October 22 Coalition honors Stolen Lives in the United States of America. Families, friends, and concerned individuals across the country unite to protest police violence that steals hundreds of lives annually. The usual victims are black and brown people who lack wealth. Since last October, however, numerous Caucasians have also fallen victim to overuse of force by police - even in affluent neighborhoods. Sadly, the dead include elders, children, and disabled people. It has been estimated (because Americans are not allowed to keep records on this) that roughly 50% of victims in death-by-police episodes were mentally ill people, like my brother, Larry Neal. Beverly Hall Prosecution v. The Cochran Firm's Allowed Frauds

GEORGIA will prosecute former Atlanta Public Schools superintendent Beverly Hall (pictured) and 34 other educators who allegedly committed fraud by changing students' scores on standardized tests, which was supposedly done to earn bonuses. But officials do nothing about The Cochran Firm fraud, which was done to hide a government lynching, and continuous crimes that are committed to stop disclosure. 

The racketeering now includes four home invasions. The latest one happened on April 1, when a woman arrived at the Neals' home and presented herself as being a nurse for Hattie Neal. The impostor may have come to hide a surveillance camera, drugs, a time bomb, or to release deadly toxins in our home. I will certainly attend the educators' trials to let them and their attorneys know that THEY ARE BEING PROSECUTED BY FRAUDS who apparently care zero about justice, and the story of their prosecution will be reported by FRAUDS posing as journalists in a country with a free and unbiased press. Since serving suit on The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which defrauded our family to protect Shelby County Jail, the Neal family has been subjected to censorship, continuous surveillance, gangstalking, and kangaroo court processes that falsely determined there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia and that justice for the Neals is "immaterial." The prison industrial complex, which they serve, presently awaits educated blacks, former educators, to supply prison labor for jobs that were removed from persons who earn at least minimum wage and benefits.

Hattie Neal, who was Larry Neal's mother and a plaintiff against The Cochran Firm, is 90 years old and was recently put on a home health care program that provides physical therapists and an aid to help her regain her mobility. Hattie Neal fell in The Cochran Firm's lobby of the Memphis office on the very day that she signed contract with those FRAUDS to represent the family in a wrongful death civil action against Memphis Shelby County Jail. Since that fall when she was 81, Hattie Neal has suffered continual pain and experienced gradual loss of muscle strength, particularly in her legs and thighs. Memphis is the city that recently hosted a KuKluxKlan rally while refusing to grant anti-Klan rally organizers a permit to exercise their First Amendment rights.

A black woman posing as a nurse, with an accent that sounded either African or like an Islander (which may have been contrived), presented herself at the Neals' home on April Fools Day, and just like a fool I admitted her without checking with the home health agency or demanding identification to ensure her identity. She was driving a navy blue van, which she seemed unfamiliar with driving. I watched as she tried for almost five minutes before successfully parking the vehicle under the same tree where the fake police officer parked last August and the fake computer repair person parked in 2010. She took Mama's blood pressure and temperature and said she was sent to change the bandage on Mama's hip. I told the woman that Mama did not have a dressing on her hip. The stalkers likely knew that Mama has a sore hip from listening to telephone conversations at our home. Our phone calls have been monitored and controlled for years, and law enforcement refuses to address the surveillance or the takeover of my computers. Neither our doctor nor the home health company have any record of the impostor's visit, and both deny sending a nurse to visit Hattie Neal. The impostor was alone with Hattie Neal in her room for approximately fifteen minutes. The Neals must now purchase anti-surveillance equipment to sweep for any hidden cameras or listening devices the impostor may have installed and search thoroughly for drugs and bombs. But criminals still worry because they only got the hard copies, and they want tapes, discs, and flash drives. Murderers, accessories to murder after the fact, gangstalkers, and the Internet censorship force have suppressed public disclosure and accountability for Larry Neal's murder, which happened after three weeks of secret incarceration, for nearly ten years. We must warn former teachers and administrators of Atlanta Public Schools that they are being tried for fraud in racist courts that view them as future black slaves for the prison industrial complex after stripping them of retirement funds and their savings for attorneys' fees. Their prosecution will be broadcast by media companies that expound on the educators' fraud allegations but refuse to report that The Cochran Firm was allowed to perjure itself in Georgia courts, saying it has no law offices whatsoever within the State of Georgia or the City of Memphis (in order to have judges wrongly dismiss the Neals' lawsuits). Their cases are being tried in a state that still has separate high school proms for black and white students. The defendants' lawyers must be put on notice that they may become targets for harassment and their computers may be monitored to plan the prosecutors' cases. My cyber stalkers continually sabotaged pleadings I wrote in the Neals v. The Cochran Firm cases, Georgia Superior Court supposedly lost an important pleading, and the computer takeovers have continued since the courts' wrongful dismissals to prevent reports to the public and impede advocacy for others who are denied justice. I emailed an article that included Jason Smith's death, which the 14-year-old's father said was a KKK killing in Louisiana. It has been my experience that Attorney General Holder has zero interest in doing investigations on black people's deaths, and he would probably prefer not to be asked to do so. When I was a teen, there was a song that topped the charts entitled, "That's the Way I Feel About You." Unrequited murders of black people seem to reflect what this administration feels that black people deserve, despite giving the president 90% of the black vote in 2008. My family's petition for an investigation regarding Larry's murder after 18 days of secret arrest was sabotaged like Jason Smith's petition might be. And there was no federal investigation into the disappearance and death of Mitrice Richardson, a young black woman who "disappeared" immediately after allegedly being released from a jail in California in 2009, whose bones were discovered a year later. Pit bulls' deaths are investigated in the United States. In fact, Eric Holder conducted an investigation regarding Michael Vick's pit bulls' deaths for the NFL. However, Africans in America do not ordinarily qualify for DOG JUSTICE. Instead there is the "illusion of inclusion" portrayed when blacks are represented in wrongful death civil actions and often defrauded by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. Google "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD."

