Gagged and Persecuted: Whistleblowers and Justice Seekers

Yvonne Hickman will be a guest on the Real Talk Blogtalkradio Show tonight at 11pm Eastern. She was arrested and banned from Glynn County, GA for three years because her mentally ill husband said she repeatedly ran over him in a car, although he didn't have a scratch on him. Brunswick, Georgia in Glynn County will try two black boys in August for murdering a mentally ill white woman's baby although gunpowder residue was found on the baby's parents, Sherri West, and her boyfriend, Louis Santiago, the baby's father. In my "Justice Gagged" article called "Redirecting Links for Censorship" is an example showing how links to radio shows are redirected by NSA, or whomever censors news about America's hidden shame - victimization of blacks and working class people of other races.** Edward Snowden, who exposed the NSA program that spies on Americans, did not expose the censorship that happens. Snowden was recently granted temporary asylum for one year in Russia, where he was living in the airport since exposing the fact that neither American citizens nor foreign officials have privacy regarding their Internet communications and telephone calls. Private Bradley Manning is being sentenced this week for revealing war crimes.

Many people celebrate the fact that Russia gave Snowden temporary asylum. I copied/pasted the picture below from my Google+ home page. Snowden probably should only drive in old cars to avoid a crash and burn, or stay home and pray like I do. During the years while I have lived almost like Anne Frank, I have relied most on Google and Twitter where I am @koffietime to advocate for justice for my family and many others. I cannot describe to you how it feels to open my Twitter page and see changes I did not make to my followers or people I follow, or get messages like the one from Google saying that my post is "visible only to me."

Yvonne Hickman Sues President Obama Under KKK Clause


Yvonne Hickman filed a lawsuit today against President Obama, Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, and other officials regarding her illegal eviction and banishment from Glynn County, Georgia. She was evicted and banished because her husband, a 100% disabled U.S. veteran from Vietnam, filed a police report saying that Yvonne continually ran over him in her car. She writes: Today, I sued the President of the United States, his attorney general, Eric Holder, his FBI director, Robert Mueller, his Secretary of Veteran Affairs, Eric Shinseki, and the federal magistrate court judge that refused to adhere to the federal rules of civil procedures, James Graham. By Monday, I will have sued the Governor of Georgia, Nathan Deal, over insurance and the lost of my household goods, and the Georgia Bar, who allows such nonsense because they refused to discipline lawyers, and they ignore claims against corrupt judges. I am an American and have sued the US government for violating my civil rights and used RICO and 42 USC 1981 (also known as the KKK clause) and 42 USC 1983 under the civil rights act for violating my constitutional rights.

This writer was contacted by Yvonne Hickman in winter 2011 to help her publish the injustices she endured. She was arrested and banned from her home off the word of a mentally disabled man, suffered enforced separation from her husband during which time their home was foreclosed upon, paid numerous lawyers for legal work they did not do, was forced by the court to pay Sentinel Services $30 per month supervision fees although she had never had a trial or conviction on any charges, was illegally divorced from her husband who needs her, and was denied justice from every official or court where she sought it since her arrest in December 2009. Yvonne feels none of this would have happened to a wealthy Caucasian wife of a sick veteran, or if it did, some official would have brought remedy before four years passed. Georgia Bar Promises Attorney Immunity


