WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TO THE COCHRAN FIRM AFTER JOHNNIE'S DEATH?

She sued The Cochran Firm for racism, sexism, and fraud.

VICKI GILLIAM represented the Ramapough People against Ford Motor Corporation earnestly until she was suddenly taken off the case that was worth between $2billion and $3billion. The Ramapough People's case was then handled in The Cochran Firm's home office in Dothan, Alabama, and devious partners settled the Mann v. Ford case for a mere $12.5 million, not enough to pay for the tribe's sick Native Americans' ongoing medical care, much less address the tribe's many wrongful deaths. The firm reportedly eliminated all people who worked with Johnnie Cochran in his original law office after his untimely death, including attorneys and staff. Now partners in the Los Angeles office are suing each other over sex with the staff and Johnnie Cochran's name. Steps to Justice A thru R

A)    Shelby County Jail was under federal overview in 2003 when Larry Neal was secretly arrested and murdered in that facility.

B)    Shelby County Government was supposed to make an inmate fatality report to the USDOJ regarding Larry's fatal incarceration, which the County Attorney said was done.

C)    But the USDOJ denies receipt of any such report from Shelby County regarding Larry's death. The trouble is that whether or not Shelby County made required reports to the USDOJ regarding Larry's demise, the federal agency is not off the hook.

D)    That is because the USDOJ communicated directly with Mary Neal about Larry Neal's death after his family learned The Cochran Firm never did discovery and sought records about Larry's fatal incarceration.

E)    The communication between Mary Neal and the USDOJ happened before the USDOJ allowed Shelby County Jail to omit reporting Larry's death in the jail's Release hearings regarding Shelby County Jail's federal overview.

F)    When the USDOJ allowed Shelby County Government to omit reporting Larry's fatal incarceration during the jail's release hearings and subsequent reports, the USDOJ officials joined Shelby County officials in committing a fraud on the USA and denial of due process to Larry's survivors. 

G)    Collusion between Shelby County Government officials and USDOJ officials was done to cover-up the murder of Larry Neal, a harmless, middle-aged, black, schizophrenic heart patient and disabled American citizen.

H)    The Cochran Firm's fraud against the Neals was supposed to complete the cover-up by keeping Larry's murder off the record and out of court. 

I)     The Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm for its fraud foiled that plan. Therefore, judges prevented the Neals' lawsuit from proceding to jury.

J)     Mary Neal is now stalked, persecuted, censored, and threatened because the USDOJ wants to avoid investigating and prosecuting criminal behavior in county and federal officials and their Cochran Firm fraud lawyers.

K)    In fact, it appears that citizens police have been moved into the foreclosed homes around the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

L)    I make frequent reports to the public so as to avoid being attack and will file suit to get all cyberterror, videos recording censorship, and witness affidavits that evidence disparate treatment, collusion and terrorism by government officials against the Neal family into public record.

M)    We hope to discourage actual attacks and further censorship against the Neals by entering these allegations and proof into federal court records although the Neal family anticipates another kangaroo court process.

N)     The conspiracy between federal and county government officials, The Cochran Firm, and courts to hide Larry Neal's fatal incarceration prove that SOME PEOPLE ARE CONSIDERED MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS.

O)     WHEREAS Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest in a government owned and controlled facility and government officials refuse to answer a single question about it and do or allow crimes against Larry's survivors including censorship and terrorism to prevent wide disclosure, I hereby make the following requests: 

P)      Death sentences for every condemned inmate should be commuted to life in prison and all such inmates should have new trials and/or DNA tests upon request, beginning withDarrell Lomax (CA), Jeff Wood, Andre Thomas and Hank Skinner (TX).  Thomas Arthur (AL) is to be the next victim. His  execution is scheduled for March 29 although Arthur's DNA test results conclusively excluded him as contributor for all evidence tested in 2009. Mary Neal was locked out of her advocacy group at Care2 about the time Thomas Arthur's death warrant was secured in Alabama to prevent wide disclosure about his pending murder. Visit Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). Arthur's DNA test results were sealed by Judge Pulliam until Arthur's execution, just as Troy Davis was under gag order until Georgia killed him. Arthur's daughter defied the court order, and Thomas' DNA test results are online at his website. Cameron Todd Willingham (TX) should have been saved from execution by the fire expert's report that stated there was NO evidence of arson, therefore Willingham should not be punished for killing his children who perished in a fire at their home. But Texas killed Willingham despite the report, possibly because death penalty states are in a race with one another to see who can kill the most people. Virginia leads because that state killed the most people before 1976, but Texas will take the lead with around 50 more executions. Perhaps they get extra points for executing innocent people like Willianham and Thomas and Davis.

Q)      I further request for capital punishment to end immediately and that public apologies be given to Troy Davis' survivors and to everyone who was executed for murder, because government employees essentially kidnapped and murdered a harmless schizophrenic man, Larry Neal, without censure, colluded to cover up Larry's murder like a criminal gang, and continually allow or facilitate terrorism and censorship against the victim's survivors to intimidate them into silence.

R)     Having proved that federal and local government officials disregard human and civil rights of individuals, including U.S. citizens, and that some officials have no regard for the Constitution of the United States of America or state law, I further request that NDAA Section 1021 be immediately repealed under pending congressional bill H.R.3785 or another act of congress. Larry's secret arrest and murder and the denial of resolution for eight years through two presidential administrations prove conclusively that nobody in government is that trustworthy. Neither the founding fathers nor God the Father intended for any human being to have such powers over another.

