Media companies are completely silent about the Court' decision. The National Law Journal published an article announcing the federal court's pending decision in November 2014, but I could find no followup article when the court issued its decision that The Cochran Firm is NOT a law firm on May 12, 2015. Apparently, the FCC, FTC, and media companies plan for African Americans to continue to be victimized by The Cochran Firm, which runs ads for legal clients, disregarding the fact that it was declared by federal court not to be a law firm, and nobody is telling the potential victims. This is racism.

[Since publishing this article, I learned that The Cochran Firm frauds appealed USDC's decision to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Use the side scroll bar to get to the end of the poll and vote, please. 

The operating system in my computer was destroyed on July 3, probably because I exposed the federal court's decision regarding The Cochran Firm's failure to meet the standard to be called a law firm. This is the most elaborate plot against justice for African Americans since CoIntelPro supposedly ended in the 1970's - misusing Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to defraud deliberately uninformed legal consumers throughout America. The overwhelming majority of The Cochran Firm's clients are African Americans; therefore, the so-called law firm's racketeering is being allowed to continue unreported by media companies and without censure by the FCC, FTC, and BBB. Culprits have destroyed 10 computers of mine within 10 years. Time the one-year warranties expire, they pounce. The latest computer destruction caught me at a financially vulnerable point, and I require your help.

Notice that Eric Garner's family was awarded $5.9 million for his wrongful death by police, whereas John Crawford, III, whose survivors were represented by The Cochran Firm Frauds, demanded only $75,000. Garner was committing a misdemeanor by selling loose cigarettes and was heard on video arguing with police before his murder by choke hold. Crawford, on the other hand, was simply shopping and talking on his cellphone in an Ohio Walmart store, breaking no laws whatsoever. The difference is that one man's survivors were represented by real lawyers, and Crawford's family was defrauded by The Cochran Firm like mine was. Crawford's girlfriend was killed on January 1, 2015, when the car she and her driver were in suddenly accelerated to a high speed. The car may have been hacked. Some people who seem interested in enabling The Cochran Firm fraud are excellent hackers, which is why I need new computer equipment. The young woman had her own attorney separate from Crawford's family.

I just called the governor's office and was transferred to an administrator who said I should call Lee May's office, the DeKalb County CEO - another black man. I spoke with a woman who identified herself as Ava Bishop. She said DeKalb County Police Department cannot enforce the law regarding people breaking into my computer and tampering with my phone.

"Those are federal laws," she said. "You have to call the feds."

I told her those are also state laws being broken. There are state laws against every crime. She said, "Well, we have no way to enforce them."

That was another lie, I believe. I then told her that police came to my home and told me not to tell officials about their refusal to investigate my crime reports, including the IP addresses I gave them that identified where the computer attacks originated. They threatened me not to tell their superiors about the matter - a direct violation of my First Amendment rights. She gave me the phone number for the DeKalb County Sherrif's office. I believe this is a matter for the police commissioner and GBI, not the sheriff. If Georgia has laws on the books but offers no enforcement unless and until the crimes impact white people, that is an issue that all citizens should know about and address.

Confederates in Georgia and throughout this nation applaud The Cochran Firm's many frauds against black families after wrongful deaths by police and catastrophic injuries caused by Big Business, but they might as well abandon their efforts to keep the frauds secret. FCC, FTC, and BBB might choose to ignore the fact that The Cochran Firm has been declared not a law firm by a federal court, but this victimized, marginalized black woman will continue to do everything in my power to save other families from being defrauded by a bunch of white supremacists hiding behind Johnnie Cochran's ghost. Those agencies that are paid taxpayers' money to protect consumers from frauds like The Cochran Firm must be given the incentive to do their jobs and stop the false advertising of this non-law firm. The Cochran Firm should not be eligible for recommendation as a law firm by any state bars or legal referral services, and it should have been ineligible for TV ads, Internet ads, and any other false advertising effective May 12, 2015.

What good is it to remove the Confederate flag from government buildings while this country still operates under the CoIntelPro mandate to "keep wealth from black hands" and "protect the status quo"? BLACK LIVES MATTER.

