Meet Rev. Madeline Coburn, who became a Targeted Individual when she ran for governor of Missouri. Rev. Coburn is a prison minister who exposes and opposes abuses and wrongful arrests and executions. After running for governor in Missouri, this black woman was listed as DEAD in public records. She has tried for years to get authorities to reverse that, but they REFUSE. As my regular readers know, I ran afoul of the powers that be by advocating for an end to criminalizing mental illness and by asking for accountability regarding the wrongful death of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who was lynched by police while under SECRET ARREST in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. FORBES, you forgot Washington, DC

 America's No. 1 Most Miserable City: Washington, DC

Forbes published its list of America's 20 most miserable cities. I was astonished that Washington, DC was omitted. Forbes, you lie! You indicated that crime was a factor in choosing the most miserable cities but omitted the city responsible for most of the crime in all the other cities due to poverty, confusion, and despair. Washington is filled with representatives who have decided that democracy is too good for Americans and reneged on their oaths of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution. Look at a short list of offenses, which I will add to later. There is much more information in the nine(9) links and embedded concentration camp video in this article, which has two photos. Ten offenses by Washington, DC are named below:
1. H.R.645 for concentration camps
2. S.968 for Internet censorship
3. S.1867 for concentration camps
4. H.R.3261 for Internet censorship
5. H.R.3166 for removing Americans' citizenship to make them eligible for CAMPing trips
6. S.1698 for removing Americans' citizenship to make them eligible for CAMPing trips
7. Prison industrial complex warehousing 2.3 million Americans and immigrants, over 25,000 of whom are in solitary confinement, and 60% in solitary are mentally ill citizens
8. Denial of DNA tests for inmates requesting same to prove innocence. They obviously don't care.
9. ACTA for Internet censorship in America by foreign countries, including China
10. Accelerating rate of crimes done by police officers and officials that are unchecked by the United States Department of Justice and courts, which makes them culpable to the offenses. The crimes are too many to name here. I complained about how Nazi it is for my family to be denied any records or accountability for the crime, especially while America engages in wars that are supposedly for human rights. I objected to ACTA at Facebook, Twitter, and in my JusticeGagged blog. If totalitarian countries like China get to decide what can remain online in America, my websites that promote freedom and justice for all are in trouble. I also emailed a party about my book manuscripts, tentatively called "Cochran Firm Fraud," and "Dog Justice," about our justice quest for Larry, including kangaroo courts, Internet censorship, and terrorism to stop my exposing crimes and helping others. 

My poem book is called "21st Century Slave Songs." I was attacked by directed energy weaponry. I do not know which subject caused the vicious attack: criticizing ACTA, challenging wars for human rights in a country that ignores ours, or the idea that Larry's secret lynching will be EXPOSED in books. I had heard of directed energy weaponry, but I was skeptical until experiencing it. I saved the blood and tissue and have witnesses. My stalkers and their fascist bosses may be happy to know my face is still swollen and tender. I praise God for saving me. Forbes, I hereby request that you review your list of 20 most miserable cities and add Washington, DC to the top of the list. None of the cities you named have a plan to institute concentration camps and delete freedom of press in America like Washington does. Not one of the 20 miserable cities you named, with the exception of Memphis, Tennessee, is responsible for its own decline. Washington is. Memphis is overrun with corrupt politicians and other decision makers who are imprisoned for their felonies at a brisk pace, as you pointed out last year when you published your 20 most miserable cities list. Therefore, Washington is not primarily responsible for that place.

Have you asked your representatives to support H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA Section 1021, which provides for indefinite detention without any criminal charges and opportunity for defense? My situation proves that people can be mistreated merely because they ask about missing/murdered relatives and promote justice for all. Please vote for H.R.3785 at OpenCongress.org, and write your representatives. I am "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal" (Google that), director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi - an online human rights group I founded to help decriminalize mental illness in America. Roughly 1.25 million inmates are mentally ill and should be inpatients or outpatients, not inmates. But fascists took AIMI so thoroughly that I cannot edit my own billboard. 

The country seems to be run by prison investors who are anxious to add millions more Americans to their "stock." Please add Washington to your list of miserable cities. Before criticizing other towns where Americans are struggling and doing the best they can UNDER the circumstances, please take a look at the leadership. It is, of course, frightening and perhaps dangerous to publish Washington's offenses, as I revealed in my recent HubPages article, "AWESOME GOD" at this link: http://maryneal.hubpages.com/hub/Our-Awesome-God-by-Mary-Neal . But greater is He that is in us, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).  God the Father does not expect us to be cowards. God endowed us with certain inalienable rights, and we should not let anyone alienate Americans from our basic human rights without objecting, even if there is "directed energy weaponry" with which I was assaulted two days ago. Fear and apathy are sin. It is written:

It is expected in totalitarian countries, as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. pointed out in his famous "Mountaintop" address, but not in America. 

Things are changing. Even Dr. King's Memorial Statue was made in China, a man who lived and died fighting for liberty and justice for all. As I told people when I picketed hypocrisy at the King Awards dinner in Atlanta and at the MLK Day 2012 celebration at the King Center, if Dr. King were not already killed, he would be now. Human and civil rights are more disregarded today than in the 1960s, especially for black people like Larry Neal's survivors. In fact, United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, ruled justice for my family to be "immaterial," and the Department of Justice under Attorney General Eric Holder agrees. That is the state of the Union.

Do you know what time it is? Sometimes people find it hard to believe how many know about Larry's secret arrest and murder and my victimization for eight years to prevent wider disclosure and my advocacy for 1.25 million other mentally ill inmates of all races. They suggest people I should contact. I say, "They know already." I send emails, and my work is highly visible on the world wide web. I think it is important for everyone to know what time it is. We are in Revelation - the End Times. I tried repeatedly, but stalkers refuse to let you see the email addresses for these public organizations, activists, government agencies, and media that received a copy of this article via email.
