Revealing TRUTH for a legal victor! An interesting poster is making its rounds at African Facebook groups. It is featured below, and I did not even start it (directly). I did add a comment several times: "Johnnie Cochran's CoIntelPro Murder Theory"

Insider trading tip: The firm may not be worth much in a couple of months (or days, depending on how cooperative Facebook and other online media companies are with federal agents and how determined the censorship staff is). Most of its clients are people of color, and those who know are angry at the thought of Johnnie being mistreated (maybe murdered) and his legacy being misused to enrich racists at the expense of justice for the firm's clients. Of course, it may be different if I were the only one saying so, but there are numerous lawsuits against The [new] Cochran Firm alleging racism and fraud by former Cochran Firm attorneys and highly dissatisfied clients. Shawn Chapman Holley — a former colleague of the late, famed lawyer Johnnie Cochran — is suing the law firm he made famous, claiming racial and gender discrimination, fraud and breach of contract. NPR's Tony Cox talks with Holley and her attorney, Dan Stormer, about the lawsuit, as well as Randy McMurray, managing partner of The Cochran law firm in Los Angeles.

McMurray, a former partner in the California office, spoke for The Cochran Firm on the Chapman-Holley interview at NPR. A few years later, McMurray also sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, racism and RICO Act Racketeering (he said a partner bought sex from the staff with corporate funds). RANDY McMURRAY, ESQ, has a new label for The Cochran Firm's attorneys. I call them "The Cochran Firm Frauds," but he calls them "Cochran Firm Racketeers," and he has plenty of evidence. McMurray is a former partner in the Los Angeles office of The Cochran Firm, who worked with attorneys Brian Dunn and possibly with Daniel H. Cargnelutti. McMurray says he was defrauded, also, as well as the firm's clients across the country. Numerous former Cochran Firm associates and partners complained and some sued over the years to get remedy for The Cochran Firm fraud - the honest ones, usually. The Cochran Firm seemingly has no use for ethical attorneys.

It is a shame how The Cochran Firm ran over the Indigenous People to save Ford and the EPA. They got rid of Gilliam first - took her off the case that was worth between $2 billion and $3 billion, then settled for only $12.5 million! Poor Mr. Mann and his People.

PLEASE don't let The Cochran Firm handle any death penalty cases! According to Shawn Chapman Holley, Johnnie Cochran did not want the firm to do any criminal defense work at all. He probably suspected (or knew) that his new partners are prison investors. Prisons earn much more for warehousing condemned inmates than inmates in the general population, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.

THE COCHRAN FIRM apparently defrauds other law firms as well as its clients and some of its own partners. See an excerpt of an article in New York Law Journal:

October 29, 2012 -- Two prominent civil rights firms in New York are accused by a three-lawyer Washington, D.C. firm of cheating it out of a significant fee as part of a $3.75million settlement in a wrongful death case. Catalano & Plache claims that [Cochran] Neufeld Scheck & Brustin and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady submitted court documents on settlement terms without naming Catalano as a participating firm.

"The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argues in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, Law Offices of Catalano & Plache v. Brustin, 157248/2012. "Defendants are scheming and attempting to avoid their legal, moral and ethical obligations."

We should ALL file a RICO Act racketeering lawsuit against the identity-challenged, absent-minded lawyers. They OFTEN forget who they are working for on civil cases - the plaintiffs or the defendants. They forget which cities they "operate" in and swear in court, "We are in no way affiliated with The Cochran Firm or any Cochran Firm offices." The Atlanta office lied in court, saying "We are a wholly owned Georgia corporation," and "We have no affiliation with any law offices whatsoever in Memphis, TN." Judges help them get away with perjury, too, or they simply refuse to hear the case against the frauds. That happened during a class action for race discrimination in California. Clients claimed The Cochran Firm FORGED THEIR NAMES ON A BOGUS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A MINISCULE SUM, but California Supreme Court shrugged.

The Cochran Firm lawyers sometimes use an alias name in court to defend the firm against fraud lawsuits, like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. did. He is the managing partner in the firm's Atlanta office, which is prolifically advertised at 127 Peachtree Street. But its very existence is denied in court in order to falsely claim that the Neal's lawsuit was not served to the "right" party. The Atlanta office came up with a sham name it called a PC, but that alias was never registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a corporation, PC, LLC, dba, or anything else. Most of the lawyers' frauds seem to be done to protect their clients' defendants.

While The Cochran Firm defrauds its attorneys and law firms it partnered with as well as its own clients, poor Lynne Stewart was disbarred, prosecuted, and imprisoned for carrying a letter to the press for her client. The human rights attorney is 72 now, and wrestling with cancer in prison where she has been for years. God is going to have a word or two for our judges one day soon. We seem to need courageous attorneys like Spire Law Group, Juan Guerra, or Alton Maddox at times like these. Maddox admired Johnnie Cochran and probably hates what the prejudice Alabama partners are doing to his name and legacy. Maddox is a civil/human rights attorney, also. He was prohibited from practicing law in any New York court after he missed a single court hearing. "Disparate sentencing" applies to attorneys, too, depending on who they represent and how well they do it.

