Elizabeth Crudup's son is being held in solitary confinement torture in Franklin County, NC jail. She has not seen him in months, and four(4) court dates have passed without the jail producing Shannon Nyamodi for trial. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO SHANNON TO FORCE A FALSE CONFESSION? IF HE IS MURDERED, THEN WILL YOU CARE ENOUGH TO PROTEST?

Today, Terrell Scott was released from a Pennsylvania prison after being indefinitely detained for 4.5 years to force a plea bargain. He was brutally treated - beaten, raped, exposed to HIV, and tortured with solitary confinement. He is now deaf in one ear and blind in one eye - all of that brutality was done to Terrell Scott. Officers of the court claimed Terrell Scott was too "crazy" for trial, but he was deemed competent for plea bargaining. Is this how prosecutors are allowed to avoid the embarrassment of losing court cases?

Shannon has been held without trial for nearly two years. Will you stand up for the Sixth Amendment by picketing for Shannon Nyamodi in your own city at your own courthouse, or do you await another black youth's corpse to get angry? Is this our children's future - indefinite detention until making false confessions to get out of jail? See the message from Elizabeth Crudup below.

If Crudup fails to hear from Harvard Law, or if they offer no IMMEDIATE SOLUTIONS, we must protest for Shannon Nyamodi's immediate release or a soon court date that he is allowed to actually attend. Shannon is a youth in OUR village. Franklin County, North Carolina must not be allowed to capture an innocent black youth and treat him like a runaway slave. Our youths must not be indefinitely detained on indefensible criminal charges without our protest. Americans must not be denied their right to a speedy, public trial with competent counsel appointed, especially not working 18-year-old youths who graduated from high school and have no criminal background, like Shannon.

We congratulate Terrell Scott and his mother, Holly Alston, on his homecoming. It is an indictment against America and each of us that nothing was done to deliver Terrell Scott from the Pennsylvania prison before he suffered permanent injuries and confessed to crimes that never happened. A white woman lied on Terrell Scott after he reported her neglect and abuse of her children. His allegations were investigated and found to be valid, and the children were removed from her home. After that, according to an apology the woman delivered to Terrell's brother, she wanted to retaliate. Shannon suffered behind bars for the next 4.5 years with his right to trial denied. This must not be the fate of Shannon Nyamodi, especially since even the supposed victim said Shannon was not her assailant.

On Monday, March 17, 2014, assemble with concerned citizens at a courthouse in your own area, either at lunchtime or after work, and protest Shannon Nyamodi's continued indefinite detention and denial of his Sixth Amendment right to a trial. If anything changes in his circumstances before March 17, I will publish it here.

Shannon Nyamodi Tortured with Solitary Confinement to Force a Confession in Franklin County, NC

Solitary confinement is known to cause mental illness. It is being used in Franklin County, NC to force a confession from an innocent black youth who has been imprisoned for a year without trial for a crime that even his alleged victim said he did not do. Shannon is the black youth who helped a Caucasian woman when she was shot and was then charged for being the shooter because he was the only black man in the vicinity. His mother Elizabeth Crudup interviewed with "Human Rights for Prisoners March," my blogtalkradio show produced by NNIA and Dr. Floyd Harris Jr. Shannon's story went viral on the Internet. But Elizabeth Crudup has NOT been allowed to see her son to let him know that YOU know and YOU care about his being imprisoned a year without trial. The Franklin County Jail hurrdied and put Shannon Nyamodi in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT to tighten the screws and make the innocent youth sign a plea deal for a crime that even the victim said he did not do. Furthermore, Franklin County REFUSED at first to accept a Writ of Habeas Corpus for Shannon. This is something his attorney should have filed long ago if he were not a part of this railroading that is being done against a black youth, but after having received $30,000 from the family, the defense attorney turned his back on Shannon Nyamodi and does nothing to end his client's indefinite detention without a trial. This has continued for a year.

