I am shocked. "Bill Windsor of Lawless America is preparing for trial on charges that he is a would-be Serial Killer. (Seven(7) links are in this article)

Bill Windsor has been accused of buying a gun to use on a group of people. There's also allegedly a judge in Santa Clara California saying Bill Windsor is a terrorist. We're not sure if these are connected.

Can you imagine how terrorized officials and judges throughout the country feel with Bill Windsor collecting testimony such as mine from people all over America who have been robbed of lives, property, their children, and freedom? Bill Windsor is not contemplating serial killings. Their sins have found them out, just like God said. Now they want to arrest Bill. The U.S. Congress was given discs with filmed testimony from hundreds of whistleblowers in January 2013. Is this their response? Arrest the messenger?

I had not gone to the Lawless America website in a while. Stalkers would not let me complete my Lawless America profile page when I tried, and neither does the Facebook "Lawless America" wall appear on my view when I conduct a search at Facebook for it. My phone is controlled, and phone stalkers prevent my joining Bill on his regular Sunday conference calls at TalkShoe. Therefore, I did not know the system was in hot pursuit of Bill Windsor and fabricating MURDER PLANS he supposedly made. My goodness! Frankly, I think he should STOP gathering more testimony about what America has become and publish the documentary now. But Bill Windsor wants to give everyone an opportunity to testify, so he is going back on the road.

I have been so fascinated about Memphis, Tennessee's KKK rally and anti-rally today (March 30, 2013) that I have been remiss about other matters, especially since stalkers made it difficult for me to participate in Lawless America. I was supposed to be a scriptwriter for Bill, but "they" removed the scripts right off my computer! Then Bill appointed me to be the Georgia coordinator, but my computer got destroyed and they blocked my participation in the TalkShoe conferences. Now I have a Google Chrome OS, and within weeks of my purchase, Google Chrome's operating system was hacked and partly taken down (not just my computer - Google itself)!

There is a much easier way to live than this, judges and government officials. You do not have to live in terror of the truth surfacing, and you must know that arresting Bill would not really relieve you of that. This is Easter weekend, and Jesus stands ready to forgive you for all your sins and accept you into His kingdom. God allowed His Son to die for us to have that opportunity, and we must all take advantage of His precious gift. You must apologize to people you offended and confess your sins.

Many of you may have to resign once the truth is known, and some of you would be eligible for arrest for your racketeering and treachery. But, "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" Please don't compound your offenses by falsely accusing Bill Windsor or sending wicked people to harm him. Someone else would only take up where Bill left off and continue his work, and you will have conspired against him for naught. "There is a way that seems right unto man, but the end thereof is death."

Decision makers, we have ALL sinned and come short of the glory of God. But praise be to God, we don't have to continue on that path. We can Change, repent, and be accepted into God's kingdom. He will protect you and provide for you. Have faith in God. It must be horrible to be terrified about the truth coming out year after year. You must be desperate, like King Herod was when he believed Jesus would dethrone him. He sent assassins after Jesus when my Lord was just a babe. But Jesus did not come to condemn the world, but to reconcile fallen man to Creator God. Next time, Jesus will come to destroy the works of Satan. Please repent and be saved. Memphis will host its KKK rally on March 30. The Klan will rally to protest a park's name change. The park was previously named for the first grand wizard of the KKK - Nathan Bedford Forrest. The city where police officers kill an average of one black citizen per month is accused of trying to stop any anti-Klan protest by arresting Lorenzo Komboa Ervin, vice-chair of the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation. Memphis is the city where my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and held for 18 days in Shelby County Jail while police denied to his family and social worker that he was incarcerated. On August 1, 2003, police announced that Larry had been incarcerated throughout the time that his family and social worker searched for him as a missing person, and that Larry had just died in custody. They refused to say under what circumstances Larry died. Officials eventually returned Larry's naked body without any explanation, excuse, inquest, investigation, and with all requests for records and accountability DENIED by both the murderous jail and the United States Department of Justice, which was in oversight of the jail after a lawsuit by the USA regarding inmate abuse. Larry's survivors have been stalked, financially persecuted, and censored for nearly 10 years because we continue to ask "What happened to Larry Neal?" Such racism is why the KKK is welcome to rally in Memphis, a so-called "chocolate city," while people who plan an anti-rally are not.