Below is an example of how grievances against lawyers are handled by the Georgia Bar. Note that Dean Veenstra, the Bar investigator, claims this is not an official grievance because it has not been determined whether rules of professional conduct have been violated. That is a question to be determined during the investigation. However, Veenstra promises Wetzler, the attorney whose conduct is to be investigated, that Hickman's complaint will be immediately dismissed upon a cursory response from Wetzler. This is how justice issues are handled in Georgia, which was pronounced the nation's most corrupt state in 2012 by the Center for Public Integrity. Yvonne Hickman is a former Georgia resident - "former" because she suffered false arrest and was banished from her home and county - Glynn County. Hickman says Wetzler is one of six attorneys who accepted Hickman's case on retainer, then withheld legal services. Hickman's 100% mentally disabled husband, a Vietnam veteran who suffers from PTSD, accused Hickman of continually running over him with her car. Mr.Hickman had no injuries and did not miss going to the gym pumping iron at any time after he was "run over by his wife," but that did not stop officials from arresting her, putting her under a $10,000 bond, and extracting $35 monthly supervision fees (paid to Sentinel) on charges that prosecutors will not take to court. Hickman fights to clear her name from Georgia to Washington, but is denied a trial and feels that she is extorted of $35 per month. On June 25, 2012, Judge E.M. Wilkes, III wrote an Order stating, "The Court can find no pending case at this time, but notes that Hon. Stephen G. Scarlett, Sr. entered an Order dated May 29, 2012, stating that the record reflects no indictment or accusation has been filed on charges [for] which Defendant was arrested thus far." When the first "hit and run" supposedly happened on December 3, 2009, Sherita Jones, a woman Hickman never met, read about her circumstances in the newspaper and put her home up for Hickman's bond. Hickman recently filed a Motion to release Jones' property from the bond. Hickman says after she was banned from Glynn County, she was given numerous court dates, but never for a trial on her husband's allegations. Hickman traveled back to Georgia from Maryland, where she moved when forced to abandon her home and sick husband. Hickman believes Glynn County officials hoped she would miss a court date and allow the opportunity to take Jones' home.

Glynn Co. Georgia Banishes Blacks - Tape 3 of 5


We who suffer from government corruption solute William Windsor and his film crew for producing "Lawless America Movie" to expose judicial and government corruption in order to SAVE AMERICA. Lawlessness is so pervasive that average citizens abandon their regular lives and devote time and revenue to expose and oppose victimization that aggressively targets minorities and working class whites. Government and media cover-ups, organized harassment programs, police-related violence, censorship, judicial misconduct, lawyer fraud, and rampant privatization of public services cause rising alarm. While average Americans are imprisoned at the world's highest rate, many of our decision makers show total disregard for the law, beginning with the U.S. Constitution.

When Yvonne Hickman contacted me about her mentally disabled husband's hallucinations and the problems  they caused, I warned her that justice is practically nonexistent in the United States, especially for African Americans. I told her about my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis. My family is denied any excuse, explanation, investigation, or records beyond a death certificate and autopsy report although Larry Neal died in a correctional facility that was already under direct overview by the United States Department of Justice following a lawsuit by the USA. Larry Neal's murder cover-up was arranged by lawless federal officials, Shelby County Jail, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which contracted to be our wrongful death attorneys in order to defraud Larry's survivors and keep his murder from going to court. Officials ignore Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoenas in order to keep Larry's murder their national secret. In fact, officials reached the same decision about my sick brother's death that they did about prisoners in the War on Terror Camps: There will be no prosecution for inmates' deaths. Officials want us to stop demanding accountability for Larry's murder and The Cochran Firm's fraud. In fact, our home was recently burglarized, and the only thing stolen were boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm pleadings and evidence that judges wrongfully kept from going before a jury in our two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, which is the only party we sued regarding Larry's murder cover-up thus far. The burglary occurred after I announced in articles that we plan to sue the United States Department of Justice for allowing and participating in Larry's murder cover-up and my harassment. I know there will be no investigation of the burglary. In fact, it was challenging just to get a police report on the crime.

I told Yvonne that suing for justice and/or putting her situation before civil and human rights "leaders" and organizations would not Change anything. They seem to be paid off or lack the courage to actually stand for justice. I also warned her that the media would ignore a black woman being forced to abandon her marriage because judges in Glynn County banished her from her home and county. But she was a civil servant for 23years and has great respect for rules and regulations, so she did not believe me. Yvonne knows there are laws to cover every wrong she endures, so she is determined to hold the system accountable. What Yvonne is still learning about is a carefully hidden fact: Elitists in America consider all working class Americans, especially blacks, their slaves. Laws are used to imprison 2.3million inmates, enforce taxation and the military draft, but the law is continually, blatantly ignored in cases where its application would demean, demote, or deny freedom to America's protected classes, which include police officers, lawyers, judges, and other government officials. In fact, those people collude against working class citizens who dare try to make America be "true to what she said on paper" (MLK). GA Housing Discrimination: Arrest and Ban Blacks