2011 Holiday Tragedies for America's Mentally Ill

Below is a report with thirteen (13) links within twelve(12) numbered paragraphs that I repeatedly sent to one of my own email accounts, but it never arrived there. I said, "My goodness! Did anyone I mailed this information to actually receive it?" Whatever cyberstalkers hide, I try harder to expose. "Mary, Mary, quite contrary!" While my online friends enjoy this festive season like I hope you are, thanks for not forgetting sick people living homeless, being brutalized, killed, or suffering in solitary confinement or on death row this very minute. Below are quick summaries about five of your mentally challenged neighbors, including veterans, who were killed, injured, or jailed because of their mental dysfunctions over the 2011 holiday season. This report includes data about two mentally challenged condemned inmates and a brief update about our justice quest for my brother Larry - America's secret government lynching.

 

2. -- A 15-year-old was shot and killed by Atlanta area police days before Christmas 2011 http://www.ajc.com/news/gwinnett/teen-with-machete-shot-1264925.html -  Dawntree ta'Shawn Williams had just been transported to the hospital by police a week before his fatal shooting. The child was acting dangerous. What happened the police officers' Tasers? I read about tranquilizers used to arrest a man in Tennessee a few years ago. Aren't there tranquilizer guns for humans, or only elephants captured alive?

3. --- An Afghanistan veteran with PTSD was killed by police http://www.armytimes.com/news/2011/11/army-vet-killed-by-police-had-ptsd-father-112111/  28-year-old Justin Crowley-Smilek was shot by police days before Thanksgiving, allegedly after threatening officers with a knife. (Whenever you read my articles via cellphone, elect to "go to page 1." The stalkers seemingly are censoring the account about sick prisoners in Georgia at paragraph 6 and my brother's lynching in Tennessee at paragraph 8.)

He says he was beaten by police close to the Occupy Oakland camp, but despite suffering agonising pain, did not reach hospital until 18 hours later." (Quote from Booman Tribune)

5. --- The Neal family is still DENIED any records or accountability by the United States Department of Justice or Memphis Shelby County Jail regarding the 18 days of secret arrest and extermination of Larry Neal in 2003. The means of Larry's murder remain undisclosed, and it seems dangerous to ask! Taser? Restraint Chair? Brutality? Medical experiments? Waterboarding training? We ask authorities year after year - eight years and counting. Homelessness, prison and death continue to be the nation's provisions for chronic mental patients, including veterans. 6. --- Roughly 1.25 million mentally ill Americans are behind bars. Please help the mother of two mentally ill inmates (ages 19 and 22) visit her sons this holiday season. Ms. Goolsby must pay $700 probation and $50 transportation expenses to see them. It is easy to be on probation in Georgia, where 1 in 13 people are in the system. People are offered probation if they owe traffic tickets they are unable to pay on their court dates. Her 22-year-old was beaten and raped in prison recently, and the 19-year-old was in solitary confinement when we spoke. His grandmother reported to me since that time that the teen is out of solitary now. Hopefully Ms. Goolsby can see her son before he goes back in "the hole" again. Both sons were mentally ill from early childhood and declared disabled by the Government. However, mentally ill people are sorely punished if they act inappropriately in America. There are not enough hospital beds, but plenty of jail cells, including "private rooms." Hopefully, there will be room at Georgia Regional for the teen soon. His mother expected his transfer in July.

7. --- Some mental patients are on death row, like Andre Thomas who ate both his eyes since his arrest, and Jeff Wood, who is awaiting execution in Texas under the law of parties (that means Jeff never killed anyone). The justice system is merciless, and Texas leads the nations in executions that happened since the 1970's. Another state leads in executions throughout U.S. history, however. 8. --- Pray for the Hickman family. N. Hickman, a 100% mentally incompetent Vietnam vet with severe PTSD, thinks his wife continually runs over him in her car, and he calls police. Ms. Hickman has been arrested on her husband's wild allegations twice and is banned from their home in Glynn County, Georgia. See her five "Glynn County Bans Blacks" videos at YouTube at her channel. Although 2011 marks the third Christmas of the couple's court-enforced separation, Ms. Hickman cannot get a trial date set to defend herself against her sick husband's accusations. 9. --- Pray also for legal clients who rely on The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm in civil actions and for criminal defense. The law firm has a serious identity crisis and compulsion to lie to its own clients about legal work the firm is not really doing. My elderly mother and I sued the firm for defrauding my family regarding our wrongful death lawsuit against Memphis Shelby County Jail when Larry was killed there, but The Cochran Firm claimed nonexistence in the State of Georgia where Georgia marshals served our lawsuit (at the firm's widely advertised Peachtree Street office in Atlanta). That was in Superior Court of Fulton County. In United States District Court, The Cochran Firm claimed it has no law offices whatsoever within the State of Tennessee. Apparently, law firms can have mental health issues like people can. Judges allowed the perjury to go without censure. Numerous former clients across America are currently suing The Cochran Firm for defrauding them, so I hope their judges are more astute than my family had.

10. --- Some mentally ill people have no criminal charges but were arrested on lunacy warrants. My brother's capital crime was singing loud and occasional panhandling. Larry's death is a treated like a national secret although over a million people know. I use Larry as our poster child for a worst-case scenario regarding incarcerating acute mental patients. Exposing his lynching and the cover-up that yet continues eight years later engenders much censorship and terrorism against me. But if each one will tell one, together we can decriminalize mental illness in America.
