New Human Rights Demand Shows

I.

"HUMAN RIGHTS DEMAND" channel is so censored that several guest hosts have left our station who shared news that Americans are not intended to hear, such as "Ralph Poynter What's Happening," a show dedicated to the release of ‪#‎politicalprisoners‬; MOTHERS MARCH for PEACE, a show to highlight and end community violence, such as killings by youth gangs; and Dr. Mustafa Ansari, a human rights lawyer who talked to us about our rights under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. My guest hosts are experts whose time is valuable. They cannot spend hours battling with hackers to be heard, like I have to do. They refused to be censored the way that human rights broadcasts are in the USA, especially shows connected to Mary Neal, whose handicapped brother was secretly arrested and murdered by the Government and who exposes America's new CoIntelPro program against ethnic people: The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud (Google that). I have no doubt that our "Stop Mandatory Vaccines" show, which will debut 9pmEST on Wednesday, August 26, will also engender ‪#‎censorship‬, but we will undoubtedly produce some excellent broadcasts that exhibit the People's strong resistance to Americans' new designation as being "Property of the U.S. Government." Since this new show will be hosted by Mary Neal and not a guest host like the shows ‪#‎hackers‬ attacked and ended, we should have an interesting fall 2015.

It featured family rights advocate Aleah Holland, author of "A Little Lynched ~ Amber Alert: a Judge-Ordered Kidnapping." She is a families rights advocate. Our guests included Rev. Dorothy Mackey, a human rights advocate especially on behalf of children and military people who were victimized by sex abuse. Dr. Shirley Moore also joined us. Dr. Moore is a human rights advocate who has a long history of helping parents who had/have CPS issues. "Stop CPS Abuses" broadcasts air on Sundays at 6pmEST until 8pmEST. Thank you for caring about our human rights. As announced by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, our civil rights have already expired. He said, "The Constitution is dead, dead, dead!" Let us therefore hold fast to our human rights that were bestowed upon us by our Creator, lest we also lose those. The elimination of Americans' civil rights did not happen through a violent overthrow by a foreign power. It happened through the slow erosion of personal rights and liberties by elected representatives who enacted new legislation that cancelled our rights under the U.S. Constitution. African Americans' demands for "equal rights" in the USA are being answered, not by elevating citizens of color to the same status enjoyed by Anglos, but by eroding the rights of Caucasians until no people who lack millions of dollars in cash and assets have rights that are actually respected and protected. This is class and race warfare.

VII.

"Citizen" is defined thusly in Blacks Law Dictionary: "In general, a member of a free city or jural society, (civitas.) possessing all the rights and privileges which can be enjoyed by any person under its constitution and government, and subject to the corresponding duties." Therefore, citizenship is based on rights one has as compared to others in the same potentially repressive regime, and there is no mention of the government's responsibility to the People. "Citizen" used to be defined as "one who by birth or naturalization owes a debt of loyalty to a country and is entitled to protection by the country." That is a significant Change. Therefore, citizens' rights are arbitrary and subject to downgrading at the whim of elitist decision makers, whereas inalienable human rights are not. Nevertheless, this is lawless America where human rights are regularly violated. It behooves us to therefore ensure that human rights are not violated as a result of our apathy and silence.

Frederick Douglass said, "This struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, and it may be both moral and physical, but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress." Therefore, our radio channel is called "Human Rights Demand."

Whereas censorship happens at "Human Rights Demand," it will never come from the station director, and it will always be exposed and opposed to the fullest extent that is lawful. Item 22 in the Neals v. The Cochran Firm court docket in United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, is a pleading from Cochran Firm attorney Angela Mason. (Sometimes, dockets are Changed after cases close in Georgia. Mine did.) She wrote to Judge Timothy Batten and asked that he stop Plaintiff Mary Neal from reporting that another Cochran Firm attorney had hired a Caucasian man in a white vehicle to follow Mary Neal. I never wrote that a Cochran Firm attorney had hired a Caucasian man in a white vehicle to follow me. In fact, I did not mention the color of the vehicle that regularly followed me home from work in 2008 to anyone, but somehow Angela Mason knew what color the vehicle was. The driver was Caucasian man who looked around 60 years old and regularly wore a cowboy hat. He has white hair and beard. This morning he was the first person I saw when I looked out of my window. He was apparently visiting my new neighbors, or he may have moved in next door, also. He still drives a white truck, but the truck I watched him load today was off-white and a later model.

