MaryLovesJustice: Tennessee Tent City Activist

Elitists who think they can control Mary Neal via ‪terrorism remind me of a song we sang as children in Fayette County, Tennessee, where the very first lawsuit under the Civil Rights Act was filed:
When I die, bury me deep
Put a bowl of molasses at my feet
Put two biscuits in my hand
So I can sop those molasses in the Promised Land!

"She whom the Lord sets free is FREE INDEED." You have met a free woman. Amen. I was born free and inspired by revolutionaries of the civil rights movement who were my teachers, church members, and parents of children with whom I played. Defending one's RIGHTS is not just something I read about in books and saw on television. Research "Tent City" in Fayette County. Not even financial oppression makes true revolutionaries back down. Standing for human rights under pressure is as much a part of my character as white supremacy is for some of you.

I learned as a child that revolutionaries are not necessarily people who were educated in the finest universities, celebrated by huge crowds, or who dine with kings. The revolutionaries in my small town were mostly uneducated tenant farmers who refused to accept the denial of their basic human rights. Instead, they united to change conditions they found intolerable. A few owned their own farms, but most were sharecroppers. They did not employ violence. Rather, my neighbors united in prayer and action to triumph over the evil that was, and still is, a concentration of power in the hands of oppressors. Oppression today has not changed except in its scope. Increasingly, working class whites are treated with contempt that was historically reserved for ethnic peoples, and the wealth gap is wider now than it was in the 1960's when Dr. King and others planned The Poor People's March on Washington.

God commands, "FEAR NOT." I learned in English classes that the "you" is understood. You, you, and you must GET UP, STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS! Otherwise, oppressors will continue to arrest you, murder you, foreclose your property, steal your pensions, and send your children to die on battlefields in avoidable wars. "The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress" ~Frederick Douglass.

I will continue to fight until justice comes. Whether ‪God chooses to use me as a martyr or a living testimony is His choice. Either way, I will remain a beacon of light that tyranny cannot extinguish.

"If there is no struggle, there can be no progress."

Drama: Terrell Scott's Habeas Corpus

This Terrell Scott.

This is how Terrell Scott feels.

This is how Terrell Scott's family feels.

PLEASE HELP THIS INNOCENT YOUNG MAN.
I'm sending you a copy of a writ of "Habeas Corpus Petition" filed on behalf of one Terrell Anthony Scott, who has been imprisoned for over six years now and has never been granted a trial of any kind. Please read the petition and take this very seriously, because this has the makings of a "landmark" and "groundbreaking" case where nothing but Racism, Greed and Utter Hatred has fueled this corruption, starting with the detective and going all the way to the judge who sentenced Scott and forged documents so that Pennsylvania could keep this young man imprisoned without a trial or one shred of evidence or credible witness to back any of their claims. ~ Frank P. Morice

Read the habeas corpus at this Scribd link, or access the document below in this blog.
https://www.scribd.com/doc/300233495/Terrell-Scott-Habeas-Corpus

Pennsylvania received the writ of habeas corpus petition but claimed it wrote to Scott and gave him a deadline to respond. Scott did not respond by the date stipulated and claims he never received any correspondence from the State related to the writ. He sends all of his mail to his mother, and she never received it. If you think it is incredible that a state might lie about such a thing, you obviously have not read my articles about Terrell Scott and reviewed evidence of previous falsehoods that were allegedly told by his accuser, his own attorney, the district attorney, the judge and Scott's probation officer. See "Terrell Scott - Too Crazy for Trial but Competent for a Plea Deal"
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/terrell-scott-too-crazy-for-trial-but.html

If you find Scott's denial of due process unbelievable, perhaps you never saw Democracy Now's reports about Kalief Browder, another innocent Black youth who was held in indefinite detention for three years in Rikers Island Jail over a stolen backpack, with most of his internment in solitary confinement to force a false confession. Browder was also denied a trial in total disregard of the Sixth Amendment. The teenager was so traumatized by the time charges were dropped and he was released that he killed himself -- but not before telling his story. See a Democracy Now video and continue reading about Kalief Browder at
http://www.democracynow.org/2014/10/1/accused_of_stealing_a_backpack_high

If Terrell Scott's denial of basic human rights by the State of Pennsylvania seems impossible to you, you probably missed reading the Clarion-Ledger's reports about two mentally ill Black men who were held in the Hinds County Detention Center in Mississippi for eight years and seven years, respectively, without going to trial had known mental health issues when they were incarcerated.
http://www.clarionledger.com/story/news/2014/04/17/raymond-facilitys-two-longest-tenants-known-mental-histories/7833927/

If you consider Scott's story too outrageous to believe because such things do not happen in 21st century America, you probably missed my reports about Shannon Nyamodi, another Black youth who was arrested on false robbery and assault charges and detained in Franklin County Jail in North Carolina for more than two years without trial. Most of that time was spent in solitary confinement without any contact with his family or the outside world - no phone calls and no visitors. He finally had a breakdown and accepted a plea deal after police also arrested and brutalized his mother.
http://humanrightsforprisonersmarch.blogspot.com/2013/12/shannon-nyamodi-good-samaritan.html
Elizabeth Crudup, Nyamodi's mom, reported several months ago that she had been contacted by officials who relayed that the real culprit had finally confessed to doing the crime. She expected Nyamodi's immediate release. Since speaking to Crudup about that and sharing the good news, I have been unable to reach her on my hacker-controlled phone. Therefore, I do not know if Nyamodi was actually released. Confessions by guilty parties do not necessarily lead to release of innocent people in America, even with evidence.

