When Larry Neal was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, plenty of black NAACP members were in City Government and on the Shelby County Commission, including Michael Hooks, nephew of deceased former NAACP president Ben Hooks. That is why everyone should lay aside prejudice. There has been an elite integration among blacks, whites, Hispanics, and Jews in the United States of America. In 2011, Senator Levin, a Jew, introduced the bill for NDAA with provisions for indefinite detention in concentration camps without any criminal charges and opportunity for defense. In 2009, Alcee Hastings, a black Democrat from Florida, introduced H.R.645 to erect six concentration camps in America FOR Americans. In 2008, Former Attorney General Gonzales was indicted in Willacy County, Texas for allegedly accepting kickbacks and/or private prison stock for ignoring abuses of inmates, most of whom were Latino like himself. In 2010, the NAACP asked the U.S. Congress to outlaw menthol cigarettes and only menthol - the type that 85% of black smokers use. Yes, the NAACP is interested in enacting discriminatory laws to target blacks for prison if they smoke cigarettes while whites can continue to puff away. I do not know if the NAACP would get a commission for every black Newport and Kool smoker who goes to prison or not. Most articles and movies about slavery involve blacks in America but do not show how blacks were captured from their African villages BY OTHER AFRICANS. Racial prejudice is a fool's decision. All oppressors need do is get someone from one's own race to defraud the People, like some of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud lawyers do to minorities on a regular basis. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud Mary Neal" for videos and articles about the elaborate program of lawyer fraud against my family and numerous other minorities, including blacks, Latinos, and Native Americans.

Racial and party prejudice is nothing but narcissism. "He looks like me, so he is OK. She has hair like mine, so she is trustworthy. He represents my political party, so I know he is the best candidate." That foolish logic is being used against The People every day. Here is the one I really don't understand: "I WILL NOT SUPPORT REP. RON PAUL'S BILL H.R.3785 TO REPEAL NDAA'S PROVISION FOR INDEFINITE MILITARY DETENTION WITHOUT CRIMINAL CHARGES BECAUSE RON PAUL IS A WHITE REPUBLICAN. WE HATE HAVING THE THREAT OF CONCENTRATION CAMPS HANGING OVER OUR HEADS, BUT WE WILL NOT SUPPORT ANY BILL INTRODUCED BY RON PAUL, A REPUBLICAN CONTENDER AGAINST PRESIDENT OBAMA." For your information, oh prejudice ones, supporting a congressional bill is NOT how you cast a vote for president. Get a clue! I cannot believe oppressors have 1.25 million people wrongly incarcerated for being "crazy" and left you outside - so far.

4. In my family's experience, if Babar Ahmad is abused or murdered in U.S. prisons, the United States Department of Justice will help the facility cover-up the crime. That is what happened to my brother, Larry Neal, a 54 year old lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who was killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. An elaborate cover-up that continues today ensured immediately after his murder. The murder cover-up was engineered with help from The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which pretended to be Larry's family's wrongful death attorneys but actually held his case secretly inactive until Tennessee's statute of limitations was at its end. Then the USDOJ allowed the jail to enter fraudulent reports into federal records regarding the period when the USDOJ was in overview of the jail following lawsuit by the USA for inmate abuse: the jail apparently omitted reporting Larry's death.

Unfortunately, 60% of inmates in solitary confinement in America are mentally ill people who should be in treatment as hospital inpatients or outpatients, not suffering torture for months or years (some for decades) in lonely 6 foot by 9 foot containment cells, naked to prevent self-injury, and sleeping on cold, bare concrete slabs or iron bed rails. The harmless disabled American was killed under circumstances that neither the jail nor the United States Department of Justice will disclose. I live essentially under house arrest, surrounded by stalkers who take over my home computer and follow me wherever I go to ensure I do not access any computer they have no direct control over. This is done to impede my Internet reports about Larry's secret murder and inhumane treatment to 1.25 million other mentally ill inmates in the U.S.A. and mentally ill people killed during lunacy arrests.

