White People, Sign My ATL "Pass"

Hello, online friends of freedom. I request your assistance. Below is a "pass" for Whites to sign for me to go into Atlanta and speak in conversational tones with people about giving "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" and the "Human Rights for Prisoners March." In 2010, I was threatened by two Black police officers who said they were responding to a 911 call to make me leave from the sidewalk in front of the court-declared "nonexistent" office of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm at 127 Peachtree Street. Since I plan to go back to that location, I thought that as a Black woman, my free speech rights might be protected if I have a "pass" from White Americans. In addition, people of all races are invited to sign my Petition for Free Speech online at iPetitions. Petitioners request the U.S. government to stop hackers from destroying my computers, taking over my telephones, and stop whomever sends stalkers to follow me in order to interrupt my advocacy for America's mentally ill prisoners of all races. I advocate for the government to respect the human rights of all prisoners institutionalized within this country. It is very important for me to get signatures from many White People on my pass, because your own human rights are also compromised. Your signatures do not have the weight that they once had. Innocent White elders are being killed by police in their homes, and unarmed White youths are being gunned down by police like they are Blacks - even young White women. I publish such wrongful deaths at my blogs and at Google+ and Facebook. I used to use Care2 more often than I do now, because my account there was completely taken over by NSA or other hackers. I believe that it is important for all races of people to unite and resist oppression. (Genesis 11:6). Please unite with me to enforce my human rights to free speech. If you do not, nobody else will. Elitist white supremacists mean nothing good for any of us, no matter what race we working class people are.

White skin privilege is receding fast, and it may soon disappear altogether after officials finish their job of "flattening the U.S. economy." Corporations desire to pay no more for labor inside America than they do in China, Africa, India, and other developing countries. Over 2.3 million Americans are now prison slaves, omitted from laws enforcing minimum wage, unemployment benefits, safe work environments, and denied pay for sick days, holidays, and vacations. Many former union jobs have already disappeared behind prison walls and to other countries. White people need to act fast before they are as oppressed as Blacks have always been in the USA.

Oppression in America began with the mentally ill, like it did in Nazi Germany. Later, it spread in Germany to include the isolation and murders of minorities: Jews, Blacks, and dissidents. Eventually, the entire country was surrounded by an iron curtain, and nobody was free. While we still have the First Amendment as a law, please use it to denounce my oppression for exercising my rights as listed in the Bill of Rights: Free Speech, Freedom of Press, the right to Peaceful Assembly (online and in person with right-minded people), Religious Freedom (God said I must speak up for the poor and oppressed and all who are appointed to destruction in Pv.31:8-9), and the Right to Relay Grievances to Public Officials, such as the 2003 secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and the refusal of Memphis Shelby County Jail and the U.S. Department of Justice to respond to my FIOA requests with records and information about his secret, fatal arrest.

I do not consider honoring the Bill of Rights to be unreasonable and burdensome on public officials, but they apparently do. If you believe the rights under the U.S. Constitution and the International Declaration of Human Rights should be honored and protected for all people -- even Black women -- please sign my Petition to Free Mary Neal and sign my "pass" to speak to people in Atlanta, a very oppressive city where officials feign pride in being the birthplace of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Christopher Tucker vs. The Cochran Firm and Oklahoma City Police Department

ANOTHER Cochran Firm Fraud - There have been many since Johnnie Cochran died in 2005. Tucker is the latest former Cochran Firm client to file a lawsuit against the racist frauds (as far as I know). The Cochran Firm allegedly "threw the fight" in Tucker's criminal defense case when Oklahoma City Police allegedly beat him and nearly Tasered to death the armed guard. Police then charged Tucker with resisting arrest. Therefore, Tucker, who had a clean background report and at one time worked with the sheriff's office, needed a criminal lawyer. He heard The Cochran Firm fraud ads on television and called (all who advertise that RICO Act operation should stop).