The man in the white truck was also among those who followed me to Franklin Printers on Covington Highway in 2008. I had been forced to go to Franklin Printers to use their rental computers when a cyberstalker locked me out of my home computer through remote access. This was probably done to prevent me from filing a response timely at USDC. Within 30 minutes of my arrival at Franklin Printers, four cars of men arrived. They parked close to the building, including in the handicapped parking spaces. The men exited their cars and stood around on the sidewalk right outside Franklin Printers, and some went into the barber shop next door. Franklin Printers' manager and employees were concerned about the men standing around and not shopping at the shopping plaza. The manager locked the door to her business although it was not closing time, as we were afraid that they planned to stage a robbery in order to catch me in crossfire. As her employees completed their day's work, they left out of the back fire exit. 

The manager wrote an affidavit about our ordeal, which I filed with USDC about the terrorism I endured during my lawsuit against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. The siege lasted for over an hour, until a well dressed black man arrived and told all the stalkers to leave. We did not call DeKalb County Police Department about the stalking incident because this was not my first siege. When I had called for 911 police assistance during the previous siege when I was followed by a federal vehicle leading four other vehicles, the police promised to respond but never did. In fact, I received no follow-up on the emergency call whatsoever until I contacted Representative Hank Johnson about police ignoring my stalking and siege. I did not learn until years later that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that police have no obligation to protect citizens.

The stalkers were aware that I planned to upload videos about Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail and The Cochran Firm's fraud against my family (see Cochran Firm Fraud 1 and Cochran Firm Fraud 2 on YouTube.com and embedded below). I had reported my intentions in an article at NowPublic.com, published September 26, 2008, and the article was re-published by "Four Winds10.com." I learned not to report my intentions ahead of time. My most disturbing siege happened the day after my article was published. Stalkers followed me six miles until I reached the neighborhood Chevron station. It happened shortly before Duanna Johnson was executed in Memphis after she arranged a lawsuit against Memphis police for her brutal beating during her intake at Shelby County Jail where she, a transgender woman, refused to respond to "Hey, he/she, come here." This is the same jail that The Cochran Firm defrauded my family to protect from lawsuit after police secretly arrested and murdered Larry Neal, my brother who was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient. It was disturbing to see the white-haired, white-bearded, white man in the white truck again this morning, apparently visiting the white people who moved in next door to me a few weeks ago, so I wanted you to know about it. I had hoped to be rid of stalkers when I stopped driving in 2008. I did not call and file a report with police, because I assume they know. I finally learned the lesson Michael Jackson taught: "They Don't Care About Us."

Incidentally, I received another call from a former client who was defrauded by The Cochran Firm. Randy McMurray, Esq., the former Cochran Firm partner who sued the firm for RICO Act Racketeering, may represent the former clients if they sue for malpractice. I am not at liberty to tell more about the case at this point, but you know I will as soon as I can. Legal consumers must learn to consult the Internet for information about lawyers before contracting for legal services. I found consumer protection agencies and state bar associations are extremely unreliable when it comes to censuring and reporting corrupt law firms.

Murderous Dramatization Starring Mary Neal Planned

I exposed what I feel is the latest endangerment that ensued after exposing the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, and my ongoing advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in the U.S.A.

The call-in number for all NNIA1 broadcasts is (818)572-2947. Rev. Edward Pinkney, who has a show where I also appear on Sundays, was prevented from seeing my telephone number on his call board for the weekly Blogtalkradio broadcast on November 10. Indeed, my phone call was likely redirected.

