Psychologists Explain High Recidivism Rate

Special guests for the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" Blogtalkradio shows next week will be Dr. Earle Williams and Dr. Jean Kennedy. Dr. Williams is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience in Forensic Psychology. Dr. Williams is an educator and television commentator as well as a practicing psychologist. His responsibilities have included conducting psychological assessments to determine defendants' trial readiness. Dr. Williams is involved in helping released prisoners avoid recidivism.

Research by the Bureau of Justice Statistics shows that 67.5 percent of released prisoners are rearrested within three years, almost exclusively for felonies or serious misdemeanors. All reentry programs should include counseling ex-offenders on how to avoid recidivism.

Organizational psychologist and radio host Dr. Jean Kennedy will also be a guest on both shows. She is currently working with prisoner activist Mary Neal to publish a book to expose and oppose detrimental punishments in America: "Extreme Punishments - SHU and DP." Dr. Kennedy is prepared to explain the organization structure of America's justice system, which contributes to the nation's unacceptable high rate of recidivism.

Both psychologists have something in common with the ex-offenders they strive to help. Both have also been arrested.

Current National Statistics on Recidivism
Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) studies have found high rates of recidivism among released prisoners. One study tracked 272,111 prisoners in 15 states after their release from prison in 1994.[1] The researchers found that:
Within three years:
~67.5 percent were rearrested (almost exclusively for felonies or serious misdemeanors)
~46.9 percent were reconvicted
~25.4 percent were resentenced to prison for a new crime

The offenders accumulated 4.1 million arrest charges before their most recent imprisonment and another 744,000 charges within three years of release.

Released prisoners with the highest rearrest rates were robbers (70.2 percent), those in prison for possessing, using or selling illegal weapons (70.2 percent), burglars (74.0 percent), larcenists (74.6 percent), those in prison for possessing or selling stolen property (77.4 percent), and motor vehicle thieves (78.8 percent).

Within three years, 2.5 percent of released rapists were arrested for another rape, and 1.2 percent of those who had served time for homicide were arrested for another homicide. See NIJ data at

Attorney General Eric Holder recently announced an expansive clemency review under sentencing reforms that may result in thousands more inmates being released from prison. Successful reentry for released prisoners should therefore be a high priority. The attorney general said:

“Once these reforms go into effect, we expect to receive thousands of additional applications for clemency. And we at the Department of Justice will meet this need by assigning potentially dozens of lawyers—with backgrounds in both prosecution and defense—to review applications and provide the rigorous scrutiny that all clemency applications require.”

Please listen to and share our radio broadcasts on May 18 and 19. Many government officials and human rights activists are involved in justice reform. Most people agree that 2.3 million prisoners are too many. More must be done to reduce incarceration through education, skills training, decriminalizing mental illness and drug addiction, and launching successful reentry programs. Correctional facilities should emphasize rehabilitation, and corporations that use prison laborers should hire their released workers. Nonviolent offenders' records should be automatically expunged, and voting rights should be restored. Without a significant change in the rate of recidivism, prison releases under the Justice Department's sentencing reforms will not impact mass incarceration to the degree that could be realized.

Herman Wallace Re-indicted Before Dying

Katherine Conner is a Katrina victim who was swindled by a unlicensed contractor from Mississippi with whom she contracted for home repairs. She cancelled a check she wrote to the contractor that was $3,500 more than the contract amount for home repairs that are still not finished. She expected the contractor to give her a correct bill. Instead of receiving justice, Katherine was indicted for theft of services and required to pay 70% of her income each month in probation fees and restitution. Over the course of time, Katherine got behind in her court-ordered payments and was told that she had until June 2013 to either pay $3,000 in overdue fees or face three years of hard labor in prison. Katherine received some donations toward her probation and borrowed the rest. Now she struggles to pay her monthly probation and restitution fees PLUS repay her loan. Katherine complained about her civil matter with the contractor being treated like a criminal matter, and she feels her teenage son was targeted for wrongful prosecution as a result.

Life is extremely challenging for Katherine Conner and her son, Matthew Moore. Meanwhile, their prosecutor continues to wreck havoc on the lives of black people in Louisiana. District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla had Herman Wallace re-indicted for murder a few days after he was released from 41 years of solitary confinement in Angola Prison. Wallace, one of the Angola 3, probably died immediately upon hearing the news in hospice care that he was due back in court in December 2013.

“I say he is a murderer, and he is not innocent,” District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla said. “The conviction was overturned because the federal judge perceived a flaw in the indictment — not his murder conviction.”

D’Aquilla said Wallace's attorney Nicholas J. Trenticosta, of New Orleans, was wrong when he said Tuesday that Wallace is “a free man, and he’s innocent.”

