According to President Obama's first health care Executive Order, the priority under Obamacare will be to get you tested for HIV if you are between ages 15 and 65. Hopefully, your experience will not be like the 700 New Yorkers in a Veterans Hospital who were actually exposed to HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C because of accidental reuse of insulin pens. African Americans have been subjected to covert medical experiments for hundreds of years, says Harriet Washington, author of "Medical Apartheid." In rural Tennessee, where I am from, African American teenage girls were used as medical guinea pigs for Depo Provera (birth control shots) 20 years before the drug was approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Regarding government health care, prisons are the nation's mental hospitals, 

where 1.25 million Americans with mental illness live. 

Sixty percent of inmates in solitary confinement are mentally ill. Institutionalized mentally challenged people have also been misused for medical experiments.

National Emergency Declared; Russian Assets Seized 6/25/12

Paragraph 1 of 3 -- (three(3) links in this report) PRESIDENT OBAMA DECLARED A NATIONAL EMERGENCY on June 25, 2012, and froze Russian assets relating to nuclear items and programs tied to Highly Enriched Uranium. Paragraph 2 of 3 --I consider news about the president's executive order to be as important or more important than Holder's "fast and furious" contempt charge and the Supreme Court upholding the constitutionality of the national health care "tax," all of which happened this week. However, I saw no news broadcasts on mainstream television about the White House declaring the United States to be in a state of national emergency or the fact that the president issued an executive order freezing certain Russian assets. I thought you might like to know in case you had not heard about these developments.
