RANDY McMURRAY, ESQ, has a new label for The Cochran Firm's attorneys. I call them "The Cochran Firm Frauds," but he calls them "Cochran Firm Racketeers," and he has plenty of evidence. McMurray is a former partner in the Los Angeles office of The Cochran Firm, who worked with attorneys Brian Dunn and possibly with Daniel H. Cargnelutti. McMurray says he was defrauded, also, as well as the firm's clients across the country. Numerous former Cochran Firm associates and partners complained and some sued over the years to get remedy for The Cochran Firm fraud - the honest ones, usually. It is a shame how The Cochran Firm ran over the Indigenous People to save Ford and the EPA. They got rid of Gilliam first - took her off the case that was worth between $2 billion and $3 billion, then settled for only $12.5 million! Poor Mr. Mann and his People.

PLEASE don't let The Cochran Firm handle any death penalty cases! According to Shawn Chapman Holley, Johnnie Cochran did not want the firm to do any criminal defense work at all. He probably suspected (or knew) that his new partners are prison investors. Prisons earn much more for warehousing condemned inmates than inmates in the general population, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.

October 29, 2012 -- Two prominent civil rights firms in New York are accused by a three-lawyer Washington, D.C. firm of cheating it out of a significant fee as part of a $3.75million settlement in a wrongful death case. Catalano & Plache claims that [Cochran] Neufeld Scheck & Brustin and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady submitted court documents on settlement terms without naming Catalano as a participating firm.

"The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argues in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, Law Offices of Catalano & Plache v. Brustin, 157248/2012. "Defendants are scheming and attempting to avoid their legal, moral and ethical obligations."

We should ALL file a RICO Act racketeering lawsuit against the identity-challenged, absent-minded lawyers. They OFTEN forget who they are working for on civil cases - the plaintiffs or the defendants. They forget which cities they "operate" in and swear in court, "We are in no way affiliated with The Cochran Firm or any Cochran Firm offices." The Atlanta office lied in court, saying "We are a wholly owned Georgia corporation," and "We have no affiliation with any law offices whatsoever in Memphis, TN." Judges help them get away with perjury, too, or they simply refuse to hear the case against the frauds. That happened during a class action for race discrimination in California. Clients claimed The Cochran Firm FORGED THEIR NAMES ON A BOGUS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A MINISCULE SUM, but California Supreme Court shrugged.

The Cochran Firm lawyers sometimes use an alias name in court to defend the firm against fraud lawsuits, like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. did. He is the managing partner in the firm's Atlanta office, which is prolifically advertised at 127 Peachtree Street. But its very existence is denied in court in order to falsely claim that the Neal's lawsuit was not served to the "right" party. The Atlanta office came up with a sham name it called a PC, but that alias was never registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a corporation, PC, LLC, dba, or anything else. Most of the lawyers' frauds seem to be done to protect their clients' defendants.

While The Cochran Firm defrauds its attorneys and law firms it partnered with as well as its own clients, poor Lynne Stewart was disbarred, prosecuted, and imprisoned for carrying a letter to the press for her client. The human rights attorney is 72 now, and wrestling with cancer in prison where she has been for years. God is going to have a word or two for our judges one day soon. We seem to need courageous attorneys like Spire Law Group, Juan Guerra, or Alton Maddox at times like these. Maddox admired Johnnie Cochran and probably hates what the prejudice Alabama partners are doing to his name and legacy. Maddox is a civil/human rights attorney, also. He was prohibited from practicing law in any New York court after he missed a single court hearing. "Disparate sentencing" applies to attorneys, too, depending on who they represent and how well they do it.

I had hoped that my family's justice quest regarding Larry Neal's lynching and my terrorism following The Cochran Firm fraud would end on a quietly victorious note. But after viewing a movie called "Maafa21," which is available in the next article in FreeSpeakBlog, I recognize that elitists probably would not allow The Cochran Firm to pay damages and apologize for covering up my disabled brother's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail if the firm wanted to do so. None of them in that "eugenics/ genocide club" think it is necessary to treat Africans in America like real people. They believe us to be "imbeciles" and "useless eaters" and "the Negro problem" since slavery was declared illegal except for convicts, which is why America has the highest prison population in the history of the world. Upholding human and civil rights is not a popular idea in Washington at this time, either. Catalano & Plache: The Cochran Firm Fraud

