Cochran Firm Fraud Fails in CA Court

By order of federal court, The Cochran Firm cannot be considered a "national law firm." It has falsified its identity and defrauded the world.

See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

It should come as no surprise that The Cochran Firm is a fraud to people who have followed the "MaryLovesJustice" articles and radio broadcasts and know about CoIntelPro tactics to undermine African Americans. In addition to presenting itself falsely as a national law firm, The Cochran Firm defrauded hundreds of its clients in the unprofessional handling of their legal cases over the 15 years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. In fact, The Cochran Firm is regularly sued for RACISM, MALPRACTICE, BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, SEX DISCRIMINATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, and of course, FRAUD. Members of the defrauded class of clients listed in the "Treacherous Lawyers" document above plan to sue Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, P.C. for racketeering. We seek an attorney to present our irrefutable evidence before an impartial judge and jury. When one reads about the heinous frauds that have been done by these officers of the court, and oftentimes upheld in courts, one will recognize the lawlessness that reigns in the United States of America and the deep animosity against people of color, who are The Cochran Firm's usual clients/victims.

Media companies and consumer protection agencies have steadfastly refused to warn people of color by even publishing lawsuits and complaints against The Cochran Firm, which are plenteous. That is likely because The Cochran Firm defrauds its clients on behalf of municipalities, police departments, and other government agencies as well as large, wealthy corporations. Had media companies and consumer protection agencies published the complaints and lawsuits against The Cochran Firm timely, most of The Cochran Firm's defrauded clients would have chosen honest, earnest lawyers to represent their cases alleging wrongful deaths, police brutality, sex discrimination, race discrimination by employers, and catastrophic injuries caused by corporate negligence. Instead, African Americans and other Cochran Firm clients (usually minorities) were not informed, and The Cochran Firm used its position as their legal counsel to save government entities and large corporations billions of dollars.

Racism is still prevalent in the United States of America. As it was in the 1700's, when slaves built this country, The Cochran Firm was able to continue its frauds against people of color because of systemic racism. Legal organizations and bar associations continued to give The Cochran Firm coveted awards, knowing that under their suits, The Cochran Firm lawyers wear white robes and collude against their own clients to help their clients' defendants in civil cases, or collude with prosecutors in criminal cases. For The Cochran Firm frauds, throwing the fight (likely for kickbacks) is usual and ordinary. This is racketeering. 

Because Mary Neal discloses The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans and advocates against the continuous killings of mentally ill people under the color of law, with or without a death warrant, she experiences surveillance, intimidation, and censorship in her home state, Georgia, where mentally ill people are habitually killed.

Racketeering: Traditionally, obtaining or extorting money illegally or carrying on illegal business activities, usually by Organized Crime. A pattern of illegal activity carried out as part of an enterprise that is owned or controlled by those who are engaged in the illegal activity. Whereas the Court found that The Cochran Firm does not qualify as a single law firm with law offices throughout the nation -- as is commonly claimed -- two of The Cochran Firm offices are certainly related although that relationship was falsely denied in Georgia courts: The Atlanta office (CCGSS) and the Memphis office. In fact, despite perjury put before the courts by defendants in the "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" lawsuits (in both Georgia Superior Court and in Federal Court), wherein CCGSS disclaimed any association whatsoever with The Cochran Firm's Memphis law office, CCGSS was actually registered as a Tennessee professional corporation with its address in the Memphis Cochran Firm law office.

Perjury is such a common practice of The Cochran Firm lawyers and partners that perjury is even recommended to gullible clients, like Ms. Sarah Dozier (niece of Kathryn Johnston, 92-year-old Atlanta police murder victim, 2006). Dozier was induced by Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr., Esq. to lie to Georgia Probate Court and deny receipt of an invoice against Johnston's estate that had been sent by Mekel Hutchins for public relations work he did acting as family spokesman immediately after Johnston's murder. Hutchins sued Dozier for lying to avoid paying his invoice, and Dozier died. Dozier's sons say her death was caused by Legal Abuse Syndrome.