The Cochran Firm contracted to represent Tucker, although Tucker later discovered that the firm was NOT licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. Tucker says The Cochran Firm continuously advertises its services in Oklahoma City, just as though the firm has an office there. Disgusting frauds! The Cochran Firm allegedly got a real Oklahoma atty to meet a Cochran Firm atty at the court and spent only minutes collaborating on Tucker's case before trial. The Oklahoma lawyer knew nearly nothing about the charges against Tucker and had not met him or The Cochran Firm lawyer until the court date. The Oklahoma lawyer refused to sign The Cochran Firm's prepared statement that he had been briefed on Tucker's case.

Tucker and his friend and sister had to pick up The Cochran Firm lawyer at his hotel room and take him to court when he flew into town to represent Tucker, and the man seemed drunk to them (Tucker worked with the sheriff's office and as an armed guard, so I assume he can recognize a drunk man when he sees one). Tucker had paid a LARGE amount of money for his inept lawyer's defense - over $12k - and The Cochran Firm only paid $500 to the the real Oklahoma attorney who actually spoke at trial. Tucker was found guilty of resisting arrest, which he disclaimed. Police never explained WHY they stopped his car. Tucker filed suit against The Cochran Firm and the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Anthony Joseph Partipilo is the name of the lead attorney who was managing and supervising for The Cochran Firm on the Christopher Tucker case. Information supplied by the California State Bar Association reveals that Partipilo's license has now been suspended for two years, and the law office where he practiced has apparently closed. Tucker believes that The Cochran Firm deliberately lost Tucker's "resisting arrest" case in order to jeopardize Tucker's lawsuit against Oklahoma City Police Department for the brutality he endured. Tucker has had several operations since his shoulder and arm were damaged and expects at least one more surgery. After being defrauded, Tucker decided to do a web search to learn if other people complained about being defrauded by The Cochran Firm, and he found my articles about the racketeers. I believe it is reasonable to assume that The Cochran Firm "threw the fight" in Tucker's criminal case in order to help police. In my experience, The Cochran Firm works behind its clients' backs to help large corporations and government agencies like the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Oklahoma City reportedly has the nation's record for the most Taser deaths, and Tucker nearly died. He has had numerous surgeries since his beating and Tasering, and he says he experiences mini strokes and migraine headaches continuously. Police in Atlanta threatened to Taser and arrest this writer for revealing The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans. Since news reports at that time included a black teacher who Atlanta police had Tasered when she called police after hearing a burglar at her home, I felt very intimidated.

In addition to Tucker's health problems and medical bills, Tucker now lives under THREAT, because police published his name and picture in a police safety bulletin and posted it on the bulletin board as being someone who may be DANGEROUS to police. The bulletin says Tucker is "disgruntled" since he lost his lawsuit against Oklahoma City Police Department in District Court. Tucker could not afford to appeal that case, but his lawsuit against The Cochran Firm is ongoing. He has never threatened police officers and considers his image and name being posted as someone who is dangerous to police as being libelous. He seeks an attorney to represent him in an action against police for publishing that libel and for targeting him for filing his initial lawsuit.

Tucker wants YOU to hear his story so that more people can be warned about The Cochran Firm's frauds against black legal consumers, and he hopes that Oklahoma City Police will STOP harassing him. He has been stopped by police numerous times since his lawsuit was filed (but never before then), and he must carry a gun as an armed guard. He and his family are afraid that police published the false notice that Tucker hates police and is DANGEROUS to them in order to set him up on more false charges or possibly to kill him. He has obviously been targeted. It violates U.S. Code to retaliate against any American for using his constitutional rights to seek redress in courts of law, but retaliation appears to be happening to Tucker. In my experience, police and The Cochran Firm work together against black, brown, and red people who seek justice.

Pray for everybody who must sue The Cochran Firm frauds. The lawsuit against The Cochran Firm by one of its former partners is ongoing - Randy McMurray alleges RICO Act Racketeering and fraud by the law firm. The California judge in that case recused herself in November 2014, and the case awaits another judicial appointment, as far as I know. There are probably other lawsuits against The Cochran Firm happening right now that this writer does not know about and publish ("somebody" takes over my phones and email accounts to make it hard for fraud victims to make contact). There have been many lawsuits filed against the unethical law firm, but the media does an excellent job of hiding what we consider to be a CoIntelPro plot against black and brown legal consumers throughout the USA.