One might wonder if The Cochran Firm also cheated its client, Mann's son, in the wrongful death civil action. (This article has eighteen(18)  links.) Emil Mann was a member of the Ramapough Mountain Indians. He was shot and killed by New Jersey Park Police Officer Chad Walder in April 2006 in Mahwah, N.J. The Cochran Firm showed The Ramapough People no mercy years later when it mishandled the Ramapough's lawsuit against Ford for toxic waste dumping on the Ramapough's land, causing sickness, deaths, and pollution. The unethical lawyers settled the Ramapough's civil action for a mere $12.5million although the lawsuit was valued at $3billion. The CoIntelPro lawyers also neglected to file suit against the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) for its part in the environmental pollution that lasted over 40 years, with Ford continually dumping paint sludge on the Ramapough's property. The EPA issued an order to Ford in 1983 to clean the Ramapough People's land within 10 years, and Ford ignored its responsibility to clean the land by at least 1993. The EPA had a responsibility to enforce its order but neglected to do so. The land was still contaminated in 2006, thirteen years after Ford's deadline. Therefore, the EPA shares a responsibility with along with Ford for sickness and deaths resulting from land contamination after 1993, because the EPA neglected to enforce its own deadline. I am confident that The Cochran Firm never told the Ramapough People that they also could make a case against the EPA, because after Johnnie Cochran's death, The Cochran Firm seems to have become a CoIntelPro agent.

After the alleged fraud against Catalano & Plache, "Cochran" seems to have "disappeared" from the name and presumably from the law firm that is now named Neufeld Scheck & Brustin. (Neufeld may be left holding the bag.) The Cochran Firm is famous of its "now you see us, now you don't" magic tricks. The Cochran Firm's office in Atlanta actually got Judge Wendy Shoob to say there is no Cochran Firm office whatsoever within the State of Georgia and dismiss my fraud lawsuit against the scoundrels based on that perjury (Neals v. The Cochran Firm, Georgia Superior Court, 2005). The Firm got Judge Timothy Batten to rule it "immaterial" that The Cochran Firm's defrauded my family to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal (United States District Court, Norther District of GA, Neals v. I was very offended by the courts' deicsions and did not learn until years later that "black men have no rights white men are bound to honor" (Dred Scott decision) and that African Americans are not "real" citizens who owe the nation allegiance and have PROTECTED rights. I did not learn about the Black Codes in school, so I believed for over 50 years that I had regular U.S. citizenship when in fact, every 25 years Congress votes on whether blacks can continue to vote and serve on juries. If Catalano & Plache has many black attorneys and staff, nothing is likely to be done about the firm being duped by The CoIntelPro Cochran Firm lawyers. The Cochran Firm fraud against minorities has many unexpected accomplices, including numerous black people.

After defrauding the Neal family and the family of 92-year-old police victim Kathryn Johnston, and lying in Georgia Superior Court (denying that Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk law office is in any way connected with The Cochran Firm or its Memphis law office), the managing partner of the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm, Hezekiah Sistrunk, was REWARDED by being inducted in the prestigious Gate City Bar Hall of Fame. The Cochran Firm frauds are not usually reported except in legal journals. Mainstream media, state bars, courts, legal search engines, the BBB and other consumer protection agencies, etc., censor these lawsuits so The Cochran Firm can continue to misuse Johnnie Cochran's name and defraud other minorities like Mr. Mann and the Ramapough People and my family after my mentally, physically handicapped brother's 18 days of secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail. It seems that the law firm's main purpose now is to defraud its own clients by reducing or eliminating payouts by to its clients by government entities and major corporations. The Cochran Firm is sued regularly by its own attorneys as well as its defrauded clients.

Catalano & Plache may not be the first law firm that sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, but censorship keeps most civil actions against The Cochran Firm out of news reports, and judges ordinarily prevent the frauds from going before a jury. The Cochran Firm is a repeat offender, and I hope all of its fraud victims will come forward, unite and sue the unethical law firm partners under the RICO Act (assuming that blacks will not be interned in concentration camps without any criminal charges and with no opportunity for defense under NDAA.) People who persist in seeking justice after falling victim to a Cochran Firm Fraud may be subjected to gangstalking, censorship, financial persecution, and burglary. My home was burglarized in August 2011, and the only things stolen were two boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm lawsuit files and evidence I was not permitted to put before a jury. Trayvon Martin Shooting: A Set-up for Martial Law?

Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man you shall not go (Prov.22:24). (This article has five photos, ten paragraphs, and two links.) Is Trayvon Martin's shooting death being used as a set-up for Martial Law? Like I warned years before the Troy Davis execution, don't let anyone make fools of you over Trayvon Martin. People could use the opportunity of rallies for justice after wrongful deaths to spark riots. Perhaps the concentration camps are ready now. The Army advertised for resettlement relocation specialists last fall, and I read reports that companies were placing bids to service the camps months ago. Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bills in November, and President Obama signed NDAA on New Year's Eve. Numerous states are passing laws against public protests. On March 16, the president signed an Executive Order for peacetime Martial Law. Every time you turn on the news, some American official is grinning and shaking hands with Chinese officials as our human and civil rights and jobs disappear. Approach everything with a cool head, and go nowhere with angry people. That is biblical advice, and I concur. Only free people can free people.

