This is the week of the PGA, a highly contested golfing event in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and Benton Harbor residents are ready to OCCUPY THE PGA. Many residents claim being suppressed and forced to live under America's first dictatorship. Duly elected city officials in Benton Harbor were stripped of their official duties in 2011, and Michigan's governor placed an Emergency Manager over the local government. Many Benton Harbor residents claim cruel and unusual treatment is happening in their city and assert that the government and a huge corporate entity have conspired to oppress them to satisfy the greed of the elite. Much of the golf course where the PGA will be played was once public lands. Michigan is the state U.S. Senator Levin represents, the man who introduced legislation for indefinite military detention without criminal charges, which U.S. Congress passed and the president signed in 2011 (NDAA, Sec. 1021). It looks like Whirlpool's Harbor Shores organization has behaved again with incredible irresponsibility and arrogance. The attacks on Benton Harbor residents continue. The extraordinary control that the Whirlpool Corporation has taken over the community of Benton Harbor, Michigan must have emboldened them to believe they could act with impunity.
Three years ago, Harbor Shores tapped into the municipal water supply of Benton Harbor to irrigate their developing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. It is difficult to imagine how the excavation necessary to accomplish this could be done secretly. Somehow, Harbor Shores drew on this water without paying the city, although the residents of BH were metered and paying for water usage. This was happening while the city was bankrupt and being run by a despotic emergency manager, Joseph Harris, who answers only to Gov. Rick Snyder. About a year after this tap-in began, a water main break necessitated excavations for repairs, and the Harbor Shores splice was discovered. Back payment for a year of heavy water usage was sought. Harbor Shores responded by drawing irrigation water directly from the Paw Paw River. Over the past two years, water rates for a typical household in Benton Harbor have burgeoned from $30/mo. to more than $100/mo. Apparently, the emergency manager has decreed that the water distribution deficit resulting from Harbor Shore's pilferage would be paid for by Benton Harbor residents.

The 22-year-old who was raped and beaten over the head with a pipe was transferred to a maximum security prison where he will hopefully have better security regarding inmate abuse. Brutality is a common problem for acute mental patients in prisons, where they should NOT be in the first place, and
(7) Rozy Press, a Los Angeles school teacher who documents her oppression following a vicious attack by a student. Rozy was sprayed with chemicals from a fire extinguisher. She regularly joins the show and discusses educational issues in America.

I came to this article for Rev. Pinkney's phone number because he is a political prisoner again, and I discovered the video was inaccessible. Rev. Pinkney was arrested last week and released the following day under a gag order. He is not able to communicate by Internet at all, which means you cannot hear him on his radio shows for the time being. Rev. 1. --- THE GOOLSBY FAMILY. In December 2011, Exposed: FreeSpeakBlog published a report about the Goolsby family in Georgia. Ms. Goolsby had two sons who were imprisoned due to mental illness, a teenager and a 22-year-old. Both have had mental health issues since early childhood. In December, Ms. Goolsby reported that her teen was in solitary confinement and had been awaiting transfer to a mental hospital since spring of 2011, but there was apparently no space available for him. Her 22-year-old reported that he was raped and hit in the head with a pipe while imprisoned. His head was bleeding when he talked with his mom, although he had gotten stitches. Ms. Goolsby asked me to present the problems to you, my readers, and I did that over the Holidays, asking that individuals and organizations make it possible for Ms. Goolsby to visit her sons. Since then, things have improved for the family.
(A) Ms. Goolsby's teenage son is now in Georgia Regional Mental Hospital instead of in solitary in jail.
(B) Ms. Goolsby's older son is now in a maximum security prison. That seemed worse to Ms. Goolsby since he has very little time remaining on his sentence. But I told her the new prison likely has better security for her son, allowing someone with his mental disability more protection against being brutalized and raped by inmates without having to be in solitary. I hope I was right.