On November 8, a U.S. Marshal came to the Neal's home in DeKalb County, Georgia. The black U.S. Marshal showed us a picture of a young, black man who he said was suspected of robbing and shooting four people in Oklahoma - Navy servicemen. He said one was killed with an automatic assault weapon. The marshal reported that my near-neighbor was the killer's mother and that she was suspected of having gone to Oklahoma to remove her son to Georgia. He gave us a Crime Stoppers card and said that if we saw anything at that house, we should call the police immediately, because we might be awarded up to $2,000.  I asked him why he did not get a search warrant and search the woman's house if he suspected that a murderer was hiding there. I told him the woman actually worked undercover for the police (like many of my neighbors do), and he denied that. Curiously, the U.S. Marshal did not see fit to inform anyone else on our street about the suspected murderer living in this woman's house - only the Neal family.

Immediately after the U.S. Marshal left, the woman, who we had not seen for days, came out of her house, got her mail, and swept her driveway for 30 minutes. I had never seen her sweep her driveway before. The woman, who does not seem to have a job (other than to coordinate the citizens police watch on my house) usually has a lawn service come out and do all of her yard work. I believe we were supposed to run and call Crime Stoppers, desperate for the reward. We laughed. Obviously, THEY had devised a dramatization for the Neal family. We were intended to call the police and report that the woman was home. The police would come out and arrest the blonde-headed black woman who I long suspected is an undercover cop. Then her son, the suspected murderer from Oklahoma, would stage a home invasion and shoot the Neal family - especially Mary Neal. That may be a scenario that powers in high places had devised to MURDER my family for asking "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" Sold-out media companies would then undoubtedly report that the Neals were killed in retaliation for reporting the woman who helped her murderous son escape from prosecution for the murder of a Navy serviceman in Oklahoma. As I wrote this article, I saw her speed away in her black Caddy. In fact, several of my suspected stalker neighbors just left. I suppose an emergency meeting is in order.

The U.S. Marshal told me not to tell anyone about the suspected murderer living in our neighbor's house - as though nobody else needed to know that the U.S. Government suspected that murderer was on our street - only the Neals. I called every human rights activist I knew and told them about the dramatization that had probably been concocted to kill my family within 30 minutes of the U.S. Marshal's visit. When I called the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalkradio show Sunday, November 10, I was not allowed to speak on the air. Rev. Pinkney said he did not see my phone number appear on his call-in board. Therefore, I suspected NSA or other stalkers stopped me from going on Blogtalkradio in order to prevent me from telling about their bosses' scheme to kill my family and me. The woman in this house seemed to follow me for months before I stopped driving and turned in my Nissan, which I loved. I was followed everywhere I went before I stopped driving in 2009 by up to four vehicles, one of which was usually a government vehicle. The woman moved into this house around the time that the Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm frauds was wrongly dismissed by United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, when Judge Timothy Batten ruled that whatever The Cochran Firm did to prevent justice for the Neal family was "immaterial" (February 2009). Much was done to terrorize my family to make us drop our justice quest throughout 2008 and ever since. I believe the grave pictured above, which was immediately dug in that woman's yard when she moved in, was a part of our terrorism. It remained in her front yard for over a year, until I went online and arranged a MoveOn.org meeting at my house in connection with the "Tax Day Make Them Pay" demonstrations in 2011. Immediately after I arranged the meeting, a bulldozer came and leveled the grave. Obviously, terrorists did not want others to see the grave my family had to see every time we looked out of the window or went outside. That is the same house that supposedly had the suspected murderer from Oklahoma hiding inside, according to the black U.S. Marshal. Americans should stop being prejudice. Blacks and Whites have united against truth and justice for us all.

BLACK CONFEDERATE TERRORISTS WHO WORK FOR ELITE WHITE SUPREMACISTS HIDING THE SECRET GOVERNMENT MURDER OF LARRY NEAL SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM MY HOUSE.

I think they devised a plan regarding how to get rid of Mary Neal without it being made patently obvious that the human rights activist was killed for advocating for America's mentally ill population who are wrongly incarcerated for a common, treatable health condition and for asking for public records as to how and why Larry Neal was secretly arrested for 18 day in Memphis Shelby County Jail and murdered there in 2003, and NO GOVERNMENT AGENCY will answer our Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoenas for information related to that police kidnapping and murder of a mentally, physically disabled, harmless, middle age black AMERICAN CITIZEN.