Some people were surprised to read recently that the Ku Klux Klan would accept Black and Hispanic members. It would be convenient if enemies were easily discerned by skin color, but that is not the case. Announcing my new blog, called "Cochran Firm Fraud." I put "CochranFirmFraud" in many tag lines for articles in this FreeSpeakBlog and my "JusticeGagged" blog, but most of those articles don't seem to respond to my Google searches for "Cochran Firm Fraud." In fact, The Cochran Firm's posts now appear first when one inputs "Cochran Firm Fraud" in the Google browser now rather than my many articles to warn the public, particularly black and brown and red legal consumers, about that unethical law firm. I can imagine that The Cochran Firm might have its secretaries and word processors clicking that firm's links repeatedly to make them top mine on the Google search for "Cochran Firm Fraud." Therefore, the new blog is necessary.

WE, THE DEFRAUDED FORMER CLIENTS, invite you to read about the white supremacists and black Confederate soldiers who partnered with Johnnie Cochran after Cochran announced that he planned to sue the United States and certain major corporations that owned or used leased slaves and practiced Jim Crow policies against African Americans. SOMEBODY hired cyber stalkers to interfere with and delete my Internet posts. Above is a picture of MaryLovesJustice holding the sign saying "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD." That is the opposite side of the same sign saying "WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL." If you are in Atlanta, you may have seen me displaying the sign at Centennial Olympic Park, the annual Malcolm X picnic, Occupy Atlanta, in front of NAACP (bougie Negro) events, during marches for Troy Davis, workers' rights, anti-death penalty rallies, and walking down Peachtree Street, which has a Cochran Firm office that "disappears" when one sues the firm for fraud and malpractice. I wish I could rent a blimp to fly a huge sign daily throughout the summer.

Below is news about Johnnie Cochran that I was pleased to see another defrauded client might have published - I did not. It delights one to know that more former clients are also taking action to warn our people. The world is learning anew what a great legal warrior Johnnie Cochran was. We can only imagine what happened to him after announcing his intention to sue for slavery and Jim Crow reparations. He probably sold interest in his firm to raise money for the reparations lawsuit. White supremacists and black Confederate soldiers ruined his law firm but not his legacy. Johnnie Cochran would not have defrauded my then 80-year-old mother to help Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for the kidnapping and Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, my mentally and physically disabled brother, but the partners who now control his firm did. Insider trading tip: The firm may not be worth much in a couple of months (or days, depending on how cooperative Facebook and other online media companies are with federal agents and how determined the censorship staff is). Shawn Chapman Holley — a former colleague of the late, famed lawyer Johnnie Cochran — is suing the law firm he made famous, claiming racial and gender discrimination, fraud and breach of contract. NPR's Tony Cox talks with Holley and her attorney, Dan Stormer, about the lawsuit, as well as Randy McMurray, managing partner of The Cochran law firm in Los Angeles.

McMurray, a former partner in the California office, spoke for The Cochran Firm on the Chapman-Holley interview at NPR. A few years later, McMurray also sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, racism and RICO Act Racketeering (he said a partner bought sex from the staff with corporate funds). Sarah Dozier Dead - Cochran Firm Fraud Victim

DOZIER, Sarah C. - Graveside services celebrating the life of Mrs. Sarah C. Dozier of Fayetteville, GA were held Wednesday, December 12, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Lincoln Cemetery, 2275 Joseph E. An April 27, 2013 AJC article (excerpt below) says that Dozier's sons believe her demise was related to her lawsuit against The City of Atlanta and the lawsuit filed against her aunt's estate by Markel Hutchins. The Cochran Firm frauds handled Dozier's lawsuit against the City of Atlanta and apparently gave her bad advice regarding Hutchins' invoice for services rendered as a spokesman for the estate of her 92-year-old aunt, Kathryn Johnston, who was shot and killed by Atlanta police officers in 2006. Markel Hutchins sent an invoice for his services to Dozier prior to her receipt of the final lawsuit settlement monies, but Dozier claimed to Probate Court that the estate had no outstanding debts. Hutchins sued Dozier and has reached a settlement with Johnston's family. Now he is going after The Cochran Firm, unethical lawyers who are sued regularly for their devious racketeering, racism, and frauds against their own clients, lawyers, and other law firms they partner with on certain cases. An excerpt from The Atlanta Journal Constitution report is below.

