1.  I DON'T BELIEVE a black former Los Angeles police officer named Christopher Dorner killed police officers in California and then burned up in a house fire that left only his (fireproof?) I.D., and I don't believe a black military man named Micah Xavier Johnson shot police officers in Texas and was then destroyed by a bomb. If these are false flag operations, they target blacks in the United States unjustly for hatred and retaliation, and I ask that this dramatization immediately end. For the first time, government and media companies began to legally conspire to defraud the American people.

4.  The frauds seem to have three main goals: 1) Induce Americans to forfeit our Second Amendment right to bear arms, 2) dispel racial harmony to create an atmosphere ripe for a civil war, and finally, 3) police America using foreign troops - an assembly of U.N. Peacekeepers.

8.  CIA: Police job applications favor psychopaths ~ Obviously, to induce Americans to abandon our sovereignty, we must have strong stimulus such as a civil war. That might be accomplished by using psychopathic police officers to continually injure and kill innocent, unarmed ethnic people throughout the nation, including women and children as well as mentally challenged people of all races. These crimes are generally denied prosecution and/or appropriate sentencing. "YourNewsWire" reported that according to the CIA, police job applications favor psychopaths. On July 10, 2013, a conservative watchdog group published information online claiming that the U.S. Department of Justice sent taxpayer money to Sanford, Florida to support organized protests decrying the killing of Trayvon Martin. 11.  2) Before and during George Zimmerman's prosecution for shooting Trayvon Martin, a black Homeland Security employee took to the Internet proclaiming "War on the Horizon!" Some films are on YouTube. One video by the Global Dispatch must have really frustrated warmongers. PROBLEM: How can elitists destroy unity among Americans and start a race war? Despite facilitating platforms for Homeland Security employees and CoIntelPro agents to promote mass murders, and despite hiring racist, low intelligence police officers and giving them carte blanche to beat, Taser, rape, and fatally shoot Americans on our streets and behind bars -- mostly blacks and Native American victims -- the citizenry has not yet responded by killing each other. Instead, ethnic peoples, including Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, and Asians, united with Caucasians in the USA and demanded an end to lawlessness. The year 2014 probably had more wrongful deaths by police than any year before, and there were more whites marching at numerous "Black Lives Matter" demonstrations than there were blacks. Americans of all races joined hands and marched against overuse of force. We lay in the streets together singing "I can't breathe" when Eric Gardner was killed in New York; we stretched our empty hands upward together and chanted "Hands Up! Don't Shoot!" when Officer Wilson of Ferguson PD killed Michael Brown. Police seemingly responded to our marches, petitions, and Internet protests by increasing their violence against America's most vulnerable citizens, including old people, children, homeless and/or mentally ill people, women and girls.

15.  Thus far, wrongful deaths by police were met with mostly peaceful, united resistance. Elitists apparently decided to escalate racial tension in this country by inciting unintelligent, militarized police officers to do even greater violence after observing false flag dramatizations starring African American men killing mostly white cops. This writer has a problem with subjecting innocent black people and other ethnics to violent attacks by racist or "loyal to the Blue Code," steroid-charged cops in order to start a civil war in the United States, overthrow the constitution, and institute Martial Law under foreign troops. 16.  What is the likelihood that two black men who worked in uniforms, one as a policeman and the other in the military, would suddenly start killing white people? We are asked to believe that Dorner, who bears a striking resemblance to a once-popular television actor, and Johnson allegedly became overwhelmed with racial indignation, killed police officers, and then died themselves in ways that made postmortem identification nearly impossible -- by fire and bomb, respectively. What coincidences! Although Americans are fed a steady diet of chemically altered foods, breathe toxins from chemtrails, drink lead in our water (a brain-damaging mineral), and are terrorized continually by tales of impending economic collapse, mass murders, and an imminent World War in addition to civil war, elitists might be surprised to learn how transparent their dramatizations appear to us. If more people do not denounce continuous false flags, it is not necessarily because they do not recognize the ruse. Rather, some Americans fear elitists who concoct such theatrics, especially if innocent people are being injured and murdered to give the dramatizations credence. They do not yet recognize that acquiescence did not save targeted people in Nazi Germany, and neither will it save Americans.