A political prisoner is defined as being "a person who has been imprisoned for holding or advocating dissenting political views." It is traditional in America, like many totalitarian countries, to use imprisonment to punish people for exposing and opposing injustice. Numerous political prisoners who were incarcerated during the civil rights era are still behind bars, and new freedom fighters have followed. Another tactic is assassination of perceived leaders, as happened to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who was murdered in Memphis in 1968. The happenings in Memphis today will demonstrate to the country and the world how little things have Changed, even with a significant number of blacks in government, including the President and U.S. Attorney General. I wrote a poem about that called "Mass Hypnosis."

Greetings,

About 30 minutes ago [around noon on March 22, 2013], one officer from the Memphis Police Department knocked on our front door. We did not open the door nor talk to him. He left after we did not respond.

We think this cop may have come to arrest Lorenzo in connection with the warrant issued by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department in Chattanooga for the unpaid court fees and fines for his 2001
misdemeanor conviction. Lorenzo and two other black activists were convicted for disrupting a meeting of the Chattanooga City Council in 1998, where they had gone to protest against police brutality.

This harassment is coming now in order to disrupt the Anti-Klan Protest on March 30 that the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation initiated, with the creation of the Ida B. Wells Coalition Against Racism and Police Brutality.The mayor and the police think that if they arrest Lorenzo, that will stop the protest. It will not.

Here 's what you can do to help. Complain to the police and the mayor about our harassment:

Exposed: Highlights for March 2013 - Black Genocide - Maafa21

Randy McMurray, Esq: "The Cochran Firm Racketeers!"

RANDY McMURRAY, ESQ, has a new label for The Cochran Firm's attorneys. I call them "The Cochran Firm Frauds," but he calls them "Cochran Firm Racketeers," and he has plenty of evidence. McMurray is a former partner in the Los Angeles office of The Cochran Firm, who worked with attorneys Brian Dunn and possibly with Daniel H. Cargnelutti. McMurray says he was defrauded, also, as well as the firm's clients across the country. Numerous former Cochran Firm associates and partners complained and some sued over the years to get remedy for The Cochran Firm fraud - the honest ones, usually. It is a shame how The Cochran Firm ran over the Indigenous People to save Ford and the EPA. They got rid of Gilliam first - took her off the case that was worth between $2 billion and $3 billion, then settled for only $12.5 million! Poor Mr. Mann and his People.

PLEASE don't let The Cochran Firm handle any death penalty cases! According to Shawn Chapman Holley, Johnnie Cochran did not want the firm to do any criminal defense work at all. He probably suspected (or knew) that his new partners are prison investors. Prisons earn much more for warehousing condemned inmates than inmates in the general population, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.

THE COCHRAN FIRM apparently defrauds other law firms as well as its clients and some of its own partners. See an excerpt of an article in New York Law Journal:

October 29, 2012 -- Two prominent civil rights firms in New York are accused by a three-lawyer Washington, D.C. firm of cheating it out of a significant fee as part of a $3.75million settlement in a wrongful death case. Catalano & Plache claims that [Cochran] Neufeld Scheck & Brustin and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady submitted court documents on settlement terms without naming Catalano as a participating firm.

"The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argues in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, Law Offices of Catalano & Plache v. Brustin, 157248/2012. "Defendants are scheming and attempting to avoid their legal, moral and ethical obligations."

We should ALL file a RICO Act racketeering lawsuit against the identity-challenged, absent-minded lawyers. They OFTEN forget who they are working for on civil cases - the plaintiffs or the defendants. They forget which cities they "operate" in and swear in court, "We are in no way affiliated with The Cochran Firm or any Cochran Firm offices." The Atlanta office lied in court, saying "We are a wholly owned Georgia corporation," and "We have no affiliation with any law offices whatsoever in Memphis, TN." Judges help them get away with perjury, too, or they simply refuse to hear the case against the frauds. That happened during a class action for race discrimination in California. Clients claimed The Cochran Firm FORGED THEIR NAMES ON A BOGUS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A MINISCULE SUM, but California Supreme Court shrugged.