Terrell Scott is interned without trial under such horrifying conditions that he sliced his throat recently three times and swallowed the razor blade - a blade to which he should not have had access as an incarcerated mental patient. If that seems outlandish to you, I invite you to read about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my brother - a Black, schizophrenic heart patient whose murder became a national secret so closely held that the United States Department of Justice wrote a response to my Freedom of Information Act request saying that Larry's death after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail was "a matter of national security." All legal remedy and mainstream news reports are withheld, and I am censored, persecuted, and terrorized for reporting.
http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com/main.html

All of the victims named in this article happen to be Black men. But if you believe mentally ill Caucasians, Latinos, and Native Americans do not also experience gross denials of human and civil rights that result in wrongful incarcerations, prisoner torture, and deaths in custody, you are obviously new to "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog and to "Exposed - FreeSpeakblog." We welcome your interest. Please review each blog's index on its margin to find other interesting articles to read and share. Sharing helps to expose and oppose oppression against U.S. prisoners, especially those with mental and physical disabilities. Thank you for helping to give "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill."

"Terrell Scott Habeas Corpus" on Scribd.
Terrell Scott Habeas Corpus by Mary Neal. Please scroll to read the writ below.

The District Attorney for Scott's case was John Morganelli, a Democrat who is now campaigning to be Pennsylvania's Attorney General. Below is Scott's court docket indicating that Morganelli and Phil Lauer, Scott's defense attorney, took turns refusing Scott a court date. Lauer would say Scott was not ready for trial or that Scott's defense attorney was not ready, and Morganelli claimed falsely that Scott was hospitalized and could not appear. The state's evidence and witnesses simply would NOT have led to a conviction from any impartial judge and jury. After almost five years, Scott was presented with a plea deal on which he wrote, "I am mentally ill, and I don't understand this." He then reportedly signed his name to his own statement, not to the plea agreement. However, news reports said falsely, according to Scott's mother, that Scott had confessed. Americans with mental disabilities deserve due process of law - not entrapment.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/194905163/TerrellScottDocket-p20-21

Scott's family needs legal assistance from a qualified attorney and help from disability rights groups and individual advocates. Thank you for reading this article about Terrell Scott's writ of Habeas corpus, which his mother believes he may be barred from filing again. If you can assist this family, please contact Holly Alston at her email address: hollyhollabacka@aol.com.

DRAMA: Immediately upon submitting this article at "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog late night on February 23, a gunshot was fired close by in my quiet neighborhood. Then trees fell in my backyard (I heard sawing there late on Saturday night). Next, my lights went out. All of this happened within a couple of minutes after I submitted the article. When I thought the intimidation was over, sirens began. Google Blogger's security for this article at "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog seems to be compromised. The links only open sometimes, and the writ of Habeas corpus at Scribd is not always on view. That prompted me to look at my Scribd documents, and only two of them appeared when I selected to view them all.

My Scribd documents should all be "public." Particularly, the court order from United States District Court, Central District of California wherein the court said The Cochran Firm does NOT meet the minimum requirements to be called 'a law firm' was not on view, and neither was Terrell Scott's Habeas corpus or his court docket proving that Scott's lawyer and D.A. Morganelli prevented Scott's case from going to court. While Lauer and Morganelli claimed falsely that Scott was unavailable to stand trail, Scott was awaiting the opportunity to prove his innocence, but that opportunity never presented itself. Lawyer fraud and prosecutors' misconduct lead to too many wrongful convictions and false imprisonments for poor and working class Americans, especially Blacks.

There is little respect for the U.S. Constitution from Democrats in today's climate of greed and lawlessness. No prison profiteers should serve in public offices, especially not over law enforcement or as legislators.

Support Senator Bernie Sanders' bill H.R.3543 "Justice Is Not For Sale Act" to eliminate government contracts with private prison companies and pray for justice in America. Ask your representatives to also co-sponsor H.R.2646 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act" by Rep. Tim Murphy and Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson. Only support officials who have demonstrated a commitment to human rights.

White People, Sign My ATL "Pass"

Hello, online friends of freedom. I request your assistance. Below is a "pass" for Whites to sign for me to go into Atlanta and speak in conversational tones with people about giving "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" and the "Human Rights for Prisoners March." In 2010, I was threatened by two Black police officers who said they were responding to a 911 call to make me leave from the sidewalk in front of the court-declared "nonexistent" office of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm at 127 Peachtree Street. Since I plan to go back to that location, I thought that as a Black woman, my free speech rights might be protected if I have a "pass" from White Americans. In addition, people of all races are invited to sign my Petition for Free Speech online at iPetitions. Petitioners request the U.S. government to stop hackers from destroying my computers, taking over my telephones, and stop whomever sends stalkers to follow me in order to interrupt my advocacy for America's mentally ill prisoners of all races. I advocate for the government to respect the human rights of all prisoners institutionalized within this country. The petition to FREE MARY NEAL is at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/FreeMaryNeal (sometimes the petition disappears from my blogs' margins, but it should be there). Thank you in advance for signing my "pass" White friends of freedom. All others can sign, too, although your input will not count. Select the appropriate response below, and share my pass with your friends.

