New Blog: "CochranFirmFraud"

Announcing my new blog, called "Cochran Firm Fraud." I put "CochranFirmFraud" in many tag lines for articles in this FreeSpeakBlog and my "JusticeGagged" blog, but most of those articles don't seem to respond to my Google searches for "Cochran Firm Fraud." In fact, The Cochran Firm's posts now appear first when one inputs "Cochran Firm Fraud" in the Google browser now rather than my many articles to warn the public, particularly black and brown and red legal consumers, about that unethical law firm. I can imagine that The Cochran Firm might have its secretaries and word processors clicking that firm's links repeatedly to make them top mine on the Google search for "Cochran Firm Fraud." Therefore, the new blog is necessary.

At "Cochran Firm Fraud" blog, you have an opportunity to read and hear about the numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by its former clients, attorneys, law firms that it partnered with on certain cases. We may also give honorary "Cochran Firm Fraud Awards" to other lawyers who replicate The Cochran Firm's lack of ethics and total disregard for the Code of Professional Responsibility in handling clients' cases. WE, THE DEFRAUDED FORMER CLIENTS, invite you to read about the white supremacists and black Confederate soldiers who partnered with Johnnie Cochran after Cochran announced that he planned to sue the United States and certain major corporations that owned or used leased slaves and practiced Jim Crow policies against African Americans. He became terminally ill and died soon after. After that sad, early termination, the civil rights attorneys who worked with Cochran in his Los Angeles office were reportedly either fired or forced out of the firm and presumably replaced with people who apparently agreed to give clients substandard legal services, whereas Johnnie Cochran's lawyers would not.

Unlike The Cochran Firm, I cannot afford a room full of secretaries and word processors to click on my links repeatedly to ensure that people of color are warned about this law firm that is frequently sued for working behind its clients' backs to benefit its clients' defendants. The firm was also accused of railroading certain criminal defendants into jails and prisons. Therefore, we rely on YOU to share the news articles presented in "CochranFirmFraud" blog. Everything I publish is absolutely true and has evidence presented or available.

SOMEBODY hired cyber stalkers to interfere with and delete my Internet posts. Above is a picture of MaryLovesJustice holding the sign saying "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD." That is the opposite side of the same sign saying "WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL." If you are in Atlanta, you may have seen me displaying the sign at Centennial Olympic Park, the annual Malcolm X picnic, Occupy Atlanta, in front of NAACP (bougie Negro) events, during marches for Troy Davis, workers' rights, anti-death penalty rallies, and walking down Peachtree Street, which has a Cochran Firm office that "disappears" when one sues the firm for fraud and malpractice. I wish I could rent a blimp to fly a huge sign daily throughout the summer.

Below is news about Johnnie Cochran that I was pleased to see another defrauded client might have published - I did not. It delights one to know that more former clients are also taking action to warn our people. The world is learning anew what a great legal warrior Johnnie Cochran was. We can only imagine what happened to him after announcing his intention to sue for slavery and Jim Crow reparations. He probably sold interest in his firm to raise money for the reparations lawsuit. White supremacists and black Confederate soldiers ruined his law firm but not his legacy. Johnnie Cochran would not have defrauded my then 80-year-old mother to help Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for the kidnapping and Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, my mentally and physically disabled brother, but the partners who now control his firm did. RICO ACT: McMurray Exposes Cochran Firm Fraud

McMurray is the attorney who sued Dunn, another Cochran Firm partner, for hiring women to have office sex and paying his hoochies out of the company assets and hoarding Johnnie Cochran's name.

LOS ANGELES (Court House News Service ) Mar. 7, 2012 - A partner at The Cochran Law Firm claims in Superior Court that an attorney tried to wrest control of the name of the firm's famed founder, Johnny Cochran, and dissipated the firm's assets by, among other things, paying an employee for sexual services. Randy McMurray, of the firm's Los Angeles office, claims that his partner Brian Dunn plotted to oust him by bringing in another lawyer from the firm's Las Vegas office. Dunn also breached the firm's partnership agreement by, among other things, seizing control of the partnership's records, client files and email system, according to the 36-page complaint. Elsewhere in the complaint, McMurray says Dunn and other defendants have "engaged in erratic, unprofessional and petty behavior," paying an employee a salary plus overtime for sexual services, and hiring a private investigator who allegedly spent her time having sex with Dunn.

The Cochran Firm had the workers to sign a confidentiality agreement for mediation. The Cochran firm then removed the signature page from the confidentiality agreement and used it in a settlement agreement without its clients' knowledge or permission and settled their lawsuit for a minuscule sum.

Probably the most blatant case of The Cochran Firm fraud is the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" case. The law firm contracted to represent the family of a mentally ill heart patient who was secretly arrested for weeks and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The Cochran Firm's managing partner in its Memphis law office, Julian Bolton, was actually a long-standing member of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners - the entity that owns and operates the jail where Larry Neal was murdered. The Cochran Firm pretended to do legal work it did not actually do while the Tennessee statute of limitations was passing. When it was too late to hire an honest law office to handle Larry Neal's wrongful death, The Cochran Firm admitted it had done NOTHING whatsoever to bring a wrongful death lawsuit against the jail. The Neals sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, but the unethical lawyers disclaimed having any law office whatsoever in the State of Georgia, where the plaintiffs live and served lawsuit to the firm's Atlanta office - well advertised and doing business as The Cochran Firm at 127 Peachtree Street. No defense was offered to the Neals' allegations of fraud because of the judge's acquiescence to The Cochran Firm's perjury. The case was dismissed based on there being NO Cochran Firm office in the State of Georgia - an outright lie. Six months later, The Cochran Firm commenced its fraud in the Kathryn Johnston police murder matter, which also happened in Atlanta.

This writer agrees with another dissatisfied client who claimed being defrauded in an automobile accident case, Clemzo Gildersleeve. He picketed The Cochran Firm at its Dothan, Alabama headquarters. Gildersleeve said, “The reason I want to get on ‘Oprah’ is because when Mr. Cochran was alive he was on her show and he was talking about how he started this firm for the little man." The Mobile resident said, "In my opinion, the Cochran firm don’t even deserve to be in business.”

I was not surprised to hear from a reliable source that Givens and Cherry also defrauded Smith's widow. The Cochran Firm is presently handling the Chavis Carter wrongful death matter. He was a youth who was searched twice, handcuffed, and locked in the back of a police car in Arkansas. The police cameras stopped working at exactly that moment. Carter allegedly retrieved a gun he had hidden on his person, and the left-handed black youth then shot himself in his right temple although he was handcuffed behind his back. Because Carter's mother did not know about The Cochran Firm fraud, the lawyers will once again be able to help police by defrauding a black family.
