Bill Windsor, they killed another mentally ill inmate like they murdered my brother, Larry Neal, after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. What is particularly tragic is that America has between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions every year, according to a recent study. Inmates earn prison investors the same fee, whether innocent or guilty.

Paragraph 4 of 11 -- No movie about injustice is complete without telling about mental hospitals being closed across America to leave sick people homeless and later arrest them for crimes from vagrancy to murders in order to get the nation's first generation of private prisons started. They are kept full today by victimizing other mental patients over the next 40 years. Municipalities contract with private prisons to maintain prisons at a certain occupancy level, and incarcerating the mentally ill in America is the main way this contractual obligation is met.

Paragraph 5 of 11 -- I spoke with a distraught mother last night - Ms. Goolsby. She has two sons, both are mentally ill inmates who were incarcerated as teens. Police told her that some thugs took advantage of her oldest son's mental illness and used him as a lookout during a robbery. He is in prison now being raped and beaten by other inmates when he should have been sent to a hospital. Her youngest son was arrested for masturbation. He was visiting his dad, who Ms. Goolsby said has always been ashamed of his sick son and grew tired of paying child support for him. Her ex had another son who was younger than the mentally ill teen. The youngster walked into a room where Ms. Goolsby's son was masturbating and watching a sex tape his dad had left in the VCR. The dad pressed charges, saying his mentally ill son exposed himself to his younger child. Both of Ms. Goolsby's sons are in Georgia prisons. Like many mentally ill inmates, they face abuse from inmates and guards, and their sentences may be lengthened for failure to follow prison rules because they are sick and not always in control of their actions (especially when not medicated) and are slow to understand instructions.

Paragraph 6 of 11 -- The oldest son should have been released in 2012, but now the prison told Ms. Goolsby he has to stay until June 2013. In June, they may say another year - and another. One mentally ill youth in Los Angeles who was arrested after he threw a chair through his mom's window may get life in prison because he threatened the judge and a prison guard with light rays from Mars. They called it a "terrorist threat." This is how prison investors make money off the mentally ill. Even if they are arrested for misdemeanors, they may end up in prison for life.

Paragraph 7 of 11 -- My testimony is about Larry Neal's murder under secret arrest and the elaborate government cover-up that has lasted nine years by lawyer fraud, censorship, cyberterror, gangstalking, cooperation from the sold-out media companies, and payoffs to public officials who joined the conspiracy to deny my family's civil rights and became accessories to the murder after the fact. But it is also about all the mentally ill people who are wrongly victimized in and by the injustice system - Kelly Thomas, who was murdered by six Fullerton, California police officers who beat the homeless mentally ill man to death before witnesses; Tim Souders, who was died of dehydration on a Michigan jail's restraint table where he was left for four days without food or water; Sean LeVert, the entertainer who was killed in a restraint chair while arrested for child support, and many others.

Paragraph 8 of 11 -- Today George Allen, a mentally ill inmate from Missouri's death row, will be released from prison, where he has languished for 30 years for a crime that the DNA test he was finally allowed to take proved he did not do. Thank God for the Innocence Project and all of its financial supporters. The Missouri District Attorney challenged Allen's right to go free even after proving actual innocence. That shows how corrupt our justice system is more than anything - the fact that courts are under no obligation to consider post conviction evidence to stop executions or release inmates who lose their youth behind bars working as prison slaves for crimes they did not do. It is wrong for the inmates, their families and communities, and wrong for taxpayers to pay to execute or rehabilitate innocent people. I am an abolitionist who has big problems communicating with the world about wrongful executions. Every execution that happens without irrefutable proof of guilt is wrong, and no state should ignore the law and execute mentally ill people and those with low I.Q. scores, but they do. Consider the case of poor Andre Thomas who is literally eating his own body parts on Texas death row. So far, the poor mentally ill man ate both his eyes.