Notice that whereas media companies usually suppress news about black people's murder by police and others who act under the color of law, they are reporting Martin's murder widely. Whereas federal officials helped cover up Larry Neal's murder (my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered under secret arrest in 2003), Trayvon's death may get an immediate federal investigation. Many of the SAME human/civil rights advocates and government officials who are arousing people regarding Trayvon's shooting refuse to help numerous others after abuses of power - not just my brother's murder. So be careful about this case. There could be an evil plan.

Hopefully people who have nothing to say about other suspicious deaths are advocating for Trayvon because it is politically correct to do so, especially during an election year, but it could be more than that. Therefore, watch out. No matter what happens regarding Trayvon's death, let's give peace a fighting chance. Don't be a sucker. If you attend a rally where someone gets loose, get gone. A friend from the original BPP said people would sometimes send paid instigators to their rallies to start trouble (like car fires) for them to be blamed. That also reportedly happened in California at Oscar Grant protests and at an Occupy protest.

See four photos below that no reporters ever asked me about, that only two people at the NAACP's Awards Dinner asked about when I picketed diners' hypocrisy in January. Police told me I'd better not tell you about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother who was interned in Memphis/ Shelby County Jail for 18 days in 2003 and returned to us as a naked corpse with no explanation or apology given, records denied, questions and objections prohibited, and requests for due process of law totally rejected. Larry was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who police falsely denied having until he died under circumstances which Memphis Shelby County Jail and the United States Justice Department REFUSE to divulge to his family in defiance of open disclosure laws. Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoenas are disregarded in Larry's death. A federal court ruled that The Cochran Firm's fraud against our family to help the jail cover-up Larry's murder was "immaterial." Media companies refused to report that when my mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for defrauding us to help the jail escape accountability for Larry's murder, The Cochran Firm and Georgia Superior Court declared falsely that there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia. That is big news since Atlanta's Cochran Firm's law office is listed on The Cochran Firm's website, in all Atlanta phone books, with most legal searches, and the same firm regularly misrepresents minorities in botched justice quests. Below is the photo of Thomas Arthur, a man who Alabama plans to execute Thursday, March 29, 2012, although his 2009 DNA test results exonerated. The court actually sealed Arthur's DNA test results time they were received, and plans to execute Arthur continued. Mainstream media did not report that Alabama Forensic Laboratory found that Arthur's DNA test results were no match for any evidence tested until long after I did, and cyberstalkers tried mightily to prevent my online reports. (This article has five photos, ten paragraphs, and two links.) There is more crime scene evidence available to test, and Arthur desperately wants to take more DNA tests to prove his innocence at his attorneys' expense, but Alabama refuses. No one at the federal level has stopped Thursday's execution, as far as I know. Do these sound like people who'd care about another dead American from the 99%? Certain people in government who claim to be outraged about Trayvon's death raised no objections to Troy Davis' execution. Troy was just a teen like Trayvon when he was sentenced to die for a crime he probably did not do, and he never got a re-trial no matter how many witnesses admitted they lied on Troy, whose photo is below.

So excuse me for looking for ANOTHER conspiracy when people who have a history of withholding comment about injustice speak up for Travon Martin. I am suspicious because media companies that pretend not to see me standing in front of their headquarter offices (CNN) with a 4 foot long, 2 foot wide sign report Trayvon's shooting death. It bears watching when human rights organizations that regularly turn away justice seekers show almost immediate interest in Trayvon although their usual style is to wait until it is nearly sundown on a justice quest before offering support, if then. Excuse me for being skeptical about the people's sincerity and looking for reasons why it was not until Martial Law bills passed that media companies, officials, and human rights orgs suddenly Changed - but ONLY regarding Trayvon Martin. WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TO THE COCHRAN FIRM AFTER JOHNNIE'S DEATH?

VICKI GILLIAM represented the Ramapough People against Ford Motor Corporation earnestly until she was suddenly taken off the case that was worth between $2billion and $3billion. The Ramapough People's case was then handled in The Cochran Firm's home office in Dothan, Alabama, and devious partners settled the Mann v. Ford case for a mere $12.5 million, not enough to pay for the tribe's sick Native Americans' ongoing medical care, much less address the tribe's many wrongful deaths. Steps to Justice A thru R

A)    Shelby County Jail was under federal overview in 2003 when Larry Neal was secretly arrested and murdered in that facility.

