It appears that while Americans are subjected to gun control, the Department of Homeland Security is training shooters to kill non-traditional targets - pregnant women, old people, and little children. It probably requires practice to acclimate security forces to shooting such Americans. RICO ACT: McMurray Exposes Cochran Firm Fraud


Have you or someone you know been duped by The Cochran Firm frauds? If so, you certainly should listen to the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show on Sunday, February 17, 2013, at 5pm ET, or play the tape anytime. Randy McMurray, Esq., a former Cochran Firm partner from the Los Angeles office, claims that The Cochran Firm defrauded him. In fact, his attorney says The Cochran Firm is guilty of RICO Act racketeering, and Randy McMurray, Esq. plans to sue The Firm for that infraction. Lots of former clients and possibly other attorneys have similar plans.

McMurray is the attorney who sued Dunn, another Cochran Firm partner, for hiring women to have office sex and paying his hoochies out of the company assets and hoarding Johnnie Cochran's name.

 LOS ANGELES (Court House News Service ) Mar. 7, 2012 - A partner at The Cochran Law Firm claims in Superior Court that an attorney tried to wrest control of the name of the firm's famed founder, Johnny Cochran, and dissipated the firm's assets by, among other things, paying an employee for sexual services. Randy McMurray, of the firm's Los Angeles office, claims that his partner Brian Dunn plotted to oust him by bringing in another lawyer from the firm's Las Vegas office. Dunn also breached the firm's partnership agreement by, among other things, seizing control of the partnership's records, client files and email system, according to the 36-page complaint. Elsewhere in the complaint, McMurray says Dunn and other defendants have "engaged in erratic, unprofessional and petty behavior," paying an employee a salary plus overtime for sexual services, and hiring a private investigator who allegedly spent her time having sex with Dunn.

13. Sara Dozier Dead: Cochran Firm Fraud Victim
Probably the most blatant case of The Cochran Firm fraud is the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" case. The law firm contracted to represent the family of a mentally ill heart patient who was secretly arrested for weeks and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The Cochran Firm's managing partner in its Memphis law office, Julian Bolton, was actually a long-standing member of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners - the entity that owns and operates the jail where Larry Neal was murdered. The Cochran Firm pretended to do legal work it did not actually do while the Tennessee statute of limitations was passing. When it was too late to hire an honest law office to handle Larry Neal's wrongful death, The Cochran Firm admitted it had done NOTHING whatsoever to bring a wrongful death lawsuit against the jail. The Neals sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud, but the unethical lawyers disclaimed having any law office whatsoever in the State of Georgia, where the plaintiffs live and served lawsuit to the firm's Atlanta office - well advertised and doing business as The Cochran Firm at 127 Peachtree Street. No defense was offered to the Neals' allegations of fraud because of the judge's acquiescence to The Cochran Firm's perjury. The case was dismissed based on there being NO Cochran Firm office in the State of Georgia - an outright lie. Six months later, The Cochran Firm commenced its fraud in the Kathryn Johnston police murder matter, which also happened in Atlanta.

 This writer agrees with another dissatisfied client who claimed being defrauded in an automobile accident case, Clemzo Gildersleeve. He picketed The Cochran Firm at its Dothan, Alabama headquarters. Gildersleeve said, “The reason I want to get on ‘Oprah’ is because when Mr. Cochran was alive he was on her show and he was talking about how he started this firm for the little man." The Mobile resident said, "In my opinion, the Cochran firm don’t even deserve to be in business.”

I was not surprised to hear from a reliable source that Givens and Cherry also defrauded Smith's widow. The Cochran Firm is presently handling the Chavis Carter wrongful death matter. He was a youth who was searched twice, handcuffed, and locked in the back of a police car in Arkansas. The police cameras stopped working at exactly that moment. Carter allegedly retrieved a gun he had hidden on his person, and the left-handed black youth then shot himself in his right temple although he was handcuffed behind his back. Because Carter's mother did not know about The Cochran Firm fraud, the lawyers will once again be able to help police by defrauding a black family.

Dorner v. LAPD; Awarded Hero Status

I am very concerned that many people bestow hero status on an obviously sick man who REPORTEDLY went on a killing spree following a wrongful job termination and denial of justice in court - conditions that many people have suffered. Black people must recognize the concentration camps are primarily for us - minorities, the mentally ill, and whites who object to our internment (dissidents). Those are the ONLY parties who were ever interned in camps in any country. Don't give them an excuse.

I find it interesting that nearly every mass murderer of 2012 and 2013 is/was government-connected either personally or through his parents. Four links and two photos are on this blog. Notice how much Christopher Dorner looks like LL Cool J. This could even turn out to be a false flag.

When considering corrupt police departments, remember that people in uniform do what is allowed or ordered by their superiors, including police officers. Therefore, although many police departments are corrupt, the corruption was allowed by authorities over them, perhaps in hopes of a violent uprising that would excuse Martial Law and concentration camp internment.

If Dorner committed the murders as accused, he obviously has battle fatigue. After years in the military, he became a police officer for the Los Angeles Police Department, where he was apparently wrongly terminated. Then Dorner became embroiled in a court process that was possibly as stressful as any battlefield. If he is guilty, then Dorner is a sick warrior who we can all empathize with but must not emulate.

