The Obama Administration has reportedly asked the United States Supreme Court to supplant God with the U.S. Department of Justice. 3. Wall Street Journal reports: Obama Administration has urged the Supreme Court to allow courts to decide virtually any dispute between a church and its ministers. In the administration’s view, juries and judges, not congregations and bishops, should have the final say on who is fit for religious ministry. Fundamental questions of theology would be resolved in the same way as slip-and-fall cases. Plaintiffs’ lawyers would go into a religious feeding frenzy.
4. People concerned about civil liberties say they favor the separation of church and state. Actually, some atheists would like to take over the church and supplant God as Supreme Being. I was stunned early in 2011 to learn that the Justice Department wanted to take Google's position regarding computer searches through Senate Bill 968, the IP Protection Act, a/k/a "Internet Censorship Bill." S.968 was introduced by Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and is before the Senate now. The bill proposes that the Justice Department control our Internet browsers, deactivate links as it sees fit, and take down websites as it pleases. That was bad enough. But now the injustice system is poised to replace God Himself in deciding who is worthy to stand in pulpits. NOTE: House Resolution 3261 was introduced on October 25, 2011, immediately after I published this article. It also proposes putting the Internet under the Justice Department. A successful slave master from the West Indies in the 1700s taught slave owners in the colony of Virginia how to keep their slaves under cruel dominion. Clergy Response Teams are expected to use Romans 13:1 to make Christians compliant to government dictates even if obeying means facing harm. The verse states: "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God." Theologians at His Holy Church state, "The word used in Romans 13 by Paul is "exousia, which is defined: power of choice, liberty of doing as one pleases." Theologians explain that the very same word "is translated [to mean] 'right' in Hebrews 13:10 and Revelations 22:14, and it is even translated 'liberty' in Paul's 1 Corinthians 8:9." Therefore, Paul did not say that God's people are to be subject to the power of government but to the power of liberty. Christians are not subject to unjust governance; otherwise, Nazi war criminals would have an excuse for crimes against humanity they did during WWII since they were "obeying orders." God never expected people to obediently board boxcars to camps, strip, fold their clothes, then quietly walk into Hitler's ovens in obedience to the government, which is what many Jews did in the 1940s.

6. QUESTIONS: Are ministers who mislead sheeple for the government (some knowingly) paid to be on call for possible crises? Do they get preferential treatment when applying for grants or programs like pre-K for their church nurseries? Have the government's vast surveillance capabilities been misused to gather damaging information on some ministers, community organizers, and others to coerce them to become New World Orderlies during these Last Days? Interestingly, lawsuits against Bishop Eddie L. Long and New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta created a media blitz, but The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm is protected from negative news reports. The Cochran Firm's numerous lawsuits by its former clients and attorneys receive almost no news coverage, and I am censored and stalked online and in person for revealing them online. The media refuses to report The Cochran Firm made perjurous claims (which were accepted by the court) stating that it had no law offices whatsoever in Georgia or Memphis when my mother and I sued The Firm for its fraud and deliberate malpractice in 2005 and again in 2007. The Cochran Firm fraud is an offense that civil and human rights organizations do not address and lawyers seem afraid to challenge. The Bible says, "Blessed is he whose sins are covered." Are ministers and others given exclusion from negative news reports as well as financial compensation for covert work like The (CoIntelPro) Cochran Firm performs when betraying clients to reduce or eliminate payouts by government entities and certain corporations? (Google "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD"). How many ministers, directors of human and civil rights organizations, elected or appointed officials, and media companies that Americans depend on have a secret pact with the government to mislead and defraud sheeple? Was the $16 trillion (SIXTEEN TRILLION DOLLARS) that reportedly went to secret bank bailouts fully accounted for, or is some of the money being used for other purposes? Ministers in the government's Clergy Response Teams are probably aware that the Obama Administration seeks to give the judiciary power to decide who can officiate over religious services in America, and they want to keep their "calling." Ministers were sent to negotiate with Occupy Atlanta protesters when Mayor Kasim Reed ordered protesters out of Troy Davis Park (Woodruff Park) weeks before the November 7, 2011 deadline the mayor had previously set forth. Are those ministers Atlanta's Clergy Response Team? I found it interesting how many ministers and civil rights organizations and activists support Occupy Atlanta's right to protest in public parks, staying overnight, which is not legal, but fail to support my peaceful protest against my brother's secret lynching and The Cochran Firm fraud that followed to thwart justice. Now I understand why.
WHO CAN APPOINT OR TERMINATE MINISTERS, THE CHURCH OR GOVERNMENT?
7. A member of the clergy would like to sue her former employer, a church, for what she calls wrongful termination. However, such lawsuits are currently disallowed because of the "religious exclusion." Churches, and not the injustice system, currently have the sole right to determine who can be their ministers, bishops, teachers, prophets, etc. Persons in those positions cannot sue for wrongful termination. On the other hand, congregations and individuals who feel they have been wronged by their religious leaders or places of worship already exercise the right to sue perceived offenders in courts of law. This has been done repeatedly in legal actions such as those against Bishop Long, who was sued by former church members on allegations of sexual exploitation. Congregations also already have the right to oust leaders who fail in their duty. A minister at a church I attended was ousted by the deacon board. I believe that was because of financial issues. Therefore, America does not need the injustice system to do more than operate fair courts in case people wish to sue for perceived wrongdoing. In my experience, it does a pitiful job. I respectfully request that the U.S. Supreme Court immediately reject the Obama Administration's bid to replace God over religion in America.
