The president's survival as a child growing up in Indonesia may have depended on his ability to ignore the genocide of people who looked like him and identify with their oppressors. More than 500,000 indigenous people of West Papua, who are dark skinned people, were murdered by Indonesians, and genocide continues in smaller numbers today. 

A man from West Papua smuggled the following video to me and requested that I make it widely available to people in the West. I uploaded the video at YouTube https://youtu.be/bQUfLGCkJQM and told him that he had probably made the worst possible choice about who should convey his message regarding oppression in his country (see the West Papua video embedded below. Warning: graphic violence). Since my own brother's secret arrest for three weeks and murder in the Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, I have been America's most censored person. Nevertheless, he asked me to help give his people a voice. Their plight seems ignored by the world as they endure mass arrests and massacres for any overtures toward independence and self-determination. The Indonesians, who are Muslims, seem comfortable abusing the people of West Papua, who are mostly Christians. Numerous human rights organizations urged President Obama to speak against Indonesia's oppression during his trip there in November 2010. BBC News Reports "Human rights groups have accused the Indonesian government and military of human rights abuses including imprisoning nonviolent protesters, oppressing free speech and crushing minority religious groups. And incidents of political bribery and corruption have undermined Indonesia's claims to transparent democracy." That language may remind one of articles and radio shows by MaryLovesJustice that chronicle my own oppression, intimidation, censorship, and financial persecution as I oppose discrimination against Americans who are either black or mentally ill or both, a Christian duty according to Proverbs 31:8-9.

President Obama spent his formative years in Indonesia during its most violent period when over 500,000 people of West Papua were killed. Such atrocities being done to people who looked like him might have had a profound effect on the child, perhaps making him less willing or able to stand against the oppression of Black people or any oppressed people in the United States. Growing up during the genocide against indigenous people in West Papua, it is reasonable to assume that the president's mother and step-father cautioned him not to object when he heard Indonesian soldiers boasting about their murders for the day. That period was even more violent than the video embedded above shows (the video is more current), and the child could have developed a high tolerance for the crimes against humanity that have increased significantly in the USA. He may have had a strong desire to disassociate himself from the dark-skinned genocide victims or even to pretend not to know or care about the victimization of people who resembled him more than his own family members did. Whereas that self-protective reaction is understandable for a child, that response is totally unacceptable for a president who has a sworn duty to uphold the rights of all citizens as set forth in the U.S. Constitution and numerous other domestic and international laws.

Rick Perlstein, a writer, speculated about the affect living in Indonesia during that gruesome period may have had on President Obama as a child. Perlstein told of a "massacre estimated in excess of 500,000 corpses—of Communists, supposedly, of course; but also of ethnic Chinese, Christians, and any other unfortunate communal persons. Wikipedia: Methods 'of killing included shooting and beheading with Japanese-style samurai swords. Corpses were often thrown into rivers, and at one point officials complained to the Army that the rivers running into the city of Surabaya were clogged with bodies.'" Although Human Rights Watch and others asked for President Obama to use his trip in 2010 to influence Indonesia to stop its barbarism, BBC News and other media reported that "US President Barack Obama held up Indonesia as an example of how a developing nation can embrace democracy and diversity." 'SHARED VALUES' OF USA AND INDONESIA

In his address, the president touched on the four years he spent in the country as a child and emphasized the importance of Indonesia's example as a growing economy and a majority-Muslim nation that is largely tolerant of other religions.

"Today, I return to Indonesia as a friend, but also as a president who seeks a deep and enduring partnership between our two countries," he said.

"Because as vast and diverse countries; as neighbors on either side of the Pacific; and above all as democracies - the United States and Indonesia are bound together by shared interests and shared values."

"Shared values" between the USA and Indonesia were exposed last fall as we watched militarized police attack peaceful protesters in Ferguson, Missouri as well as during the Occupy movement. Throughout America, police insist on their "right" to kill unarmed Black people without accountability like their Indonesian brothers in uniform.

"Prosperity without freedom is just another form of poverty," President Obama said. "Because there are aspirations that human beings share - the liberty of knowing that your leader is accountable to you - and that you won't get locked up for disagreeing with them." The following December, he signed the NDAA (concentration camp) bill into law, which allows Americans to be indefinitely detained without trial for being perceived as "belligerent" by the White House.

