Some may marvel that a Christian would use exotic dancers to draw attention to wrongdoing. But God ordered His prophet Isaiah to go naked three(3) years to make people aware of sins (Isaiah 20).

THE WHISTLEBLOWER IMPROVEMENT ACT: PUNISH THOSE WHO TELL. However, I am persecuted for telling about the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother and the deaths and abuses of other acute mental patients. Therefore, it is not just corporate whistleblowers who are persecuted. I cannot say who commits crimes to cover up Larry Neal's death and hinder my advocacy for other mental patients, but we are denied help from law enforcement and government agencies, denied records about Larry's secret arrest and death, and denied due process in courts. Peter Van Buren, an author and whistleblower, says, "The government is becoming more and more secretive about . . . things that are embarrassments . . . People must report wrongdoings to the people who did the wrongdoing."



Having to report to the very people who caused or allowed a problem is true about the justice system when it comes to inmate abuse. I am not an employee trying to report misconduct by an employer, but I report a murder cover-up to people in an agency where officials conspired to hide Larry Neal's murder in the first place. People who make complaints to a State Bar report lawyer misconduct to other lawyers, all of whom are members of the same Bar. The houses around mine that were foreclosed filled with gangstalkers who monitor our every phone call, online communication, and movements throughout the community within two weeks of the judge in federal court dismissing our lawsuit against The (Johnnie) Cochran firm for defrauding the Neals to protect Memphis/ Shelby County Jail after Larry's wrongful death. One young man admitted being "paid well" to stalk me, but police refuse to investigate his license tag and prosecute the criminal. Suing government entities and corporations is also a form of whistleblowing. The message I seem to get from authorities is, "Do not report crimes against humanity. Your black mentally ill brother was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered. That is no big deal! In fact, as United States District Court ruled in January 2009, crimes against you to hide murders and abuses of 'useless eaters' like Larry Neal are immaterial!" ("Useless eater" was Hitler's term for mentally challenged and other disabled people, 400,000 of whom were exterminated before the Holocaust.) Before realizing that human life is irrelevant to some decision makers in America, I "transgressed" and widely reported Larry's murder. My family's captivity must be laid bare. Extreme measures are required when faced with extreme circumstances. My home is surrounded by stalkers. Our phone and Internet are taken over. People are paid to follow me wherever I go to ensure that I have no use of a computer they do not completely control. These crimes are done while authorities refuse to address them. Authorities fear Americans and the world learning about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically handicapped brother, and my family's terrorism and censorship. NDAA Proves Americans Are Damn Fools

(twenty-five(25) links, twenty(20) numbered paragraphs, two(2) photos)  The very people who approximately 307 million Americans trust with God-like power through the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) secretly arrested and murdered my mentally, physically disabled brother or participate in the elaborate cover-up and censor and persecute my family for seeking records and justice. Will politicians and justice officials misuse their power to wrongly intern Americans until death? They already did in numerous cases, including Troy Davis and Larry Neal. If you think wrongful internment until death pertains only to blacks, consider Thomas Arthur and Hank Skinner awaiting execution for unproved crimes, and Todd Willingham and Philip Workman who were already executed while their guilt was doubtful. The 2009 U.S. Census placed America's population count at 307,006,550. The fact that hundreds of millions of people are biting their nails today because a few politicians essentially eliminated the Bill of Rights through NDAA and plan to eliminate net freedom is ridiculous in a country where government is supposed to be of, by, and for The People. That has never been completely true, but it behooves each generation of Americans to keep working toward democracy in the USA.

 H.R.3166 and S.1698 - ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT - Provides for Americans to be stripped of citizenship and become fully eligible for military detention without charges.

2. --- Do not overestimate the sense of decency of our politicians. On January 4, 2012, H.R.3166 and S.1698 - ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT - were introduced in Congress. Those bills provide for officials to remove Americans' citizenship, making everyone eligible for indefinite detention without charges under NDAA. TruthIsTreason.net published an article about the bills at this link http://goo.gl/LdkYwT - The same justice officials who cover-up my disabled brother's government kidnapping and murder, assigned or allow stalkers to prevent my freedom of press through Internet censorship, and deny condemned Americans DNA tests to prove their innocence have absolutely no qualms about wrongfully arresting YOU and your family in FEMA camps, torturing and killing Americans on mere "suspicion." The "inalienable" right to life and liberty obviously means zero to them. Some politicians apparently esteem themselves as gods over America and the world. Either out of fear or stupidity, America surrenders to fascism if we do nothing to recover our protections under the Constitution and preserve our rights to trial by jury, free speech and freedom of press. Forfeiting our Constitutional rights to Washington lawyers who already violated their oaths of office betrays every military family since the Revolutionary War. Moreover, surrendering our human and civil rights violates our children and future generations.  Yes, indefinite detention without trial most certainly does apply to Americans, and it will even more so if/when S.1698 and H.R.3166 are passed by the same congressional representatives who passed NDAA.

