Huckabee, Dred Scott, and Armed Prowlers

1) WHY PAY survivors of police violence victims when we could simply kill them cheaper? The Black families have no rights. I have had interesting dialogue with police officers, government officials, and lawyers during the 12 years of my justice quest regarding America's secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. I appreciate Michael Huckabee for clarifying that as far as he and many other Caucasians are concerned, "the Supreme Court’s 1857 ruling in Dred Scott v. Sandford – which held that all blacks, free or enslaved, could not be American citizens – is still the law of the land ... "

2)  Dred Scott was John Sanford's slave. Scott was leased to people in the Wisconsin Territory, where slavery was illegal; therefore, Scott sued for his freedom. The case worked its way up to the Supreme Court where Scott lost. Chief Justice Roger Taney declared that the authors of the Constitution had viewed all blacks as "beings of an inferior order, and altogether unfit to associate with the white race, either in social or political relations, and so far inferior that Negroes had no rights which the white man was bound to respect." Perhaps that is why the U.S. Census used "Negro" as a racial designation in 2010, although use of that word is generally considered offensive and outdated.

3)  It is interesting that Scott, a Black slave living in the 1800's, was not murdered for endeavoring to be free. Scott operated in significantly more liberty than Blacks in America do today, especially myself. Numerous police officers, lawyers, and judges as well as elected and appointed officials are furious that I dare ask "What happened to Larry Neal." I live under extreme persecution because I advocate for justice regarding my handicapped brother's stolen life and speak on behalf of similarly situated people of all races. Some people are so furious with my boldness, in fact, that a Negro man and woman were sneaking around my yard with a rifle and handgun drawn just after nightfall on 9-11-2015, yet police say "no crime was done."

4)  Huckabee came under unjust criticism for truthfully stating that America still operates under the Dred Scott Decision. Whether or not the Dred Scott Decision remains the law of the land, it is definitely observed as law by substantial numbers of Caucasian and Black police officers, elected and appointed officials, and judges throughout the USA, where racism is more American than apple pie. Unfortunately, Blacks in 21st century America have no rights that whites must respect, including the right to life. This point is strengthened by the fact that under the present so-called Black administration, my censorship, persecution, and endangerment for seeking justice have increased.

5)  The U.S. Government refuses to acknowledge that my handicapped brother's right to life was violated by his murder after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 and that my rights have been violated for 12 years in order to prevent disclosure of the murder and to eliminate my voice about atrocious crimes against humanity that are continually suffered by Blacks and other citizens of all races in these United States. Apparently, the Negro woman and man came to deliver the "final solution" to a middle age Black woman who refuses to stay in "her place." When they came face to face in our yard with my grand daughter, they retreated. Apparently, their orders did not include murdering children this time.

6)  I considered the articles, radio programs, and social media posts I had published over the days leading up to the most drastic evidence of my targeting. My recent subjects included (a) through (g) below:

     (a) The National Adult Vaccination Plan (NAVP) the government has to enforce vaccinations on every living American, including dozens of vaccinations for senior citizens like my mother, who is 93 and was not vaccinated before entering school in the 1920's. The plan to enforce vaccinations nationwide would resolve the nation's social security issues if numbers of retired people die. It might also put the nation under Marshal Law, as most Americans are likely to strenuously object to enforced vaccinations with mystery drugs for which the government, drug manufacturers, and medical personnel have been absolved in advance for any injuries and deaths that occur. Blacks in America have been subjected to numerous harmful and deadly medical experiments by the government and are particularly likely to resist NAVP. According to the Massachusetts Martial Law Bill, which its State Senate unanimously passed in 2009, the government's answer to Americans who refuse mandated vaccinations will be to intern all dissidents in concentration camps.

     (b) The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm has been declared not to be "a law firm" by United States District Court, Central District of California. According to the federal court, neither The Cochran Firm nor its district offices meet the criterion to be called "a law firm." The Cochran Firm ignored the court except to file an appeal in the 9th Circuit; media companies ignored the court, and so did all of The Cochran Firm's advertisers. The Cochran Firm is protected from this disclosure because it is a CoIntelPro agent which is dedicated to "keeping wealth out of Black hands" and "maintaining the existing social order," which is elitist white supremacy. Regarding this racist law firm, which regularly defrauds its mostly Black clientele, USDC's decision is ignored like the 14th Amendment is ignored whenever it suits decision makers who prefer the Dred Scott Decision.

     (c) At Twitter, I wrote about the Atlanta mayor and city counsel, who refused to acknowledge my free speech rights. In 2010, two Black Atlanta police officers arrived where I was picketing The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which had been pronounced nonexistent in Georgia by the Superior Court in Fulton County and by Federal Court, which accepted my lawsuit against the firm under the diversity rule. The police officers said they were responding to a 911 call by parties who wanted me to cease and desist talking to people in conversational tones at 127 Peachtree Street. When I reminded the police officers that I have free speech rights, they responded that I had to get my ass home before they Taser and arrest me because I have no free speech rights in Atlanta. They said I was NOT to disclose my brother's lynching or The Cochran Firm's duplicity which prevented justice regarding the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal." The mayor and city counsel sided with their fascist police officers and refused to acknowledge that my rights were violated.

