Expose Corruption on Lawless America Movie

IF YOU HAVE GOVERNMENT OR JUDICIAL CORRUPTION TO REPORT that the mainstream news has censored, please get on schedule to tell all on the "Lawless America Movie"! Bill Windsor, the producer, is traveling across America to all 50 states and filming average Americans who have been victimized in and by the injustice system. (Five(5) links in this article.) If Bill has already filmed in your state, you need not be left out. He is conducting online interviews throughout the month of December 2012.

I just wrote to Google about my emails being removed and prevented by CoIntelPro to stop disclosure about the murder of Gregory Johnson, a sophomore at San Jose University who was killed there in November 2008, probably by his fellow students at the Sigma Chi fraternity house. Gregory's death has been covered up for nearly four years, but today it is prominently featured on Lawless America's page at Facebook, and Bill Windsor is interviewing his mother, Denise Johnson. See my article about the continuous denial of my First Amendment rights to hide my own disabled brother's murder at this link:
"Google, Make CoIntelPro Stop Email Tampering"

DON'T MISS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO BE INTERVIEWED FOR "LAWLESS AMERICA - THE MOVE." If you are not in one of the states that Bill Windsor is yet to visit (AZ, NV, UT, WY, NM, OK, KS, MO, AR, TX, LA, MS, AL, FL, HI, AK, GA), you can still be interviewed. Bill Windsor just reached California, the new Mississippi. Use the links below to contact Bill Windsor and his team at "Lawless America."

Lawless America Movie has positions open for volunteer film makers and other jobs. When this movie wins awards at independent film festivals and hits the big screen, you might want to be in the credits that roll. Most of all, you will enjoy helping people who were denied justice. God loves justice, and I do, too.

When Heretics Rule, by Mary Neal

Immediately fter publishing "Whitney Houston, Gospel Singer Extraordinaire," http://goo.gl/ti4D8 , this writer was prohibited from inputting data atTwitter using my home computer and even viewing Twitter on my cellphone - @koffietime - http://twitter.com/koffietime .  I am prohibited from communicating with Christians and most African American groups online. I was shut out of Twitter immediately after TruthOut joined my followers. This article has eight(8) links. My articles are often attacked by stalkers who can and do block out parts of Americans' web pages. The Internet censorship Americans rejected by opposing SOPA has already been used against us for years, including redirecting links, preventing certain web sites from opening, redirecting browsers, denying full access to certain downloads for software and anti-spyware programs, etc.

Whenever major news happens like Whitney Houston's death and I write about it, I am blocked from Twitter for a period of time. When Georgia prisoners staged a labor strike in December 2010, around 11,000 of my tweets disappeared from Twitter for several months. My online advocacy is censored to hide our organization "ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL (AIMI)" and to slow the effectiveness of our "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet (Hebrews 13:3). They who censor Mary Neal hate God and His gospel. Whenever I wrote the word "God" in my Sharebook at Care2, my assigned censorship team would change it to begin with a small "g." Sometimes, it took hours for me to use a capital letter. I film the censorship and upload some of the videos online at my YouTube channel JKEMPP703 http://youtube.com/jkempp703 . Finally, I was prohibited from using my Care2 Sharebook in order to prevent Americans' realization that God is against slavery via the prison industrial complex. Today, incarceration and prison labor are probably America's most thriving businesses, and human beings are actually traded on Wall Street. American prisoners are treated like Chinese peasants. With NDAA powers to incarcerate people without giving any reason or allowing any defense, concentration camps will be used to advance slavery in the U.S.A. Support H.R.3785 to repeal Section 1021 of NDAA.

The Word of God is under attack in America, and so are some Christians who are doers of the Word and not hearers only, like Mary Neal. It violates my civil and human rights to be censored like I am: my freedom of speech, press, and religion. Stealing my emails and hampering AIMI members from communicating online also prevents us from exercising our right to freedom of peaceful assembly. I am denied any legal recourse and protection of my First Amendment rights by authorities, who might be responsible. We at AIMI advocate primarily for decriminalizing mental illness in America, where 1.25 million prisoners are sick people who should be hospital inpatients or outpatients, depending on the severity of their crimes and their functionality. Instead, they are cruelly imprisoned for being mentally ill and comprise over 60% of inmates in torturous solitary confinement today. Imprisoning people for being sick violates Jesus' commands at Matthew 25:31-46. I remind authorities that we must treat others as we wish to be treated and that whatever we do unto the least of these, His brethren, we do also unto Him. Obviously, they do not want to hear it, or violations against my First Amendment rights would not continue without intervention.

Authorities are unwilling to apply U.S. Code and Georgia law on my behalf to stop cyberstalkers from prohibiting my ministry on behalf of mentally ill inmates and their families who strongly object and suffer because their sick loved ones are used for prison profits. Why do stalkers using four IP addresses or more go online with me and censor my input? Thirteen reasons are outlined in my article, "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." Right now, I am being blasted with radiation from a directed energy device that was implanted in my computer during one of its repairs in order to induce cancer because I advocate for justice and compassion in America. I must discontinue using this home computer because of the sabotage and again risk venturing away from home to use computers at libraries and computer rental locales to which I am followed. Google "Mary Neal Directed Energy Weapons." Police services regarding my stalking is denied. See "Presidential Commission: Directed Energy Weaponry Used on American Citizens in Tests," by Shepard Ambellas and Joe Joseph, of The Intel Hub http://goo.gl/j6Jsn - The link immediately preceding this sentence will inform you of how Americans who are online truth-tellers may be punished. Please also research "ACTA," a new treaty the president and leaders of other countries signed in November 2011, which threatens net freedom throughout the world.