SOPA - H.R.3261 and S.968 - IP Protection Act - place the Internet in America under the Attorney General, allowing the Department of Justice to redirect links, control web browsing, and delete websites. SOPA would make it possible to send whole neighborhoods CAMPing without any public reports. Mass communication would be screened online, and mainstream media censors news as instructed.

3. --- Select "go to page 1" if you are using a cell phone. The Internet censorship force often hides important information at the beginning of my articles by starting in the middle on cellphone view, which many blacks and other poor Americans rely on for Internet access. Immediately after Christmas break, a few politicians will decide whether 307 million Americans will have freedom of press any longer. They will deliberate and vote on Senate Bill 968 and House Resolution 3261, collectively known as "SOPA." Like NDAA, which is supposed to "protect" us from terrorists, those two Internet censorship bills are supposed to "protect" Americans from infringements against intellectual property. As a former IP secretary, I promise you there are already laws against such infringements. The real purpose of SOPA could be to make sure the average American has no means of mass communication when their neighbors and family members are rounded up and interned under NDAA. When my disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered under circumstances that government officials treat like a NATIONAL SECRET, I used the Internet to warn America how very Nazi our officials have become. Nazi Germany isolated and exterminated roughly 400,000 mentally ill citizens, Jewish and non-Jewish, before the Holocaust started, then went on to kill roughly 4 million people (reference: Jewish Virtual Library). I know the Bible says I should not call people fools, but God Himself calls Americans fools. Paragraph 17 explains my assertion.  When Larry was kidnapped and murdered because his loud singing and occasional panhandling irritated police, officials in the United States Department of Justice helped police cover-up his murder by knowingly accepting reports from Memphis Shelby County Jail that omitted Larry's arrest altogether, having no acceptable explanation for his arrest and death. I began warning America that what is done to the least will be applied to the stronger citizens as time goes on. Paragraphs 1 and 2 are repeated at the end of this article they rigged this article to begin on cellphone view after important information about new congressional bills introduced January 4, 2012, to eliminate Americans' citizenship BEFORE their indefinite military detention. That way no one can say Americans were sent to concentration camps.

4. --- People should give little regard to race and party of the candidates. The Neals are black, and so are many people in high positions under the present administration. Democrats and Republicans, black and white representatives, bilaterally approve bills that infringe on Americans' rights. Perhaps we should pay more attention to our own lawyer jokes and elect people from another profession in November. Plenty of attorneys are credible, unlike those in The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm who defraud their own clients to benefit government officials and certain corporations. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud." We the People are "clients" of Washington lawyers who we made our representatives, and hundreds of them are doing "The Cochran Firm fraud" against us. That is to say, they made a contract with us, their "clients," when they swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Instead, most of them continually introduce and support laws that undermine Constitutional law their constituents rely on to protect our human and civil rights. That breach of contract is grounds to terminate our Washington lawyers, and we should. To put it plainly, it's either them or our "inalienable rights" guaranteed under the Constitution. Choose.

I initially believed legislators would be pleased about my advocating for mental patients and that they would receive the pleas for change from Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill's members. Instead, we are censored and I am threatened, but authorities refuse to protect me. When that was the response, I understood immediately that we have entered the End Times - a period when God warned that men would lack natural affection. I believe some representatives are completely human and vote to eliminate our civil and human rights simply because they lack courage. Pray for them, and please pray for me. I am against prejudice, but I acknowledge its existence. I certainly hope blacks have not been placed in so many high government offices to condemn whites and Jews to slave camps. Tea Party families and representatives who tried to oust Attorney General Holder are probably particularly nervous, or should be. And dictator powers should not be entrusted to a future white president who may misuse them to intern all blacks. The ability to dissolve people's citizenship (as proposed by two new congressional bills, H.R.3166 and S.1698) and intern them indefinitely in military detention camps without criminal charges may one day be used against Christians, Muslims, Latinos, Asians (again), Native Americans - any of us at any time, especially people who denounce injustice. People who care about freedom are called "dissidents." America's founding fathers warned against investing such power in government, and so does the Bible. The Word states that our worst enemies are within our own household.