They are sick of my telling about many murders of mentally challenged people of all races by police officers across America. They are sick of my telling the world about prison investors moonlighting as public officials and their many abuses against Americans who lack wealth - wrongful incarcerations, wrongful executions, denial of constitutional rights, and constant crimes against humanity. But they don't know that JESUS IS MY FORTRESS. He tells me what they plan before they do it. I suspected they planned a road accident when they would follow me continually, so I stopped driving. They burglarized my house and stole all my original court files regarding Neals v. The Cochran Firm, and I suspect the same blonde-headed black woman who was in the Oklahoma scenario coordinated the theft, which DeKalb County Police never investigated, to my knowledge.

THEY sent an agent to my house to sexually assault my elderly mother on her hospital bed - another crime against the Neals that they refuse to investigate. They staged two road accidents against my son. They did retaliatory arrests of Larry Neal's young male relatives. They listen to every phone call the Neals receive or make and hang up the phone when we say something they do not want us to tell. They intercept phone calls and prevent incoming and outgoing phone calls at will. They steal my emails as they see fit. They follow me to the post office. They edit my articles and steal photographs and text according to their discretion. Neither can I stop mentally challenged people of all races from being wrongly arrested and imprisoned long-term for being sick in order to enrich prison investors. I certainly cannot make police in the United States stop fatally shooting and Tasering our most vulnerable citizens. All I can do is tell, and that I will.

I cannot force the Justice Department to stop covering up the kidnapping and murder of my brother, Larry Neal. A former district attorney in Wallacy County, Texas tried to hold top U.S. officials and judges responsible for covering up inmate abuses in his county in 2008, and you can see what happened to Juan Guerra. I cannot make the courts be fair to black people misrepresented by the treacherous (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. I cannot force the sold-out media companies to report the many lawsuits against The Cochran Firm that were filed since Johnnie's death, alleging fraud, malpractice, and racism. All I can do is ensure that these crimes are not done in secret. Therefore, on Sunday, November 10, after I was prevented from reporting the dramatization that was set up to attack the Neal family in DeKalb County, Georgia, I went online and taped the radio show at "Special MaryLovesJustice Broadcast" on November 10.

The next day when stalkers heard me awake in my house in the early afternoon, a caravan of 13 cars and trucks went to the woman's house and apparently conducted a search. I will post a photograph later. The vehicles were driven by mostly Caucasian men. They got rifles out of their back seats and trunks. A few put on bullet-proof vests with "U.S. Marshal" emblazoned across the back. Two men dressed as DeKalb County police officers were with them. As far as I could see, the police car was the only official vehicle in the caravan. They left about 30 minutes later without making any arrests. I wonder if DarrelleLydelleGoff is really related to the blonde-headed black woman who I strongly suspect is coordinator for my stalkers. I believe if this were authentic, there might be national news broadcasts, but many crimes go unreported. The secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal certainly did.

Edward Snowden revealed that every telephone call, email, and other Internet activity is under surveillance in the United States and much of the world by the National Security Agency (NSA). What most people do not know is that NDAA provides that NSA can conduct a cyberwar against our communication. The warfare against my communication pre-dates NDAA by a number of years. That is because I expose and oppose crimes against humanity in the United States of America, including the kidnapping and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and ongoing fraud by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm to prevent justice for black and brown citizens across the nation. Unfortunately, she fell in the lobby of the building as we were hurried outside because of a fire alarm. As a result, arthritis set up in her hip and spread throughout her body, and she is in pain every day. Last December, she lost the ability to stand and walk. Of course, her discomfort is in vain, because The Cochran Firm is apparently a CoIntelPro operation set up to defraud black and brown people throughout the nation and thwart justice for its clients, particularly in cases against police and other entities under government protection, such as car companies. After I published my radio show on November 10, a slowdown code was put on my Google+ page. It scrolls in jerks instead of a clean motion, which prevents people from seeing all of my posts and being able to read about the murders and false arrests that happen in America. You can get around the virus by clicking in a white space on the page and using your up and down arrows rather than scrolling normally. I noticed that the Google+ page of former Black Panther Party member Bobby Seale has the same problem.