I cannot pretend to be anything other than belligerent while unarmed Black children, men and women are catastrophically injured and killed by police officers who are very seldom held accountable for their actions. My belligerence shows when mentally ill Americans of all races are deliberately deprived of treatment then killed during lunacy arrests or as jail and prison inmates in abusive correctional facilities throughout this nation, where the press is denied admittance like the press is denied admittance to West Papua. I am belligerent over living as a virtual prisoner in my home for security with my phones and computers taken over to prevent disclosure about my own disabled brother's secret murder. While the human and civil rights of Black people and mentally challenged people of every race are continually trampled, and with protesters and journalists enduring attacks and wrongful arrests, we must all raise a belligerent fist and say to the spirit of Indonesia everywhere, "All lives matter!"

Dear Mr. President:

I would be presumptuous and fatuous to claim to speak for many descendants of enslaved Africans if I had not been the undisputed, foremost investor, for the past forty years, in the effort in New York to end police brutality in and about its streets and in courthouses coupled with a sacrificial effort to end unfettered racism in its judicial system.

"Not all cops are bad" fails to describe the plight of descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States. The problem starts with us being remembered and institutionalized as "imported" in Scott v. Sandford. In a "land" that we built, without any semblance of wages, we can never become immigrants. Words also kill.\

In Our Time Press dated December 25, 2014, I was given an opportunity to pen a "Guest Op Ed" article entitled "An Intelligent Response to Police Killings." This opportunity was a milestone in a city where the practice of censorship is routine including it being practiced by Black radio talk show hosts and the Black media.

Many people view nationwide and international protests and demonstrations as exercises under the First Amendment. While these protests are well-meaning, they are misdirected. For example, the institution of slavery ended, in New York, on July 4, 1827 but the "badges of slavery" have continued, incessantly, in New York, up to the present time. This stipulation was grounded in New York's gradual emancipation statute of 1799 and was given wings on November 10, 1821, by white males exclusively.

This matter of unchecked, police crimes in the United States is of international concern since "genocide" is an international crime. We Charge Genocide reflects the letter and spirit of a historic Petition in 1951. "Addressed to the United Nations it was submitted to that body in Paris, France at the Palais Chaillot where the Fifth Session of the General Assembly had gathered."

Asecond delegation, led by Paul Robeson, a resident of New York, presented copies "to the office of the Secretary General of the UN in New York." In 1948, the State Department had initiated a policy of refusing to issue passports to dissidents. This class included Robeson who was placed on a "white list" for exercising First Amendment rights. This was an indefinite, "bill of pains and penalties."

The U.S. Justice Department was not established until 1870. By 1877, a federal electoral commission fashioned the Compromise of 1877which would constructively, if not actually, return most descendants of enslaved Africans back to their former slavemasters. To seal the deal, President Grover Cleveland, appointed August H. Garland as attorney general of the United States. Garland was a Confederate loyalist.

Under the "separation of powers" doctrine, New York has operated as a quadrumvirate. All of these titleholders have been almost, with one exception, white men since the Nineteenth Amendment. The chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals is not even elected by its citizens. This gives great deference to a plutocracy. In 1827, New York established a timocracy. It continues until this day. Accordingly, New York is "a state that enshrines white men." It is not "a state that enshrines equal laws."

In 2008 in the New York Amsterdam News, I explained to its readers why you would become the first person of African ancestry to acquire a lease on the "White House." It started with Black soldiers saving the Union. Nonetheless, America was outraged when President Theodore Roosevelt invited Booker T. Washington to the Executive Mansion. It would become known, afterwards, as the "White House."

Given these circumstances, I was aware that your presidency would cause great and irreparable harm to persons of African ancestry. White supremacy still sits on the throne. I was correct on both counts. History will not treat you kind if you view descendants of enslaved Africans as political baggage. After more than four hundred years of unpaid labor and state-sponsored terrorism, we deserve more than disparate treatment.

