Published on Jan 18, 2016 ~This year will mark the 48th-year anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, and as the last judge presiding over alleged shooter, James Earl Ray's case, Judge Joe Brown still believes "he didn't kill him." In an interview with DJ Vlad, the honorable judge says he didn't believe Ray was the gunman despite pleading guilty. Brown said, Ray denied the murder but plead guilty because he felt it was in his best interest under the circumstances given. "He said, 'I never said I killed King, I didn't kill him. I'm pleading because of Alford.'"

And along came The Cochran Firm to keep Larry Neal's wrongful death case OUT of court, hackers to keep Larry's sister from publicizing his murder and the Neal family's denial of due process, a judge to claim falsely that the Neals could not sue The Cochran Firm in Georgia because there were no Cochran Firm offices in that state, another judge to tell the Neals that their case against thug lawyers was "immaterial," surveillance teams to follow and intimidate the Neals, helicopters circling our home to add drama and to emphasize who demanded our silence about Larry Neal's lynching, media companies that were enlisted to keep the murder of the mentally ill heart patient out of the press, police officers who were ordered to threaten me for complaining about these crimes, etc. Read "The Cochran Firm Fraud" for the full story -- except the parts that are omitted as insurance. It seemed substantially easier to terrorize the family of a handicapped Black man who was killed under secret arrest in Memphis than to risk offending officials who have records regarding Dr. King's assassination.

1) WHY PAY survivors of police violence victims when we could simply kill them cheaper? The Black families have no rights. I have had interesting dialogue with police officers, government officials, and lawyers during the 12 years of my justice quest regarding America's secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. I appreciate Michael Huckabee for clarifying that as far as he and many other Caucasians are concerned, "the Supreme Court’s 1857 ruling in Dred Scott v. Sandford – which held that all blacks, free or enslaved, could not be American citizens – is still the law of the land ... "
2) Dred Scott was John Sanford's slave. Scott was leased to people in the Wisconsin Territory, where slavery was illegal; therefore, Scott sued for his freedom. The case worked its way up to the Supreme Court where Scott lost. Chief Justice Roger Taney declared that the authors of the Constitution had viewed all blacks as "beings of an inferior order, and altogether unfit to associate with the white race, either in social or political relations, and so far inferior that Negroes had no rights which the white man was bound to respect." Perhaps that is why the U.S. Census used "Negro" as a racial designation in 2010, although use of that word is generally considered offensive and outdated.
3) It is interesting that Scott, a Black slave living in the 1800's, was not murdered for endeavoring to be free. Scott operated in significantly more liberty than Blacks in America do today, especially myself. Numerous police officers, lawyers, and judges as well as elected and appointed officials are furious that I dare ask "What happened to Larry Neal." I live under extreme persecution because I advocate for justice regarding my handicapped brother's stolen life and speak on behalf of similarly situated people of all races. Some people are so furious with my boldness, in fact, that a Negro man and woman were sneaking around my yard with a rifle and handgun drawn just after nightfall on 9-11-2015, yet police say "no crime was done."
4) Huckabee came under unjust criticism for truthfully stating that America still operates under the Dred Scott Decision. Whether or not the Dred Scott Decision remains the law of the land, it is definitely observed as law by substantial numbers of Caucasian and Black police officers, elected and appointed officials, and judges throughout the USA, where racism is more American than apple pie. Unfortunately, Blacks in 21st century America have no rights that whites must respect, including the right to life. This point is strengthened by the fact that under the present so-called Black administration, my censorship, persecution, and endangerment for seeking justice have increased.
5) The U.S. Government refuses to acknowledge that my handicapped brother's right to life was violated by his murder after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 and that my rights have been violated for 12 years in order to prevent disclosure of the murder and to eliminate my voice about atrocious crimes against humanity that are continually suffered by Blacks and other citizens of all races in these United States. Apparently, the Negro woman and man came to deliver the "final solution" to a middle age Black woman who refuses to stay in "her place." When they came face to face in our yard with my grand daughter, they retreated. Apparently, their orders did not include murdering children this time.
