PARAGRAPH 1 --- Dr. Robert Bullard recently published "BIOMASS INCINERATORS BEING PROMOTED IN BLACK COMMUNITIES as clean energy and green jobs" at this OpEd News link http://www.opednews.com/articles/Biomass-Incinerators-Being-by-Robert-Bullard-110523-887.html It is disturbing to see biomass incinerators (big ovens) being erected in mostly black areas throughout the USA, especially since American concentration camps were recently approved by Congress and the White House. Hopefully, there is no connection. Dr. Bullard is probably the nation's foremost authority on environmental racism. He states, "Look out African Americans! Biomass incineration will be coming to your neighborhoods soon . . . The burning of biomass to generate electricity is toxic. It is neither 'green' nor 'clean.'" against avoidable wars, the proliferation of the prison industrial complex, and
he introduced H.R.3785 to repeal the CONCENTRATION CAMP provision in the
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). They are referred to as "re-education camps" in the link near the end of this article. I do not agree with Rep. Paul on everything, but I doubt if he'd censor or banish Americans to concentration camps over our points of disagreement. He probably wouldn't order hits on Americans without criminal charges and trials, either. So, for me it was a simple decision. I support the candidate who

I am so tired of being censored, stalked, terrorized and financially persecuted for asking HOW AND WHY WAS LARRY NEAL KILLED and fighting cyberstalkers to post any articles to decriminalize mental illness and end DP, that I hope for Change. The cyberstalkers I was assigned have destroyed thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment over the last three years. They monitor and curtail my emails and telephone calls to prevent employment opportunities from reaching my family. (There are thirteen(13) links in this article, two photos, and one(1) video. And they threaten Larry Neal's survivors with malicious prosecution, child abductions and mutilation, and legal kidnapping, which I take as a threat of concentration camp internment - all for asking why Memphis Shelby County Jail was allowed to secretly arrest my handicapped brother and return him as a naked corpse with no questions allowed. I continue to ask questions about the murder and advocate against mass incarceration, capital punishment, and prison profiteering. Therefore, Internet censorship and in-person stalking, financial persecution, cyber threats, interruption of mail, email, and phone calls continue. But prisons are big corporations, and of course, corporate interests are put ahead of the constitutional rights Americans have on paper but not in actuality. document prepared for the Department of Defense contains shocking plans for
“political activists” to be pacified by “PSYOP officers” into developing an
“appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the
United States. (I posted that link at Facebook and got a message saying the URL was blocked from Facebook. Then I looked at Southern Command's Facebook page and saw the link. These people censor Mary Neal with particularity because they do not want African Americans to know that the holocaust on our people has already started. It began with the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, which the United States Department of Justice helped Memphis Shelby County Jail to cover up in 2003, and the current administration continues the cover-up. Other black people experiencing emotional or psychological issues have also disappeared or suffered arrest and then were returned to their families as corpses: Mitrice Richardson of California, Timothy "Bulldog" Allen of Michigan, and recently, Patrick Toney, a Bowie State adviser. He died in/after police custody in Maryland. News reports indicate Toney was suffering from an apparent nervous breakdown while driving, and he was arrested (which is certainly not what happens when people have physical health crises). People do not die from nervous breakdowns, but Toney died after being incarcerated for three days. I am persecuted, censored, and terrorized for advocating for mentally challenged Americans of all races. It was surprising and painful to know that the mentally ill in America are warehoused and mistreated in prisons - 1.25 million sick people, rather than treated in hospitals and community care. Perhaps under Ron Paul, things will be different. Of course, Paul doesn't look much like me, but I am not so narcissistic to think it matters. I like the idea of avoiding WWIII for many years and reducing the number of people flooding into prisons to enable corporations and government agencies to lay off workers who are "free" (debtors' prisons are back!). It seems a good idea to stop the growth of the citizens police force (neighborhood spies and gangstalkers), end censorship and terrorism against people who stand up for what used to be our CIVIL RIGHTS, and eliminate the threat of the White House using CONCENTRATION CAMPS that are presently being staffed to intern people without any reason being named and without allowing victims any opportunity for defense. "BANISH THEM TO THE CAMPS! THEY'RE WEARING BLUE, AND I LIKE GREEN!" (Since no reason for putting people in indefinite military detention camps is necessary, any reason will do.) Do you know anyone who is unemployed because corporations can ship Americans' jobs overseas or behind prison walls without penalty and still get tax breaks, credits, and bailouts if desired? Do you know anyone who is imprisoned at the cost to struggling taxpayers of $50,000 per year or more? Does the inmate you know work for a big corporation or a government entity? Is it a former union job?