Terror to Prevent Lawless America from Filming Mary Neal

Bill Windsor, they killed another mentally ill inmate like they murdered my brother, Larry Neal, after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. This one was in Tulsa, and he died of untreated blunt force trauma to the head and/or starvation and dehydration. Incarcerating the mentally ill for prison profits is the most corrupt practice in America's penal system, and they kill some without accountability OFTEN. Former Vice President Chaney and Attorney Gen Gonzales were indicted for ignoring prison abuse in 2008 in Willacy County, Texas. They did not go to trial, but the D.A. who brought the indictment did. (Google Juan Guerra, now a Texas defense attorney).

 Paragraph 2 of 11  -- I know it is frightening to expose officials in the highest echelons of government who may be misusing their positions to make money from corrupt police departments and prisons by withholding investigations after murders and abuses, but I hope Lawless America will carry the story of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill for the sake of 1.25 million mentally ill inmates who should be in hospitals or community care programs, depending on their offenses and suitability to live outside a controlled environment. Yes, they send stalkers to harass you and send death threats via cyberterror. But no story about corruption in America is complete without telling about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and his family's gangstalking and terrorism after asking for accountability and lawsuit against The Cochran Firm frauds. Americans deserve a consumer report regarding the law firm that operates in Johnnie Cochran's name and defrauds its own clients to help police and jails escape accountability after murders of black people. When I told mainstream media companies The Cochran Firm had Judge Wendy Shoob in Georgia Superior Court to declare falsely that there is no Cochran Firm office in the state of Georgia, the media companies said, "So what?" They will never warn people about this CoIntelPro operation.

Paragraph 3 of 11 -- I write this because of your announcement, "LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE IS CHANGING ITS SCHEDULE FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY REASONS" http://goo.gl/RRKoE . I had hoped my nightmare of being stalked and censored to contain my advocacy would end on November 22, when I was to be interviewed for "Lawless America - The Movie." Now they have you going into hiding for security. Another documentary I was interviewed in regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=584tgKJwobY was recorded by PressTV in June 2012, but it has not yet been released. See the short promo film on systemic racism that continually victimizes Africans in America, especially those who have other issues like poverty or mental illness. The mentally ill comprise 60% of those inmates who awakened in solitary confinement today, and 80% of inmates who are tortured in 9 foot x 6 foot solitary cells are blacks. What is particularly tragic is that America has between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions every year, according to a recent study. Inmates earn prison investors the same fee, whether innocent or guilty.

Paragraph 4 of 11 -- No movie about injustice is complete without telling about mental hospitals being closed across America to leave sick people homeless and later arrest them for crimes from vagrancy to murders in order to get the nation's first generation of private prisons started. They are kept full today by victimizing other mental patients over the next 40 years. Municipalities contract with private prisons to maintain prisons at a certain occupancy level, and incarcerating the mentally ill in America is the main way this contractual obligation is met.

Paragraph 5 of 11 -- I spoke with a distraught mother last night - Ms. Goolsby. She has two sons, both are mentally ill inmates who were incarcerated as teens. Police told her that some thugs took advantage of her oldest son's mental illness and used him as a lookout during a robbery. He is in prison now being raped and beaten by other inmates when he should have been sent to a hospital. Her youngest son was arrested for masturbation. He was visiting his dad, who Ms. Goolsby said has always been ashamed of his sick son and grew tired of paying child support for him. Her ex had another son who was younger than the mentally ill teen. The youngster walked into a room where Ms. Goolsby's son was masturbating and watching a sex tape his dad had left in the VCR. The dad pressed charges, saying his mentally ill son exposed himself to his younger child. Both of Ms. Goolsby's sons are in Georgia prisons. Like many mentally ill inmates, they face abuse from inmates and guards, and their sentences may be lengthened for failure to follow prison rules because they are sick and not always in control of their actions (especially when not medicated) and are slow to understand instructions.