    (d) As usual, I published articles to expose and oppose the hypocrisy of Americans being mass incarcerated for prison profits, including mentally disabled people. I complained about Eric Holder appealing the judge's order to apply the Fair Sentencing Act retroactively. By winning the appeal, Holder kept thousands of Black people wrongly incarcerated who were subjected to racist sentencing laws that punished Black defendants with 100:1 sentencing regarding their use of crack instead of powder cocaine.

    (e) I continued to advocate for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), although mentally ill people of all races are the bread and butter for private prisons and jails and the private probation companies. It is very dangerous to advocate for them to be treated rather than subjected to homelessness, prison and death. Senator Sanders (D-VT) plans to introduce legislation this fall to force corporations out of the prison industry. He also announced plans to eliminate the War on Drugs, which ensnares so many Black people. I commend his courage and hope that many people support his presidency. Ron Paul would have released non-violent drug offenders in 2012, but he was denied adequate press coverage and prevented from participating in the Republican National Convention. Private prison companies are very wealthy and have lobbyists who, unlike Mary Neal, are free to speak on behalf of the private prison industry.

    (f) I wrote about former Vice President Dick Chaney and Attorney General Gonzales, who were indicted in 2008 on charges alleging that they withheld federal prosecution related to prisoner abuse in American correctional institutions for a fee. They never went to trial, but it seems something of that sort happened related to Larry Neal's murder after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. It is unfortunate that the present presidential administration covers for the former one rather than upholding Larry's right to life and my right to speak about that injustice. But Larry and I are Black people who presumably have no rights that U.S. decision makers are bound to honor, according to the Dred Scott Decision.

    (g) Finally, I wrote about former President Bush's plan to enforce smallpox vaccinations for all Americans in 2002 and how ironic it is for America to be again facing government enforced vaccinations by the Obama Administration, which also happened during the H1N1 farce in 2009.

7)  The police officer responded to our call and listened while we told about the two Negroes who prowled our property with guns drawn on 9-11-15, and retreated when they came face to face with a child. Then he said, "No crime was done." He said people have the legal right to openly carry weapons, and that the prowlers had not stolen anything (he did not ask if they had, he told us that they had not). He further said we did not have "no trespassing" signs posted. Again, he did not ask us if we had signs; he told us that we did not have signs although he had not asked or looked. I suppose they told him.

8) I was reminded of other times police and judges have told me regarding our civil and human rights being violated that "no crime was done." When the CoIntelPro agent arrived at our home impersonating a medical nurse and examined my 88-year-old mother's naked buttocks, I was told by police that "no crime was done." When I was followed for six miles by a small truck marked "USDOT" that led four other vehicles, which waylaid me at the Chevron station for over an hour in 2008, no 911 responders arrived after my distress call. They treated me like "no crime was done." When my mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud against the Neals although we had contracted to be its clients in the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal case, Judge Timothy Batten said the lawyer's fraud was "immaterial" and dismissed our lawsuit. Fraud to cover up Larry's murder is still treated like "no crime was done." When we called television stations to report that The Cochran Firm had committed perjury by disclaiming the existence of its Atlanta office to make it appear that our lawsuit was wrongly served, media companies actually said, "So what?" When cyberstalkers send worms and viruses to destroy my computers and my phone calls are prohibited by hackers who are paid to prevent my communication, my complaints are treated like "no crime was done." In fact, police came to my house and told me that I must never tell their superiors they will not respond to my crime reports.

9)  Yes, Huckabee is absolutely right. I solute him for being honest and making us aware of why police and corrections officers are seldom convicted and sentenced for killing unarmed Black people and why newly naturalized citizens and dogs enjoy stronger protections under the law than Blacks do. The Dred Scott Decision is undoubtedly the law that is observed in America. Human and civil rights for Blacks are NOT protected under the 14th Amendment or any other part of the U.S.Constitution. Even Black officials and cops regularly participate in racial discrimination against Black people. We are treated like citizens only when our military service and tax payments are being extracted, which constitutes fraud, and when we are induced to vote for new plantation overseers.

10)  Like Ida B. Wells left Memphis to avoid being lynched, this is a good time to leave Georgia. I stopped driving years ago when I was followed everywhere, and now it seems dangerous to sit on my own porch. It is interesting that my flight will be to escape Negroes who work with elite white supremacists to censor, persecute, and terrorize a Black family for requesting justice regarding a lynching and for demanding human rights for all prisoners. They seem not to care about the Streisand Effect or the films and documents my harm would release. People say the purpose of gangstalking is to run the targets insane, but sometimes it seems the surveillance team goes crazy instead, like George Zimmerman probably did.

11) WHY PAY SURVIVORS OF POLICE VIOLENCE VICTIMS WHEN WE COULD JUST KILL THEM,TOO? THE BLACK FAMILIES HAVE NO RIGHTS.