It is very important for me to get signatures from many White People on my pass, because your own human rights are also compromised. Your signatures do not have the weight that they once had. Innocent White elders are being killed by police in their homes, and unarmed White youths are being gunned down by police like they are Blacks - even young White women. I publish such wrongful deaths at my blogs and at Google+ and Facebook. I used to use Care2 more often than I do now, because my account there was completely taken over by NSA or other hackers. I believe that it is important for all races of people to unite and resist oppression. (Genesis 11:6). Please unite with me to enforce my human rights to free speech. If you do not, nobody else will. Elitist white supremacists mean nothing good for any of us, no matter what race we working class people are.

White skin privilege is receding fast, and it may soon disappear altogether after officials finish their job of "flattening the U.S. economy." Corporations desire to pay no more for labor inside America than they do in China, Africa, India, and other developing countries. Over 2.3 million Americans are now prison slaves, omitted from laws enforcing minimum wage, unemployment benefits, safe work environments, and denied pay for sick days, holidays, and vacations. Many former union jobs have already disappeared behind prison walls and to other countries. White people need to act fast before they are as oppressed as Blacks have always been in the USA.

Oppression in America began with the mentally ill, like it did in Nazi Germany. Later, it spread in Germany to include the isolation and murders of minorities: Jews, Blacks, and dissidents. Eventually, the entire country was surrounded by an iron curtain, and nobody was free. While we still have the First Amendment as a law, please use it to denounce my oppression for exercising my rights as listed in the Bill of Rights: Free Speech, Freedom of Press, the right to Peaceful Assembly (online and in person with right-minded people), Religious Freedom (God said I must speak up for the poor and oppressed and all who are appointed to destruction in Pv.31:8-9), and the Right to Relay Grievances to Public Officials, such as the 2003 secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and the refusal of Memphis Shelby County Jail and the U.S. Department of Justice to respond to my FIOA requests with records and information about his secret, fatal arrest.

I do not consider honoring the Bill of Rights to be unreasonable and burdensome on public officials, but they apparently do. If you believe the rights under the U.S. Constitution and the International Declaration of Human Rights should be honored and protected for all people -- even Black women -- please sign my Petition to Free Mary Neal and sign my "pass" to speak to people in Atlanta, a very oppressive city where officials feign pride in being the birthplace of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

RawStory and Other Fake Liberals

1.  Did I ever tell you how few "white liberals" there really are? The folks at +Raw Story exemplify what I mean. Wikipedia says, "RawStory describes itself as progressive , bringing attention to stories that it sees as downplayed or ignored by other media outlets." Actually, it is merely a propaganda tool of the Democratic party. I wrote three comments at the RawStory article about Ms.Obama telling a college graduation class about her experiences with racism. Obviously, her experiences as a multimillionaire are different from mine. My experiences with racism expose cruelty and wickedness that few people in the 21st century can match: censorship, terrorism, denial of due process of law after racial and health discrimination that actually lead Nazi exterminations. Realizing that, I began trying to save people like my brother with serious mental illness from torture and murder, and I discovered how pervasive the problem is in the USA. This article has one(1) embedded video, three(3) photos, one of which is a screenshot proving censorship, eight(8) paragraphs and nine(9) active url links (to RawStory at Google+ and to eight other sites).

2.  "Liberals" don't want the world to know about the tortures and genocide against mentally ill Americans of every race on their watch, but the world is learning abut it anyway. This week, New York Times carried a report by Human Rights Watch (HRW) entitled, "Mentally Ill Inmates Are Routinely Physically Abused, Study Says." Not only that, HRW; they are sometimes rounded up and MURDERED like Larry Neal was, then the nation's censorship force hides the conditions under which the deaths occurred and censors, intimidates, and financially persecutes survivors to keep the murders quiet, especially black and brown victims. Google "WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal."
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/12/us/mentally-ill-prison-inmates-are-routinely-physically-abused-study-says.html

3.  Whatever one would call RawStory, it cannot be called "liberal" media. Liberalism is a political philosophy or worldview founded on ideas of liberty and equality. Censoring Mary Neal to cover-up the government kidnapping and murder of her mentally disabled brother is not "liberal." It is entirely Nazi.

4.  Ms. Obama gave a masterful address to 2015 Tuskegee graduates demonstrating her understanding about racism and the need to rise above it to accomplish one's objectives. Ms. Obama has also made it known recently that she is concerned about improving conditions for people with serious mental illness. Those are two reasons why I commented at the RawStory article about people who objected to her Tuskegee speech. Surprisingly, my comments were deleted, and I was barred from further comments at RawStory. Apparently, keeping my brother's lynching that happened under the color of law a secret is the aim of the censorship I endure as well as preventing discussion about the brutality and murders of other Americans with mental illness. Censorship and intimidation intensified under the present administration. Incidents of police violence, prisoner torture and murders of African Americans and mentally ill people of all races also seem to have increased. Problems cannot be addressed without exposure.  https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2015/05/09/remarks-first-lady-tuskegee-university-commencement-address

5.  I copied my three comments that RawStory deleted from its article about Ms.Obama complaining to college graduates about racism. The "offending" comments are in my "JusticeGagged" blog at the url immediately below this paragraph. Elitists and their propaganda media companies don't mind blacks complaining about trouble catching cabs, but genocide against mentally ill Americans must be kept out of the media. The truth is too raw for RawStory; therefore, I was blocked. In my years of being censored online, only RawStory and one news boosting service admit their censorship. They are in-your-face Nazis.
http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2015/05/ms-obama-and-mary-neal-wont-ignore.html
(See the notice that I am banned from RawStory by clicking the picture below to enlarge it). So much for "white liberal, progressive" media.

