I DEMAND THE PROSECUTION OF ANY AND ALL ACTIVISTS AND ORGANIZATIONS CALLING FOR A RACE WAR or any kind of violence within the United States of America. (This article has one(1) link. If they were really from people in the community, the individuals would be arrested immediately. It is a crime to incite riots. It is time to fight oppression by using a BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE. (Google "Boycott 4 Justice Mary Neal").Of course the 99% is losing by merely using rallies, marches, and camping outside. That is NOT how to win a justice quest. If marching were all Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and other civil rights leaders did in the 1960's, African Americans would still be sitting in the back of the bus and marching and holding rallies. WE USED A BOYCOTT FOR JUSTICE in the civil rights era in conjunction with marches and rallies. The Montgomery Bus Boycott is responsible for desegregation - not just the march across the Selma Bridge. FIGHT OPPRESSION FINANCIALLY, NOT PHYSICALLY. Physical fights would only bring Martial Law (eliminating elections) and excuse masses of people going into FEMA camps and prisons where there are BIOMASS INCINERATORS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON SITE. If you read anybody's posts advising violence, consider that if they were not acting under protection by authorities, the persons trying to incite riots and race wars would be jailed immediately.
Tell corporate controllers "NO THANKS. We will not hurt each other for your amusement. We will keep our money and hurt your wallets." Report everyone who is posting messages and videos to incite riots to the authorities, and watch to see if authorities do anything about the crimes. If that behavior is allowed, then you will know the violent rhetoric is allowed in order to trick people (particularly African Americans) into concentration camps. Damn shame if authorities allow violent messages at popular Internet sites like Facebook in hopes of creating civil unrest to excuse jailing minorities and using them for PRISON SLAVES.
*The Constitution outlaws slavery for everyone except inmates. Corporations and government entities take advantage of that exception to use the youth and vigor of roughly one million inmates who work up to 72 hours per week on jobs that were removed from "free" people. By using prison labor and outsourcing jobs overseas, corporations avoid paying union wages and even the requirement to pay minimum wage and benefits. Work-related injuries of inmates likely become a medical expense for taxpayers to pay, not the corporations using prison labor. Cyberstalkers initially removed this information from the article you are now reading, and they removed my admonishment for everyone to SUPPORT H.R.3785, a congressional bill introduced on January 18 by Rep. Ron Paul to REPEAL NDAA. "NDAA" and "H.R.3785" were also removed from the tags for this article. When I speak about H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA concentration camp provision when I am a guest on radio programs that have primarily African American audiences, cyberstalkers usually distort my voice or cut my phone connection to prevent the information from being broadcast. Ironically, I cannot get messages to stay on my home page at Facebook to save black youths from wrongful prosecution or messages to decriminalize mental illness, but Facebook members are allowed to publish messages and videos calling for riots. I perceive there may be a plot to return to institutionalized slavery on a broader scale than is happening now in the prison industrial complex.
If Facebook does not remove messages and videos promoting violence off its sight, I might believe the CIA is really part owner like I read. I found out that whatever government officials do is OK. When my disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested and killed in custody of police in 2003 in Memphis Shelby County Jail, the United States Department of Justice condoned the murder by never holding any party responsible to answer a single question about the death, as far as I know. (Cell phone users, elect to "go to page 1" so they cannot hide data from you.) In fact, Larry Neal's own family is persecuted, stalked, and threatened for asking "What happened to Larry Neal?" WHY are people allowed to use social networks to incite riots and I find it hard to post articles advocating that people unite for justice and that we love one another like Jesus loves us? Why is it that peace activists get arrested for exercising their First Amendment right to peaceful assembly, but people propounding race wars on Facebook are not arrested? Why are people who arrange to sell illegal drugs or pedophilia on Facebook and other Internet sites investigated and prosecuted, while calling for a race war is allowed wide distribution?

When Japan bombed Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, Japanese-Americans who had nothing to do with that were interned in concentration camps. People may hope that when riots begin anywhere in the USA, all African Americans would be interned under NDAA without criminal charges. "Use your heads for more than hat racks," advised my elementary school principal, Mr. Coleman.