For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. ~Esther 7:4

BLACK HISTORY MONTH 2015 - "Human Rights Demand" began a discussion on Wednesday, January 28, which continues throughout February: "Secret War on Black America and Victims' Families." Please call (347)857-3293 Wednesdays at 9pm EST to participate. Family members of victims often experience retaliation in the form of financial persecution, police harassment, arrests, or even murder, especially if they expose and oppose wrongful convictions or wrongful deaths. In the bad old days, crosses would burn in Black survivors' yards to warn them against seeking justice after lynchings. Retribution sometimes happens to non-relatives and unrelated supporters, i.e., attorneys and civil/human rights advocates. Eighteen(18) examples might include:

~Kendrick Johnson, Jr. was killed and organs stolen in Lowndes Co., GA - His parents are currently being prosecuted for complaining.

~Larry Neal, 54, secret murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail - Mary Neal endures censorship, terrorism, and stalking.

~Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated - mother assassinated, brother died under suspicious circumstances.

~Malcolm X was assassinated - First male descendant, Malcolm Shabazz, complained about government stalkers; killed in 2013 in Mexico.

~Johnnie Cochran, Jr. represented wrongful death victims' survivors - Cochran's brother and 16-yr-old nephew were killed by unknown assassins in two incidents.

~Jason Smith, 14, died in LA, and his organs were stolen - Father claimed being run out of Eros by the KKK.

~Gregory Johnson, Jr. killed by blunt force trauma at SJSU (falsely ruled suicide by hanging) - His mother claims being censored.

~ji-Jaga Pratt was wrongfully arrested 27 yrs on a CoIntelPro setup - His godson, Tupac, was killed by an unknown assassin.

~John Crawford, III shot by Ohio police in Walmart - His girlfriend, Tasha Thomas, was interrogated by police and died in a suspicious car accident 1/1/15.

~Tamir Rice, 12, shot dead by Officer Tim Loehmann in OH - His sister was arrested at the scene.

RETRIBUTION AGAINST NON-RELATIVES

~Eric Garner's NYPD choke hold death - Ramsey Orta filmed it and is being prosecuted.

~Darren Rainey killed by scalding in a FL prison - Psychotherapist George Mallinckrodt was fired for complaining about his patients' abuse.

~Micheal Brown killed by former officer Darren Wilson - Protesters were tear-gassed, plummeted with rubber bullets, and intimidated by militarized police.

~Alton Maddox, Esq. represented victims of oppression - His NY law license was suspended.

~Lynn Stewart, Esq. represented members of the Black Panther Party and others against the government - Her NY license was suspended, and she was jailed on a 10-year sentence until winning a compassionate release due to illness.

~Rev. Edward Pinkney protested victimization of Blacks in Benton Harbor, MI - Prosecuted and sentenced on voting fraud charges related to a recall petition.

~Social Studies teachers at Howard U Middle School - Fired for teaching Black History. Some objected to the common core curriculum.

~Dr. William Scott, Black History Professor and Author - First male descendant imprisoned over five years without trial - Terrell Scott, Pennsylvania.

On February 4, 2015, our special presenters will be Ralph Poynter and Randy Short. Poynter is a retired New York school teacher, a former union organizer and legal investigator. Short is a well-known human rights advocate who regularly addresses matters of human and civil rights concerns on international media. Human Rights Demand issued an invitation to Alton Maddox and Lynn Stewart to join us on a Black History Month program later in February. We hope to present journalists from African American media companies on a later show, also. Bob Darby will speak during one broadcast about the civil rights era from the standpoint of a Southern Caucasian abolitionist, including the Freedom Riders, his work with a civil rights group at Emory University during the 60s, and the reaction of his fellow students in the Northeastern college he attended upon hearing the announcement of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s death. On February 18, our guest will be H.I. Williams and another guest who will address police oppression and the prison industrial complex.

If you have experienced retaliation or wish to discuss either case listed above or others, please call in every Wednesday in February when the "Human Rights Demand" subject will be retribution. We are particularly interested in speaking with the eighteen(18) people listed above or their representatives. Listeners who do not wish to speak can join us via phone or computer. Archived tapes will be stored at the link below for future access and re-played every Sunday at 3pm EST throughout February.

Judge Anderson vs. Michael Morton: Wrongful Conviction

I looked for my article below in the blog called "Human Rights for Prisoners March" and could not find it at first. I decided long ago that my readers really need the information that cyberstalkers go to lengths to hide. America wrongfully convicts 5k to 10k people per year, mostly people who are black or poor. It keeps them throughout their childbearing years to use them as slaves and for eugenics (to prevent population growth among "undesirable" populations of people, such as blacks). Around the time when people would normally retire, the injustice system may finally admit its mistake and release a few a year. That way the public is convinced the system really cares about innocence, although it does not. That's the game - eugenics and slavery and pretension.

Micheal Morton was not black, and he might not have been poor at the time of his wrongful conviction, which shows that wrongful convictions can happen to anyone who is not a millionaire.

