NSA Conceals Lynchings?

During my 10-year justice quest that relegated me to my home with significant time to conduct research, I developed the following theory, which I present to you in twenty-three (23) points and four links:

1.   Elitists over and within the government consider all people in the U.S.A. as their personal property. Property owners determine the worth of human chattel based on pigmentation, wealth, and usefulness. The elitists are white supremacists who have little regard for Caucasians, less for yellow and brown people, and none for blacks.

2.   Human chattel move from the slave pool into active slavery as prisoners partly based on race. Subversive Caucasians (dissidents) lose their "white skin privilege."

3.   Humans are most productive when they feel they have self-determination and benefit from their labors. The notion that Americans are free and that the government is of, by, and for the people was imperative to induce human chattel to serve in the military, produce goods and services, pay taxes, and obey laws.

4.   Elitists have a goal to unite the world under one government. To achieve globalization, it is necessary to "flatten" the U.S. economy and citizens' rights to a level equal to more repressive regimes. Elitists desire to pay no more for workers in the United States than similarly situated workers earn in Africa, China, India and other developing nations.

5.   To remove the U.S. Constitution in one event might lead to a civil war and the risk of defeat. Therefore, a slow erosion of citizens rights coupled with progressive impoverishment was deemed the best course.

6.   Police serve the empire. The legal system is used to draw chattel from the slave pool into active slavery in order to preserve the illusion of democracy. Overt abuses of power by police and the legal system incur protests from the populace who do not realize they are all chattel. If the protests threaten the orderly descent into one world government that is planned, the federal government gives the appearance of intervention on behalf of civil rights to calm the populace.

7.   When police departments, jails and prisons or mental hospitals are investigated and found to have established a pattern of abusing citizens "rights," the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) intervenes and obtains oversight of the abusive institution. The U.S.A. arrives at an Agreement with the institution setting forth rules that institution must follow or risk losing its federal financial contribution and/or its autonomy. Abusing the terms of the Agreement could mean considerable fines, closure, arrests, and/or being taken over by the federal government, like airports were after 9/11.

8.  The public is ordinarily satisfied that an abusive police department, jail, prison, or mental hospital will behave under the overview of the USDOJ, and tensions cease. Protests and the threat of a slave rebellion end.

9.   People do not know that many if not all municipalities and institutions (police departments, jails, prisons, and mental hospitals) pay insurance, in money or stocks, to elitists over or within the Justice Department to be exempt from federal investigations and/or negative consequences resulting from their failure to honor citizens' rights or Agreements with the U.S. Government.

10.  When subsequent abuses happen in a "insured" municipality or institution in violation of its Agreement with the U.S. Government, the USDOJ helps the offending municipality or institution to cover up the abuses, including brutality and murders, rather than actually exercising the USDOJ's right to fine, close, take over, disrupt federal funds, and/or arrest officials and criminals directly responsible for the offenses (police officers, correctional officers, or hospital personnel).

11.  Juan Guerra was the only district attorney that I know about who exposed the covert payments made to high government officials to overlook brutality and murders of prisoners. He brought charges and won indictments in Willacy County, Texas in 2008 against the U.S. vice president and former attorney general, and numerous judges and other officials. They were accused of withholding federal investigations regarding abuses in Willacy County jails in exchange for money or private prison stocks. The legal system was used to punish Guerra after he won the grand jury indictments, and the cases never went to court. The proof Guerra used to win indictments and evidence that would have been presented to a jury were never publicly exposed.

12.  Memphis Police Department and Shelby County, Tennessee Government are "insured" entities. In 2000, Shelby County Jail was found to have established a pattern of inmate abuse that necessitated federal overview by the USDOJ. Shelby County officials entered into an Agreement with the U.S.A. to run the jail in accordance to certain guidelines to protect the "rights" of prisoners.