Although Jason's story has been on Black Talk Radio and international media, there is still an effort to contain the news about the young teen's death and his missing organs. How long will mainstream media in the U.S.A. be like the State-owned media under Egypt's ousted dictator? Journalists ignored their duty to report a rebellion that was right outside their doors while the world watched hundreds of thousands of Egyptians protest. Murder Cover-up - Mary Neal v. USDOJ, et al.

Below are 18 of the parties to the conspiracy of cover-up and terror who will be named in the lawsuit against USDOJ, et al. Officials and lawyers united to hide the secret arrest (kidnapping) and murder of Larry Neal, a lifelong mentally ill heart patient who was killed on August 1, 2003, after 18 days of secret arrest. Every individual the Neal family went to for justice joined the cover-up conspiracy instead. On August 11, our home was burglarized, and the only items stolen were the Neals v. The Cochran Firm lawsuit files and evidence which judges prevented from going to jury by dismissing our case wrongly. Then culprits sent a FAKE police officer to take our burglary report. DeKalb County Police reported to us that they had not dispatched an officer to take the burglary report yet. The fake police officer was sent to do the same thing The Cochran Firm was sent to do: keep crimes against the Neal family out of public records.

The USDOJ allows or does online censorship and terrorism (online and in person) against me to keep the handicapped inmate's murder cover-up from being broadcast. The USDOJ withholds all records and withholds investigation of Larry's murder, which was done in a jail that had been placed under its direct overview due to years of inmate abuse and other violations and was operating under an Agreement with the USA. The government investigated and prosecuted the deaths of pit bulls on Michael Vick's ranch, but helped Shelby County Jail cover-up Larry Neal's murder and still does nine years later.

~Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith LLC (? - Firm uses different names from time to time. "The Cochran Firm" is/was even registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State's office as an "assumed name"), a/k/a The Cochran Firm - signed contract as Larry's wrongful death attorneys while its Memphis managing partner was a Shelby County Commissioner, which was a serious, secret conflict of interest. The Cochran Firm withheld all legal work while using U.S. Mail fraud to report work that was not actually being done to demand accountability for Larry Neal's negligence and murder. The law firm tricked the Neal family to let the Tennessee statute of limitations pass without any lawsuit being filed for Larry's secret arrest and death in custody. It became an accessory to murder after the fact.

(managing partner of the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm office (Cochran Cherry Smith Sistrunk), which pretended in court not to be an office of The Cochran Firm or have any connection whatsoever with the national office of The Cochran Firm or with the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm. ~Judge Timothy Batten (who ruled that crimes done against the Neal family are "immaterial" and dismissed plaintiffs' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm),

~Cochran Firm's Attorneys (who put forth deliberate perjury in Georgia Superior Court and USDC),

~Tennessee Bar (name investigator and director who dismissed complaint against David McLaughlin after receiving proof that he lied to the bar, submitted fraudulent documents in the investigation, and threatened the Bar with legal action when a Bar's secretary was so astounded at the proof of malpractice presented that she shared the information with her friends in other government offices)

