White People, Sign My ATL "Pass"

Hello, online friends of freedom. I request your assistance. Below is a "pass" for Whites to sign for me to go into Atlanta and speak in conversational tones with people about giving "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" and the "Human Rights for Prisoners March." In 2010, I was threatened by two Black police officers who said they were responding to a 911 call to make me leave from the sidewalk in front of the court-declared "nonexistent" office of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm at 127 Peachtree Street. Since I plan to go back to that location, I thought that as a Black woman, my free speech rights might be protected if I have a "pass" from White Americans. In addition, people of all races are invited to sign my Petition for Free Speech online at iPetitions. Petitioners request the U.S. government to stop hackers from destroying my computers, taking over my telephones, and stop whomever sends stalkers to follow me in order to interrupt my advocacy for America's mentally ill prisoners of all races. I advocate for the government to respect the human rights of all prisoners institutionalized within this country. The petition to FREE MARY NEAL is at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/FreeMaryNeal (sometimes the petition disappears from my blogs' margins, but it should be there). Thank you in advance for signing my "pass" White friends of freedom. All others can sign, too, although your input will not count. Select the appropriate response below, and share my pass with your friends.

It is very important for me to get signatures from many White People on my pass, because your own human rights are also compromised. Your signatures do not have the weight that they once had. Innocent White elders are being killed by police in their homes, and unarmed White youths are being gunned down by police like they are Blacks - even young White women. I publish such wrongful deaths at my blogs and at Google+ and Facebook. I used to use Care2 more often than I do now, because my account there was completely taken over by NSA or other hackers. I believe that it is important for all races of people to unite and resist oppression. (Genesis 11:6). Please unite with me to enforce my human rights to free speech. If you do not, nobody else will. Elitist white supremacists mean nothing good for any of us, no matter what race we working class people are.

White skin privilege is receding fast, and it may soon disappear altogether after officials finish their job of "flattening the U.S. economy." Corporations desire to pay no more for labor inside America than they do in China, Africa, India, and other developing countries. Over 2.3 million Americans are now prison slaves, omitted from laws enforcing minimum wage, unemployment benefits, safe work environments, and denied pay for sick days, holidays, and vacations. Many former union jobs have already disappeared behind prison walls and to other countries. White people need to act fast before they are as oppressed as Blacks have always been in the USA.

Oppression in America began with the mentally ill, like it did in Nazi Germany. Later, it spread in Germany to include the isolation and murders of minorities: Jews, Blacks, and dissidents. Eventually, the entire country was surrounded by an iron curtain, and nobody was free. While we still have the First Amendment as a law, please use it to denounce my oppression for exercising my rights as listed in the Bill of Rights: Free Speech, Freedom of Press, the right to Peaceful Assembly (online and in person with right-minded people), Religious Freedom (God said I must speak up for the poor and oppressed and all who are appointed to destruction in Pv.31:8-9), and the Right to Relay Grievances to Public Officials, such as the 2003 secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and the refusal of Memphis Shelby County Jail and the U.S. Department of Justice to respond to my FIOA requests with records and information about his secret, fatal arrest.

I do not consider honoring the Bill of Rights to be unreasonable and burdensome on public officials, but they apparently do. If you believe the rights under the U.S. Constitution and the International Declaration of Human Rights should be honored and protected for all people -- even Black women -- please sign my Petition to Free Mary Neal and sign my "pass" to speak to people in Atlanta, a very oppressive city where officials feign pride in being the birthplace of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

