Ninth Circuit Court Examines The Cochran Firm Fraud

1. The Cochran Firm Atlanta office was ruled NONEXISTENT by Georgia judges when Hattie and Mary Neal sued the firm for fraud and malpractice, which The Cochran Firm did in order to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail after Larry Neal was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered there in 2003. Elite white supremacists and black Confederates have united against working class and poor people to make justice for us nonexistent. Down with courts that lie to enable corrupt law firms to escape liability after lawyers help murderous police departments, jails and prisons escape accountability for wrongful deaths of Americans who are black or poor or disabled. Hattie and Mary Neal were extorted by courts twice when we paid the filing fees and service of process fees to sue The Cochran Firm frauds, not knowing that U.S. courts and lawyers conspire together to prevent due process of law for poor and working class Americans. Many so-called "white liberals" fully support racketeering against African Americans - The Cochran Firm fraud - which has been taken before courts repeatedly by dozens of its former clients, attorneys, partnering law firm, and even some of the firm's former partners, alleging racism, fraud, malpractice, and even sex discrimination. Yet, most courts are "down" with the scheme that "keeps wealth out of black hands," an old CoIntelPro mandate. Media companies support the frauds against The Cochran Firm's clients by refusing to report the many complaints and lawsuits against that corrupt enterprise.

The Cochran Firm claims before that court that it is "ONE Nationwide Law Firm," and it even accepts criminal cases in states where the firm is not registered and has no law offices whatsoever after doing false advertising. "Black Lives Don't Matter," Says The Cochran Firm's Small Demand for John Crawford III Lawsuit

John Crawford was killed in Walmart in August for shopping while black. According to news articles by Russia Today (RT) and MSNBC, The Cochran Firm frauds are only seeking $75k from Walmart and Beavercreek, Ohio Police Department for Crawford's survivors.

The $75k demand in Crawford's civil action is the smallest wrongful death demand this writer has ever read. The 22-year-old man's child will be deprived of his support throughout his/her lifetime. Crawford's mother will not have his love and support as she ages. To demand such a small amount of money from Walmart and the police department responsible for Crawford's death is obscene. But this is expected behavior for The Cochran Firm, which typically works behind its black clients' backs to protect police departments and large corporations.

The grand jury in Crawford's case refused to indict the police officers who killed him, just as no officers were indicted for the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. Public protests continue regarding the lack of justice in all three cases. The jury pool in Crawford's wrongful death civil action case would undoubtedly include people who have strong feelings about the innocent young man's death. When lawyers determine how much restitution to demand, they ordinarily consider the likelihood for success for their case. The public's strong condemnation against police who slayed Crawford should have encouraged his lawyers to make a large demand. 

Compare The Cochran Firm's demand for $75,000 in Crawford's case to the $8.8 million real lawyers won in the Lejoy Grissom's wrongful death lawsuit in 2013. Grissom had robbed a business in Culver City, California and was fleeing from the scene when he was chased by police and surrendered, yet the cops executed him. Like Micheal Brown, Grissom had his hands up and fingers spread, but he was shot to death anyway. Luckily, there were witnesses to Grissom's execution. Crawford, on the other hand, was ambushed and shot to death by police while he was shopping in Walmart. He had committed no crime whatsoever, but The Cochran Firm frauds decided that Crawford's life was cheap.

Juries often reward large judgments for wrongful deaths even in cases where police are not indicted. Caucasians as well as African Americans are offended that police approached and shot Crawford in his back while he was using the phone in Walmart. In fact, a white woman was reportedly run over and arrested by police at a protest for Crawford this week (see the RawStory article link below). However, there will be no jury trial in the civil matter, because Crawford's family was never warned about The Cochran Firm fraud. Crawford's survivors essentially chose their defendants' own lawyer as their wrongful death attorney.

Who pays The Cochran Firm when it demands so little (and sometimes nothing at all) for the lives of African American clients? Regarding the wrongful death of Jerome Murdough, The Cochran Firm frauds settled the case involving the veteran who was baked to death in Riker's Island Jail for less than 10 percent of the demand, without filing a lawsuit. If that happens in Crawford's case, his survivors would receive under $7,500 for his wrongful death. Even if the family is awarded the entire $75k, The Cochran Firm frauds will keep over 35 percent in legal fees, according to our contract with the CoIntelPro law firm (See the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com website online). The Crawford case probably has the smallest wrongful death demand on record, which may be why his corrupt attorneys downgraded the charge to "negligence."

