Only Big Business can order changes in the USA. Make them care about justice. Move protests to suburban malls for increased safety and effectiveness, and Boycott 4 Justice! On November 24, 2018, the grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri concluded that Officer Darren Wilson killing an unarmed surrendered black teenager, Michael Brown, did not matter. His death cost elitists nothing. Marching and burning local businesses cost them nothing. Temper tantrums were expected. Over sixty protesters in Ferguson were arrested and will now pay bonds or remain incarcerated and contribute to the prison industrial complex. Demonstrations are largely ineffective except for rallying support. The support is here. It is now time to launch a successful boycott throughout the 2014 Holidays. 

We must now Boycott 4 Justice to end unrequited murders of our children.

We must Boycott 4 Justice to end police terrorism and judicial misconduct against our human and civil rights activists like Rev. Pinkney, to stop the corporate takeover of public land and utilities like water, to stop the slaughter of surrendered suspects like Michael Brown, and stop spying and censorship through NSA.

Rev. Pinkney's Case Bound Over for Trial

Before we get into the next article, I have a question: What happens when you try to "follow this blog"? I have had 103 followers for months now and find that strange. Please try it or ask a friend to try it if you already follow, and try to tell me what happens. Thanks. Here is news about a heroic man, Rev. Pinkney:

Rev. Edward Pinkney was falsely accused of voter fraud in connection with a recall petition for Benton Harbor, Michigan's mayor. At his hearing on May 30, the prosecutor reportedly admitted that he had no evidence against Rev. Pinkney, but he was bound over to court, anyway. Trial was originally set for June, but the prosecutor asked for a delay until September, and the court granted that request. Now trial was scheduled for October 27. We are preparing for court to fight these false charges that are intended to intimidate and persecute a leader who fights for freedom and justice for all people without regard to race, socioeconomic status, or where they live. You are invited to share in the battle to keep Rev. Pinkney free to continue his work.

September Update:  Rev. Pinkney is indeed a fighter. He has another recall petition underway - this one is for the court clerk who received the recall petition for Benton Harbor's mayor. She apparently gave the petition to the sheriff, which was inappropriate and illegal to do without any warrant or subpoena. The sheriff allegedly used the petition to harass the petitioners, and he reportedly took it to another town for a forensics examination. Therefore, the recall petition that is at the center of the election fraud charge against Rev. Pinkney was inappropriately out of the proper chain of custody for months. Yet, Rev. Pinkney will stand trial for peculiarities about the petition that has never been in his unique custody, and he is probably the only person in that entire region who has not touched the recall petition in months. Rev. Pinkney said on his Blogtalkradio broadcast on Sunday, September 14, that he anticipates an all-white jury.

Rev. Pinkney is persecuted because he leads a protest against the corporate takeover of public lands in Benton Harbor area. See an excerpt from BANCO.org:

Whirlpool Vice President Jeff Noel told U. of Mich. business school students and faculty that if you want poor peoples' land, and have justice groups "on your back," simply bring in Habitat for Humanity to build a few houses and donate some appliances. Part of the land he and his corporate partners wanted was deeded in perpetuity to the citizens of Benton Harbor in 1917 by John Klock, a land owner who's infant daughter died. In a town ceremony, Klock spoke of people who owned no land but would always have this park, and named it after his infant daughter: Jean Klock Park. The largest appliance manufacturer in the world, which has outsourced most of it's jobs leaving Benton Harbor in dire poverty, has enough lawyers to get around the minor inconvenience of a deed.

In a video no longer accessible on the web, former Whirlpool CEO Dave Whitwam stated that this is the last and largest piece (530 acres) of prime real estate along the Lake Michigan shoreline. (Parkland is real estate?) Whirlpool is busy inventing terminology to justify their takeover. An example: They call this the first ever "Master Planned Community." It will have a town center with retail shops and restaurants. (Are they replacing Benton Harbor with a new town?) Deeded parkland for the people is becoming a posh enclave for the wealthy.

A stretch of the most pristine, natural beach front is to be no more. Ever. One protester said that people who grew up in this area and love the land and lake feel like an arm is being cut off.

Judges keep ruling in favor of Whirlpool in cases brought by preservationists.