Lawsuits Following Warren Hill Execution

Warren Hill's Execution Would Be Completely Unconstitutional

As Georgia prepares to execute Warren Hill on Tuesday, an offender with intellectual disabilities, it shows complete disregard for justice, state law and, the Supreme Court.

(659 words in this article) WESLEY SNIPES is currently incarcerated and serving a three-year sentence on allegations that he failed to file a tax return timely. If Snipes were made a cellmate for an untreated, mentally ill killer who beat Wesley to death while he slept, using a thick board of wood with nails driven through it, wouldn't Wesley's lawyers sue the state for GROSS NEGLIGENCE? If that sick killer was then EXECUTED, shouldn't the executed man's family sue for GROSS NEGLIGENCE and CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT? WHY wasn't the mentally challenged man sent to a mental hospital before or after his first murder instead of prison? Why wasn't his mental illness being treated behind bars? Why was security so slack at the prison that he had access to a weapon? Why was a mentally ill inmate who had already committed a murder given a cellmate? Those questions apply to the murder for which Warren Lee Hill faces execution on  July 23, 2012 February 19, 2013. 

Thousands of people express outrage about Hill's execution because it is illegal to execute the mentally ill according to state and federal law. Georgia executed another mentally ill man in 2010, Brandon Rhode. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled such killings unconstitutional, but Texas also kills mentally ill people regularly. Executioners have no regard for pleas for justice and compassion, but money can sometimes change things. Death penalty cases cost taxpayers millions more than when prosecutors seek life sentences. Several states where capital punishment was repealed cited the cost as one deciding factor. Abolitionists plan candlelight vigils for Warren Lee Hill and other death row inmates to protest capital punishment, but more must be done. Lawsuits after executions would make DP cost much more than it already does and deter capital punishment. 

Hill's cellmate's death clearly resulted from the prison's negligence. Inmates should not be locked in cells with armed homicidal mental patients to be killed in their sleep, and the state should not ignore its own culpability in such murders and execute sick men. A similar incident occurred in Georgia a couple of years ago when a mentally ill inmate in DeKalb County Jail also killed his cellmate. A former jail guard at Memphis Shelby County Jail reported a shocking jail death to the radio audience of a Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show. Apparently, jail guards released two acute mental patients from isolation to watch them have a "dog fight" to the finish. Jailers have a duty to provide a secure environment for incarcerated persons, but the responsibility is not always taken seriously. 

Millions of Americans are concerned about prisoners' human rights and object to capital punishment, but officials do not care as much about citizens' protests as they should. It would be more effective to examine death penalty cases to identify a reason to sue the state following execution. For instance, Hank Skinner begged for a DNA test for years to prove he is innocent, but his requests were denied. Finally, Texas approved Skinner's DNA test, but the bloodstained jacket that Skinner counted on to exonerate him was suddenly reported "missing" from the state's evidence storage. If Skinner is executed, Texas should be sued for negligence regarding the lost jacket. 

Every execution, especially when victims are mentally ill, should be followed by a lawsuit if any valid fault against the state can be established. 

Consider that almost no mentally ill people who are receiving proper psychiatric care do violent crimes, but states usually withhold treatment until a mentally challenged person PROVES (often through violence) that he is a danger to self and others. That standard has led to numerous avoidable murders and suicides. In such cases, the affected families may be able to sue for damages. Please help the families of Warren Hill and his victim to hold the prison responsible for the inmate's death that should not have happened in a controlled environment. Pam Wagner's Recent Mental Hospitalization

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) members advocate online for mentally challenged people to be hospital inpatients or outpatients rather than prison inmates. However, we are aware that institutionalized persons, whether in jails, nursing homes, or mental health facilities, are at risk for abuse and that all facilities require oversight, which is the responsibility of the United States Department of Justice (link below). A dear friend, Pam Wagner, was recently hospitalized and released. Her blog offers insight into how traumatic it is for patients to be removed from their homes and hospitalized. It is even more traumatic for people suffering mental disease to be removed from their communities and imprisoned, often in isolation, and subjected to potentially deadly restraint chairs, Tasers, and chemical sprays that police frequently use to control (punish) mentally ill inmates. Biomass Incinerators for Black America

PARAGRAPH 1 --- Dr. Robert Bullard recently published "BIOMASS INCINERATORS BEING PROMOTED IN BLACK COMMUNITIES as clean energy and green jobs" at this OpEd News link     http://www.opednews.com/articles/Biomass-Incinerators-Being-by-Robert-Bullard-110523-887.html It is disturbing to see biomass incinerators (big ovens) being erected in mostly black areas throughout the USA, especially since American concentration camps were recently approved by Congress and the White House. Hopefully, there is no connection. Dr. Bullard is probably the nation's foremost authority on environmental racism. He states, "Look out African Americans! Biomass incineration will be coming to your neighborhoods soon . . . The burning of biomass to generate electricity is toxic. It is neither 'green' nor 'clean.'"

