The man who came to "fix" my laptop on April 6 was anything but regular. The ongoing effort to control my Internet usage led to a home invasion. A program on my PC alerts criminals on the illegal network whenever I turn on my computers so they can interfere with my notifying the world that The Cochran Firm Fraud is probably a government agency and promoting human rights for prisoners. Especially censored are my attempts to promote congressional bill H.R.619 to resume Medicaid for inpatient psychiatric treatment, which would give police an alternative to taking mentally ill people in crisis to jail.

I must frequently have my PCs wiped clean and software re-installed or replace the machines after illegal takeovers that are intended to suppress my freedom of speech/press. I reported these crimes to the FBI and local police, but since the Department of Justice itself has a vested interest in suppressing news about my brother's murder, no corrective action is taken. Mainstream media does not report my brother's murder and his family's intimidation and persecution for requesting records and accountability for his secret arrest and death, and the media frequently under-reports or withholds news about victimization against other mentally ill Americans and other citizens that are reported in my articles and emails, particularly news concerning prisoners. But with the Internet, blacklisted news can escape the shroud of censorship around events that the elite would prefer to hide.

Until this week, my family's computer interference was done by remote access from a distance. I am also followed when I go to the neighborhood libraries to use public PCs. The last time I went, I was asked to move from PC number 9 to number 13 to ensure that I was at the "right one" for me. When I use a flash drive at the public library, a screen opens saying files on on my flash drive are being copied, which should not happen. Library patrons must log on using a member number, and mine is apparently tracked to monitor/control my input and for illegal file sharing.
Michael Moon, the man who intercepted my call to another computer repair firm and came to service my PC, actually loaded the machine with worse malware than I had at first, and my PC remains on an undisclosed party's Intranet rather than my having free access to the Internet. My phone call was likely intercepted, and I called the enemy of justice. A partial list of the malware he installed includes:
nvModes, nscompat, ascompat, and FNTCACHE. If he installed more such programs, I do not recognize them, as I am not trained in computer technology (Google each program.) He also installed Adobe Air, a legitimate program that is useful regarding file sharing. Perhaps that installation makes it easier for cyberdogs to access and/or steal documents from my PC. Last month, cyberdogs stole the query letter that I prepared for submitting a book manuscript to potential publishers: "The Cochran Firm Fraud." It was in a folder on my desktop. Many documents that were prepared during our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm also disappeared, just as some of my emails are illegally deleted from my Yahoo and gMail email boxes, and others are prevented, outgoing and incoming. I have video proof for all allegations.
The technician had access to my entire downstairs for several 15-minute intervals during the 2.5 hours while he pretended to "clean" my PC as I attended to my aged mother upstairs. When I returned to my glass of tea on the coffee table, I became mysteriously sleepy and fell asleep for at least 30 minutes. I discovered the condition of my laptop after the technician left. I also found that the Internet cable was pulled from my kitchen computer. The cable was in a heap behind my kitchen table. I have not checked that PC for damage yet. The computer tech was supposed to be working on my laptop in the living room. I am concerned about what else he did while in our home. Did he plant bugs or drugs? Therefore, I called in a police report and notified the DOJ via email. I do not expect authorities to do anything about this since they refuse to investigate Larry's murder and my reports of being stalked and accosted, more serious crimes. But I wanted to document the home invasion and forestall whatever might be planned in case the invader planted something illegal in our house. See

When he finished sabotaging my computer,
the technician required a check for $80. Michael Moon did not have me to write the check to him or to the company on his business card. Instead, he requested that I make it payable to AHS. Hopefully, the initials do not stand for Attorney Hezekiah Sistrunk at a law firm that I do not admire, The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office (which is also uses numerous alias names).
When I discovered my PC had been loaded with spyware and I was still on the illegal Intranet after the technician left, I made several calls to the office number on Michael Moon's card. He did not respond. I checked QFC Technologies, Inc. in Georgia Secretary of State's list of corporate entities and found that the company closed in January 2006. The company on the tech's business card differed from Georgia Secretary of State's list of corporations in one respect: The QFC Technologies listed with the State was an "LLC," not an "Inc."
This is not my first time dealing with a business that falsely represented itself as being a Georgia coporation. The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office, a/k/a Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk (as in

Sistrunk - "AHS"), represented itself in court as being a "wholly owned and operated PC (professional corporation) within the State of Georgia," but it was not on the Secretary of State's list, either. I called QFC Technologies at (404) 914.2639 on April 7 and spoke to the receptionist. I repeated the information in messages I had left regarding my PC being loaded with malware and still being on an Intranet. I asked her about "AHS." She responded that she knew nothing about "AHS" and was surprised I was asked to make my check payable to that party. She promised to call the technician, who was actually her boss, on his private number and have him to call me immediately. About ten minutes later, the QFC Technologies receptionist called me back and informed me that she had just been fired. She complained that before she could call her boss and relay my message, her boss, Mr. Moon, called her and told her he did not approve of the way she handled the phone conversation with me.
I assume the man heard my phone conversation with his receptionist by using the wiretap on my telephone, which is the same way he arranged to come to my home and pretend to repair my PC. His business card does not match the actual phone number I called for computer repair.