It would be so REFRESHING to write an article to glorify God or to decriminalize mental illness or voice my aversion to capital punishment without cyberstalkers coding parts of the article to appear in small print or disappear altogether. Sometimes, it takes me all night to publish one article with stalkers changing my input as I type. Lately, I've done more radio live shows to spare myself the aggravation. I would like to know that if I make a police report, the police won't demand that I shut up about crimes done to hide my brother's murder and The Cochran Firm fraud against minorities nationwide. It would be heavenly to have privacy in our own home again and receive all our telephone calls! Today, my niece came to visit us, but no one heard her knock. She called to say she was in the driveway, but our phone did not ring. The stalkers turn off our ringer whenever they choose. Yes, of course we changed telephone equipment and phone numbers numerous times, and phone carriers, too. Nothing helps. Trying to have free speech by doing those things is as futile as buying a new computer is. It only takes their stalkers an hour or less to take over a new PC. My niece left a voice mail, and the phone stalker did not erase it! That was likely an oversight, because my niece's call was deleted from the list of calls we received today.
Officials at the United States Justice Department helped Shelby County Jail cover up Larry Neal's murder in 2003. Whereas contracts made with The People, such as the Constitution, are dishonored, deals made to protect crimes against The People are apparently honored from one administration to another. Lynchings that officials arrange to go without investigation and prosecution are not to be discussed. As November draws closer, it is even challenging for us to communicate with our own family members. That is how it was when Nazi Germany started isolating and eliminating handicapped people, too. Families and neighbors were not allowed to complain, and only fools would expect government investigations! LOL! I have been a fool, because I did not know how much things had Changed. So now, I'm being cruelly taught how things are in New America. I don't like it. I really enjoyed feeling free until I asked the forbidden question (What happened to Larry Neal?), even if my freedom was mythical. Do you know anyone else who is disillusioned?
I never planned to go "back to Africa," but I resent attacks on that continent, which I feel are done because she is rich in diamonds, oil, unspoiled real estate, and has a fine crop of dark potential prison laborers. The problem is that protesting war may be considered "belligerent." The purpose of Section 1021 of NDAA is supposedly to provide concentration camps to indefinitely intern people who were connected with bombing the trade towers (good idea!) and those who are "belligerent" against the U.S. Government. Since there are probably not more than a few people who helped to destroy the Trade Towers, possibly millions of camp detainees will be interned for being contentious with Pharaohs. If African Americans and other minorities have to watch our relatives get secretly arrested and killed without complaint (which is what the Neal family is demanded to do), and if whites are moral enough to oppose that happening, I suppose officials are right to hire lots of camp guards, which seems to be happening now.

Will tapes of your phone conversations show you disagree with officials on a couple of points? Oh, oh. That's belligerent, which means "contentious." Therefore, whether or not you support Rep. Ron Paul for president, PLEASE support H.R.3785, the congressional bill to repeal Section 1021 of NDAA. I went to numerous protests to save condemned people facing execution last year, including Troy Davis. I also asked why my handicapped brother was secretly arrested and murdered and made it quite clear that I denounce mass arrest, prisoner torture such as solitary confinement and waterboarding, and that I think people should get at least equal protection under the law that dogs have in America. All of that may be considered "belligerent." We must support H.R.3785 so we can stop making liars out of American school children every morning when they call this a land of "liberty and justice for all."