Truth Emerging About Johnnie Cochran

Revealing TRUTH for a legal victor! An interesting poster is making its rounds at African Facebook groups. It is featured below, and I did not even start it (directly). I did add a comment several times: "Johnnie Cochran's CoIntelPro Murder Theory"

Insider trading tip: The firm may not be worth much in a couple of months (or days, depending on how cooperative Facebook and other online media companies are with federal agents and how determined the censorship staff is). Most of its clients are people of color, and those who know are angry at the thought of Johnnie being mistreated (maybe murdered) and his legacy being misused to enrich racists at the expense of justice for the firm's clients. Shawn Chapman Holley — a former colleague of the late, famed lawyer Johnnie Cochran — is suing the law firm he made famous, claiming racial and gender discrimination, fraud and breach of contract. NPR's Tony Cox talks with Holley and her attorney, Dan Stormer, about the lawsuit, as well as Randy McMurray, managing partner of The Cochran law firm in Los Angeles.

McMurray, a former partner in the California office, spoke for The Cochran Firm on the Chapman-Holley interview at NPR. A few years later, McMurray also sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, racism and RICO Act Racketeering (he said a partner bought sex from the staff with corporate funds). Beverly Hall Prosecution v. The Cochran Firm's Allowed Frauds

GEORGIA will prosecute former Atlanta Public Schools superintendent Beverly Hall (pictured) and 34 other educators who allegedly committed fraud by changing students' scores on standardized tests, which was supposedly done to earn bonuses. But officials do nothing about The Cochran Firm fraud, which was done to hide a government lynching, and continuous crimes that are committed to stop disclosure. 

The racketeering now includes four home invasions. The latest one happened on April 1, when a woman arrived at the Neals' home and presented herself as being a nurse for Hattie Neal. The impostor may have come to hide a surveillance camera, drugs, a time bomb, or to release deadly toxins in our home. I will certainly attend the educators' trials to let them and their attorneys know that THEY ARE BEING PROSECUTED BY FRAUDS who apparently care zero about justice, and the story of their prosecution will be reported by FRAUDS posing as journalists in a country with a free and unbiased press. Since serving suit on The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which defrauded our family to protect Shelby County Jail, the Neal family has been subjected to censorship, continuous surveillance, gangstalking, and kangaroo court processes that falsely determined there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia and that justice for the Neals is "immaterial." The prison industrial complex, which they serve, presently awaits educated blacks, former educators, to supply prison labor for jobs that were removed from persons who earn at least minimum wage and benefits.

Hattie Neal, who was Larry Neal's mother and a plaintiff against The Cochran Firm, is 90 years old and was recently put on a home health care program that provides physical therapists and an aid to help her regain her mobility. Hattie Neal fell in The Cochran Firm's lobby of the Memphis office on the very day that she signed contract with those FRAUDS to represent the family in a wrongful death civil action against Memphis Shelby County Jail. Since that fall when she was 81, Hattie Neal has suffered continual pain and experienced gradual loss of muscle strength, particularly in her legs and thighs. Memphis is the city that recently hosted a KuKluxKlan rally while refusing to grant anti-Klan rally organizers a permit to exercise their First Amendment rights.

A black woman posing as a nurse, with an accent that sounded either African or like an Islander (which may have been contrived), presented herself at the Neals' home on April Fools Day, and just like a fool I admitted her without checking with the home health agency or demanding identification to ensure her identity. She was driving a navy blue van, which she seemed unfamiliar with driving. I watched as she tried for almost five minutes before successfully parking the vehicle under the same tree where the fake police officer parked last August and the fake computer repair person parked in 2010. She took Mama's blood pressure and temperature and said she was sent to change the bandage on Mama's hip. I told the woman that Mama did not have a dressing on her hip. The stalkers likely knew that Mama has a sore hip from listening to telephone conversations at our home. Our phone calls have been monitored and controlled for years, and law enforcement refuses to address the surveillance or the takeover of my computers. Neither our doctor nor the home health company have any record of the impostor's visit, and both deny sending a nurse to visit Hattie Neal. The impostor was alone with Hattie Neal in her room for approximately fifteen minutes. The Neals must now purchase anti-surveillance equipment to sweep for any hidden cameras or listening devices the impostor may have installed and search thoroughly for drugs and bombs. Pray that she did not spread toxins in our home to murder us. I developed a cold the day after her invasion.

