Condolences to Eric Garner's family and close friends. Our family knows exactly how you feel. Take comfort in this: At least Eric's fatality is not a secret. You did not have to spend eleven years fighting to expose his wrongful death. You have open disclosure, thanks to the video taken by the young man who was indicted (whereas Eric's killer was not). Once all the police officers wear cameras, more African American men may be secretly arrested first, like Larry Neal was.

SECRET JAIL DEATHS are already catching on. Consider these cases:

JEROME MURDOUGH was dead for around three weeks before AP blew the cover-up when a reporter contacted the former Marine's family (baked to death at Riker's Island).

DARREN RAINEY had been dead for over a year before the public was informed by the Miami Herald (scalded to death in Dade County Correctional Institution's shower).

DANIEL LINSINBIGLER's mother was initially told by jail officials that her teenage son was found unresponsive in his cell, but inmates warehoused with him later told her, the media, and justice officials that Linsinbigler was murdered. His death was ruled a homicide by suffocation (pepper spray, restraint chair, and Taser in Florida's Clay County Jail).

MARY died weeks before her family was finally told when they arrived to visit her on Mother's Day in a Texas correctional facility. Mary had apparently been killed by her mentally ill cellmate, according to Brenda Anderson, who was released from the same facility. Anderson revealed the murder cover-up when she was a guest on a Human Rights Demand broadcast on Blogtalkradio. None of the cover-ups listed above were as successful as the one involving Larry Neal's kidnapping and secret murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail, which happened on August 1, 2003. Of course, Memphis has more experience with assassination cover-ups than most other places do, and probably more co-conspirators in Washington, D.C. (MLK). 

There may be many more deaths in custody that have not yet been disclosed - even to the victims' families. Cover-up conspiracies help avoid wrongful death lawsuits, censure from the U.N., and the nationwide protests that Eric Garner's unrequited death caused. Elected officials probably liked the idea of secret arrests so much that they passed NDAA in 2011.

Can you imagine how terrorized officials and judges throughout the country feel with Bill Windsor collecting testimony such as mine from people all over America who have been robbed of lives, property, their children, and freedom? Bill Windsor is not contemplating serial killings. Their sins have found them out, just like God said. Now they want to arrest Bill. My goodness! Frankly, I think he should STOP gathering more testimony about what America has become and publish the documentary now. God allowed His Son to die for us to have that opportunity, and we must all take advantage of His precious gift. You must apologize to people you offended and confess your sins.

February 2013 Freedom Fights

February is a monumental month. Many people are uniting against oppression during Black History Month 2013. Consider these three events, which are futher explained in the five(5) links at the end:

1 of 3. FEBRUARY 1 - Rev. Edward Pinkney, former NAACP president from Benton Harbor, Michigan, is leading a protest against the NAACP, America's oldest, largest civil rights organization. Rev. Pinkney will meet with many demonstrators in Hollywood, California at the NAACP Image Awards and march against the organization's hypocrisy. Every Sunday at 5pm ET, Rev. Pinkney pauses his Blogtalk Radio show for "burn, baby, burn," and over 4,500 NAACP membership cards have been burned so far. The NAACP's executive office is out of touch with the black community and committed only to fundraising from corporations and the government, even if it means working against the interests of the African American community. FEBRUARY 4 - Bill Windsor, justice advocate and executive producer of "Lawless America - the Movie," and hundreds of supporters will meet in the nation's capital to petition Congress for a redress of grievances. Windsor traveled to 50 states and took testimony from over 1,000 whistleblowers regarding government and judicial corruption. Victims of corruption reported wrongful deaths by police, wrongful convictions and false imprisonment, child-snatching by Children Protective Services, illegal foreclosures and evictions by SWAT teams, kangaroo court processes, and more. I don't know how they got to Bill, but I believe they did. They used to follow me in four cars and threaten to kill people in our family. They bought MANY homes on our street and put agents therein. My Lawless America Page Was Sabotaged