Oppose Whistleblower Improvement Act

[draft to be completed week ending 5/19/12] Based on the censorship I experience, passing the Wistleblower Improvement Act may be important to the End Game like concentration camp provisions under NDAA are. It is the most censored congressional bill I have written about since publishing my anti-NDAA articles. Notice the interference I experienced on the tape of my MaryLovesJustice Show at the following link. This MaryLovesJustice episode is called "ARE WHISTLEBLOWERS PERSECUTED IN AMERICA?" http://goo.gl/w2AzK . The cell phone that I used for the show is monitored and controlled by cyberstalkers, also. Note that stalkers turned my volume low for the first 20 minutes while I spoke about the Whistleblowers Improvement Act during the introduction. They interfered throughout the show. The volume was normal until near the end of the radio show when cyberstalkers disconnected the call twice. The censorship team disconnected calls several times when I mentioned key words while speaking on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show, including "NDAA" and "Dog Justice." By noting which congressional bills my cyberstalkers censor, I gain inside knowledge about which congressional bills their bosses support and oppose. My cybercensorship team invariably works to prevent support for bills that would benefit The People, but they work even harder to restrain discussion against congressional bills that I feel would threaten liberty and justice for ALL. The Whistleblower Improvement Act is such a bill.

THE WHISTLEBLOWER IMPROVEMENT ACT: "PUNISH PEOPLE WHO TELL." The video reports that this bill allows retribution against whistleblowers who report corporate and government wrongdoing. I am persecuted for reporting the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother and deaths and abuses of other acute mental patients. I cannot say who commits crimes to hide Larry Neal's death and hinder my advocacy for other mental patients, but we are denied help from law enforcement and government agencies, denied records about Larry's secret arrest and death, and denied due process in courts. Peter Van Buren, an author and whistleblower, explains why my freedom of press rights are denied protection by justice officials. He says on the video below, "The government is becoming more and more secretive about . . . things that are embarrassments . . . [The bill would mean] people must report wrongdoing to the people who did the wrong."

Having to report violations to the very people who caused or allowed the violation before going to authorities is problematic and can be dangerous. Unfortunately, in prisoner abuse cases, people always have to complain about the violation to the same justice system wherein the abuse or murder occurred. My reporting Larry's secret jailhouse murder, which the Justice Department prefers to ignore, has resulted in censorship, gangstalking, cyber terrorism, and financial persecution. Imagine what might happen one day when a chemical plant employee goes to his corporation to say, "Stop dumping waste in the lake to save $5million annually on toxic waste disposal." Most employees would not take the risk of doing that; therefore the public will not have any knowledge or protection from such corporate wrongdoing. The Whistleblower Improvement Act is obviously wrong for America.

I spoke immediately after the radio broadcast that cyberstalkers ruined with Katherine Conner, the guest on the MaryLovesJustice show that regarded whistleblowers. She was surprised at how clear my voice was on the same phone I used for the show. I told her that my family and I live like prisoners. The cyberstalkers were told to interfere with that broadcast, so they did. Their interference was minimal the previous week when my subject was "STOP EXECUTIONS IN THE BIBLE BELT STATES." Anthony Bartee, a condemned Texan, was given a reprieve hours before my broadcast; therefore, stalkers had no motivation to censor anti-DP dissent at that time. If Bartee's execution had been still pending or if it had gone forward, my broadcast would have been censored as heavily as the show regarding the Whistleblower Improvement Act.

Congress generally disregards Americans' opinions on congressional bills, which was proved when NDAA passed. Our dissent means little or nothing. PIPA and SOPA were exceptions probably because wealthy corporations joined The People in opposing those Internet censorship bills. Whereas our support for and aversion to congressional bills may be immaterial to representatives, cyberstalkers nevertheless censor my reports about them. Other writers can publish news and views about almost any matter without interference, but the censorship force censors Mary Neal to continue the cover-up regarding my mentally, physically disabled brother's murder. I generally mention Larry Neal's murder and the crimes done to hide it in my articles, so the cyberstalkers' employers spend a significant amount of money to have round-the-clock surveillance and interference regarding what I upload online. Censoring those reports also means the system can continue to use The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm to defraud its own minority clients to reduce or eliminate payouts by large corporations and government entities and save billions a year (Google "Mary Neal to the Ramapough People").

Pray for William Windsor, producer of the "Lawless America" movie. Beginning in June, Windsor will tour the country to film roughly 750 people who claim being victimized by governmental and judicial corruption. Naturally, these are stories that the system would prefer never being exposed to the world, like my brother's secret murder. Numerous individuals who will be filmed claim being persecuted because they are whistleblowers. Google "Lawless America" to reach the website and more information on the world's largest whistleblower project. Windsor's website has been attacked a few times. It was down for about a week after the last attack, which happened right after I announced that I would be in the movie (coincidence?). There are all kinds of ways activists are attacked to prevent dissemination of censored information. See my articles about "directed energy weapons" that emit radiation in low or high doses. Low levels cause cancer over time or inoperable tumors such as Johnnie Cochran, Coretta King, Ted Kennedy, and Troy Davis' sister Martinez had. High levels can cause heart attacks and aneurysms. I hope Windsor's chest pains that sent him to the hospital this week were not caused by an enemy attack to prevent movie production. If so, those responsible must immediately cease and desist in the name of the Lord. Culprits should not expect to hide corruption forever. There are too many victims at this point and too much interest in his movie. It will be made regardless, because God wants that work done to relieve people like my family who are prevented from having DOG JUSTICE in America.