New Human Rights Demand Shows

I.
"HUMAN RIGHTS DEMAND" channel is so censored that several guest hosts have left our station who shared news that Americans are not intended to hear, such as "Ralph Poynter What's Happening," a show dedicated to the release of ‪#‎politicalprisoners‬; MOTHERS MARCH for PEACE, a show to highlight and end community violence, such as killings by youth gangs; and Dr. Mustafa Ansari, a human rights lawyer who talked to us about our rights under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. My guest hosts are experts whose time is valuable. They cannot spend hours battling with hackers to be heard, like I have to do. They refused to be censored the way that human rights broadcasts are in the USA, especially shows connected to Mary Neal, whose handicapped brother was secretly arrested and murdered by the Government and who exposes America's new CoIntelPro program against ethnic people: The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud (Google that). This article contains fourteen(14) numbered paragraphs.
II.
I have no doubt that our "Stop Mandatory Vaccines" show, which will debut 9pmEST on Wednesday, August 26, will also engender ‪#‎censorship‬, but we will undoubtedly produce some excellent broadcasts that exhibit the People's strong resistance to Americans' new designation as being "Property of the U.S. Government." Please call-in at (347)857.3293 or Internet at http://www.blogtalkradio.humanrightsdemand . We also welcome guests who have differing viewpoints and information. Therefore, if any of you are in favor of mandatory vaccines, please join us. We will feature guests who are advocates against mandatory vaccinations, especially doctors and nurses, and we are open to receive comments by CDC personnel and other government supporters of mandatory vaccines. Since this new show will be hosted by Mary Neal and not a guest host like the shows ‪#‎hackers‬ attacked and ended, we should have an interesting fall 2015.
III.
Another new "Human Rights Demand" show's debut was Sunday, August 16: "Stop CPS Abuses." It featured family rights advocate Aleah Holland, author of "A Little Lynched ~ Amber Alert: a Judge-Ordered Kidnapping." She is a families rights advocate. Our guests included Rev. Dorothy Mackey, a human rights advocate especially on behalf of children and military people who were victimized by sex abuse. Dr. Shirley Moore also joined us. Dr. Moore is a human rights advocate who has a long history of helping parents who had/have CPS issues. "Stop CPS Abuses" broadcasts air on Sundays at 6pmEST until 8pmEST. You are invited to call-in at (347)857.3293 and use the url in the paragraph above to listen via Internet.
IV.
Please see our radio schedule for more shows at "Human Rights Demand" channel as well as "NNIA1" channel, where we broadcast "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" on Wednesday nights at 12pmEST and the "MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting" on Sunday nights at midnight EST. Whether one is a Christian or not, it is important to respect the advice/commandment in Proverbs 31:8-9 in order to have a civil society: "Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy."
V.
Please feel free to make suggestions for ‪#‎humanrights‬ shows that you would like to host or hear aired. If any of you would like to host a new show regarding political prisoners, community violence, homelessness, Native American affairs, or have the expertise to host a show regarding International Human Rights, especially free speech and freedom of press, I would prioritize scheduling shows around those subjects. Search in our archives at Blogtalkradio for previous regular shows on those issues. Our show on homelessness was hosted by Bob Darby, author of "Bloody Toombs" and founder of the Atlanta chapter of Food Not Bombs. He is a special friend of organizations I founded and direct, "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" and "Human Rights for Prisoners March."
VI.
Thank you for caring about our human rights. As announced by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, our civil rights have already expired. He said, "The Constitution is dead, dead, dead!" Let us therefore hold fast to our human rights that were bestowed upon us by our Creator, lest we also lose those. The elimination of Americans' civil rights did not happen through a violent overthrow by a foreign power. It happened through the slow erosion of personal rights and liberties by elected representatives who enacted new legislation that cancelled our rights under the U.S. Constitution. African Americans' demands for "equal rights" in the USA are being answered, not by elevating citizens of color to the same status enjoyed by Anglos, but by eroding the rights of Caucasians until no people who lack millions of dollars in cash and assets have rights that are actually respected and protected. This is class and race warfare.
VII.
"Citizen" is defined thusly in Blacks Law Dictionary: "In general, a member of a free city or jural society, (civitas.) possessing all the rights and privileges which can be enjoyed by any person under its constitution and government, and subject to the corresponding duties." Therefore, citizenship is based on rights one has as compared to others in the same potentially repressive regime, and there is no mention of the government's responsibility to the People. "Citizen" used to be defined as "one who by birth or naturalization owes a debt of loyalty to a country and is entitled to protection by the country." That is a significant Change. Therefore, citizens' rights are arbitrary and subject to downgrading at the whim of elitist decision makers, whereas inalienable human rights are not. Nevertheless, this is lawless America where human rights are regularly violated. It behooves us to therefore ensure that human rights are not violated as a result of our apathy and silence.
VIII.
Frederick Douglass said, "This struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, and it may be both moral and physical, but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress." Therefore, our radio channel is called "Human Rights Demand."
IX.
Whereas censorship happens at "Human Rights Demand," it will never come from the station director, and it will always be exposed and opposed to the fullest extent that is lawful. We plan a march and rally against Internet censorship in Silicon Valley at the earliest possible convenience (Occupy Silicon Valley). Your contributions are necessary. Contribute to "Human Rights Demand" by PayPal to MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Give by GoFundMe at http://gofundme.com/ys9shks or send contributions by NetSpend (information will be provided). Mainstream media is silent on whatever news oppressors want held secret, and Internet companies either censor certain messages or leave back doors open for government censorship. We vehemently object and will protest both.

You are encouraged to Google the organizations listed above, the last three of which are new. Please recognize that CoIntelPro determines which messages I receive by phone and emails. As a Christian human rights advocate who propounds the necessity of Americans ignoring race and class divisions and uniting for justice, my voice is greatly feared. You may also leave contact information as a comment to this article IF they let you, and I will contact you. I am a prisoner of America's class and race war, and my electronic communication is attacked like an enemy country whose communication towers are bombed. NDAA not only gave an elected official the right to intern Americans in camps without levying criminal charges and allowing the Sixth Amendment right to defense at trial, but it also gave the State Department the right to wage war against Americans' Internet communication through NSA. My censorship predates NDAA by six years.