He asked if he could leave the young woman and work overnight, and I agreed. At 3:30 a.m., my adult daughter discovered our front door was open. I discovered later that two boxes of my original court records regarding Neals v. The Cochran Firm were the only items that burglars had removed, including evidence which judges had wrongly prevented from being presented to a jury. But criminals still worry because they only got the hard copies, and they want tapes, discs, and flash drives. Then they would likely feel confident enough to Change the records in Georgia Superior Court and United States District Court that give evidence to the unjust treatment the Neal family received there in order to prevent public disclosure about The Cochran Firm's fraud that was used to hide a covered-up lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail. Murderers, accessories to murder after the fact, gangstalkers, and the Internet censorship force have suppressed public disclosure and accountability for Larry Neal's murder, which happened after three weeks of secret incarceration, for nearly ten years. The United States Department of Justice, a gangster organization, apparently promised Larry's murderers and cover-up team (which includes high officials in Shelby County Government) that nothing would be done to investigate his death or to bring justice regarding Larry's lynching and crimes against his family. Therefore, I report the crimes to the general public via the Internet in hopes that the limited disclosure I give via online services will keep my family safe at least until the illusion of liberty and justice for all is also murdered in the United States of America.

We must warn former teachers and administrators of Atlanta Public Schools that they are being tried for fraud in racist courts that view them as future black slaves for the prison industrial complex after stripping them of retirement funds and their savings for attorneys' fees. Their prosecution will be broadcast by media companies that expound on the educators' fraud allegations but refuse to report that The Cochran Firm was allowed to perjure itself in Georgia courts, saying it has no law offices whatsoever within the State of Georgia or the City of Memphis (in order to have judges wrongly dismiss the Neals' lawsuits). Their cases are being tried in a state that still has separate high school proms for black and white students. The defendants' lawyers must be put on notice that they may become targets for harassment and their computers may be monitored to plan the prosecutors' cases. My cyber stalkers continually sabotaged pleadings I wrote in the Neals v. The Cochran Firm cases, Georgia Superior Court supposedly lost an important pleading, and the computer takeovers have continued since the courts' wrongful dismissals to prevent reports to the public and impede advocacy for others who are denied justice. Law enforcement pretends that cyberstalking is not illegal. In person reports to the public about The Cochran Firm fraud are disallowed by Atlanta Police Department, which threatened to Taser and arrest me for telling.

FRAUD in the USA is only allowed for banks executives, lawyers for the corrupt system, and other "connected" people who are perceived as being "too big to fall." Black teachers and administrators, on the other hand, are eligible for prosecution and sentencing, and the world is poised to enjoy the process via zealous media reporting. The media cameras may not show outdoor scenes of the courthouse. I may be there with my sign that says, "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" on one side and "Cochran Firm Fraud" on the other. I called the DeKalb County Police Department at 2:52pm on April 4 (the 45th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's assassination) to report the Neal family's latest home invasion by a woman posing as a nurse for elderly Hattie Neal. We await a call back from an officer who is to take the information and enter a police report. This article will be updated as the case develops.

Murderers, accessories to murder after the fact, gangstalkers, and the Internet censorship force have suppressed public disclosure and accountability for Larry Neal's murder, which happened after three weeks of secret incarceration, for nearly ten years. The United States Department of Justice, a gangster organization, apparently promised Larry's murderers and cover-up team (which includes high officials in Shelby County Government) that nothing would be done to investigate his death or to bring justice regarding Larry's lynching and crimes against his family. Therefore, I report the crimes to the general public via the Internet in hopes that the limited disclosure I give via online services will keep my family safe at least until the illusion of liberty and justice for all is also murdered in the United States of America.