PARAGRAPH 3.    Stalkers would not let Hickman's video 2 of 5 link by my selecting "link" from my toolbar. They probably intend to attack it. The way racists prevent minority persons from communicating about their injustices online in America is by using "INTERNET CENSORSHIP AMERICAN STYLE." Google that title and add my name in your web browser to the title. I found that Nazis sometimes name articles the same title I use immediately after I publish censored news to divert the public from injustices which I report online.

PARAGRAPH 4 (EIGHT LINES OR MORE).   Before I was prevented from adding the data above and links to Hickman's other four videos in this series, this Georgia slave woman was allowed to post four other comments. In one comment, I wrote:  "Hickman filed criminal fraud charges against Jason Clark, the attorney who she said accepted $10,000 from her to sue Glynn County officials but was not even registered to appear before the court where suit was to be filed. I told Hickman it would have gone badly anyway. I have a federal court order from USDC, Northern District of GA, dismissing Neals v. The Cochran Firm stating that WHATEVER THE COCHRAN FIRM DID TO DEFRAUD MY FAMILY IS "IMMATERIAL." We're too black for justice in Georgia. One on the judges on the order to dismiss our lawsuit had already recused himself! 2011 Holiday Tragedies for America's Mentally Ill

Below is a report with thirteen (13) links within twelve(12) numbered paragraphs that I repeatedly sent to one of my own email accounts, but it never arrived there. I said, "My goodness! Did anyone I mailed this information to actually receive it?" Whatever cyberstalkers hide, I try harder to expose. "Mary, Mary, quite contrary!" While my online friends enjoy this festive season like I hope you are, thanks for not forgetting sick people living homeless, being brutalized, killed, or suffering in solitary confinement or on death row this very minute. Below are quick summaries about five of your mentally challenged neighbors, including veterans, who were killed, injured, or jailed because of their mental dysfunctions over the 2011 holiday season. This report includes data about two mentally challenged condemned inmates and a brief update about our justice quest for my brother Larry - America's secret government lynching.

 

2. -- A 15-year-old was shot and killed by Atlanta area police days before Christmas 2011 http://www.ajc.com/news/gwinnett/teen-with-machete-shot-1264925.html -  Dawntree ta'Shawn Williams had just been transported to the hospital by police a week before his fatal shooting. The child was acting dangerous. What happened the police officers' Tasers? I read about tranquilizers used to arrest a man in Tennessee a few years ago. Aren't there tranquilizer guns for humans, or only elephants captured alive?

3. --- An Afghanistan veteran with PTSD was killed by police http://www.armytimes.com/news/2011/11/army-vet-killed-by-police-had-ptsd-father-112111/  28-year-old Justin Crowley-Smilek was shot by police days before Thanksgiving, allegedly after threatening officers with a knife. (Whenever you read my articles via cellphone, elect to "go to page 1." The stalkers seemingly are censoring the account about sick prisoners in Georgia at paragraph 6 and my brother's lynching in Tennessee at paragraph 8.)

4. --- ANOTHER Afghanistan vet, this one with bipolar disorder, was brutalized by police  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaruH5wZwDI - "Kayvan Sabehgi, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, is in intensive care with a lacerated spleen. He says he was beaten by police close to the Occupy Oakland camp, but despite suffering agonising pain, did not reach hospital until 18 hours later." (Quote from Booman Tribune)

5. --- The Neal family is still DENIED any records or accountability by the United States Department of Justice or Memphis Shelby County Jail regarding the 18 days of secret arrest and extermination of Larry Neal in 2003. The means of Larry's murder remain undisclosed, and it seems dangerous to ask! Taser? Restraint Chair? Brutality? Medical experiments? Waterboarding training? We ask authorities year after year - eight years and counting. Homelessness, prison and death continue to be the nation's provisions for chronic mental patients, including veterans. Censoring the truth is not the way to appear democratic. It is best for America to "BE WHAT SHE SAID ON PAPER" (MLK).

