We Have Another Cochran Firm Fraud to Report: An African American youth was apparently murdered by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. Nashville said former St. Louis police officer Keith McGull, fired his gun on Parker, his brother and a friend without provocation and killed her son. Of course McGull faced no criminal charges, plus The Cochran Firm defrauded the family of their righteous lawsuit. Hear this distraught mother Thursday night, May 7, 2015, at 9pmEST on "Human Rights Demand" channel at BlogTalkRadio. Please do not rely on The Cochran Firm frauds for legal services, especially not for defense on criminal charges or lawsuits against police, major corporations, or the federal government. After Holmes missed the date for "Nashville vs. St. Louis," The Cochran Firm frauds told Ms. Nashville that the law firm did not have the money to get a continuance and a new court date. Most Cochran Firm clients do not understand the court process or their rights. Nashville said she went to other attorneys, but they would not accept the case with so little time to prepare. Nashville said The Cochran Firm had not taken depositions from witnesses to present the case, anyway. Police arrested some of the youths who had witnessed Stanley Parker being shot to death. This seems typical of how The Cochran Firm and police work together to suppress justice for victimized African Americans.

Nashville tried to continue the wrongful death case pro se, but she said the judge told her she could not do that; she had to have an attorney. If that is true, then obviously the court and The Cochran Firm frauds united to suppress Nashville's case against St. Louis Police Department regarding Parker's death just like Georgia courts apparently united with The Cochran Firm frauds to suppress justice regarding the murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who died after 18 days of secret arrest (a kidnapping and murder by police in Memphis, Tennessee).

Running black teenagers are often considered criminals by police and are regularly shot and killed, especially in some neighborhoods. That apparently led to Parker's death. Nashville reports that when Parker, his brother and a friend finished cleaning a neighbor's attic, it was late at night. They were walking home when they saw a Chevy Lumina approaching them, driving fast. Their neighborhood had gang activity, and the boys darted into an ally for safety. They did not see a policeman exit the car and hide behind a dumpster. Keith McGull reportedly emerged from that hiding place and opened fire on the teens without saying a word and minus any provocation. This was apparently a case of "black teens running - shoot!"

Nashville said McGull had beaten his fiance half to death before joining the police force. He was implicated in other crimes after killing her son and was finally relieved of duty for good. McGull was also fired after killing Parker, but he was rehired after that tragedy and was fired again after doing other crimes. McGull is probably a police officer or an inmate someplace today.

Rodney Holmes, Esq. apparently left The Cochran Firm despite his excellent work suppressing justice for Parker's wrongful death, and he now runs his own law practice. This is why other Cochran Firm fraud victims and I check the background of lawyers involved in high profile cases regarding police violence to see if they have worked for The Cochran Firm since Johnnie Cochran announced a reparations lawsuit against the USA and major corporations and soon died. We do this to warn the defendants and plaintiffs because consumer protection agencies, state bars, media companies, and legal referral services will not report The Cochran Firm frauds to black legal consumers. Randy Short, a human rights advocate, facilitated Nashville's connection with Mary Neal, who hopes to be the lead plaintiff against The Cochran Firm in a RICO Act lawsuit against The Cochran Firm. There are now hundreds of potential plaintiffs. There has been no investigation and censure against The Cochan Firm by mainstream media companies or consumer protection agencies to day. Reporting The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its former clients would stop the success of future frauds by this corrupt law firm and negatively impact government agencies and large corporations that depend on The Cochran Firm to defraud its clients in order to protect their assets from African Americans' lawsuits. After Cochran's death, the national law firm fell into the hands of unethical and apparently racist partners, Cherry, Givens, Smith or Sistruck. Smith was and Sistrunk is black, which proves that racism is practiced by African Americans for material gain, also (see "Racist Black Elitist Traitors," an article in "Cochran Firm Fraud" blog - the link is provided at the end of this article).