"Minister settles lawsuit with Johnston family, takes on lawyers"
Hutchins’ attorneys on Wednesday dropped Dozier, who died in December, from the complaint in Fulton County Superior Court, choosing instead to focus on the lawyers who represented her, her family and Johnston’s estate.

“Those lawyers and their law firms caused Ms.Dozier, the Johnston family and me to be placed in this most unfortunate quandary,” Hutchins said in his statement.

The amendment to the lawsuit keeps Johnston’s estate and the law firm of Cochran, Cherry, Givens, Smith & Sistrunk, P.C., as a defendant, and added the firm’s partner Hezekiah Sistrunk, as well as Shean Williams, William T. Mitchell and his firm, Cruser & Mitchell, LLP, Nicholas Moraitakis and his firm, Moraitakis & Kushel, Roger A. Kirschenbaum and his firm, Mistrodda Green-Leverett, and James Green.

“Her sons want absolutely nothing to do with this lawsuit,” Hill said, claiming that they believe the stress from the continued litigation contributed to [Dozier's] failing health and eventual demise.

Dozier's sons are absolutely correct. Without a doubt, Hutchins' lawsuit kept Dozier continually meeting with her racketeering lawyers at The Cochran Firm, and likely eating and/or drinking whatever they gave her during the meetings. Too bad. It must be a relief to Hezekiah Sistrunk if Dozier's sons do not pursue a malpractice lawsuit against him for advising Dozier to defraud the court and ignore Hutchin's invoice. Perhaps Dozier's sons have learned about the numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, most of which do not go well for plaintiffs because The Cochran Firm lawyers are protected by the injustice system. Johnston's nephews should, however, immediately hire other attorneys to handle their mom's estate before they suffer greater misfortune. Condolences on the loss of their aunt and mother. Randy McMurray, the attorney speaking for the firm to rebut Shawn Chapman-Holley's testimony on the NPR interview, is now suing The Cochran Firm, himself, alleging racketeering, fraud, and other offenses. Hezekiah Sistrunk, manager of the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm, did not become a partner at the firm's national office until after dodging my family's lawsuit by claiming the firm he managed was not a part of The Cochran Firm or any of its law offices and obtaining a key appointment over the Johnson & Johnson Depuy implant litigation. Defenseless elders must depend on the fraud to represent them.

Hopefully, pending lawsuits against The Cochran Firm frauds will not bankrupt the firm before the class action lawsuit alleging racketeering that numerous former clients and I plan to file after publishing my book, "Cochran Firm Fraud." MORE Cochran Firm Fraud

Today I was notified by former Cochran Firm attorney Randy McMurray that The Cochran Firm, which faces his RICO Act lawsuit, now claims in court that it is ONE CORPORATION with offices across the nation, which is what I understood it to be years ago when it denied being that in another court. After being notified that my mother, Hattie Neal, was named in the RICO Act lawsuit, this writer understands some of the recent crimes against her family, including an assault against my 90-year-old mother that happened on April 1. The Cochran Firm may also be changing its registration with various Secretary of State offices (illegally backdating the documents) in order to agree with the identity of being a single law firm it now uses as protection against McMurray's lawsuit. This identity directly contradicts the firm's testimony that it used to have Mary Neal's fraud lawsuit dismissed in Georgia, where the Atlanta  law office, managed by Hezekiah Sistrunk, claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or its other law offices. After ten years and numerous recent crimes against the Neal family and increased intimidation, I feel that I can provide the identity of The Cochran Firm in a single word: CoIntelPro. The Cochran Firm is currently in court in California PROVING that everything the law firm said in Georgia courts were lies. God said "Be still. I will fight your battles." Yes, Lord. Amen.

