URGENT REQUEST: Please give Attorney General a copy of the letter below when he arrives at the NAACP Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner. I am a financially persecuted Christian justice advocate and cannot afford the $150 fee plus travel/hotel costs to attend. I was followed home after work every night in 2008 until I was laid off. I am writing for assistance and due process of law. I am essentially under false arrest by in-person stalkers and experience telephone and Internet stalking as well. These offenses are done to cover-up lawyer fraud and the 2003 secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who expired after around 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis, Shelby County Jail from mid-July until Larry’s death on August 1, 2003. My family is the first this century to have a member who was a citizen of the United States of America to be secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse with all requests for explanation and records denied. [IP ADDRESSES AND CAR TAGS OF MY STALKERS RELEASED TO OFFICIALS ONLY AT THIS TIME] I have made police reports to DeKalb County Police Department about my stalking online and in person, but police refuse to follow up on any of the crimes against me. I gave police the IP addresses for hackers that were captured by my computer security system. Detective Miller responded that hackers breaking into my computer system, stealing data from my hard drive, removing my emails, sending emails from my account misrepresenting themselves as being Mary Neal, and editing and deleting my Internet content are not crimes, which is, of course, a lie. Another DeKalb County officer came to my home and said that she acknowledges that cyberstalking is criminal, but she said DeKalb County will do nothing to investigate or stop the crimes. She also stated that I must cease and desist from attempting to speak with DeKalb County CEO Burell Ellis about police refusing to investigate the car tag numbers of my stalkers, including one man who followed me to the DeKalb County Library and admitted to me that he is “paid well” to stalk me. Computer interference happens when I use the library computers, which I often do since stalkers continually destroy PCs that I use at my home address.
When I attempted to speak to people in person in downtown Atlanta about the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother and denial of due process of law that continues eight years later,
Atlanta police officers arrived at the location where I was speaking with the public, 127 Peachtree Street, and demanded that I cease and desist from standing on the public sidewalk and telling people about my disabled brother’s murder and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud that ensued. That law firm is apparently shielded from having documented consumer complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which refused to take my complaint. The Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communication Commission did accept my report regarding The Cochran Firm, but there was no follow-up on the law firm. Georgia Superior Court issued an order dismissing my lawsuit in 2006 affirming The Cochran Firm’s perjury that it put forth in court, stating that The Cochran Firm has zero law offices within the State of Georgia and does not do business out of 127 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia. I report online that The Cochran Firm is allowed to advertise its main Atlanta office worldwide via its website, through legal search firms, on billboards, phone books, and throughout the Internet, but deny in courts of law that The Cochran Firm has law offices in this state when the firm is sued for fraud and deliberate malpractice by its clients.
The Cochran Firm attorneys commit fraud regularly against its own clients, who are in most cases African Americans and Latinos. [Read "Mary Neal to Ramapough People" to for a report about The Cochran Firm fraud against Native Americans.] Information about The Cochran Firm frauds is something legal consumers have a right to know, but consumer reports are prevented by the BBB, failure of proper response from FCC, FTC, and Tennessee State Bar. Since authorities and the media refuse to notify the public about defrauded clients and the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm for its numerous frauds, I notify the public in hopes of saving legal consumers.
Stalkers who continually take over my computers at home and computer rental locals and libraries attempt to stop my reports about my brother’s murder and The Cochran Firm fraud from being publicized online. Former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman-Holley already broadcast that Cochran Firm clients are deliberately denied competent legal counsel during her NPR radio interview, which is available online at “Controversy at The Cochran Firm.” I am also pleased that Kentucky’s Appellate Court was just regarding the Anderson family and hope that California court will be fair regarding the Jackson family, which also allege being victims of the widespread Cochran Firm fraud. I hope that the Ramapough People of New Jersey and Kathryn Johnston’s family also get justice. Telephone stalkers, computer stalkers, and in-person stalkers were hired to keep me from alerting the general public and specific persons who I feel were victims of lawyer fraud. When stalkers destroy my home computers and I attempt to tell people in person, police become my stalkers. DeKalb County Police came to my home and dared me to attempt to speak to my elected officials about the police refusing to address crimes that are done to prevent disclosure about my brother’s murder and lawyer fraud which was done to prevent Larry Neal’s wrongful death case from going before a court of law. City of Atlanta police came to where I was legally speaking to people in conversational tones about the crimes I endure to prevent my First Amendment rights and threatened me with Taser and arrest for telling people about The Cochran Firm fraud and my brother’s murder, which is covered-up by authorities and the media, except for my own publishing of the information online.
Essentially, I am under an illegal injunction to be quiet about my brother’s police murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. As Dr. Martin Luther King stated, “If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they haven't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right.”
I would appreciate assistance protecting my right to speak and publish according to my rights under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. I ask that the United States Department of Justice obey President Obama's January 2009 Executive Order which set forth specific rules regarding responses due under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that Larry Neal's secret arrest and death in government custody be given due process of law, which should be equal to or greater than the accountability demanded for Michael Vick's dogs' deaths. I ask that criminals who take over my computer system be identified by their IP numbers and car tags and prosecuted according to federal and state law and that police stop interfering when I speak with people in public about Larry's secret arrest and murder and about The Cochran Firm fraud. It is my understanding that I act within the law by speaking and writing about these matters. However, if the Neal family is disqualified from the protections under the Constitution of the United States of America, please explain the exemption. Please respond to this correspondence. Please tell Attorney General Holder that I have NO freedom on the Georgia plantation where I live. Ask him to PLEASE investigate and prosecute the stalkers who sabotage my net freedom to hide Larry Neal's murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. He was killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail on August 1, 2003, after having endured 18 days of secret incarceration during which period he may have been used to train enhanced interrogation specialists (torture experts for the War on Terror camps). The jail and the USDOJ refuse to release records to tell the Neal family the circumstances of Larry's death and why police in Memphis denied having him incarcerated for nearly three weeks, depriving him of vital heart and psychiatric medications. Our elderly mother has a right to know if Larry was Tasered to death, died in a restraint chair, or was waterboarded to train torture experts. She has nightmares about the scenarios under which her handicapped son may have died. Withholding records and justice regarding Larry Neal's death is very unAmerican and make a mockery of Larry's relatives' military and civil service. Secretly arresting and murdering mentally challenged African Americans makes a mockery of everything America represents.
The USA should respect human rights before continuing or starting more wars to compel other countries to honor their citizens' human rights.