Gmail lists videos included in emails and shows them at the bottom of the email screen. Only three(3) videos showed up in my copy of the email, and the MLK montage was obviously deleted. I do not know if there is a technical reason. Cyberstalkers who censor me for, or by permission of, authorities are able to make links disappear or redirect them to other data. More great news on the NDAA lawsuit:   Federal Judge Kathryn Forrest just rejected the Obama administration's request that she reverse her ruling against indefinite detention.

In May, Chris Hedges, Revolution Truth, et al won their lawsuit asserting that indefinite detention violates the Constitution.  More than 50,000 Demand Progress members have signed on as supporters of the lawsuit.

Obama requested a reversal of the decision, which was just rejected.  Now Obama needs to decide if he'll take his crusade against the Constitution to a higher court.  And the Senate is taking up indefinite detention as it debates this year's NDAA later this month.

Obama signed last year's National Defense Authorization Act even though it included provisions which could let the military detain civilians indefinitely without a trial or charges.

June 7, 2012 NY Times Excerpt: "The Obama administration had asked Judge Forrest to reconsider her ruling, saying that the plaintiffs lacked legal standing to challenge the law and that it was “extraordinary” for her to have restrained future military operations that might be ordered by the commander in chief during wartime. As part of that request, the government said in a footnote that it was interpreting her injunction narrowly as applying only to the handful of people specifically named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, including Chris Hedges, a journalist who interacts with terrorists as part of his reporting work, and several prominent supporters of WikiLeaks . . . [Judge Forrest said] contrary to the government’s narrow interpretation of it, her injunction applied broadly and not just to the named plaintiffs."

Corporations can have a large slave labor pool filled with educated workers without paying minimum wage and union scale wages and benefits once Americans are in concentration camps. Traditionally, babies born to slaves are automatically slaves. Will America's next generation be born in concentration camps?

PARAGRAPH 1 of 18 - If the African American vote is vitally important to the Democrats like Dr. Lorenzo Morris, of Howard University, stated in the GovNews video at Paragraph 7 of 18 below, why don't African Americans receive reciprocal representation? How have African Americans' circumstances Changed since the 2008 election? Consider some dismal statistics from an AP article called "Blacks' Economic Gains WIPED OUT in Downturn":

PARAGRAPH 2 of 18 - African American Spike in unemployment: April [2010], black male unemployment hit the highest rate since the government began keeping track in 1972. Only 56.9 percent of black men over age 20 were working, compared with 68.1 percent of white men . . . Since the end of the recession [what end?], the overall unemployment rate has fallen from 9.4 to 9.1 percent, while the black unemployment rate has risen from 14.7 to 16.2 percent, according to the Department of Labor. (There are nine(9) links in this article, four(4) embedded videos, and one(1) photograph and eighteen(18) numbered paragraphs. PARAGRAPH 3 of 18 - Excerpt from the PEW Research Center income reports widening wealth gap, July 2011:  The median wealth of white households is 20 times that of black households and 18 times that of Hispanic households, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of newly available government data from 2009. These lopsided wealth ratios are the largest since the government began publishing such data a quarter century ago.

PARAGRAPH 4 of 18 - Blacks are seriously over-represented in the criminal justice system as well as in unemployment lines. The USDOJ reports that during the 12 months ending midyear 2011, local jails admitted an estimated 11.8 MILLION persons, and that high figure represents a drop from 2010. I assume this does not include the 2.3 MILLION people already serving prison sentences.

PARAGRAPH 5 of 18 - UNCHECKED POLICE BRUTALITY . . . Need I say more?

PARAGRAPH 6 of 18 - Concentration Camps Planned: With the prison industrial complex absolutely ravenous in black and brown communities, do you think the NDAA concentration camps are intended for middle- and upper-class whites? I don't think the prison system is going to Change that much. The only Change listed in the new law passed by Congress and the White House was "no trial for indefinite (life) sentences." Everyone should ask who the camps are intended to warehouse (and enslave) indefinitely. The written explanation that concentration camps will hold people who had something to do with 9/11 is ridiculous. Those guys could all fit on one floor of a federal pen. Learn more about indefinite military detention for no defensible reason at this June 7, 2012 link from New York Times saying that for now, The Obama administration is blocked from instituting indefinite detention, but they are not happy about it.    http://www.nytimes.com/2012/06/07/us/terrorism-detention-provision-is-blocked.html  - In response to a lawsuit filed by a group of journalists, U.S. Judge Katherine Forrest of Manhatten issued a temporary injunction against indefinite military detention of American citizens without trial in May 2012, calling it unconstitutional. The Obama administration tried unsuccessfully to get her to reverse that ruling or narrow its scope to include only the plaintiffs who sued. Judge Forrest refused to remove the injunction and made it clear that her order protects everyone, not just the plaintiffs. But the Obama administration is expected to keep appealing the decision to get approval for concentration camps in the USA.