Former judge Ken Anderson, a psychopath

Huffington Post reported on November 8, 2013, that for the first time ever, a corrupt prosecutor was going to jail. "Today in Texas, former prosecutor and judge Ken Anderson plead guilty to intentionally failing to disclose evidence in a case that sent an innocent man, Michael Morton, to prison for the murder of his wife. When trying the case as a prosecutor, Anderson possessed evidence that may have cleared Morton, including statements from the crime's only eyewitness that Morton wasn't the culprit. Anderson sat on this evidence, and then watched Morton get convicted. While Morton remained in prison for the next 25 years, Anderson's career flourished, and he eventually became a judge."

Anderson defrauded Texas taxpayers of approximately $782,150, the approximate cost for Morton's incarceration (the Vera Institute of Justice released a study in 2012 that found the average taxpayer cost in the 40 states it assessed was $31,286 per inmate per year). Although the former judge and prosecutor was sentenced to merely 10 days behind bars for his crime, he was fined $500 and must do 500 hours of community service. Most importantly, Anderson lost his law license. One might assume that Anderson will now face a lawsuit by Morton. See photographs and a thorough explanation of the case in an article that features the entire Morton legal team at "Legal Victories" blog where we report positive legal news
http://legalvictories.blogspot.com/2014/01/anderson-v-justice-for-morton.html

In addition to unethical prosecutors, some forensic labs are responsible for wrongful convictions. FilmingCops.com reports that 180,000 cases will require review, because of one government chemists' deception and another chemist's corruption at Hinton laboratory in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. The Annie Dookhan deception continues to unfold. Dookhan was a government chemist who tampered with thousands of cases, creating fake “evidence” that caused the imprisonment of countless innocent Americans. Dookhan worked as a chemist for the State of Massachusetts, and she had close relationships with prosecutors. These prosecutors were able to successfully convict innocent Americans because Dookhan would taint the evidence, resulting in career boosts for the prosecutors while innocent men and women were torn from their families and locked in cells.  Kate Corbett, who worked in the same lab as Dookhan, claimed that she had a “chemistry degree” from Merrimack College, but she did not. (See two FilmingCops.com urls below that lead to reports about this tragedy.)

So many inmates have proved their innocence and been released from prison that prison investors in Government decided to stop levying criminal charges. Concentration camps are being prepared now for possibly millions of Americans to be warehoused without any criminal charges or opportunities for defense. Indefinite detention without trials in the United States was authorized under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) - approved by Congress in November 2011 and signed by President Obama on New Year's Eve that same year.

Even without NDAA, tens of thousands of innocent people are in prison, because the Supreme Court never recognized Americans' right to have post-conviction DNA tests or new trials on late-arriving evidence. In fact, there is no obligation for prisoners to be released because they present evidence of "actual innocence." Innocent inmates are released now and then just to give the impression of fairness, but most inmates serve their sentences whether innocent or guilty.

Some have not considered that people are in custody from the time a police officer says, "Halt." Many prisoners never make it to a jail cell but are killed during arrests. Those deaths are usually excused altogether or ruled "justified" upon investigation, regardless of the circumstances. There is no information available about how many of the police victims each year are black, white, middle class, poor, healthy, or mentally ill (police do not shoot wealthy people). Most Americans do not know that inmates in the United States are subject to brutality and murders behind bars with no accountability demanded.

It surprises plenty of people to learn that over half of the country's inmates are incarcerated for nonviolent offenses such as possession of small amounts of illegal drugs. Most people are unaware that the U.S.A. has 1.25 million mentally ill inmates. The mentally ill in America used to be treated in mental hospitals or community care programs until the rise of the private prison industry. Now people with brain disorders are warehoused in prisons after denying them psychiatric treatment, and they comprise 60% of inmates in solitary confinement torture.

Some never considered that America has more prisoners than any nation in world history at a staggering cost. The federal government and states spend over $74 billion per year to incarcerate 2.3 million people (roughly $200 billion when including collateral costs: police investigations, prosecution, and indigent defense). Added to that tax money is the cost of caring for minor children and aging parents prisoners must leave behind. The high prison population also causes unemployment among "free" people. Americans were never told that many of their jobs that were "downsized" never left the country but were outsourced to prison labor projects. Over a million inmates work up to 72 hours a week without job benefits for pennies a day or for free.

It has been estimated that between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions happen in America each year (see the link to the study below among nine(9) references). Some of the innocent people are on death row and others are in solitary confinement today - years after their imprisonment. Most Americans care about security but object to wrongful convictions and wrongful executions. We certainly oppose psychopathic district attorneys and corrupt forensic labs railroading innocent people into prison to increase private prison profits and advance legal careers. Since it is understood that most Americans would object to enslaving innocent people, this information is largely censored.

Americans' mass ignorance about its justice system is no accident. Mainstream media does not fully inform about these situations, and millions of people do not use the Internet, or they do not use it to become knowledgeable about these matters. American officials have been accused of working with corporate executives against the interests of the People. The truth is that America itself is a corporation, and its elected and appointed officials are her "executives." I am greatly censored to prevent spread of the truth: America is still a penal colony, and all working class and poor people are essentially her prisoners.