MARY NEAL WILL BE FEATURED IN "LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE." While most "Lawless America" testimonies about government corruption go no further than their local courthouses, my family is victimized by the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) in an elaborate cover-up of a mentally, physically disabled man's death. Larry Neal died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County, Tennessee Jail. The USDOJ was in overview of the jail after lawsuit by the USA for inmate abuse. Instead of doing its job to investigate the murder and bring justice, USDOJ officials, Shelby County Government officials, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm worked out an elaborate cover-up that has continued for nine years through two presidential administrations. Federal officials allowed Shelby County Government to enter testimony and reports into federal records that omitted Larry Neal's arrest, knowing that the mentally ill heart patient had indeed been arrested and died in custody. They colluded to defraud the Government, which is a felony. Rather than to arrest and prosecute officials who participated in the cover-up, the system employed a program of gangstalking and censorship against Larry's family to prevent public disclosure. The injustice system that imprisons and executes people at astronomical levels in the USA is itself criminal and covers its crimes through censorship, intimidation, false arrests and murders. It is racist and class conscious and thoroughly hypocritical. Like every criminal, its main objective is to avoid disclosure and punishment.

The Cochran Firm's role in the cover-up was to contract with Larry's family, then withhold any legal work while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed. When the Neals discovered The Cochran Firm's fraud and sued, the CoIntelPro lawyers were allowed to plead "not guilty by reason of nonexistence" and prevail based on that obvious perjury. After being denied justice, this writer discovered that Johnnie Cochran's name is being used to lure many unsuspecting blacks to that law firm which actually fired or forced out Cochran's attorneys immediately after his death. Certain clients are defrauded in cases of catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths that occurred under the color of law or because of corporate wrongdoing, while media companies, human and civil rights organizations, state bars, politicians, and legal referral services know about The Cochran Firm's real purpose but enable the frauds against black legal consumers by keeping the news about Larry Neal's murder cover-up and numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by its former clients and lawyers out of mainstream news. Africans in America are the most hated and feared people on the planet. The Cochran Firm's purpose is to give the semblance of justice while actually working to prevent it.

Asking "What happened to Larry Neal" made me the most censored person in the country - probably in the entire world. I have a team of cyber stalkers who go online with me whenever I do, day or night, to disrupt my freedom of press rights and keep Larry's government lynching covered-up - at least until after election day 2012. It is an intense tale about criminals in government that expanded on August 11, 2012, when my home was burglarized and original court files and evidence stolen that regard Neals v. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. This is strong evidence that we truly live in Lawless America. Pinkney had to do his entire show on July 8 without his co-host and regular guests. Neither I nor other callers were allowed to reach the most popular Blogtalk show. Furthermore, my telephone phone calls to Rev. Pinkney's phone at 269.925.0001 have been rejected for two weeks. The phone continuously rings, or all calls are immediately directed to voice mail. That is exactly what the CENSORSHIP FORCE does when people try to call me at 678.531.0262, or STALKERS play a lying message that says my phone is out of service! This is not the first generation to find free speech is one of those laws on paper that officials do not honor. Consider What Ertha Kit went through:  "Back in the 1968, Eartha Kitt was invited to a ladies luncheon at the White House hosted by Lady Bird Johnson. While at the luncheon, Kitt spoke out against the Vietnam War stating, 'You send the best of this country off to be shot and maimed. They rebel in the street. They don’t want to go to school because they’re going to be snatched off from their mothers to be shot in Vietnam.' After this remark, Kitt was blackballed in the United States and could only perform overseas for the next four years. The FBI and CIA even went as far as investigating her and could only find her to be “foul-mouthed and promiscuous.”

Boston is a great city - and Music Hall has a fame almost as extensive as that of Boston. Nowhere more than here have the principles of human freedom been expounded. But for the circumstances already mentioned, it would seem almost presumption for me to say anything here about those principles. And yet, even here, in Boston, the moral atmosphere is dark and heavy. The principles of human liberty, even I correctly apprehended, find but limited support in this hour a trial. The world moves slowly, and Boston is much like the world. We thought the principle of free speech was an accomplished fact. Here, if nowhere else, we thought the right of the people to assemble and to express their opinion was secure. Dr. Channing had defended the right, Mr. Garrison had practically asserted the right, and Theodore Parker had maintained it with steadiness and fidelity to the last.

But here we are to-day contending for what we thought we gained years ago. The mortifying and disgraceful fact stares us in the face, that though Faneuil Hall and Bunker Hill Monument stand, freedom of speech is struck down. No lengthy detail of facts is needed. They are already notorious; far more so than will be wished ten years hence.