PARAGRAPH 7 of 18 - People who give it up without demanding any return generally have low self-esteem. PARAGRAPH 8 of 18 - African Americans must stop being the Democratic Party's freebie. DEMAND SOMETHING for votes besides the opportunity to look at a few blacks waving at you out of limos. Say, "I NEED A FEW FRIES WITH MY KETCHUP, BOSS." Tell the Dems they have limited time to get your vote out of lay-away. Their credit should be no better than yours is, which is probably in the toilet. A strong rap and "good try" put together won't pay one month's bills. Working class families of every race are negatively impacted in countries where continuous war and corporate profits are prioritized over The People, but African Americans have been hardest hit. The National Defense Authorization Act budget for 2013 is $642.5 BILLION. There is a priority on incarceration in America. Paragraph 8 of 18.

PARAGRAPH 9 of 18 - Andrew Rosenthal addressed the cost of military detention in the New York Times Editorial Page Blog, Taking Note (Nov. 18, 2011). Taking Note reported that NDAA removes most of the nation's anti-terrorism effort out of the hands of federal authorities and turns it over to the military, although military concentration camp detention is much more expensive than regular prisons. Rosenthal wrote, "According to Scott Shane’s article, a federal maximum-security inmate costs $25,000 a year. At Guantanamo Bay, each detainee costs $800,000 a year." That is an increase of $775,000 per year per inmate. At that rate, it would take the total earnings of a minimum wage worker 65.9 years to pay for a single inmate's detention in a military prison for just one year. Didn't someone say that EXPENSIVE camp was closing? Is there anything else we need the money for, African Americans? 

PARAGRAPH 10 of 18 - Reparations for slavery and Jim Crow would be helpful now. In 2002, Johnnie Cochran announced he would participate in the assembly of a dream team to sue the USA and major corporations for slavery and Jim Crow. Unfortunately, when Cochran died, civil rights attorneys who worked with him in his Los Angeles office were fired or forced out of the firm by new partners Cochran took on shortly before his terminal illness. The Cochran Firm is now run by traitors who actually defraud the firm's black clients to help government entities and certain corporations escape accountability after wrongful deaths. But these are not times when violating civil rights is considered worthy of investigation by the Department of Justice and due process of law in the nation's courts. Instead, 93 senators and 289 representatives in the House voted to open concentration camps for whomever the White House suspects of being terrorists and/or "belligerent." Meanwhile, elderly people in Illinois face losing Medicaid, and schools throughout the nation are neglected and closing. Chronically unemployed Americans are told there is no money for a jobs program, but government officials don't quibble over spending HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS PER YEAR for wars and prisons. Government spending is a matter of priorities. African Americans' votes, taxes, and hard labor building and defending this country make us VIPs according to Professor Morris, but the only priority list for blacks is labeled "Bureau of Prisons." 

PARAGRAPH 11 of 18 - The Bible, which many black people got too educated and successful to recognize, says, "You have not because you ask not." This election year, ask for something! Let's stop being the Democratic Party's free ho because we follow leaders other people chose for us by giving them good press. CROSS YOUR LEGS AND HAVE SOME PRIDE. That is such a new concept for African Americans in the 21st century that some might call it radical. But it is not radical. Everybody else gets something in return for their support of political candidates. Ask bankers, corporations, Latinos, and the gay rights community. Making demands is nothing new for blacks. We used to be good at it when we had enough self respect and concern for our children to be brave and assertive. See some videos below that will remind you of how it is done and why it is necessary.

PARAGRAPH 12 of 18 - Consider what Frederick Douglass said back in 1857: “Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or both. We used to understand that we are our brothers' keepers. Unity was our strength against outlaw lawmen who were armed and dangerous, and no marcher faced fascists alone. Civil rights that African Americans won in the 1960s are under a heavy onslaught of congressional bills today that curtail freedom for everyone, black, white and other. Decades ago, police used guns, batons, water hoses and vicious dogs to enforce illegal injunctions against peaceful protest. That has not changed, but we have.