Most of this country's officials do not seem to care if prisoners are innocent or guilty of doing anything illegal or immoral. It may not matter whether the nation's prisons are behind bars or have "work permits" like you do. We must serve the empire either as taxpayers, military personnel, or prisoners. The officials' job is simply to manage the penal colony we know as America, contain dissent, and continue to move people from the slave pool into active slavery through the legal system. If possible, officials try to prevent the People from knowing that we are all, in fact, considered property. The People are distracted from this truth partly by oppressors who encourage disunity through classism, racism and politics. The concentration camps under NDAA are for the day when misinformation becomes ineffective and distraction becomes impossible.

Georgia's Confederate License Plate

GEORGIA is where I write articles and publish radio shows while encountering much interference as I stand for unity, justice, and human rights. It is where I endure financial and emotional persecution for making inquiries about my mentally, physically disabled brother who was killed while under secret arrest in the Memphis Shelby County Jail. Georgia is where my computers are continuously taken over and phones calls are redirected to prevent my civil and human rights to self-expression and due process of law. My family experienced a burglary that was denied investigation. Only our original lawsuits and evidence regarding The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud were stolen. See one of Georgia's new license plates for an explanation:

The AJC wrote, "Georgia law prohibits vanity plates judged to ridicule any race or ethnicity." Lawlessness. The white supremacists have ridiculed themselves again.

FRAUDS AGAINST AMERICAN WORKERS

Stop Electronic Harassment and Covert Surveillance

What Has Happened to America?

Should Americans of all races and socioeconomic levels who expose and complain about injustice continue to be persecuted, maliciously prosecuted, censored, and targeted for covert surveillance and electronic harassment? "Citizen" is defined as a person owing loyalty to and entitled by birth or naturalization to the protection of a state or nation. Many loyal Americans are being subjected to incarceration, police violence, government censorship and other retribution for using their human and constitutional rights to fight oppression. When will you lay aside your prejudices and party loyalty to unite with concerned people of all races and object to the spread of Nazism in our country?

Silent March for Docile Negroes

AWAY WITH YOUR SILENT MARCHES, DOCILE NEGROES! The sound of jail bars clanging shut is LOUD. The sound of police gunfire as bullets rip through sick people and unarmed youths is LOUD! The sound of that first shovel of dirt crashing against the coffin of another young black man is something his family will hear forever. Yet blacks marched through New York City too cowardly to make a sound. Stay home next time, docile Negroes.   http://harlemworldmag.com/2012/06/19/salters-scene-rev-sharpton-leads-silent-protest/

A million man march, then a million father march - What does it mean if black men are too cowardly to stand up and demand a society where their children are safe from being snatched from their villages and ENSLAVED for prison profits? Or shot down by police like rabid dogs? What is the voting booth for if not to get representatives who represent your interests? Marissa Alexander was from our village, and she was snatched to spend 20 years imprisoned for a crime that was not a crime - self protection is a RIGHT. Do not expect me to respect 21st century black men who say we must continue to be quiet and expect nothing, demand nothing. I reject that "docile Nig*er" routine. What does it profit to have blacks drive by me in limos and wave while my own income and my children's prospects for economic freedom are diminished daily? Resist oppression, whatever the source!

Anything that directly affects 10 million Americans (prisoners, probationers, and their families) should be addressed by presidential candidates as well as candidates for state and local offices. In fact, high incarceration numbers affect all 350 million Americans because it costs over $50 billion per year to incarcerate 2.3 million people, and prison labor projects are taking our jobs - including former union jobs. This is not just a "black" problem. But even if it were, what is wrong with the president giving attention to an issue that negatively impacts people who gave him 90% of their votes in 2008? Banks, corporations, Hispanics, and gays got theirs. But blacks are portrayed as being outrageous to expect anything of officials we support with our votes, right? I disagree. DEMAND something!

Bougie Negroes v. Real Change

A couple of years ago, we received tragic reports from Cynthia Johnson, an online friend and member of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). Cynthia alleged that she was raped by a New Jersey police officer in 2008 when two officers went to her home to arrest her on false charges levied by a drug addicted cousin whom she had reported for child neglect. Johnson claims the violent sex crime was hushed up in New Jersey just like my brother’s murder was hushed up in Memphis, Tennessee. She alleged that she was denied a rape kit when she reported the sexual assault to the duty sergeant upon her arrest and that she was deliberately kept incarcerated until the semen dissolved in her body to prevent prosecution for the offense. Please familiarize yourself with the allegations by reading this article, which cyberstalkers refused to allow me to open on May 23, 2012:  “New Jersey v. Cynthia Johnson for Being Young, Gifted and Black” – at this link http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2009/11/new-jersey-v-cynthia-johnson-for-being.html . Police officers who are rapists and murderers must be prosecuted with the same or greater zeal than average citizens. It is particularly disturbing that black women can be raped by Caucasian police officers and a handicapped black man murdered by police without censure in cities that have African American representatives in major offices. This article has five links, which you may not be able to see or access using a cell phone like many blacks rely on for their Internet access. That may have been a tip to white supremacists by the bougie Negroes in their employ.