2. --- ESTEBAN GARCIA. If you listen to the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk shows on Sundays at 5pm EST, you probably heard Esteban Garcia speak to the listening audience in January and again in February. Mr. Garcia is author of "U.S. Jailhouse Lawyers Manual" and director of the Texas and Missouri Writ Writers Association. He is also director of the U.S. Prison Reform Coalition. Mr. Garcia will be in Atlanta, Georgia on May 20 for a book signing and to meet with individuals and organizations that have an interest in prison reform. His latest book is "U.S. Jailhouse Lawyers Manual - The Unconstitutional Plea." 3. --- Former activist lawyer, Lynne Stewart, will get another day in court on February 29, 2012, when her appeal will be heard. At age 70, the renowned attorney was sentenced to prison for 28 months for zealously defending a client. She was arrested and disbarred after defending an activist who stood against Egypt's dictator, Hosni Mubarak, years before the people's uprising in 2011. In July 2010, Judge Koeltl increased Ms. Stewart's sentence from 28 months to 10 years on allegations of perjury during her initial trial. Ralph Poynter, co-host of the Rev. 4. --- Rev. Pinkney and residents of Benton Harbor, Michigan face many challenges, but they are fighting back. In 2011, the city's elected officials were essentially removed from office and an emergency manager was appointed in their stead. Residents consider this taxation without representation. Racism and disenfranchisement of the city's residents are oppressive. Numerous people have gone missing, and there have been suspicious deaths. There is a major land dispute regarding a golf course for the elite. You are invited to join Benton Harbor and "OCCUPY THE PGA" on May 23. 5. --- Support for the mentally ill in America is growing. Several years ago when my brother, Larry Neal, was killed under secret arrest and my family was denied records and due process of law, I looked online and called mental heath organizations in search of one that was specifically dedicated to assisting the incarcerated mentally ill. I found none specifically dedicated to justice issues although 1.25 million prisoners are mentally ill to some degree. There was also very little information about imprisoned mentally ill people online. Therefore, I founded ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL (AIMI) to help raise awareness about the fact that 1.25 million mentally ill Americans are incarcerated for behavior that arose out of that common, treatable health condition. Over 300 people joined the organization at Care2 Network. Members include persons who are mentally ill, families with mentally ill members, mental health care professionals, human and civil rights activists, law enforcement personnel, veterans, and others. I published our announcement for AIMI in December 2007 at NowPublic.com. The announcement stopped responding to my online search, so I published it again. Since that time, thousands of emails, at least a thousand online articles and blogs, hundreds of telephone calls were made and letters and videos were published to
(a) help decriminalize mental illness,
(b) dispel the stigma associated with diseases of the mind and brain damage from accidents or war,
(c) save mental patients and others from execution, wrongful convictions, and excessive sentencing, plus object to children being tried and sentenced as adults,
(d) promote assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs for mentally challenged persons exiting prisons and hospitals to reduce recidivism, as propounded by Treatment Advocacy Center,
(e) support individual families and patients seeking treatment in areas where community care and hospital beds were reduced,
(f) protest restrictions on enforced treatment until patients prove to be "dangerous to self and others" by committing crimes, including suicide,
(g) reduce homelessness, imprisonment and preventable deaths among acute mental patients, including PTSD veterans
(h) champion congressional bills that give assistance to the mentally ill and notify the public about such bills
(i) fill the news gap regarding tragedies that befall the mentally ill, including police brutality, community brutality, prisoner abuse and wrongful deaths of mentally ill persons,
(j) encourage mentally ill persons to seek psychiatric help timely and continue their prescribed treatment programs,
(k) give a public forum for mentally ill persons and their families and next friends to invite help on petitions, interact with others who share their situation, give and receive advice and practical help from AIMI members and online guests who visit AIMI at http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi and read my articles at MaryLovesJustice, FreeSpeakBlog, Mary Neal on Hub Pages, NowPublic.com, Care2 Sharebook, and social media, like Twitter - @koffietime http://twitter.com/koffietime
(l) honor and emulate Dorothea L. Dix, our predecessor who decriminalized mental illness in the 1900s and was responsible for the nation's first generation of mental hospitals and some in Europe, and serve in other ways.
6. --- At first, there seemed to be little concern about incarcerated mental patients. Although most families have someone who is impacted by drug addiction, alcoholism or mental illness, many families were apparently too embarrassed to be advocates for their relatives. Communities needed help recognizing that there are no disposable people. Some of the world's most gifted people have mental illness. A short list is at my Care2 profile page. Noted scientists, mathematicians, musicians, great writers, actors, politicians as well as plain Janes and regular Joes wrestle with mental illness. Mental illness need not embarrass victims and their relatives or erode community safety. And neither should mental health challenges relegate people in this country to life in prison or permanent entrapment in the revolving door to/from correctional institutions. Psychiatric treatment and medications have improved significantly over the past few decades to the point that most people with mental illness are able to function well and live wholesome lives outside a controlled environment. But that chronic health condition is like heart disease and diabetes, which require monitoring.