May God damn any plot to use Trayvon Martin's death and the many unprosecuted murders of minorities as an excuse to disturb the peace in MY COUNTRY. *Be aware that I was assigned cyberstalkers several years ago (four at a time who monitor and edit or delete my input 24/7). The cyberstalkers who police refuse to investigate and prosecute curtail my freedom of press at all Internet sites I use, not just at Facebook. They put my computer on an Intranet to make censoring Mary Neal easier. Therefore, it is not necessarily Facebook itself that censors my messages about NDAA and H.R.3785, the congressional bill which would repeal the slavery provision in NDAA. However, I believe that any social network is remiss in its responsibilities in allowing illegal messages that incite violence to remain online, and I request all Internet services to expunge such messages and report the authors to authorities. Ancestors of African Americans were captured and interned indefinitely in America, and the Japanese were interned in camps during World War II. The last people who endured indefinite military internment in Europe were the Jews, six million of whom were killed. The Bible gives solid advice on every situation that confronts mankind. When I was in elementary school, we had daily devotional services at school every morning. However, I agree with separation of church and state for three reasons: (i) public schools should teach all religions or none; (ii) hypocrisy, and (iii) Clergy Response Teams. Pastors across the country have been called on by The Department of Homeland Security to join “Clergy Response Teams.” Their function is to placate and control the people in the event of national or local emergencies, including Marshal Law. Clergy Response Teams are expected to use Romans 13:1 to make Christians compliant to government dictates even if obeying means facing harm. The verse commands: "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God." There are two reasons why Christians are free to protest and resist oppressive laws without offending God. NOTE TO STALKERS: Freedom of press, free speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances are our rights. Nazis have NO right to control either of those. Tyranny deserves strong opposition from Christians. I plead the blood of Jesus against your interference.
EMPLOYERS ARE THE "HIGHER POWER," NOT EMPLOYEES
To walk in obedience with Romans 13:1, we must first define who the “higher power” is in earthly relationships. In a government of, by, and for the people, We the People are the “higher power,” not the government itself. I believe it is for employees (government officials) to be subject to citizens. The employee is always subject to the employer. Officials are employees of The People. That is how the term “public servants” came about. Elections are held at regular intervals so that the “higher powers” can fire and replace dissatisfactory public servants. Let us not confuse who is subject to whom in the USA. Therefore, the entire Clergy Response Teams program is built on an obvious fallacy.
"POWER" WAS MISTRANSLATED IN ROMANS 13:1
A second term in Romans 13:1 that must be examined is the word “power.” According to His Holy Church at this link http://goo.gl/sGPaX , in a message entitled "Essential Precepts of a Free Government," here is the truth that makes Christians free to resist oppression: The Greek word that was interpreted "power" in Romans 13:1 does not refer to the government's power but to the power of personal liberty. Theologians at His Holy Church state, "The word used in Romans 13 by Paul is 'exousia,' which is defined: power of choice, liberty of doing as one pleases." Theologians explain that the very same word "is translated [to mean] 'right' in Hebrews 13:10 and Revelations 22:14, and it is even translated 'liberty' in Paul's 1 Corinthians 8:9." Therefore, Paul did not say that God's people are subject to the power of government but to the power of liberty. Christians are not subject to unjust governance; otherwise, Nazi war criminals would have an excuse for crimes against humanity they did during WWII, since they were "obeying orders." God never expected people to obediently board boxcars to camps, strip, fold their clothes, then quietly walk into Hitler's ovens in obedience to the government like many Jews did in the 1940s. God's instruction to His people is to "RESIST EVIL." James 4:7.
TO OBEY GOD IS TO RESIST EVIL
Christians might interpret Romans 13:1 to mean that government employees are subject to their employers, the citizens, or agree with theologians who say the word "power" in the verse actually means "liberty." Either way, Christians are free to resist oppression for ourselves and others. In fact, we are specifically commanded to do so in Proverbs 31:8-9: "Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy."