No wrongful death lawsuit was ever filed, thanks to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm simply held the Neal's case secretly inactive while the statue of limitations passed in Tennessee in order to help the jail escape accountability. The law firm wrote us bogus status updates about legal work that was not being done. When we sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, serving suit in its Atlanta office, the Atlanta law office answered the lawsuit and claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or any of its offices. Surprisingly, the Georgia Superior Court judge dismissed our lawsuit based on that perjury, even with prolific advertising going forth for The Cochran Firm's Atlanta offices and contracts being signed with numerous other legal consumers under that same identity. Where the mentally ill are killed by police or in custody, suffer mass arrest, or are loaded onto busses and shipped to other states far from home like Nevada is accused of doing, citizens must be aware that the same denial of due process of law that is received by the mentally ill and their families WILL eventually be applied to the general populace. Today I was notified by former Cochran Firm attorney Randy McMurray that The Cochran Firm, which faces his RICO Act lawsuit, now claims in court that it is ONE CORPORATION with offices across the nation, which is what I understood it to be years ago when it denied being that in another court. Since I announced that we will proceed with a lawsuit against all the parties to this elaborate cover-up, including the USDOJ, courts, Cochran Firm frauds, and media companies, a woman was hired to infiltrate our home and steal evidence. The letter went from the Georgia State Bar to attorneys she had filed complaints against. She alleged that several attorneys contracted with her and she paid them thousands of dollars retainer fees, but the lawyers then colluded with Glynn County to deny her justice after she was evicted from her home and banned from the county for no good reason. Her husband who was 100% mentally disabled Vietnam veteran filed false police reports saying that Yvonne ran over him in her car continuously, and he never had a scratch on him. But police and the courts in Glynn County arrested and banned Yvonne on the word of the PTSD veteran because his lunatic accusations provided an opportunity to ban her from her home and county and extract monthly supervision fees from her for Sentinel. Banning her also gave Bank America an opportunity to repossess the couple's home in a mostly white subdivision, because Mr. Hickman hasn't the wherewithal to handle house payments and foreclosure proceedings, and they know that. It reportedly instructed the attorneys to draft a cursory response to Hickman's Bar complaint, then her complaint against them would be immediately dismissed. The Georgia Bar's secretary accidentally sent the letter to also to Hickman as well as to the attorneys, and I am sure she is in trouble for doing that today. A promise from the State Bar to dismiss a complaint against attorneys ahead of any investigation was supposed to be ex parta communication, but God wanted the fraud exposed. In 2007, when I filed a complaint to the Tennessee Bar about The Cochran Firm Fraud done by David McLaughlin, Super Lawyer, I sent the Bar absolute proof that McLaughlin had sent fraudulent documents to the Bar in defense against my complaint. A secretary at the Bar violated the confidentiality of the investigation by sharing the evidence with her friends in other Tennessee government offices, according to a correspondence from David McLaughlin to the Bar regarding my complaint. The Tennessee Bar immediately dismissed my complaint against McLaughlin without any explanation, probably because the Bar feared legal action by McLaughlin for the breach of confidentiality. These courts and State Bars and government agencies are all corrupt because the U.S. Department of Justice is itself corrupt and allows corruption to reign throughout America's judicial system. They collude against the People on every level to deny civil rights, cover-up murders and abuses, deliver innocent people into the prison industrial complex, and occasionally execute innocent people. Many people have filed complaints against attorneys who defrauded them in civil and criminal matters. It is interesting to have PROOF that a State Bar promised a lawyer that he need not worry, just file a cursory response and the claimant's complaint would be immediately dismissed. That is also what happens in courts, in many cases. Corrupt lawyers and government agencies who are defendants know throughout the court proceedings that kangaroo courts will dismiss the cases against them. UPDATE: Paragraph 1 of 4 --  The Neals' home in Stone Mountain, Georgia was burglarized on August 11, 2012. The only things stolen were two boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm files and evidence that the Neals had been prevented from submitting to a jury by judges who ruled wrongly that (a) there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia (Ga Sup. Ct. 2006), and (b) whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud the Neal family was "immaterial" (USDC 2009). This theft may have been done to enable conspirators to alter the court records so it will not be so patently obvious that my family is denied due process of law regarding Larry's secret murder and The Cochran Firm's fraud that prevented accountability by Shelby County Jail. Both courts' files Changed before/after the cases were dismissed; therefore, I know it happens. Georgia Superior Court supposedly "lost" a motion (that I saw in the file during an examination before a court clerk two weeks prior), and I was never notified by United States District Court that Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) had joined the lawsuit. MARTA was concerned because it ran The Cochran Firm ads for the firm's Atlanta office, which the law firm denied the existence of in courts of law in order to lie and say the Neals' lawsuit was served wrongly when sheriffs served suit on its Atlanta  law office. Numerous pleadings on the Neals v. Cochran, Cherry, Givens & Smith docket were no longer links that enabled printing without actually going to the courthouse. Those may be the pleadings that are jeopardized by my burglary.