7. --- Within the past four years, the quest to assist mentally ill people, especially prisoners, has increased substantially. Assistance to the incarcerated mentally ill has gone mainstream, even though my own efforts are censored to continue the cover-up regarding Larry Neal's unresolved murder which occurred in 2003 while he was under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail and was followed by The Cochran Firm's fraud against our family. Having mentally challenged people receive help to avoid incarceration is AIMI's purpose. Thankfully, this is happening to a greater extent than before by numerous activists and organizations. The U.S. Department of Justice sponsors more programs and studies regarding this issue in response to public interest.
8. --- Increased exposure brings greater support for persons dealing with mental illness, just as it did for victims of child abuse and family violence two decades ago. Had there never been brave people willing to discuss those issues on television talk shows, in books and articles, we might have fewer safe houses for battered spouses and children, fewer child protection laws, and more covered-up abuse. That fine beginning made me believe we might have the prisons half empty, mental hospitals reopening, and assisted outpatient treatment programs going all over the country within months. NOT! I did not know at the time the advocacy to decriminalize mental illness was censored, which is probably why my first announcement for AIMI stopped responding to my browsing after a couple of weeks. 10. --- We invite your help giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Thanks to numerous grass roots organizations, activists, and Internet companies that help to publish AIMI's articles and otherwise participate in advocacy for the mentally ill. This issue can and does affect us all to some degree. We are all neighbors to one another and shop at the same malls. The downside to ignoring this issue are many avoidable conditions, including overcrowded prisons and over $50billion per year for incarceration costs, not counting law enforcement, court costs, and attorney fees for indigent persons. Of course, the most important issue about ignoring the need to treat and not punish our mentally ill family members and neighbors is that discrimination for reason of health disabilities was declared illegal long ago, and it is immoral to punish anyone based on their health status. America can and should do better than this.

On Sundays at 5pm EST, I usually join the discussions on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show. Today, my input was censored by static. My censorship is likely done without the knowledge and cooperation of Internet companies involved. Please remember that even the CIA was reportedly hacked recently. I wrote about that in my MaryLovesJustice blog entitled "Anonymous Hacks the CIA." That is the allegation that went forth on the web after the CIA reportedly went offline on Friday, Feb 10, but it may be inaccurate. Sometimes I wonder if hacking is really done to corporations and government entities to excuse stringent Internet controls. In any case, I am greatly censored for 13 reasons revealed in my article, "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." When I attempt to talk with people in person, police have threatened to Taser and arrest me. When I rely on the Internet and telephones, stalkers disrupt my transmissions. 2. --- If the widget below really plays the Feb. 12 show, you should hear static over Mary Neal's voice during the second half of the show, which was used to censor my input. Stalkers blocked you from hearing me continue this sentence: "If they succeed in censoring the Internet, other people will have no avenue to report when relatives are SECRETLY ARRESTED AND MURDERED LIKE MY MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY DISABLED BROTHER, LARRY NEAL." Fascists played static over my entire input on the February 12 Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk show. They then completely blocked my input at that point to prevent Americans and world citizens from knowing that black people with brain issues like Timothy Bulldog Allen (MI), who Rev. Pinkney spoke about during this and other shows, and Larry Neal (TN) and Mitrice Richardson (CA) are going missing in police custody and are returned to their families as corpses. I do not know if some experiments are being conducted or what is happening, but government officials REFUSE to release any ecordss or give any explanation whatsoever regarding Larry's 18 days of secret incarceration and death in 2003. Rev. Pinkney reports that authorities refuse to release any autopsy report for Timothy Allen. Mitrice Richardson was missing for a year, so forensics could reveal little about her death by the time her body was "found." It stunned me that Attoney General Holder continued the cover-up regarding Larry's murder. There was no Change there.
3. --- On Jan. 8, stalkers cut my connection to the Rev. Pinkney Show as I was reading DOG JUSTICE poem, which exposes the fact that dogs have a protected right to life in America that many citizens lack, especially black people and people with mental health disorders. I dedicated that reading to the family of Timothy "Bulldog" Allen, a black man with brain issues who went missing immediately after last being seen in the presence of police in November 2011 in St. Joseph, Michigan. On Jan. 22, stalkers cut my phone connection as I was informing Americans that Ron Paul introduced H.R.3785 to repeal indefinite detention Section 1021 of the NDAA bill President Obama signed on December 31. Today, on Feb. 12, cyberstalkers interjected static over my voice transmission to prevent people from learning that defeating SOPA and PIPA means little since ACTA treaty was signed in Nov. 2011. The provisions of that treaty allow totalitarian countries, even China, to have a measure of control over what Americans can upload on the Internet and what can remain online. Apparently, we are not to reveal plans for or speak against concentration camps and Internet censorship in America.
