed a cancer scan about as much as she needed a heart pacer in 2012 - not at all. She went there will a bed sore, and she had better NOT come home with cancer. Many people know about inflicted tumors. It happens to rats every day in labs, and perhaps to people, too.

No results or films that result from the tests will be accepted at face value. It should be criminal to terrorize elderly people possibly to charge their insurance more money than necessary. Hattie Neal has been through enough drama. Observe her tear stains on the contract with The Cochran Firm for legal services that were secretly withheld until it was too late to contract with an honest attorney regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of her mentally challenged, physically disabled son, Larry Neal.

They will stop at nothing to disparage me. My mother left this house on Tuesday night at much hysterical urging by a party I will leave unnamed and went to the hospital by ambulance with a bed sore, period. A board-certified internist who works exclusively with geriatric patients, Dr. Cooper, had scheduled a two-hour appointment with her for Friday morning. Meanwhile, she had no fever, no hypertension, and no diabetes. Hypertension and diabetes disappeared over a year ago as she began eating healthier and lost excess weight during the 2.5 years while I prepared all her meals, providing almost no sweets, less bread, and no pork. 

Unlike hospitals, I check her levels before administering meds and very seldom found the blood pressure high and never found the sugar level high after 2013. I imagine it is to defame me that a party claims Mama had an ecoli infection. Mama is a human being from planet earth and responds to bacterial infections like everyone else: fevers, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. She had NONE of those symptoms and never has in the three years while I was her sole caretaker. Why is it hard to admit that this 92-year-old woman was healthy and had a bedsore that Dr. Cooper would have addressed on arrival Friday? No cancer, no irregular heartbeat, no ecoli either. Now she is likely on meds that will cause side effects.

I have taken excellent care of my mother for 22 years and the last three by myself with siblings dropping by very irregularly (some holidays). Anybody critical of that care will have to first show me their 92-year-old mothers, and NOT including the one I have. Sibling rivalry among people old enough to be grandmothers is ridiculous.

The Cochran Firm became a benefactor of DeKalb Medical Hospital in December 2012. That was interesting timing since The Cochran Firm office had been in Atlanta for around a decade (no matter what lawyers told the courts), and the hospital had been here for about a century before 2012. Hopefully, these people will quit their antics while they are ahead, unlike The Cochran Firm. Fraud really is not worth it. Every time legal consumers read about The Cochran Firm fraud against the Neals to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail from our wrongful death civil action, The Cochran Firm loses more money than it would have cost to pay our malpractice and fraud lawsuit. But Pharaoh could not stop oppressing the Hebrew children because God did not give him that much wisdom. Therefore, the Egyptian king and his entire army (of co-conspirators) drowned in the Red Sea.