GEORGIA SPEAKS FOR ITSELF ~ I have written much about my life in Georgia since The Cochran Firm's fraud to help cover-up the murder of Larry Neal in Shelby County Jail. I wrote about these ten(10) subjects and more:

1.  Georgia being pronounced the nation's most corrupt state in 2013. 

2.  the Confederate flag on the State-issued license plates

3.  the retribution my family endures for asking What Happened to Larry Neal, a disabled black man who was murdered in Memphis, TN in the Shelby County Jail after being secretly incarcerated there for nearly three weeks. 

4.  Georgia judges who pronounced The Cochran Firm as being nonexistent in the State of Georgia, presumably to help the firm get away with its fraud against my family. 

5.  police in Atlanta who told me I have no freedom of speech in that town and threatened me with Tasering and arrest if I did not immediately go home and stop telling people about Larry Neal's lynching and the fraud going forward from The Cochran Firm against the family of Kathryn Johnston, the 92 year old black woman who Atlanta police killed.

6.  the police officer who came to our house when we reported a burglary during which only our original court files and evidence from Neals v. The Cochran Firm lawsuits were taken. It took two days before the police department decided to confirm that the man who came really was a police officer, which I don't think he was. 

7. the fake nurse who came to provide my mother "home health care." I suspect this was an agent who planned to insert a poison suppository, such as is suspected to have killed Marilyn Monroe. The fake nurse had my mother's diaper down with her buttocks thrust out when I entered the room. My mother's doctor and nursing service both confirmed that they did NOT send a nurse. Detectives said the fake nurse's actions were not illegal since I admitted her. The 911 operator I called to report the assault told me that the fake nurse had not stolen anything. I asked her how she knew that and received no response.

8. the fake computer technician who came to my home after intercepting my phone call to a real repair service and destroyed my computers.

9. the worse night of my life - when I was followed from the grocery store with my little grandson by a government vehicle leading four other cars and called 911 from the Chevron, but no police arrived in the hour I was there terrified - and the men who followed me stayed for the entire hour, also.

10.  the two black police officers who arrived at my house to tell me I could NEVER tell their superiors that they ignore my police reports . . . and much more. 

Recently I posted news that Georgia has executed three mentally challenged men in the last two months. And you might have read my articles about Troy Davis.

But now Georgia speaks for itself! The Johnsons are being prosecuted for demanding answers about their teenage son who went to school and never came home. Kendrick Johnson was murdered by people his parents presume law enforcement want to protect from prosecution. The Johnsons face JAIL for insisting on answers.

Georgia can show you better than I can tell you. Despite all of Georgia's national icons for the civil rights movement, these parents are being prosecuted for asking what happened to their son who never came home from high school. But Georgia won't answer what happened to Kendrick and Kendrick's ORGANS.

Pray for Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. They sued for $100m against 32 parties regarding Kendrick's wrongful death, denial of a proper investigation and answers, and the theft of his ORGANS. Some of the people sued were white people -- maybe mostly white people! Now the Johnsons face a year in jail. They must not have known that African Americans are NOT allowed to ask about lynched black boys like Kendrick and handicapped black men like Larry Neal. They should have read my articles.

A police detective told me when I complained about attacks against my free speech and freedom of press that such sabotage is NOT illegal in Georgia. The Johnsons should not be so impatient, like the president said. My family has waited for nearly twelve(12) years for answers about Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail. The president said we must exercise patience about racism. Instead, the Johnsons engaged in civil disobedience and blocked the doors to the courthouse demanding answers. Don't they know their places? I have caught pure-D hell standing for justice in Georgia. Now the Johnsons are receiving their RETRIBUTION for asking about Kendrick.

How ironic that Georgia begins Black History Month by prosecuting grieving black parents for asking what happened to Kendrick Johnson, their murdered son. Georgia is speaking to Black people through Johnson's parents' prosecution. When relatives go missing like Larry Neal and Kendrick Johnson, Blacks are being conditioned to ask no questions and demand no justice, because Black lives don't matter. These Last Days are interesting.

Do these people REALLY expect black people in the USA to say NOTHING while our teenagers and disabled loved ones like Larry Neal are murdered? Kendrick Johnson's ORGANS were stolen. The medical examiner ruled his death homicide. But rather than looking for the killer, there appears to be a cover-up, and his parents are being prosecuted for demanding answers. 