6. Preventing my reports is likely done by/for prison investors who wish to have more mentally ill people imprisoned for inappropriate behavior caused by their common, treatable health conditions. The illegal censorship and stalking is condoned by federal and local justice officials. I mailed Eric Holder and Georgia officials the stalkers' IP addresses my computer security system captured after police refused to investigate and prosecute the crimes, but none of them responded. This is how far the authorities will go to hide the murder of a handicapped American in custody. I imagine they would do worse to hide abuse and murders involving Babar Ahmad and three other terror suspects. If a prison guard has compassion on those international inmates and reports their abuse, if they are abused or killed, the guard might also be gangstalked, persecuted with poverty, and find his phones and computers are taken over by stalkers to prevent him from communicating with the public about the crimes against humanity, which is what I experience. According to my stalkers, it is too late to save America from fascism. If it were too late to save America from fascism, Nazis would not work so hard to censor the truth about crimes against humanity that happen here. Make no mistake: Babar Ahmad and the other three terror suspects will be in danger in American prisons, just as 2.3 million Americans are already, especially since they are minority people and if any of them become mentally ill as a result of the stress they must feel. A 180-pound mentally ill Latino youth was arrested in a Utah private jail last October and emerged in February, four months later, as a 77-pound corpse. Prisoners in Georgia went on a nonviolent work strike in December 2010. During that period, my stalkers immediately removed 11,000 of my tweets from Twitter, where I am Koffietime, lest the public Google "human rights for prisoners" and read about my brother's murder. I wrote a poem about the prisoner strike, during which prisoners were brutalized and some went "missing." Georgia prisoners said they were so hungry they did not know what else to do! Inmates are made to work for major corporations and government agencies that seek to save money by using prison labor instead of hiring "free people," especially at union scale. 8. Yes, I would be surprised if Babar Ahmad and three other terror suspects are not waterboarded and otherwise tortured in American prisons. That may be how my brother Larry Neal was murdered - as practice for enhanced interrogation specialists. Other black mentally ill Americans have also gone missing after police custody and turned up months or a year later dead as door nails. Maybe they are being used for medical experiments like blacks were during the Tuskegee Experiments. Furthermore, U.S. prisons do not seem to have any evacuation plan for events like Irene. The prisoners at Rikers Island were left to perish in the storm in 2011 while much of New York was evacuated.

9. As I said, authorities REFUSE to say how they killed poor Larry Neal. Blacks are shot all the time in America by police officers, so it must be something much worse that officials are hiding by denying Larry's family any explanation or records in defiance of the Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoena. Pray for Americans, and try to keep Ahmad and others someplace safer where they might not go hungry or suffer violence that would be covered-up. GA Housing Discrimination: Arrest and Ban Blacks

I will report in the comments below which links stalkers code. It shows in my input field. The two links in this paragraph 1 AND one link in paragraph 5, which is to "WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL," are a different color from the four links to Hickman's censored videos in paragraph 2, wherein she divulges her victimization as a black woman who claims being maliciously arrested, banned from her home, and divorced by the system from her mentally ill husband in Georgia.) I hope the fact that this lady's plight is censored will be helpful to her lawsuit against Glynn County officials and lawyers who conspired against her to make the Hickmans lose their home in a predominately white subdivision by arresting and banning Ms. Hickman, with full knowledge that Mr. Hickman is a PTSD Vietnam veteran who hasn't the wherewithal to handle legal and financial matters.

PARAGRAPH 3. Stalkers would not let Hickman's video 2 of 5 link by my selecting "link" from my toolbar. They probably intend to attack it. The way racists prevent minority persons from communicating about their injustices online in America is by using "INTERNET CENSORSHIP AMERICAN STYLE." Google that title and add my name in your web browser to the title. I found that Nazis sometimes name articles the same title I use immediately after I publish censored news to divert the public from injustices which I report online.

