Government Set Designers Needed to Cover-up Lynchings (Immunity Ensured)

Pictured are photos from the Valdosta-Lowndes Regional Crime Lab regarding Kendrick Johnson. You know what they needed in Lowndes Co., GA? They needed a set designer like movies use. When a director says "cut!", before the filming resumes, I believe it is the set designer's job to ensure that the actors are in the exact same positions as they were before the cut. Their clothes and hair must look the same, etc. If an actor held shot glass in his right hand before the cut, the director must not resume filming with the same actor holding a paper cup in his left hand. Kendrick Johnson's body was about three feet into the mat on the crime lab's Photo 1, with no tennis shoes present, but his body was at the end of the mat with tennis shoes nearby in Photo 2. If the government is going to help murderers get away with lynching Black youths like Kendrick Johnson in their high schools and remove their organs, they should hire set designers, +Denise Johnson. 

A set designer would have known that your son's neck needed ligature marks for SJSU and San Jose PD to declare his murder was a suicide by hanging. A big man like Gregory Johnson, Jr. supposedly hanged himself, suddenly dropping the weight of over 220 pounds into a drop cord nose, but NO LIGATURE MARKS APPEARED! Neither did Gregory's eyes bulge. Outrageous. Since the government is enabling lynchings that are probably done by affluent white youths "sowing their wild oats," they should go all out and hire Hollywood set designers. What do you think? In Gregory's case, plastic surgery should also have been used to hide that long gash in the back of his head where his brain was oozing out. A set designer might have told them what was needed to cover-up these killings more effectively.

I understand that Brenden Tiggs' parents are suing SJSU for their son's murder, which was also declared a suicide. So is the family of the 17-year-old freshman who was terrorized by his roommates calling him "fraction" and "three-fifths." They placed pictures of Hitler on his room's blackboard at SJSU, and even attempted to CHAIN him like a slave. It is good the freshman's parents intervened. For he had probably been "chosen" to be the next SJSU suicide, but he got away. A few months later, Tiggs died instead - a well-adjusted college sophomore who was making good grades and was well liked. See Tiggs pictured below.

Cover-ups of 21st century lynchings in America are common. But instead of launching more effective cover-ups with set designers, the government is prosecuting Kendrick Johnson's parents for blocking the entrance to Lowndes County Courthouse to demand a righteous investigation of their 17-year-old son's murder and demand prosecution of his killers and organ thieves. I don't think they should be jailed for a year for asking for equal justice, do you?

You and your husband protested with the students at SJSU when racial terrorism against the young SJSU freshman was publicized (see the photo below). He sued, too. It is a wonder that you and Mr. Johnson were not arrested for trespassing at SJSU or something. In New York, the police are being equipped with machine guns to deal with protesters. Black people are NOT allowed to protest these murder cover-ups, you know. Look at what they're doing to Kendrick Johnson's parents. The racist justice system is not interested in prosecuting affluent white killers, but it will prosecute Black families for complaining to the hilt! Machine gun them! Don't be fooled by them putting Black attorney generals and police officers and district attorneys in place. Most are just black faces on white supremacy.

My family undergoes extreme persecution that is done to prevent disclosure about Larry Neal's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail as a mentally, physically disabled black man. They take over our telephones, computers, and send people to follow and terrorize us. We are also financially persecuted - they block communication with potential employers. I did not know before meeting you that many other families have been treated that bad and worse during the 21st century to hide lynchings. Before the government and The Cochran Firm colluded to cover-up Larry's murder after 18 days of secret incarceration, I actually believed that America had overcome systemic racism. WRONG.

I hope you find an attorney to also sue SJSU and the San Jose PD for organizing a cover-up conspiracy about your son's murder in the Sigma Chi fraternity house. Although Gregory Johnson, Jr. died in November 2008, it is not too late. Number 1, we have ten years to file lawsuits for RICO Act Racketeering. Number 2, it was already decided that when police do a cover-up and the survivors do not fully realize at first that their relatives were murdered, the statute of limitations expands. I cannot do a thing about the government torturing and murdering so many mentally disabled people - I guess this period is like the beginning of the Nazi Holocaust when around 300,000 people labeled as being mentally challenged "useless eaters" were exterminated like bugs. But I do try to warn Black people about The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud. Isn't it a damn shame that those traitors demanded only $75k for John Crawford, III - the Ohio Walmart police victim? That is much more than my family received when The Cochran Firm handled Larry Neal's wrongful death lawsuit. 

