Fakes Grandstand on Martin's Coffin

Many people grandstand on Trayvon Martin's coffin. I doubt if there will be any civil rights charges against Zimmerman. "Leaders" take this opportunity to make statements that will be widely quoted in the media and win public support WITHOUT actually doing a damn thing for black teens or their families. While you have their attention, demand JOBS, an end to mass incarceration and Stop & Frisk, immediate release of political prisoners, investigation and prosecution of murderous police officers, and a nationwide repeal of 'Stand Your Ground' laws. It is time for The People to stop letting the media and government pick our battles. We are very concerned about justice for Trayvon Martin, but his murder is symptomatic of systemic racism that negatively impacts blacks on many fronts that will not be addressed merely by levying federal charges against Zimmerman. The Trayvon Martin protests have the markings of a psychological operation (PSYOP) operation. PSYOPs, or, officially since 2010, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals (Wikipedia). The one and only death that the government WANTS protested and for which it ENCOURAGES demonstrations may go to jury this week. Thousands of unarmed blacks were killed in extrajudicial violence by police and under the guise of law and order before Martin, and thousands more have gone into mass incarceration or died since Trayvon's death in 2012. DON'T JOIN THE DEAD AND INCARCERATED WHEN THE JURY VERDICT IS READ. 

IF ZIMMERMAN IS ACQUITTED, STAY HOME. DON'T GO TO ANY GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED DEMONSTRATIONS. Not all the protests are sponsored by the U.S. Government. Most are organized by peaceful individuals and groups that hate injustice and wish to show support for Martin's family. However, it is suspicious that mainstream media, which ordinarily suppresses news reports regarding the wrongful deaths of blacks, highlights Martin's death, and the government is reportedly sponsoring protests.

Please don't be anyone's diversion from scandals involving NSA spying, the IRS targeting law-abiding citizens and organizations, and the Benghazi tragedy. With the 2011 passage of NDAA, all Americans became subject to indefinite concentration camp internment without any trials whatsoever. Personnel for the camps were hired even before the bill was passed in Congress and signed into law by the president on New Year's Eve, 2011. Under Martial Law, gun ownership rights would be suspended along with the U.S. Constitution.

RIOT TALK: Disturbing reports from the media include: "Shapiro: Sanford police preparing for riots if Zimmerman is acquitted." The sheriff's office announced that it was "working closely with the Sanford Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies" on a "response plan in anticipation of the verdict."

If you attend demonstrations regarding Zimmerman's acquittal or conviction, or any other matter, please be aware of "agent provocateurs." Traditionally, an agent provocateur (plural: agents provocateurs, French for "inciting agent(s)") is an agent employed by the POLICE or other entity to act UNDERCOVER to entice or provoke another person to commit an illegal act or falsely implicate them in partaking in the illegal act. More generally, the term may refer to an undercover person or group of persons that seek to discredit or harm another group (often, peaceful protest or demonstration) by provoking them to commit a wrong or rash action (thus, undermining the protest or demonstration as whole). (Wikipedia). Agent provocateurs start looting, shooting, and setting fires in the midst of what was intended to be a peaceful demonstration, and guess who gets blamed for their conduct.

Even in the Dirty South, blacks have been placed in positions of responsibility over "law and order." The United States Attorney General is black, and many urban areas also have black attorney generals, sheriffs, mayors, etc. That fact would ensure that the rest of the world would not be able to accuse the U.S.A. of "racism" regarding the mass roundup of blacks throughout this country should riots follow the Zimmerman verdict or any other trigger for Martial Law. Blacks would be the ones to sign your internment orders, just as the Black Congressional Caucus of 1986 signed off on the stronger sentences for crack as opposed to powder cocaine, and just as blacks in the NAACP asked the U.S. Congress to please outlaw menthol cigarettes in 2011, and only menthol - the kind of cigarettes that 85% of black smokers use. It would not be at all difficult to have black agent provocateurs start civil unrest to excuse Martial Law and a war against blacks in the USA.

Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities. The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist."

It is illegal for the government to use psyops against Americans, but according to allegations by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), PSYOPS may have been used against members of Congress to start the Afghanistan war. CNN covered the Trayvon Martin case 24 hours a day, whereas the media often withholds reports about the murders of black people in America by law enforcement, a common occurrence. The Malcolm X Foundation published reports about 120 extrajudicial killings of black people between January and June 2012. This writer picketed CNN and American media companies for refusing to report the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled black man who was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in Tennessee in 2003 (Google "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com"). Not a single reporter asked why CNN was being picketed, because that murder is covered-up like many others. There is something very different about the Trayvon Martin murder case. The government allegedly funded some protest demonstrations, according to Judicial Watch, and law enforcement definitely allowed postings on Facebook and other social media calling for riots and Zimmerman's murder.

How Important is Innocence in Criminal Justice?

DEATH TO THE DEATH PENALTY!

 
Do you see the photo of a public hanging directly above? The prison profiteers' cyberstalkers which the U.S. Government and Georgia justice officials and police allow to censor my Internet input may remove it. I encountered a good deal of cyberstalking placing it here. Perhaps the injustice system believes we will forget that executions are barbaric activities if they remove my pictorial reminder. Maybe without a photo, they hope we will forget that it is nothing new for mobs of people to kill simply because they are bloodthirsty bigots without consideration about the guilt or innocence of their victims, as long as the victims are black like Anthony Bartee or from among working class whites like Hank Skinner. Skinner won a stay of execution in November 2011, but he has also not been allowed to take a DNA test to date. Stays of execution are therefore issued to delay, but not to eliminate, the possibility of killing innocents. 