PARAGRAPH 14 of 18 - The AP article named in paragraph 1 of 18, "Blacks' Economic Gains WIPED OUT in Downturn," shows that change is a backward motion so far. Unfortunately, African Americans lost something more precious than economic well-being over the last four decades. We lost self respect and our sense of community. We forgot how to make demands we were willing to back up with consumer boycotts that required sacrifices and even our lives if that was the price for dignity and freedom. Malcolm X said, "Freedom by any means necessary!" Perhaps racism has been undercover for so long that we forgot the extreme measures supremacists will undertake in order to debase and misuse a people when savagery is not challenged by the people being victimized. Below are four(4) video reminders of how far African Americans came by courageously standing together against wrongdoing. During the civil rights era, traitors were planted among us to curtail our justice quest and betray the dream. But nothing dissuaded us from our mission. But rather than going forward and building on yesterday's victories, we have regressed. Forty years ago, suppressors would not have essentially kidnapped and secretly murdered a handicapped black man like my brother, Larry Neal. Like Jim Crow days, murderers have terrorized and censored our family for years because we ask for records and accountability about that death. African Americans and outraged liberal whites would have demanded justice in the 1960s, but now we are a nation of sell-outs and cowards. (See Wrongful Death of Larry Neal at http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com ) In 2012, scores of unarmed black men were already killed under the color of law, and we model hoodies and object to the one death that oppressors' media and plantation overseers tell us to protest.

PARAGRAPH 15 of 18 - One of my favorite things about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was the way he restated the Word of God. The Bible commands that people stand up for the voiceless, the poor, and people who are appointed to destruction in Proverbs 31:8-9. Dr. King said, “The hottest place in Hell is reserved for those who remain neutral in times of great moral conflict. He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.” Apathy is inexcusable, and silence did not save the quiet Jews in Nazi Germany.

PARAGRAPH 16 of 18 - Let me share something I learned about myself during the nine years of my justice quest: I may be "co-dependent." Like some women do not give up on abusive husbands, I have not given up on America. I have been told repeatedly by officials that I am "immaterial" as a black person who lacks wealth, and being a female makes me even less significant, it appears. But I still love America and want to help my country keep the promises that she made on paper (MLK). I believe promises inherent in the Gettysburg Address, the U.S. Constitution, and the Pledge of Allegiance can be made applicable to all citizens. I understand that the promises in America's historic documents have never been fulfilled equally for all people yet, but that is something for us to pray about and peacefully unite to make a reality. Many moral people in every generation work for that, and you and I should, also. Let us either leave while the borders are still open or continue to pray, "God bless America with liberty and justice for all," then strive together to realize that goal. Help us to tell leaders that people who love democracy are not the ones who need "re-education camps."

PARAGRAPH 17 of 18 - Advising people to peacefully resist oppression is taboo again. (There are nine(9) links in this article, four(4) embedded videos, one(1) photograph and eighteen(18) numbered paragraphs). I list the contents of my articles to dissuade surreptitious editing and deletions of selected text by a censorship team that continually violates my freedom of press rights. Cyberstalkers censor my work in large part because their employers want to prevent this veteran nonviolent warrior from inspiring blacks with the mindset that led to Jim Crow's serious wounds in the 1960s and '70s when we repeatedly shouted slogans like "I AM A MAN" and "Say it loud; I'm black and I'm proud." Pride and fortitude are contradictory to our intended New World Order purpose, which is slavery.

African American Women Thrown Under the Bus by Sellouts

I am "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal" (Please Google that). When you read this article, you will understand why a team of four(4) cyberstalkers were assigned to monitor and edit my Internet input 24/7, and stalkers were hired to follow me in person to note when I use library computers and rent computer usage at FedEx Kinkos. The stalkers' bosses (whoever they are) are somehow able to take control of computers I use in both those locales. They do not want me to use my "freedom" of press to publish truths like you will read in these fourteen(14) paragraphs and nine(9) links. 


 2. Here is the sad truth they wish to hide: Black women are the main voting block among African Americans, yet we fare very poorly under sellouts we sent to office in Georgia and Washington and probably your own state. They do little or nothing to help us in our roles to nurture and protect the young, old, and infirmed black people. In fact, they work against our efforts to uplift our people and to bridge the gulf between African Americans and other races. Without unity among people in the 99%, we all risk our liberty. No one can determine the best candidates for office or who really cares about human and civil rights by their race or political party. It is important to be cognizant about laws being proposed and passed. I solute the representatives from Georgia who voted against NDAA with its concentration camp provision.      A)  See one of Edwina Davis's videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjuFFWeP4tk&feature=relmfu Edwina was tricked by a black attorney at The Cochran Firm after going to the traitors who misuse Johnnie Cochran's name. Her boss at Tyco International was touching her breasts whenever she passed him at work. Edwina said that M. Pete, Esq., of The Cochran Firm, defrauded her on behalf of Tyco then started a romantic relationship with her before she knew about the fraud. Edwina was terrorized and stalked after standing her ground against persecution and refusing to be used to satisfy her white boss sexually. 