B)    Shelby County Government was supposed to make an inmate fatality report to the USDOJ regarding Larry's fatal incarceration, which the County Attorney said was done.

C)    But the USDOJ denies receipt of any such report from Shelby County regarding Larry's death. The trouble is that whether or not Shelby County made required reports to the USDOJ regarding Larry's demise, the federal agency is not off the hook.

D)    That is because the USDOJ communicated directly with Mary Neal about Larry Neal's death after his family learned The Cochran Firm never did discovery and sought records about Larry's fatal incarceration.

E)    The communication between Mary Neal and the USDOJ happened before the USDOJ allowed Shelby County Jail to omit reporting Larry's death in the jail's Release hearings regarding Shelby County Jail's federal overview.

F)    When the USDOJ allowed Shelby County Government to omit reporting Larry's fatal incarceration during the jail's release hearings and subsequent reports, the USDOJ officials joined Shelby County officials in committing a fraud on the USA and denial of due process to Larry's survivors. 

G)    Collusion between Shelby County Government officials and USDOJ officials was done to cover-up the murder of Larry Neal, a harmless, middle-aged, black, schizophrenic heart patient and disabled American citizen.

H)    The Cochran Firm's fraud against the Neals was supposed to complete the cover-up by keeping Larry's murder off the record and out of court. 

I)     The Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm for its fraud foiled that plan. Therefore, judges prevented the Neals' lawsuit from proceding to jury.

J)     Mary Neal is now stalked, persecuted, censored, and threatened because the USDOJ wants to avoid investigating and prosecuting criminal behavior in county and federal officials and their Cochran Firm fraud lawyers.

K)    In fact, it appears that citizens police have been moved into the foreclosed homes around the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

L)    I make frequent reports to the public so as to avoid being attack and will file suit to get all cyberterror, videos recording censorship, and witness affidavits that evidence disparate treatment, collusion and terrorism by government officials against the Neal family into public record.

M)    We hope to discourage actual attacks and further censorship against the Neals by entering these allegations and proof into federal court records although the Neal family anticipates another kangaroo court process.

N)     The conspiracy between federal and county government officials, The Cochran Firm, and courts to hide Larry Neal's fatal incarceration prove that SOME PEOPLE ARE CONSIDERED MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS.

O)     WHEREAS Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest in a government owned and controlled facility and government officials refuse to answer a single question about it and do or allow crimes against Larry's survivors including censorship and terrorism to prevent wide disclosure, I hereby make the following requests: 

P)      Death sentences for every condemned inmate should be commuted to life in prison and all such inmates should have new trials and/or DNA tests upon request, beginning withDarrell Lomax (CA), Jeff Wood, Andre Thomas and Hank Skinner (TX).  Thomas Arthur (AL) is to be the next victim. His  execution is scheduled for March 29 although Arthur's DNA test results conclusively excluded him as contributor for all evidence tested in 2009. Mary Neal was locked out of her advocacy group at Care2 about the time Thomas Arthur's death warrant was secured in Alabama to prevent wide disclosure about his pending murder. Visit Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). Arthur's DNA test results were sealed by Judge Pulliam until Arthur's execution, just as Troy Davis was under gag order until Georgia killed him. Arthur's daughter defied the court order, and Thomas' DNA test results are online at his website. Cameron Todd Willingham (TX) should have been saved from execution by the fire expert's report that stated there was NO evidence of arson, therefore Willingham should not be punished for killing his children who perished in a fire at their home. But Texas killed Willingham despite the report, possibly because death penalty states are in a race with one another to see who can kill the most people. Virginia leads because that state killed the most people before 1976, but Texas will take the lead with around 50 more executions. Perhaps they get extra points for executing innocent people like Willianham and Thomas and Davis.

Q)      I further request for capital punishment to end immediately and that public apologies be given to Troy Davis' survivors and to everyone who was executed for murder, because government employees essentially kidnapped and murdered a harmless schizophrenic man, Larry Neal, without censure, colluded to cover up Larry's murder like a criminal gang, and continually allow or facilitate terrorism and censorship against the victim's survivors to intimidate them into silence.

R)     Having proved that federal and local government officials disregard human and civil rights of individuals, including U.S. citizens, and that some officials have no regard for the Constitution of the United States of America or state law, I further request that NDAA Section 1021 be immediately repealed under pending congressional bill H.R.3785 or another act of congress. Larry's secret arrest and murder and the denial of resolution for eight years through two presidential administrations prove conclusively that nobody in government is that trustworthy. Neither the founding fathers nor God the Father intended for any human being to have such powers over another.