Some of the people who acted under Hitler's orders did atrocious things with a clean conscience because they were "just following orders." They spied on their neighbors and snitched on people who had done no crimes to get them arrested and killed. They engaged in torture, invaded countries without provocation, enslaved and murdered millions of fellow countrymen because they were physically and mentally handicapped or Jewish, blacks, homosexuals, or dissidents. They who were not abusers but let it happen without protest are also offenders in God's eyes. Please share this article with military service personnel and police officers so they will understand it is correct to disobey orders to steal, kill, and destroy people and property if those orders are unjust. Share also with religious people who seem apathetic to human suffering caused by unrighteous governmental dictates. It is God's commandment that we stand against evil always. It is Godly to resist oppression.
One Christian's gift to the world was a lesson in overcoming oppression through civil disobedience. Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. led thousands of people to resist evil during his lifetime, and millions throughout the world have employed methodology that he practiced for nonviolent social change. Reverend King's final speech inspires people of all religions, races, and cultures to unite and resist oppression. As he prepared to lead a march in Memphis, Tennessee for striking sanitation workers, Reverend King spoke to a large crowd on the night before his assassination. See two of his quotes below:
“If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they haven't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right. And so just as I said, we aren't going to let dogs or water hoses turn us around. We aren't going to let any injunction turn us around. We are going on."
"An unjust law is no law at all. And when we find an unjust law, I think we have a moral obligation to take a stand against it."
CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE was correct in the 1960s, and it is the appropriate response anywhere and anytime governments infringe on people's God-given human rights. The Holy Bible says, "So Jesus said to them, 'Give back to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's'" (Mark 12:17). There is clearly, in Jesus' mind, a line that Caesar must not cross regarding governments' control over His people. When governments cross that line, God's people have no duty to "give unto Caesar" their obedience.
JESUS CHRIST AND HIS TRUE FOLLOWERS ARE RADICALS. Jesus is against capital punishment (Psalm 102:19-20), prisoner abuse (Hebrews 13:3), victimizing people of lesser strength to deprive them of life, liberty, and property (Matt. 25:40), all forms of discrimination (Gal.3:28), war without provocation (Rom.12:18), trying and sentencing children as adults (Matt.18:6), and serving another god in His stead (Luke 10:27; John 10:27). He has no tolerance for moderates (Rev.3:15-16), but Jesus expects us all to be actively involved in His Father's business (Luke2:49). Christians are instructed to be doers of the Word and not hearers only (James 1:22). In every situation where a choice must be made, we are to choose to be moral, without consideration of possible harm to ourselves, whether financial or physical (Matt.16:25-26). 2) Be aware that Cochran Firm attorneys have been appointed key positions over the 2010 Gulf Coast oil spill litigation and DePuy implant class action case. Those designations as well as the attacks on unions indicate that middle class whites have also lost their protection in America and joined minorities who are counted as being "immaterial" like my federal court order says the Neal family is. The United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, issued a court order in January 2009 declaring "immaterial" the crimes against my family by The Cochran Firm to protect Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and murder of disabled heart patient Larry Neal. The court order was signed by Judge Timothy Batten and another judge who had previously recused himself from the case. That is the extent to which life and liberty are disrespected in America for minority families. I knew in 2009 that it is not only minorities who are considered "immaterial" by the injustice system, and I spent significant time, effort, and money to warn the nation that human and civil rights for all Americans might soon be extinguished by governing bodies that do not respect God's law regarding human rights or the U.S. Constitution's provisions for civil rights. Regretfully, numerous recent congressional bills and the ACTA treaty have proved I was right.
3) It is time for all people to lay aside their prejudices based on race and party politics and work together to accomplish democracy in America. We should immediately unite and force H.R.3785 to the House floor for a vote. That is the congressional bill Ron Paul introduced in January 2012 to eliminate the threat of indefinite detention in concentration camps under National Defense Authorization Act, which Congress passed and the president signed in December 2011. We all began 2012 as government-declared "immaterial" people, not just the Neal family. In case you have false confidence that Section 1021 of NDAA (allowing indefinite concentration camp detainment without criminal charges) does not apply to American citizens, track the progress of two more congressional bills that were introduced to remove Americans' citizenship before sending them CAMPing: H.R.3166 and S.1698.