6. I prefer tobacco-chewing, backwoods racists any day to fake "liberals."

Poor and working class blacks, white people, and the mentally ill of all races were subjected to enforced sterilization from the 1930's to the 1970's to prevent their population growth under the American eugenics program. In the 21st century, people in these categories are being shot by police and incarcerated long-term. CNN also covers up police murders of African Americans like RawStory does. They refuse to report the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother. I proved it by picketing CNN. No reporter asked me about my picket sign, because they already know what The Cochran Firm is - apparently some CoIntelPro-like law firm. The other side of my sign says "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com." Hackers know that I uploaded both sides on the Internet, but they apparently stole the picture with that side showing. CNN already knows about Larry's murder, too - probably lots more than I do. But to RawStory and CNN, black lives DON'T matter.

AIMI Progress Report

Wonderful news! Because of our unity and advocacy at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill for people with serious mental illness, and thanks to their families' steadfast support, the following positive changes occurred:

1)
Fred Hayesson Damion was moved to a correctional facility closer to his family, and Fred was allowed to visit Damion for the first time in five years last week.
2)
Gemma Pena was allowed to visit her son Kristopher for the first time in two years.
3)
Heather Chapman has now had seven visits with her son, Nikko Albanese. Before our advocacy, she had not been allowed to see her son in two years.
4)
Gina Burnsson, Jeremy Smith, faced a 25 years to LIFE sentence in California when he was accused of "making terrorist threats to guards." Our advocacy has made juries more aware of mentally ill people being unfairly penalized, and Smith's case resulted in a hung jury. Smith will not be tried again on those charges.

AIMI plans a radio broadcast for these parents to thank decision makers, including you, for the opportunity to visit with their mentally ill children. They will also urge you to continue advocating to decriminalize mental illness and urging officials to allow more families to visit their imprisoned relatives who are treated like criminals because of behavior caused by untreated mental illness. They will request your help making assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs available nationwide. The "AIMI vs. USA" conference today centered on the need for AOT programs. Our guest was Heather Chapman. Hear the recording for May 2 at the url http://fccdl.in/6lawqMtfA

AOT programs provide subsistence assistance and mandatory psychiatric treatment to people who have serious mental illnesses. AOT programs were certified by the U.S. Department of Justice years ago, but no funds were allocated to implement the programs nationwide, which is vital. AOT programs promote community safety and cause serious reductions in prison costs, because so few mentally ill people in AOT programs get arrested. In New York, people who participated in treatment and subsistence assistance under the Kendra's Law program experienced better than 85 percent reduction in future homelessness, hospitalization, arrests, and incarcerations. That translates into at least 85 percent fewer crimes that would have led to arrests. AOT programs save taxpayers' money, promote community safety, and most importantly, AOT programs help save and restore lives.

All of the families with whom we work at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill promote using AOT programs for people with serious mental illness who exit correctional facilities and mental hospitals in order to reduce or eliminate recidivism and crises that lead to re-hospitalization.

Americans feel sad and frustrated when they see news reports about mentally ill people shot by police officers conducting lunacy arrests. We are greatly disturbed whenever we read articles reporting the brutality and murders of vulnerable, sick people in the nation's correctional facilities. We insist on Medicaid being resumed for psychiatric inpatients and AOT programs being used for persons with mental disabilities. AOT programs help patients stay on track with their psychiatric appointments and medications and avoid unnecessary crises that could negatively impact their entire community.

The four AIMI families discussed in this article are pictured above. Read articles about them at "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com

AIMI's advocacy for mentally ill Americans experiences online opposition, but we have good experiences with the following companies:

AIMI vs. USA International Court Action

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans an action in International Court to (i) win restitution for victims of human trafficking - people who were denied psychiatric and/or drug and alcohol treatment in order to enrich prison investors, (ii) win restitution for victims of mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who were denied treatment, and (iii) help decriminalize mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions in the USA by demanding punitive damages for the failure of the United States, a United Nations member state, to adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention Against Torture, and other international laws, treaties, and conventions regarding human rights, particularly the rights of individuals with health disabilities. The action will be filed in 2015 by an International Human Rights Lawyer.

Please note that AIMI vs. USA will only sue for monetary damages, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Claimants are encouraged to continue using regular legal channels to seek prisoners' releases and humane incarcerations. AIMI will sue for monetary compensation to our claimants for pain and suffering. Generally, persons who have already settled monetary claims for personal injuries and deaths will be ineligible as claimants for AIMI vs. USA, but feel free to apply.

Potential claimants are invited to phone conferences on the first Saturday and Sunday mornings of each month, using the telephone numbers listed below.

Conferences begin at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. You can connect with the conferences at Blogtalkradio by calling (347)857-3293. You can also connect to the claimants' conferences using our FreeConferenceCall dial-in number (605)562-0020, Meeting I.D. Code: 992-212-650. If that fails, the backup number is (805)360-1075. Learn more about this international action to win restitution for Claimants and change for America. If you experience problems connecting, call and report problems to the director, Mary Neal, at (770)879.5163. (Please note that 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time is 10:00 a.m. Mountain, 11:00 a.m. Central, and 12 noon Eastern.)