Who is most subject to mass incarceration in these United States? African Americans have been through enough and still undergo horrific disparate treatment. Please use some other population for all future dramatizations. Better yet, if those in authority want to live someplace where black people are sorely oppressed, perhaps they should GO TO WEST PAPUA, which is cruelly occupied by Indonesia while the United Nations does little to liberate and empower the indigenous people who are mostly Christians. Indonesia is the Muslim country where the president spent his formative childhood years during that nation's genocide against the black people of West Papua, which killed over 500,000. Indonesia, USA

The president's survival as a child growing up in Indonesia may have depended on his ability to ignore the genocide of people who looked like him and identify with their oppressors. More than 500,000 indigenous people of West Papua, who are dark skinned people, were murdered by Indonesians, and genocide continues in smaller numbers today. 

A man from West Papua smuggled the following video to me and requested that I make it widely available to people in the West. I uploaded the video at YouTube https://youtu.be/bQUfLGCkJQM and told him that he had probably made the worst possible choice about who should convey his message regarding oppression in his country (see the West Papua video embedded below. Warning: graphic violence). Since my own brother's secret arrest for three weeks and murder in the Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, I have been America's most censored person. Nevertheless, he asked me to help give his people a voice. Their plight seems ignored by the world as they endure mass arrests and massacres for any overtures toward independence and self-determination. The Indonesians, who are Muslims, seem comfortable abusing the people of West Papua, who are mostly Christians. Numerous human rights organizations urged President Obama to speak against Indonesia's oppression during his trip there in November 2010. BBC News Reports "Human rights groups have accused the Indonesian government and military of human rights abuses including imprisoning nonviolent protesters, oppressing free speech and crushing minority religious groups. And incidents of political bribery and corruption have undermined Indonesia's claims to transparent democracy." That language may remind one of articles and radio shows by MaryLovesJustice that chronicle my own oppression, intimidation, censorship, and financial persecution as I oppose discrimination against Americans who are either black or mentally ill or both, a Christian duty according to Proverbs 31:8-9.

President Obama spent his formative years in Indonesia during its most violent period when over 500,000 people of West Papua were killed. Such atrocities being done to people who looked like him might have had a profound effect on the child, perhaps making him less willing or able to stand against the oppression of Black people or any oppressed people in the United States. Growing up during the genocide against indigenous people in West Papua, it is reasonable to assume that the president's mother and step-father cautioned him not to object when he heard Indonesian soldiers boasting about their murders for the day. That period was even more violent than the video embedded above shows (the video is more current), and the child could have developed a high tolerance for the crimes against humanity that have increased significantly in the USA. He may have had a strong desire to disassociate himself from the dark-skinned genocide victims or even to pretend not to know or care about the victimization of people who resembled him more than his own family members did. Whereas that self-protective reaction is understandable for a child, that response is totally unacceptable for a president who has a sworn duty to uphold the rights of all citizens as set forth in the U.S. Constitution and numerous other domestic and international laws.

Rick Perlstein, a writer, speculated about the affect living in Indonesia during that gruesome period may have had on President Obama as a child. Although Human Rights Watch and others asked for President Obama to use his trip in 2010 to influence Indonesia to stop its barbarism, BBC News and other media reported that "US President Barack Obama held up Indonesia as an example of how a developing nation can embrace democracy and diversity." 'SHARED VALUES' OF USA AND INDONESIA

In his address, the president touched on the four years he spent in the country as a child and emphasized the importance of Indonesia's example as a growing economy and a majority-Muslim nation that is largely tolerant of other religions.

"Because as vast and diverse countries; as neighbors on either side of the Pacific; and above all as democracies - the United States and Indonesia are bound together by shared interests and shared values."

"Shared values" between the USA and Indonesia were exposed last fall as we watched militarized police attack peaceful protesters in Ferguson, Missouri as well as during the Occupy movement. The following December, he signed the NDAA (concentration camp) bill into law, which allows Americans to be indefinitely detained without trial for being perceived as "belligerent" by the White House.