I write a often because I am home so much. They obviously decided to punish me with poverty for revealing "The Cochran Firm Fraud" (Google that), which is accomplished by preventing my electronic communication with potential employers. Before starting the justice quest regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com I used to work between 8 and 16 hours a day as a legal secretary, so writing is what I do. It is a drag to be so oppressed. Although I am an African American, I am not cut out for slavery. I keep forgetting that the Constitution is just a museum piece now, and being absent minded about that can be dangerous. Therefore, it seems wise for everyone, particularly minorities, to support Ron Paul for president and try to slow this train down. We know who is imprisoned most. These may be the times Dr. King warned about when he said we must stand together as brethren or perish together as fools.
Maybe we can find all the pieces of the Constitution and other treasured documents guaranteeing citizens' rights to have Paul tape them back together. It can happen if we are willing to work as a team against oppression. We must agree to lay aside prejudice based on race, socioeconomic status, and political parties and get real, real selfish. We may admire lots of things about other candidates, but it is time now to CONSIDER OUR OWN INTERESTS AND THOSE OF OUR CHILDREN. The 99% are the ones who must fight the wars, pay the bailouts, surrender our homes due to economic depression, and fill the jails (soon to be military internment labor/torture camps). You look for the piece of our Declaration of Independence that said "right to life," and please ask a friend to find the line from our Constitution that says we can petition the government for a redress of grievances. Someone else should look for the piece that said "trial by jury," and I'll search for the pieces that have "freedom of speech" and "freedom of press" written thereon. Maybe someone from the Occupy movement can find the piece with "freedom of peaceful assembly" written on it. On Sundays at 5pm EST, I usually join the discussions on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show. Today, my input was censored by static. My censorship is likely done without the knowledge and cooperation of Internet companies involved. Please remember that even the CIA was reportedly hacked recently. I wrote about that in my MaryLovesJustice blog entitled "Anonymous Hacks the CIA." That is the allegation that went forth on the web after the CIA reportedly went offline on Friday, Feb 10, but it may be inaccurate. Sometimes I wonder if hacking is really done to corporations and government entities to excuse stringent Internet controls. In any case, I am greatly censored for 13 reasons revealed in my article, "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." When I attempt to talk with people in person, police have threatened to Taser and arrest me. When I rely on the Internet and telephones, stalkers disrupt my transmissions. 2. --- If the widget below really plays the Feb. 12 show, you should hear static over Mary Neal's voice during the second half of the show, which was used to censor my input. Stalkers blocked you from hearing me continue this sentence: "If they succeed in censoring the Internet, other people will have no avenue to report when relatives are SECRETLY ARRESTED AND MURDERED LIKE MY MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY DISABLED BROTHER, LARRY NEAL." Fascists played static over my entire input on the February 12 Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk show. They then completely blocked my input at that point to prevent Americans and world citizens from knowing that black people with brain issues like Timothy Bulldog Allen (MI), who Rev. Pinkney spoke about during this and other shows, and Larry Neal (TN) and Mitrice Richardson (CA) are going missing in police custody and are returned to their families as corpses. I do not know if some experiments are being conducted or what is happening, but government officials REFUSE to release any ecordss or give any explanation whatsoever regarding Larry's 18 days of secret incarceration and death in 2003. Rev. Pinkney reports that authorities refuse to release any autopsy report for Timothy Allen. Mitrice Richardson was missing for a year, so forensics could reveal little about her death by the time her body was "found." It stunned me that Attoney General Holder continued the cover-up regarding Larry's murder. There was no Change there.
3. --- On Jan. 8, stalkers cut my connection to the Rev. Pinkney Show as I was reading DOG JUSTICE poem, which exposes the fact that dogs have a protected right to life in America that many citizens lack, especially black people and people with mental health disorders. I dedicated that reading to the family of Timothy "Bulldog" Allen, a black man with brain issues who went missing immediately after last being seen in the presence of police in November 2011 in St. Joseph, Michigan. On Jan. 22, stalkers cut my phone connection as I was informing Americans that Ron Paul introduced H.R.3785 to repeal indefinite detention Section 1021 of the NDAA bill President Obama signed on December 31. Today, on Feb. 12, cyberstalkers interjected static over my voice transmission to prevent people from learning that defeating SOPA and PIPA means little since ACTA treaty was signed in Nov. 2011. The provisions of that treaty allow totalitarian countries, even China, to have a measure of control over what Americans can upload on the Internet and what can remain online. Apparently, we are not to reveal plans for or speak against concentration camps and Internet censorship in America.