Most of our claimants have a close relative or next friend who has experienced or is experiencing long-term homelessness, brutality by community members or police officers or jail and prison guards, prison torture (including long-term solitary confinement) or wrongful death, especially under the color of law. Other acts of discrimination will be considered, such as the government's neglect to provide timely, appropriate psychiatric services or adequate special education services, as well as housing discrimination.

Tapes are available for listening any time. "AIMI vs. USA" has had EIGHT claimants conferences. They are scheduled for the first Saturday and Sunday of each month. Thank you for sharing.

Some participants experienced trouble connecting with "AIMI vs. USA" phone conferences in September. If the interference continues, we will seek assistance from the United Nations. People with mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions are worth a great deal of money to prison investors in government; therefore, "AIMI vs. USA" is greatly feared. Taxpayers are billed over $80 billion per year for America's prison expenditures, and more than half of the inmates are mentally ill people. Another reason for censorship that most "AIMI vs. USA" Claimants reveal crimes against humanity that happened or are still happening to Americans with mental disabilities, including prisoner torture and wrongful deaths. These revelations are embarrassing.

If you have difficulty joining the phone conferences, please email Mary Neal at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com, and call (678)531.0262 or (571)335-1741. Title your email "AIMI vs. USA." You can also use the comment field of any article in

"AIMI-HumanRights" blog at

or Dog Justice for Mentally Ill blog at
http://DogJusticeforHumanRights.blogspot.com/
Leave your email address and/or phone number, and AIMI contact you.

Despite the illegal interference, this matter will go before to the International Court in 2015. Mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who are poor or middle class deserve treatment, not torturous incarceration in long-term solitary confinement, denied visits and phone calls sometimes for years. We, the families and next friends of mentally ill people in the USA, will demand restitution for negligence, police brutality, prisoner torture, and wrongful deaths in the United Nations and request that body to mandate appropriate changes in the United States to respect the human rights of mentally ill persons, drug/alcohol dependent people, and their families. Up 100 families from both classes will be accepted. The closing date to enter "AIMI vs. USA" lawsuit in International Court will be in the summer of 2015, so please share this announcement.

Change is happening.

If your church, temple, civic or social group is willing to help notify the public about this International Court legal action to compensate people who endure or have endured long-term homelessness, brutality under the color of law, and wrongful deaths, please contact Mary Neal for flyers to be distributed at your meetings, and please share the link at http://aimi-humanrights.blogspot.com.

It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. That happens to mentally ill people routinely in the nation's correctional facilities. What happened to Larry Neal?

Mentally Ill Americans Need Dog Justice. Treat mental illness medically, not legally. Please advocate for your congresspersons to pass H.R.3717 - The "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." Try to elect people who support human rights and justice for all, not prison investors who have a conflict of interest in voting to decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America, an equal opportunity nation.

Washington, DC 20500

      Re: "We Charge Genocide" (1951)

Dear Mr. President:

I would be presumptuous and fatuous to claim to speak for many descendants of enslaved Africans if I had not been the undisputed, foremost investor, for the past forty years, in the effort in New York to end police brutality in and about its streets and in courthouses coupled with a sacrificial effort to end unfettered racism in its judicial system.

"Not all cops are bad" fails to describe the plight of descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States. The problem starts with us being remembered and institutionalized as "imported" in Scott v. Sandford. In a "land" that we built, without any semblance of wages, we can never become immigrants. Words also kill.\

In Our Time Press dated December 25, 2014, I was given an opportunity to pen a "Guest Op Ed" article entitled "An Intelligent Response to Police Killings." This opportunity was a milestone in a city where the practice of censorship is routine including it being practiced by Black radio talk show hosts and the Black media.

Many people view nationwide and international protests and demonstrations as exercises under the First Amendment. While these protests are well-meaning, they are misdirected. For example, the institution of slavery ended, in New York, on July 4, 1827 but the "badges of slavery" have continued, incessantly, in New York, up to the present time. This stipulation was grounded in New York's gradual emancipation statute of 1799 and was given wings on November 10, 1821, by white males exclusively.

This matter of unchecked, police crimes in the United States is of international concern since "genocide" is an international crime. We Charge Genocide reflects the letter and spirit of a historic Petition in 1951. "Addressed to the United Nations it was submitted to that body in Paris, France at the Palais Chaillot where the Fifth Session of the General Assembly had gathered."

Asecond delegation, led by Paul Robeson, a resident of New York, presented copies "to the office of the Secretary General of the UN in New York." In 1948, the State Department had initiated a policy of refusing to issue passports to dissidents. This class included Robeson who was placed on a "white list" for exercising First Amendment rights. This was an indefinite, "bill of pains and penalties."

The U.S. Justice Department was not established until 1870. By 1877, a federal electoral commission fashioned the Compromise of 1877which would constructively, if not actually, return most descendants of enslaved Africans back to their former slavemasters. To seal the deal, President Grover Cleveland, appointed August H. Garland as attorney general of the United States. Garland was a Confederate loyalist.

Under the "separation of powers" doctrine, New York has operated as a quadrumvirate. All of these titleholders have been almost, with one exception, white men since the Nineteenth Amendment. The chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals is not even elected by its citizens. This gives great deference to a plutocracy. In 1827, New York established a timocracy. It continues until this day. Accordingly, New York is "a state that enshrines white men." It is not "a state that enshrines equal laws."

In 2008 in the New York Amsterdam News, I explained to its readers why you would become the first person of African ancestry to acquire a lease on the "White House." It started with Black soldiers saving the Union. Nonetheless, America was outraged when President Theodore Roosevelt invited Booker T. Washington to the Executive Mansion. It would become known, afterwards, as the "White House."

