The state of the Union is Nazi, abusive to human rights of people who are either poor, non-white, or mentally ill, as in Nazi Germany before and during WWII. The U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) is a racketeering operation that I believe takes payoffs from abusive correctional facilities and police departments to withhold righteous prosecution after crimes against humanity happen to people in America. Officials over the USDOJ may also sell insurance to police departments, jails, and prisons guaranteeing their safety in cases that deserve federal prosecution and provide security against plaintiffs' lawsuits in federal courts.
Mass murder is happening to potentially innocent inmates awaiting trial in jails as well as to convicted persons in the nation's prisons, some of whom are also innocent of the crimes that led to their convictions, thanks to prosecutorial and judicial misconduct, deliberately tainted crime lab results, and complicit defense attorneys. In most instances, the USDOJ ignores the murders or, in the case of Larry Neal, the USDOJ actually aids and abets criminals escaping prosecution. That happened AFTER Memphis Shelby County Jail had been sued by the USA for inmate abuse. What good are federal investigations that only put more murderers in overview of abusive correctional facilities?
The USDOJ is criminal. Officials in overview like former Vice President Cheney and former U.S. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales were indicted for allegedly taking payoffs to withhold federal investigations of correctional facilities after prisoner abuses. Under Attorney General Holder, police violence against "free" citizens and the rate of brutality and deaths in custody grew much worse, and he refused to respond appropriately to reports of unrequited wrongful deaths that happened under the previous administration. During 2014, at least 346 prisoners were killed in Florida alone, many of whom had contacted the USDOJ about their perceived endangerment (see the second of three url links below). Survivors of murdered inmates who complain about the killings and corrupt civil court processes are subject to surveillance, censorship, and retaliation, especially non-whites.
Americans petition for federal investigations and oversight of abusive correctional facilities and police departments, but most are unaware of the racketeering operation that appears to be happening in the USDOJ. America needs the international community to be made aware that Americans are subject to the same crimes against humanity that happened in offshore War on Terror camps. The+United Nationsshould investigate The USDOJ for potential racketeering that enables the wrongful convictions and mass murders of Americans who are either black, Latino, poor whites, or the mentally ill of all races.