I pray that Dorner will surrender, be treated fairly and not murdered during his surrender or while in custody, and that he will be found not criminally responsible because of temporary insanity or innocent if he is not guilty. I believe the federal government should guarantee Dorner that if he surrenders he will remain in federal custody and not be at the mercy of LAPD, which he naturally distrusts.

Many people feel exhausted in the quest for justice. Do not choose violence, especially when every nonviolent remedy has not been tried. The most effective, nonviolent way to fight is economically. I advise that everyone who is fed up should unite and BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE. If millions of people cannot commit to stop shopping for a period of time to fight corporate greed and government misdeeds, neither would they make effective soldiers, which requires a greater level of self-control, sacrifice, and commitment. Therefore, DON'T START ANYTHING.

Breaking News: Christopher Dorner may be innocent.

The reason why most people, except the Obama Administration, believe in investigating crimes and holding trials before assuming guilt and executing people is because THEY COULD BE INNOCENT.

The search for Christopher Donner ended in a burning cabin. The Guardian reported Dorner's assumed demise, which allegedly occurred after a shootout with police and the death of an officer. 3. MASS INCARCERATION. A U.S. Judge gave California six more months to bring down its inmate population. California prison investors have bankrupted the state!  6.  POT TO PRISON PIPELINE. Colorado Rep Jarad Polis, who obviously is NOT a prison investor, seeks to legalize pot at the federal level. Marijuana is used as an excuse to arrest hundreds of thousands of people annually, but some states have legalized it. Attorney General Holder said the federal government will not honor the states' decisions. Prison investors depend on illegal marijuana smoking to bring in healthy, young human stock to work as prison slaves. 9. SCHOOL TO PRISON PIPELINE. My big Facebook story last week was about the 7-yr-old black child who was handcuffed and interrogated for hours over a $5 dispute he had with other little children. His parents were NOT allowed to see him while he was being interrogated. Little Wilson Reyes, a student at Public School 114 in the Bronx, NY, reportedly got into a fight with a fellow student in December after he was accused of taking $5 of lunch money that had fallen on the ground in front of him. February 2013 Freedom Fights

February is a monumental month. Many people are uniting against oppression during Black History Month 2013. Consider these three events, which are futher explained in the five(5) links at the end:

1 of 3. FEBRUARY 1 - Rev. Edward Pinkney, former NAACP president from Benton Harbor, Michigan, is leading a protest against the NAACP, America's oldest, largest civil rights organization. Rev. Pinkney will meet with many demonstrators in Hollywood, California at the NAACP Image Awards and march against the organization's hypocrisy. Every Sunday at 5pm ET, Rev. Pinkney pauses his Blogtalk Radio show for "burn, baby, burn," and over 4,500 NAACP membership cards have been burned so far. The NAACP's executive office is out of touch with the black community and committed only to fundraising from corporations and the government, even if it means working against the interests of the African American community. Rev. Pinkney said, "We will meet at the NAACP Image Awards starting at 2 pm at the Shriner Auditorium - 665 W Jefferson. Come out and support your community. Be there!"

2 of 3. FEBRUARY 4 - Bill Windsor, justice advocate and executive producer of "Lawless America - the Movie," and hundreds of supporters will meet in the nation's capital to petition Congress for a redress of grievances. Windsor traveled to 50 states and took testimony from over 1,000 whistleblowers regarding government and judicial corruption. Victims of corruption reported wrongful deaths by police, wrongful convictions and false imprisonment, child-snatching by Children Protective Services, illegal foreclosures and evictions by SWAT teams, kangaroo court processes, and more. Now he and the People will submit our testimony to representatives who were voted into office to represent us fairly. Particpants are asked to meet at Crowne Plaza National Airport Hotel, 1480 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202, at noon on February 4.
 
3 of 3. FEBRUARY 6 - Indefinite military detention of Americans without trials or any defense (NDAA concentration camps) will go on trial in New York. We shall see "public servants" openly advocate to abolish the most fundamental human and civil right anyone can have - the right to live free unless and until he commits a crime deemed worthy of incarceration BY A JURY OF HIS PEERS after being given the opportunity to offer a defense to charges. Should this or any U.S. President to be allowed to point to a person or class of people and say, "ARREST THEM," and deprive those affected any defense? In other words, should America the Republic be dissolved and America the Dictatorship arise in its stead? Every other "right" Americans have depends on the outcome of this trial. One cannot exercise free speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion and peaceful assembly, or express grievances to the government if doing so would lead to arrest. Many concerned people will unite at the courthouse at 40 Centre Street (40 Foley Square), New York, NY 10007 at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 6 to protest the dissolution of America as a "free country."

 A public forum regarding accreditation for Memphis Police Department is planned for February 4 at the police station at 949 E.H. Crump Boulevard at 4pm to accept live comments. I am taking care of Mama and cannot attend, but I registered my complaints via email, fax, and U.S. Mail. If Mama did not need me here, I would certainly be in Memphis on February 4.