These are evil times, and we have very evil people in charge in local and federal government positions. Who shall deliver us from the evil ones? In God I trust. Jesus said we are to OCCUPY until He comes. He said we are to speak and not be afraid. God's word says in Proverbs 31:8-9, "Speak for the poor and oppressed and everyone who is appointed to destruction." He gave us not the spirit of fear, but of faith and sound mind. He walks with me and talks with me - not audibly, but He instructs me on what to do about corrupt powers and principalities in high places. I challenge all Christians to obey God. I challenge all people who are interested in human and civil rights to stand against oppression that covers America like a heavy shroud. Ignore artificial divisions the oppressors devised to keep Americans from uniting for justice. No racial or party lines kept Congress from voting together to pass The Patriot Act or the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with concentration camps for Americans included therein - funded for 2014 by nearly $600 billion of our own tax money. NDAA also has a section allowing for a cyberwar against the People - a war this soldier for the Lord has been fighting in for the last seven years, since I discovered there is no government agency, media company, or major human and civil rights organization willing to stand with me and demand open disclosure and justice regarding Larry Neal's secret arrest and police murder in this land of "liberty and justice for all."

THEY kept us off the airwaves on twice the week of Christmas 2013 to prevent our reports about African American youths being held in indefinite detention without trials. Authorities who lack the proof for convictions often hold black people indefinitely, and sometimes torture them, to force confessions and plea deals that surrender defendants' right to jury trials. PARAGRAPH 3 OF 6 - Georgia is certifiably the most corrupt state in USA according to the CENTER ON PUBLIC INTEGRITY. This is possibly America's most corrupt presidential administration. I don't know how they got to Bill, but I believe they did. They used to follow me in four cars and threaten to kill people in our family. They bought MANY homes on our street and put agents therein. Although Denise Johnson, Gregory's mother, experienced some cyberstalking after continuing her quest for answers, she was never followed by four cars led by a government vehicle and denied 911 police services, neither is her home surrounded by citizens police living in homes that were registered as "9-public utility- government" like the homes around mine were. Culprits sent my son an agent as a girlfriend, and she arranged the theft of my original court records and evidential documents re the government conspiracy to deny my family civil rights to hide the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and The Cochran Firm's fraud against our family. Since I announced that we will proceed with a lawsuit against all the parties to this elaborate cover-up, including the USDOJ, courts, Cochran Firm frauds, and media companies, a woman was hired to infiltrate our home and steal evidence. It is totally evil the way cyberstalkers are paid to prevent my family from communicating with potential employers online or on our phones. They want us homeless and starving for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL. After my son left for his temp job, at 3:30a.m., we discovered our front door was open. The young woman apparently opened the door. My records and hard copy evidence from both my court cases against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm were missing, along with some discs plus my address book. Unfortunately, I discovered that court records that the clerks keep sometimes gets Changed during and after cases if they prove the judicial system is corrupt. Since they stole my original court files, I can only assume they are busy changing and "losing" more records in Georgia courts today. It is good that I thrive to be like my Lord - I save. The stolen records were originals, so this is quite a loss. However, computer copies of most of the court records and evidential documents and videos evidencing the conspiracy between the United States Department of Justice, Shelby County Government, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, courts, and media companies to cover-up Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder in 2003 in Memphis Shelby County Jail and deny my family's civil rights in that matter and help The Cochran Firm escape accountability for defrauding my family are SAFE. Also safe are computer files evidencing computer attacks, in-person stalking and more crimes I suffer as America's most censored individual. They were not stolen, nor can they be. They are saved, saved, saved, and distributed to others to save. Therefore, I have abundant proof for my case against multiple defendants in my lawsuit to evidence collusion against my family to deny due process of law regarding Larry's murder and our continuous terrorism, financial persecution, and censorship by the government and other parties who became accessories to murder after the fact. But considering what happened when the CIA went to Cuba ahead of the president's visit, I guess they know many prostitutes. One Cochran Firm partner recently sued another partner for hiring women and paying their salaries with firm assets because the women's only job was to OFFICE SEX in the firm's California law office. Sexists in the government and The Cochran Firm (which are probably the same thing) use women in degrading ways. It is shameful to send a young woman to date my son and ingratiate herself to our family to steal my court records and other documents. Georgia was named the nation's most corrupt state. The courts and State Bar help attorneys to defraud people by withholding justice continually. I will present to you correspondence that reached one of the people I attempt to help in her justice quest - Yvonne Hickman. The letter went from the Georgia State Bar to attorneys she had filed complaints against. She alleged that several attorneys contracted with her and she paid them thousands of dollars retainer