We did not even get a Walmart gift card, because the CoIntelPro law firm never actually filed suit, never conducted discovery, never even wrote a single demand letter. Our file was empty after the Tennessee statute of limitations passed - nothing, nada, zero, zip! White supremacists simply do not believe that Blacks are humans, much less citizens. They don't agree that wrongful death settlements are owed to Black victims' survivors, and it is apparently The Cochran Firm's job to reduce or eliminate such payouts, because for them, BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER.

Kendrick Johnson, one of many covered-up murders

The family of Kendrick Johnson was jailed in April 2013 for demanding a just investigation of Kendrick's murder in his high school. His mom, dad, and others were arrested. A huge cover-up continues. Black families like MINE are expected to quietly accept the lynchings of our vulnerable loved ones like high school boys who are killed for their ORGANS and Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man who was murdered while secretly arrested in Memphis, TN. Larry was held for 18 days under secret incarceration before his murder, and the cover-up has continued for eleven years. I've been stalked, censored, threatened, and some of my family members have also been arrested. But we must not quit. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! Sons of an FBI agent were identified as possible suspects in Johnson's murder, just as a son of an FBI agent was suspected by the father of Jason Smith, a 14-year-old black boy who allegedly drowned in Louisiana. Jason’s body was also missing ORGANS when it was returned to his dad. "Jason would not go swimming," his father claimed. "Jason could not swim and was afraid of water." Jason Smith's death, which his father swears was a murder, was very similar to Kendrick Johnson's death. You can read about Johnson's death at Wikipedia, which reports the $100 million lawsuit filed by his family to recover damages related to their denial of due process of law. The FBI agent’s family filed suit against Ebony Magazine, claiming their sons' identities were revealed in articles published by that media. But daring black media companies and black families to speak and write about wrongful deaths in the 21st century is less effective than burning crosses that used to be placed in families' yards after lynchings in the 1940's. FBI agents, like those whose sons were implicated in Jason Smith's and Johnson's deaths, work for The Justice Department (USDOJ). The Justice Department is also the government agency that was in direct overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail, where Larry Neal was murdered, after a lawsuit by the USA against the jail. The USDOJ is complicit in Larry Neal's murder cover-up, which is ongoing. Like Johnson's family, the Neal family is DENIED any due process of law. For eleven years, we have asked for information and records that would reveal how and why Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and killed in custody, but we are swatted away like flies at a summer picnic. Instead of investigating this murder of a disabled citizen, my family was placed under surveillance. Our phones are tapped, and our computers are under the control of cyberstalkers. My U.S. Mail and emails experience tampering and interruption, and I am sometimes physically followed when I leave home. I was once followed for six miles by four vehicles led by a U.S. Government vehicle and waylaid at a neighborhood Chevron station for over an hour. I called 911 emergency police, but no DeKalb County, Georgia police officers responded to my distress call.

Memphis, Tennessee, where Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest, is also where Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in 1968. Dr. King and Malcolm X, among others, showed signs of being a "black Messiah.” Johnnie Cochran did, aslo. As such, Cochran may have come under the radar of CoIntelPro, a secret FBI program. Over 85 percent of CoIntelPro's budget went to suppressing African Americans' movement for equality under the law. Cochran's nephew and his brother were assassinated by yet unknown killers, as was Tupac, the godson of a man Cochran helped exonerate after a CoIntelPro setup cost him 28 years of wrongful incarceration - ji-Jaga (Geronimo Pratt). Cochran mysteriously died in 2005 shortly after partnering with Southern lawyers and announcing his intention to sue the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves as laborers - a lawsuit for reparations. It now appears that "they" have Cochran's law firm. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud" to reach a blog naming over a dozen lawsuits and allegations of deliberate fraud, racism, and malpractice that were filed against the CoIntelPro law firm. African American families are often targeted for police terrorism when they dare to complain about 21st century lynchings in the United States of America. Look online for stories about how Tamir Rice's mother and sister were treated immediately after the 12-year-old child was fatally shot by Officer Tim Loehmann in Cleveland, Ohio. Rice's sister's arrest is reported at link 8 of 9 below. See also news stories and videos revealing how the fiancee of John Crawford, III was interrogated by police after Crawford was ambushed and fatally shot by police officers as he peacefully shopped in a Walmart. Now Tasha Thomas is dead, too. That may be because Tasha had her own attorney and could not be subjected to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm filed a lawsuit for John Crawford’s survivors demanding only $75k for the young father’s brutal murder (they called it a "negligence" case), although his shooting was caught on tape.