This is not to say that every individual lawyer at The Cochran Firm is corrupt. Some attorneys who left the firm after Cochran's demise sued the firm for racism, fraud, and other offenses, including Shawn Chapman-Holley and Randy McMurray. Vicki L. Gilliam also left the firm after partners took her case regarding environmental pollution of the Ramapough People's lands in New Jersey (Google 'Mann v. Ford' by Mary Neal" to read about that fiasco). The Cochran Firm fraud partners then settled the case that was valued at $3billion for a mere $12.5million (see also an HBO special about the case). Attorneys with integrity and professional ethics are ordinarily forced out of The Cochran Firm like the three listed above were. McMurray's lawsuit is happening now in California. As McGull's unmarked Chevy Lumina approached Parker and his three teenage companions, the kids bolted down the alley, only to be met at the other end by the uniformed McGull. The officer says he verbally warned the kids and fired nine rounds at Parker only after being fired upon. Parker's brother, sixteen-year-old Joshua Nashville, flatly denies this, saying that McGull didn't make a peep and that none of the boys fired a gun, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

AIMI vs. USA International Court Action

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans an action in International Court to (i) win restitution for victims of human trafficking - people who were denied psychiatric and/or drug and alcohol treatment in order to enrich prison investors, (ii) win restitution for victims of mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts who were denied treatment, and (iii) help decriminalize mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions in the USA by demanding punitive damages for the failure of the United States, a United Nations member state, to adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention Against Torture, and other international laws, treaties, and conventions regarding human rights, particularly the rights of individuals with health disabilities. The action will be filed in 2015 by an International Human Rights Lawyer.

Please note that AIMI vs. USA will only sue for monetary damages, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Claimants are encouraged to continue using regular legal channels to seek prisoners' releases and humane incarcerations. AIMI will sue for monetary compensation to our claimants for pain and suffering. Many prisoners require adequate medical services that are sometimes withheld, and they need people outside who will be their voice.

I am sometimes online 20 hours a day, especially when someone I advocate for faces execution. The United States is a member of the United Nations and has signed certain treaties that it is accountable to uphold. See Executive Order No. 13107, wherein President Bill Clinton reaffirmed America's commitment to uphold the human rights of people in the U.S.A. Yet, according to International Human Rights Lawyer Mustafa Ansari, fewer than one percent of the complaints that the United Nations reviews originate in the U.S., although many crimes against humanity happen here. We will change that for some of the victims and survivors for whom we advocate.

Americans must unite for justice. Our strength in numbers will eventually end police brutality, prisoner abuse, and executions. Millions of people who have no relatives or friends behind bars care about human rights for prisoners. Those who do have imprisoned and reentering relatives and all human rights advocates should join the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet and demand respect for all. Neglected Prisoners' Gov Health Care Plan

PRISONERS ACROSS AMERICA DEPEND ON GOVERNMENT HEALTH CARE. This article highlights the lack of compassion and respect for human rights that cause great pain and suffering among inmates and avoidable deaths on a regular basis. Last week the U.S. Supreme Court found the national health care "tax" to be constitutional. Many people are excited about the prospect of all Americans having health coverage and worked hard to make this a reality. Others object to the plan because of the expense involved. The most striking objections for me came from health care professionals who doubt if they will be able to provide adequate care under the national health care plan. As a prisoner activist, I am aware of many cases like the two cited below where inmates who must depend on the government for their health and welfare die in harsh circumstances. (Five(5) links and four(4) photos are in this article.) Their lives could have been saved with timely intervention. I urge the federal government to mandate proper health care for every prisoner as a demonstration that the government can be trusted to avoid unnecessary suffering and loss of life. CASE NO. 1 -- HORRIFIC CASE OF 16-YEAR-OLD KATHIA CASSEUS, a 16-year-old who presumably died because of tortuous medical neglect on the floor of a Kansas City youth detention center in February, 2012.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (CN) - A teenager with an IQ of 68 died after a family court detention center staff member shrugged off her complaint that she could not breathe and told her, "Oh, just crawl up the stairs," the girl's mother claims in court.

Nesly Destil, mother of the late Kathia Casseus, sued The Children's Mercy Hospital, a doctor and nurse there, the Jackson County Family Court Detention Center and six of its employees, including a supervisor, a nurse, a shift leader and three of its staff members, in Jackson County Court. Kathia Casseus "was born without a thyroid and had a functional IQ of about 68," her mother says in the complaint.

In August 2011, Kathia, "an unlicensed driver who had never driven a car, took her mother's car to go for a ride," the complaint states. "She had an accident in which she struck a carport at a local apartment complex. This resulted in a chain reaction that caused the multi-car carport to collapse and cause property damage. For this adolescent act, she was sentenced to an 8-month rehabilitation program in the Jackson County Family Court System."