4. --- The static you hear superimposed over my voice on the Rev.Pinkney Blogtalk Show on Feb 12 is not because my phone is faulty, but it is because stalkers took control over my phone. I will call the show from a land line on February 19. Listen to the show and see what stalkers do at that time to interfere with my transmission. They usually follow me when I leave home to take over PCs in libraries and rental locales. They may do likewise to disrupt my phone call to the Rev.Pinkney Show next week from a land line. When callers dial my home phone number 678.531.0262, they are usually told the circuits are busy or the number is out of service. Exceptions are close family members and people we communicate with regularly. It is like the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia are in prison and have a visitors list. Some people are allowed to leave a message that is deleted by stalkers and my family never gets to hear. We have changed phone companies and telephone numbers numerous times, but the problem persists. When we dial out, my number may be listed as "private," to keep whomever I called from knowing how to reach us. That happened when I called organizations that fight against Christian persecution. Receptionists asked for my telephone number, and I asked, "Can't you see it on your caller I.D.?" That's when I learned that my telephone number is listed "private" when I make calls to prevent lawyers and organizations from knowing that I called. Perhaps my messages are also deleted from their phone services - no matter what service they use.
5. --- Sometimes, stalkers show my phone calls as coming from a number other than my own. One Sunday, stalkers deleted the digit "6" on Rev. Pinkney's view so that he would not know I was on the line to speak on his show, but he recognized the rest of my phone number and gave me leave to speak. Welcome to the New America and Revelation period. Last week, I discovered that comments left at my articles at MaryLovesJustice Blogger blog have a new symbol in the template that means the comments are "silent." That is done to block my communication with the public and to prevent any lawyers, civil and human rights groups, activists, and persons who are suffering from injustices from using my blogs' comment field to communicate with the Neal family.
6. --- Our home has been transformed into a FEMA camp. I am even followed to the post office and have to smuggle human rights news in America like people did during the French Resistance after France's Nazi invasion. Again I urge all Americans to support H.R.3785 to repeal the indefinite military detention provision of NDAA. My circumstances reveal that this American family is censored and persecuted for asking about a missing/ murdered relative who died under undisclosed circumstance in government custody and because I advocate for justice for all but primarily to decriminalize mental illness. Be aware that long before there was a number 2873092 stamped on any Jew in Nazi camps, there was a No. 1.

Instead, many turned a blind eye out of fear or a misguided loyalty to Hitler, who convinced Germans that the entire world was out to get them. There would never have been over 3 million murdered Jewish people or World War II, and Nazis would not have turned Germany into a concentration camp for the next 50years. Failing to address crimes against humanity timely, millions lived behind the Iron Curtain, whispering in their homes, afraid of their own children and neighbors, and being rationed their meals. People all over the world paid a high price when Nazis led Germany into World War II. There were millions of lives lost, freedom was curtailed for decades for millions of Germans, and Europe suffered devastating property damage. "A stitch in time saves nine." Passing H.R.3785 is a stitch Americans should undertake.

I heard static on my phone from the beginning of Rev. Pinkney's Feb. 12, 2012 show and thought the entire radio audience heard it, too. However, nearby stalkers probably scrambled my phone signal like prisons do to prevent cellphone usage.

The Early Movie show that came on at 3:30 p.m. presented black and white films with some of Hollywood's greatest actors and actresses. Many of the movies had a patriotic theme and portrayed America's role in defeating Nazism during World War II. One thing I learned watching the movies was that Hitler had lots of citizens police - people who reported on their neighbors to the Third Reich. The Germans talked in whispers in their own homes, especially if they were sympathetic to the plight of mentally ill citizens or Jewish people, who were being rounded up and murdered by the government. Now America has its own force of citizens police. Thousands of Americans are compensated to help satisfy the government's quest to know everything about everyone. I suspect that some citizens police not only monitor Americans, but they may also used for gangstalking, monitoring and/or taking over citizens' computers through remote access, and other objectionable activities. Georgia's housing industry suffered during the economic downturn. During 2008, numerous homes on my street were foreclosed. My family was surprised that no "for sale" or "for rent" signs appeared in the yards of the houses that are appraised for $100,000 more or less. Why were they preserved empty for months? During the couple of weeks before and after Judge Batten, of United States Superior Court, dismissed our lawsuit against The Johnnie Cochran Firm, all the foreclosed homes on our street suddenly filled with new occupants who already seemed to know each other. The court deemed it was "immaterial" for The Johnnie Cochran Firm to defraud my family to withhold accountability by Memphis Shelby County Jail, although the firm was under contract to be Larry Neal's wrongful death attorneys. That seemed strange. During that court process, intimidation against my family intensified.