We must warn former teachers and administrators of Atlanta City Schools that they are being tried for fraud in racist courts that view them as future black slaves for the prison industrial complex after stripping them of retirement funds and their savings for attorneys' fees. Their prosecution will be broadcast by media companies that expound on the educators' fraud allegations but refuse to report that The Cochran Firm was allowed to perjure itself in Georgia courts, saying it has no law offices whatsoever within the State of Georgia or the City of Memphis (in order to have judges wrongly dismiss the Neals' lawsuits). Their cases are being tried in a state that still has separate high school proms for black and white students. The defendants' lawyers must be put on notice that they may become targets for harassment and their computers may be monitored to plan the prosecutors' cases. My cyber stalkers continually sabotaged pleadings I wrote in the Neals v. The Cochran Firm cases, Georgia Superior Court supposedly lost an important pleading, and the computer takeovers have continued since the courts' wrongful dismissals to prevent reports to the public and impede advocacy for others who are denied justice. Law enforcement pretends that cyberstalking is not illegal. In person reports to the public about The Cochran Firm fraud are disallowed by Atlanta Police Department, which threatened to Taser and arrest me for telling.

FRAUD in the USA is only allowed for banks executives, lawyers for the corrupt system,and other "connected" people who are perceived as being "too big to fall." Black teachers and administrators, on the other hand, are eligible for prosecution and sentencing, and the world is poised to enjoy the process via zealous media reporting. The media cameras may not show outdoor scenes of the courthouse. I may be there with my sign that says, "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" on one side and "Cochran Firm Fraud" on the other. I called the DeKalb County Police Department at 2:52pm on April 4 (the 45th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's assassination) to report the Neal family's latest home invasion by a woman posing as a nurse for elderly Hattie Neal. Carter was a young black man who was arrested in Jonesboro, AR. 20. WHISTLEBLOWERS IN LOUISIANA contracted with The Cochran Firm to file a lawsuit against a chemical company. The lead plaintiff, who was a good swimmer and a fisherman since childhood, somehow drowned after notifying his attorney he was going fishing. The lawsuit did not proceed after his demise and other plaintiffs, who worked for the chemical company, feared for their lives. The chemical company changed its name and is still operational. An African American youth was apparently by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. Judy Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. Former police officer Keith McGull had allegedly killed Parker for no reason in the "Michael Brown" Missouri case of 2002. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often stood up his clients. What is particularly tragic is that America has between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions every year, according to a recent study. Inmates earn prison investors the same fee, whether innocent or guilty.

Paragraph 4 of 11 -- No movie about injustice is complete without telling about mental hospitals being closed across America to leave sick people homeless and later arrest them for crimes from vagrancy to murders in order to get the nation's first generation of private prisons started. They are kept full today by victimizing other mental patients over the next 40 years. Municipalities contract with private prisons to maintain prisons at a certain occupancy level, and incarcerating the mentally ill in America is the main way this contractual obligation is met.

Paragraph 5 of 11 -- I spoke with a distraught mother last night - Ms. Goolsby. She has two sons, both are mentally ill inmates who were incarcerated as teens. Police told her that some thugs took advantage of her oldest son's mental illness and used him as a lookout during a robbery. He is in prison now being raped and beaten by other inmates when he should have been sent to a hospital. Her youngest son was arrested for masturbation. He was visiting his dad, who Ms. Goolsby said has always been ashamed of his sick son and grew tired of paying child support for him. Her ex had another son who was younger than the mentally ill teen. The youngster walked into a room where Ms. Goolsby's son was masturbating and watching a sex tape his dad had left in the VCR. The dad pressed charges, saying his mentally ill son exposed himself to his younger child. Both of Ms. Goolsby's sons are in Georgia prisons. Like many mentally ill inmates, they face abuse from inmates and guards, and their sentences may be lengthened for failure to follow prison rules because they are sick and not always in control of their actions (especially when not medicated) and are slow to understand instructions.

Paragraph 6 of 11 -- The oldest son should have been released in 2012, but now the prison told Ms. Goolsby he has to stay until June 2013. In June, they may say another year - and another. One mentally ill youth in Los Angeles who was arrested after he threw a chair through his mom's window may get life in prison because he threatened the judge and a prison guard with light rays from Mars. They called it a "terrorist threat." This is how prison investors make money off the mentally ill. Even if they are arrested for misdemeanors, they may end up in prison for life.