Save Sgt. Loggins' Family from Cochran Firm Fraud

The Cochran Firm frauds settled Sgt. Loggins' wrongful death lawsuit. Shot by an Orange County sheriff's deputy in front of two daughters, he left a pregnant wife. Settlement - no jury, of course. I knew The Cochran Firm would do this. Their real job is to protect police from their clients' wrongful death lawsuits. Did you hear of The Cochran Firm filing suit for Chavis Carter's death yet? No conviction is required to file a wrongful death civil action. I will add more information about Sgt. Loggins' wrongful death lawsuit if/when it becomes available. The U.S. Marine was fatally shot by an Orange County Sheriff's Deputy, and his family is now in the clutches of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm frauds. Sgt. Loggins was killed in the presence of his two daughters. The deputy who killed Loggins claims that he feared that Loggins planned to hurt the two girls. Later, the deputy reportedly changed his story and said he felt threatened by Loggins. Loggins was attempting to join his daughters in his van on a school parking lot after dark. Camp Pendleton gave Sgt. Loggins a 21-gun solute last week. I read that the Marine was loved by fellow Marines and his family.

The Cochran Firm frauds must not represent his grieving survivors in a wrongful death action against Orange County. I wrote to the Camp Pendleton commanding officer, the White House, the Department of Justice and numerous groups to ask for help protecting Sgt. Loggins' family from The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm Fraud. Since Johnnie Cochran's death, the new partners of The Cochran Firm frequently work for police behind their clients' backs to reduce or eliminate payouts by police departments and major corporations. An attorney who began working on the Neal family's lawsuit against The Cochran Firm in 2007 was not allowed to continue after doing two weeks of investigation. She explained, "Our firm has a conflict of interest suing the U.S. Government."

I did not know what the attorney meant since we planned to sue The Cochran Firm for defrauding my family to protect Shelby County Jail after Larry Neal's wrongful death, which happened in 2003. It was not until fall of 2008 that I understood why the attorney said her firm could not represent the Neals against the USA after she investigated our case. In 2008, former Vice President Chaney and former Atty. Gen. Gonzales were indicted in Willacy County, Texas for deliberately letting correctional facilities escape accountability for inmate abuse in return for prison profits and/or financial kickbacks. Their case never went to jury. Instead, A. Guerra, the district attorney who won the grand jury indictment against high government officials and local judges in the corruption case, was himself prosecuted on what he called trumped up charges as punishment for having those men indicted. The case against Chaney and Gonzales was assigned to a judge who Guerra asked to recuse himself, but the judge refused to recuse himself and dismissed the case against V.P. Chaney and Atty Gen Gonzales without trial. As a result of the criminal prosecution Guerra faced, he lost the election to be D.A. the next term. After Guerra lost his bid to be D.A. again, the criminal charges against him were dropped or resolved, and he is now a defense attorney in Texas.  I filed suit against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm as a pro se plaintiff in 2007 in United States District Court under the diversity rule. The federal judge ruled that it was "immaterial" whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud our black family in order to protect Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother, Larry Neal. Whatever deal USDOJ officials may have entered to protect Shelby County Jail after my brother's secret arrest and murder is still honored today. The feds refuse to answer our Freedom of Information Act Request that is at the link below, and I experience CoIntelPro-like stalking in person and online that police refuse to address although my computer security system captured the IP addresses of the people who break through my security system to destroy my computers, steal data from my hard drive and interfere with my Internet usage. One thing that should be corrected in my original FOIA request is the fact that Larry was killed while Ashcroft was Attorney General before Gonzales, but NO attorney general since Ashcroft, including Att. Gen. Gonzales or Atty. Gen. Holder, has been willing to obey open records laws in the case of Larry Neal's secret arrest and death. To date, Larry's family does not know if he was killed during waterboarding training classes for enhanced interrogation specialists, by medical experiments, or if he was Tasered to death like Inman Morales, killed in a restraint chair like Sean LeVert, killed on a restraint table like Tim Souders, starved to death like a 20-year-old acute mental patient in a Utah private jail, or if Larry died as a result of police lying and disclaiming his incarceration to deny the heart patient his vital prescription drugs.

Whatever method Shelby County, Tennessee Jail used to kill Larry is still a mystery, since The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm pretended to represent Larry's family in a wrongful death civil action actually worked for the Jail and possibly other parties to keep that information hidden and protect the jail and Shelby County Government officials from accountability. When the Neals sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, Georgia Superior Court dismissed the lawsuit by claiming falsely the suit was served wrong because there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia. When the Neals sued The Cochran Firm for fraud in federal court, Judge Batten dismissed the lawsuit on the claim that whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud the black family of the murdered mental patient was "immaterial." This writer assumes from the lack of Change in this situation over the past three years that this administration shares Judge Batten's assessment that The Cochran Firm fraud against black families and jails covering up police murders of black men are "immaterial" occurrences.