Kendrick Johnson deserved his life. Larry Neal deserved his life. These people CENSORED US TO HIDE THE PROSECUTION OF KENDRICK JOHNSON'S PARENTS! I cannot stop them from killing mentally ill black men like Larry Neal or teenagers like Kendrick Johnson, but they will NOT do it without my protest. I obey GOD, who said, "Speak for the voiceless and everyone who is appointed to destruction." Prov.31:8-9. 

Retribution is happening to Blacks who expose and oppose oppression. We have a right to either discuss this issue or expose censorship to the United Nations and the entire world. I need affidavits from everyone who is prevented from calling "Human Rights Demand" and "NNIA1" for any shows. I just posted in my Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) group at Facebook, but it appears that NSA doesn't like for us to talk about executing mentally ill people. The government does not mind doing it, but after the deed is done, no more is to be said about such executions. I always have the hardest time keeping Brandon Rhode's picture posted - a mentally challenged young man murdered by the State of Georgia with execution drugs purchased out of the back of a London bicycle shop. I copied this from my activity log to show that I did indeed post information and a picture of Brandon Rhode. In 2010, Georgia executed Brandon Joseph Rhode, a 31-year-old mentally challenged man who committed a murder as a teen. His mother was an alcoholic, and Brandon was born brain damaged. None of this mattered to Georgia. Wikipedia reports, "Fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS) is a pattern of mental and physical defects that can develop in a fetus in association with high levels of alcohol consumption during pregnancy. Alcohol crosses the placental barrier and can stunt fetal growth or weight, create distinctive facial stigmata, damage neurons and brain structures, which can result in psychological or behavioral problems, and cause other physical damage."

Yvonne Hickman filed a lawsuit today against President Obama, Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, and other officials regarding her illegal eviction and banishment from Glynn County, Georgia. She was evicted and banished because her husband, a 100% disabled U.S. veteran from Vietnam, filed a police report saying that Yvonne continually ran over him in her car. She writes: Today, I sued the President of the United States, his attorney general, Eric Holder, his FBI director, Robert Mueller, his Secretary of Veteran Affairs, Eric Shinseki, and the federal magistrate court judge that refused to adhere to the federal rules of civil procedures, James Graham. By Monday, I will have sued the Governor of Georgia, Nathan Deal, over insurance and the lost of my household goods, and the Georgia Bar, who allows such nonsense because they refused to discipline lawyers, and they ignore claims against corrupt judges. I am an American and have sued the US government for violating my civil rights and used RICO and 42 USC 1981 (also known as the KKK clause) and 42 USC 1983 under the civil rights act for violating my constitutional rights.

This writer was contacted by Yvonne Hickman in winter 2011 to help her publish the injustices she endured. She was arrested and banned from her home off the word of a mentally disabled man, suffered enforced separation from her husband during which time their home was foreclosed upon, paid numerous lawyers for legal work they did not do, was forced by the court to pay Sentinel Services $30 per month supervision fees although she had never had a trial or conviction on any charges, was illegally divorced from her husband who needs her, and was denied justice from every official or court where she sought it since her arrest in December 2009. Yvonne feels none of this would have happened to a wealthy Caucasian wife of a sick veteran, or if it did, some official would have brought remedy before four years passed. Larry Neal was arrested mid-July 2003 and incarcerated in Memphis Shelby County Jail until he died without his heart meds on August 1, 2003. If more was done to kill Larry than depravation of his vital prescription drugs while the jail repeatedly denied having him, his family is not permitted to know. Requests for judicial release of records and accountability regarding Larry's murder have been denied or ignored by authorities for over six years, including Shelby Co. Jail, the county D.A.'s office, Tennessee Governor's office, and the USDOJ. The Constitution, Bill of Rights, and U.S. Code are ignored. Deaths by police and secret deaths and abuses of inmates in county jails and U.S. prisons (particularly of African American handicapped persons) are deemed less worthy of investigation than dog abuse. That is why "DOG JUSTICE" is the name of my very censored poem about the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally and physically handicapped brother Larry Neal (see it below).

With over 2.3 million people incarcerated in the U.S., persons should be free to speak and write in favor of inmates' humane treatment without retaliation, especially regarding one's own handicapped relatives.