Judge Anderson vs. Michael Morton: Wrongful Conviction

I looked for my article below in the blog called "Human Rights for Prisoners March" and could not find it at first. I decided long ago that my readers really need the information that cyberstalkers go to lengths to hide. America wrongfully convicts 5k to 10k people per year, mostly people who are black or poor. It keeps them throughout their childbearing years to use them as slaves and for eugenics (to prevent population growth among "undesirable" populations of people, such as blacks). Around the time when people would normally retire, the injustice system may finally admit its mistake and release a few a year. That way the public is convinced the system really cares about innocence, although it does not. That's the game - eugenics and slavery and pretension.

Micheal Morton was not black, and he might not have been poor at the time of his wrongful conviction, which shows that wrongful convictions can happen to anyone who is not a millionaire.

Former judge Ken Anderson, a psychopath

Huffington Post reported on November 8, 2013, that for the first time ever, a corrupt prosecutor was going to jail. "Today in Texas, former prosecutor and judge Ken Anderson plead guilty to intentionally failing to disclose evidence in a case that sent an innocent man, Michael Morton, to prison for the murder of his wife. When trying the case as a prosecutor, Anderson possessed evidence that may have cleared Morton, including statements from the crime's only eyewitness that Morton wasn't the culprit. Anderson sat on this evidence, and then watched Morton get convicted. While Morton remained in prison for the next 25 years, Anderson's career flourished, and he eventually became a judge."

Anderson defrauded Texas taxpayers of approximately $782,150, the approximate cost for Morton's incarceration (the Vera Institute of Justice released a study in 2012 that found the average taxpayer cost in the 40 states it assessed was $31,286 per inmate per year). Although the former judge and prosecutor was sentenced to merely 10 days behind bars for his crime, he was fined $500 and must do 500 hours of community service. Most importantly, Anderson lost his law license. One might assume that Anderson will now face a lawsuit by Morton. See photographs and a thorough explanation of the case in an article that features the entire Morton legal team at "Legal Victories" blog where we report positive legal news
http://legalvictories.blogspot.com/2014/01/anderson-v-justice-for-morton.html

In addition to unethical prosecutors, some forensic labs are responsible for wrongful convictions. FilmingCops.com reports that 180,000 cases will require review, because of one government chemists' deception and another chemist's corruption at Hinton laboratory in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. The Annie Dookhan deception continues to unfold. Dookhan was a government chemist who tampered with thousands of cases, creating fake “evidence” that caused the imprisonment of countless innocent Americans. Dookhan worked as a chemist for the State of Massachusetts, and she had close relationships with prosecutors. These prosecutors were able to successfully convict innocent Americans because Dookhan would taint the evidence, resulting in career boosts for the prosecutors while innocent men and women were torn from their families and locked in cells.  Kate Corbett, who worked in the same lab as Dookhan, claimed that she had a “chemistry degree” from Merrimack College, but she did not. (See two FilmingCops.com urls below that lead to reports about this tragedy.)

So many inmates have proved their innocence and been released from prison that prison investors in Government decided to stop levying criminal charges. Concentration camps are being prepared now for possibly millions of Americans to be warehoused without any criminal charges or opportunities for defense. Indefinite detention without trials in the United States was authorized under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) - approved by Congress in November 2011 and signed by President Obama on New Year's Eve that same year.

Even without NDAA, tens of thousands of innocent people are in prison, because the Supreme Court never recognized Americans' right to have post-conviction DNA tests or new trials on late-arriving evidence. In fact, there is no obligation for prisoners to be released because they present evidence of "actual innocence." Innocent inmates are released now and then just to give the impression of fairness, but most inmates serve their sentences whether innocent or guilty.

Some have not considered that people are in custody from the time a police officer says, "Halt." Many prisoners never make it to a jail cell but are killed during arrests. Those deaths are usually excused altogether or ruled "justified" upon investigation, regardless of the circumstances. There is no information available about how many of the police victims each year are black, white, middle class, poor, healthy, or mentally ill (police do not shoot wealthy people). Most Americans do not know that inmates in the United States are subject to brutality and murders behind bars with no accountability demanded.

It surprises plenty of people to learn that over half of the country's inmates are incarcerated for nonviolent offenses such as possession of small amounts of illegal drugs. Most people are unaware that the U.S.A. has 1.25 million mentally ill inmates. The mentally ill in America used to be treated in mental hospitals or community care programs until the rise of the private prison industry. Now people with brain disorders are warehoused in prisons after denying them psychiatric treatment, and they comprise 60% of inmates in solitary confinement torture.