SILENCE SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. THE POWER behind The Cochran Firm Fraud is exposed by censoring negative reports about The Firm. Mainstream media refuses to make reports about lawsuits against The Cochran Firm in order for government entities and corporations to continue using that law firm to defraud black people. But there is a media blitz whenever famous black people or corporations with blacks at the helm are sued. The media LOVES to exploit negative news about blacks who have notoriety like Bishop Eddie Long, Michael Jackson, Bill Cosby, Jessie Jackson, Tiger Woods, Michael Vick, Judge Clarence Thomas, and Mike Tyson. America glories in scandals about African Americans, but even FOX News ignores The Cochran Firm Fraud and numerous lawsuits against The Firm that its clients continuously file because the lawyers defraud its own clients to protect government entities and major corporations.

SILENCE SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. On Sunday, February 26, NAACP chapter president  Rev. Edward Pinkney of Benton Harbor, Michigan called for all NAACP members to burn their NAACP membership cards. He called the 109-year-old organization a "sellout" and said that is why Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was not a member of the NAACP. No mainstream news companies carried that report, to my knowledge, although it is definitely newsworthy.

WATCH OUT FOR COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO THE SOLD-OUT MEDIA PROTECTS. IF THEY DON'T GET THE "BLACK TREATMENT" IN THE MEDIA, IT IS  BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT OF, BY, OR

The Cochran Firm Defrauds Native American Clients to Save Ford

(20 links) The CoIntelPro (Johnnie) Cochran Firm has defrauded another client to protect Big Business - the African/Native American Ramapough People.  Johnnie Cochran sold interest in his firm to some white supremacists and soon died of an inoperable brain tumor in 2005.  The civil rights attorneys who worked with Cochran in his Los Angeles office were all fired or forced out of the firm. The Firm now has three purposes: 1) give the semblance of justice to minorities after they are victimized by police violence and corporate wrongdoing; 2) provide surveillance in African American communities; and 3) reduce or eliminate financial damages to government and certain corporations that are sued by Cochran Firm clients.  See JOHNNIE COCHRAN'S COINTELPRO MURDER THEORY at this link http://alturl.com/299j4 . In 2006, the Ramapough People, a New Jersey African/Native American tribe, contracted with The Cochran Firm regarding environmental racism.  Ford Motor Company had used their homeland as a toxic waste dump for decades, causing sickness and deaths among the People.  The case was valued at over TWO BILLION DOLLARS ($2 billion). Ordinarily, a case such as Mann v. Ford would be handled by a partner, but The Cochran Firm assigned an associate out of its Jackson office to be lead attorney on this major case.  The devious Cochran Firm partners probably did not expect Vicki Gilliam to do nearly as well as she did representing the Ramapough.  But Gilliam is among plaintiffs attorneys who are "compassionate and who work really hard for their clients." Gilliam diligently worked on the case for two years and arrived at the point when it was time for Ford to either pay the $2 billion demand or face a jury in the civil action.  That is when The Cochran Firm suddenly pulled Gilliam off the case and transferred Mann v. Ford to its home office in Dothan, Alabama so The Firm's devious partners could throw the Ramapough People, its clients, under the bus and save Ford.

In the minds of a group of environmental scientists hired by the plaintiff’s attorneys, there is no greater underdog in the world of environmental racism than the African American/Native American ethnic mix making up the Ramapough people.Wayne Mann approached the Cochran firm in 2006, thinking his tribe had a good case against Ford because of the company’s bad behavior in bringing death and destruction to his homeland with little or no regard for the negative impact Ford’s toxic wastes would have on their lives.

Vicki Gilliam, an associate of the Cochran Law Firm through its Jackson office, was assigned their case as the lead attorney. In Mann v. Ford, HBO Documentaries has put together a frequently gut-wrenching, empathetic cinematic account of Ford Motor Company’s death sentence placed upon the Ramapough nation, revealed when the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) forced Ford to admit to dumping “millions of gallons of paint sludge and other industrial waste in this mountain community,” on tribal lands and in the depleted iron mines of nearby Upper Ringwood, New Jersey, from its plant in Mahwah, N. J. EPA designated the 500-acre area a Superfund Site in 1983 and Ford agreed to clean it up within 10 years, but only scraped away the surface toxins before leaving it in 2004.