6) I considered the articles, radio programs, and social media posts I had published over the days leading up to the most drastic evidence of my targeting. My recent subjects included (a) through (g) below:
(a) The National Adult Vaccination Plan (NAVP) the government has to enforce vaccinations on every living American, including dozens of vaccinations for senior citizens like my mother, who is 93 and was not vaccinated before entering school in the 1920's. The plan to enforce vaccinations nationwide would resolve the nation's social security issues if numbers of retired people die. It might also put the nation under Marshal Law, as most Americans are likely to strenuously object to enforced vaccinations with mystery drugs for which the government, drug manufacturers, and medical personnel have been absolved in advance for any injuries and deaths that occur. Blacks in America have been subjected to numerous harmful and deadly medical experiments by the government and are particularly likely to resist NAVP. According to the Massachusetts Martial Law Bill, which its State Senate unanimously passed in 2009, the government's answer to Americans who refuse mandated vaccinations will be to intern all dissidents in concentration camps.
(b) The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm has been declared not to be "a law firm" by United States District Court, Central District of California. According to the federal court, neither The Cochran Firm nor its district offices meet the criterion to be called "a law firm." The Cochran Firm ignored the court except to file an appeal in the 9th Circuit; media companies ignored the court, and so did all of The Cochran Firm's advertisers. The Cochran Firm is protected from this disclosure because it is a CoIntelPro agent which is dedicated to "keeping wealth out of Black hands" and "maintaining the existing social order," which is elitist white supremacy. Regarding this racist law firm, which regularly defrauds its mostly Black clientele, USDC's decision is ignored like the 14th Amendment is ignored whenever it suits decision makers who prefer the Dred Scott Decision.
(c) At Twitter, I wrote about the Atlanta mayor and city counsel, who refused to acknowledge my free speech rights. In 2010, two Black Atlanta police officers arrived where I was picketing The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which had been pronounced nonexistent in Georgia by the Superior Court in Fulton County and by Federal Court, which accepted my lawsuit against the firm under the diversity rule. The police officers said they were responding to a 911 call by parties who wanted me to cease and desist talking to people in conversational tones at 127 Peachtree Street. When I reminded the police officers that I have free speech rights, they responded that I had to get my ass home before they Taser and arrest me because I have no free speech rights in Atlanta. They said I was NOT to disclose my brother's lynching or The Cochran Firm's duplicity which prevented justice regarding the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal." The mayor and city counsel sided with their fascist police officers and refused to acknowledge that my rights were violated.
(d) As usual, I published articles to expose and oppose the hypocrisy of Americans being mass incarcerated for prison profits, including mentally disabled people. I complained about Eric Holder appealing the judge's order to apply the Fair Sentencing Act retroactively. By winning the appeal, Holder kept thousands of Black people wrongly incarcerated who were subjected to racist sentencing laws that punished Black defendants with 100:1 sentencing regarding their use of crack instead of powder cocaine.
(e) I continued to advocate for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), although mentally ill people of all races are the bread and butter for private prisons and jails and the private probation companies. It is very dangerous to advocate for them to be treated rather than subjected to homelessness, prison and death. Senator Sanders (D-VT) plans to introduce legislation this fall to force corporations out of the prison industry. He also announced plans to eliminate the War on Drugs, which ensnares so many Black people. I commend his courage and hope that many people support his presidency. Ron Paul would have released non-violent drug offenders in 2012, but he was denied adequate press coverage and prevented from participating in the Republican National Convention. Private prison companies are very wealthy and have lobbyists who, unlike Mary Neal, are free to speak on behalf of the private prison industry.
(f) I wrote about former Vice President Dick Chaney and Attorney General Gonzales, who were indicted in 2008 on charges alleging that they withheld federal prosecution related to prisoner abuse in American correctional institutions for a fee. They never went to trial, but it seems something of that sort happened related to Larry Neal's murder after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. It is unfortunate that the present presidential administration covers for the former one rather than upholding Larry's right to life and my right to speak about that injustice. But Larry and I are Black people who presumably have no rights that U.S. decision makers are bound to honor, according to the Dred Scott Decision.
(g) Finally, I wrote about former President Bush's plan to enforce smallpox vaccinations for all Americans in 2002 and how ironic it is for America to be again facing government enforced vaccinations by the Obama Administration, which also happened during the H1N1 farce in 2009.
7) The police officer responded to our call and listened while we told about the two Negroes who prowled our property with guns drawn on 9-11-15, and retreated when they came face to face with a child. Then he said, "No crime was done." He said people have the legal right to openly carry weapons, and that the prowlers had not stolen anything (he did not ask if they had, he told us that they had not). He further said we did not have "no trespassing" signs posted. Again, he did not ask us if we had signs; he told us that we did not have signs although he had not asked or looked. I suppose they told him.