The Cochran Firm lawyers sometimes use an alias name in court to defend the firm against fraud lawsuits, like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. did. He is the managing partner in the firm's Atlanta office, which is prolifically advertised at 127 Peachtree Street. But its very existence is denied in court in order to falsely claim that the Neal's lawsuit was not served to the "right" party. The Atlanta office came up with a sham name it called a PC, but that alias was never registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a corporation, PC, LLC, dba, or anything else. Most of the lawyers' frauds seem to be done to protect their clients' defendants.

While The Cochran Firm defrauds its attorneys and law firms it partnered with as well as its own clients, poor Lynne Stewart was disbarred, prosecuted, and imprisoned for carrying a letter to the press for her client. We seem to need courageous attorneys like Spire Law Group, Juan Guerra, or Alton Maddox at times like these. Maddox admired Johnnie Cochran and probably hates what the prejudice Alabama partners are doing to his name and legacy. Maddox is a civil/human rights attorney, also. He was prohibited from practicing law in any New York court after he missed a single court hearing. "Disparate sentencing" applies to attorneys, too, depending on who they represent and how well they do it.

I had hoped that my family's justice quest regarding Larry Neal's lynching and my terrorism following The Cochran Firm fraud would end on a quietly victorious note. But after viewing a movie called "Maafa21," which is available in the next article in FreeSpeakBlog, I recognize that elitists probably would not allow The Cochran Firm to pay damages and apologize for covering up my disabled brother's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail if the firm wanted to do so. None of them in that "eugenics/ genocide club" think it is necessary to treat Africans in America like real people. They believe us to be "imbeciles" and "useless eaters" and "the Negro problem" since slavery was declared illegal except for convicts, which is why America has the highest prison population in the history of the world. Upholding human and civil rights is not a popular idea in Washington at this time, either. McMurray's documentary proof (if you need more) that The Cochran Firm engages in deliberately false or misleading advertising and does shoddy legal work that rises to the level of RICO racketeering will be published in a subsequent article. Black Genocide - Maafa21

Maafa21 is a movie about eugenics and Black genocide. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. The movie embedded below shows that we Blacks are feared and hated, possibly by most Caucasian decision makers in corporations and governments. (Sixteen(16) links are in this article.)

After slavery, the Black man was considered obsolete and disposable. Our human rights have no little or no protection. One speaker on the film said if Blacks continue to push for equality, we will receive wholesale genocide. Eugenics through birth control and abortion are inadequate to sufficiently reduce Blacks' numbers in elitists' minds. Decision makers quoted on Maafa21 claimed Blacks are imbeciles, a people who drain the nation's economy and are incapable of self-governance. Decision makers placed roadblocks to our economic success and destroyed people and cities that disproved that racist theory. Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood, Georgia are two examples. I believe Black genocide is planned and that concentration camps, biomass incinerators, drone planes, CPUs, enforced vaccinations and microchips are awaiting that use. The prison industrial complex greatly reduces the number of Black men (and increasingly, Black women) during their child-bearing years. The justice system is used to control opposition from individuals and groups that are not parties to the the annihilation of Black and brown people in America. For instance, a fugitive summons was just issued for Lorenzo Ervin, who co-chairs Memphis Black Autonomy Network. This happened after his organization announced plans for an anti-Klan protest in Memphis on March 30, when the KKK plans to hold a mass rally there. Memphis is the city where Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. were murdered. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and murdered after 18 days of secret incarceration in 2003. Memphis police kill an average of one citizen a month, including children and the mentally ill.

The National Black Church Initiative (NBCI) denounced President Obama's "right" to order extrajudicial assassinations of persons who are denied any opportunity to face their accusers and defend themselves. NBCI is a faith-based coalition of 34,000 churches comprised of 15 denominations and 15.7 million African Americans. The article I read about NBCI's denouncement concerned drone planes but made no mention of NDAA Section 1021 for concentration camps or CPU bombs that reportedly can kill every man, woman, child and animal in a given geographic area but leave the buildings intact. Black Talk Radio Network published an article about the NBCI's denouncement which stated, "The Obama Administration has us believe that terrorism is the greatest threat to humanity, and that they reserve the right through the secular American creed to kill anyone, anywhere, who they label part of a terrorist organization."

Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter addressed concentration camp detainment in his article decrying America's human rights violations. He said, "In addition to American citizens’ being targeted for assassination or indefinite detention, recent laws have canceled the restraints in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to allow unprecedented violations of our rights to privacy through warrantless wiretapping and government mining of our electronic communications. Popular state laws permit detaining individuals because of their appearance, where they worship or with whom they associate."

Black and brown people have before us in Maafa21 the rationale for many injustices that happen to our people: We are considered, apparently, by the majority of Caucasians in decision making capacities in the USA, to be inhuman imbeciles who are unworthy of either life or liberty. And preparations are seemingly underway to remove both. Powerful, racist Caucasians have influence over numerous Blacks and "liberals" in religion, government, and civil/human rights organizations. Until my brother was murdered by Memphis police and we were denied the accountability that dogs get after wrongful death, I believed America had almost overcome its racism. Even after justice for that murder was denied and I became a CoIntelPro target and endured lawyer fraud, surveillance and censorship, and a burglary during which court records and evidence was seized, I still was unwilling to agree with persons I considered to be radicals who told me Blacks have no respected human rights in America. Memphis Hosts KKK Rally, March 30, 2013

Memphis, Tennessee hosts its Klan rally on March 30, 2013. The City Council says hoods will not be allowed. That must be inconvenient for all the black Klan members in Memphis - people who participate in the elaborate cover-up regarding the police kidnapping and murder of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, in 2003, and deny his family due process of law. The Memphis Commercial Appeal did not state whether or not Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq. of Atlanta plans to attend, but one can probably check The Cochran Firm's website for that information. One might expect David McLaughlin, Esq. and other Cochran Firm attorneys to attend if only they could wear hoods. No one can doubt The Cochran Firm's loyalty to the premise that guides the Klan, which is similar to the doctrine that was/is faithfully applied by the FBI's Counter Intelligence Program, called "CoIntelPro." I described this program in my article, "Mary Neal's Black History Month 2011." An excerpt is below:

Wikipedia describes the program: “COINTELPRO (an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program) was [is] a series of covert, and often illegal, projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations. COINTELPRO tactics included discrediting targets through psychological warfare, planting false reports in the media, smearing through forged letters, harassment, wrongful imprisonment, extralegal violence and assassination. Covert operations under COINTELPRO took place between 1956 and 1971 [it must have a different name now]; however, the FBI has used covert operations against domestic political groups since its inception. The FBI's stated motivation at the time was ‘protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order [which was/is wealthy white supremacy. Working class Caucasians are not significantly more highly regarded than blacks, but they do not want the Klan to know].’”

So-called "civil rights leaders" have a novel response to the Klan's rally: "Ignore them." JoNina Ervin, Chairperson of Memphis Black Autonomy Federation, spoke about the so-called "leaders'" response: "The president of the Memphis NAACP and the head of the local chapter of the Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV) shook hands this morning on Channel 3, agreeing to "ignore" the Klan on March 30. Rev. Keith Norman, president of the local NAACP, is a paid consultant of the Memphis Police Department, which is why the NAACP has not said a word about the 13 people the cops have killed since [the beginning of] last year. The SCV is a white supremacist organization, and it is a disgrace that the NAACP would collaborate with them."

The Memphis Black Autonomy Federation and Ida B. Wells Coalition Against Racism and Police Brutality have a different response: an anti-Klan protest with all people of conscience invited on March 30. See the organization's announcement and invitation at the end of this article.

I believe that many black politicians are also Klansmen or CoIntelPro agents against black people, like a noted photojournalist from Memphis during the civil rights era, Ernest Withers. In September 2010, Withers was exposed as having been an FBI informant under the COINTELPRO program. He was assigned to follow Martin Luther King, Jr. over the road during King's fight for civil rights. Racial tensions usually escalate during economic downturns as Americans polarize to compete for jobs and social benefits. This is directly opposite to what We the People should do, which is unite for justice. It is unacceptable that 99% of Americans compete for 5% of the wealth while the elite live high off the hog. Working class Caucasians should watch the remake of "The Titanic" again to see who the elite would suppress if there were no black or brown people in this country. In fact, elitists have already begun treating working class whites like "nig*#s." That is not happening because there is not enough revenue for everyone to live comfortably. While politicians and millionaire media companies warn about the economic cliff, politicians appropriated $645billion for the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which might be used in part to erect and equip concentration camps for Americans (of all races) who are captured and interned without any criminal charges or opportunities for defense. America's economy is being deliberately "flattened" in order for corporations to enjoy cheap labor whether their workers are in India, China, Africa, or America. Perhaps not knowing that, the Klan in the 21st century probably blames blacks and Latinos for layoffs and reductions in social program benefits.