fees, but the lawyers then colluded with Glynn County to deny her justice after she was evicted from her home and banned from the county for no good reason. Her husband who was 100% mentally disabled Vietnam veteran filed false police reports saying that Yvonne ran over him in her car continuously, and he never had a scratch on him. But police and the courts in Glynn County arrested and banned Yvonne on the word of the PTSD veteran because his lunatic accusations provided an opportunity to ban her from her home and county and extract monthly supervision fees from her for Sentinel. Banning her also gave Bank America an opportunity to repossess the couple's home in a mostly white subdivision, because Mr. Hickman hasn't the wherewithal to handle house payments and foreclosure proceedings, and they know that. (Google GLYNN COUNTY BANISHES BLACKS - YVONNE HICKMAN). The letter from the Bar was intended for Hickman's attorneys only. It reportedly instructed the attorneys to draft a cursory response to Hickman's Bar complaint, then her complaint against them would be immediately dismissed. The Georgia Bar's secretary accidentally sent the letter to also to Hickman as well as to the attorneys, and I am sure she is in trouble for doing that today. A promise from the State Bar to dismiss a complaint against attorneys ahead of any investigation was supposed to be ex parta communication, but God wanted the fraud exposed. In 2007, when I filed a complaint to the Tennessee Bar about The Cochran Firm Fraud done by David McLaughlin, Super Lawyer, I sent the Bar absolute proof that McLaughlin had sent fraudulent documents to the Bar in defense against my complaint. A secretary at the Bar violated the confidentiality of the investigation by sharing the evidence with her friends in other Tennessee government offices, according to a correspondence from David McLaughlin to the Bar regarding my complaint. The Tennessee Bar immediately dismissed my complaint against McLaughlin without any explanation, probably because the Bar feared legal action by McLaughlin for the breach of confidentiality. These courts and State Bars and government agencies are all corrupt because the U.S. Department of Justice is itself corrupt and allows corruption to reign throughout America's judicial system. They collude against the People on every level to deny civil rights, cover-up murders and abuses, deliver innocent people into the prison industrial complex, and occasionally execute innocent people. Many people have filed complaints against attorneys who defrauded them in civil and criminal matters. It is interesting to have PROOF that a State Bar promised a lawyer that he need not worry, just file a cursory response and the claimant's complaint would be immediately dismissed. That is also what happens in courts, in many cases. Corrupt lawyers and government agencies who are defendants know throughout the court proceedings that kangaroo courts will dismiss the cases against them. Public officials and judges go through the motions, but justice is completely arbitrary in America. No one is held responsible to follow the rules and obey the law except We the People. As I wrote this, God sent three deers to our backyard. He knew I needed assurance. God loves the way I obey His Word in Proverbs 31:8-9. It is a frightening assignment: My family and I are under constant threat, but I promised to be a Christian soldier. We must trust God to take care of us. We have to stand strong, even with tears in our eyes and our knees trembling. I am so sad over the loss of my original documents, my friends. A woman who had information about NAACP doing voter fraud in Florida to help Jeb Bush win the 2002 election was just arrested for petty larceny. Elvira is too sick to even leave her room, but she was just arrested by Waterloo Police on a petty larceny charge. Some police officers very bad about the way their services are misused to persecute people who they enlisted to serve and protect. Having to act in conflict with one's conscience may contribute to the high suicide rate among our active duty military and veterans. Paragraph 1 of 6 -- A FEDERAL APPEALS COURT upheld a ten-year prison sentence for former activist attorney Lynne Stewart. Stewart was convicted in 2005 and disbarred for allegedly providing material support to terrorists during her representation of the Blind Sheik of Egypt, Omar Abdel Rachman. This article about Stewart's appellate verdict has four(4) links and five(5) numbered paragraphs. Stewart's client opposed Egypt's former dictator, President Hosni Mubarak, years before Egypt's 2011 rebellion against oppression when Mubarak was ousted. Paragraph 5 of 6 -- Many people wonder why it is difficult to find lawyers for certain civil and criminal cases even if they have irrefutable proof that they were wronged. Perhaps the answer can be derived by observing what happened to Lynne Stewart, Alton Maddox, Johnnie Cochran, and Juan Guerra (Google my article "Johnnie Cochran's CoIntelPro Murder Theory" for a brief summary about each of those officers of the court). Findlaw reported on May 17, 2012: "New York City has agreed to pay [attorneys] Michael Warren and his wife Evelyn $360,000 to settle accusations of police brutality and wrongful arrest. The couple, both civil rights attorneys, alleged they were assaulted when they tried to help a man they say was being beaten by police officers. The settlement was announced on Monday, just hours before the civil trial was set to begin. Jonathan Moore, a Manhattan injury attorney specializing in governmental misconduct, represented the couple. He believes the settlement represents an 'acknowledgement of misconduct.' City attorneys were quick to point out that no one has admitted wrongdoing. Nonetheless, the couple stands by their story. They were driving through Brooklyn in June 2007 when they saw several officers catch and handcuff a young black man, reports Reuters. It was then they allegedly saw Sgt. Steven Talvy kick the man in the head." Lawyers who care about justice like Stewart are endangered in an unjust system. They are sometimes brutalized like the Warrens, imprisoned like Stewart, disbarred like Maddox, or killed like Cochran probably was.

