BBC News apparently carried a report on June 12, 1998 called, "World: African Apartheid government sought germs to kill blacks." An excerpt from the article is below:
A South African scientist has told the Truth and Reconciliation Commission that the apartheid government considered trying to develop a bacteria which would kill only blacks.
The former head of a military research laboratory, Daan Goosen, told the commission that the project had the backing of South Africa's then Surgeon General, who described it as "the most important project in the country."
Although the substance was never developed, Mr Goosen said that an unknown European scientist claimed to have developed a strain of bacteria in the early 1980s "capable of killing pigmented people." Read the entire article at the link below: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/110947.stm
Maafa21 is a movie about eugenics and Black genocide. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. The movie embedded below shows that we Blacks are feared and hated, possibly by most Caucasian decision makers in corporations and governments. (Sixteen(16) links are in this article.)
After slavery, the Black man was considered obsolete and disposable. Our human rights have no little or no protection. One speaker on the film said if Blacks continue to push for equality, we will receive wholesale genocide. Eugenics through birth control and abortion are inadequate to sufficiently reduce Blacks' numbers in elitists' minds. Decision makers quoted on Maafa21 claimed Blacks are imbeciles, a people who drain the nation's economy and are incapable of self-governance. Decision makers placed roadblocks to our economic success and destroyed people and cities that disproved that racist theory. Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood, Georgia are two examples. I believe Black genocide is planned and that concentration camps, biomass incinerators, drone planes, CPUs, enforced vaccinations and microchips are awaiting that use. Maafa21 is embedded below until "they" move it. It is currently at YouTube link http://youtu.be/ZAF2GPT_79Q (drag the browser over to begin after six(6) minutes). After the movie is removed from the link above, as videos I feature often are, please Google it. Maafa21 is much more than an anti-abortion film.
The prison industrial complex greatly reduces the number of Black men (and increasingly, Black women) during their child-bearing years. The justice system is used to control opposition from individuals and groups that are not parties to the the annihilation of Black and brown people in America. For instance, a fugitive summons was just issued for Lorenzo Ervin, who co-chairs Memphis Black Autonomy Network. This happened after his organization announced plans for an anti-Klan protest in Memphis on March 30, when the KKK plans to hold a mass rally there. Memphis is the city where Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. were murdered. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and murdered after 18 days of secret incarceration in 2003. Memphis police kill an average of one citizen a month, including children and the mentally ill.
The National Black Church Initiative (NBCI) denounced President Obama's "right" to order extrajudicial assassinations of persons who are denied any opportunity to face their accusers and defend themselves. NBCI is a faith-based coalition of 34,000 churches comprised of 15 denominations and 15.7 million African Americans. The article I read about NBCI's denouncement concerned drone planes but made no mention of NDAA Section 1021 for concentration camps or CPU bombs that reportedly can kill every man, woman, child and animal in a given geographic area but leave the buildings intact. Black Talk Radio Network published an article about the NBCI's denouncement which stated, "The Obama Administration has us believe that terrorism is the greatest threat to humanity, and that they reserve the right through the secular American creed to kill anyone, anywhere, who they label part of a terrorist organization."
Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter addressed concentration camp detainment in his article decrying America's human rights violations. He said, "In addition to American citizens’ being targeted for assassination or indefinite detention, recent laws have canceled the restraints in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to allow unprecedented violations of our rights to privacy through warrantless wiretapping and government mining of our electronic communications. Popular state laws permit detaining individuals because of their appearance, where they worship or with whom they associate." Black and brown people have before us in Maafa21 the rationale for many injustices that happen to our people: We are considered, apparently, by the majority of Caucasians in decision making capacities in the USA, to be inhuman imbeciles who are unworthy of either life or liberty. And preparations are seemingly underway to remove both. Powerful, racist Caucasians have influence over numerous Blacks and "liberals" in religion, government, and civil/human rights organizations. Until my brother was murdered by Memphis police and we were denied the accountability that dogs get after wrongful death, I believed America had almost overcome its racism. Even after justice for that murder was denied and I became a CoIntelPro target and endured lawyer fraud, surveillance and censorship, and a burglary during which court records and evidence was seized, I still was unwilling to agree with persons I considered to be radicals who told me Blacks have no respected human rights in America. Now I am convinced they are right and believe that you should also know the truth. Please share this article, including with TheBlackList. CoIntelPro prevents my communication with that and other black media online. Some of the tens of thousands of victims were under 8 years old. Mass incarceration of blacks during their childbearing years and murders of young blacks are also parts of the Black Genocide program. The photo is of my brother, Larry Neal, a handicapped American who was secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse after 18 days with records and accountability denied. That led to my becoming "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." See this link http://goo.gl/aELp3 - I founded and direct Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"), advocating for 1.25 million inmates who are wrongly and cruelly imprisoned rather than treated for their mental dysfunctions. I love God and the IDEA of America - a melting pot. Many hard lumps remain in the custard today. AIMI members work to have civil and human rights applied to all, including the mentally ill. We oppose wrongful convictions, prison profiteering, excessive sentencing, police brutality, capital punishment, and inequities in application of the law due to racial and economic disparities. We also oppose crime and recognize crime as being violations against human rights and property rights. Imprisonment is often warranted, but never brutality, torture, or death. We advocate love. The need is for America to "be true to what she said on paper" (MLK).