I cannot pretend to be anything other than belligerent while unarmed Black children, men and women are catastrophically injured and killed by police officers who are very seldom held accountable for their actions. My belligerence shows when mentally ill Americans of all races are deliberately deprived of treatment then killed during lunacy arrests or as jail and prison inmates in abusive correctional facilities throughout this nation, where the press is denied admittance like the press is denied admittance to West Papua. I am belligerent over living as a virtual prisoner in my home for security with my phones and computers taken over to prevent disclosure about my own disabled brother's secret murder. While the human and civil rights of Black people and mentally challenged people of every race are continually trampled, and with protesters and journalists enduring attacks and wrongful arrests, we must all raise a belligerent fist and say to the spirit of Indonesia everywhere, "All lives matter!"

Stand Down, Ferguson: Camps Ahead

What happened during the Rodney King riots was a desperate attempt by a people who had long been deprived of due process in courts of law. For a period of time, African Americans were hopeful that police violence would be dealt with fairly in criminal and civil courts. That has not been the case. Therefore, the possibility of riots might indeed exist if Wilson is acquitted, but only because the justice system has failed to deliver on its promise of equal justice. In the event that the grand jury fails to indict, I certainly hope that there is no property damage and that no more people are hurt or killed in Missouri or elsewhere. I believe the best course of action if Wilson is acquitted is to press the U.S. Justice Dept. to levy federal charges, as was done in Rodney King's case, and that further demonstrations while tempers are high would be counterproductive.

Whereas Zimmerman was not a government employee, and the police had reportedly told him to stand down, that is not the case with Wilson. Federal prosecution should be the response to an acquittal by the Ferguson grand jury, should the acquittal occurs.

There is a time for all things. Ferguson is going to the United Nations, and the Justice Department has a job it should do to protect the right to life in the USA. Meanwhile, I caution protesters to be cognizant that in December 2011, the president signed the NDAA law, which permits the USA to detain citizens indefinitely without trial or any opportunity for defense. Many of us fought this law from coming to be, and we still oppose it. I perceive this law as a threat to the very idea of liberty and justice for every American, but particularly for the group that has the highest rate of incarceration presently, often without fair trials: African Americans.

Michael Brown was young and inexperienced, and so he died. I am convinced if he had known Officer Wilson would kill him, Brown would have obeyed Wilson immediately without words. The Ferguson protesters are not ignorant like Brown was about the viciousness of militarized police. At least two more young black men were killed in that area since Brown was, and a black woman is hospitalized with a gunshot wound to her head reportedly delivered by Ferguson police. Therefore, I implore Ferguson protesters to "go nowhere with an angry man," as the bible instructs. We have other options, the most important of which is to let tempers cool before embarking on any course of action should Officer Wilson be acquitted. History should teach us that any excuse would do to disregard the human and civil rights of African Americans, and there is a law that says "anything goes." Be angry, but exercise patience.

We have been concerned for some time about Martial Law and people being interned in the concentration camps that are waiting in America and foreign countries. It appears that the powers that should not be do not attempt to justly remedy wrongful deaths such as Brown's and my brother's and many other blacks endured in hopes that African Americans will give an excuse to institute Martial Law and use the concentration camps that are reportedly prepared, staffed, and stocked with supplies. How we respond to Ferguson if Wilson is acquitted could have eternal ramifications for all of us - meaning everyone in America. We have the ability to chose peace, which is really the only reasonable choice when opposed by such a formidable foe as this country can be if a people threatens its security.

Unless you want to be a suicide warrior and completely destroy this troubled peace we have had in this country since slavery officially ended, I advise everyone to STAND DOWN. There is a smarter way: Boycott 4 Justice.

Pre-Crime Arrests Approved in USA

Indefinite Detention Without Crimes

How do you feel about people in the USA being detained based on police suppositions that they have a high likelihood for future crimes? INDEFINITE DETENTION WITHOUT CRIMES, CRIMINAL CHARGES, OR DEFENSE IN ARIZONA ~It all begins with the mentally ill. Arizona is the latest to begin using pre-crime models to supposedly thwart attacks by those who are “near the breaking point.”

The video embedded below highlights how mental health police units look to harvest everything from medical records to gun purchases to online posts. Citing the crimes of Jared Loughner and Elliot Rodger, these units are being given the green light with new legislation to involuntarily detain those who are flagged.