I write about THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD. An Alabama law firm partnered with Johnnie Cochran shortly before he became terminally ill and died in 2005. They use his name contract with and defraud clients, who are mostly minority, disenfranchised persons. In our case, The Cochran Firm protected Memphis Shelby County Jail from our lawsuit for Larry's wrongful death. The law firm simply never filed the lawsuit.Because I expose The Cochan Firm Fraud and other injustices, I am followed and accosted at neighbood businesses but denied police 911 emergency services. Affidavits from witnesses are in Neals v. The Cochran Firm, USDC, Northern Dist. of GA. More witness testimony was ready for presentation in court, but the case was dismissed without jury trial. The judge ruled that what The Cochran Firm did in defrauding our family to protect the jail, our intended defendants, was "immaterial." That is likely because African American taxpayers are considered "immaterial." In fact, in this elitist society, I found that middle-class and poor white people are also "immaterial" enough to die on execution tables while denied DNA tests to prove innocence and to have their most vulnerable family members (mental patients) locked away in prisons.

My online submissions are regularly attacked by cyberstalkers, deleted from the Internet, pictures and comments removed from articles, and more. My emails are also attacked. They are monitored and deleted at will, before or after I read them. At least one round of emails were changed even after some of the recipients had read them. There are printouts and witnesses. This petition itself is an example of censorship. The tab for "video" was deactivated on the Care2 menu, forcing me to upload a picture instead of a film. Cyberstalkers sought to prevent my loading our COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD videos from YouTube. (The links are below.)

Yahoo announced that it bounced over 2,000 emails intended for my receipt within two months (since mid-April), when I announced plans to organize a march to support prison reform as proposed by Sen. Jim Webb (VA-D), who introduced The National Criminal Justice Act of 2009, calling for a national commission to "undertake a top-to-bottom review of our entire criminal justice system." I did not know initially how much corruption was involved in my brother's death and the conspiracy that would come against our attempts to get legal recourse and advocate for fairness in the justice system. The Government refuses to tell what happened to Larry Neal and why. I am stalked, censored, and terrorized but denied police intervention because I ask for accountability. This week (3/11/10) I they took over my PC via remote access because they do not like my writing about Hank Skinner, awaiting death in Texas on 3/24/10, but denied DNA tests.)

Please note the number beside your name when you sign the petition and check back occasionally to see the support grow, as well as to ensure that your name was not deleted. As my articles gained popularity, rather than the site where I publish - NowPublic - being pleased over the increased traffic to its site, technical staff there admitted to being behind the deletions of my articles and comments and photographs and suspended my membership. Regarding this petition, a friend tried to sign three time and could not.

Everything concerning Larry's secret death and his family's justice quest is kept out of mainstream news, and The Cochran Firm's fraud is not reported by consumer protection agencies for the protection of other legal services consumers. People are not supposed to know that the law firm pronounced its Atlanta office non-existent in Georgia Superior Court, then pronounced its Memphis office as being non-existent in United States District Court - the two courts where we sued them. It is likely that the firm is useful in collecting information about African Americans and other disadvantaged legal consumers.

Larry was murdered, and his family's online efforts are met with cencorship, intimidation, and endangerment. However, there may be some safety in having many people know about this, so please share widely. Notifying people about today's show was met with major resistence. I sent 566 eVites to my Yahoo groups and contacts, but American Greetings can only account for 30 going out.  I wrote American Greetings and asked what happened to the other 536 eVites it confirmed sending, but got no response.  Lots of companies are involved in The Cochran Firm Fraud, an elaborate conspiracy against justice for African Americans and other disenfranchised persons.  Our radio interview allowed others to hear about and participate in correcting issues of injustice facing us.  Your interest is appreciated. 

One day soon, I must sue those who help to censor my messages intended to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL - http://www.Care2.com/c2c/group/AIMI  - I likely will not be permitted to win the lawsuit.  Rev. Pinkney, you and I know what the courts are like, as do millions of others.  You were actually imprisoned for quoting Deuteronomy 28.  Despite the trouble we endure, there can be rewards in exposing injustices and hypocrisy.  Sometimes with exposure, authorities decide to CHANGE.  Otherwise, they walk around like the king in the children's story who wore no clothes.  Everyone in the kingdom pretended to see pristine, flowing robes when they really only saw puffy, naked flesh.