13.  Larry Neal's kidnapping, 18 days of secret incarceration, and murder in Shelby County Jail in 2003 violated the Agreement between the U.S.A. and the jail, but the county received federal protection. Therefore, Larry Neal's murder was covered up by the USDOJ, Shelby County Government, and The Cochran Firm, which entered contract as the Neals' wrongful death attorneys with no intention of actually rendering legal services to its clients. (The managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, Julian Bolton, was himself a Shelby County Commissioner and a former Chairman of the County Commissioners.)

14.  Larry's murder cover-up and The Cochran Firm fraud occurred during a period when the USDOJ was already receiving negative exposure for discriminating against U.S. attorneys who were Democrats and for torture in America's offshore "War on Terror" prisons (Guantanamo and Gitmo). Therefore, there was immediate and intense resistance to my efforts to expose my mentally, physically disabled brother's murder under secret arrest and the USDOJ's complicity in the cover-up.

15.  Shelby County Government, as a paying member of the nation's "protected" institutions and municipalities, and The Cochran Firm, as its security force, were not allowed to face lawsuit for Larry Neal's murder cover-up. Having to pay damages and be exposed to public scrutiny would (a) damage the USDOJ's reliability in the eyes of its other insureds and (b) expose the USDOJ's insurance scheme protecting abusive jails and prisons. I believe it is nationwide.

16.  The USDOJ wrote to me recently affirming that it has NO documents responsive to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests I submitted in 2009: nothing about the USA's Agreement with Shelby County Jail, no copies of reports the jail was mandated to make while operating under that Agreement, and no transcript from the public hearings to release the jail from federal overview. 17.  The "flattening" of America's economy and erosion of citizens' rights continued under the Obama Administration. Protection for "insured" police departments like Memphis has also continued.  Subjugation of African Americans to poverty, police violence, and mass incarceration worsened. At least twenty blacks were killed by police in Memphis since January 2012, and hundreds of unarmed blacks were killed nationwide. However, there is less resistance to oppression than ever before, because President Obama is the first black president and is reportedly "doing the best he can."

18.  The NDAA and other oppressive bills and Executive Orders that might have engendered more significant public protests under a Caucasian president were signed by President Obama. Hopes soon proved futile that Larry's murder would be investigated and that my family might receive due process of law regarding his wrongful death and my censorship and persecution.

19.  Having a black president and attorney general seemed to lessen the chances that oppressed people would receive justice and federal protection, especially blacks. One director of a human rights organization actually told me in 2012 to stop exposing my brother's secret arrest and murder and advocating for other oppressed people because it might negatively impact the president's reelection campaign.

20.  The agenda is on course to implement a one world government. Most media, including so-called independent media companies and social media, courts, state bars, police departments, judges, human and civil rights organizations, politicians from both major parties and independents, whether Caucasians or minorities, have already capitulated. Politicians vote for increasingly oppressive laws and support unsupportable policies, and media companies generally censor the news. They refuse to report or take action against government crimes like Larry's murder and my persecution but participate in government-authorized news reports and protests, like those regarding gay rights, immigration reform, and the Zimmerman verdict.

21. Depopulation and control over the world's food supply are intended to reduce the number of people on earth to a more controllable number and ensure their compliance. Wars, disease, famine, and HAARP disasters will be used to depopulate.

21.  Religion is a stumbling block to the implementation of the one world government, especially Christianity. The Bible forbids bowing down to any man and perceiving men as lords. It forbids apathy about human suffering and participation in causing it. Therefore, Christian evangelism (outreach) is gradually being outlawed.

23. Freedom of press and free speech are or were also impediments to implementing the one world government, which will be comprised of masters and servants. The Internet makes mass communication possible for voices that were never intended to be heard, like mine. Therefore, access to net freedom will be, and already has been, removed from everyone whose communication is not compliant. Net freedom was surrendered by the U.S. Congress in passing the NDAA law.