Some never considered that America has more prisoners than any nation in world history at a staggering cost. The federal government and states spend over $74 billion per year to incarcerate 2.3 million people (roughly $200 billion when including collateral costs: police investigations, prosecution, and indigent defense). Added to that tax money is the cost of caring for minor children and aging parents prisoners must leave behind. The high prison population also causes unemployment among "free" people. Americans were never told that many of their jobs that were "downsized" never left the country but were outsourced to prison labor projects. Over a million inmates work up to 72 hours a week without job benefits for pennies a day or for free.

It has been estimated that between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions happen in America each year (see the link to the study below among nine(9) references). Some of the innocent people are on death row and others are in solitary confinement today - years after their imprisonment. Most Americans care about security but object to wrongful convictions and wrongful executions. We certainly oppose psychopathic district attorneys and corrupt forensic labs railroading innocent people into prison to increase private prison profits and advance legal careers. Since it is understood that most Americans would object to enslaving innocent people, this information is largely censored.

Americans' mass ignorance about its justice system is no accident. Mainstream media does not fully inform about these situations, and millions of people do not use the Internet, or they do not use it to become knowledgeable about these matters. American officials have been accused of working with corporate executives against the interests of the People. The truth is that America itself is a corporation, and its elected and appointed officials are her "executives." I am greatly censored to prevent spread of the truth: America is still a penal colony, and all working class and poor people are essentially her prisoners.

Most of this country's officials do not seem to care if prisoners are innocent or guilty of doing anything illegal or immoral. It may not matter whether the nation's prisons are behind bars or have "work permits" like you do. We must serve the empire either as taxpayers, military personnel, or prisoners. The officials' job is simply to manage the penal colony we know as America, contain dissent, and continue to move people from the slave pool into active slavery through the legal system. If possible, officials try to prevent the People from knowing that we are all, in fact, considered property. The People are distracted from this truth partly by oppressors who encourage disunity through classism, racism and politics. The concentration camps under NDAA are for the day when misinformation becomes ineffective and distraction becomes impossible.

Advocacy for Prisoners' Rights Offered

ADVOCACY OFFERED. As a woman who is denied information and justice regarding the wrongful death of an inmate (Google the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal), I stand with all inmates in their quest for human rights and with the families of all inmates whose human rights were disregarded to deny justice in court or to inflict torture and death. Contact me with your innocence claims and brutality or murder claims at telephone number (678)531.0262 and MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Write "HELP WANTED" as your email subject. No regard is given to clients' race, socioeconomic class, gender, ethnicity, or health status.

If denied justice in courts, take your justice quests to the court of public opinion through our "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet. My efforts are greatly censored, but we persist and eventually prevail in making the masses aware of the crimes against humanity that continue in the United States. Advocacy can make a difference in whether your lawsuit prevails and the amount of your award. Advocacy is also needed for inmates who face or already experienced wrongful convictions and are pursuing appeals or clemency. Many prisoners require adequate medical services that are sometimes withheld, and they need people outside who will be their voice.

Congress is deliberating on whether the Internet will be treated as a utility and charges demanded for the amount of time people use the Internet. I am sometimes online 20 hours a day, especially when someone I advocate for faces execution. Officials are also deliberating on whether information on the Internet will enjoy greater visibility for a fee instead of all web sites being given equal access (net freedom). We must not be silenced for the lack of money. Therefore, services that MaryLovesJustice has given free for seven years will now require financial participation by the victims and families who benefit by our advocacy. The fee schedule for twelve(12) services is below.

1) Radio interview with victims, survivors and supporters on either "Human Rights for Prisoners March" or "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" Blogtalkradio shows: FREE

2) Radio interview with victims, survivors and supporters on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio: $50 (two-hour shows)

3) Full length article about brutality or murder: $100. Articles will be published in one or more of these five blogs:
a) FreeSpeakBlog
b) Dog Justice for Mentally Ill
c) Human Rights for Prisoners March
d) MaryLovesJustice

e) Davis-MacPhail Truth Committee (anti-DP blog)
Many of the articles are republished by other bloggers and independent news sites at no addition fee. The articles about your case should help attract legal support and enhance the likelihood of success for justice quests.

4) Articles to announce meetings, rallies and protests or political messages (if approved): FREE in "MaryLovesJustice Human Rights Events" blog

5) Mention along with newspaper and blog links at @koffietime http://www.twitter.com/koffietime - FREE

6) Fundraisers for justice quests: $50. See examples:

10) Flyers and cards that can be given to people and organizations describing your justice quest: $50

11) A petition at MoveOn.org or another petition site of your choice: $50. Sample: "Save Florida Inmate Damion Hayes from Life in SHU"
http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/save-florida-inmate-damion

12) Website: $150. See a website I published for a daycare center - Love and Grace Christian Academy
http://www.loveandgrace.net/

13) Get all of the services listed above on a one-by-one basis for the prices named, or receive all the services listed above plus ongoing advocacy for a one-time fee of $500: unlimited public updates through articles, radio interviews, and other releases of information related to your case.