Instead of marching on Washington and demanding that all corporate owners and stockholders either Divest or Resign, the KKK is having a rally in Memphis. They will likely only have fun dressing up and reminiscence about the good old days when not only policemen but any Caucasian could kill blacks without it being a problem. After the rally, Klansmen will return home with the same problems that threaten the security and well-being of every American except elitists: corporate greed and government misdeeds. In Washington, the Klan could demand that officials take the following steps to get off the economic cliff:

1. Tax Wall Street transactions. Just a 2% sales tax on stocks and bonds traded on Wall Street could pay off the entire national debt in no time.

2. Stop using trillions of dollars (borrowed money) and our children to police the world or spread imperialism.

3. Stop all tax breaks for corporations that manufacture, assemble or deliver goods and services in/from overseas locations or in prisons. Increase tariffs on imports, and levy additional taxes on products made in prisons. The Klansmen may not have been told that many jobs we believe went overseas actually went to a slave plantation (prison) nearby, including former union jobs.

4. Divest or Resign. God said no man can serve two masters, yet this is what we expect government officials to do. As long as they ARE the corporations, they cannot be expected to place the needs of the People over their own stock portfolios. Get corporations out of government.

5. Repeal every law that violates the U.S. Constitution. Some states have repealed NDAA Section 1021 (concentration camp provision) as it applies to Americans only. They may not know about congressional bills to strip Americans of their citizenship. We all sink or swim together on this Titanic.

Instead of oppressing and intimidating minorities, it would behoove Klansmen to apply their collective energy to demanding liberty and justice for ALL. In fact, it would make sense for Klansmen to work in unity with all Americans to accomplish the five Changes numerated above and such other changes as deemed necessary to remove elitists' feet from Americans' throats. That would be more effective than slapping mulatto babies, shooting black youths, lynching middle aged, harmless black mental patients like Larry Neal, or risking Martial Law to hold a rally in racist Memphis among so many closet Klansmen who are black as well as white to protest the renaming of a city park that was originally named after a Klansman. Accomplishing positive change requires unity, rather than allowing elitists to play one racial group against another while they gather and keep all the wealth of the nation through unjust laws, wrongful foreclosures, corporate bailouts, tax breaks for the very rich, concentration camps and prisons. Positive Change is more difficult than holding rallies. It requires unity.

While the Klan prepares for its rally, according to the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation, the Memphis City Council is considering legislation to make it more difficult to get a permit for a march and a rally. JoNina Ervin said, "This is unconstitutional and a blatant attempt to suppress the First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and the right of citizens to redress their grievances to the government. If the proposal becomes law, one group that it would very likely be used against is Black Autonomy Copwatch, to stop our protests against police murder and brutality." However, rally they will. in Memphis, Tennessee

(Memphis, Tenn.) – A multiracial coalition of activists around the United States will come here on March 30 for a mass protest against the Ku KluxKlan.

“This is 2013, not 1913. The KKK is a white terrorist organization whose fear-mongering tactics will no longer be tolerated,” said JoNina Ervin, the acting chair of the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation (MBAF), a local social justice group that created the anti-Klan coalition.

Hundreds of people throughout the United States are expected to participate in the protest led by the Ida B. Wells Coalition Against Racism and Police Brutality, Ervin said.

The Klan is coming to Memphis, a majority black city, to protest the recent decision by the Memphis City Council to change the name of a park in downtown Memphis named after Nathan Bedford Forrest. He was the first grand wizard of the Klan and a Confederate general in the Civil War whose troops massacred hundreds of slaves.

The Klan has filed a permit with the City of Memphis to hold a march and rally on March 30 at the Shelby County Courthouse.

“It is a disgrace that Memphis officials took so long to rename Forrest Park,” Ervin said. Most big cities in the southern United States changed the names of parks and monuments named after Confederate generals years ago," she said. "Forrest Park was renamed Health Sciences Park."