The Huffington Post reported, "Tasha Thomas, 26, who had accompanied John Crawford to the Beavercreek store where he was killed by police in August, was pronounced dead at the scene of an early morning crash on New Year's Day in Dayton, the Montgomery County coroner's office said. Another person in the car, Frederick Bailey, 30, also died." Apparently, the car Bailey drove suddenly launched to a speed of over 100 mph (reminiscent of Michael Hastings' fiery death). Death by fire is another favorite lynching method. Cars can be hacked like my cellphones and computers are. See more information about the “accident” in the third of nine links below.

How did Kendrick Johnson die? It was initially said that he smothered when he accidentally fell and rolled in an exercise mat in his high school gym. How incredible! And then, did his organs simply walk away from his body. Stunning! Shutting off the air supply for black men is a traditional lynching method, particularly hangings. That happened to Gregory Johnson, Jr. in November 2008, a student at San Jose State University (SJSU). His murder is also covered-up, having been declared a suicide. The problem is that Gregory was several inches taller than the pipe where he allegedly hanged himself in the basement of Sigma Chi Fraternity House, where he was the only African American in residence. Gregory's neck had no ligature marks that would have been in evidence if he had really hanged, and his eyes did not bulge. He did have a six-inch gash in the back of his head with his brain oozing out. Gregory's death received no satisfactory investigation, probably because wealthy Caucasian youths are expected to "sow their wild oats." Deaths and terrorism of students who are black men at SJSU seem to be rites of passage that happen periodically at SJSU, where blacks comprise less than 5 percent of the student body. The latest SJSU "suicide" victim's parents sued the university.

Death by drowning, which reportedly happened to Jason Smith (and Rodney King), also results from lack of oxygen. The most famous recent death that occurred by shutting off a black man's air supply is Eric Garner's. Garner was choked to death by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo. People protested Garner's murder throughout the world and sang this song:

I still hear my brother crying -- "I can't breathe"

Now I'm in the struggle singing -- "I can't leave"

We calling out the violence of these racist police

And WE ain't gonna stop -- ‘til our people are free!

Garner was one of over 1,000 people killed in America by police in 2014. Deaths that occur in public like Michael Brown's and Eric Garner's are harder to hide than deaths in custody, such as the wrongful death of Larry Neal and Darren Rainey. Rainey was a mentally ill black man like Larry was. He was dragged into a shower in Dade County Correctional Institution and killed under scalding hot water (the event was captured on tape and reported by numerous witnesses). Rainey's skin separated from his muscles as his screams for mercy were ignored for over 45 minutes. More information on Rainey's murder is at the ninth link below. Kendrick Johnson's parents, Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson, presently face charges of civil disobedience for blocking the entrance to Lowndes County Courthouse, as you see in the video embedded above. According to an 11Alive report, "Kendrick Johnson, 17, was found dead Jan. 11, 2013 in the Lowndes High School gym. His parents have since filed a $100 million lawsuit against 38 people, including the Valdosta police chief, the director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and three of Kendrick's classmates ... The pathologist found evidence of blunt force trauma to the teen's neck and said the death was a homicide." (Blunt force trauma is also what Gregory Johnson, Jr.'s body showed; no hanging happened.) Notice that the 11Alive news report still referred to Johnson's murder as being a "gym mat death" despite the pathologist's ruling, which indicates that Johnson was dead before being rolled in the mat. His organs had to be stolen prior to that event, also, if his organs were used for transplanting.