The world knows that last Monday a meeting assembled to discuss the question: "How Shall Slavery Be Abolished?" The world also knows that that meeting was invaded, insulted, captured by a mob of gentlemen, and thereafter broken up and dispersed by the order of the mayor, who refused to protect it, though called upon to do so. If this had been a mere outbreak of passion and prejudice among the baser sort, maddened by rum and hounded on by some wily politician to serve some immediate purpose, - a mere exceptional affair, - it might be allowed to rest with what has already been said. But the leaders of the mob were gentlemen. They were men who pride themselves upon their respect for law and order.

These gentlemen brought their respect for the law with them and proclaimed it loudly while in the very act of breaking the law. Theirs was the law of slavery. The law of free speech and the law for the protection of public meetings they trampled under foot, while they greatly magnified the law of slavery.

The scene was an instructive one. Men seldom see such a blending of the gentleman with the rowdy, as was shown on that occasion. It proved that human nature is very much the same, whether in tarpaulin or broadcloth. Nevertheless, when gentlemen approach us in the character of lawless and abandoned loafers, - assuming for the moment their manners and tempers, - they have themselves to blame if they are estimated below their quality.

No right was deemed by the fathers of the Government more sacred than the right of speech. It was in their eyes, as in the eyes of all thoughtful men, the great moral renovator of society and government. Daniel Webster called it a homebred right, a fireside privilege. Liberty is meaningless where the right to utter one's thoughts and opinions has ceased to exist. That, of all rights, is the dread of tyrants. It is the right which they first of all strike down. They know its power. Thrones, dominions, principalities, and powers, founded in injustice and wrong, are sure to tremble, if men are allowed to reason of righteousness, temperance, and of a judgment to come in their presence. Slavery cannot tolerate free speech. Five years of its exercise would banish the auction block and break every chain in the South. They will have none of it there, for they have the power. But shall it be so here?

Even here in Boston, and among the friends of freedom, we hear two voices: one denouncing the mob that broke up our meeting on Monday as a base and cowardly outrage; and another, deprecating and regretting the holding of such a meeting, by such men, at such a time. We are told that the meeting was ill-timed, and the parties to it unwise.

Why, what is the matter with us? Are we going to palliate and excuse a palpable and flagrant outrage on the right of speech, by implying that only a particular description of persons should exercise that right? Are we, at such a time, when a great principle has been struck down, to quench the moral indignation which the deed excites, by casting reflections upon those on whose persons the outrage has been committed? After all the arguments for liberty to which Boston has listened for more than a quarter of a century, has she yet to learn that the time to assert a right is the time when the right itself is called in question, and that the men of all others to assert it are the men to whom the right has been denied?

It would be no vindication of the right of speech to prove that certain gentlemen of great distinction, eminent for their learning and ability, are allowed to freely express their opinions on all subjects - including the subject of slavery. Such a vindication would need, itself, to be vindicated. It would add insult to injury. Not even an old-fashioned abolition meeting could vindicate that right in Boston just now. There can be no right of speech where any man, however lifted up, or however humble, however young, or however old, is overawed by force, and compelled to suppress his honest sentiments.

Equally clear is the right to hear. To suppress free speech is a double wrong. It violates the rights of the hearer as well as those of the speaker. It is just as criminal to rob a man of his right to speak and hear as it would be to rob him of his money. I have no doubt that Boston will vindicate this right. But in order to do so, there must be no concessions to the enemy. When a man is allowed to speak because he is rich and powerful, it aggravates the crime of denying the right to the poor and humble.

The principle must rest upon its own proper basis. And until the right is accorded to the humblest as freely as to the most exalted citizen, the government of Boston is but an empty name, and its freedom a mockery. A man's right to speak does not depend upon where he was born or upon his color. The simple quality of manhood is the solid basis of the right - and there let it rest forever.

After years of censorship and terrorism, I will soon be blessed to share news about my handicapped brother's murder cover-up and the sabotage of my human rights efforts with the world through "Lawless America Movie" and Press TV. Because murderers and accessories after the fact wish to hide Larry Neal's lynching, The Cochran Firm fraud against minorities, and other crimes against humanity I publish, they curtail my avenues of communication. Cyberstalkers interfere with my Internet usage (see videos at YouTube channel jkempp703), and police refuse to investigate the stalkers' IP addresses. In fact, police dare me to talk about these crimes to people in person. Atlanta police told me under the threat of Tasering and arrest in June 2011 that I have no freedom of speech. On Thursday, an international reporter tried to call my home at 678.531.0262 and was told that my phone number is not in service (more fraud). Some callers are directed to our voice mail service without the phone ringing in our home, then their messages are erased without our receipt. Like many oppressed people, no remedy was found by complaining about these offenses to police, media, courts, elected and appointed officials, and human and civil rights organizations within the USA. Apparently, when African American men are lynched in the 21st century, survivors are sometimes terrorized like blacks were in the 1940s to limit disclosure.

EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT STORY. Many families suffered wrongful deaths like the Neals, and others endure wrongful convictions or excessive sentencing. Some face other circumstances that are due in large part to systemic racism or have specialized knowledge about the problems bigotry continues to cause. People are invited to discuss oppression on Press TV, which will film interviews in three cities between June 5 and June 14, 2012: New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. Dr. Short wrote:

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

In conjunction with PressTV, several African American activists are creating a documentary to both discuss the grave problems of the African American National Minority group. Our focus is to show the glaring differentials in the broadly defined areas of Health, Education and Welfare as evidence of systematic neglect writ large and the existence of an inherent lack of will by the present socioeconomic and political structure of the United States to solve issues that hurt blacks disproportionately. Further, we are seeking scholars, activists, laypersons, and artists to help frame the current situation that faces African Americans to spur both national and international discussion and action on reversing the ethnocide of African Americans. We in particular want persons who work in the social services, schools, communities, judicial systems, and non-governmental agencies to provide relevant and understandable examples of systemic failure and neglect. This film is a call for people to discover their HUMAN RIGHTS. We wish to have use of photographs, film, and related visual materials to make the case for the need for the African American people to begin to see themselves as part of the global majority with a world where over 97% of the world's population lives outside of the USA.

Our film crew is lead by Mrs. Marzieh Hashimi who is the only African American anchor with PressTV which is the Iranian government-owned television network that broadcast world-wide. Mrs. Hashimi is a native of Louisiana's Jefferson Parish. She was a student activist, and she immigrated to Iran to escape state-sponsored Islamophobia in the USA. Hashimi has been a powerful voice for the oppressed all over the world, and she is responsible for internationalizing the Trayvon Martin case--by having this story put in twenty-four hour rotation on PressTV 6 days before it was reported in the mainstream American media. Many credit Hashimi's prescience to helping spur the largest awakening of African Americans in twenty years. She has come to America to try to help empower her people to secure their God-given rights that their government seeks to deny them by prompting an international discussion and movement to demand the rights of the world's largest ethnic national minority group that is wholly oppressed similar to the Palestinians.

We want to go into the communities and homes of those people who know first-hand the issues that hold a people captive to the excesses of the so-called "American exceptionalism". We believe by looking at health, food, employment, education, and all the facets of the society we can demonstrate a pattern of oppression that is both insidious and obvious; however, so vast in some dimensions that those oppressed do not totally see scope and scale of their barriers to freedom. We aim to present before the world many of the answers to why some of the circumstances exist in the African American situation, and, more importantly, the goal is to explain that the African American people have never breathed free in 500 years as an indigenous people unique in their history and creation as a modern-day nation-within a nation.

Those interested in sharing their perspectives are welcome. We are devoted to linking the African American challenges to the issues of our corporate need for self-determination and dignity and control over our fate as a united people. Death of Africans in America: Anglo American Ethnocide in 21st Century

In January 2009, the entire world witnessed the inauguration of President Barak Hussein Obama as the United States' first black president. The ascent of this son of a Kenyan and Anglo-American woman to hundreds of millions seemed to signal that the United States had overcome its long history stained by racism, slavery, xenophobia, and related intolerance. On the surface, African Americans could realistically aspire to hold the highest elected office in the United States. Nearly four years have passed since President Obama and his family settled in the White House, many intellectuals, activists, and clergy believe that the symbolism of a black president has done little for the situation of some 50 million African Americans. Since 2008, living standards and other indices of social well-being of African Americans, already in steep decline under former President George W. Bush, appear to have progressively gotten worse. African Americans are over represented in the negative social statistics in the United States. Given that they are a national minority that some have called a "nation within a nation", the constant flow of dismal by the American conglomerated media stories of bad health, prisons, crime, unemployment, poverty, the erosion of the family, AIDS, educational under-achievement, a toxic popular culture rife with hedonism, anomie, mediocrity, and the rare exceptional art and sport prodigies tossed in for cathartic relief appears to mask a far more serious matter. America was built on land acquired through genocide of the Native Americans who remain marginalized and confined to the periphery of society. It is accepted as an academic banality that there was a deliberate policy of genocide was implemented by the United States federal and states' governments to destroy Native Americans. Many of the negative stereotypes and social issues associated with African Americans are shared by Native Americans. Is this a coincidence?