As long as police use this power only to detain people in mental distress, it has the potential to benefit persons experiencing mental health crisis as well as their families and communities. People who have mental illnesses are usually denied treatment. Stringent restrictions ordinarily prevent families from involuntarily committing their members who need psychiatric treatment. In fact, mental hospitals have closed or downsized throughout the country to the point that inpatient treatment is nearly impossible even for voluntary commitments. Since Medicaid insurance was withdrawn for psychiatric inpatients in the 1970s, taxpayers have paid billions of dollars each year to warehouse mentally challenged people in the nation's jails and prisons rather than using much less money to improve community care and make hospitalization available for short-term and long-term psychiatric treatment.

Prison profiteering is spreading throughout America like an airborne disease. Care must be given to avoid civil and human rights abuses under this new psychiatric law. Psychological research studies have proved repeatedly that police perceive black youths as being perspective criminals. In the absence of stringent oversight, the new police powers to detain people who are not suspected of having done any crime whatsoever could be misused against minority populations and poor people.

According to the news video above, people who are detained under this law in Arizona are taken for psychological evaluations and not to jails or prisons, where 1.25 million mentally ill Americans wrongly endure incarceration as criminals. The law should state that at no point will people be jailed in the absence of crime. Pre-crime arrests are immoral and illegal according to the U.S. Constitution and Human Rights Law.

This writer does not need Scalia's warnings about America's tendencies toward Nazism. My mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in 2003 in Memphis Shelby County Jail, and my family is censored, intimidated, and financially persecuted for asking, "What Happened to Larry Neal?" I also have a friend, Elaine Riddick, who was forcibly sterilized in America's eugenics program (from 1930's to 1970s) to prevent her from giving birth to more "undesirables" (black people). Murderous Dramatization Starring Mary Neal Planned

On November 8, a U.S. Marshal came to the Neal's home in DeKalb County, Georgia. The black U.S. Marshal showed us a picture of a young, black man who he said was suspected of robbing and shooting four people in Oklahoma - Navy servicemen. He said one was killed with an automatic assault weapon. The marshal reported that my near-neighbor was the killer's mother and that she was suspected of having gone to Oklahoma to remove her son to Georgia. He gave us a Crime Stoppers card and said that if we saw anything at that house, we should call the police immediately, because we might be awarded up to $2,000.  I asked him why he did not get a search warrant and search the woman's house if he suspected that a murderer was hiding there. I told him the woman actually worked undercover for the police (like many of my neighbors do), and he denied that. Curiously, the U.S. Marshal did not see fit to inform anyone else on our street about the suspected murderer living in this woman's house - only the Neal family.

Immediately after the U.S. Marshal left, the woman, who we had not seen for days, came out of her house, got her mail, and swept her driveway for 30 minutes. I had never seen her sweep her driveway before. The woman, who does not seem to have a job (other than to coordinate the citizens police watch on my house) usually has a lawn service come out and do all of her yard work. I believe we were supposed to run and call Crime Stoppers, desperate for the reward. We laughed. Obviously, THEY had devised a dramatization for the Neal family. We were intended to call the police and report that the woman was home. The police would come out and arrest the blonde-headed black woman who I long suspected is an undercover cop. Then her son, the suspected murderer from Oklahoma, would stage a home invasion and shoot the Neal family - especially Mary Neal. That may be a scenario that powers in high places had devised to MURDER my family for asking "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" Sold-out media companies would then undoubtedly report that the Neals were killed in retaliation for reporting the woman who helped her murderous son escape from prosecution for the murder of a Navy serviceman in Oklahoma. As I wrote this article, I saw her speed away in her black Caddy. In fact, several of my suspected stalker neighbors just left. I suppose an emergency meeting is in order.