Gentlemen:

I am writing for assistance and due process of law. I am essentially under false arrest by in-person stalkers and experience telephone and Internet stalking as well. These offenses are done to cover-up lawyer fraud and the 2003 secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who expired after around 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis, Shelby County Jail from mid-July until Larry’s death on August 1, 2003. My family is the first this century to have a member who was a citizen of the United States of America to be secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse with all requests for explanation and records denied. More information about this remarkable denial of due process of law is available online in the website WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL.com and in the attached open letter to President Obama.

[IP ADDRESSES AND CAR TAGS OF MY STALKERS RELEASED TO OFFICIALS ONLY AT THIS TIME] I have made police reports to DeKalb County Police Department about my stalking online and in person, but police refuse to follow up on any of the crimes against me. I gave police the IP addresses for hackers that were captured by my computer security system. Detective Miller responded that hackers breaking into my computer system, stealing data from my hard drive, removing my emails, sending emails from my account misrepresenting themselves as being Mary Neal, and editing and deleting my Internet content are not crimes, which is, of course, a lie. Another DeKalb County officer came to my home and said that she acknowledges that cyberstalking is criminal, but she said DeKalb County will do nothing to investigate or stop the crimes. She also stated that I must cease and desist from attempting to speak with DeKalb County CEO Burell Ellis about police refusing to investigate the car tag numbers of my stalkers, including one man who followed me to the DeKalb County Library and admitted to me that he is “paid well” to stalk me. Computer interference happens when I use the library computers, which I often do since stalkers continually destroy PCs that I use at my home address.

When I attempted to speak to people in person in downtown Atlanta about the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother and denial of due process of law that continues eight years later, Atlanta police officers arrived at the location where I was speaking with the public, 127 Peachtree Street, and demanded that I cease and desist from standing on the public sidewalk and telling people about my disabled brother’s murder and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud that ensued. That law firm is apparently shielded from having documented consumer complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which refused to take my complaint. The Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communication Commission did accept my report regarding The Cochran Firm, but there was no follow-up on the law firm. Georgia Superior Court issued an order dismissing my lawsuit in 2006 affirming The Cochran Firm’s perjury that it put forth in court, stating that The Cochran Firm has zero law offices within the State of Georgia and does not do business out of 127 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia. I report online that The Cochran Firm is allowed to advertise its main Atlanta office worldwide via its website, through legal search firms, on billboards, phone books, and throughout the Internet, but deny in courts of law that The Cochran Firm has law offices in this state when the firm is sued for fraud and deliberate malpractice by its clients.