Given these circumstances, I was aware that your presidency would cause great and irreparable harm to persons of African ancestry. White supremacy still sits on the throne. I was correct on both counts. History will not treat you kind if you view descendants of enslaved Africans as political baggage. After more than four hundred years of unpaid labor and state-sponsored terrorism, we deserve more than disparate treatment.

Respectfully,

Alton H. Maddox, Jr.

This writer concurs with the charge of genocide against the USA. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") is preparing to take up to 100 cases of negligence, brutality, prisoner torture, and wrongful deaths by police to International Court in 2015. The affected parties will be mentally ill people of all races and their families or victims (many victims of untreated mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who suffered and/or died because of denied treatment). WE CHARGE GENOCIDE. Our charge is not only based on race, but Americans with mental disabilities and people who lack wealth are also victimized. See more information at http://AIMI-HumanRights.blogspot.com

The website called "Killed By Police" attempts to publish deaths by police, whether or not those deaths might be considered "justified." The site provides this information based on news reports, but many deaths are covered up, like my brother's secret murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail was. See the website at this link
http://www.killedbypolice.net/

We congratulate the U.S. Congress for passing a bill recently demanding that all police departments and corrections facilities (prisons and jails) must report every death in custody to the FBI, whereas they presently only report the deaths they want. We urge President Obama to sign the bill into law. Withholding reports about deaths in custody and police incidents is irresponsible and defeats the United States Department of Justice's mandate to protect the civil and human rights for all people in America. NO MORE SECRET ARRESTS AND MURDERS IN AMERICA.

Dr. William Scott's Payback for Teaching Black History

Dr. William Scott, a renowned African American historian, taught at the University of Wisconsin (Madison), Harvard University, Oberlin College, and Lehigh University, and was the first black dean at Wellesley College. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles and three books on African American history that are recommended reading and text books for colleges and universities. Dr. Scott helped to set up an African American Studies program at Clark Atlanta University. Is this why his first male offspring, Terrell Scott, has been imprisoned for over five years in Pennsylvania without a trial?

My Daddy, Dr. Scott

By Holly Alston (eight numbered paragraphs)

1. Dr. William Scott is a native of North Philadelphia. An ardent learner from an early age, Bill Scott was the first person in his family to graduate from high school. He graduated with honors from Central High Boys where he ran track and played varsity football. He received a bachelor's degree (cum laude) in History from Lincoln University, where he also became a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He earned a master's degree in African History from Howard University, and a master's and doctoral degree in African American History from Princeton University.

2. In his long career in academia, he has taught at the University of Wisconsin (Madison), Wellesley College, Harvard University, Oberlin College, and Lehigh University. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles and three books on African American history. He says the most important of these studies was his Sons of Sheba's Race, a study of worldwide black reactions to the Italian invasion of Ethiopia in 1935, which he published with Indiana Press in 1993.

3. The focus of Dr. Scott's research has been Ethiopian symbolism in U.S. black thought. His work seeks to describe and explain how ancient and modern Ethiopia served as a significant liberation emblem and source of inspiration for people of African descent throughout the world. For the past year he has been working on a new book, which he has entitled Redemption Psalm. It explores the role Psalm 68:31, "Ethiopia shall stretch forth its hands unto God", has played as a divine promise of black salvation, spiritually and secularly. It will be the first published full-length study of the subject.

4. Dr. Scott has traveled extensively---to Ireland, Germany, Austria, England, Barbados, the Virgin Islands, Antigua, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico, but mostly to Africa. He has visited Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania. Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, and South Africa. He worked out of Johannesburg, South Africa over a period of ten consecutive years with the Educational Opportunities Council, headed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu. This was in the 1980's during the racist Apartheid era. He also served as Associate Dean at Wellesley and Oberlin College; Dean of Arts and Sciences at Clark Atlanta University; Director of the UNCF/Mellon Minority Fellowship Program; and Director of Africana Studies at Wellesley College, Oberlin College, and Lehigh Universities. In this regard, he has been an early architect of black studies in American colleges and universities.

5. A longtime Christian, Dr. Scott was previously deeply involved in the Cultural and Scholarship Ministry at the Greater Shiloh Church, located in Easton, Pennsylvania, which he joined in 1997. He recently wrote and narrated a 90 minute video history of the church's history entitled "A long Walk by Faith: History of the Greater Shiloh Church, 1904-2010". He has occasionally spoken at the Church on the subject of God's role in Black History.

6. This is a topic, he says, "That does not seem to get much attention in our churches. Congregations learn all the time what God did, for instance, in the lives of ancient Jews. But hardly ever is anything said about what the Almighty has done in the history of people of African descent. It's as if He never did anything for us as a people."

7. The lack of an appreciation of the history of people of African descent, he believes, is a critical reason why large numbers of black youth seem to have so little respect for themselves and education. In addition to being "saved", our youth," he says, "would benefit greatly from developing a positive sense of themselves as a people of African heritage. It's hard to identify any people who are grossly ignorant of their past going anywhere in this world as a group. It seems to me there aren't any."