Payment of fees can be delayed for cases that are in litigation until satisfactory resolution of your wrongful death and brutality lawsuits. For some cases, it may be too late to pursue legal remedy through lawsuits, but now is the time to expose and oppose oppression. We must not be deterred by cyber censorship or new fees for Internet usage. "The time is always right to do what is right" (MLK).

I was a legal assistant for many years before the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. His murder is still treated like a national secret despite all of my advocacy. I am currently enrolled in a human rights defender course to become a Certified Human Rights Advocate to the United Nations. Many of our cases will be taken before the U.N. if they have been denied justice in U.S. Courts. A complete list of blogs and radio programs that I manage is at "MaryLovesJustice Blogs and Radio Shows"
http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2014/03/marylovesjustice-blogs-and-radio-shows.html

The United States is a member of the United Nations and has signed certain treaties that it is accountable to uphold. See Executive Order No. 13107, wherein President Bill Clinton reaffirmed America's commitment to uphold the human rights of people in the U.S.A. Yet, according to International Human Rights Lawyer Mustafa Ansari, fewer than one percent of the complaints that the United Nations reviews originate in the U.S., although many crimes against humanity happen here. We will change that for some of the victims and survivors for whom we advocate.

Americans must unite for justice. Our strength in numbers will eventually end police brutality, prisoner abuse, and executions. Millions of people who have no relatives or friends behind bars care about human rights for prisoners. Those who do have imprisoned and reentering relatives and all human rights advocates should join the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet and demand respect for all. We will begin sending membership cards to supporters of this advocacy who send any amount of money to help. We have to continually purchase new computers as ours are attacked by NSA or other cyber stalkers who seemingly work for prison investors.

We also need a budget to offer our services to people who are unable to pay the nominal fees listed above for our advocacy and to license our organization as a non-profit. Please give generously to the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" and to "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill." Become a member of this advocacy. Members will be thanked on air during our broadcasts, but anonymous givers are also appreciated and will not be thanked publicly. Prison investors, past and present, who recognize the great harm that is being done to humanity to earn prison profits are encouraged to contribute. A U.S. Post Office box will be listed here for your checks and money orders, and we will post a PayPal depository for your convenience.

NY Claims Right to Kill Black Patients

Please see an excerpt from an Associated Press report below that shows the Government claims a right to torture or kill black people who use government benefits or are prisoners:

ALBANY, N.Y. — A spokeswoman for the New York state institution where a mentally disabled man's death has been ruled a homicide says officials were obligated to bill the man's estate almost $12 million for his care over 10 years or risk losing federal Medicaid funding.

Spokeswoman Jennifer O'Sullivan says the state was following federal Medicaid obligations in seeking reimbursement recently from the estate of Rasheen Rose. The 33-year-old man died two years ago at Fineson Developmental Center in Queens and his sister has filed a lawsuit accusing the staff of killing him. They deny any wrongdoing. (Link to full report is below.)

******
New York billed Rasheen Rose's family $12m for his mistreatment that culminated in his restraint chair murder. If his sister is awarded $5m for his wrongful death, Rose's estate would still owe the State $7m. The answer might be to raise the amount of the plaintiffs' demand, but some states have caps on the amount of recovery for personal injury damages (follow the AllLaw.com link at the end of this article.) As I reported years ago, families of murdered black mental patients are intended to just thank the murderers, then go home and eat chicken.

The idea behind New York's lawsuit is that the State owns black people who have received government benefits or are prisoners. The State claims the right to torture and murder them without the fear of paying any damages. Under this standard, consider the following:

~ The estates of murdered prisoners' can be charged for the time the prisoners were incarcerated plus court fees and legal fees that brought about the deadly incarcerations.

~ Murdered and abused children who suffer in State custody may be charged for their time in State care plus court fees and legal fees that delivered the children from their parents' custody.

~ Neglected or murdered medical patients treated by State-financed facilities (like the patients killed by hospital staff during Katrina) can be charged for Medicaid payments that were used to pay for their medical care. The same is true of elderly and handicapped people who are abused or murdered in any State-run facility.

~ Black people injured or killed by food poisoning can be sued for the amount of food stamps they received throughout their lives if they sue the State for allowing tainted food into their food supply.

Black people who are deliberately kept impoverished in the United States are still considered chattel. Ownership has shifted from private hands to the Government which sustains them. The State declares in this lawsuit that it has every right to abuse its chattel's human and civil rights. When murders and other crimes against humanity happen, whether intentionally or by criminal negligence, the aim of this lawsuit is to ensure that no money goes to African Americans for losses. Therefore, killing and brutalizing black people in the United States of America becomes the prerogative of their owner, the Government, just as slave owners could brutalize and kill their "property" without fear of lawsuits or criminal charges

Psychologists Explain High Recidivism Rate

Special guests for the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" Blogtalkradio shows next week will be Dr. Earle Williams and Dr. Jean Kennedy. Dr. Williams is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience in Forensic Psychology. Dr. Williams is an educator and television commentator as well as a practicing psychologist. His responsibilities have included conducting psychological assessments to determine defendants' trial readiness. Dr. Williams is involved in helping released prisoners avoid recidivism.