On Sundays at 5pm EST, I usually join the discussions on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show. Today, my input was censored by static. My censorship is likely done without the knowledge and cooperation of Internet companies involved. Please remember that even the CIA was reportedly hacked recently. I wrote about that in my MaryLovesJustice blog entitled "Anonymous Hacks the CIA." That is the allegation that went forth on the web after the CIA reportedly went offline on Friday, Feb 10, but it may be inaccurate. Sometimes I wonder if hacking is really done to corporations and government entities to excuse stringent Internet controls. In any case, I am greatly censored for 13 reasons revealed in my article, "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." When I attempt to talk with people in person, police have threatened to Taser and arrest me. When I rely on the Internet and telephones, stalkers disrupt my transmissions. I spoke with Rev. Pinkney about this problem months ago: Censored shows are sometimes substituted with earlier broadcasts, and Blogtalk does not necessarily know about the sabotage. 2. --- If the widget below really plays the Feb. 12 show, you should hear static over Mary Neal's voice during the second half of the show, which was used to censor my input. Stalkers blocked you from hearing me continue this sentence: "If they succeed in censoring the Internet, other people will have no avenue to report when relatives are SECRETLY ARRESTED AND MURDERED LIKE MY MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY DISABLED BROTHER, LARRY NEAL." Fascists played static over my entire input on the February 12 Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk show. They then completely blocked my input at that point to prevent Americans and world citizens from knowing that black people with brain issues like Timothy Bulldog Allen (MI), who Rev. Pinkney spoke about during this and other shows, and Larry Neal (TN) and Mitrice Richardson (CA) are going missing in police custody and are returned to their families as corpses. I do not know if some experiments are being conducted or what is happening, but government officials REFUSE to release any ecordss or give any explanation whatsoever regarding Larry's 18 days of secret incarceration and death in 2003. Rev. Pinkney reports that authorities refuse to release any autopsy report for Timothy Allen. Mitrice Richardson was missing for a year, so forensics could reveal little about her death by the time her body was "found." It stunned me that Attoney General Holder continued the cover-up regarding Larry's murder. There was no Change there.
3. --- On Jan. 8, stalkers cut my connection to the Rev. Pinkney Show as I was reading DOG JUSTICE poem, which exposes the fact that dogs have a protected right to life in America that many citizens lack, especially black people and people with mental health disorders. I dedicated that reading to the family of Timothy "Bulldog" Allen, a black man with brain issues who went missing immediately after last being seen in the presence of police in November 2011 in St. Joseph, Michigan. On Jan. 22, stalkers cut my phone connection as I was informing Americans that Ron Paul introduced H.R.3785 to repeal indefinite detention Section 1021 of the NDAA bill President Obama signed on December 31. Today, on Feb. 12, cyberstalkers interjected static over my voice transmission to prevent people from learning that defeating SOPA and PIPA means little since ACTA treaty was signed in Nov. 2011. The provisions of that treaty allow totalitarian countries, even China, to have a measure of control over what Americans can upload on the Internet and what can remain online. Apparently, we are not to reveal plans for or speak against concentration camps and Internet censorship in America.
4. --- The static you hear superimposed over my voice on the Rev.Pinkney Blogtalk Show on Feb 12 is not because my phone is faulty, but it is because stalkers took control over my phone. I will call the show from a land line on February 19. Listen to the show and see what stalkers do at that time to interfere with my transmission. They usually follow me when I leave home to take over PCs in libraries and rental locales. They may do likewise to disrupt my phone call to the Rev.Pinkney Show next week from a land line. When callers dial my home phone number 678.531.0262, they are usually told the circuits are busy or the number is out of service. Exceptions are close family members and people we communicate with regularly. It is like the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia are in prison and have a visitors list. Some people are allowed to leave a message that is deleted by stalkers and my family never gets to hear. We have changed phone companies and telephone numbers numerous times, but the problem persists. When we dial out, my number may be listed as "private," to keep whomever I called from knowing how to reach us. That happened when I called organizations that fight against Christian persecution. Receptionists asked for my telephone number, and I asked, "Can't you see it on your caller I.D.?" That's when I learned that my telephone number is listed "private" when I make calls to prevent lawyers and organizations from knowing that I called. Perhaps my messages are also deleted from their phone services - no matter what service they use.