Unfortunately, the response to African Americans who report major crimes done under the color of law is often censorship and persecution. My online reports about crimes by police officers are censored in Georgia by a team of at least four cyberstalkers at a time who were appointed by and/or are protected in their illegal cyber censorship by officials over justice. In fact, my computer is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week to interfere with reports about crimes against humanity that are allowed by officials in cities across this country and by the United States Department of Justice, which is also under the jurisdiction of an African American, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. When police officers are not censured for criminal conduct, more crime against citizens is encouraged. It is unacceptable that as more of America’s decision makers became black people, respect for the rights of African Americans regressed to the point that unarmed blacks like Kenneth McDade are regularly killed by police, usually without penalty. The brutality and murders of inmates like Larry Neal are covered-up by officials and the media, black women like Cynthia Johnson are raped and elderly veterans like Mr. Chamberlain are killed by police officers who they were commanded to admit into their homes.

It appears that African Americas are relegated back into slavery and that even African American officials who were elected and appointed to positions over justice are actually plantation overseers whose dedication is to slave-catching for prison labor, holding black women still for rape, eliminating harmless handicapped and elderly blacks who cannot contribute to Master’s plantation, and killing or incarcerating young black men and women who might have been protectors of our people and are therefore considered threats and enemies. Moreover, documenting and publishing the re-enslavement of African Americans is treated like such reports are being made in a cruel dictatorship in a third world country that victimizes its own people, such Uganda under Idi Amin, where hundreds of thousands of blacks were slaughtered and some eaten by the African ruler. We live in the day of "elite integration," which started on Southern Plantations. House Negroes were slaves like the blacks in the fields, but they enjoyed an elevated living standard slavery provided just as their owners did. See the poem below, called "ELITE INTEGRATION."

ELITE INTEGRATION, by Mary Neal (all rights reserved)

Elite white people and black people done got together against little people
And they imprisoning 'em and waterboarding 'em and executing 'em

OH, LAWD! OH, LAWD!

Elite white people and black people done got together against little people
They lay 'em off, make 'em bail out banks, laying railroad tracks to concentration camps*
OH, LAWD! OH, LAWD!
___________
*Google "H.R. 645," the FEMA camp bill introduced in January 2009 by Alcee Hastings, a black congressman from Florida, a Democrat. That bill failed; however, NDAA with its provision for concentration camps was signed into law on December 31, 2011 by President Obama. In May 2012, federal Judge Katherine Forrest, Manhattan, declared concentration camps unconstitutional. The Obama administration is reportedly trying to get Judge Forrest to withdraw her order and allow concentration camps in the United States like Nazi Germany had.

My own reports about Larry Neal’s murder under secret arrest, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm’s fraud against  our family and minorities throughout America, abuses and murders of the mentally ill, mass incarceration, brutality, and wrongful executions are treated with enmity by officials whose job is to uphold the people’s rights to life and liberty. See Wrongful Death of Larry Neal website at http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/ . Offenders include African American officials and police officers who have their jobs only because oppressed black people, liberal whites and Jews in the 1960s faced police dogs, powerful water hoses, public beatings and murders in order to get the Voting Rights Act passed, thinking that such legislation would remove the yoke of oppression off our necks. As a result, African Americans now have black oppressors, which improved the position of racist plantation owners rather than the people. With blacks in federal and local positions over the injustice system, African Americans lack the unity that brought down Jim Crow during the civil rights movement and weakened him for decades. Jim Crow has now recovered and is in the prison gym pumping iron. He struts through black neighborhoods and down the corridors of America’s courtrooms and prisons flexing new, bulging muscles, killing, maiming and raping whomever he chooses in full confidence that African American plantation overseers will condone or conceal his crimes. The biggest mistake made by 21st century blacks was forgetting something that white supremacists remember and use against us today: Blacks are useful for raiding and burning villages and bringing out shackled slaves. Blacks are accomplished whipping boys and plantation overseers.

African American voters forgot that Master’s strongest allies who helped him and a handful of whites maintain cruel dominance over thousands of black slaves were the Negroes like those in Master’s kitchen and carriage house, often Mulattoes with whom the master was closely related by blood. The Big House Negroes and their owners shared a common interest in keeping slaves suppressed while they enjoyed the fruits of their labors. House Negroes and supervising field hands were often the masters’ offspring, sex partners, or black-skinned slaves who had proved their loyalty to white supremacists by performing acts of deception and cruelty against other human chattel on Masters’ plantations. As a reward, they got to ride a horse through the fields and wield a whip, drawing blood from pregnant slave women who dared to stand upright while picking cotton and take a moment to rub their sore backs. The kitchen slaves were allowed to butter their children’s biscuits and take leftovers from the evening meal home to their shacks at night. Carriage house Negroes frequently got to leave the plantation when they took their owners to conduct business or to enjoy social events at other plantations. All the other slaves labored throughout their lives and died within a few miles of the slave quarters and fields where they were born unless they were sold. Regular slaves could not even escape the drudgery of their lives through books, as literacy was forbidden. The masters’ carriage drivers were envied by slaves working in hot fields who watched them ride by holding horses’ reins in hands that had no blisters and calluses, wearing shoes and suits without holes, smiling and whistling with their stomachs full.