Paragraph 6 of 11 -- The oldest son should have been released in 2012, but now the prison told Ms. Goolsby he has to stay until June 2013. In June, they may say another year - and another. One mentally ill youth in Los Angeles who was arrested after he threw a chair through his mom's window may get life in prison because he threatened the judge and a prison guard with light rays from Mars. They called it a "terrorist threat." This is how prison investors make money off the mentally ill. Even if they are arrested for misdemeanors, they may end up in prison for life.

Paragraph 7 of 11 -- My testimony is about Larry Neal's murder under secret arrest and the elaborate government cover-up that has lasted nine years by lawyer fraud, censorship, cyberterror, gangstalking, cooperation from the sold-out media companies, and payoffs to public officials who joined the conspiracy to deny my family's civil rights and became accessories to the murder after the fact. But it is also about all the mentally ill people who are wrongly victimized in and by the injustice system - Kelly Thomas, who was murdered by six Fullerton, California police officers who beat the homeless mentally ill man to death before witnesses; Tim Souders, who was died of dehydration on a Michigan jail's restraint table where he was left for four days without food or water; Sean LeVert, the entertainer who was killed in a restraint chair while arrested for child support, and many others.

Paragraph 8 of 11 -- Today George Allen, a mentally ill inmate from Missouri's death row, will be released from prison, where he has languished for 30 years for a crime that the DNA test he was finally allowed to take proved he did not do. Thank God for the Innocence Project and all of its financial supporters. The Missouri District Attorney challenged Allen's right to go free even after proving actual innocence. That shows how corrupt our justice system is more than anything - the fact that courts are under no obligation to consider post conviction evidence to stop executions or release inmates who lose their youth behind bars working as prison slaves for crimes they did not do. It is wrong for the inmates, their families and communities, and wrong for taxpayers to pay to execute or rehabilitate innocent people. I am an abolitionist who has big problems communicating with the world about wrongful executions. Every execution that happens without irrefutable proof of guilt is wrong, and no state should ignore the law and execute mentally ill people and those with low I.Q. scores, but they do. Consider the case of poor Andre Thomas who is literally eating his own body parts on Texas death row. So far, the poor mentally ill man ate both his eyes.

Paragraph 9 of 11 -- Three minutes on "Lawless America - The Movie" will not be enough time to tell about the denial of civil and human rights that my family endured after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder or adequately explain the corruption that victimizes mentally ill Americans and their families, but I would like to try. Most Americans are decent, compassionate people. Therefore, testifying about these crimes may do more than merely expose corruption in government and the judiciary, which is the stated goal for "Lawless America - The Movie." I believe that once the public realizes these crimes against humanity are happening in their names and with their tax dollars, many innocent lives will be saved - maybe my own.

Paragraph 10 of 11 -- I am a non-violent Christian who would never hurt anyone. But I am not above taking a basket of pine cones from my backyard and throwing them at the windows of the court-declared "nonexistent" Cochran Firm law office in downtown Atlanta if it will end my terrorism and censorship - even if cops Taser and arrest me like they threatened to do in 2010 for exposing my brother's lynching and The Cochran Firm fraud against black families after police kill their mentally disabled or elderly relatives. They won't let me before a jury in civil court, but throwing pine cones should get me before one in criminal court. I am just that sick of the FEMA camp they have made of my home - taking over my computers, telephones, and sending stalkers to follow me to monitor and control computers I access at Kinkos or the public library. I cannot let it continue. I say with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and Patrick Henry, "Give me liberty, or give me death!" I will have someone to follow me while I enter a building with a metal detector and trail me to the Cochran Firm building so they cannot lie and say I threw something else. Still, the Taser might kill me if Atlanta police do what they threaten, because I have a heart murmur. If they kill me, publish my work, and continue to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. Family, publish my book manuscripts right away, and don't worry about me. Jesus is my Lord.

Whatever deal the U.S. Attorney General's office may have made with Shelby County Jail to help county officials cover-up Larry Neal's murder in custody is being continued by Eric Holder, apparently. The United States Department of Justice refuses to answer our Freedom of Information Act request about Larry Neal's police kidnapping and murder even nine years after his death, but the Justice Department allows or does terrorism against his family for asking for accountability.