The tribe has lived at this same location for 200 years. Ford started dumping its millions of tons of toxic waste on the tribal land 44 years ago. Mann informed Cochran firm lawyers in Manhattan that he spoke on behalf of nearly 700 of his fellow tribe members. The earliest phase of the lawsuit included well-known legal activists like Robert Kennedy, Jr., and Joseph Rosato of New York. But the real work eventually redounded to the Cochran office in Jackson, where the feisty Vicki Gilliam was assigned as the lead attorney. The 13-count suit filed in state Superior Court in Paterson, N. J., alleged fraud and negligence and asked for medical monitoring and compensation that would eventually be assessed at over $2 billion in all.

The borough of Ringwood was also put on notice that it also might be sued. The attorneys said they would seek $3 million per resident, a total that could exceed $2 billion. Apart from the early discovery of the source of the rampant deaths and constant sickness among the Ramapough, two shocking developments were brought out in the HBO documentary. First, the widely praised appointment of Lisa Jackson, the former commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, to be the nation’s EPA administrator, turned out to be a dud after her confirmation and the go-slow approach she adopted in indicting Ford for lying about its failed cleanup of the Upper Ringwood Superfund site.

The Ramapough tribe had come to Washington to lend visible and vocal support for Jackson by sitting directly behind her during the Congressional hearings on her appointment and testifying on her behalf. The second shocker was Vicki Gilliam’s removal as lead attorney just as a settlement with Ford was about to be considered. Vicki was breaking up with her original law partnership in Jackson at about the same time that the Cochran firm decided to close down its Jackson office.

“I was with the Cochran firm,” she said after previewing the film to an overflow crowd Monday evening at her Clinton office. “My old law partners decided to move to New Orleans. This case was being handled by the Cochran national group. They had the rights to it. I had no right to contact the clients after they shifted the lead attorney’s role. And when they closed down the Jackson office, I wanted to know if I was still involved with the case. They said, well, if we have to go to trial, you’ll be a part of it.”

Apparently, the firm, whose national office is in Dothan, Alabama, would settle out of court for a lot less than anybody had expected, especially Vicki Gilliam. “I didn’t know what the settlement was until I saw this documentary,” she said Monday. “And when I saw it in January, after they had sent me a copy, I said, ‘Oh, my God.’” Her disappointment lay primarily in the difference between the amounts the original set of lawyers viewed as just compensation for individual tribal members, about $3 million each, or $2 billion total.

The film reported that the average payout was under $8,000 per plaintiff. The total paid by Ford to plaintiffs was $13.5 million. “To put two-and-a-half years of your life into a case and to believe in what you’re doing, then have someone call to ask what’s going on in that case, it can be very frustrating,” she said. Although she is still perplexed over the Cochran firm’s abrupt displacement of her from the lead attorney’s role, she remains philosophical over the ultimate outcome, given the effort her team made in seeking environmental justice for the Ramapough. [Note by Mary Neal:  The settlement amount in this paragraph by McBride is incorrect. It was only $12.5 million, according to my sources.]

“I want people to see there are good plaintiffs’ lawyers who care and who are compassionate and who work really hard for their clients,” she said after the showing of the documentary. “And for anybody to take that away from this movie, then I’ve achieved what I wanted. And that is in addition to the story about the people.” Ford, too, remains under EPA constraints. Ford is obligated to clean up the entire toxic mess it made in the Ramapough community, Gilliam says.

“Twelve-and-a-half million is not much,” she says.

The Ramapouph People, especially because they are part black, qualified for The Cochran Firm Fraud that is done throughout America to carry forth the United States Government's CoIntelPro Mission of "protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order." (Wikipedia and other sources.) The "social order" was/is dominance by white elitists with a Nazi manifesto, including oppressing black people and other minorities. White Americans are beginning to realize that what is done to minorities will be done to them later.  For example, attorneys from The Cochran Firm have been assigned by federal judges to the steering committees for plaintiffs against BP regarding its oil spill and claimants against Johnson & Johnson for its faulty DePuy implants.  Those two class action cases will bring many thousands of white clients to The Cochran Firm's mercy.  Wayne Mann's tribe joins a long line of Cochran Firm Fraud victims, including the following:

1. The Neal family. The Cochran Firm contracted, under an undisclosed conflict of interest, to represent Larry Neal's 80-year-old mother and family in wrongful death and negligence civil actions against Memphis Shelby County Jail, Larry's final care home, and the State of Tennessee regarding Larry Neal's negligence, secret arrest, and murder. The Cochran Firm actually held the cases secretly inactive (while lying to Larry's family via mail fraud) to protect the jail and State of Tennessee after police arrested a black mentally ill heart patient for 18 days, hid him from his social worker and family, then murdered him.  The United States Department of Justice and Shelby County Jail refuse to disclose under federal subpoena or the Freedom of Information Act why or how Larry died. Warning:  The New World Order has already united government, media, law firms, and certain corporations.  Google, a free speech champion, endures an anti-trust probe initiated in July 2011 because it opposes Senate Bill 968, as do Yahoo, VISA, American Express, venture capitalists, law professors, Human Rights Watch, and many human/civil rights activists.  Senate Bill 968 seeks to put the Internet under the United States Justice Department, which would likely prevent further disclosure regarding The Cochran Firm fraud and other abuses in America.