NDAA - INDEFINITE MILITARY DETENTION WITHOUT CHARGES AND TRIAL

6. --- For information on what NDAA entails, I recommend an article by Stephen Lendman, "LEGISLATING TYRANNY IN AMERICA" at this link - http://goo.gl/0nrtV .  One bill was proposed that would eliminate Americans' eligibility for indefinite military detention without trial, and another bill would eliminate both Americans and legal residents from that threat. But people with a sense of justice object to anyone's human rights being ignored in our country. How would Americans feel if they traveled to a distant land and were interned indefinitely on "suspicion" for without any opportunity for legal recourse? NDAA is wrong and should be applied to no one. If a person's conduct seems threatening to national security, charge and arrest them. Then give a fair trail on the charges. Lendman's article gives useful information about NDAA. I tried to email him a link to "NDAA Proves Americans are Damn Fools," but my email was not allowed to reach him. SOPA does not provide for the Justice Department to stop Americans from sending email messages, but this has been happening to me for years. The accounts I share are not to embarrass officials but to inform them and the public about the crucial need for change. When I complain about censorship at a different site, stalkers sometimes let my tweets register. Over 11,000 of my tweets were deleted in December 2010 right before the Georgia prison labor strike and not reinstated until February 2011. Please visit our online Care2 group, "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" where prisoner conditions are discussed. Although news was censored in mainstream media (just as my brother's death was), the Georgia prisoner strike got significant coverage online. Stalkers did not want people who Google for news about prisoner rights to see my work, lest "The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm Fraud" and my mentally, physically disabled brother's jail lynching gain wider exposure, so my tweets were temporarily set aside. 12. --- I knew Americans were fools or in deep hypnosis when Congressman Alcee Hastings (D-FL) was re-elected after introducing H.R.645 for six concentration camps in America in 2009. Perhaps censorship kept that fact from his constituents. America is being lynched. Lynching does not refer only to murders of slaves but to the entire process of mind control that makes slavery possible. Willie Lynch taught Virginia Colony slavers in the 1700s how to become master slavers, beginning with KEEPING THEM FOOLS by controlling their communication. Every freedom-loving American, including politicians who challenge incumbents and businesses that support incumbents' opponents or present a challenge to existing companies that support incumbents. They will probably immediately lose traffic to their websites. SOPA gives the Justice Department the legal right to control Americans' browsers, redirect links, and remove targeted websites. SOPA is supposedly to protect intellectual property rights, but if officials want to take down a website, they will have CoIntelPro agents falsely claim a given website plagiarized their work. Americans may have no right of protest against false allegations of plagiarism, just as Americans and immigrants will have no right to contest going to FEMA camps under NDAA.

13. --- Even if Americans trust the 44th president and 112th Congress, we cannot know who will be U.S. representatives next year. What about in 10 years? We place our freedom in the hands of unknown men and women, and that makes Americans utter fools. 14. --- Cop watch organizations and anti-war activists should immediately burn copies of police brutality videos and videos promoting peace off the Internet. In 2011, Google was commanded to remove certain videos from YouTube that portrayed police brutalizing or killing citizens, but the company refused. See http://goo.gl/9C74s - I believe the Justice Department and Congress retaliated against Google by calling antitrust hearings against the Internet giant upon its refusal to censor Americans on YouTube. Google openly objects to the Internet censorship bills pending before Congress, and it refused to help officials pretend America is a land of liberty and justice without actually addressing atrocities like my brother's murder and brutality and murders of other citizens. Without video proof, crimes against humanity in America would be more common and less likely to receive corrective action from local law enforcement and Washington bureaucrats who "DON'T CARE ABOUT US" (MJJ).

The 2009 U.S. Census placed America's population count at 307,006,550. The fact that over 307 million people are biting their nails today because a few politicians essentially eliminated the Bill of Rights through NDAA and plan to eliminate net freedom is ridiculous in a country where government is supposed to be of, by, and for The People. That has never been completely true, but it behooves each generation of Americans to keep working toward democracy in the USA.

 H.R.3166 and S.1698 - ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT - Provides for Americans to be stripped of citizenship and become fully eligible for military detention without charges.

20. Repeat of Paragraph 2. --- Do not overestimate the sense of decency of our politicians. On January 4, 2012, H.R.3166 and S.1698 - ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT - were introduced in Congress. Those bills provide for officials to remove Americans' citizenship, making everyone eligible for indefinite detention without charges under NDAA. TruthIsTreason.net published an article about the bills at this link http://goo.gl/LdkYwT - The same justice officials who cover-up my disabled brother's government kidnapping and murder, assigned or allow stalkers to prevent my freedom of press through Internet censorship, and deny condemned Americans DNA tests to prove their innocence have absolutely no qualms about wrongfully arresting YOU and your family in FEMA camps, torturing and killing Americans on mere "suspicion." The "inalienable" right to life and liberty obviously means zero to them. Some politicians apparently esteem themselves as gods over America and the world. Either out of fear or stupidity, America surrenders to fascism if we do nothing to recover our protections under the Constitution and preserve our rights to trial by jury, free speech and freedom of press. Forfeiting our Constitutional rights to Washington lawyers who already violated their oaths of office betrays every military family since the Revolutionary War. Moreover, surrendering our human and civil rights violates our children and future generations.  Yes, indefinite detention without trial most certainly does apply to Americans, and it will even more so if/when S.1968 and H.R.3166 are passed by the same congressional representatives who passed NDAA.

SOPA - H.R.3261 and S.968 - IP Protection Act - place the Internet in America under the Attorney General, allowing the Department of Justice to redirect links, control web browsing, and delete websites. SOPA would make it possible to send whole neighborhoods CAMPing without any public reports. Mass communication would be screened online, and mainstream media censors news as instructed.