One might hope that Johnson's parents fare better in American courts than Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and Larry Neal did. Black families cannot usually get justice in Confederate courts of law. Judge Timothy Batten actually ruled that the Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm was "immaterial" and dismissed our pro se lawsuit (we could not find a Georgia attorney to represent us against the CoIntelPro lawyers). My mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for fraud and malpractice for derailing our planned civil action against Memphis Shelby County Jail while under contract as Larry Neal's wrongful death attorneys. The treacherous lawyers held our civil action secretly inactive while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed, while writing to us about a vigorous discovery process that was never actually happening. Our first lawsuit against The Cochran Firm in Georgia Superior Court was dismissed by Judge Wendy Shoob. She declared falsely that there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia (see the Order at the "Documents" tab in "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com" website at link number 2 below). Many courts, law firms, and media companies collude against black families who seek justice after lynchings, and cyberstalkers are employed to prevent exposure about injustices online.

Florida was credited with 346 deaths of inmates in 2014 alone. How many deaths in custody happened nationwide? We have no way to tell because the propensity for cover-ups increases in controlled settings like jails and prisons. If all 50 states have the same rate of deaths in custody that Florida has, the number of dead inmates for 2014 alone would be 17,300. That death toll for U.S. inmates would be considerably more than all the U.S. soldiers who were killed during the entire Afghanistan conflict, which total 1,742. If something is not done to stop inmates' murders, more Americans will be first kidnapped by police before being killed, like Larry Neal was. Deaths in custody make cover-ups easier to arrange. Donald Williams, Jr. - The One Who Got Away

San Jose State University faces a $5 million lawsuit for a racial bullying case. Donald Williams, Jr., a San Jose State University (SJSU) student at the center of the racial bullying case, claimed that his adviser was aware of an “explosive” situation in the dorm room but did nothing to address it. Donald Williams, who is black, is asking for $5 million dollars from the university and threatening a lawsuit if the university rejects his request.

Without his parent's intervention in autumn 2013, Williams might have been the next black man's "suicide" at SJSU. His suite mates were calling him "fraction" to denote that a black person does not count as a whole human being. They had pictures of Hitler on the walls and the word "nigger" written on a blackboard in the suite. At one point, Williams' white suite mates tried to chain the 17-year-old college freshman with a bicycle chain. Williams was brutally mistreated because of racism. He started going home most weekends to avoid his suite mates. Williams' adviser knew about the harassment but did nothing to curtail the hate crimes by Logan Beaschler, 18, of Bakersfield; Joseph Bomgardner, 19, of Clovis; and Colin Warren, 18. Blacks comprise less than four percent of the student body at SJSU.

Donald Williams, Jr. is the one that got away. Brenden Tiggs was killed in his dorm room on campus (called a suicide) January 2014. A spokeswoman for SJSU claimed that Tiggs' death was the "first student suicide in over a decade." Not true. SJSU had other deaths that were called suicides and serious assaults of black men students within this decade and before that still need investigating, including the covered-up murder of Gregory Johnson, Jr. in 2008. Gregory Johnson, Jr.'s Parents attended protests with students at SJSU after the hate crimes against Donald Williams, Jr.'s went public in 2013. Government and SJSU officials attempt to ignore the distraught parents who displayed pictures of the six-inch gash in their dead son's head. Officials said Gregory, who was over six feet tall, died by hanging from a shorter ceiling in the basement of Sigma Chi Fraternity House, but the gash indicates Gregory endured assault like Washington, another SJSU student who was seriously injured that way in 1997. Washington was in a coma for some time after someone attempted to murder him.

SJSU Deaths and Terrorism

San Jose University has a problem. African American men are terrorized and killed there. But we are not allowed to discuss Lakim Washington (1997), Katrell Collier (2006), Gregory Johnson (2008), unnamed 17-yr-old (2013). The latest victim died on February 9, 2014. Brenden Tiggs, 18, was a freshman studying kinesiology. University spokeswoman Pat Lopes Harris told the San Jose Mercury News on Tuesday that the death of 18-year-old Brenden Tiggs was SJSU's first on-campus suicide in at least a decade. That should interest Denise Johnson, the mother of Gregory Johnson, Jr. He was a 19-year-old black student at SJSU who also studied kinesiology and supposedly committed suicide November 22, 2008. Gregory, a junior, initially lived in Joe West Hall where Tiggs lived, but Gregory moved to Sigma Chi Fraternity House and became its sole black inhabitant. Gregory's body was allegedly cut down by students from the basement of Sigma Chi after he reportedly hanged himself. Gregory was 6 feet, 2 inches tall, and the basement ceiling is under six feet high. Gregory's body showed no signs of hanging, but he did have a long gash on the back of his head with brains oozing out when his body was finally released to his parents. Does San Jose University now agree with Gregory Johnson's parents' allegations that their son was murdered?