PARAGRAPH 4 (EIGHT LINES OR MORE). Before I was prevented from adding the data above and links to Hickman's other four videos in this series, this Georgia slave woman was allowed to post four other comments. In one comment, I wrote: "Hickman filed criminal fraud charges against Jason Clark, the attorney who she said accepted $10,000 from her to sue Glynn County officials but was not even registered to appear before the court where suit was to be filed. I told Hickman it would have gone badly anyway. I have a federal court order from USDC, Northern District of GA, dismissing Neals v. The Cochran Firm stating that WHATEVER THE COCHRAN FIRM DID TO DEFRAUD MY FAMILY IS "IMMATERIAL." We're too black for justice in Georgia. One on the judges on the order to dismiss our lawsuit had already recused himself! The cartoonist who came to Georgia to assist me by drawing some pictures no one could falsely claim was nearly run over by two stalkers in a red and a white van the week of January 24, 2012. We did not even bother to call the police because POLICE REFUSE TO ADDRESS CRIMES TO PREVENT DISCLOSURE ABOUT LARRY NEAL'S MURDER UNDER SECRET ARREST AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY I REPORT.

On April 2, 2012, Rev. Edward Pinkney, president of the Benton Harbor/Twin City NAACP branch, filed a lawsuit against Ben Jealous, nat'l NAACP president, and state president Yvonne White and Vice Pres. James Gill.

Defendants White and Gill knowingly and willfully entered into a joint agreement with Whirlpool employee Marcus Robinson (Whirlpool's Consortium for Community Development, and Band of Brethren) to take over the BH/Twin City NAACP, and to suspend membership fees for new people Robinson brings to NAACP.

Whirlpool Corp. circulated an email stating the nat'l. and state NAACP offices were persuaded to undertake the reorganization of the branch - with the specific intention of revitalizing the leadership. It stated that members should contact Marcus Robinson rather than the branch elected officers or executive officers. This is an attempt at a hostile takeover of the local NAACP branch by the defendants and the following: James Hightower, Leonard Seawood, Whirlpool Corp., the PGA tournament, and Harbor Shores.

The lawsuit will be heard on April 11, 2012, 10am, Judge Sullivan's courtroom in Detroit.

“The thrust is to physically remove and destroy families through the use of the criminal justice system. Note - The Dog Justice for Mentally Ill link was attacked. It is the only one that could be used for funds to continue advocacy to decriminalize mental illness. Police Kill: Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr., Black Marine Vet

Although most black men killed by police are young, Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr., a 68-year-old African-American Marine veteran, proves old age and disability are not deterrents. Chamberlain was fatally shot in November by White Plains, NY, police who responded to a false alarm from his medical alert pendant. The officers broke down Chamberlain’s door, tasered him, and then shot him dead. I used to live next door to an elderly lady whose medical alert pendant issued false alarms. Police and a fire truck would respond only to find no emergency. It must get frustrating. Police sometimes have a very low tolerance for handicapped people, especially black ones, so watch out! Larry, a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient, sometimes sang loud in a business area in Memphis, Tennessee. He hospitalized for 20 years until mental hospitals were closed and downsized in the 1970s to use mental patients to start private prisons. Please also pray for elderly black women. Kathryn Johnston, 92, was killed in a home invasion by Atlanta police in 2006. Invading police blasted Johnston in a hail of 36 bullets and 6 hit her. They then handcuffed the dying elder and planted drugs in her home to excuse their break-in.

I am thankful that MoveOn.org and Democracy Now are speaking up for Chamberlain's survivors. My brother's inexcusable kidnapping and murder were covered up by Shelby County Government and the United States Department of Justice, which was in overview of the "jail from hell" after a lawsuit by the U.S.A. If government agencies want a death covered-up, the media and some organizations ignore it. See if they steal my final paragraph that begins with "The 21st century wrongful deaths suffered by Africans in America amount to a staggering number . . . " Larry Neal's elaborate murder cover-up makes me wonder how many police killings really happen in a year. The wrongful death government officials focus their outrage on is Trayvon Martin's murder in Florida. Martin's shooting death does not subject government entities to a wrongful death lawsuit, because the shooter, Zimmerman, was a neighborhood watchman, not a police officer. Smart choice, officials!