Research by the Bureau of Justice Statistics shows that 67.5 percent of released prisoners are rearrested within three years, almost exclusively for felonies or serious misdemeanors. All reentry programs should include counseling ex-offenders on how to avoid recidivism.

Organizational psychologist and radio host Dr. Jean Kennedy will also be a guest on both shows. She is currently working with prisoner activist Mary Neal to publish a book to expose and oppose detrimental punishments in America: "Extreme Punishments - SHU and DP." Dr. Kennedy is prepared to explain the organization structure of America's justice system, which contributes to the nation's unacceptable high rate of recidivism.

Both psychologists have something in common with the ex-offenders they strive to help. Both have also been arrested.

Current National Statistics on Recidivism
Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) studies have found high rates of recidivism among released prisoners. One study tracked 272,111 prisoners in 15 states after their release from prison in 1994.[1] The researchers found that:
Within three years:
~67.5 percent were rearrested (almost exclusively for felonies or serious misdemeanors)
~46.9 percent were reconvicted
~25.4 percent were resentenced to prison for a new crime

The offenders accumulated 4.1 million arrest charges before their most recent imprisonment and another 744,000 charges within three years of release.

Released prisoners with the highest rearrest rates were robbers (70.2 percent), those in prison for possessing, using or selling illegal weapons (70.2 percent), burglars (74.0 percent), larcenists (74.6 percent), those in prison for possessing or selling stolen property (77.4 percent), and motor vehicle thieves (78.8 percent).

Within three years, 2.5 percent of released rapists were arrested for another rape, and 1.2 percent of those who had served time for homicide were arrested for another homicide. See NIJ data at
http://www.nij.gov/topics/corrections/recidivism/Pages/welcome.aspx

One reason for mass incarceration and recidivism is discussed in the article called "Pushing Young Blacks to the Drug Culture" featuring Ferrell Williams' hip hop song, "Young Niggas, Move That Dope."
http://humanrightsforprisonersmarch.blogspot.com/2014/05/pushing-black-youths-to-drug-culture.html

Attorney General Eric Holder recently announced an expansive clemency review under sentencing reforms that may result in thousands more inmates being released from prison. Successful reentry for released prisoners should therefore be a high priority. The attorney general said:

“Once these reforms go into effect, we expect to receive thousands of additional applications for clemency. And we at the Department of Justice will meet this need by assigning potentially dozens of lawyers—with backgrounds in both prosecution and defense—to review applications and provide the rigorous scrutiny that all clemency applications require.”

Please listen to and share our radio broadcasts on May 18 and 19. Many government officials and human rights activists are involved in justice reform. Most people agree that 2.3 million prisoners are too many. More must be done to reduce incarceration through education, skills training, decriminalizing mental illness and drug addiction, and launching successful reentry programs. Correctional facilities should emphasize rehabilitation, and corporations that use prison laborers should hire their released workers. Nonviolent offenders' records should be automatically expunged, and voting rights should be restored. Without a significant change in the rate of recidivism, prison releases under the Justice Department's sentencing reforms will not impact mass incarceration to the degree that could be realized.

Maitri Klinkosum Blocks Nyamodi Trial

Elizabeth Crudup discusses her son, Shannon Nyamodi, 19, who has been wrongly incarcerated in Franklin County Jail since August 16, 2012. He was charged with robbery and attempted murder on a Caucasian woman who he actually helped after a white youth allegedly shot her. Even the victim denies that Shannon is her assailant, but Shannon was arrested and is being held in solitary confinement torture to FORCE a plea deal. His attorney is apparently his worst enemy. See a video embedded below with Crudup requesting help:
http://youtu.be/Ee9rbljXQF8

Rhonda McClean was shot in the face at point blank range and robbed of nearly $65,000.00 on August 16, 2013. Shannon heard her screaming for help and rendered aid. Later the same day, he and his family were surprised that Shannon was arrested for the crime. Donald James “DJ” Chalk posted the picture below wherein he is surrounded by cash on his Facebook wall the next day. The People's Champion reports, "He just happens to be the source from which the conspiracy theory between Shannon Nyamodi and the victim’s daughter originated." See more at:
http://thepeopleschampion.me/bombshell-nyamodi-youth-frame-case-prosecutor-suppressed-evidence-exonerating-black-teen-home-invasion-story/#sthash.3ZJ0Fxsd.dpuf

The defense attorney is apparently double-crossing this family. Shannon's family raised a substantial fee and retained the defense attorney, who is a former prosecutor: MAITRI (MIKE) KLINKOSUM. He seems to be working with the prosecution instead of working for his client. He tries to get Shannon to take a plea deal instead of motioning for a bond reduction and a speedy trial on these trumped up charges. Shannon is apparently denied a trial because his attorney wants Shannon to lie on himself. Klinkosum requests a continuance in the pleading below, saying he is too involved in another case. Meanwhile, Shannon has been jailed under torturous conditions for nearly two years awaiting trial.