8) I was reminded of other times police and judges have told me regarding our civil and human rights being violated that "no crime was done." When the CoIntelPro agent arrived at our home impersonating a medical nurse and examined my 88-year-old mother's naked buttocks, I was told by police that "no crime was done." When I was followed for six miles by a small truck marked "USDOT" that led four other vehicles, which waylaid me at the Chevron station for over an hour in 2008, no 911 responders arrived after my distress call. They treated me like "no crime was done." When my mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud against the Neals although we had contracted to be its clients in the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal case, Judge Timothy Batten said the lawyer's fraud was "immaterial" and dismissed our lawsuit. Fraud to cover up Larry's murder is still treated like "no crime was done." When we called television stations to report that The Cochran Firm had committed perjury by disclaiming the existence of its Atlanta office to make it appear that our lawsuit was wrongly served, media companies actually said, "So what?" When cyberstalkers send worms and viruses to destroy my computers and my phone calls are prohibited by hackers who are paid to prevent my communication, my complaints are treated like "no crime was done." In fact, police came to my house and told me that I must never tell their superiors they will not respond to my crime reports.
9) Yes, Huckabee is absolutely right. I solute him for being honest and making us aware of why police and corrections officers are seldom convicted and sentenced for killing unarmed Black people and why newly naturalized citizens and dogs enjoy stronger protections under the law than Blacks do. The Dred Scott Decision is undoubtedly the law that is observed in America. Human and civil rights for Blacks are NOT protected under the 14th Amendment or any other part of the U.S.Constitution. Even Black officials and cops regularly participate in racial discrimination against Black people. We are treated like citizens only when our military service and tax payments are being extracted, which constitutes fraud, and when we are induced to vote for new plantation overseers.
10) Like Ida B. Wells left Memphis to avoid being lynched, this is a good time to leave Georgia. I stopped driving years ago when I was followed everywhere, and now it seems dangerous to sit on my own porch. It is interesting that my flight will be to escape Negroes who work with elite white supremacists to censor, persecute, and terrorize a Black family for requesting justice regarding a lynching and for demanding human rights for all prisoners. They seem not to care about the Streisand Effect or the films and documents my harm would release. People say the purpose of gangstalking is to run the targets insane, but sometimes it seems the surveillance team goes crazy instead, like George Zimmerman probably did.

MARY NEAL WILL BE FEATURED IN "LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE." While most "Lawless America" testimonies about government corruption go no further than their local courthouses, my family is victimized by the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) in an elaborate cover-up of a mentally, physically disabled man's death. Larry Neal died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County, Tennessee Jail. The USDOJ was in overview of the jail after lawsuit by the USA for inmate abuse. Instead of doing its job to investigate the murder and bring justice, USDOJ officials, Shelby County Government officials, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm worked out an elaborate cover-up that has continued for nine years through two presidential administrations. Federal officials allowed Shelby County Government to enter testimony and reports into federal records that omitted Larry Neal's arrest, knowing that the mentally ill heart patient had indeed been arrested and died in custody. They colluded to defraud the Government, which is a felony. Rather than to arrest and prosecute officials who participated in the cover-up, the system employed a program of gangstalking and censorship against Larry's family to prevent public disclosure. The injustice system that imprisons and executes people at astronomical levels in the USA is itself criminal and covers its crimes through censorship, intimidation, false arrests and murders. It is racist and class conscious and thoroughly hypocritical. Like every criminal, its main objective is to avoid disclosure and punishment.
The Cochran Firm's role in the cover-up was to contract with Larry's family, then withhold any legal work while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed. When the Neals discovered The Cochran Firm's fraud and sued, the CoIntelPro lawyers were allowed to plead "not guilty by reason of nonexistence" and prevail based on that obvious perjury. After being denied justice, this writer discovered that Johnnie Cochran's name is being used to lure many unsuspecting blacks to that law firm which actually fired or forced out Cochran's attorneys immediately after his death. Certain clients are defrauded in cases of catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths that occurred under the color of law or because of corporate wrongdoing, while media companies, human and civil rights organizations, state bars, politicians, and legal referral services know about The Cochran Firm's real purpose but enable the frauds against black legal consumers by keeping the news about Larry Neal's murder cover-up and numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by its former clients and lawyers out of mainstream news. Africans in America are the most hated and feared people on the planet. The Cochran Firm's purpose is to give the semblance of justice while actually working to prevent it.