The Cochran Firm attorneys commit fraud regularly against its own clients, who are in most cases African Americans and Latinos. [Read "Mary Neal to Ramapough People" to for a report about The Cochran Firm fraud against Native Americans.] Information about The Cochran Firm frauds is something legal consumers have a right to know, but consumer reports are prevented by the BBB, failure of proper response from FCC, FTC, and Tennessee State Bar. Since authorities and the media refuse to notify the public about defrauded clients and the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm for its numerous frauds, I notify the public in hopes of saving legal consumers.

Stalkers who continually take over my computers at home and computer rental locals and libraries attempt to stop my reports about my brother’s murder and The Cochran Firm fraud from being publicized online. Former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman-Holley already broadcast that Cochran Firm clients are deliberately denied competent legal counsel during her NPR radio interview, which is available online at “Controversy at The Cochran Firm.” I am also pleased that Kentucky’s Appellate Court was just regarding the Anderson family and hope that California court will be fair regarding the Jackson family, which also allege being victims of the widespread Cochran Firm fraud. I hope that the Ramapough People of New Jersey and Kathryn Johnston’s family also get justice. Telephone stalkers, computer stalkers, and in-person stalkers were hired to keep me from alerting the general public and specific persons who I feel were victims of lawyer fraud. When stalkers destroy my home computers and I attempt to tell people in person, police become my stalkers. DeKalb County Police came to my home and dared me to attempt to speak to my elected officials about the police refusing to address crimes that are done to prevent disclosure about my brother’s murder and lawyer fraud which was done to prevent Larry Neal’s wrongful death case from going before a court of law. City of Atlanta police came to where I was legally speaking to people in conversational tones about the crimes I endure to prevent my First Amendment rights and threatened me with Taser and arrest for telling people about The Cochran Firm fraud and my brother’s murder, which is covered-up by authorities and the media, except for my own publishing of the information online.

Essentially, I am under an illegal injunction to be quiet about my brother’s police murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. As Dr. Martin Luther King stated, “If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they haven't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right.”

I would appreciate assistance protecting my right to speak and publish according to my rights under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. I ask that the United States Department of Justice obey President Obama's January 2009 Executive Order which set forth specific rules regarding responses due under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that Larry Neal's secret arrest and death in government custody be given due process of law, which should be equal to or greater than the accountability demanded for Michael Vick's dogs' deaths. I ask that criminals who take over my computer system be identified by their IP numbers and car tags and prosecuted according to federal and state law and that police stop interfering when I speak with people in public about Larry's secret arrest and murder and about The Cochran Firm fraud. It is my understanding that I act within the law by speaking and writing about these matters. However, if the Neal family is disqualified from the protections under the Constitution of the United States of America, please explain the exemption. Please respond to this correspondence. Please tell Attorney General Holder that I have NO freedom on the Georgia plantation where I live. I am praying for NAACP officers, members, and our Attorney General to have a nice dinner. Please take this opportunity to discuss threats to freedom like the National Defense Authorization Act's Section 1021 as well as H.R.3785 to repeal the law that allows the White House to order people into military detention without any criminal charges and without any opportunity for defense. There has never been a greater threat to freedom than that bill, which makes it impossible for people to feel safe using their other "freedoms," including free speech, freedom of press, religion, right to assemble peacefully and petition the government for a redress of grievances. You would be amazed at all the African Americans who do not realize freedom is gone under NDAA and that there is a congressional bill pending to restore the Bill of Rights - H.R.3785. Please see that no diner leaves the FREEDOM FUND DINNER without knowing about their opportunity to stand for freedom by repealing NDAA.