Now there is a Facebook page that is represented as being by the woman Shannon helped. Her daughter is in jail, sentenced for 2 years for working with other parties to have her mother shot. Both she band her daughter signed statements saying that SHANNON NYAMODI has nothing to do with this and was an innocent bystander who came to the woman's aid. Whomever put that Facebook page up misspelled the victim's name and seems to be trying to withdraw the victim's testimony that was in Shannon's favor. Could it be the sheriff has paid somebody to put up a Facebook page representing the victim? Have authorities promised an early release to the victim's daughter if they CHANGE their testimony and lie on Shannon? The victim said repeatedly on all records when she was initially shot that Shannon was not her shooter, but the corrupt Southern system seems to be trying to MAKE her change her testimony and keep Shannon Nyamodi in solitary confinement until they run the teen crazy to enforce him to lie on himself. Ms. Crudup said the real shooter is related to Franklin County's sheriff.

Ms. Elizabeth Crudup said she has been writing to me about Shannon being held in solitary confinement on Facebook as comments to my articles and posts about Shannon, but i did not see her comments. Internet companies can have fake views - what you see when you post is not necessarily seen by anyone other than you. Whether this is done BY the Internet companies or by NSA, I cannot say. I know this is true and have films to prove it. I typed using two computers and was signed in as myself on one computer but not the other. I entered data as myself. On the other computer I viewed my page and did not see the data that should be there. Shannon Nyamodi Jailed for Being a Good Samaritan

Whenever NSA or other stalkers fight me about publishing an article, I know the system plans to corrupt justice, and I re-publish said article to give the news more exposure. That is the case with my article from the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" blog about Shannon Nyamodi, an admirable young man in Franklin County, North Carolina. When a woman came out of a house screaming and fell to the sidewalk, Shannon Nyamodi, 18, hurried to her aid from the house where he was visiting friends in Franklin County, NC. He called 911. The white woman had been shot. She said her daughter was responsible. The police arrested Shannon for shooting the woman in her head, because he was the only black man around! The victim lived, although she was shot in the head. She swears Shannon did not shoot her, but the people who did shoot her are related to Sheriff Jerry Jones, of Franklin County, NC, and they are NOT to be blamed. Website for Shannon:

Do they plan to kill the victim who swears Shannon did not shoot her? How does racist North Carolina intend to prosecute the person who HELPED the woman with her declaring it was not Shannon who shot her? The drama unfolding in Franklin County is very frightening for the victim, who is waiting to testify on Shannon's behalf, and for Shannon and his family. Will you please help them? The young people who allegedly shot the victim have been connected to another shooting around Mother's Day, 2013. Again, they were not arrested.

Elizabeth Crudup was asked why the NAACP was not helping her free her innocent son who was arrested after dashing to a white woman's aid and was himself arrested for shooting her. Elizabeth replied: "The NAACP local chair said, and I quote, 'I got to live around here, I ain't messing with any black boy in jail.'"

Shannon's family raised $30,000 and retained a defense attorney who is a former prosecutor. He seems to be working with the prosecution on this case instead of working for his client. He tries to get Shannon to take a plea deal instead of motioning for a bond reduction and a speedy trial on these trumped up charges! Don't let the system railroad this young man just because he is black in order to save Caucasians who the victim said really assaulted her! Help Shannon get home for Christmas!

CORRUPTION IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, NC

Sheriff Jerry Jones lost his re-election bid, but the people's choice was thrown out of office, and the county commissioners appointed Jones back to his old position. They were supposed to have a special election in December 2013, but it was postponed for one year. The sheriff's phone number is (919)496.2186.

The district attorney for the 9th District of North Carolina, Samuel Currin, III, was a judge. He was prosecuted for corruption and sentenced to ten years of prison but was released after two years and became district attorney of Franklin County. Ms. Crudup says Mr. Currin told her he knew Shannon was innocent and that Shannon's attorney is the one trying to get Shannon to accept a plea deal.