Denise Johnson said, "Pat Lopez Harris finally told the truth after five years. Gregory Johnson Jr. was murdered in the Sigma Chi Fraternity House, as I said all along. I advise the Tiggs family to get a reputable lawyer who will not sell them out. The lawyer must get a pathologist to re-examine Tiggs' body. The lawyer and pathologist should be able to get a court order to see Tiggs' body in the coroner's office, which was denied to my husband and me when our son was there. Tiggs' body should not be buried until his family has had a second autopsy done by an independent pathologist. The examination should be fully videotaped to verify that the pathologist did the autopsy according to protocol."

San Jose police are still investigating the Tiggs' death. Tiggs' father, Gary Tiggs, welcomed the investigation, telling the Mercury News that his son had excellent grades, a positive outlook, and no reason to end his life.

Tiggs' family and fellow students described him as a positive, happy person. "He didn't have anything to die for," Gary Tiggs said. "He had everything to live for."

Promising black men students keep turning up dead at San Jose University, and discussion about it is seemingly prohibited by the National Security Agency (NSA) and Silicon Valley Internet companies. At Google+ and Facebook, I had to make the following announcement about "The Enslavement and Genocide of Africans and Indigenous Peoples" Blogtalkradio show for February 11, where we planned to discuss Gary Tiggs's alleged suicide and other brutalized and dead African American men students at SJSU:

"SORRY, PEOPLE. Blogtalkradio or NSA is keeping Dr. Floyd Harris off the air tonight. He cannot sign in at Blogtalkradio for the 8pm PST show, and neither can I. We will try again at 9pm. Apparently, we are NOT supposed to inform the public about the deaths and catastrophic injuries and terrorism affecting black men at San Jose U."

Censorship prevents warnings to other African Americans who have a right to know black men attending school or planning to enroll at San Jose University are at risk. Neither the U.S. Justice Department nor local police and the university's police force are interested in bringing culprits to justice, based on these unrequited crimes:

Lakim Washington

Lakim Washington was assaulted in November 1997 at an on-campus phone booth where he spoke with a fellow student about an assignment. The young president of the Black Student Association at SJSU was attacked from behind. His head was bashed in such a forceful blow that one would rightly conclude the assault was attempted murder. Washington was found crumbled on the ground in front of the Spartan Hall pay phone. Washington may have suffered permanent injuries. Metroactive news reported: "A month and a half later, Washington is due to be released soon from San Jose Medical Center, having suffered severe head trauma--a hematoma to the brain--and spending several days in a coma. A blow to his head has left him with selective memory loss, and Washington has no clear idea as to how his injuries occurred. But while available evidence points to a conclusion that Washington was attacked, San Jose University Police appear to have virtually abandoned their investigation into the matter."

Katrell Collier

Katrell Namantae Collier, a former Spartan linebacker, was killed when he allegedly fell from the upper level of the parking garage. His 2006 death was reported as a suicide. Collier, 24-years-old, enrolled at the university in 2003 as a transfer student from West Hills College in Coalinga, California. He played in three early-season games as a linebacker for the 2004 Spartan team before an injury prevented him from finishing the season. Collier was credited with 12 tackles and one pass interception. He was a child development major. Collier's so-called suicide is another student death that the university spokesperson Pat Lopes Harris must have forgotten when she said Tiggs' was the first "suicide" in a decade.

SJSU protesting light treatment of campus terrorists in 2013

In 2013, another black youth at SJSU was terrorized by four Caucasian students who were his suite mates. They called him "three-fifths" and "fraction" to denote that his blackness made him less than a full human being. Pictures of Hitler were put on his walls, and the word "Nigger" was scrawled across the blackboard in his room. His suite mates even tried to chain him, using a bicycle chain. Students protested the school's handling of the crimes. Then they protested being censored. SJSU called the racist acts of terrorism "bullying" rather than "racist hate crimes," but SJSU later expelled the abusive students. 