I hope that once Larry's secret murder and the elaborate cover-up that followed it are exposed on "Lawless America - The Movie," some of the censorship and gangstalking my family endures will subside. Meanwhile, I continue to experience attacks on my freedom of expression, and it stifles my advocacy for human and civil rights for people who need my voice. Passing H.R.619 would have negatively impacted prison investors. Over 1.25 million of America’s inmates are mentally challenged, and the prison investors understandably want to keep the mentally ill behind bars rather than treated in mental hospitals. Media companies also censored that health care bill, and it died in committee while basically hidden from millions of families who are adversely affected by reduced bed space in mental hospitals.Presently, cyberstalkers work against reports about H.R.3785, which was introduced in January 2012 by Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) to repeal Section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

According to my computer security system, I have at least four(4) cyberstalkers at a time who censor my Internet input 24/7 – crimes that are apparently protected by police and justice officials. When I took proof to justice officials and police, police arrived at my home and dared me to report that they refuse to address thefts of my emails and data from my hard drive, surreptitious editing of my online articles, redirected links, control of my web browser, the car tag for a man who admitted being "paid well" to follow me, and other crimes to violate my freedom of expression and destroy my creative product. The only good point about being heavily censored is this: By noting what news I carry that stalkers attack most, I am able to project elitists' plans as the End Game progresses. THE AGENDA May 2 is Post-Conviction DNA Testing Rights. Anthony Bartee was scheduled for execution in Texas May 2. His requests to test his DNA were denied.

Around 90 minutes after Bartee could have legally been executed, he received a reprieve. Many potentially innocent people have numerous close calls before their executions, but they seldom actually get DNA tests or new trials during the period while their executions are reprieved. I think it is only a cooling-off time for the public and that the justice system has no real intention of allowing condemned people to prove innocence. This is a moral problem, and it should therefore be addressed and stopped by the church (Heb. 13:3).

Mirisni said that despite all the sensitive subjects she has broadcast and controversial guests she has had, she never encountered anything like the cyberstalking she did Wednesday night. Thanks, cyberdogs. We have another witness! Mirisni and I may need guest moderators from time to time so many more people can witness your CoIntelPro-like cyber censorship to stop this Christian advocate from applying the Word of God to discussions on current events.

Mirisni announced the MaryLovesJustice show twice. The first time, her link worked, then it did not. She uploaded the announcement a second time using a second link. Suddenly, the first link that had led to a "page not found" resumed working. Both links are below. Interestingly, the cyberstalkers were not instructed to prevent my phone from working at 11:00pm on Wednesday, May 2.

They take over the Neal family's telephones and prevent incoming and outgoing calls at will. Changing phone equipment, phone carriers, and changing from land lines to cell phones and vice versa have not helped. Neither have police and justice officials. They refuse our requests for free speech and freedom of press, probably because the system works together to hide the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. Other African American mental patients also have gone missing in or immediately after police custody and been returned to their families dead after an interim of time: three weeks, in Larry's case, and a year in Mitrice Richardsons' case. Timothy "Bulldog" Allen was missing less than two months. There is some discussion about the possibility of secret medical experimentation and organ harvesting. On Sunday, April 30, cyberstalkers kept me out of my Justice Seekers Conference Call that I conducted throughout the month of April. Justice seekers met on my Justice Mountain conference call. Stalkers blocked my access for an hour. I asked many friends at Facebook to tried to put me in the Justice Seekers Conference Call through three-way. Finally, an hour later, a friend did that, and I was allowed to join my guests. I had to discontinue the conference calls because the attacks against my First Amendment rights were too strong.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, hosted by Mary “Loves Justice” Neal

• Advocacy to end police violence against the mentally ill, end solitary confinement, decriminalize mental illness, remove barriers to timely psychiatric treatment, increase mental hospitals, reinstate insurance coverage for hospital inpatients, relax laws blocking involuntary commitment, establish assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs that mandate continued psychiatric care and medications and provide subsistence assistance (food and housing) for mentally ill people released from correctional facilities and hospitals, eliminate incarceration without trials. End capital punishment.

Guests include people who did or do wrestle with mental illness in themselves or close relatives as well as people with specialized knowledge about mental illness in the criminal justice system.

Real Talk with the No. 1 Doctors

Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. and Dr. Jean Kennedy, an organizational psychologist, are human and civil rights activists who cover news and offer viewpoints on issues of concern. We review current events, including legislation and court verdicts, and discuss how they relate to our civil and human rights.