Benton Harbor is approximately 95 percent African American, and its "twin" city St. Joseph is approximately 95 percent Caucasian. There is no other place where apartheid in America is as evident as it is in the Benton Harbor, Michigan area. Please help Rev. Many police officers and jail/prison guards are afraid to take a stand for righteousness because of retribution they incur when they violate the code of "brotherhood" among cops. Join us at the Rev. On July 11, 2010, Rev. Pinkney interviewed former Memphis Shelby County Jailer Earley Story about corruption in the third largest jail in the country - the jail where my brother Larry Neal was killed after three weeks of secret arrest. Story was allegedly fired and maliciously prosecuted on false drug charges for refusing to go along with the murder cover-up involving another mentally ill inmate, Jerry Gregory. Story continued his interview the following week, when another law official (from Louisiana) also testified about persecution he suffered for standing for justice http://www.blogtalkradio.com/rev-pinkney/2010/07/18/pinkney-to-pinkney . Gregory was a small, effeminate man who was warehoused in an isolation cell on a ward with mentally ill inmates. Apparently, he and a much larger prisoner were released from their cells simultaneously, which should not have happened. Guards then enjoyed watching a HUMAN DOG FIGHT in the hall. Gregory lost, and he was tossed in his cell to die of his wounds. Story found Gregory bleeding there the next day and called for emergency medical services. Gregory told Story what happened before being taken to the hospital. Story was never called to testify regarding Gregory's death. As a black mental patient, Gregory's death is not deemed worthy of the level of justice that is demanded for pit bulls in the USA. Instead, Story found himself targeted for retribution for not agreeing to the fabrication that Gregory fell in the shower. Because of Sgt. Story's credibility, Gregory's family was able to sue for wrongful death. Story's malicious drug charges were dropped, but he was never rehired, like the judge ordered.

Just as Earley Story claims, there is a definite alliance between certain jails and the federal government to cover up inmate abuse. In fact, former U.S. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales, along with other federal officials and local judges, was indicted for misusing his position to withhold Department of Justice investigations regarding inmate abuses in Willacy County, Texas in 2008. That conspiracy to deny inmates and survivors due process of law was allegedly done because the officials and judges owned shares in private jails and/or they accepted kickbacks from the jails, like two Pennsylvania judges were indicted for doing in 2009. The Pennsylvania senior justices were responsible for channeling thousands of children into private juvenile facilities, whether or not the children deserved punishment, in exchange for $2.6million.

America has a very corrupt legal system that causes much suffering among citizens in this country. The system retaliated against Earley Story for his refusal to help cover-up Gregory's murder and for being a whistleblower against Shelby County Jail in a lawsuit alleging racism that was filed by the NAACP years before Gregory's wrongful death. Story called this writer because of the close parallels between his circumstances and my family's denial of records and investigation after the Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder by Memphis Shelby County Jail and the federal cover-up of that murder that continues today. Story tried to hire The Cochran Firm to sue the jail for lost wages and get him reinstated as a jailer after the judge in his case dismissed the phony drug charges. However, The Cochran Firm rejected Story as a client, saying that firm would be in conflict of interest to represent him, because Julian Bolton, a Shelby County Commissioner, was the managing partner in The Cochran Firm's Memphis office. The Shelby County Commission owns and operates Shelby County Jail. 

On August 11, 2012, one document burglars stole from the Neals' home in Stone Mountain, Georgia was Earley Story's original affidavit attesting to the fact that The Cochran Firm refused to represent him in a lawsuit against Shelby County Jail because of its conflict of interest, although the law firm signed contract to represent the Neal family under that very same conflict of interest. The lawyers kept its conflict secret from the Neals: Julian Bolton was both managing partner of The Cochran Firm's Memphis office and a Shelby County Commissioner, and the Commission owns and operates the jail. Hopefully Larry Neal's murderers and cover-up accomplices will not harm Story to prevent him from making a new affidavit to be presented to the jury in Neals v. USDOJ, et al. Criminals are dangerous. Story said in his radio interview with Rev. Pinkney that one of the youths who the jail planned to testify against him and falsely allege that Story sold the youth drugs refused to do it. The young man was then murdered. After that, the man who murdered the youth was himself murdered (like Oswald was after JFK's assassination). Julian Bolton was eventually ousted from The Cochran Firm. In 2008, he worked in the building with attorneys who contracted to represent Duanna Johnson, a transgender woman who was beaten by two officers in Shelby County Jail for having a sex change operation. She infuriated police by refusing to answer to derogatory commands ("Hey, he/she, come over here"). The videotape of Johnson's beating in Shelby County Jail's intake area was uploaded on YouTube and viewed by many people throughout the world. Johnson was assassinated three months before the end of her statute of limitations to file suit for police brutality. America's legal system is largely administered by sociopathic criminals: burglars, murderers, and conspirators against open disclosure and justice.