8. It was Dr. Scott's mother Eleanor (Sugie) Smith, now 90 years old, who originally taught him the love of books although she, herself, never finished high school and was employed as a domestic worker her entire life. "Mom never thought she could do better, even though she could conjugate complicated Latin verbs and out-spell almost anyone." His daughter Holly Benin Alston, and grandsons, Kai, Amari, De'jour, and Terrell, who live in Easton and Bethlehem, all share his love for black history and intense devotion to social justice. "I thank God daily", says Dr. Scott with a broad smile, "for their love and support."

Update: WASHINGTON (WJLA) Jan. 28, 2015 – "Howard U. Middle School parents say the principal fired social studies instructors for teaching black history" - Parents are furious over what they’re calling a sudden surge in teachers resigning or being fired from Howard U. Middle School of Mathematics and Science (MS)²—allegedly for teaching black history.

Dr. Scott has now retired and battles heart disease and lung cancer. His firstborn grandson, Terrell Scott, is a mentally ill young man who was arrested on the word of a middle aged white woman who used Terrell as a sex slave for four years. Terrell was arrested on Crystal's unsubstantiated allegations that he sexually abused her minor daughters. In fact, Terrell saved the children from their mother's negligence and abuse by reporting Crystal to Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services. His allegations were investigated and found to be true, and the children were removed from Crystal's custody. Crystal retaliated months later by levying false charges against Terrell.

The legal system persecutes Terrell Scott and withholds his Sixth Amendment right to a public trial. Terrell's entire family, including Dr. Scott, suffers from legal abuse syndrome because of Terrell's false arrest, denial of human and civil rights, and torture in prison. Is this Dr. Scott's payback for teaching African American History in colleges and universities throughout America and in other countries? Is this professor of African American Studies now treated like a government whistle blower and his offspring like a slave?

Information about Terrell Scott's unprecedented denial of human and civil rights is chronicled in online articles by Mary Neal (Google "Terrell Scott Mary Neal"). See, for example, "Terrell Scott - Too 'Crazy' for Trial, but Competent for a Plea Deal" at
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/terrell-scott-too-crazy-for-trial-but.html

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) is bundling up to 100 cases of negligence, abuse, and unrequited murders of mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts of all races to present to the United Nations in 2015. Terrell Scott's case will be presented in International Court for relief and restitution and as an example of America's denial of human and civil rights to Americans with mental disabilities - a historic and ongoing problem in the USA. All persons who have been negatively impacted by the USA's negligence to treat mentally ill Americans and drug/alcohol addicts are also welcome to join the class. For information, please see our "AIMI-Human Rights" website at
http://AIMI-HumanRights.blogspot.com

Holly Alston, Terrell's mother, gave an update about Terrell and participated in a discussion about criminalizing mental illness, racism, prejudice against GLBT citizens in the legal system, and torture in domestic prisons on Human Rights Demand at Blogtalkradio, Dec. 17, 2014

Two reviews of Dr. Scott's scholarly work are below:

"The Sons of Sheba's Race: African-Americans and the Italo-Ethiopian War, 1935-1941" illustrates the response to the Italo-EthiopianWar of people of color who linked the Ethiopian struggle to their own battles against racism and imperialism. William R. Scott demonstrates the significance of Ethiopia as a historical symbol for African-Americans. They prayed, preached, and protested to help save the world's last outpost of authentic black rule from white control. The African-American response to the Italian invasion of Ethiopia provides a picture of black intellectual thought in America in the 1930s.

William R. Scott challenges the view that the Great Depression virtually ended support for black nationalism, showing that elements of the nationalist creed remained crucial to black American ideology a decade after the decline of Garveyism and contributed to African-American sympathy for Ethiopia. Scott focuses on the pro-Ethiopian activities of the Harlem united front, which brought together black nationalists, communists, and civil rights moderates. He shows the extensive elite and grassroots interest in Ethiopia's fate and the widespread recognition that Ethiopia's independence was extremely important to black racial pride. The book also cogently examines the issue of Ethiopian racial identity, the controversy over this issue, and its effect on African-American support for the Ethiopian cause.

Pan-Africanism, Africa and African-American relations, and the role of the religiopolitical concept of Ethiopianism all came into play in the doomed efforts to assist Ethiopia in its struggle against fascist tyranny. Scott concludes that black poverty and powerlessness impeded black American efforts to assist Ethiopia, but that prodigious pro-Ethiopian activism produced important new appreciations of Africa, the Western powers, and world race relations among the black American masses.

Beginning with the horrors of the Middle Passage and following African American history through to modern topcis of post-Civil Rights politics, this volume provides an overview of the African American Experience. 23 historians offer a variety of perspectives on topics sucha as urbanization, religion, family life, class literature, music, and education in articles covering slavery, Reconstruction, the formation of black identity and culture, and the Civil Rights movement.

Advocacy for Prisoners' Rights Offered

ADVOCACY OFFERED. As a woman who is denied information and justice regarding the wrongful death of an inmate (Google the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal), I stand with all inmates in their quest for human rights and with the families of all inmates whose human rights were disregarded to deny justice in court or to inflict torture and death. Contact me with your innocence claims and brutality or murder claims at telephone number (678)531.0262 and MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Write "HELP WANTED" as your email subject. No regard is given to clients' race, socioeconomic class, gender, ethnicity, or health status.

If denied justice in courts, take your justice quests to the court of public opinion through our "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet. My efforts are greatly censored, but we persist and eventually prevail in making the masses aware of the crimes against humanity that continue in the United States. Advocacy can make a difference in whether your lawsuit prevails and the amount of your award. Advocacy is also needed for inmates who face or already experienced wrongful convictions and are pursuing appeals or clemency. Many prisoners require adequate medical services that are sometimes withheld, and they need people outside who will be their voice.