In spite of the tremendous challenges faced by African Americans, millions have striven to leave the tobacco and cotton fields of serfdom of the South and urban slums to join the middle classes. For four centuries they have battled, mostly non-violently, against a racist, super-exploitative, and maniacally cruel Anglo-American Apartheid system as a pariah minority unaided and alone. They have had to struggle against a sophisticated oppressive system that has ever been able to mutate new methods of subjugation including an internalized caste system, forced economic dependency, eugenics, forced mass illiteracy, imposed anomie, collective punishment, extrajudicial and judicial terror, systemic unjust enrichment, forced servitude, and the use of state and local agencies to erode family life. Miraculously in past generations, African Americans rose to the occasion and spawned movements each successive decade from the 1640s into the 1980s.

Is it possible that the same America that was built by the bone, sinew, and backs of African laborers has desired to redux the old Indian Policy but refashioned for the blacks? Why is the land of the free and home of the brave so able to assimilate and receive into its middle classes virtually every other people under the sun but not its oldest population? Going beyond recitation of problems of African Americans, we want to look at root causes of troubling statistics and frightening demographic trends. The fact that nearly 11% of the world's prisoners are African American men who comprise less than a percent of the world's population poses serious questions about Americans society and how it treats its largest single ethnic group. As African communities are sacked by developers, farms stolen or seized via unjust means, schools shuttered, homes foreclosure, and data that points to a systematic program that is highly integrated and orchestrated, the world seems not to notice, and the gallant African American people appear to be fainting due to centuries of demographic fatigue resulting from centuries of oppression atavistic of the Anglo-American system of slow destruction.

The challenge of the African American might seem overwhelming, if not insurmountable; however, the options since the days of Abolition remain in place. The international community's power and influence has historically been in favor of black people. However, the established civil rights organizations in the 1940s waived their chances to truly address the African American question. Virtually all African American leaders that have sought to explore the use of international pressure as a tool to challenge injustice have been assassinated, overlooked, disappeared, or driven into exile. Nonetheless, Dr. Yussuf Naim Kly of the International Human Rights Association for American Minorities, a disciple of Malcolm X and a gifted writer an international lawyer, in the 1990s used the United Nations to combat the Los Angeles Police Department's brutal treatment of African American motorists Rodney King. Kly's small but well-educated and disciplined cadre of scholars and lawyers nearly forced the United States to face international scrutinity and sanction for the heinous abuse of its African American national minority ethny of over 45 million persons, which represents the largest single ethnic group in the world without any self-determination other than what is granted by a majoritarian democracy that stymies their self-development. Since 1990, a small but steady stream of African American activists, chief among these Queen Quett Macquette Goodwine of the Gullah Geechee Nation, have begun to demonstrate the potential of changing the reality of a people whose identity and historical formations was forged in chattelized slavery and centuries of gross human rights violations.

Today, we are seeking the freed voices of African American intellectuals, activists, artists, and laypersons that not only know the problems of their people but realize that the [importance of the] path blazed by William Patterson, Paul Robeson, Malcolm X, and Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to bring the United States before the world and demand reparations, reform, self-determination, and all human rights available to the African American people. The opinions are those of duly qualified persons able to see that the American duopoly of Republicans and Democrats hold no solution to the plight of the African Americans. They not bring their case for the professed America be prostrated to the truth of the practiced America.

Especially if you are one of America’s laid-off workers or a student interested in gaining practical work experience, consider volunteering to help promote justice. Today while I was out delivering invitations to the Atlanta Justice Symposium, I called home several times using different people's cell phones. As I suspected, none of the calls were allowed to get through to my phone number (678) 531-0262. I got constant rings with no voice mail, then I reached the voice mail box on the second try, although someone is always home at my house.."They" sometimes allow people to leave a message then delete it before I can play the voice mail. I also placed an invitation to the Justice Symposium at my MaryLovesJustice blog at http://MaryLovesJustice.blogspot.com . I noticed that on certain cellphones, the invitation opens AFTER the initial information that tells when and where the symposium will occur. In 2011, the Black History Parade in Atlanta suddenly got canceled when I published my intention to attend and protest hypocrisy there.