Elizabeth Crudup requests letters and cards of encouragement for Shannon. Protests are being planned for Shannon's immediate release or trial on the charges (Google "Justice for Shannon Nyamodi Protests Planned"). Tell the innocent, tortured youth that "the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice" (MLK).

“Segregation, isolation, separation, cellular, lockdown, Supermax, the hole, Secure Housing Unit … whatever the name, solitary confinement should be banned by States as a punishment or extortion technique,” UN Special Rapporteur on torture Juan E. Méndez told the General Assembly’s third committee, which deals with social, humanitarian and cultural affairs, saying the practice could amount to torture.

A University of Michigan neuroscientist suggested Friday that the physical impact on the brain could be just as significant if not moreso, and could “dramatically change the brain” in just a matter of days. Speaking on a panel about solitary confinement, neuroscientist Huda Akil said a number of other studies have documented how each of the factors involved in solitary confinement change the physical shape of the brain.

See more information about damaging effects solitary confinement has on inmates in "Legal Victories" blog at "Limiting Solitary Confinement in Corrections"

When Shannon and his aunt tried to fire Klinkosum, he allegedly threatened Shannon's family. Klinkosum allegedly swore to them on separate occasions that if he is fired, he will work with the prosecutor to get Shannon jailed for 30 years. They are foreign-born women, and Crudup's sister may not know that is illegal. A Bar complaint has been filed. The family will try to get this man off the case so that a public defender can be appointed. Of course, they would prefer a private attorney, but Shannon's family paid Klinkosum a SIGNIFICANT amount of money for Shannon's defense and exhausted their funds.

The Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees all citizens a speedy, public trial with adequate defense. Shannon does not deserve to have his case in the hands of a man who allegedly threatened his family and his freedom and has been instrumental in lengthening Shannon's incarceration by filing motion(s) for continuance. Shannon's court docket will reveal how many times this has happened. In another case this writer covered, a defense attorney and prosecutor in Pennsylvania took turns refusing trial until the defendant, Terrell Scott, a mentally ill black youth, remained incarcerated without any conviction for 4.5 years. Scott, who retained permanent injuries from beatings, finally plea bargained when it appeared he would continue to be indefinitely detained and denied trial. It is a serious conflict of interest for defense attorneys, prosecutors, judges and lawmakers to own prison investments.

At 3pm EST on Saturday, March 8, 2014, we spoke about Shannon Nyamodi's wrongful arrest with Elizabeth Crudup and others. Her interview is archived at the "Human Rights Demand" channel on Blogtalkradio. Hear the tape any time at

Injustices that elitists in politics and mainstream media censor or slant need public attention. For that reason, protests are planned to support 'Justice for Shannon Nyamodi.' Shannon's supporters are asked to take action:

TAKE ACTION

1) Justice for Shannon Nyamodi Telephone Campaign: Call elected and appointed officials and protest Shannon's indefinite detention without trial, especially in solitary confinement torture. Telephone and fax numbers are listed at this web page:
http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2014/03/justice-for-shannon-nyamodi-telephone.html
2) In-person protests: Nyamodi's supporters are to meet at courthouses in their own areas for an hour either at lunchtime or after work every Monday to demand an end to Nyamodi's indefinite detention without trial and that he is immediately released from solitary prison torture. Solitary confinement, which causes mental illness in some inmates, is apparently intended to make Nyamodi desperate enough to plea bargain on the false charges.

Indefinite detention and cruel solitary confinement must not be allowed to force defendants in America into false confessions. Stand for the Sixth Amendment.

Shannon Nyamodi Jailed for Being a Good Samaritan

Whenever NSA or other stalkers fight me about publishing an article, I know the system plans to corrupt justice, and I re-publish said article to give the news more exposure. That is the case with my article from the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" blog about Shannon Nyamodi, an admirable young man in Franklin County, North Carolina. Please see the article below, and help if you can.

When a woman came out of a house screaming and fell to the sidewalk, Shannon Nyamodi, 18, hurried to her aid from the house where he was visiting friends in Franklin County, NC. He called 911. The white woman had been shot. She said her daughter was responsible. The police arrested Shannon for shooting the woman in her head, because he was the only black man around! The victim lived, although she was shot in the head. She swears Shannon did not shoot her, but the people who did shoot her are related to Sheriff Jerry Jones, of Franklin County, NC, and they are NOT to be blamed. Website for Shannon:
http://electbeth.wix.com/shannon  ~The good Samaritan has been incarcerated for a YEAR, held on a $500k bond, although he has no criminal background and had recently graduated from high school. He was a working young man who was about to go into the military.