The National Defense Authorization Bill 2012, unanimously backed by the Senate and passed in the House of Representatives Thursday, contains some language that allows the Pentagon to effectively wage a cyberwar on any domestic enemies of the state. The bill is a serious violation of First Amendment human and civil rights, including freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and the legislation could potentially hinder . . . whistleblowers in independent news media from exposing corruption from within the government.

The National Security Agency (NSA) is a part of the Department of Defense. The NDAA bill not only authorized the indefinite detention of people in America without criminal charges and trials, but it also authorized clandestine Internet attacks against people, groups, and nations, such as I experienced for years before attacks on First Amendment rights were made "legal" to "defend our nation." Agents do not just monitor everyone's emails and phone calls like Edward Snowden reported, but they also surreptitiously change or prevent communication that is censored, like the secret arrest and murder of a disabled black man in a "protected" jail and my advocacy to decriminalize mental illness and reduce mass incarceration. I advocated against passage of NDAA and united with two Facebook groups against it. NSA or other hackers apparently objected to my participation and terminated my membership in PANDA. That really is "an offensive operation in cyberspace."

Fakes Grandstand on Martin's Coffin

Many people grandstand on Trayvon Martin's coffin. I doubt if there will be any civil rights charges against Zimmerman. "Leaders" take this opportunity to make statements that will be widely quoted in the media and win public support WITHOUT actually doing a damn thing for black teens or their families. While you have their attention, demand JOBS, an end to mass incarceration and Stop & Frisk, immediate release of political prisoners, investigation and prosecution of murderous police officers, and a nationwide repeal of 'Stand Your Ground' laws. It is time for The People to stop letting the media and government pick our battles. We are very concerned about justice for Trayvon Martin, but his murder is symptomatic of systemic racism that negatively impacts blacks on many fronts that will not be addressed merely by levying federal charges against Zimmerman. Demand changes that will help safeguard living Trayvon Martins throughout America.

Marijuana Arrests: It's a Black Thang

Who are the victims of mass incarceration? Many are young people arrested for possession of marijuana and taxpayers who shell out roughly $50,000 per year to "save society" from each nonviolent youth with a joint. More than 1.6 million people were arrested for drug offenses in the US in 2010, according to the FBI's Uniform Crime Report 2010, and more than half of them were for marijuana. That's a drug arrest every 19 seconds, 24 hours a day, every day. The numbers suggest that despite "no more war on drugs" rhetoric emanating from Washington, the drug war juggernaut is rolling along on cruise control. The aggressive enforcement of marijuana possession laws needlessly ensnares hundreds of thousands of people into the criminal justice system and wastes billions of taxpayers’ dollars. What’s more, it is carried out with staggering racial bias.

Blacks are four times more likely to endure marijuana arrests than whites, although marijuana usage is slightly higher among whites. Rev. Jessie Jackson and others planned a march on White House on June 17 over marijuana arrests. Arrests may be to eliminate blacks competing for jobs and to take voting rights. Rev. Jackson says blacks are in a "state of emergency" and requests the President's help.

Black and brown youths are probably 100 times more likely to endure warrantless searches of their persons than their white counterparts. The recent "stop and frisk" trial in New York revealed that police were instructed to intimidate minorities and were actually given arrest quotas. The United States Department of Justice is set to investigate New York for a pattern of civil rights violations. See "Atty. Taxpayers have shouldered the cost of arresting and incarcerating hundreds of thousands of people for the possession of marijuana, often in small quantities for personal use. Some national estimates put the annual cost of marijuana arrests above $10 billion, and low-level arrests for marijuana possession cost New York City alone $75 million in 2010.

In Georgia, Gov. Nathan Deal seeks to reduce incarceration of nonviolent drug offenders by diverting them to alternative programs, including drug courts, DUI courts, mental health courts, day reporting centers and expanded probation and treatment options. Other states should follow his lead to lessen the burden on taxpayers and avoid over-prosecution of marijuana users.