6. --- Roughly 1.25 million mentally ill Americans are behind bars. Please help the mother of two mentally ill inmates (ages 19 and 22) visit her sons this holiday season. Ms. Goolsby must pay $700 probation and $50 transportation expenses to see them. It is easy to be on probation in Georgia, where 1 in 13 people are in the system. People are offered probation if they owe traffic tickets they are unable to pay on their court dates. Her 22-year-old was beaten and raped in prison recently, and the 19-year-old was in solitary confinement when we spoke. His grandmother reported to me since that time that the teen is out of solitary now. Hopefully Ms. Goolsby can see her son before he goes back in "the hole" again. Both sons were mentally ill from early childhood and declared disabled by the Government. However, mentally ill people are sorely punished if they act inappropriately in America. There are not enough hospital beds, but plenty of jail cells, including "private rooms." Hopefully, there will be room at Georgia Regional for the teen soon. His mother expected his transfer in July.

7. --- Some mental patients are on death row, like Andre Thomas who ate both his eyes since his arrest, and Jeff Wood, who is awaiting execution in Texas under the law of parties (that means Jeff never killed anyone). The justice system is merciless, and Texas leads the nations in executions that happened since the 1970's. Another state leads in executions throughout U.S. history, however. 8. --- Pray for the Hickman family. N. Hickman, a 100% mentally incompetent Vietnam vet with severe PTSD, thinks his wife continually runs over him in her car, and he calls police. Ms. Hickman has been arrested on her husband's wild allegations twice and is banned from their home in Glynn County, Georgia. See her five "Glynn County Bans Blacks" videos at YouTube at her channel. Although 2011 marks the third Christmas of the couple's court-enforced separation, Ms. Hickman cannot get a trial date set to defend herself against her sick husband's accusations. 9. --- Pray also for legal clients who rely on The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm in civil actions and for criminal defense. The law firm has a serious identity crisis and compulsion to lie to its own clients about legal work the firm is not really doing. My elderly mother and I sued the firm for defrauding my family regarding our wrongful death lawsuit against Memphis Shelby County Jail when Larry was killed there, but The Cochran Firm claimed nonexistence in the State of Georgia where Georgia marshals served our lawsuit (at the firm's widely advertised Peachtree Street office in Atlanta). That was in Superior Court of Fulton County. In United States District Court, The Cochran Firm claimed it has no law offices whatsoever within the State of Tennessee. Apparently, law firms can have mental health issues like people can. Judges allowed the perjury to go without censure. Numerous former clients across America are currently suing The Cochran Firm for defrauding them, so I hope their judges are more astute than my family had.

10. --- Some mentally ill people have no criminal charges but were arrested on lunacy warrants. My brother's capital crime was singing loud and occasional panhandling. Larry's death is a treated like a national secret although over a million people know. I use Larry as our poster child for a worst-case scenario regarding incarcerating acute mental patients. Exposing his lynching and the cover-up that yet continues eight years later engenders much censorship and terrorism against me. But if each one will tell one, together we can decriminalize mental illness in America. 

11. --- This holiday season and throughout 2012, please give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL and those in danger of imprisonment due to a common, treatable health condition. Christmas - Help Family with Mentally Ill Inmates Visit