America has many fine police officers and jail/prison guards who would like to honor their commitment to protect and serve the public. However, they have reason to fear retribution by the unjust system for revealing murders and brutality they sometimes witness. Most people in law enforcement probably know there is no righteous agency to go to and report abuses of power with any expectation of protection, since the USDOJ is itself criminal. Nevertheless, members of the Black in Law Enforcement of America courageously stand together with the public against police brutality. This writer looks forward to Damon K. One interesting fact is that none of the Memphis Police officers who witnessed Duanna Johnson's beating intervened to protect her, and Early Story is the only jailer from that facility who attempted to help Larry Neal's family so far. Unfortunately, Story was already terminated before Larry's murder there in 2003. We hope that as Damon Jones and BLEA officers take a public stand against oppressive policing, more police officers and jail/prison guards will become emboldened and dare to say to their brutal partners, "STOP THE VIOLENCE."

Some people believe the entire system is corrupt, but praise God for righteous police officers, judges, and government officials who have not bowed their knee to Baal. Consider the fine, courageous police officers who are members of BLEA. Thank God for judges like Judge Fine in Texas who denounced capital punishment and Judge Forrest in Manhattan who placed a permanent injunction against indefinite detention under NDAA, ruling it unconstitutional. Think about Sen. Wyden, who prevented Congress from voting away our net freedom and passing SOPA or PIPA before Americans had a chance to know about and object to the USDOJ taking over our Internet. Consider Congressmen John Lewis and Hank Johnson and others, who voted against NDAA concentration camps and stand against reducing the nation's budget to feed hungry Americans through food stamps and school meal programs. Praise God for Google, the Internet giant that refused to remove certain police brutality videos and was hit with congressional antitrust hearings as a result. And what about the Nashville judge who refused to sign warrants against the Occupy Movement protesters? Former president Jimmy Carter recently published an article condemning America's human rights abuses. In January 2012, Rep. Ron Paul introduced H.R.3785 to repeal indefinite detention provisions under NDAA. Sometimes, We the People may feel alone in our struggle against oppression. But God encouraged his prophet Elias, who also felt alone, by saying:

“I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal. Even so then, at this present time also, there is a remnant according to the election of grace." ~Romans 11:4-5

What are Christian police officers and government officials to do if they have yielded to temptation and bowed their knees to Baal in these Last Days? If they are willing to change, "would God cast aside His people? God forbid" (Romans 11:1). Jesus saves. He is not willing that any should perish but urges everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Start treating everybody with respect, and honor their human rights. "Eric Holder Jr., the nation’s first black U.S. attorney general, will be the keynote speaker at the Detroit Branch NAACP’s 57th Annual Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner on May 6, the organization’s largest yearly fund-raiser that draws thousands of supporters to Cobo Center, the NAACP said today." I am praying for NAACP officers, members, and our Attorney General to have a nice dinner. Please take this opportunity to discuss threats to freedom like the National Defense Authorization Act's Section 1021 as well as H.R.3785 to repeal the law that allows the White House to order people into military detention without any criminal charges and without any opportunity for defense. There has never been a greater threat to freedom than that bill, which makes it impossible for people to feel safe using their other "freedoms," including free speech, freedom of press, religion, right to assemble peacefully and petition the government for a redress of grievances. URGENT REQUEST: Please give Attorney General a copy of the letter below when he arrives at the NAACP Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner. I am a financially persecuted Christian justice advocate and cannot afford the $150 fee plus travel/hotel costs to attend. I was followed home after work every night in 2008 until I was laid off. Since then, cyberstalkers prevent my job applications from reaching potential employers and/or prevent their responses from reaching my email box. they also took over my telephones. This is done as punishment for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL, my mentally, physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail for nearly three weeks and killed on August 1, 2003. Numerous NAACP members where on the Shelby County Commission at the time that Larry Neal's lynching was covered up, including Michael Hooks, nephew of previous NAACP president Ben Hooks. On April 11, NAACP officers were in Detroit in court against Rev. Edward Pinkney, a freedom fighter after the order of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. Therefore, please ask all NAACP officers and members to walk the talk. All we ask of African American officials and organizations is, "Be what you said on paper" (MLK). Gentlemen:

I am writing for assistance and due process of law. I am essentially under false arrest by in-person stalkers and experience telephone and Internet stalking as well. These offenses are done to cover-up lawyer fraud and the 2003 secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who expired after around 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis, Shelby County Jail from mid-July until Larry’s death on August 1, 2003. My family is the first this century to have a member who was a citizen of the United States of America to be secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse with all requests for explanation and records denied. More information about this remarkable denial of due process of law is available online in the website WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL.com and in the attached open letter to President Obama.

[IP ADDRESSES AND CAR TAGS OF MY STALKERS RELEASED TO OFFICIALS ONLY AT THIS TIME] I have made police reports to DeKalb County Police Department about my stalking online and in person, but police refuse to follow up on any of the crimes against me. I gave police the IP addresses for hackers that were captured by my computer security system. Detective Miller responded that hackers breaking into my computer system, stealing data from my hard drive, removing my emails, sending emails from my account misrepresenting themselves as being Mary Neal, and editing and deleting my Internet content are not crimes, which is, of course, a lie. Another DeKalb County officer came to my home and said that she acknowledges that cyberstalking is criminal, but she said DeKalb County will do nothing to investigate or stop the crimes. She also stated that I must cease and desist from attempting to speak with DeKalb County CEO Burell Ellis about police refusing to investigate the car tag numbers of my stalkers, including one man who followed me to the DeKalb County Library and admitted to me that he is “paid well” to stalk me. Computer interference happens when I use the library computers, which I often do since stalkers continually destroy PCs that I use at my home address.

When I attempted to speak to people in person in downtown Atlanta about the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother and denial of due process of law that continues eight years later, Atlanta police officers arrived at the location where I was speaking with the public, 127 Peachtree Street, and demanded that I cease and desist from standing on the public sidewalk and telling people about my disabled brother’s murder and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud that ensued. That law firm is apparently shielded from having documented consumer complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which refused to take my complaint. The Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communication Commission did accept my report regarding The Cochran Firm, but there was no follow-up on the law firm. Georgia Superior Court issued an order dismissing my lawsuit in 2006 affirming The Cochran Firm’s perjury that it put forth in court, stating that The Cochran Firm has zero law offices within the State of Georgia and does not do business out of 127 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia. I report online that The Cochran Firm is allowed to advertise its main Atlanta office worldwide via its website, through legal search firms, on billboards, phone books, and throughout the Internet, but deny in courts of law that The Cochran Firm has law offices in this state when the firm is sued for fraud and deliberate malpractice by its clients.

The Cochran Firm attorneys commit fraud regularly against its own clients, who are in most cases African Americans and Latinos. [Read "Mary Neal to Ramapough People" to for a report about The Cochran Firm fraud against Native Americans.] Information about The Cochran Firm frauds is something legal consumers have a right to know, but consumer reports are prevented by the BBB, failure of proper response from FCC, FTC, and Tennessee State Bar. Since authorities and the media refuse to notify the public about defrauded clients and the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm for its numerous frauds, I notify the public in hopes of saving legal consumers.

Stalkers who continually take over my computers at home and computer rental locals and libraries attempt to stop my reports about my brother’s murder and The Cochran Firm fraud from being publicized online. Former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman-Holley already broadcast that Cochran Firm clients are deliberately denied competent legal counsel during her NPR radio interview, which is available online at “Controversy at The Cochran Firm.” I am also pleased that Kentucky’s Appellate Court was just regarding the Anderson family and hope that California court will be fair regarding the Jackson family, which also allege being victims of the widespread Cochran Firm fraud. I hope that the Ramapough People of New Jersey and Kathryn Johnston’s family also get justice. Telephone stalkers, computer stalkers, and in-person stalkers were hired to keep me from alerting the general public and specific persons who I feel were victims of lawyer fraud. When stalkers destroy my home computers and I attempt to tell people in person, police become my stalkers. DeKalb County Police came to my home and dared me to attempt to speak to my elected officials about the police refusing to address crimes that are done to prevent disclosure about my brother’s murder and lawyer fraud which was done to prevent Larry Neal’s wrongful death case from going before a court of law. City of Atlanta police came to where I was legally speaking to people in conversational tones about the crimes I endure to prevent my First Amendment rights and threatened me with Taser and arrest for telling people about The Cochran Firm fraud and my brother’s murder, which is covered-up by authorities and the media, except for my own publishing of the information online.