After being followed and accosted on September 27, 2008, by a USDOT truck and four other vehicles (two of which had drive-out tags), I decided to record license numbers for the new neighbors. Many of them also had drive-out tags. Some had tags that read "GOV." I noticed that when I published articles at http://NowPublic.com/duo (usually after much interference), the lights would go on at my new neighbors' homes and they would go back and forward to each other's houses - even at 4:00 a.m.! Whenever we open our front door, there is always a neighbor standing in his/her driveway looking at our house - even in the winter. The man across the street from us used to back his truck into his driveway at night, seemingly so that he could watch our house out of his windshield during sleet and hail. Later, he moved and a new group of people came. Within days of their arrival, a large USDOT truck made deliveries to their house. Do USDOT trucks make deliveries to your neighbors, too? If not, try writing articles about justice or the lack thereof. If you write it, they will come.
For around a year and a half after my most horrowing stalking experience when DeKalb County 911 police did not respond to my emergency call, my elderly mother and I stayed home for safety. We are persecuted for asking why Memphis police were allowed to secretly arrest and murder my mentally, physically ill brother without having to account for his death and because I write articles that expose THE JOHNNIE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD (Google it). We had many episodes of computer takeovers (via remote access), gangstalking, etc., even at our home. Recent VIDEO: Stalkers outlined my yard in paint; then helicopters stood still overhead http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znJS-6qw__8 My elderly mom was so unnerved by the helicopters sent to intimidate us that she said, "ARE THEY GOING TO BOMB US NOW FOR ASKING ABOUT LARRY?" It was an incredible day. We had company (a witness) that day like we did the day a lethal injection bed with my name underneath popped out at me while I was working at Care2, and the witness wrote an affidavit attesting to the cyber terror, which I filed in USDC in the Neals v. The Cochran Firm case. Plus I filmed the helicopters and audiotaped the loud roar of the helicopters' engines while still inside my room. They were so loud while standing still over our hose that it felt like the house was shaking.
Today I checked the homes that house our new neighbors with the DeKalb County Tax Assessor's office. I was not surprised the records confirmed our suspicions about them. Most of them are listed as "9 - Public Utility or Government," and others were listed as "H - Sales to/from Bank." The people in the tax assessor's office were surprised, because banks usually sell foreclosed homes. Question: Do citizens police pay rent, or do they live free for services rendered?
I do not believe the citizens police are on my street just to take over my computer via remote access, monitor visitors at my home, etc. Another neighbor, John, told me about people stealing his garbage. John said his security camera captured footage of a culprit stealing garbage that he and other neighbors had on the curb for pickup. John puts his trash on the curb at night, because the sanitation trucks come early. John told me that the next morning when he drove down my street, he recognized his own trash at the curb of another house. John said he could easily recognize his trash because he used a clear trash bag and he also had several boxes that did not completely contain the things he was discarding. John suspected the person was into identity theft. While he talked about identity theft, I pictured citizens police sifting through neighbors' garbage to learn all they could about John and other neighbors.
It saddens me that America reminds me of Nazi Germany - a place where thousands of mentally ill people and millions of Jews were secluded and exterminated. There are 1.25 million mentally ill people imprisoned in the U.S. today. I write articles to advocate for acute mental patients to be hospitalized or treated in their communities rather than imprisoned. The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does -- and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials. In return, they provide information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to it than that. One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me they have permission to "shoot to kill" in the event of martial law.
InfraGard started in Cleveland back in 1996, when the private sector there cooperated with the FBI to investigate cyber threats.