2. Kathryn Johnston's survivors. In November 2006, Atlanta police murdered a 92-year-old black woman during a home invasion. When people started congregating in her yard to protest during the days immediately following the elder's murder, The Cochran Firm contracted to "represent" her survivors. A year later, The Firm claimed it filed an EIGHTEEN MILLION DOLLAR ($18 million) wrongful death civil action against the City of Atlanta, which any jury assembled in Atlanta would have awarded. Although three police officers involved in Johnston's murder were sentenced to prison, The Cochran Firm settled out of court with the City of Atlanta for less than one-third of the demand in mid-August 2010. This writer and clerks of Georgia State Court and Georgia Superior Court of Fulton County could find NO EVIDENCE THAT A SUIT HAD ACTUALLY BEEN FILED in the Johnston case during exhaustive records searches the week August 18, 2010. However, Johnston's civil action case appeared on a federal docket (supposedly transferred from State Court).  It went before Judge Marvin Shoob, father of Wendy Shoob, the Georgia Superior Court Judge who ruled in 2006 that there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia and dismissed the Neal's lawsuit against The Firm on that false premise. 4.  Survivors of Corey Ward contracted with The Cochran Firm to recover damages when Ward, 18, was fatally shot by an Atlanta police officer in 2002.  Not only did the family not recover damages, but the State of Georgia never brought the officer before a jury after he was indicted for the murder by a grand jury.  Instead, the Georgia Legislature enacted a new law in 2006 allowing that police officers and wealthy people who kill people in Georgia can avoid jury trial if they plead self defense.  In 2010, eight years after Ward's death, a Georgia Superior Court judge dismissed all charges against former officer Dunn without any hearing. 5.  Edwina Davis reports that she is also a Cochran Firm Faud victim. She filed a pro se lawsuit against Tyco International Corporation in a sexual harassment case. Cochran Firm attorney M. Pete signed contract with Davis and got her permission to remove her lawsuit against Tyco from Georgia Superior Court to amend it and re-file the lawsuit with his entry of service. However, Pete never re-filed Davis' lawsuit. Instead, he arranged settlement with Tyco for a small amount of money, considering the abundance of evidence and witnesses that Davis had that her boss squeezed her breasts continually and Tyco's human resources department refused to censure him after Davis' complaints. Davis notified Pete that she felt dissatisfied with her low settlement after she read about settlements in other sexual harassment cases. Davis felt cheated. Davis reports that after notifying Pete of her dissatisfaction with the small settlement he arranged, she was subjected to increased stalking and terrorism, which began when she initially filed suit against Tyco. I have met other Cochran Firm Fraud victims and will tell some of their stories at a later date.  There are likely many victims of The Cochran Firm Fraud you and I will never know about.  Imagine what The Cochran Firm is doing to its clients who are criminal defendants in order to help prison investors!  This writer is stalked online and in person to keep the world from learning about The Cochran Firm CoIntelPro Fraud program.  Censorship in mainstream media is responsible for the fraud against the Ramapough People and everyone else who The Cochran Firm defrauded since 2005, the year my family sued The Cochran Firm in Georgia Superior Court for defrauding Hattie and Mary Neal to help Shelby County Jail cover up my brother's jailhouse lynching and the lawyer fraud that followed.  Although the media zealously reports when famous people like Bishop Eddie Long, of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, get sued, the media hides lawsuits against The CoIntelPro Cochran Firm's in order for the government's suppression of minority people's justice quests to continue. 

Everyone who learns about The Cochran Firm denying in court that it has offices in Georgia recognize that perjury as being major news which was censored. Mainstream media suppresses news about The Cochran Firm's frauds against its clients to protect the interests of government entities and corporations that may need The Cochran Firm to defraud minorities in the future. It is my opinion that The Ramapough People had a case against the Environmental Protection Agency as well as Ford Motor Company. After the Environment Protection Agency ordered Ford to clean the land, it had a duty to enforce its order. Instead, the land remained contaminated and caused more injuries and deaths among The People.