Paragraph 9 of 11 -- Three minutes on "Lawless America - The Movie" will not be enough time to tell about the denial of civil and human rights that my family endured after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder or adequately explain the corruption that victimizes mentally ill Americans and their families, but I would like to try. Most Americans are decent, compassionate people. Therefore, testifying about these crimes may do more than merely expose corruption in government and the judiciary, which is the stated goal for "Lawless America - The Movie." I believe that once the public realizes these crimes against humanity are happening in their names and with their tax dollars, many innocent lives will be saved - maybe my own.

They won't let me before a jury in civil court, but throwing pine cones should get me before one in criminal court. Still, the Taser might kill me if Atlanta police do what they threaten, because I have a heart murmur. Catalano & Plache: The Cochran Firm Fraud

THE COCHRAN FIRM apparently defrauds other law firms as well as its clients and some of its partners. See an excerpt of an article in New York Law Journal, dated October 29, 2012:

Two prominent civil rights firms in New York are accused by a three-lawyer Washington, D.C., firm of cheating it out of a significant fee as part of a $3.75 million settlement in a wrongful death case. Catalano & Plache claims that [Cochran] Neufeld Scheck & Brustin and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady submitted court documents on settlement terms without naming Catalano as a participating firm.

"The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argues in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, Law Offices of Catalano & Plache v. Brustin, 157248/2012. "Defendants are scheming and attempting to avoid their legal, moral and ethical obligations."

The complaint said Cochran Neufeld & Scheck, a predecessor firm to Neufeld Scheck, agreed to jointly represent Emil Mann's estate in a New Jersey court. (See the full article in New York Law Journal)

One might wonder if The Cochran Firm also cheated its client, Mann's son, in the wrongful death civil action. (This article has eighteen(18)  links.) Emil Mann was a member of the Ramapough Mountain Indians. He was shot and killed by New Jersey Park Police Officer Chad Walder in April 2006 in Mahwah, N.J. The Cochran Firm showed The Ramapough People no mercy years later when it mishandled the Ramapough's lawsuit against Ford for toxic waste dumping on the Ramapough's land, causing sickness, deaths, and pollution. The unethical lawyers settled the Ramapough's civil action for a mere $12.5million although the lawsuit was valued at $3billion. The CoIntelPro lawyers also neglected to file suit against the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) for its part in the environmental pollution that lasted over 40 years, with Ford continually dumping paint sludge on the Ramapough's property. The EPA issued an order to Ford in 1983 to clean the Ramapough People's land within 10 years, and Ford ignored its responsibility to clean the land by at least 1993. The EPA had a responsibility to enforce its order but neglected to do so. The land was still contaminated in 2006, thirteen years after Ford's deadline. Therefore, the EPA shares a responsibility with along with Ford for sickness and deaths resulting from land contamination after 1993, because the EPA neglected to enforce its own deadline. I am confident that The Cochran Firm never told the Ramapough People that they also could make a case against the EPA, because after Johnnie Cochran's death, The Cochran Firm seems to have become a CoIntelPro agent.

After the alleged fraud against Catalano & Plache, "Cochran" seems to have "disappeared" from the name and presumably from the law firm that is now named Neufeld Scheck & Brustin. (Neufeld may be left holding the bag.) The Cochran Firm is famous of its "now you see us, now you don't" magic tricks. The Cochran Firm's office in Atlanta actually got Judge Wendy Shoob to say there is no Cochran Firm office whatsoever within the State of Georgia and dismiss my fraud lawsuit against the scoundrels based on that perjury (Neals v. The Cochran Firm, Georgia Superior Court, 2005). The Firm got Judge Timothy Batten to rule it "immaterial" that The Cochran Firm's defrauded my family to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal (United States District Court, Norther District of GA, Neals v. I was very offended by the courts' deicsions and did not learn until years later that "black men have no rights white men are bound to honor" (Dred Scott decision) and that African Americans are not "real" citizens who owe the nation allegiance and have PROTECTED rights. I did not learn about the Black Codes in school, so I believed for over 50 years that I had regular U.S. citizenship when in fact, every 25 years Congress votes on whether blacks can continue to vote and serve on juries. If Catalano & Plache has many black attorneys and staff, nothing is likely to be done about the firm being duped by The CoIntelPro Cochran Firm lawyers. The Cochran Firm fraud against minorities has many unexpected accomplices, including numerous black people.