Congress is deliberating on whether the Internet will be treated as a utility and charges demanded for the amount of time people use the Internet. I am sometimes online 20 hours a day, especially when someone I advocate for faces execution. Officials are also deliberating on whether information on the Internet will enjoy greater visibility for a fee instead of all web sites being given equal access (net freedom). We must not be silenced for the lack of money. Therefore, services that MaryLovesJustice has given free for seven years will now require financial participation by the victims and families who benefit by our advocacy. The fee schedule for twelve(12) services is below.

1) Radio interview with victims, survivors and supporters on either "Human Rights for Prisoners March" or "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" Blogtalkradio shows: FREE

2) Radio interview with victims, survivors and supporters on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio: $50 (two-hour shows)

3) Full length article about brutality or murder: $100. Articles will be published in one or more of these five blogs:
a) FreeSpeakBlog
b) Dog Justice for Mentally Ill
c) Human Rights for Prisoners March
d) MaryLovesJustice

e) Davis-MacPhail Truth Committee (anti-DP blog)
Many of the articles are republished by other bloggers and independent news sites at no addition fee. The articles about your case should help attract legal support and enhance the likelihood of success for justice quests.

4) Articles to announce meetings, rallies and protests or political messages (if approved): FREE in "MaryLovesJustice Human Rights Events" blog

5) Mention along with newspaper and blog links at @koffietime http://www.twitter.com/koffietime - FREE

6) Fundraisers for justice quests: $50. See examples:
a) Johnny Strozier Reentry Fund. Support his fresh start.
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/johnny-strozier-reentry-fund
b) Mark Bowles Legal Defense Fund

7) Video and film on YouTube and Google Hangouts: $50

8) We announce legal victories that set new precedents and/or have significance for large numbers of Americans through articles published at our "Legal Victories" blog. Law firms and civil or human rights organizations that win victories or make significant steps toward justice can have those victories publicized in Legal Victories blog: FREE

9) Posts on Facebook and at Google+ and Twitter about your justice quests that will be read by thousands of MaryLovesJustice and @koffietime friends, including prisoner rights advocates, lawyers, law firms, law schools, Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the general public: FREE

10) Flyers and cards that can be given to people and organizations describing your justice quest: $50

11) A petition at MoveOn.org or another petition site of your choice: $50. Sample: "Save Florida Inmate Damion Hayes from Life in SHU"
http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/save-florida-inmate-damion

12) Website: $150. See a website I published for a daycare center - Love and Grace Christian Academy
http://www.loveandgrace.net/

13) Get all of the services listed above on a one-by-one basis for the prices named, or receive all the services listed above plus ongoing advocacy for a one-time fee of $500: unlimited public updates through articles, radio interviews, and other releases of information related to your case.

Payment of fees can be delayed for cases that are in litigation until satisfactory resolution of your wrongful death and brutality lawsuits. For some cases, it may be too late to pursue legal remedy through lawsuits, but now is the time to expose and oppose oppression. We must not be deterred by cyber censorship or new fees for Internet usage. "The time is always right to do what is right" (MLK).

I was a legal assistant for many years before the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. His murder is still treated like a national secret despite all of my advocacy. I am currently enrolled in a human rights defender course to become a Certified Human Rights Advocate to the United Nations. Many of our cases will be taken before the U.N. if they have been denied justice in U.S. Courts. A complete list of blogs and radio programs that I manage is at "MaryLovesJustice Blogs and Radio Shows"
http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2014/03/marylovesjustice-blogs-and-radio-shows.html

The United States is a member of the United Nations and has signed certain treaties that it is accountable to uphold. See Executive Order No. 13107, wherein President Bill Clinton reaffirmed America's commitment to uphold the human rights of people in the U.S.A. Yet, according to International Human Rights Lawyer Mustafa Ansari, fewer than one percent of the complaints that the United Nations reviews originate in the U.S., although many crimes against humanity happen here. We will change that for some of the victims and survivors for whom we advocate.

Americans must unite for justice. Our strength in numbers will eventually end police brutality, prisoner abuse, and executions. Millions of people who have no relatives or friends behind bars care about human rights for prisoners. Those who do have imprisoned and reentering relatives and all human rights advocates should join the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet and demand respect for all. We will begin sending membership cards to supporters of this advocacy who send any amount of money to help. We have to continually purchase new computers as ours are attacked by NSA or other cyber stalkers who seemingly work for prison investors.

We also need a budget to offer our services to people who are unable to pay the nominal fees listed above for our advocacy and to license our organization as a non-profit. Please give generously to the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" and to "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill." Become a member of this advocacy. Members will be thanked on air during our broadcasts, but anonymous givers are also appreciated and will not be thanked publicly. Prison investors, past and present, who recognize the great harm that is being done to humanity to earn prison profits are encouraged to contribute. A U.S. Post Office box will be listed here for your checks and money orders, and we will post a PayPal depository for your convenience.

Thank you in advance for sharing this article with twelve (12) services to give voice to the voiceless. Please mail our contact information to families and prisoners who need advocacy. We appreciate your joining us on the Human Rights for Prisoners March. Nine(9) links and three pictures are in this article (counting the repeat of paragraph 1 below). Volunteers are also invited to contact us as we build our network. Please do not let the loss of net freedom negatively impact prisoners' right to speak and be heard. Blessings!