Do they plan to kill the victim who swears Shannon did not shoot her? How does racist North Carolina intend to prosecute the person who HELPED the woman with her declaring it was not Shannon who shot her? The drama unfolding in Franklin County is very frightening for the victim, who is waiting to testify on Shannon's behalf, and for Shannon and his family. Will you please help them? The young people who allegedly shot the victim have been connected to another shooting around Mother's Day, 2013. Again, they were not arrested.

Shannon's mother, Elizabeth Crudup, was a guest on BlogTalkRadio on December 19, 2013, and discussed her son's persecution. The interview is archived at this url:

http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2013/12/20/enslavement-and-genocide-of-africans-and-indigenous-peoples  ~"The Enslavement and Genocide of Africans and Indigenous Peoples" show broadcasts Thursdays at 9pm Pacific at (818)572.2947 or by computer at
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/

Elizabeth Crudup was asked why the NAACP was not helping her free her innocent son who was arrested after dashing to a white woman's aid and was himself arrested for shooting her. Elizabeth replied: "The NAACP local chair said, and I quote, 'I got to live around here, I ain't messing with any black boy in jail.'"

Shannon's family raised $30,000 and retained a defense attorney who is a former prosecutor. He seems to be working with the prosecution on this case instead of working for his client. He tries to get Shannon to take a plea deal instead of motioning for a bond reduction and a speedy trial on these trumped up charges! Don't let the system railroad this young man just because he is black in order to save Caucasians who the victim said really assaulted her! Help Shannon get home for Christmas!

CORRUPTION IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, NC

Sheriff Jerry Jones lost his re-election bid, but the people's choice was thrown out of office, and the county commissioners appointed Jones back to his old position. They were supposed to have a special election in December 2013, but it was postponed for one year. The sheriff's phone number is (919)496.2186.

The district attorney for the 9th District of North Carolina, Samuel Currin, III, was a judge. He was prosecuted for corruption and sentenced to ten years of prison but was released after two years and became district attorney of Franklin County. Ms. Crudup says Mr. Currin told her he knew Shannon was innocent and that Shannon's attorney is the one trying to get Shannon to accept a plea deal. The district attorney's phone number is (919) 497-4290. See an excerpt from News Observer, published when Mr. Currin was released:

RALEIGH — Sam Currin, a former judge, federal prosecutor and state Republican Party chairman, was ordered released from prison after serving a fraction of a nearly six-year sentence for money laundering and obstruction.

http://www.newsobserver.com/2009/07/13/64782/judge-orders-sam-currin-released.html

Shannon Nyamodi is denied a speedy trial because Shannon's treacherous attorney and the district attorney know they cannot prevail against Shannon in a court of law.

The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern. ~Proverbs 29:7

Mentally ill people in the USA are sometimes executed, which violates U.S. and international law. We discuss the problems generally and present specific cases of government abuse.

Thur. 12pmPST at Human Rights Demand (weekly) Bob Darby  Advocate for the homeless mentally ill. Discussions include American eugenics, drug dealing by U.S. officials, avoidable wars, and power without compassion.

APRIL 2, 2015: Thur. 6pmPST at NNIA1 - Ms. Taylor, a children's advocate from Memphis, Tennessee, will be our special guest. The Shelby County Jail continues to violate citizens' rights 12 years after the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, this station director's mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered there on August 1, 2003. Children incarcerated in the jail as adults suffered neglect and brutality. The Department of Justice investigated, and the USA entered yet another Agreement with that "correctional" facility. Yet Memphis officials refused to issue a resolution supporting the United Nations' Declaration of the Rights of a Child when Ms. Taylor made that simple request.

Friday 12pmPST at Human Rights Demand (weekly) - Mary Diaz and Human Conflict Org. show - Advocating parole of prisoners in Florida and throughout the USA after serving their minimum sentences. Every Friday!

APRIL 10, 2015: Friday 6pmPST at NNIA1 - A special guest gives a report on courthouses and public records burned in the USA immediately after the Civil War through December 2013, when Franklin County, North Carolina records were burned. He speaks to why the government wants old wills and land records destroyed.

Fridays are usually reserved for special broadcasts and open mic night. Friday programs at NNIA1 are not presently scheduled for every week but will be announced (if/when shows are scheduled) at Mary Neal's pages on Facebook, Google+ (MaryLovesJustice Neal), and Twitter under the @koffietime account as well as in this schedule.

Monthly on Human Rights Demand - MaryLovesJustice presents authors and their latest books about social, economic, and legal justice issues. Dates and times for authors' interviews will be announced at Mary Neal's pages on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter under the @koffietime account as well as in this schedule.