Essentially, I am under an illegal injunction to be quiet about my brother’s police murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. As Dr. Martin Luther King stated, “If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they haven't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right.”

I would appreciate assistance protecting my right to speak and publish according to my rights under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. I ask that the United States Department of Justice obey President Obama's January 2009 Executive Order which set forth specific rules regarding responses due under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that Larry Neal's secret arrest and death in government custody be given due process of law, which should be equal to or greater than the accountability demanded for Michael Vick's dogs' deaths. I ask that criminals who take over my computer system be identified by their IP numbers and car tags and prosecuted according to federal and state law and that police stop interfering when I speak with people in public about Larry's secret arrest and murder and about The Cochran Firm fraud. It is my understanding that I act within the law by speaking and writing about these matters. However, if the Neal family is disqualified from the protections under the Constitution of the United States of America, please explain the exemption. Please respond to this correspondence. Please tell Attorney General Holder that I have NO freedom on the Georgia plantation where I live. Ask him to PLEASE investigate and prosecute the stalkers who sabotage my net freedom to hide Larry Neal's murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. Ask him to PLEASE deliver accountability and justice regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother. He was killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail on August 1, 2003, after having endured 18 days of secret incarceration during which period he may have been used to train enhanced interrogation specialists (torture experts for the War on Terror camps). The jail and the USDOJ refuse to release records to tell the Neal family the circumstances of Larry's death and why police in Memphis denied having him incarcerated for nearly three weeks, depriving him of vital heart and psychiatric medications. Our elderly mother has a right to know if Larry was Tasered to death, died in a restraint chair, or was waterboarded to train torture experts. She has nightmares about the scenarios under which her handicapped son may have died. Withholding records and justice regarding Larry Neal's death is very unAmerican and make a mockery of Larry's relatives' military and civil service. Secretly arresting and murdering mentally challenged African Americans makes a mockery of everything America represents. The USA should respect human rights before continuing or starting more wars to compel other countries to honor their citizens' human rights.

Thank you in advance, NAACP officers and members, for hand-delivering my request for liberty and justice for ALL, including the Neal family. We deserve justice regarding the mentally ill lynched African American, Larry Neal, especially since Memphis Shelby County Jail was already under direct oversight by the USDOJ at the time when Larry was kidnapped and murdered there. Officials over the United States Justice Department must not conspire with jails and prisons to cover-up inmates' deaths and abuses. I hope Attorney General Holder will agree and launch an investigation at least equal to the one he conducted on behalf of the NFL for Michael Vick's dogs' deaths.

A month after her complaints, her son Matthew was arrested for a crime that never happened. Whistleblowers' children must not be targeted for malicious prosecution.

I picketed hypocrisy in leadership that ignores blatant violations against justice and liberty at the NAACP Martin Luther King, Jr. Award Dinner in Atlanta during 2012 MLK Day celebrations. "Eric Holder Jr., the nation’s first black U.S. attorney general, will be the keynote speaker at the Detroit Branch NAACP’s 57th Annual Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner on May 6, the organization’s largest yearly fund-raiser that draws thousands of supporters to Cobo Center, the NAACP said today." I am praying for NAACP officers, members, and our Attorney General to have a nice dinner. Please take this opportunity to discuss threats to freedom like the National Defense Authorization Act's Section 1021 as well as H.R.3785 to repeal the law that allows the White House to order people into military detention without any criminal charges and without any opportunity for defense. There has never been a greater threat to freedom than that bill, which makes it impossible for people to feel safe using their other "freedoms," including free speech, freedom of press, religion, right to assemble peacefully and petition the government for a redress of grievances. You would be amazed at all the African Americans who do not realize freedom is gone under NDAA and that there is a congressional bill pending to restore the Bill of Rights - H.R.3785. Please see that no diner leaves the FREEDOM FUND DINNER without knowing about their opportunity to stand for freedom by repealing NDAA.