An April 27, 2013 AJC article (excerpt below) says that Dozier's sons believe her demise was related to her lawsuit against The City of Atlanta and the lawsuit filed against her aunt's estate by Markel Hutchins. The Cochran Firm frauds handled Dozier's lawsuit against the City of Atlanta and apparently gave her bad advice regarding Hutchins' invoice for services rendered as a spokesman for the estate of her 92-year-old aunt, Kathryn Johnston, who was shot and killed by Atlanta police officers in 2006. Markel Hutchins sent an invoice for his services to Dozier prior to her receipt of the final lawsuit settlement monies, but Dozier claimed to Probate Court that the estate had no outstanding debts. Hutchins sued Dozier and has reached a settlement with Johnston's family. Now he is going after The Cochran Firm, unethical lawyers who are sued regularly for their devious racketeering, racism, and frauds against their own clients, lawyers, and other law firms they partner with on certain cases. "Minister settles lawsuit with Johnston family, takes on lawyers" Hutchins’ attorneys on Wednesday dropped Dozier, who died in December, from the complaint in Fulton County Superior Court, choosing instead to focus on the lawyers who represented her, her family and Johnston’s estate. “Those lawyers and their law firms caused Ms.Dozier, the Johnston family and me to be placed in this most unfortunate quandary,” Hutchins said in his statement. The amendment to the lawsuit keeps Johnston’s estate and the law firm of Cochran, Cherry, Givens, Smith & Sistrunk, P.C., as a defendant, and added the firm’s partner Hezekiah Sistrunk, as well as Shean Williams, William T. Mitchell and his firm, Cruser & Mitchell, LLP, Nicholas Moraitakis and his firm, Moraitakis & Kushel, Roger A. Kirschenbaum and his firm, Mistrodda Green-Leverett, and James Green. “Her sons want absolutely nothing to do with this lawsuit,” Hill said, claiming that they believe the stress from the continued litigation contributed to [Dozier's] failing health and eventual demise.
******** Dozier's sons are absolutely correct. Without a doubt, Hutchins' lawsuit kept Dozier continually meeting with her racketeering lawyers at The Cochran Firm, and likely eating and/or drinking whatever they gave her during the meetings. Too bad. It must be a relief to Hezekiah Sistrunk if Dozier's sons do not pursue a malpractice lawsuit against him for advising Dozier to defraud the court and ignore Hutchin's invoice. Perhaps Dozier's sons have learned about the numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, most of which do not go well for plaintiffs because The Cochran Firm lawyers are protected by the injustice system. Directed energy weapons can reportedly cause heart attacks, like former Cochran Firm partner Jock Smith died of in January 2012, and tumors, which killed Johnnie Cochran in 2005. After Johnnie Cochran's death, his new partners, Cherry, Givens and Smith, took control of his law firm and used his name and legacy to defraud minorities who were their clients, according to former Cochran Firm clients and attorneys, including Shawn Chapman Holley, Esq. No wrongful death lawsuit was ever filed, thanks to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm simply held the Neal's case secretly inactive while the statue of limitations passed in Tennessee in order to help the jail escape accountability. The law firm wrote us bogus status updates about legal work that was not being done. When we sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, serving suit in its Atlanta office, the Atlanta law office answered the lawsuit and claimed to have no affiliation with The Cochran Firm or any of its offices. Surprisingly, the Georgia Superior Court judge dismissed our lawsuit based on that perjury, even with prolific advertising going forth for The Cochran Firm's Atlanta offices and contracts being signed with numerous other legal consumers under that same identity. But its very existence is denied in court in order to falsely claim that the Neal's lawsuit was not served to the "right" party. The Atlanta office came up with a sham name it called a PC, but that alias was never registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a corporation, PC, LLC, dba, or anything else. One might wonder if The Cochran Firm also cheated its client, Mann's son, in the wrongful death civil action.
(This article has eighteen(18) links.) Emil Mann was a member of the
Ramapough Mountain Indians. He was shot and killed by New Jersey Park
Police Officer Chad Walder in April 2006 in Mahwah, N.J. The Cochran
Firm showed The Ramapough People no mercy years later when it mishandled
the Ramapough's lawsuit against Ford for toxic waste dumping on the
Ramapough's land, causing sickness, deaths, and pollution. The unethical
lawyers settled the Ramapough's civil action for a mere $12.5million
although the lawsuit was valued at $3billion. The CoIntelPro lawyers
also neglected to file suit against the Environment Protection Agency
(EPA) for its part in the environmental pollution that lasted over 40
years, with Ford continually dumping paint sludge on the Ramapough's
property. The EPA issued an order to Ford in 1983 to clean the Ramapough
People's land within 10 years, and Ford ignored its responsibility to
clean the land by at least 1993. The EPA had a responsibility to enforce
its order but neglected to do so. The land was still contaminated in
2006, thirteen years after Ford's deadline. Therefore, the EPA shares a
responsibility with along with Ford for sickness and deaths resulting
from land contamination after 1993, because the EPA neglected to enforce
its own deadline. I am confident that The Cochran Firm never told the
Ramapough People that they also could make a case against the EPA,
because after Johnnie Cochran's death, The Cochran Firm seems to have
become a CoIntelPro agent. After the alleged fraud against Catalano & Plache, "Cochran"
seems to have "disappeared" from the name and presumably from the law
firm that is now named Neufeld Scheck & Brustin. (Neufeld
may be left holding the bag.) The Cochran Firm is famous of its "now you
see us, now you don't" magic tricks. The Cochran Firm's office in
Atlanta actually got Judge Wendy Shoob to say there is no Cochran Firm
office whatsoever within the State of Georgia and dismiss my fraud
lawsuit against the scoundrels based on that perjury (Neals v. The
Cochran Firm, Georgia Superior Court, 2005). The Firm got Judge Timothy
Batten to rule it "immaterial" that The Cochran Firm's defrauded my
family to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and
wrongful death of Larry Neal (United States District Court, Norther

years later that "black men have no rights white men are bound to honor"