Update, Paragraph 2 of 4 -- I discovered my altered USDC file when I went to the federal courthouse in 2010 to check on Kathryn Johnston's settled lawsuit (regarding a 92-year-old Atlanta police victim), another case The Cochran Firm "represented" in a peculiar way. The Johnston case docket was altered more thoroughly than mine was after the Dozier v. City of Atlanta case settled. It is inconvenient for burglars to have stolen my original files from my home. But whenever their cyber stalkers kept me offline, which happens frequently, I would duplicate my DVDs and other records and share them with people, because the Neals often received cyberthreats to burn down our house to destroy our evidence. One attorney told me he had never seen so much fraud and perjury in his whole career, but he did not take our case. He said if that amount of effort is used to prevent the Neal family from prevailing, his firm would not be permitted to win. Plus, his partners would never be able to run for political office after representing us and revealing The Cochran Firm fraud against blacks in the America.

Update, Paragraph 3 of 4 -- These are some of the reasons why I tried diligently to help Troy Davis, knowing that his life depended on getting "a fair day in a just court" in Georgia (Davis's words). That is impossible for Davis now and highly unlikely for the Neals and other black people. These are some of the reasons why I am followed and my electronic communication is controlled while I am denied police assistance. One does not have to be  terrorist to be under close scrutiny, because the Truth terrifies wrongdoers. Actually, some of the attorneys who saw my evidence seemed frightened, also, although they had no part in the intrigue. Had I known the world had entered the Revelation* period, I would not have expected justice. The real tragedy is that officers of the court and justice officials would prefer subterfuge to doing justice after the secret arrest and murder of a harmless, lifelong mentally, physically disabled black man, and it seems that nothing dissuades them. Save Sgt. Loggins' Family from Cochran Firm Fraud

The Cochran Firm frauds settled Sgt. Loggins' wrongful death lawsuit. Shot by an Orange County sheriff's deputy in front of two daughters, he left a pregnant wife. Settlement - no jury, of course. I knew The Cochran Firm would do this. Their real job is to protect police from their clients' wrongful death lawsuits. Did you hear of The Cochran Firm filing suit for Chavis Carter's death yet? No conviction is required to file a wrongful death civil action. I will add more information about Sgt. Loggins' wrongful death lawsuit if/when it becomes available. The U.S. Marine was fatally shot by an Orange County Sheriff's Deputy, and his family is now in the clutches of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm frauds. Sgt. Loggins was killed in the presence of his two daughters. The deputy who killed Loggins claims that he feared that Loggins planned to hurt the two girls. Later, the deputy reportedly changed his story and said he felt threatened by Loggins. Loggins was attempting to join his daughters in his van on a school parking lot after dark. Camp Pendleton gave Sgt. Loggins a 21-gun solute last week. I read that the Marine was loved by fellow Marines and his family.

The Cochran Firm frauds must not represent his grieving survivors in a wrongful death action against Orange County. I wrote to the Camp Pendleton commanding officer, the White House, the Department of Justice and numerous groups to ask for help protecting Sgt. Loggins' family from The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm Fraud. Since Johnnie Cochran's death, the new partners of The Cochran Firm frequently work for police behind their clients' backs to reduce or eliminate payouts by police departments and major corporations. An attorney who began working on the Neal family's lawsuit against The Cochran Firm in 2007 was not allowed to continue after doing two weeks of investigation. She explained, "Our firm has a conflict of interest suing the U.S. Government."