Besides the racism and over-prosecution inherent in America's "War on Drugs," many lives have been lost in the war, including police officers and potential defendants. New York police officers recently followed a teen home, entered by force, and shot him to death as he flushed a small amount of marijuana down the toilet. Can you picture that happening to a Caucasian child in an affluent neighborhood? It is time for everyone, especially African Americans and Latinos, to unite and denounce mass incarceration with Rev. Jackson, Dr. Boyce Watkins and Russell Simmons, along with 175 celebrities and public figures in their campaign to end the War on Drugs and Mass Incarceration.  You can learn more at this link. 

The real shame is that the criminal justice system is sometimes used to penalize people for noncriminal behavior. For example, a judge recently responded to an assault victim by demanding sex in exchange for 'legal favors.' She filed a complaint, and he sent cops to plant meth in her car. If the judge had not retaliated against the woman for rejecting his sexual advances, neither he nor the police officers would be in trouble today. (Updated at the bottom) Katherine Conner is a wrongly convicted woman who needs and deserves our support. Katherine was ordered to pay $388 per month for probation and restitution fees out of her low income, which is only $586 per month. Katherine was unable to care for herself and her household out of just $198 per month. Katherine paid $100 per month to the probation office, but she is now $3,000 behind. In March a judge ordered Katherine to pay the full amount that is past due by June 2013 or face imprisonment. We ask that 300 people give at least $10 to help Katherine Conner to raise her past due probation fees, or this innocent woman will be imprisoned in June 2013. Katherine was a working mother whose home was damaged by Katrina. She hired a contractor to repair her house in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, and that is where her trouble began. Katherine signed contract with Ralph Jefferson and agreed to pay $7,000 before repairs started on her house and $7,000 once Mr. Jefferson completed the job. Twice during the repairs, Katherine's contractor threatened to temporarily stop work on her house because he lacked the money to purchase materials and pay his workers. He requested and received advance payments on Katherine's final payment. Katherine advanced her contractor $3,500. When Katherine was presented with her final bill for the home repairs, she was addressing a problem on the phone and was distracted. She wrote the check for the entire amount on the contractor's invoice, plus $574. Katherine immediately realized her mistake. She called the contractor and asked for her check back and a corrected bill giving her credit for the advanced payments. The contractor refused. At that point, Katherine Conner did what any of us would have done. She cancelled the check, thinking that the contractor would return with a corrected bill when he saw that it was impossible to cash the check. Unfortunately, Katherine's credit union only cancelled the check to stop counter payments and did not also stop bank withdrawals. Katherine's contractor therefore received payment on the $7,574 check that Katherine had already cancelled. Katherine complained to Pelican State Credit Union. The credit union acknowledged its error and and withdrew the money from the contractor's bank to repay Katherine. The contractor then filed a criminal complaint against Katherine and claimed she had done "theft of services." Katherine was arrested and prosecuted on what she feels should not have been a criminal justice matter, but a civil justice matter. All Katherine wanted was a corrected bill that credited her for the $3,500 advance payments she had made on her home repairs. Instead, Katherine was arrested for the first time in her 52 years, and she was faced with paying a bond and attorneys' fees in her defense.

At first, Katherine was convinced that once Prosecutor Samuel C. DaQuilla and Judge George H. Ware, Jr. saw her evidence and understood that she never wrote a check on insufficient funds, her trouble would be over. She hoped that they would not allow an unlicensed contractor from Mississippi to take unfair advantage of a Louisiana Katrina victim by demanding thousands more than the contracted sum for home repairs that were not actually finished. Katherine Conner was so disturbed about her arrest on criminal charges, in fact, that she filed a grievance against the officers of the court. Katherine certainly regrets complaining about the judge and district attorney now, because they refused to recuse themselves from her case. She was convicted and sentenced to pay 77% of her monthly income in probation fees. Since then, Katherine has been rejected by several employers due to her wrongful conviction on felony charges, and she got behind in her probation fees. Katherine Conner appealed to the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Surprisingly, the higher court upheld the conviction but ruled that Katherine Conner's probation fees should be appropriate according to her income. The lower court, however, levied unreasonable probation and restitution fees. Katherine appealed to the public, hoping to find legal assistance. She published videos and petitions to protest her conviction and gave numerous radio interviews: "Say Your Piece - Selena McCall," "Dr. Shirley Moore," "Brian Coleman," "Bill Windsor," "Rev. Katherine Conner received some donations toward her probation and borrowed the rest. Now she struggles to pay her monthly probation and restitution fees which amount that is 70% of her income PLUS repay her loan. Meanwhile, her district attorney continues his attacks on black people. District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla had Herman Wallace re-indicted for murder a few days after he was released from 41 years of solitary confinement in Angola Prison. Wallace, one of the Angola 3, probably died immediately upon hearing the news in hospice care that he was due in court in December 2013.