The U.S. Marshal told me not to tell anyone about the suspected murderer living in our neighbor's house - as though nobody else needed to know that the U.S. Government suspected that murderer was on our street - only the Neals. I called every human rights activist I knew and told them about the dramatization that had probably been concocted to kill my family within 30 minutes of the U.S. Marshal's visit. When I called the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalkradio show Sunday, November 10, I was not allowed to speak on the air. Rev. Pinkney said he did not see my phone number appear on his call-in board. Therefore, I suspected NSA or other stalkers stopped me from going on Blogtalkradio in order to prevent me from telling about their bosses' scheme to kill my family and me. The woman in this house seemed to follow me for months before I stopped driving and turned in my Nissan, which I loved. I was followed everywhere I went before I stopped driving in 2009 by up to four vehicles, one of which was usually a government vehicle. The woman moved into this house around the time that the Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm frauds was wrongly dismissed by United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, when Judge Timothy Batten ruled that whatever The Cochran Firm did to prevent justice for the Neal family was "immaterial" (February 2009). Much was done to terrorize my family to make us drop our justice quest throughout 2008 and ever since. I believe the grave pictured above, which was immediately dug in that woman's yard when she moved in, was a part of our terrorism. It remained in her front yard for over a year, until I went online and arranged a MoveOn.org meeting at my house in connection with the "Tax Day Make Them Pay" demonstrations in 2011. Immediately after I arranged the meeting, a bulldozer came and leveled the grave. Obviously, terrorists did not want others to see the grave my family had to see every time we looked out of the window or went outside. That is the same house that supposedly had the suspected murderer from Oklahoma hiding inside, according to the black U.S. Marshal. Americans should stop being prejudice. Blacks and Whites have united against truth and justice for us all.

I think they devised a plan regarding how to get rid of Mary Neal without it being made patently obvious that the human rights activist was killed for advocating for America's mentally ill population who are wrongly incarcerated for a common, treatable health condition and for asking for public records as to how and why Larry Neal was secretly arrested for 18 day in Memphis Shelby County Jail and murdered there in 2003, and NO GOVERNMENT AGENCY will answer our Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoenas for information related to that police kidnapping and murder of a mentally, physically disabled, harmless, middle age black AMERICAN CITIZEN.

They are sick of my telling about many murders of mentally challenged people of all races by police officers across America. THEY sent an agent to my house to sexually assault my elderly mother on her hospital bed - another crime against the Neals that they refuse to investigate. They staged two road accidents against my son. They did retaliatory arrests of Larry Neal's young male relatives. They listen to every phone call the Neals receive or make and hang up the phone when we say something they do not want us to tell. They intercept phone calls and prevent incoming and outgoing phone calls at will. They steal my emails as they see fit. They follow me to the post office. They edit my articles and steal photographs and text according to their discretion. A former district attorney in Wallacy County, Texas tried to hold top U.S. officials and judges responsible for covering up inmate abuses in his county in 2008, and you can see what happened to Juan Guerra. I cannot make the courts be fair to black people misrepresented by the treacherous (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. I cannot force the sold-out media companies to report the many lawsuits against The Cochran Firm that were filed since Johnnie's death, alleging fraud, malpractice, and racism. All I can do is ensure that these crimes are not done in secret. The next day when stalkers heard me awake in my house in the early afternoon, a caravan of 13 cars and trucks went to the woman's house and apparently conducted a search. I will post a photograph later. The vehicles were driven by mostly Caucasian men. They got rifles out of their back seats and trunks. A few put on bullet-proof vests with "U.S. Marshal" emblazoned across the back. Two men dressed as DeKalb County police officers were with them. As far as I could see, the police car was the only official vehicle in the caravan. They left about 30 minutes later without making any arrests. I wonder if DarrelleLydelleGoff is really related to the blonde-headed black woman who I strongly suspect is coordinator for my stalkers. Unfortunately, she fell in the lobby of the building as we were hurried outside because of a fire alarm. These are evil times, and we have very evil people in charge in local and federal government positions. Who shall deliver us from the evil ones? In God I trust. THEY kept us off the airwaves on twice the week of Christmas 2013 to prevent our reports about African American youths being held in indefinite detention without trials. NSA Conceals Lynchings?

During my 10-year justice quest that relegated me to my home with significant time to conduct research, I developed the following theory, which I present to you in twenty-three (23) points and four links:

1.   Elitists over and within the government consider all people in the U.S.A. as their personal property. Property owners determine the worth of human chattel based on pigmentation, wealth, and usefulness. The elitists are white supremacists who have little regard for Caucasians, less for yellow and brown people, and none for blacks.