Big house workers and plantation supervisors were also slaves, but theirs was a more comfortable existence and elevated status made possible by the suffering and degradation of their fellows. They did, however, incur their owners’ waft whenever slaves escaped. It fell to big house Negroes and plantation overseers to learn about escape plans and inform their masters in order to curtail freedom quests and circumvent slave uprisings. The big house Negroes therefore enlisted tipsters in the slave quarters who spied on their brethren in return for small favors like extra biscuits, a bigger garden patch, or lighter duty in the Master’s fields. Therefore, slave masters developed a system of “proxy racism” that continues today. Proxy racists use sold-out blacks to suppress other blacks in order to impose and strengthen white supremacy.

This system of racism by proxy did not crumble after slavery officially ended. Many slave owners bequeathed land to their mulatto relatives and former slaves, giving them a distinct advantage over other blacks. Benevolent white churches and organizations helped to establish black schools. Some of the black schools required entrants to pass a “paper sack test,” limiting admission to lighter-skinned blacks with close blood relationships to their former owners. Blacks with Caucasian rather than Negroid features and those who carried benign messages were promoted and allowed to make significant educational financial and social gains, while “radicals” were persecuted, arrested, and killed for propounding revolutionary messages that were contrary to the interests of white supremacists. People with the best education and contacts tend to rise in business and government. As a result, African Americans are largely represented by sell-outs who still take their orders from white supremacists like house servants did during slavery. Many black journalists publish what white supremacists tell them to and censor news as instructed. Major civil and human rights organizations follow white supremacists’ dictates, and so do many black politicians. Although scores of African Americans excel in business and government and despite large organizations founded on the principle of equal rights for blacks, real progress is hampered by these “gatekeepers” for white supremacists whose order was to “come on in and make America look democratic, but shut the door behind you.” Enough sell-outs are in major positions now that average African Americans feel we as a race have "overcome," which is a fallacy. We as a people believe the mirage that has no basis in fact. See the poem "Mass Hypnosis," by Mary Neal below:

Mass Hypnosis

This is how we'll win the game
Let just a few live the dream
Marches, sit-ins all in vain
Make 'em think they overcame

Show 'em an empty Jim Crowe grave
Apologize for making 'em slaves
Rising tempers, we must tame
Make 'em think they overcame.

Let a few experience success
Toms come aboard and control the rest
Millions will be left in pain
But they'll think they overcame.

I have had numerous run-ins with house Negroes since my brother's murder, whose death is their responsibility to keep hidden from the public. At first, I was not aware that “civil rights for blacks” was a game. There are so many blacks in decision making capacities that I thought America had nearly overcome prejudice until my handicapped brother was secretly arrested and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Memphis is a “chocolate city” with many blacks in decision making capacities. I did not know so many Negroes with titles are merely plantation overseers for white supremacists until I began seeking open disclosure and justice regarding Larry Neal’s murder. It surprised me when the “head Negroes in charge” engaged in a cover-up regarding Larry Neal’s murder by police. That is when I learned that proxy racism is an issue in local and federal government, the media, and civil rights organizations in the 21st century. House Negroes still do their masters’ bidding in order to keep the privileges that go along with their positions and avoid getting on Master’s “bad side.” Negroes in this century continue being white supremacists’ facilitators just as their counterparts in the 1800s suppressed field slaves because doing so provides an elevated living standard. Bougie Negroes get together and compliment each other on what a “credit to their race” they are, give one another awards, etc., and help white supremacists carry forth a false semblance of  American “equality” to the world. Reality for the masses of blacks in 21st century America is quite different from what is projected. We experience runaway rates of unemployment and mass incarceration, unchecked police violence, and endangerment of truth-tellers by blacks and whites who benefit by continuing slavery - under cover.

There is little to no difference between how police violence is handled in America in the 21st century and mob lynchings that occurred immediately after slavery “ended.” This is true although numerous police departments, cities and county governments now have blacks in office and the U.S. Department of Justice itself is headed by a black man. Check this blog later this week, and I will provide details about some of the house Negroes I encountered during my justice quest regarding murders and oppression. I do not know if Georgia is more corroded with sell-out Negroes than other places, but some followed me to the DeKalb County Library to take over the computer I am using now for input. Reporting such crimes to police is useless. Last June, Negro police officers came to my home and told me I had better not report that crimes against me are allowed and that I am never to try to see the black CEO of DeKalb County, Burrell Ellis. This happened after police refused to investigate the car tag belonging to a Negro stalker who said he is "paid well" to follow me. Mayor Kasim Reed, another Negro, is mayor of Atlanta, a city with many blacks on the city council. Last month, I received notice from the city that it takes no responsibility for two Negro Atlanta police officers who threatened to Taser and arrest me for telling people about my brother's lynching and the Cochran Firm fraud against Kathryn Johnston's family and other African Americans throughout the country. America continues to enlarge on slavery, and more house Negroes than ever before are performing their duty to ensure that white supremacy reigns. Meanwhile, misguided African Americans continue to envy the well-dressed, well-fed Negro coachmen who ride by oppressive fields in Masta's carriage with smiks on their faces, holding the horses' reins with uncalloused hands. Field slaves promoted those house Negroes they admired after emancipation, especially mullatos, and the beat goes on.  See an excellent dipiction of the Negro coachman by John Carroll Doyle at http://www.johncdoyle.com/repro_detail.asp?repoID=49  .