I had hoped that my family's justice quest regarding Larry Neal's lynching and my terrorism following The Cochran Firm fraud would end on a quietly victorious note. But after viewing a movie called "Maafa21," which is available in the next article in FreeSpeakBlog, I recognize that elitists probably would not allow The Cochran Firm to pay damages and apologize for covering up my disabled brother's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail if the firm wanted to do so. None of them in that "eugenics/ genocide club" think it is necessary to treat Africans in America like real people. They believe us to be "imbeciles" and "useless eaters" and "the Negro problem" since slavery was declared illegal except for convicts, which is why America has the highest prison population in the history of the world. Upholding human and civil rights is not a popular idea in Washington at this time, either. RICO ACT: McMurray Exposes Cochran Firm Fraud

Have you or someone you know been duped by The Cochran Firm frauds? If so, you certainly should listen to the Rev. Randy McMurray, Esq., a former Cochran Firm partner from the Los Angeles office, claims that The Cochran Firm defrauded him. LOS ANGELES (Court House News Service ) Mar. 7, 2012 - A partner at The Cochran Law Firm claims in Superior Court that an attorney tried to wrest control of the name of the firm's famed founder, Johnny Cochran, and dissipated the firm's assets by, among other things, paying an employee for sexual services. Randy McMurray, of the firm's Los Angeles office, claims that his partner Brian Dunn plotted to oust him by bringing in another lawyer from the firm's Las Vegas office. Dunn also breached the firm's partnership agreement by, among other things, seizing control of the partnership's records, client files and email system, according to the 36-page complaint. Elsewhere in the complaint, McMurray says Dunn and other defendants have "engaged in erratic, unprofessional and petty behavior," paying an employee a salary plus overtime for sexual services, and hiring a private investigator who allegedly spent her time having sex with Dunn.

Probably the most blatant case of The Cochran Firm fraud is the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" case. The law firm contracted to represent the family of a mentally ill heart patient who was secretly arrested for weeks and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The Cochran Firm's managing partner in its Memphis law office, Julian Bolton, was actually a long-standing member of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners - the entity that owns and operates the jail where Larry Neal was murdered. The Cochran Firm pretended to do legal work it did not actually do while the Tennessee statute of limitations was passing. When it was too late to hire an honest law office to handle Larry Neal's wrongful death, The Cochran Firm admitted it had done NOTHING whatsoever to bring a wrongful death lawsuit against the jail. The Neals sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, but the unethical lawyers disclaimed having any law office whatsoever in the State of Georgia, where the plaintiffs live and served lawsuit to the firm's Atlanta office - well advertised and doing business as The Cochran Firm at 127 Peachtree Street. No defense was offered to the Neals' allegations of fraud because of the judge's acquiescence to The Cochran Firm's perjury. The case was dismissed based on there being NO Cochran Firm office in the State of Georgia - an outright lie. Six months later, The Cochran Firm commenced its fraud in the Kathryn Johnston police murder matter, which also happened in Atlanta.

This writer agrees with another dissatisfied client who claimed being defrauded in an automobile accident case, Clemzo Gildersleeve. He picketed The Cochran Firm at its Dothan, Alabama headquarters. Gildersleeve said, “The reason I want to get on ‘Oprah’ is because when Mr. Cochran was alive he was on her show and he was talking about how he started this firm for the little man." The Mobile resident said, "In my opinion, the Cochran firm don’t even deserve to be in business.”

I was not surprised to hear from a reliable source that Givens and Cherry also defrauded Smith's widow. The Cochran Firm is presently handling the Chavis Carter wrongful death matter. He was a youth who was searched twice, handcuffed, and locked in the back of a police car in Arkansas. The police cameras stopped working at exactly that moment. Carter allegedly retrieved a gun he had hidden on his person, and the left-handed black youth then shot himself in his right temple although he was handcuffed behind his back. Because Carter's mother did not know about The Cochran Firm fraud, the lawyers will once again be able to help police by defrauding a black family.

So-called "black leaders" in government and civil rights organizations (plantation overseers) don't have any comments. UPDATE: Paragraph 1 of 4 --  The Neals' home in Stone Mountain, Georgia was burglarized on August 11, 2012. The only things stolen were two boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm files and evidence that the Neals had been prevented from submitting to a jury by judges who ruled wrongly that (a) there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia (Ga Sup. Ct. 2006), and (b) whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud the Neal family was "immaterial" (USDC 2009). This theft may have been done to enable conspirators to alter the court records so it will not be so patently obvious that my family is denied due process of law regarding Larry's secret murder and The Cochran Firm's fraud that prevented accountability by Shelby County Jail. Both courts' files Changed before/after the cases were dismissed; therefore, I know it happens. Georgia Superior Court supposedly "lost" a motion (that I saw in the file during an examination before a court clerk two weeks prior), and I was never notified by United States District Court that Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) had joined the lawsuit. MARTA was concerned because it ran The Cochran Firm ads for the firm's Atlanta office, which the law firm denied the existence of in courts of law in order to lie and say the Neals' lawsuit was served wrongly when sheriffs served suit on its Atlanta  law office. Numerous pleadings on the Neals v. Cochran, Cherry, Givens & Smith docket were no longer links that enabled printing without actually going to the courthouse. Those may be the pleadings that are jeopardized by my burglary.