2.   Human chattel move from the slave pool into active slavery as prisoners partly based on race. Subversive Caucasians (dissidents) lose their "white skin privilege."

3.   Humans are most productive when they feel they have self-determination and benefit from their labors. The notion that Americans are free and that the government is of, by, and for the people was imperative to induce human chattel to serve in the military, produce goods and services, pay taxes, and obey laws.

4.   Elitists have a goal to unite the world under one government. To achieve globalization, it is necessary to "flatten" the U.S. economy and citizens' rights to a level equal to more repressive regimes. Elitists desire to pay no more for workers in the United States than similarly situated workers earn in Africa, China, India and other developing nations.

5.   To remove the U.S. Constitution in one event might lead to a civil war and the risk of defeat. Therefore, a slow erosion of citizens rights coupled with progressive impoverishment was deemed the best course.

6.   Police serve the empire. The legal system is used to draw chattel from the slave pool into active slavery in order to preserve the illusion of democracy. Overt abuses of power by police and the legal system incur protests from the populace who do not realize they are all chattel. If the protests threaten the orderly descent into one world government that is planned, the federal government gives the appearance of intervention on behalf of civil rights to calm the populace.

7.   When police departments, jails and prisons or mental hospitals are investigated and found to have established a pattern of abusing citizens "rights," the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) intervenes and obtains oversight of the abusive institution. The U.S.A. arrives at an Agreement with the institution setting forth rules that institution must follow or risk losing its federal financial contribution and/or its autonomy. Abusing the terms of the Agreement could mean considerable fines, closure, arrests, and/or being taken over by the federal government, like airports were after 9/11.

8.  The public is ordinarily satisfied that an abusive police department, jail, prison, or mental hospital will behave under the overview of the USDOJ, and tensions cease. Protests and the threat of a slave rebellion end.

9.   People do not know that many if not all municipalities and institutions (police departments, jails, prisons, and mental hospitals) pay insurance, in money or stocks, to elitists over or within the Justice Department to be exempt from federal investigations and/or negative consequences resulting from their failure to honor citizens' rights or Agreements with the U.S. Government.

10.  When subsequent abuses happen in a "insured" municipality or institution in violation of its Agreement with the U.S. Government, the USDOJ helps the offending municipality or institution to cover up the abuses, including brutality and murders, rather than actually exercising the USDOJ's right to fine, close, take over, disrupt federal funds, and/or arrest officials and criminals directly responsible for the offenses (police officers, correctional officers, or hospital personnel).

11.  Juan Guerra was the only district attorney that I know about who exposed the covert payments made to high government officials to overlook brutality and murders of prisoners. He brought charges and won indictments in Willacy County, Texas in 2008 against the U.S. vice president and former attorney general, and numerous judges and other officials. They were accused of withholding federal investigations regarding abuses in Willacy County jails in exchange for money or private prison stocks. The legal system was used to punish Guerra after he won the grand jury indictments, and the cases never went to court. The proof Guerra used to win indictments and evidence that would have been presented to a jury were never publicly exposed.

12.  Memphis Police Department and Shelby County, Tennessee Government are "insured" entities. In 2000, Shelby County Jail was found to have established a pattern of inmate abuse that necessitated federal overview by the USDOJ. Shelby County officials entered into an Agreement with the U.S.A. to run the jail in accordance to certain guidelines to protect the "rights" of prisoners.

13.  Larry Neal's kidnapping, 18 days of secret incarceration, and murder in Shelby County Jail in 2003 violated the Agreement between the U.S.A. and the jail, but the county received federal protection. Therefore, Larry Neal's murder was covered up by the USDOJ, Shelby County Government, and The Cochran Firm, which entered contract as the Neals' wrongful death attorneys with no intention of actually rendering legal services to its clients. (The managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, Julian Bolton, was himself a Shelby County Commissioner and a former Chairman of the County Commissioners.)

14.  Larry's murder cover-up and The Cochran Firm fraud occurred during a period when the USDOJ was already receiving negative exposure for discriminating against U.S. attorneys who were Democrats and for torture in America's offshore "War on Terror" prisons (Guantanamo and Gitmo). Therefore, there was immediate and intense resistance to my efforts to expose my mentally, physically disabled brother's murder under secret arrest and the USDOJ's complicity in the cover-up.