Advocacy article by Mary Neal, a Christian human rights activist against hypocrisy, racism, and injustice in America. This article is dedicated to Rev. Edward Pinkney and residents of Benton Harbor, Michigan as they OCCUPY THE PGA http://occupythepga.wordpress.com/ , which was reportedly a great success. Meanwhile, my quest for freedom of press is ongoing. I learned this morning that the cyberstalkers, probably that Negro Michael Moon who came to my home (see "Home Invasion"), removed the link for the Kelly Thomas video from my blog about the homeless man's murder by police in Fullerton, California. See the blog in Dog Justice for Mentally Ill blog at http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com . Thomas was a Caucasian man. Mental illness eliminates white skin privilege, which is losing relevance for all working class whites throughout the country as corporate imperialism replaces the semblance of democracy.

"MASS HYPNOSIS" is a poem about many African Americans who feel that their own lives have progressed when they see black people in leading roles on television, in high government positions, or in positions of power in corporate America. The truth for the masses is very different and may get much, much worse. Who are the NDAA concentration camps intended to house? The pattern in Germany was isolate and exterminate 400,000 people labeled as being mentally ill FIRST. Next, minorities in Germany were isolated and either killed or forced into slavery. Eventually, the entire country existed behind the Iron Curtain - an oppressive situation that lasted for roughly 50 years. In America, 1.25 million people with mental illness are warehoused in prisons. Check. Of the 2.4 million prisoners in America, a million inmates work up to 72 hours a week as slaves. Inmates who refuse to work are put in solitary or serve longer sentences. Enslavement of prisoners. Check. Next Germany as a whole lived in fear behind an iron curtain. America now has NDAA concentration camps ready for the White House to banish people who are "belligerent" according to the wording in Section 1021 of NDAA. No criminal charges will be levied, and there will be no defense. Such a bill removes all human and civil rights from The People. If one is afraid of being whisked away on a whim to some concentration camp, he is not likely to contest anything his government does, no matter how objectionable, on behalf of his neighbors or his own best interests. He has been reduced to the status of a slave, one who has no say-so over himself and his country - one who is terrified of speaking his mind lest he offend those who have the power to intern and even kill him without cause. Google "biomass incinerators" to see where most of the big ovens are - in prisons. Previously, concentration camps in America were used to warehouse minorities, including (a) black slave quarters, (b) Native American reservations, and (c) Japanese camps during World War II. Ghettos for immigrants from Europe operated almost like concentration camps in the 1940's. White and Jewish immigrants were not allowed to go certain places under threat of arrest. Only the elite in America have always been exempt from slavery and concentration camps.

I have lived essentially as a camp detainee for a number of years, and it is horrible. My communication is monitored and controlled to prevent widespread knowledge about the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother, Larry Neal in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com . No one should be subject to secret arrest, brutality and murder, and survivors of such victims should not be censored, stalked, and terrorized to keep crimes against humanity secret. STOP THE CYBERSTALKING TO COVER-UP CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN THE U.S.A. Observe how they changed my text after I hit "submit" on PRISON LABOR PROFITS at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icRD77mugaI (see the video embedded below). I am terrorized and persecuted because I oppose wrongful convictions, mass incarceration, racism and class consciousness in the justice system, capital punishment, and criminalizing mental illness. I want Americans to have the right to be contentious (belligerent) about oppressive laws and loss of liberty we hold as inalienable rights which were given to us by God which were previously upheld by law.

A man posted a tweet saying that because this administration favors gay marriage, it is important not to criticize it on any point. That is divisive. There are many important issues at stake in this election, and liberty is chief among them. So gays may be allowed to marry. Whoop de doo! I doubt if any couples anywhere would live happily ever after as slaves or while watching their friends and family being interned for being "belligerent" or a certain race or religion. When people can be interned without any reason, then any reason will do. SUPPORT H.R.3785 TO REPEAL SECTION 1021 OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT (NDAA). OPPOSE THE WHISTLEBLOWERS IMPROVEMENT ACT. STAND AGAINST GIVING OVER THE SOVEREIGNTY OF OUR OCEANS TO THE UNITED NATIONS. SAY NO THANKS TO ENFORCED MICROCHIPS AND VACCINES. REJECT BEING GOVERNED BY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RESPECT THE CONSTITUTION THAT GUARANTEES OUR HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS.