Update, Paragraph 2 of 4 -- I discovered my altered USDC file when I went to the federal courthouse in 2010 to check on Kathryn Johnston's settled lawsuit (regarding a 92-year-old Atlanta police victim), another case The Cochran Firm "represented" in a peculiar way. The Johnston case docket was altered more thoroughly than mine was after the Dozier v. City of Atlanta case settled. It is inconvenient for burglars to have stolen my original files from my home. But whenever their cyber stalkers kept me offline, which happens frequently, I would duplicate my DVDs and other records and share them with people, because the Neals often received cyberthreats to burn down our house to destroy our evidence. One attorney told me he had never seen so much fraud and perjury in his whole career, but he did not take our case. He said if that amount of effort is used to prevent the Neal family from prevailing, his firm would not be permitted to win. That is impossible for Davis now and highly unlikely for the Neals and other black people. One does not have to be  terrorist to be under close scrutiny, because the Truth terrifies wrongdoers. Actually, some of the attorneys who saw my evidence seemed frightened, also, although they had no part in the intrigue. Had I known the world had entered the Revelation* period, I would not have expected justice. The real tragedy is that officers of the court and justice officials would prefer subterfuge to doing justice after the secret arrest and murder of a harmless, lifelong mentally, physically disabled black man, and it seems that nothing dissuades them. There is nothing renowned about The Cochran Firm - the law firm has zero to do with Johnnie Cochran. In fact, the firm's new owners fired or forced his attorneys out of the Los Angeles office immediately after Johnnie's death. The New Owners of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm work for government entities and certain major corporations behind their clients' backs to prevent large payouts. 

Sometimes The Cochran Firm even pretends to file lawsuits on behalf of its clients, but it files nothing. That saves the government and large corporations from making ANY payouts whatsoever. I imagine The Cochran Firm frauds still get paid. Naturally the attorneys cannot do this on every case, or they would self-destruct. But clients never know until it is too late when a deal has been made on their cases. There is a tremendous effort to keep clients' lawsuits against The Cochran Firm offline and prevent consumer complaints from being recorded, but some get published. Mainstream media refuses to report The Cochran Firm fraud. Judges sometimes wrongly dismiss clients' cases against The Cochran Firm by declaring the law firm "nonexistent to be sued." This happened to my family, the Neals. State bars, consumer protection agencies, and even the government work to help protect The Cochran Firm from its defrauded clients' lawsuits and prevent public disclosure. I am stalked and censored to prevent minorities from learning that the 1% has a law firm dedicated to keeping minorities from the 99% from having justice after deaths by police or when we suffer corporate wrongs, like the toxic waste dumping that killed and injured so many Ramapough People. I recently received my first complaint from someone who entrusted a criminal case to The Cochran Firm, and the lawyers "threw the fight." Therefore, I assume there are many defrauded clients across America who entrusted criminal cases to the frauds. I already found hundreds of defrauded clients in civil cases. She went to The Cochran Firm along with a host of co-workers to file a racial discrimination complaint against TYCO International Corporation, alleging that the company's human resource department tolerated overt racism that included nooses being hung. The Cochran Firm told the group that they had no case once a white co-worker accepted responsibility for hanging the nooses and apologized (he was not fired according to Edwina's knowledge). However, Edwina's sexual harassment case was accepted. She had already filed suit as a pro se plaintiff against TYCO after getting no help from the EEOC, NAACP and others regarding her boss squeezing her breasts whenever she was near him. (You will find it nearly impossible to get legal help against New World Order companies.) Her Cochran Firm attorney, M. Pete, Esq., convinced Edwina to allow him to remove her lawsuit against TYCO from the court docket so he could amend it and represent her. He never re-filed the lawsuit. Instead, Pete settled Edwina's lawsuit for a small sum and started a romantic relationship with Edwina. Edwina feels in retrospect that he started dating her to keep tabs on her and continue to protect TYCO from his client. TYCO put Edwina on a shift alone that was usually worked by four men. She fell and got hurt. The Cochran Firm also handles workers compensation cases. But when Edwina was hurt on the job, Pete referred her work injury to a Buckhead attorney who offered to take her case if she slept with him. Edwina eventually went to another job, and her new boss at Honey Baked Ham also sexually assaulted her. DENVER -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing The Original HoneyBaked Ham Co. of Georgia Inc. for alleged severe and pervasive sexual harassment at its Colorado stores. The lawsuit also accuses the company of retaliating against female employees who complained about the misconduct.

If sexual favors is what it takes for The Cochran Firm to work for its clients, no wonder the lawyers only pretended to do legal work for my 80-year-old mother while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed! Both Edwina Davis and my elderly mother received lewd pictures to their cell phones after notifying people about The Cochran Firm Fraud. I wrote about the photos in "79 Tweets of Net Freedom" one night when I was able to break free of the cyberstalkers' control over my home computer. Our photos were black penises being held in men's hands. Edwina said her photos were white men naked from the waist down. Watch out female homeowners in LA! They are atomic dogs!