     B)  See one of five Yvonne Hickman videos http://youtu.be/xjp_jY7so8A Hickman was jailed and banned from her husband, home, and business in Glynn County, Georgia in 2009. Her husband is a Vietnam veteran who is 100% mentally disabled and suffers acute Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. They lived in a mostly white subdivision, and they were not welcome. Banishing Hickman was apparently an elaborate housing discrimination scheme. Hickman was arrested and banished from her county when her husband hallucinated and accused his wife of repeatedly running over him in her car! His wife was jailed on a felony charge and banned from Glynn County although Nathaniel Hickman didn't have a scratch on him and kept going to the gym every morning! Officials know Hickman's husband hasn't the wherewithal to pay bills properly. Now their home is in foreclosure. Hickman's wrongful banishment continues today because no one in government or civil and human rights organizations helps her to fight victimization by the injustice system, and neither did any of the five attorneys she hired. She recently spent two days on Capitol Hill going to offices of members of the Congressional Black Caucus members. She went to the Justice Department, which is supposed to protect people from housing discrimination and other racism. So far, Hickman received assistance from exactly NOBODY.


     C)   See Mary Neal's videos www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1ltCpy1uu0 My elderly mom and I were sorely victimized by The Cochran Firm fraud, which held the wrongful death of Larry Neal case secretly inactive while the Tennessee statute of limitations ran in order to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail, our intended defendant. Our loved one was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who police secretly arrested until his death under UNDISCLOSED CIRCUMSTANCES 18 days after his kidnapping by police. We are stalked online and in person but denied police services in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Atlanta Police threatened to arrest and taser me for exposing Larry's lynching to people on public sidewalks in 2010. Slaves are their masters' property. Murdering slaves was not even illegal. Plantation overseers were expected to keep the peace after lynchings, and they were sent to prevent me from speaking or writing about Larry's murder which happened in 2003 - black police officers. See this video: http://youtu.be/ROkthmx1Dlc The video is called "Boycott 4 Justice 9th of Every Month," and I proclaimed thereon that I refuse to be a slave. On April 21, 2012, I received a letter from the City of Atlanta saying that the MOSTLY BLACK city commission takes no responsibility for its police officers who threatened me for exercising my First Amendment rights. That is how much it helps to elect black mayors like Kasim Reed and black council members in the U.S.A. Racism is actually stronger many places where blacks are in charge because authorities feel that victimized African Americans cannot claim mistreatment due to racism. I respectfully disagree. Black on black racism is precisely how 17 men could sail into Africa and leave with 400 blacks; it is how 1,000 plantation slaves could be managed by a single family.

     E. Please share the "Boycott 4 Justice" video in paragraph C, wherein Mary Neal told officials over police in DeKalb County, Georgia and Atlanta City Government that she refuses to be their Masters' slave girl and be quiet about abuses of power, such as the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and cyberstalking and in-person stalking or threats by police officers for exposing the Cochran Firm fraud against blacks - crimes that are allowed in order to keep blacks "in our place" on their masters' plantations. Police in Atlanta and DeKalb County show my family that crimes against us are "immaterial," as stated in the court order issued by United States District Court in 2009. Boycotting was used in the civil rights era to end systemic racism. Jim Crow did not die, but he was seriously wounded by using consumer boycotts in conjunction with marches and rallies. It is wrong for police to dare my family to complain about Larry Neal's lynching and crimes that are continually done to intimidate us or curtail our online communication. When I go to speak to people in person after cyberstalkers disable my computer, police arrive and threaten to arrest and Taser me if I do not go home. 


     F. Consider how African American women are treated. Below is a picture of Marissa Alexander on the beach. She was recently sentenced to 20 years for firing a warning shot to prevent a potentially deadly beating from her abusive husband. She never even pointed the weapon at him. Does this mean that women are back to being chattel and must accept being beaten to death by men?

    G.   There were absolutely no injuries caused by her shooting a warning shot. Oscar Grant's killer, a former B.A.R.T. officer, stretched the unarmed 20-year-old face-down on cold concrete of a San Francisco train station where other officers restrained him. Oscar was murdered by a single gunshot to his back before hundreds of commuters. The shooter only served eleven months behind bars and is now fighting to get his conviction overturned. Marissa Alexander sobs after being sentenced to 20 years in prison for self-protection. They plan to use her youthful vigor as a Florida prison slave and deprive her children of having a mother. Separating black families for slavery is not over in USA.