5. --- Sometimes, stalkers show my phone calls as coming from a number other than my own. One Sunday, stalkers deleted the digit "6" on Rev. Pinkney's view so that he would not know I was on the line to speak on his show, but he recognized the rest of my phone number and gave me leave to speak. Welcome to the New America and Revelation period. Last week, I discovered that comments left at my articles at MaryLovesJustice Blogger blog have a new symbol in the template that means the comments are "silent." That is done to block my communication with the public and to prevent any lawyers, civil and human rights groups, activists, and persons who are suffering from injustices from using my blogs' comment field to communicate with the Neal family.
6. --- Our home has been transformed into a FEMA camp. I am even followed to the post office and have to smuggle human rights news in America like people did during the French Resistance after France's Nazi invasion. We the People shall overcome fascism only if we all join hands and resist oppression together. That is what we speak about on Blogtalk Radio each Sunday during Rev. Pinkney's broadcasts. But the concept of unifying people of different races, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions to promote justice and democracy is unwelcome in New America. Divisiveness is an oppressive tool to keep Americans from uniting against corporate greed and government misdeeds. Nevertheless, we must continue to work TOGETHER toward liberty and justice for all. Today as I tweeted, my number of tweets did not change every time I posted a new tweet, and the total number of tweets registered differed on my home page and my profile page. Such censorship is captured on video and shared with the public at my YouTube channel JKEMPP703. Again I urge all Americans to support H.R.3785 to repeal the indefinite military detention provision of NDAA. My circumstances reveal that this American family is censored and persecuted for asking about a missing/ murdered relative who died under undisclosed circumstance in government custody and because I advocate for justice for all but primarily to decriminalize mental illness. Be aware that long before there was a number 2873092 stamped on any Jew in Nazi camps, there was a No. 1.
8. --- What if Germany's people had resisted oppression together when abuses of power began in that nation? Instead, many turned a blind eye out of fear or a misguided loyalty to Hitler, who convinced Germans that the entire world was out to get them. There would never have been over 3 million murdered Jewish people or World War II, and Nazis would not have turned Germany into a concentration camp for the next 50years. Failing to address crimes against humanity timely, millions lived behind the Iron Curtain, whispering in their homes, afraid of their own children and neighbors, and being rationed their meals. People all over the world paid a high price when Nazis led Germany into World War II. There were millions of lives lost, freedom was curtailed for decades for millions of Germans, and Europe suffered devastating property damage. "A stitch in time saves nine." Passing H.R.3785 is a stitch Americans should undertake.

I heard static on my phone from the beginning of Rev. Pinkney's Feb. 12, 2012 show and thought the entire radio audience heard it, too. However, nearby stalkers probably scrambled my phone signal like prisons do to prevent cellphone usage.

The photo is of my brother, Larry Neal, a handicapped American who was secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse after 18 days with records and accountability denied. That led to my becoming "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." See this link http://goo.gl/aELp3 - I founded and direct Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"), advocating for 1.25 million inmates who are wrongly and cruelly imprisoned rather than treated for their mental dysfunctions. I love God and the IDEA of America - a melting pot. Many hard lumps remain in the custard today. AIMI members work to have civil and human rights applied to all, including the mentally ill. We oppose wrongful convictions, prison profiteering, excessive sentencing, police brutality, capital punishment, and inequities in application of the law due to racial and economic disparities. We also oppose crime and recognize crime as being violations against human rights and property rights. Imprisonment is often warranted, but never brutality, torture, or death. We advocate love. The need is for America to "be true to what she said on paper" (MLK).