Metroactive reported, "District Attorney's office announced misdemeanor battery and hate crime enhancement charges against Logan Beaschler, 18; Colin Warren, 18; and Joseph Bomgardner, 19." An unnamed fourth white student was later charged. This writer believes the victim would have been SJSU's next "suicide" if he and his family had not exposed these hate crimes to the world, sparking student protests and concern nationwide.

Read about each of these five cases at the urls below. Because of economic constraints, African American youths have a high rate of withdrawal from colleges nationwide. It would be interesting to know how many former SJSU students died suspiciously since leaving the school. The Tiggs family must ensure that Brenden has all of his organs when his body is released, also. Organ thefts have become an issue with African American youths.

Rev. Dr. Floyd Harris, Jr. announced that National Network in Action (NNIA) radio hosts would discuss Tiggs' so-called suicide and expose the other SJSU assaults and deaths on Blogtalkradio at 8pm February 11, 2014. We were prevented from going on air for the show, and NNIA hosts were prevented from producing the 9pm Blogtalkradio broadcast, as well. The "slave class" is obviously prevented from using the Internet to discuss crimes against humanity that recur at SJSU and throughout the United States. February 11 was declared "The Day We Fight Back Against NSA Surveillance." This writer does not know why the day of protest was not called "The Day we Fight Back Against Surveillance and Censorship." Maybe Caucasians are not yet censored to the degree that African Americans are. Neither did CoIntelPro target whites with the viciousness that it used to suppress blacks before the Church Committee hearings and the covert FBI program was supposedly dissolved in 1972. It would not be surprising to learn that NSA also targets blacks with particularity to censor and prevent our justice quests from going forward.

We are thankful that Edward Snowden and Jacob Applebaum revealed censorship methods that are used to prevent free speech and freedom of press in the USA. See a video below wherein Applebaum explains covert Internet censorship that affect targets' cellphones and computers. Violations against our First Amendment rights and human rights for self expression will be taken before the International Court. Therefore, this writer is pleased that we were prevented from using Blogtalkradio last night to expose and oppose crimes against African American men that continue at San Jose University. I have been told that our Blogtalkradio shows cannot accept followers. Please try to follow our radio shows there and share our shows' urls. Videotape your attempts on cellphones to prepare to join our legal action. Tune in tonight to see if San Jose University alumni working at Blogtalkradio or NSA will prevent our broadcasts again. On February 1, 2014, censorship prevented this writer and radio host from scheduling a Blogtalkradio show to interview Native Americans who claim their members were wrongfully convicted on sexual molestation of minors charges to excuse removing indigenous children from their reservations and homes to facilitate adoptions and foster care of the children by Caucasians. The ACLU reports that a congressional investigation showed between 25% and 35% of indigenous children had been removed from their families by the mid 70's. National Network in Action's reports about Native Americans being wrongfully convicted and black students being killed at SJSU are all forbidden topics. 

SJSU African American Students Protest Censorship Regarding Racist Terrorism on Campus

On February 6th, noted prisoner activist Nancy Lockhart complained to Mary Neal that she is prevented from becoming a follower of our Blogtalkradio shows. Crimes at Blogtalkradio to prevent free press for African Americans and Native Americans are mounting. Censorship allows racists to continue assaults, murders, wrongful incarcerations, and frauds against Americans in minority populations, like The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm's fraud against my family to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail after the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal." We are hopeful that students from SJSU, who were prevented from speaking at the school's press conference with NAACP, will join us at "OCCUPY Silicon Valley April 4th."

Dr. Harris met with leaders of ten social justice groups in San Jose about Gregory Johnson's murder over the last three years. He said that over time, all ten dropped out of talks about how to address the deaths and terrorism at San Jose University, where blacks comprise only 3.26 percent of the students. Along with censorship, bribes and intimidation are sometimes used to prevent discussion about crimes against African Americans. Officials either actually do the suppression or ignore it. According to Dr. Mustafa Ansari, an international human rights attorney, such offenses must be taken to the World Court. African Americans and Native Americans, Latinos, and disenfranchised Caucasians need not continue to suffer crimes against humanity without recourse. Dr. Ansari is dean of America's Human Rights Institute. The school plans to train and certify a thousand human rights monitors and __ to take cases to the International Court.