     H.  Local and federal justice officials allow (or cause) me to be censored to hide crimes against humanity like 1.25 million mental patients imprisoned for prison profits, the covered-up lynching death of Larry Neal, and The Cochran Firm's fraud against survivors of Kathryn Johnston, a 92-year-old black Atlanta woman who police shot and tried to frame as a drug pusher in 2006 - a woman who was nearly 100 years old. It became the job of black lawyers like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq., to help Atlanta dodge a jury trial and reduce the city's payout. Even where Negroes are over government, abusive police frequently escape accountability after killing blacks by saying the victims were drug pushers. That is the lie they could not make fly about Kathryn Johnston. But thanks to corruption that Georgia is noted for, her family received less than one-third of the demand on their lawsuit because they were deprived of a jury trial by their own lawyers' fraud.

Katherine filed a complaint against a judge and D.A. in her rural Louisiana parish for treating a financial dispute between Conner and an unlicensed Mississippi home repair contractor like it was a criminal matter. (Her home was damaged in Katrina). She was wrongly arrested for canceling the check she wrote the contractor because he had not deducted her prepayments from the bill, and she wanted a correct bill. You can imagine how angry Katherine Conner made the D.A. by uploading videos like the one at the link above where she wore a prison stripped uniform and a ball and chain to talk about her mistreatment, but he should have remained professional.  Unfortunately, the injustice system retaliated against Matthew Moore, Conner's 17-year-old son, within months of her complaint about misconduct in court regarding her prosecution for cancelling a check that would have extorted her of roughly $1,200 on her home repair.

     J.   Matthew Moore was prosecuted by the same D.A. Matt's mother had filed the complaint against, who refused to recuse himself in Matthew's prosecution. Matthew was convicted of a crime he did not do on April 24, 2012, because his mother did not exhibit the subservient slave girl attitude that is demanded of black women in 21st century America when addressing officers of Pharaoh's corrupt courts. Kathrine Conner thought she had rights in the USA like I believed before the U.S. Department of Justice joined the conspiracy to hide Larry Neal's murder and a federal judge actually ruled that The Cochran Firm defrauding my family to hide Larry's jail death was "immaterial" and refused to let the righteous fraud case proceed to jury trial. The D.A. told Katherine Conner in front of witnesses that because of her "attitude," he was going to have her son arrested and see that he stayed in jail. Hoping to save her son from the vindictive district attorney, Katherine Conner went to a famous civil rights organization that she supported with her membership dues, but the black opportunists there told her they could/would not help Matthew. She, too, was thrown under the bus, and so was her son. 

4.   While black families, overwhelmingly headed by females, continue to combat racism to SAVE THE CHILDREN, many blacks in political offices and hypocritical organizations have become PRISON INVESTORS. They help their masters capture innocent African American youths from their communities to work as prison slaves. Roughly one million inmates work on jobs that were removed from "free" people in order to save  government entities and corporations from paying minimum wage and union scale wages. In fact, continuing and enlarging the slave trade is why America has 2.3 million inmates, more than any nation in world history. Prison populations are almost exclusively comprised of African Americans, Latinos, and working class whites from the "slave pool," which is how elitists view people in this country who lack wealth. That attitude is why police feel perfectly at ease killing unarmed minorities. OUR PEOPLE's abuses and deaths are ordinarily covered up whenever possible, or police get paid vacations after those incidents that do go public. The system tells black families that we are "immaterial" by denying accountability for wrongful deaths and brutality, and that has changed NONE where blacks are sheriffs, mayors, and federal justice officials. 


5. Black women are catching hell in the USA, as usual. The 21st century plantation overseers help hold black women down for their white supremacist masters to misuse us. If we do not submit ourselves as slave girls, black traitors in law firms, media, civil and human rights organizations, and government positions help persecute us, or they simply look the other way while African American women, disabled people, and our young are gang raped by the system. Black gangstalkers were hired to censor and stalk me in Georgia for asking what happened to Larry Neal just as black whipping boys beat slaves who had a philosophy of liberty. Yes, there are righteous leaders, but we cannot determine who they are merely by observing their race or party.

6.   We note that the rate of inmates in America did not rise to today's epidemic levels until after the Voting Rights Act passed. The people we elected either went to sleep on the job or they joined oppressors after Rosa Parks, a black woman, refused to relinquish her seat on an Alabama bus and started the civil rights movement. Black women allowed their children to desegregate schools that the students needed police protection to enter. Black women risked their children's lives because we esteem freedom more important than life itself. Black women go to the polls and to elect people who we think will help us keep our families safe from the racism and the constant threat of slavery reemerging under such illegal, immoral laws as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and people we voted for actually supported the concentration camp bill and other freedom-killing legislation. We are being undermined by men and women we helped to place in high positions. 