Asking "What happened to Larry Neal" made me the most censored person in the country - probably in the entire world. I have a team of cyber stalkers who go online with me whenever I do, day or night, to disrupt my freedom of press rights and keep Larry's government lynching covered-up - at least until after election day 2012. It is an intense tale about criminals in government that expanded on August 11, 2012, when my home was burglarized and original court files and evidence stolen that regard Neals v. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. This is strong evidence that we truly live in Lawless America. Below are 18 of the parties to the conspiracy of cover-up and terror who will be named in the lawsuit against USDOJ, et al. Officials and lawyers united to hide the secret arrest (kidnapping) and murder of Larry Neal, a lifelong mentally ill heart patient who was killed on August 1, 2003, after 18 days of secret arrest. Every individual the Neal family went to for justice joined the cover-up conspiracy instead. On August 11, our home was burglarized, and the only items stolen were the Neals v. The Cochran Firm lawsuit files and evidence which judges prevented from going to jury by dismissing our case wrongly. Then culprits sent a FAKE police officer to take our burglary report. DeKalb County Police reported to us that they had not dispatched an officer to take the burglary report yet. The fake police officer was sent to do the same thing The Cochran Firm was sent to do: keep crimes against the Neal family out of public records.
Mary L. Neal v. ~United States Department of Justice, for conspiring with Shelby County Government to allow officials to enter documents and testimony in federal reports and the jail's release hearing that omitted Larry Neal's death, which the feds knew about though our communication. The USDOJ allows or does online censorship and terrorism (online and in person) against me to keep the handicapped inmate's murder cover-up from being broadcast. The USDOJ withholds all records and withholds investigation of Larry's murder, which was done in a jail that had been placed under its direct overview due to years of inmate abuse and other violations and was operating under an Agreement with the USA. The government investigated and prosecuted the deaths of pit bulls on Michael Vick's ranch, but helped Shelby County Jail cover-up Larry Neal's murder and still does nine years later.
~Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith LLC (? - Firm uses different names from time to time. "The Cochran Firm" is/was even registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State's office as an "assumed name"), a/k/a The Cochran Firm - signed contract as Larry's wrongful death attorneys while its Memphis managing partner was a Shelby County Commissioner, which was a serious, secret conflict of interest. The Cochran Firm withheld all legal work while using U.S. Mail fraud to report work that was not actually being done to demand accountability for Larry Neal's negligence and murder. The law firm tricked the Neal family to let the Tennessee statute of limitations pass without any lawsuit being filed for Larry's secret arrest and death in custody. It became an accessory to murder after the fact.

~U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, (refuses to investigate or release records related to Larry Neal's secret arrest (kidnapping) and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail in order to protect USDOJ officials who colluded with Shelby County Government officials to cover-up the inmate's murder in a jail that was under direct USDOJ overview after lawsuit by the U.S.A.)
~Julian Bolton, Esq. (former managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm. Bolton conspired to hide the firm's conflict of interest from Plaintiffs in order to prevent the Neals from seeking real legal counsel regarding Larry Neal's wrongful death in Shelby County Jail, a facility to which Bolton owed a fiduciary duty as a long-standing member of the Shelby County Commission. On April 2, 2012, Rev. Edward Pinkney, president of the Benton Harbor/Twin City NAACP branch, filed a lawsuit against Ben Jealous, nat'l NAACP president, and state president Yvonne White and Vice Pres. James Gill.
Defendants White and Gill knowingly and willfully entered into a joint agreement with Whirlpool employee Marcus Robinson (Whirlpool's Consortium for Community Development, and Band of Brethren) to take over the BH/Twin City NAACP, and to suspend membership fees for new people Robinson brings to NAACP.
Whirlpool Corp. circulated an email stating the nat'l. and state NAACP offices were persuaded to undertake the reorganization of the branch - with the specific intention of revitalizing the leadership. It stated that members should contact Marcus Robinson rather than the branch elected officers or executive officers. This is an attempt at a hostile takeover of the local NAACP branch by the defendants and the following: James Hightower, Leonard Seawood, Whirlpool Corp., the PGA tournament, and Harbor Shores.
The lawsuit will be heard on April 11, 2012, 10am, Judge Sullivan's courtroom in Detroit.