15.  Shelby County Government, as a paying member of the nation's "protected" institutions and municipalities, and The Cochran Firm, as its security force, were not allowed to face lawsuit for Larry Neal's murder cover-up. Having to pay damages and be exposed to public scrutiny would (a) damage the USDOJ's reliability in the eyes of its other insureds and (b) expose the USDOJ's insurance scheme protecting abusive jails and prisons. I believe it is nationwide.

16.  The USDOJ wrote to me recently affirming that it has NO documents responsive to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests I submitted in 2009: nothing about the USA's Agreement with Shelby County Jail, no copies of reports the jail was mandated to make while operating under that Agreement, and no transcript from the public hearings to release the jail from federal overview. 17.  The "flattening" of America's economy and erosion of citizens' rights continued under the Obama Administration. Protection for "insured" police departments like Memphis has also continued.  Subjugation of African Americans to poverty, police violence, and mass incarceration worsened. At least twenty blacks were killed by police in Memphis since January 2012, and hundreds of unarmed blacks were killed nationwide. However, there is less resistance to oppression than ever before, because President Obama is the first black president and is reportedly "doing the best he can."

18.  The NDAA and other oppressive bills and Executive Orders that might have engendered more significant public protests under a Caucasian president were signed by President Obama. Hopes soon proved futile that Larry's murder would be investigated and that my family might receive due process of law regarding his wrongful death and my censorship and persecution.

19.  Having a black president and attorney general seemed to lessen the chances that oppressed people would receive justice and federal protection, especially blacks. One director of a human rights organization actually told me in 2012 to stop exposing my brother's secret arrest and murder and advocating for other oppressed people because it might negatively impact the president's reelection campaign.

20.  The agenda is on course to implement a one world government. Most media, including so-called independent media companies and social media, courts, state bars, police departments, judges, human and civil rights organizations, politicians from both major parties and independents, whether Caucasians or minorities, have already capitulated. Politicians vote for increasingly oppressive laws and support unsupportable policies, and media companies generally censor the news. They refuse to report or take action against government crimes like Larry's murder and my persecution but participate in government-authorized news reports and protests, like those regarding gay rights, immigration reform, and the Zimmerman verdict.

21. Depopulation and control over the world's food supply are intended to reduce the number of people on earth to a more controllable number and ensure their compliance. Wars, disease, famine, and HAARP disasters will be used to depopulate.

21.  Religion is a stumbling block to the implementation of the one world government, especially Christianity. The Bible forbids bowing down to any man and perceiving men as lords. It forbids apathy about human suffering and participation in causing it. Therefore, Christian evangelism (outreach) is gradually being outlawed.

23. Freedom of press and free speech are or were also impediments to implementing the one world government, which will be comprised of masters and servants. The Internet makes mass communication possible for voices that were never intended to be heard, like mine. Therefore, access to net freedom will be, and already has been, removed from everyone whose communication is not compliant. Net freedom was surrendered by the U.S. Congress in passing the NDAA law.

NDAA Bill Aims to Suppress Internet Freedom

The National Defense Authorization Bill 2012, unanimously backed by the Senate and passed in the House of Representatives Thursday, contains some language that allows the Pentagon to effectively wage a cyberwar on any domestic enemies of the state. The bill is a serious violation of First Amendment human and civil rights, including freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and the legislation could potentially hinder . . . whistleblowers in independent news media from exposing corruption from within the government.

The National Security Agency (NSA) is a part of the Department of Defense. The NDAA bill not only authorized the indefinite detention of people in America without criminal charges and trials, but it also authorized clandestine Internet attacks against people, groups, and nations, such as I experienced for years before attacks on First Amendment rights were made "legal" to "defend our nation." Agents do not just monitor everyone's emails and phone calls like Edward Snowden reported, but they also surreptitiously change or prevent communication that is censored, like the secret arrest and murder of a disabled black man in a "protected" jail and my advocacy to decriminalize mental illness and reduce mass incarceration. I advocated against passage of NDAA and united with two Facebook groups against it. NSA or other hackers apparently objected to my participation and terminated my membership in PANDA. That really is "an offensive operation in cyberspace."