7. Overt racism and classism grow more oppressive, and the prison slave trade runs amok without intervention by the injustice system. Police violence against blacks has increased, and few officers are held responsible for brutality or wrongful deaths regardless of who governs. Yet, individuals and organizations that refuse to help people after numerous tragedies grandstand on Trayvon Martin's coffin. Some actually use the Internet to call for riots and race wars, but they are not arrested for their criminal conduct. These negative circumstances may be ploys to induce violence and excuse Martial Law in order to fill NDAA concentration camps with black, brown, and working class white people. They fear our unity against corporate greed and oppressive laws. Unity is our strength (Gen. 11:6).

8. I believe that many, if not most, of our elected and appointed officials and officers in some civil/human rights organizations, mainstream media companies and other corporations are prison investors who united to benefit by the enslaving more people than any nation in world history, with or without guilt being proved. My suspicions are partly based on the fact that miscreants recently passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to enslave people in military concentration camps indefinitely without having to name any crime whatsoever. NDAA was supposedly written to apply to terrorists connected to 9/11 and their domestic supporters. Who believes that would be more than a handful of people - certainly not enough to fill six concentration camps? Alcee Hastings, a black U.S. Congressman (D-FL) introduced H.R.645 for concentration camps in 2009, the year of change. (Make sure the next paragraph is number 9, beginning with a sentence in bold re "rising alarm about oppressive laws.)


 9. I feel that most officials ignore The People's rising alarm about the direction of the nation, and they continue to introduce and pass oppressive laws in total disregard of their responsibility to represent their constituents' interests. A good many officials seem to hold their oaths of office in contempt and disregard and undermine the Constitution. News of relevance for and about African Americans is frequently suppressed in mainstream media, such as the fact that The Cochran Firm claims nonexistence in Atlanta when sued for fraud. Without the ability to post our own reports in Internet social media and upload videos that expose police violence on YouTube, more victimization would be covered-up and abuses of power would proliferate. 


10. CISPA, an Internet censorship bill, passed in the U.S. House of representatives in April 2012. It was sponsored by Representatives Mike Rogers (R-Mich) and Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD) and passed by 248 to 168 votes. The fact that 289 representatives in the House and 93 senators voted for NDAA (the concentration camp bill) is alarming. Traditionally, laws are used to prosecute but seldom to protect the 99%, especially African Americans. Minorities have decision making powers regarding government, human rights organizations, and corporations, but too many of them ignore or actively participate in impoverishing and enslaving Americans or otherwise victimizing people, including other minorities. Their apathy about or participation in suppressing human rights is particularly abhorrent. We deserve better. 

11. I am convinced that many "public servants" (including whites and minorities, Democrats and Republicans) are actual slave masters through their private prison investments. Furthermore, they use our children and tax money to engage in wars supposedly for human rights globally while ignoring human rights in the USA. Apparently, they consider 99% people, particularly blacks, as being "material" only as taxpayers, prison slaves, and military troops. People who have a philosophy of liberty, like the women speaking at the five video links at paragraph 2(A) through 2(E) above,  are subjected to illegal persecution and malicious prosecution while persons they helped to elect to government offices or promote in the media and other corporations withhold assistance and/or actually participate in mistreatment of African American females and our families, especially our men. 12. HAPPY ELECTION YEAR, LADIES! Do you know where your children are (going)? While we were busy electing people who look like us, those who look most like us (our loved ones) are being enslaved or killed. Unless we support Rep. Ron Paul's congressional bill to repeal NDAA, more will follow. Support H.R.3785 for your family's sake and to eliminate the threat of Nazi concentration camps that can be used to hold millions more people than the millions presently interned in America.  (Final link will be added here). There seems to be a concerted effort to prevent the masses in America from knowing that H.R.3785 is pending before Congress to repeal the concentration camp provision of NDAA. Sisters must continue to be vigilant soldiers for ourselves, our families and our communities like we have been since stepping off the slave master's boat. 

13.   Many of the people who should care about us do not, and many who have a responsibility to protect and defend our rights will not. If you doubt me, I challenge you to share this article with anyone in government or positions of influence in media, corporate America, or civil/human rights organizations to help the women mentioned herein. Their lack of response will make you recognize there is an elite integration among cruel, racist Masters and plantation overseers. Yes, red pills have side effects - disappointment, pain, and frustration. But the truth shall make us free. We cannot bury our heads in the sand, but we must resolve to be people our families and communities can depend on during critical times like these. Unfortunately, the only shoulders that many African American women have to lean on belong to Jesus Christ, who already said, "Rise up and walk." This is not to take anything away from our revolutionary brothers, but we know they are usually killed or arrested for standing up. Handle your business, sistahs. As usual, it is largely on us. Demand that America BE what she said on paper (MLK). Toss out the sell-outs. We must acknowledge that there are strangers in our House.