Paragraph 7 of 11 -- My testimony is about Larry Neal's murder under secret arrest and the elaborate government cover-up that has lasted nine years by lawyer fraud, censorship, cyberterror, gangstalking, cooperation from the sold-out media companies, and payoffs to public officials who joined the conspiracy to deny my family's civil rights and became accessories to the murder after the fact. But it is also about all the mentally ill people who are wrongly victimized in and by the injustice system - Kelly Thomas, who was murdered by six Fullerton, California police officers who beat the homeless mentally ill man to death before witnesses; Tim Souders, who was died of dehydration on a Michigan jail's restraint table where he was left for four days without food or water; Sean LeVert, the entertainer who was killed in a restraint chair while arrested for child support, and many others.

Paragraph 8 of 11 -- Today George Allen, a mentally ill inmate from Missouri's death row, will be released from prison, where he has languished for 30 years for a crime that the DNA test he was finally allowed to take proved he did not do. Thank God for the Innocence Project and all of its financial supporters. The Missouri District Attorney challenged Allen's right to go free even after proving actual innocence. That shows how corrupt our justice system is more than anything - the fact that courts are under no obligation to consider post conviction evidence to stop executions or release inmates who lose their youth behind bars working as prison slaves for crimes they did not do. It is wrong for the inmates, their families and communities, and wrong for taxpayers to pay to execute or rehabilitate innocent people. I am an abolitionist who has big problems communicating with the world about wrongful executions. Every execution that happens without irrefutable proof of guilt is wrong, and no state should ignore the law and execute mentally ill people and those with low I.Q. scores, but they do. Consider the case of poor Andre Thomas who is literally eating his own body parts on Texas death row. So far, the poor mentally ill man ate both his eyes.

Paragraph 9 of 11 -- Three minutes on "Lawless America - The Movie" will not be enough time to tell about the denial of civil and human rights that my family endured after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder or adequately explain the corruption that victimizes mentally ill Americans and their families, but I would like to try. Most Americans are decent, compassionate people. Therefore, testifying about these crimes may do more than merely expose corruption in government and the judiciary, which is the stated goal for "Lawless America - The Movie." I believe that once the public realizes these crimes against humanity are happening in their names and with their tax dollars, many innocent lives will be saved - maybe my own.

Paragraph 10 of 11 -- I am a non-violent Christian who would never hurt anyone. But I am not above taking a basket of pine cones from my backyard and throwing them at the windows of the court-declared "nonexistent" Cochran Firm law office in downtown Atlanta if it will end my terrorism and censorship - even if cops Taser and arrest me like they threatened to do in 2010 for exposing my brother's lynching and The Cochran Firm fraud against black families after police kill their mentally disabled or elderly relatives. They won't let me before a jury in civil court, but throwing pine cones should get me before one in criminal court. I am just that sick of the FEMA camp they have made of my home - taking over my computers, telephones, and sending stalkers to follow me to monitor and control computers I access at Kinkos or the public library. I cannot let it continue. I say with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and Patrick Henry, "Give me liberty, or give me death!" I will have someone to follow me while I enter a building with a metal detector and trail me to the Cochran Firm building so they cannot lie and say I threw something else. Still, the Taser might kill me if Atlanta police do what they threaten, because I have a heart murmur. If they kill me, publish my work, and continue to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. Family, publish my book manuscripts right away, and don't worry about me. Jesus is my Lord.

Whatever deal the U.S. Attorney General's office may have made with Shelby County Jail to help county officials cover-up Larry Neal's murder in custody is being continued by Eric Holder, apparently. The United States Department of Justice refuses to answer our Freedom of Information Act request about Larry Neal's police kidnapping and murder even nine years after his death, but the Justice Department allows or does terrorism against his family for asking for accountability.

Bill Windsor, they killed another mentally ill inmate like they murdered my brother, Larry Neal, after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. This one was in Tulsa, and he died of untreated blunt force trauma to the head and/or starvation and dehydration. Incarcerating the mentally ill for prison profits is the most corrupt practice in America's penal system, and they kill some without accountability OFTEN. Former Vice President Chaney and Attorney Gen Gonzales were indicted for ignoring prison abuse in 2008 in Willacy County, Texas. They did not go to trial, but the D.A. who brought the indictment did.