We congratulate the U.S. Congress for passing a bill recently demanding that all police departments and corrections facilities (prisons and jails) must report every death in custody to the FBI, whereas they presently only report the deaths they want. We urge President Obama to sign the bill into law. Withholding reports about deaths in custody and police incidents is irresponsible and defeats the United States Department of Justice's mandate to protect the civil and human rights for all people in America. NO MORE SECRET ARRESTS AND MURDERS IN AMERICA.

Memphis is the city where my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and held for 18 days in Shelby County Jail while police denied to his family and social worker that he was incarcerated. On August 1, 2003, police announced that Larry had been incarcerated throughout the time that his family and social worker searched for him as a missing person, and that Larry had just died in custody. They refused to say under what circumstances Larry died. Officials eventually returned Larry's naked body without any explanation, excuse, inquest, investigation, and with all requests for records and accountability DENIED by both the murderous jail and the United States Department of Justice, which was in oversight of the jail after a lawsuit by the USA regarding inmate abuse. Larry's survivors have been stalked, financially persecuted, and censored for nearly 10 years because we continue to ask "What happened to Larry Neal?" Such racism is why the KKK is welcome to rally in Memphis, a so-called "chocolate city," while people who plan an anti-rally are not.

A political prisoner is defined as being "a person who has been imprisoned for holding or advocating dissenting political views." It is traditional in America, like many totalitarian countries, to use imprisonment to punish people for exposing and opposing injustice. Numerous political prisoners who were incarcerated during the civil rights era are still behind bars, and new freedom fighters have followed. Another tactic is assassination of perceived leaders, as happened to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who was murdered in Memphis in 1968. The happenings in Memphis today will demonstrate to the country and the world how little things have Changed, even with a significant number of blacks in government, including the President and U.S. Attorney General. I wrote a poem about that called "Mass Hypnosis."

Greetings,

About 30 minutes ago [around noon on March 22, 2013], one officer from the Memphis Police Department knocked on our front door. We did not open the door nor talk to him. He left after we did not respond.

We think this cop may have come to arrest Lorenzo in connection with the warrant issued by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department in Chattanooga for the unpaid court fees and fines for his 2001
misdemeanor conviction. Lorenzo and two other black activists were convicted for disrupting a meeting of the Chattanooga City Council in 1998, where they had gone to protest against police brutality.

This harassment is coming now in order to disrupt the Anti-Klan Protest on March 30 that the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation initiated, with the creation of the Ida B. Wells Coalition Against Racism and Police Brutality.The mayor and the police think that if they arrest Lorenzo, that will stop the protest. It will not.

Here 's what you can do to help. Complain to the police and the mayor about our harassment:

Impeachment looming for President Obama; Execution for Thomas Arthur

President Obama faces impeachment for invading Libya, and Thomas Arthur is an Alabama death row inmate who faces execution on March 29, 2012, although he took and passed a DNA test in 2009. I believe they work out of the blue house across from mine, which DeKalb County, Georgia Tax Accessors Office recorded in 2010 as belonging to a person in Texas and the government - dual ownership. When I read the housing records, I was reminded that Dr.Murray, who killed Michael Jackson, called a Texas phone number before calling 911 for the superstar. Several other houses around mine are listed as belonging to the government and banks, and they also have stalkers living in them. I guess the cover-up regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, is pretty important although justice for our family was ruled "immateial" in federal court in 2009. I find it interesting that with Thomas Arthur's life in the balance despite his DNA test results eliminating him as a contributor for all evidence that was tested, and with Troy Davis in his grave, the U.S. House of Representatives and the White House are reportedly taking a strong stand against a pending execution in Iran. I wrote it the day MJJ died, knowing that he was suspicious of mandatory vaccines that were contemplated in 2009. Even some of MJJ's family members believe something more than an unintentional overdose happened. I am glad Dr. Murray is in prison and would love to know who he called in Texas.

So maybe things already worked out and the impeachment proceedings were dropped like the birthing hearing that was to be in Georgia courts last month. I am relieved that no country bombs USA for human rights abuses, especially since 1.25million mentally ill inmates are cruelly jailed in America rather than treated in mental hospitals and community care for their "illegal" health disability. High incarceration numbers help prison investors.