It was long ago decided that when barbarians want to do a murder, they must go through a court process first. After that, INNOCENCE DOES NOT MATTER. I respectfully disagree, and it is your duty to disagree along with me. Hundreds of people who went through a "full and fair trial" were later found to be actually innocent and were exonerated based on post-conviction evidence, including DNA test results. Bartee deserves the right to use every means available to prove his innocence. No one should be executed without irrefutable proof of guilt, especially while the state denies access to test evidence that was used to incriminate him. Punishing innocent people for crimes violates not only the wrongly convicted but also crime victims. 


Summary of Bartee's offense from "Crime & Capital Punishment.com"  On August 15, 1996, in San Antonio, Bartee murdered 37-year-old David Cook by using a nine-millimeter pistol to fatally shoot him in the head and neck. Bartee then took Cook's motorcycle and fled the scene. For Texas to prevent Bartee from testing his DNA against the evidence puts Texas in the position to kill another innocent man. Did Bartee kill his friend? Perhaps. But the idea that he or any convicted person might be innocent is worth a test. Hundreds of prosecutors, judges, juries, and even eye witnesses have been wrong before. Hundreds. People are innocent until proven guilty. That has not happened where a single shred of doubt remains, whether the accused is a convicted felon like Bartee or a person with no prior offenses like Troy Davis. In Bible Belt states where people feel compelled to continue DP, The Unholy Race to execute the most people before the Second Coming, capital punishment should be off the table except for offenders with sound mental health against whom the state has irrefutable proof of guilt.


Military people from America's working class are dispatched throughout the world risking their lives in battles that are supposedly for human rights. Millions of men and women have died over the course of five centuries to protect Americans' civil rights that are guaranteed under the Constitution, and the right to life is chief among them. However our justice system quibbles over whether U.S. citizens should be allowed to perform DNA tests at their own expense to avoid wrongful execution! That is absurd, inhumane, and unAmerican. As minorities like Bartee and working class whites like Skinner are imprisoned and executed in America with their guilt not proved, please remember that their so-called "right to life" is exactly equal to your own - disregarded by elitists over the justice system and therefore nonexistent. 

Over the Holidays, Congress and the President approved NDAA, which subjects people to indefinite military detention (concentration camps) without criminal charges. And Bartee, an innocent man, faces execution on May 2, begging for a test the state refuses to give him. Both problems stem from the fact that the lives and human rights of minorities and working class whites are considered "immaterial" by elitists. Elitists decision makers disregard the sacrifices that generations of military families and civil rights activists made to make America a land of liberty and justice for all. We the People can and must address both problems: (1) Support H.R.3785, the congressional bill introduced by Rep. Ron Paul in January to repeal the concentration camp provision of NDAA. (2) Please stand up for Bartee's right to life. In so doing, you take a stand for yourselves, your families, and for all working class Americans. No wealthy American would be denied DNA tests like Bartee and Skinner are. Insist that guilt must be proved by every means available before depriving Bartee of life. Isn't that what you want for yourself? Isn't it what you, Bartee, and every person deserve? 

The Innocence Projects maps exonerations by state, geographic trends, and individual cases at this link http://www.innocenceproject.org/news/StateView.php . The fact that more than 250 Americans have been spared from wrongful incarceration and execution through DNA testing necessitates Bartee's execution being stayed and a test actually being given this time. Stays of execution must stop being an elitist game to temporarily reduce public outrage about the government killing innocent Americans. The trickery is not appreciated.

God said we must take a stand against unrighteousness and love our neighbors as we do ourselves. Georgia Is Corrupt Because the USDOJ Is - Cochran Firm Fraud

Brian Dunn, Esq., from The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm Fraud law firm, addressed Trayvon Martin supporters in California. L. A. Times carries a report about Dunn addressing the gathering in Inglewood, California, but L.A. Times never reported The Cochran Firm's frauds against its minority clients that continue to happen across America. The CoIntelPro lawyers regularly defraud Africans in America to reduce or eliminate payouts to families after police violence and corporate wrongdoing cause deaths and catastrophic injuries to that law firm's own clients. Mainstream media is party to covering up The Cochran Firm's role as a New World Order agent against blacks. The media, lawyer referral services, and consumer protection agencies (including the FTC) hide many lawsuits filed against The Cochran Firm by legal consumers and even its own attorneys for its RACIST, unethical, illegal frauds against its own clients and former attorneys and staff. The cases listed above were all civil cases wherein The Cochran Firm allegedly defrauded its own clients and employees. How many criminal defendants has The Cochran Firm railroaded in criminal court to help prison investors? My phone is monitored and calls are curtailed (offenses allowed by authorities), but a phone call from one former Cochran Firm client who claimed being defrauded in a criminal case did reach me. How many more are there? The fraud lawyers even advertise their services for condemned men facing execution. SHAME ON EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD BUT TAKE NO ACTION TO WARN MINORITY PEOPLE. Who knows what happened to Johnnie Cochran to get his name to misuse in this fashion?

Times, which likely NEVER reported The Cochran Firm's growing reputation for defrauding its own clients to help police and large corporations, carried the report on Dunn addressing about 1,000 Trayvon Martin supporters in Inglewood where Dunn pulled an April Fool prank on 99% People by pretending The Cochran Firm is a law firm oppressed people can trust with wrongful death cases by speaking for Trayvon Martin. An excerpt from the report is below:

April 1, 2012 -- One speaker at the town hall meeting, attorney Brian Dunn of the Cochran Firm, told the audience: “The only thing that’s really unusual about this case is the fact that people are finally paying attention to what has been going on for years and years.When we’re starting to talk about Travyon Martin, what we’re seeing is -- not only by your presence here, but by the national outcry -- people are getting tired of this phenomenon, and I think that that cannot be understated because this kind of thing happens all the time,” Dunn said.