Note - The Dog Justice for Mentally Ill link was attacked. It is the only one that could be used for funds to continue advocacy to decriminalize mental illness. Georgia is rated America's most corrupt state by State Integrity Investigation. It means that police in some states may not threaten to Taser and arrest grandmothers for reporting lawyer fraud and corrupt court processes. To stop my advocacy for justice, hackers continually overcome my computer security systems and take over the administrator's role on my PCs and laptops. They put my computers on their own Intranet over which they have control. Then they decide where I can browse online, what links I can open, steal data from my hard drive, and covertly enter my Internet accounts. Finally, the hackers send Trojans and viruses to destroy my computers altogether, and I have to buy new ones. In June 2011, the security system on my PC captured some of the hackers' IP addresses, which I reported to DeKalb County Police. Detective Miller responded that it is not illegal for people to break into my computers, delete my files, and destroy the machines. I always suspected the police were the ones doing it, and maybe they are. A bill is pending before Congress right now that will enable the government to cover up its crimes by censoring your online reports, also - Senate Bill 968.
Hacking is a crime in all 50 states and throughout the world. The first person sentenced for computer hacking was a 16-year-old in 2000. Since then, Sarah Palin's hacker, David Kernell, was sentenced to a year in prison. Lada Gaga's hacker, Deniz A., was sentenced to 18 months. Leon Walker was prosecuted for hacking his wife's emails in Michigan. In November 2010, Mitchell Frost was sentenced to 30 months in prison for hacking the websites of Bill O'Reilly and Ann Coulter. Frost was also ordered to pay $50,000 restitution to them and the University of Akron, where he used computers to do the crimes. Many people are prosecuted and sentenced for computer hacking, but DeKalb County Police Det. Miller actually said it is not illegal to prevent Mary Neal from having freedom of speech and press by attacking her computers and destroying them. She refused to take the IP addresses my security system captured to prosecute the hackers. Murder is a crime in all 50 states, also. But the U.S. Department of Justice refuses to treat Larry's murder and murders of other black men in America with the respect that pit bulls' deaths get. In June 2010, my computers were also destroyed. I went into Atlanta to tell people about my advocacy for incarcerated mentally ill people and what happened to my brother (secret arrest and murder by police). But Atlanta police threatened me with Tasering and arrest if I did not immediately stop talking to people on the city sidewalk about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and The Cochran Firm fraud against my family and other African Americans. Officials also wanted to prevent my advocacy for H.R.619 - a congressional bill that died in committee in February 2011. The bill, H.R.619, was introduced by Rep. Eddie Johnson (D-TX) in January 2009. It would have reinstated Medicaid for psychiatric inpatients throughtout the country. National health care was the subject of most news reports throughout 2009 and 2010, but no mainstream media reported that the bill was before Congress. Inpatient psychiatric treatment was not included in the national health care bill that Congress passed. When I tried to tell people about H.R.619 to engender support, my computers were attacked - even when I went to the DeKalb County Public Library. Police in Memphis, Tennessee as well as DeKalb County Police and Atlanta City Police have black administrators - mayors, CEOs, sheriffs, etc. Furthermore, Eric Holder, a black man, is U.S. Attorney General. It is strange for black people to help cover-up Larry's lynching and other abuses of power that I publish. From my experiences over the last few years, I conclude that the Voting Rights Act was a dismal failure. Negroes in charge of justice in Tennessee, Georgia, and Washington D.C. treat me like this is the 1940's, when black people quietly accepted their loved ones' being lynched for fear that they would meet a similar fate for complaining. Because I use the Internet to tell about this atrocity and advocate for Medicaid to be reinstated to help other mentally ill Americans avoid imprisonment, my avenues of communication are attacked. Throughout America,African Americans have traded white oppressors for black ones.
Larry's murder cover-up matches the allegations that led to indictments against Vice President Chaney and former Attorney General Gonzales in Willacy County, Texas in 2008. The grand jury indicted judges and federal officials for misusing their offices to prevent investigations following abuses in county jails in return for kickbacks or because they were private prison owners/investors. The United States Department of Justice was already over the daily operations in Memphis Shelby County Jail when Larry was secretly arrested and murdered, because officials over the jail were sued by the USA for many previous violations against inmates. When Larry was murdered, officials decided it would be better to send The Cochran Firm to defraud my family and later to deny us justice regarding that fraud in court than to investigate and prosecute wealthy, unethical government officials.