not learn about the Black Codes in school, so I believed for over 50
years that I had regular U.S. citizenship when in fact, every 25 years
Congress votes on whether blacks can continue to vote and serve on
juries. If Catalano & Plache has many black attorneys and staff,
nothing is likely to be done about the firm being duped by The
CoIntelPro Cochran Firm lawyers. The Cochran Firm fraud against
minorities has many unexpected accomplices, including numerous black
people.
After defrauding the Neal family and the family of 92-year-old police victim Kathryn Johnston,
and lying in Georgia Superior Court (denying that Cochran Cherry Givens
Smith & Sistrunk law office is in any way connected with The
Cochran Firm or its Memphis law office), the managing partner of the
Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm, Hezekiah Sistrunk, was REWARDED by

The Cochran Firm frauds are not usually reported except in legal journals. Mainstream
media, state bars, courts, legal search engines, the BBB and other
consumer protection agencies, etc., censor these lawsuits so The Cochran
Firm can continue to misuse Johnnie Cochran's name and defraud other
minorities like Mr. Mann and the Ramapough People and my family after my
mentally, physically handicapped brother's 18 days of secret arrest and
murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail. It seems that the law firm's main
purpose now is to defraud its own clients by reducing or eliminating
payouts by to its clients by government entities and major corporations.
The Cochran Firm is sued regularly by its own attorneys as well as its
defrauded clients.
Catalano & Plache may not
be the first law firm that sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, but
censorship keeps most civil actions against The Cochran Firm out of news
reports, and judges ordinarily prevent the frauds from going before a
jury. The Cochran Firm is a repeat offender, and I hope all of its
fraud victims will come forward, unite and sue the unethical law firm
partners under the RICO Act (assuming that blacks will not be interned
in concentration camps without any criminal charges and with no
opportunity for defense under NDAA.) People who persist in seeking
justice after falling victim to a Cochran Firm Fraud may be subjected to

The Cochran Firm had the workers to sign a confidentiality agreement for mediation. The Cochran firm then removed the signature page from the confidentiality agreement and used it in a settlement agreement without its clients' knowledge or permission and settled their lawsuit for a miniscule sum.

Gilliam was an associate who represented the Ramapough People of New Jersey against Ford Motor Company in a lawsuit regarding environmental racism. The Ramapough are a Native American/African American mixed People who contracted with The Cochran Firm to sue Ford for dumping toxic waste on their tribal lands for decades, which caused sickness and deaths. Gilliam handled the Mann v. Ford case splendidly for two years, but when it was time for Ford to either pay $2 billion to $3 billion in damages or face a jury trial, The Cochran Firm partners suddenly snatched the case from its ethical associate attorney. The partners then settled with Ford for less than $14million (a serious discount from the expected payout - $2 billion to $3 billion). The Jackson Advocate reported that Gilliam was surprised about the low settlement and "is still perplexed over the Cochran firm’s abrupt displacement of her from the lead attorney’s role." Defrauding clients is a game with The Cochran Firm. Because they also defraud clients to help police after murders like my brother's secret jailhouse death, authorities do nothing about it. Perhaps clients' intended defendants pay the devious lawyers more under the table than the attorneys would have earned by honestly and ethically representing their clients' interests. The Cochran Firm frequently works for the wealthest party in a civil action no matter which party they sign contract to represent.

In United States District Court, the frauds claimed not to have a single law office in Memphis. However, The Cochran Firm had to write me a check for hiding from the process servicer when I sued The Firm (which made service of process cost extra money), and the check was written on a bank account for "The Cochran Firm, Memphis office"! They don't even TRY to cover their lies, because The Cochran Firm is ALLOWED TO DEFRAUD ITS BLACK CLIENTS AND COMMIT AND FRAUDS ON THE COURTS. I guess you could not call it "fraud on the courts" since the courts are apparently in on it, or judges would not roadblock lawsuits against The Cochran Firm.
The determination to defraud black people coast to coast through The Johnnie Cochran Firm is why I am stalked, censored, and have a directed energy weapon in my laptop that was implanted during a service visit.