PLEASE HELP Ms. Ronnett Goolsby visit her sons for Christmas. They are both MENTALLY ILL AND BEHIND BARS IN GEORGIA. She must pay a $700 probation fee before she can visit them, and she needs $50 for transportation. Many Americans who are not behind bars are nonetheless "in the system" as probationers and parolees, roughly 1 in 30 citizens. For instance, Georgia residents are offered probation when they cannot pay their traffic tickets on their court dates. If probation fees go unpaid and result in arrest, the inmates' charge would probably then read "violation of probation" rather than "drove 40 mph in a 25 mph speed zone."
Ms. Goolsby reported to me that one son got raped recently, and today he was hit in his head with a pipe. He called his mom from prison and said he received stitches, but his head is still bleeding. He is with the general population, and inmates have very little patience for mentally ill people. So do some prison guards.  Her other son is in solitary confinement in Rockdale County Jail, probably naked in a 9 foot by 6 foot cell. That is how acute mentally ill people usually fare in correctional facilities, and I am greatly censored to prevent my sharing their stories. Ms. Goolsby said the teen was to have been transferred to Georgia Regional Hospital in July, but perhaps there is no space there. America reduced beds in mental hospitals around the same time that prisons were privatized in America decades ago. Since decision makers stopped funding Medicaid for hospital inpatients, roughly 1.25 million mentally ill Americans and immigrants from the 99% are now in prison. Many people are prison investors. Maybe you are. Please look at your 401-K packages. Check with your brokers. Help some of your victims, please.

Ms. Goolsby hopes that as a result of the public learning about her two sons, more will be done to decriminalize mental illness. One in 13 Georgians is in the criminal justice system (much higher than the national average, which is higher than any country in world history). The inmate population includes these two young men who were declared mentally ill as youngsters and received social security, which they could not have qualified for without psychiatrists certifying their mental disabilities. In fact, they were developmentally disabled all their lives. Ms. Goolsby said her sons do not belong in jail, and she asked me to help her write letters to try to get them into care instead. But prison investors are often the decision makers regarding how public funds are spent, so things are not encouraging. It is less expensive and safer for communities when psychiatric patients are treated in assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs or hospitalized (depending on their functionality), but jails replaced treatment back in the 1970s, although taxpayers saved zero. Ms. Goolsby's sons (ages 19 and 22) want to please see their mama. They are not bad people, but they are sick and in need of your help.  Please help them have a visit for Christmas, and God will bless you. 
Ms. Goolsby cried as she spoke with me on the phone about her 22-year-old son being beaten and raped in prison. She worries that her teen may be alone in solitary at Christmas. Please also pray for a woman who was arrested and banned from Glynn County, Georgia because her husband, a Vietnam veteran with PTSD, hallucinates. He called police and falsely reported that Yvonne Hickman ran him over with her car. Mr. Hickman, a government-declared 100% mentally incompetent veteran, had no injuries and continued going to the gym every morning, and his wife's car had no damage. However, the judge ordered Ms. Hickman to leave her home and never return to Glynn County again. She was forced to leave on December 4, 2009, with only the clothes on her back. Consequently, Ms. Hickman lost her husband, her business, and their home is now in foreclosure. Her husband needs her, and she wants to look after him and try to save their home. I will write more about her later. He calls her repeatedly and does not understand why she left him, but Ms. Hickman cannot answer the phone; she is disallowed by the court from speaking with her husband. Our soldiers are transitioning home from Iraq soon. Many of them will have war wounds that do not show on x-rays. Can your mentally challenged loved ones call police and have you arrested and banished from your home due to PTSD hallucinations, without any sign of injury?  Without your care, will your loved ones wind up homeless, imprisoned, or dead, like millions of other mentally ill Americans have?

Pray for the Hickmans and the Goolsby family. Think of how you would feel if you and your sick children get sent to separate FEMA camps under provisions of S.1867, the bill our 112th Senate passed that allows for indefinite military detention of Americans without any crime or trial. It is time for everyone to show more concern for prison conditions. You or someone you love may be imprisoned one day, with or without cause. Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering (Hebrews 13:3). And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Since you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me (Matthew 25:40). 

December 25 Update: Ms. Benjamin, the young inmates' grandmother, reports that she saw her grandson in Rockdale County Jail last week. She said he goes in and out of solitary because of his inability to act appropriately due to mental illness. It is my understanding that inmates cannot receive visitors while in "the hole." If Ms. Goolsby gets the help she needs, she will be able to see her teen before his next health crisis remands him back into solitary. Your assistance is urgently needed.