4. --- The static you hear superimposed over my voice on the Rev.Pinkney Blogtalk Show on Feb 12 is not because my phone is faulty, but it is because stalkers took control over my phone. I will call the show from a land line on February 19. Listen to the show and see what stalkers do at that time to interfere with my transmission. They usually follow me when I leave home to take over PCs in libraries and rental locales. They may do likewise to disrupt my phone call to the Rev.Pinkney Show next week from a land line. When callers dial my home phone number 678.531.0262, they are usually told the circuits are busy or the number is out of service. Exceptions are close family members and people we communicate with regularly. It is like the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia are in prison and have a visitors list. Some people are allowed to leave a message that is deleted by stalkers and my family never gets to hear. We have changed phone companies and telephone numbers numerous times, but the problem persists. When we dial out, my number may be listed as "private," to keep whomever I called from knowing how to reach us. That happened when I called organizations that fight against Christian persecution. Receptionists asked for my telephone number, and I asked, "Can't you see it on your caller I.D.?" That's when I learned that my telephone number is listed "private" when I make calls to prevent lawyers and organizations from knowing that I called. Perhaps my messages are also deleted from their phone services - no matter what service they use.
5. --- Sometimes, stalkers show my phone calls as coming from a number other than my own. One Sunday, stalkers deleted the digit "6" on Rev. Pinkney's view so that he would not know I was on the line to speak on his show, but he recognized the rest of my phone number and gave me leave to speak. Welcome to the New America and Revelation period. Last week, I discovered that comments left at my articles at MaryLovesJustice Blogger blog have a new symbol in the template that means the comments are "silent." That is done to block my communication with the public and to prevent any lawyers, civil and human rights groups, activists, and persons who are suffering from injustices from using my blogs' comment field to communicate with the Neal family.
6. --- Our home has been transformed into a FEMA camp. I am even followed to the post office and have to smuggle human rights news in America like people did during the French Resistance after France's Nazi invasion. We the People shall overcome fascism only if we all join hands and resist oppression together. That is what we speak about on Blogtalk Radio each Sunday during Rev. Pinkney's broadcasts. But the concept of unifying people of different races, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions to promote justice and democracy is unwelcome in New America. Divisiveness is an oppressive tool to keep Americans from uniting against corporate greed and government misdeeds. Nevertheless, we must continue to work TOGETHER toward liberty and justice for all. Today as I tweeted, my number of tweets did not change every time I posted a new tweet, and the total number of tweets registered differed on my home page and my profile page. Such censorship is captured on video and shared with the public at my YouTube channel JKEMPP703. Again I urge all Americans to support H.R.3785 to repeal the indefinite military detention provision of NDAA. My circumstances reveal that this American family is censored and persecuted for asking about a missing/ murdered relative who died under undisclosed circumstance in government custody and because I advocate for justice for all but primarily to decriminalize mental illness. Be aware that long before there was a number 2873092 stamped on any Jew in Nazi camps, there was a No. 1.
8. --- What if Germany's people had resisted oppression together when abuses of power began in that nation? Instead, many turned a blind eye out of fear or a misguided loyalty to Hitler, who convinced Germans that the entire world was out to get them. There would never have been over 3 million murdered Jewish people or World War II, and Nazis would not have turned Germany into a concentration camp for the next 50years. Failing to address crimes against humanity timely, millions lived behind the Iron Curtain, whispering in their homes, afraid of their own children and neighbors, and being rationed their meals. People all over the world paid a high price when Nazis led Germany into World War II. There were millions of lives lost, freedom was curtailed for decades for millions of Germans, and Europe suffered devastating property damage. "A stitch in time saves nine." Passing H.R.3785 is a stitch Americans should undertake.

The photo is of my brother, Larry Neal, a handicapped American who was secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse after 18 days with records and accountability denied. That led to my becoming "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." See this link http://goo.gl/aELp3 - I founded and direct Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"), advocating for 1.25 million inmates who are wrongly and cruelly imprisoned rather than treated for their mental dysfunctions. I love God and the IDEA of America - a melting pot. Many hard lumps remain in the custard today. AIMI members work to have civil and human rights applied to all, including the mentally ill. We oppose wrongful convictions, prison profiteering, excessive sentencing, police brutality, capital punishment, and inequities in application of the law due to racial and economic disparities. We also oppose crime and recognize crime as being violations against human rights and property rights. Imprisonment is often warranted, but never brutality, torture, or death. We advocate love. The need is for America to "be true to what she said on paper" (MLK).