“I say he is a murderer, and he is not innocent,” District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla said. “The conviction was overturned because the federal judge perceived a flaw in the indictment — not his murder conviction.”

D’Aquilla said Wallace's attorney Nicholas J. Trenticosta, of New Orleans, was wrong when he said Tuesday that Wallace is “a free man, and he’s innocent.”

Little Wilson Reyes, a student at Public School 114 in the Bronx, NY, reportedly got into a fight with a fellow student in December after he was accused of taking $5 of lunch money that had fallen on the ground in front of him. We are trying to alert the public about your son, Matthew Moore, a living Trayvon Martin. Unlike Martin, it is not a neighborhood watchman who is trying to destroy your son under the color of law, but the lawless, heartless, racist, mercenary injustice system itself. I understand that you and Matthew live in a small Louisiana parish like Jena6, and your son was wrongly convicted in April because the District Attorney feels that you, Kathrine Conner, need an attitude adjustment. The District Attorney said to you before witnesses in a very loud voice that he was going to arrest your son because of your attitude, and he did. Now another youth is entangled in the justice system, not because of anything he did wrong, but because his mother has a philosophy of liberty that will not be tolerated in black women living in that Louisiana parish - even in the 21st century. Government officials pretend to care about human rights abroad while allowing such injustices, including police murders. 

You were surprised that so-called civil/human rights organizations help the injustice system keep such abuses quiet and will not help innocent victims like Matthew, but it would have surprised me more if they had helped you. I think they get a cut of prison profits for being quiet about innocent people being wrongly prosecuted, and in Matt's case, persecuted for having an outspoken mom. Prison profiteering has spread through America like an airborne disease, Katherine. Defense attorneys like The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm defraud clients in civil and criminal courts by pretending to represent their clients while actually working for government entities and corporations behind the clients' backs. They deliberately give ineffectual counseling in criminal matters, alleged a former client, and withhold lawsuits or settle suits for much less than the value of their clients' claims in civil court.  

Mainstream media is very much at fault for helping to contain reports from the public about victimized families like yours and mine. That is likely because the owners of major media companies are in the slave trade as stockholders in private prison companies, just as plenty of defense attorneys, prosecutors, judges, and elected officials are. Thank God that until Congress passes a draconian bill to censor the Internet, Americans have that resource for mass communication to tell our own stories. Congress will continue to introduce bills to censor Americans and has CISPA pending before the U.S. Senate right now. Meanwhile, my reports about people like Matthew, who is wrongly convicted, and Kelly Thomas, a mentally ill homeless man police beat to death, are highly censored. 

News and videos were released about Kelly because (a) he was white, and (b) his fatal beating was done in public. Larry was black and he was murdered behind bars in Memphis Shelby County Jail following 18 days of secret incarceration while our family searched for him as a missing person who police falsely denied having. Mainstream media and justice authorities ignore his death because they are hypocrites and racists, including the black ones. I am heavily censored to continue the cover-up about Larry Neal's murder and The Cochran Firm fraud that followed, Katherine. Yet, I do what I can to help people like Matthew Moore have justice despite the censorship I endure in this land of "free speech" that bombs other countries for crimes against humanity, so it is said.