My predecessor, Dorothea Dix, also had to file numerous lawsuits in her pursuit of justice for the incarcerated mentally ill in the 1800's. At the end of her advocacy, less than .07% of the inmates in America were mentally ill people. When God wants something done, He often uses the least likely people to do His work. In the 1800's when women could not even vote, He used Dorothea Dix, a humble Sunday school teacher who was the daughter of a mentally ill man. I am honored that in the 21st century, He chose to use me to help other advocates and human rights activists decriminalize mental illness in America AGAIN. Regarding the 1.25 million mentally ill that these private prison owners have locked away in America's prison dungeons for reason of their health disabilities who should be in treatment instead, my Lord has said, "LET MY PEOPLE GO."

I want you to know, Rev. Pinkney, that just as you were imprisoned for quoting the Bible (Deuteronomy 28) and now live under house arrest after release, I am also greatly censored and live under self-imposed house arrest for security. If they break into my house to attack me, it will leave no doubt why this is done. On the street, I perceive they planned to arrange an accident, which is why they follow me in several vehicles and usually have an official car among the group that follow and accost me at neighborhood businesses. Be it known that I do not speed when they follow me, but I pray to God, and He directs me usually to park. When I ride with others, I instruct my drivers to go the speed limit or beneath the speed limit and stay with other vehicles so that those sent to intimidate me cannot catch us in any isolated situation on the road. Therefore, if you ever hear of my involvement in any road accident, know that they lie. For the most part, my 86-year-old mom and I stay home unless absolutely necessary. We live in evil times, and unfortunately, the evil exists in the hearts of many people who should expose and prosecute wrongdoing and uphold justice. My family is greatly persecuted for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL. (See the website link beneath my signature)

Yesterday, I discovered that cyberstalkers removed from Care2 News Network my article that made front page news in April regarding Senate Bills 773 and 778 to give the presidents' office the power to shut down the Internet.  Cyberstalkers cannot hide Senate bills, so they must seek to hide citizens' reaction to the proposed law.

Based on the amount of interference I experienced broadcasting today's show, I understand that radio interviews are quite important. I shall call plenty of radio shows from now on and talk about the injustices that should not happen in America, but happen every day. They may need to speed up processing Senate Bills 773 and 778 to possibly shut down the Internet if they wish to prevent my talking about justice issues that need to CHANGE. Then, unless I am in one of the planned FEMA camps, I will grab a bullhorn. I believe in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and in equal rights and equal justice for all without regard to socio-economic distinctions, race, religion or lack thereof, ethnicity, and health status. I believe in human and civil rights because

Again, thank you for having me on your radio show today. Many people, including mainstream media, civil and human rights organizations, church leaders, and individuals would prefer to pretend gross violations against people's human and civil rights are not happening, especially my brother's secret jail death and my family's victimization. They remind me of the three little monkeys.

Here is a newsflash:

Where is the good little monkey who saw no evil, heard no evil, and spoke no evil?  He is in the same FEMA camp as the naughty little monkeys who protested abuses against people's human and civil rights while the Constitution was still on the books BEFORE Martial Law was declared over some likely man-made disease.

Too many people choose to remain silent while our human and civil rights are being deleted, many of which are being eroded for the sake of security.  There is no security where human beings have lost their freedom - NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! - MLK.  Thousands of people now wear microchips. Many of them were forced to accept the microchips as a job requirement.  Numerous persons including some who don't have the microchips report experiencing problems. I have met people online who report being "targeted" for electronic torture.  At first, I was very skeptical, but having been subjected to gross violations against my Frist Amendment rights and having found no remedy under the law, I no longer discount reports of abuse that I hear about.  There are international protests planned for this week.  Below is information I received via email today:

I do not agree with microchipping human beings.  People are not cattle.  Microchips have the capacity to monitor a person's movements, may be equipped with sound devices to eavesdrop on private conversations, and are said to be capable of delivering punishment to those who wear them.  I researched microchips and directed energy weaponry to write the following two articles:

Note:  I had much trouble wishing a happy birthday to President Carter and commemorating Gandhi's birthday at my Care2 Sharebook.  I wrote about it in my Google profile (bottom).  Furthermore, I was not permitted to add tags to this blogspot.  I constantly got an error message that I had exceeded 200 character spaces, although I had not.  Even counting commas, I did not exceed 200.  I tried deleting Atlanta, Georgia, but that is apparently not what they who monitor my input wanted deleted.