After defrauding the Neal family and the family of 92-year-old police victim Kathryn Johnston, and lying in Georgia Superior Court (denying that Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk law office is in any way connected with The Cochran Firm or its Memphis law office), the managing partner of the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm, Hezekiah Sistrunk, was REWARDED by being inducted in the prestigious Gate City Bar Hall of Fame. The Cochran Firm frauds are not usually reported except in legal journals. Mainstream media, state bars, courts, legal search engines, the BBB and other consumer protection agencies, etc., censor these lawsuits so The Cochran Firm can continue to misuse Johnnie Cochran's name and defraud other minorities like Mr. Mann and the Ramapough People and my family after my mentally, physically handicapped brother's 18 days of secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail. It seems that the law firm's main purpose now is to defraud its own clients by reducing or eliminating payouts by to its clients by government entities and major corporations. The Cochran Firm is sued regularly by its own attorneys as well as its defrauded clients.

Catalano & Plache may not be the first law firm that sued The Cochran Firm for fraud, but censorship keeps most civil actions against The Cochran Firm out of news reports, and judges ordinarily prevent the frauds from going before a jury. The Cochran Firm is a repeat offender, and I hope all of its fraud victims will come forward, unite and sue the unethical law firm partners under the RICO Act (assuming that blacks will not be interned in concentration camps without any criminal charges and with no opportunity for defense under NDAA.) People who persist in seeking justice after falling victim to a Cochran Firm Fraud may be subjected to gangstalking, censorship, financial persecution, and burglary. My home was burglarized in August 2011, and the only things stolen were two boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm lawsuit files and evidence I was not permitted to put before a jury. USDOJ Sues Mississippi Over School-to-Prison Pipeline

Mentally challenged people and minorities are unjustly imprisoned at a much higher rate than others.  Maybe that will Change in Mississippi. The state's population is 36% black, but its inmate population is 75% black. The U.S. Department of Justice recently sued the State of Mississippi to close its school-to-prison pipeline. "Mississippi is breaking the law by violating the due process rights of kids who are getting funneled through its juvenile justice system," the Department of Justice has said. It filed a lawsuit today against the state itself, as well as the city of Meridian, Lauderdale County, and judges of the Lauderdale County Youth Court for doing exactly that.

According to a copy of a draft executive order on cybersecurity obtained by the Associated Press (AP), President Obama will soon order “U.S. spy agencies to share the latest intelligence about cyberthreats with companies operating electric grids, water plants, railroads and other vital industries to help protect them from electronic attacks.”

For some time, government officials have insisted that Iran is planning a cyberattack on the electronic communications infrastructure of the United States. The AP reports that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the U.S. armed forces are “ready to retaliate” should Iran — or any other country — attempt an attack on U.S. cybersecurity.

Promises of the White House’s imminent issuing of the edict have been coming for months. The AP reports that regardless of the latest leak, “the White House declined to say when the president will sign the order." On September 19, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said the executive order granting the president sweeping power over the Internet is “close to completion.” (Use the link above for the entire article.)

Taking over the Internet may be one way to make sure there are no October Surprises like the world was promised by Donald Trump to be released. When Trump announced that he had a surprise for release on October 24 that would affect the elections, I wondered if he was hoping for a deal. Today I wonder if we got the real information Trump threatened to release. Trump's October Surprise was allegedly an announcement that Trump would give $5m to the charity of Obama's choice if Obama will release his college transcripts and applications as well as his passport records. That is interesting, but hardly the upset one would expect. People all over the world already know these documents are on lockdown while working class Americans are forced to abdicate privacy rights.