So-called civil rights organizations enable Larry's murder cover-up and illegal acts to delete my First Amendment rights by refusing to address these offenses. Obviously, white elitists discovered what slave masters knew hundreds of years ago: The best way to really dog out minorities and poor whites in America is to either put their own blacks in charge or make the leaders we choose their own by financial inducements and/or coersion. Below is an email I sent to CEO Burrell Ellis, of DeKalb County, Georgia, on July 6, 2011 - two days after the USA celebrated 235 years of independence from TYRANNY. I do not know whether or not he will respond, since the things that are done to terrorize and censor me seem to be done by CoIntelPro. I made an emergency 911 call to DeKalb County Police on September 27, 2008, when I was followed by one government vehicle (a USDOT truck) leading four other vehicles. My grandson and I were waylaid at the Chevron station near my home for over an hour, and no police responded during the hour we were at the station. Within the first 30 minutes we were joined by my niece, then by more relatives until the men finally allowed us to leave the Chevron without lining up to follow us. That was one of many stalking episodes God saved me from since my elderly mother and I sued The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm for working behind our backs and helping Shelby County Jail escape liability for killing Larry in 2003. I believe the most important public services are provided by police officers, fire fighters, teachers, and sanitation workers. All citizens need these services, and we all have a right to expect them. I published a petition for DeKalb County Police officers to get better pay last year when their salaries were reduced by furlough days in 2010. Collective bargaining threatened the incomes for law officers in Wisconsin. Police were laid off in Texas recently. Public service personnel must recognize that they are also working class Americans and therefore undervalued in this system. Police officers should refuse to violate their oaths of office in order to help elitists who care nothing about citizens, including police officers. As a result of whatever police officers or jail guards did to Larry, the mentally, physically handicpaped man was returned to his family as a naked corpse. My elderly mother and family are denied any explanation or arrest records, despite Freedom of Information Act requests to the United States Department of Justice and a federal subpoena to the jail. Any U.S. Attorney General, County CEO, sheriff, or police officer would want to know why and how their most vulnerable relative was essentially kidnapped and murdered. Instead of rendering justice, officials seem dedicated to suppressing news about The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud against our family - likely so they can continue using that CoIntelPro law firm to defraud other Americans. Attempts to intimidate me into silence regarding that crime, which authorities refuse to address by due process of law, are also crimes. I plan to attend the meetings and verify that officials will indeed facilitate environmental racism, based on Larry's murder cover-up and my computer hacking and stalking that officials refuse to address. These circumstances prove that some officials also condone the murder of handicapped black man and intimidation of a lynched man's survivors. This seems incredible, but everything I write is completely verifiable by witness affidavits, videos, court pleadings, and police records.
My family is treated like we are in Nazi Germany: (1) a secret arrest and murder of a handicapped man (mentally ill people were the first ones exterminated in Germany); (2) in person and online stalking to intimidate my family into silence about Larry's murder and The Cochran Firm fraud; (3) denial of police services regarding human rights crimes. Now the government wants to build a bio mass incinerator in our neighborhood, which is predominately black. I made police reports about the crimes outlined in the article, "CoIntelPro Makes House Calls," in this blog (link below). I called numerous times to make the police report by phone, but I did not get a returned call before having to leave home each time, so I made the reports in person. After waiting for a police call for a couple of days, I called the police about my reports and spoke to Detective Miller. The outcome is below:
1. Regarding the man who came to my house and stuck a security company card in our door a short time before I was to speak on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show, Det. Miller said that I should let the police know if he does it again.
2. Regarding the children at 5362 who were coached to sing threats when I pass by their home in route to the bus stop, Det. Miller said I am to let police know if they do it again.
3. Regarding the young man who admitted he followed me to the library for hire, Det. Miller and I did not speak. I told her that the gangstalkers do so many things I forgot what my third police report was about, and she did not give me the information. Instead, I spoke with her about the IP numbers my computer security system captured from which attacks are made on my computer. She said those are not crimes.
The United States Congress has not passed Senate Bill 968 yet. If that bill passes, it will enable the government to legally do to everyone some of the things that are done to interrupt my freedom of speech and freedom of press. Even when/if S.968 passes, it will remain illegal for anyone to gain entry to person's computer without permission and then destroy data stored on its hard drive and send harmful programs to destroy the machine altogether. It is time for equal justice in America.