Three months later, "for reasons still unknown to her mother," Kathia, 16, "was sent to Children's Mercy Hospital, where Defendants Children's Mercy Hospital, Delozier, and [defendant Dr. Stephen J.] Schuman prescribed and placed on her body the Ortho Evra birth control patch." Kathia's mother claims the birth control "was not indicated or necessary for Kathia. Information and history of injury and death from this most dangerous form of birth control is well published," according to the complaint. In February this year, three months after being put on birth control, Kathia began complaining of heart pain and shortness of breath, her mom says. [After complaining about chest pains and her inability to breathe three times, Kathina was carried into an isolation cell.]


In the "segregation cell," Kathia yelled for five to seven minutes that she couldn't breathe, her mother says, "but eventually went quiet, and she looked like she was sleeping, lying on her side with her eyes closed."

Kathia Casseus, a retarded child, suffered a backdoor death penalty for taking a car for a joyride. One can only speculate about WHAT was happening to Kathia at that juvenile facility to make them put her on BIRTH CONTROL. Abuse is rampant in correctional facilities across the nation, especially to mentally challenged inmates. NOTE TO KATHIA'S MOM: I suggest that you exhume your daughter and have an independent autopsy done. Look for needle puncture wounds. Maybe she did not die from side effects to the birth control patch. Perhaps she died because she would have told WHY she was put on the birth control patches. This could be another secret jail murder. It happens all the time, and authorities do cover-ups to protect the facilities. CASE NO. 2 -- XAVIUS SCULLARK-JOHNSON, PRISONER, DIES [IN HIS OWN URINE] AFTER HE'S DENIED HEALTH CARE - A prisoner was left in his urine-soaked cell to die after a nurse turned away an ambulance, even though he had suffered several seizures, according to documents obtained by the Star Tribune.

Xavius Scullark-Johnson, 27, was three months away from getting out of prison when he died in June 2010. He was serving a five-month sentence for a probation violation stemming from a second-degree assault conviction. Now his mother, Olivia Scullark, is suing two nurses employed by the Minnesota Department of Corrections at the Rush City prison, as well as other medical staff and corrections officers, according to the Pioneer Press. Scullark told The Huffington Post she filed the lawsuit because that's what her son, who suffered from schizophrenia and a seizure disorder, told her to do if he didn't make it out of the prison alive.

"You can't even leave an animal like that," she said. "I'm pretty angry, but I'm glad that some justice is gonna come."

According to DOC documents and ambulance reports obtained by the Tribune, Scullark-Johnson was found "soaked in urine on the floor of his cell" on the night of June 28, 2010. "He was coiled in a fetal position and in an altered state of consciousness that suggested he had suffered a seizure," according to notes taken by nurse Linda Andrews.

The Tribune notes that ambulance runs are "strictly monitored" in "an effort to cut costs" by Corizon Inc., the for-profit company contracted by the DOC to care for its prisoners. IT IS TIME FOR AMERICANS TO ASK THE TERMS OF THE HEALTH CARE PLAN WE HAVE BEEN DRAFTED TO BUY. Does it include enforced microchips and vaccines? Will the health care benefits under the plan decline according to the U.S. economy? Is medical neglect that many prisoners suffer indicative of government health care provisions? Note that the two cases of medical neglect in this article involved young people who were serving light sentences. Neither of them seemed to need expensive intervention like brain surgery or cancer treatments, but they were both neglected to death. So are many other prisoners who must depend on government health care. Institutionalized people rely on the U.S. Department of Justice to uphold their rights, and that is a thoroughly corrupt agency. In 2008, I read that eight California prisoners died that year of tooth decay when infections from their rotting teeth entered their bloodstreams. Judges and juries sentence defendants they find guilty to prison, not to torture and slow death by medical neglect or brutality. Those are backdoor death penalties that inmates do not deserve. (There are five links and four photos in this article.) Some prisoners who died in jail due to medical neglect were awaiting trial and had not been found guilty of any offenses whatsoever. Inhumane treatment is happening throughout the nation to people who depend on the government for their health care in state and federal correctional facilities. Can Americans be sure that we who are not prisoners will be treated any better than Kathia and Xavius? You should care more about prisoner health care. Lawsuits cost more than treatment, for one thing. Secondly, if you miss paying your premiums for coverage under the national health care plan, you will find yourselves behind bars! That's government tough love.