I did not know what the attorney meant since we planned to sue The Cochran Firm for defrauding my family to protect Shelby County Jail after Larry Neal's wrongful death, which happened in 2003. It was not until fall of 2008 that I understood why the attorney said her firm could not represent the Neals against the USA after she investigated our case. In 2008, former Vice President Chaney and former Atty. Gen. Gonzales were indicted in Willacy County, Texas for deliberately letting correctional facilities escape accountability for inmate abuse in return for prison profits and/or financial kickbacks. Their case never went to jury. Instead, A. Guerra, the district attorney who won the grand jury indictment against high government officials and local judges in the corruption case, was himself prosecuted on what he called trumped up charges as punishment for having those men indicted. The case against Chaney and Gonzales was assigned to a judge who Guerra asked to recuse himself, but the judge refused to recuse himself and dismissed the case against V.P. Chaney and Atty Gen Gonzales without trial. As a result of the criminal prosecution Guerra faced, he lost the election to be D.A. the next term. After Guerra lost his bid to be D.A. again, the criminal charges against him were dropped or resolved, and he is now a defense attorney in Texas.  I filed suit against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm as a pro se plaintiff in 2007 in United States District Court under the diversity rule. The federal judge ruled that it was "immaterial" whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud our black family in order to protect Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother, Larry Neal. Whatever deal USDOJ officials may have entered to protect Shelby County Jail after my brother's secret arrest and murder is still honored today. The feds refuse to answer our Freedom of Information Act Request that is at the link below, and I experience CoIntelPro-like stalking in person and online that police refuse to address although my computer security system captured the IP addresses of the people who break through my security system to destroy my computers, steal data from my hard drive and interfere with my Internet usage. One thing that should be corrected in my original FOIA request is the fact that Larry was killed while Ashcroft was Attorney General before Gonzales, but NO attorney general since Ashcroft, including Att. Gen. Gonzales or Atty. Gen. Holder, has been willing to obey open records laws in the case of Larry Neal's secret arrest and death. To date, Larry's family does not know if he was killed during waterboarding training classes for enhanced interrogation specialists, by medical experiments, or if he was Tasered to death like Inman Morales, killed in a restraint chair like Sean LeVert, killed on a restraint table like Tim Souders, starved to death like a 20-year-old acute mental patient in a Utah private jail, or if Larry died as a result of police lying and disclaiming his incarceration to deny the heart patient his vital prescription drugs.

Whatever method Shelby County, Tennessee Jail used to kill Larry is still a mystery, since The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm pretended to represent Larry's family in a wrongful death civil action actually worked for the Jail and possibly other parties to keep that information hidden and protect the jail and Shelby County Government officials from accountability. When the Neals sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, Georgia Superior Court dismissed the lawsuit by claiming falsely the suit was served wrong because there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia. When the Neals sued The Cochran Firm for fraud in federal court, Judge Batten dismissed the lawsuit on the claim that whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud the black family of the murdered mental patient was "immaterial." This writer assumes from the lack of Change in this situation over the past three years that this administration shares Judge Batten's assessment that The Cochran Firm fraud against black families and jails covering up police murders of black men are "immaterial" occurrences.

Mainstream media refuses to make reports about lawsuits against The Cochran Firm in order for government entities and corporations to continue using that law firm to defraud black people. But there is a media blitz whenever famous black people or corporations with blacks at the helm are sued. The media LOVES to exploit negative news about blacks who have notoriety like Bishop Eddie Long, Michael Jackson, Bill Cosby, Jessie Jackson, Tiger Woods, Michael Vick, Judge Clarence Thomas, and Mike Tyson. SILENCE SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. On Sunday, February 26, NAACP chapter president  Rev. Edward Pinkney of Benton Harbor, Michigan called for all NAACP members to burn their NAACP membership cards. He called the 109-year-old organization a "sellout" and said that is why Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was not a member of the NAACP. No mainstream news companies carried that report, to my knowledge, although it is definitely newsworthy.