8. Some of the most humane and fair-minded people I know are nonChristians. In fact, many of my online friends are atheists, agnostics, or have other faiths. Without a doubt, the proposed takeover by the judiciary of religious organizations would apply to all religions. But whether or not one is religious, the entire nation should be alarmed that the U.S. Government would like the power to decide who can lead religious services. This is an attack not only on religious organizations, but it is another attack on the Bill of Rights. Freedom of religion is a constitutional right, but it is obviously next in line to be violated like the right to free speech, freedom of press, peaceful assembly and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances are all violated routinely. 9. The audacity of the hope to supplant God over churches is beyond atrocious. The proposal is anti-Christ. The government asks the High Court to let the U.S. Injustice System decide who can deliver the Word of God to congregations. People who heard the speech President Obama made ridiculing the Bible and Jesus' Sermon on the Mount while he was still a senator are probably not surprised at such blasphemy. 10. With all due respect, the U.S. Supreme Court cannot give courts the right to set or remove pastors and other religious leaders over us, because the right is not the Supreme Court's to give. Jesus said, "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's." I refuse to attend a church pastored by microchipped minister who is in the pulpit because he has agreed to deliver politically correct sermons from "god, the State." No doubt, many Americans will balk at the government's takeover of sacred places of worship so that the secular (largely atheist) injustice system can supplant God in His duty as set forth in 1 Corinthians 12:28. What will be done to those of us who abandon churches pastored by government appointees and conduct home Bible study? Will homes be raided and the leaders be arrested for "practicing religion without a license"? Certainly the government does not want Americans to be taught by people who do not share President Obama's disdain for the Bible.
PERSECUTION FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS' SAKE
11. Christians are invited to pray for me. I am subjected to censorship, persecuted with poverty, and actually endangered for making reports about how far officials have "fallen away" from righteousness. This article will be updated to add more information about the government's quest to dethrone God. My computer time is limited on borrowed and rented computers. In addition to taking over my Internet group, Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, CoIntelPro destroys my PCs to make it difficult for me to exercise "freedom of speech/press." Atlanta police say if I attempt to speak to people in person on public sidewalks about The Cochran Firm fraud against minorities across America and my handicapped brother's secret government lynching, they will arrest and taser me. My computers are taken over within the first hour of operation in my home, and police refuse to accept the IP numbers of the hackers who make themselves my remote hosts, steal data from my hard drive, remove emails, etc. In fact, a DeKalb County, Georgia Police detective responded to my police report by saying it is not illegal to do any of those things. Since a man was sentenced to prison for hacking Sarah Palin's emails, I offer this example of how the U.S. injustice system works. Only wealthy, connected people have rights that are protected in civil and criminal courts, and the day may come when only ministers who swear allegiance to an apostate doctrine will be allowed to preside over religious services.
12. Jesus Christ said in numerous passages, "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!" He had a good deal of trouble from unrighteous lawyers such as some of those in government. Now 21st century Pharisees want to take over the church! If more righteous people could be found in government, tireless efforts from thousands of civil/human rights activists like myself would not be needed. If America's leadership was guided by Biblical principles, tens of thousands of people would not be in the Occupy Wall Street movement risking arrest for demanding fairness. Over 3,000 peaceful protesters have been arrested in America since 2009. So much for the "right to peaceful assembly."
13. I advocate for justice for my family after the government secretly arrested and murdered my mentally and physically disabled brother. Outlaws over the injustice system count Larry Neal's life and his family's suffering as nothing and refuse to obey laws regarding the Freedom of Information Act or federal subpoenas and release records. Instead, the U.S. Justice Department helped Memphis Shelby County Jail hide Larry's murder and his family is censored and persecuted for asking for accountability. Furthermore, my right to freedom of speech and press are continually violated to cover-up the mentally ill heart patient's murder for irritating police by singing loud. Since learning how satanic the injustice system is, I advocate against the death penalty, criminalizing mental illness, class consciousness and racism in the injustice system just as God instructed His people to do in Proverbs 31:8-9. Paid hackers take over my computer and actual stalkers were hired to follow me to ensure that I have limited freedom of press on borrowed and rented computers. Public computers I use are taken over, also, and police refuse to question a young man who admitted he stalks me because "it pays well." Google "Mary Neal v. CoIntelPro." They violate my right to practice religion by speaking for the least of these, His brethren - sick, naked prisoners (Matt. 25:31-46). The Obama Administration would like to have unrighteous people in the justice system preside over church business in the USA.
14. The Government outlaws compassion. Early in 2011, decision makers in Florida outlawed feeding homeless, hungry Americans, even knowing that 16% of the homeless are United States veterans. To obey that law would necessitate disobeying God's commandments: "Give to every man who asks you," and "Love ye one another." I am pleased to report that the law against compassion in Florida is not being applied, probably because people openly defied it and continued to do what the Lord said rather than obey Satanic overlords. Once the government ousts God, Americans are not to be left without a Supreme Being. The government intends to inhabit His throne. According to 1 Corinthians 12:28, God is over governments, not the other way around. Separation of church and state - yes. The State supplanting God over the church - no.