We are Christian people, and God fights our battles. As I remind officials all the time, such as you do unto ONE of the least of these, His brethen, you do also unto Him. This is a shameful way to treat my mother. She is nearly 90 years old now, and she deserves to know how you people killed her special son. I promised to help her in her justice quest, not knowing that I needed to do more than put the matter with good attorneys. It turns out that when I took Larry's wrongful death case to The Cochran Firm, I was giving it to lawyers who worked behind our backs for the people who killed him, and the USDOJ was helping the jail cover-up the death. So it takes much more than I ever thought possible to keep my promise. Nevertheless, with God's help, I will. Eric Holder and other officials should be ashamed of themselves, and Americans should demand that everyone in their employ must do the jobs that taxpayers pay them to do. Mr. Ellis:
I would like to schedule a meeting to speak with you about a matter of grave urgency. It does not have to be an in-person meeting. A phone conference would be fine. I reported a couple of crimes to DeKalb County Police that are not being addressed: (1) My computers are continually taken over by hackers and destroyed. I have the IP addresses, making it simple for the police cyber crime unit to locate the cyberdogs. Det. Miller claims that stealing data from my PCs and destroying my computers are not crimes. The Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Internet Security Act of 2000 made these acts crimes, and I would like relief from the hackers. (2) a young man driving a red Cavalier admitted following me to the library for hire. He said following me pays well. I reported to you and DeKalb County's Sheriff last year that I experience stalking online and in person and hand delivered a disc to both your offices that had video proof as well as documentary evidence. On June 24, I made a police report about the young man who admitted to being one of my stalkers along with the car tag (Case No. 11-070074). I would like for him to be questioned about my harassment, as he admitted to being a paid stalker. The license number is on the police report as well as in this article:

On Saturday, January 15, a young man actually confessed that he was hired to stalk me. He was driving a red V6 Cavalier - DeKalb County license tag BKP8027. The man looked so much like Micheal Moon that I asked if they were related. The stalker indicated that he was indeed related to Michael Moon, the computer technician who invaded my home in February 2010, destroyed my computers, and extorted $80 from my aged mother and me. I asked the young man why he stalked me to the library. He said, "Because it pays well."
Excerpt: Right now there are four cyberstalkers breaking through my security. My security program reports: Deny PortScan Attack from Remote Host 192.168.1.254. The cyberstalkers' attack continued, and they got won. Now I cannot go to Twitter, send emails, or log in at Yahoo Answers. My security program reported: IE Sent Data to Remote Host 67.215.253.140; IE Sent Data to Remote Host 74.125.159.191; IE Sent Data to Remote Host 74.125.67.191; and Application "SYSTEM" sent data to Remote Host 67.125.253.140.

My recent tweets at Twitter, where I am @koffietime are posted below. I publish them at blogs, because there is a discrepancy between the tweets I posted and those that show on my cell phone. Many blacks and other minorities are limited to using their cell phones for Internet browsing, and that may be the reason. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm was sold to some white Southerners who now misuse Cochran's name to defraud the firm's clients to benefit of police defendants in wrongful death cases and other matters. There is a conspiracy to keep that information away from potential clients and previous clients of that CoIntelPro law firm.

MARY NEAL WILL BE FEATURED IN "LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE." While most "Lawless America" testimonies about government corruption go no further than their local courthouses, my family is victimized by the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) in an elaborate cover-up of a mentally, physically disabled man's death. Larry Neal died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County, Tennessee Jail. The USDOJ was in overview of the jail after lawsuit by the USA for inmate abuse. Instead of doing its job to investigate the murder and bring justice, USDOJ officials, Shelby County Government officials, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm worked out an elaborate cover-up that has continued for nine years through two presidential administrations. Federal officials allowed Shelby County Government to enter testimony and reports into federal records that omitted Larry Neal's arrest, knowing that the mentally ill heart patient had indeed been arrested and died in custody. They colluded to defraud the Government, which is a felony. Rather than to arrest and prosecute officials who participated in the cover-up, the system employed a program of gangstalking and censorship against Larry's family to prevent public disclosure. The injustice system that imprisons and executes people at astronomical levels in the USA is itself criminal and covers its crimes through censorship, intimidation, false arrests and murders. It is racist and class conscious and thoroughly hypocritical. Like every criminal, its main objective is to avoid disclosure and punishment.