I am glad the report said "and more." Actually, lots more is happening than merely gathering information. In my case, people prevent me from uploading certain information on the Internet, as my two-year video library chronicling computer interference demonstrates.
Ironically, at the same time that government is openly using fake identities and some law firms use alias names to defraud citizens (The Cochran Firm's Memphis office is/was listed as "alias name" in the Tennessee Secretary of State records), more surety is demanded to prove that regular people are exactly who they claim. Georgia Bar and Tennessee Bar should apologize to any law firms an attorneys that are censured or disbarred, considering what The Cochran Firm is allowed to do: defraud clients to protect clients' defendants, enter into contract while hiding conflicts of interest, lie to clients about legal work being done while actually holding clients' cases inactive, ignore requests for status reports from clients to ensure that the statute of limitations passes without an opportunity to sue intended defendants, submit fraudulently redacted documents in court (proved by my presenting the originals), falsely claim in court that Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk had no professional relationship with The Cochran Firm in Memphis while it was in fact registered with the State of Tennessee at the same address as the Memphis firm, etc. In fact, when my mother and I sued The Cochran Firm in Georgia Superior Court for defrauding my family to protect Shelby County Jail after Larry's wrongful death, the judge and defendant claimed there is no such thing as a Cochran Firm office in Georgia, and our lawsuit was dismissed. Six months later, the Atlanta law office was The Cochran Firm again, and it contracted to represent Kathryn Johnston's family after she was killed by police, also.
There has been what I call an "elite integration" to dog out poor and middle-class citizens which the elite consider the "slave class," and deny our right to due process of law, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly online, and to prevent our ability to petition the government for a redress of grievances. My Internet usage to tell the world about Larry's murder and abuses to or murders of other slave class citizens is highly objectionable by the elite and has proved dangerous for me. In fact, Senate bills 773 and 778 propose shutting down the Internet. That medium gives people too much power to communicate human and civil rights abuses that are silenced in mainstream news. Although it is beneficial to the elite to have slave class people feel that we have protected rights, the U.S. Constitution lacks enforcement, which essentially nullifies those rights. I chatted with the technician about my computer stalking and spoke about the interesting turn my lawsuit took, but did not name my defendant. I expressed confusion that a law firm with a good reputation would damage future profits by doing the things that were done to the Neal family unless, being in "the know," the firm did not expect constitutional law to last much longer, meaning there was no expectation of citizens having any legal rights to defend in the near future. He agreed and said, "That may be the explanation."
Stay tuned, and I will let you know what happens when the mysterious "AHS" cashes my check, using some of my last funds. If it is not extortion to have people pay for their computers to be filled with malware in order to deny our rights to free speech and freedom of press, I don't know what is. It took me six years, but finally I understand the concept of "liberty and justice for all" is just a sham to keep slave class citizens paying taxes and furnishing soldiers. The Neal family's persecution continues because apparently, we were to pretend not to notice or care that Larry was secretly arrested and murdered. Keep that in mind when your friends and relatives disappear, which I understand is common in Communist countries. Continuing to look for answers can cause trouble.

The technician who sabotaged my PC and charged me $80 to do it jumped to the offense when we spoke and expressed outrage when I called him an MF. That is ridiculous. I think he might hear me call him that and worse words every day through my PC that has the microphone open so cyberdogs can wiretap our home. That illegal access and my phone tap are how they know when I plan to leave home and where I will go. Once America is microchipped, wiretapping may become unnecessary. It may be best to re-invest now if you have such investments in your portfolio.
I received an email wherein the technician claims he will sue me for slander. I cannot wait. This will be a jury trial! If he does not demand trial by jury, I will. I refuse to accept vaccines for which neither the government nor vaccine manufacturers and administering medical personnel accept liability, and I have no intention of ever being microchipped. I do not have anywhere near the $1,000 per day fine that according to Massachusetts Martial Law Bill will be required to reject vaccines if ever an emergency is called, and it is doubtful that I would have the fine to stay out of FEMA centers should the National Health Plan require microchipping.
Therefore, it is not because I am so courageous that I write my articles, but I realize now that I am not cut out to be a slave and seriously doubt if I would enjoy life in the concentration camps proposed under H.R.645. What about you and your family?