The cyberstalkers' bosses know that it is wrong for America to return to slavery, especially victimizing the least among us, His brethren: sick people from poor and middle income families who cannot afford psychiatric care since Medicaid stopped paying for inpatient mental hospitalization decades ago and budgets for community care are steadily being reduced. This saves taxpayers zero, because incarcerating 2.3 million people in America costs over $50billion per year, according to PEW, and up to $300billion per year when factoring in costs for police services, lawyers for indigent defense, and court costs. Americans are forced to pay for our sick loved ones and neighbors to be imprisoned for a common, treatable health condition, and some acute patients, like my brother Larry Neal, are murdered behind bars. Larry was secretly incarcerated for 18 days in Memphis Shelby County Jail and killed in 2003. Ever since his lynching, my family has been denied any records and accountability for his death, and we are censored and persecuted for asking how and why he was secretly arrested and killed. We are censored to prevent righteous Americans from knowing the conditions under which mentally ill Americans and their families live, which Larry's murder clearly demonstrates.

God is against murders and victimizing the poor, but that is a protected right that elitists have in America where protests against it are not allowed. God's Word said that when these things start to happen, Christians are to lift up our eyes and know the promise in Whitney Houston song is true: "Help Is on the Way." Amen. God bless Whitney Houston's soul, and may God have mercy on cruel, mercenary creatures in America's injustice system, who execute men for committing murder but refuse to answer "What Happened to Larry Neal?" Cellphone users may not be allowed to see my entire articles unless they select "go to page 1." My latest Twitter blockade is to hide my newest MaryLovesJustice article "Whitney Houston, Gospel Singer Extraordinaire," http://goo.gl/ti4D8 is the link. Since my Twitter embargo occurred immediately when TruthOut joined my Twitter followers, TruthOut must be an effective news source that does not censor people such as America's Most Censored, Mary Neal. There should be eight(8) links in this article.

Happy Valentine's Day, a day set aside to express love. Jesus said, "This is my commandment: that you love one another as I have loved you" John 13:34. Study the Word to show yourselves approved, as the Bible says. The Word is online at Biblegateway http://www.biblegateway.com/keyword/ .  At that web site, you need only input a key word of the scripture for subjects you wish to research in any language and translation. LOVE is a direct commandment from Jesus Christ, our Lord. He said you will know His people by their Love. "NDAA" is not a loving law.

Blessings from Mary Neal, director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi and sister of lynched mentally ill heart patient Larry Neal - Wrongful Death of Larry Neal http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/ , advocate for Human Rights for Prisoners according to Hebrew 13:3. Hank Skinner's Last Wish - Justice

(left to right: Hank Skinner, Andre Thomas, Jeff Wood)

THREE CONDEMNED TEXANS

HANK SKINNER'S LAST WISH: A DNA TEST to prove his innocence. But Texas refuses. It has been several weeks since the last Texas execution, and it is almost show time! Wednesday, March 24, is the big day when guilty or innocent, Hank Skinner is intended to take his turn in Texas' execution chamber. At the end of this blog is an excerpt from an article on the likely innocent man's last wish published by LA Times that has a summary of Hank Skinner's case.

NOVEMBER 2011 UPDATE: The U.S. Supreme Court gave Hank Skinner a last-minute stay of execution in March 2010. However, Texas continued to deny Skinner any opportunity to test his DNA against the evidence in the 20 months since the High Court spared his life. The 1% periodically kills potentially innocent people from the 99% like Troy Davis and Hank Skinner in order to keep the 99% feeling intimidated by their power. Guilt is not the issue; power is - the power to pull 99ers from America's slave pool and execute them. September 21 was Troy Davis' turn. Wednesday, November 9, 2011, is the day the elite will show their power over the 99% by killing Hank Skinner with his guilt unproved. This is what slave masters did in the 1700s to keep slaves subservient to their masters. Periodic executions of sick or potentially innocent Americans is a part of LYNCHING AMERICA. Willie Lynch, a successful slave owner from the West Indies, taught Virginia Colony plantation owners the art of slave mastery.  It takes displays of power like MURDERS by the gentry to keep slaves meek and obedient under conditions where the slaves vastly outnumber their "owners." See "LYNCHING AMERICA" at this link - http://maryneal.hubpages.com/hub/Lynching-America

I read that Hank Skinner was a prisoner activist before his conviction for a crime that decision makers are afraid a DNA test would prove he did not do. I know from my own experiences that people who advocate for HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS are monitored, censored, lied on, and plotted against. Wealthy, unscrupulous people have made crime and punishment one of the most flourishing businesses in America, where 2.3 million people are prisoners and 1 in every 30 people is either behind bars or living under the threat of arrest as parolees and probationers. See PRISON LABOR PROFITS at YouTube for a sample of the cybercensorship that my publishing is subject to on a daily basis.

If Hank Skinner's work as a prisoner activist threatened prison profiteers' income like college students at Medill Innocence Project at Northwestern University, a decent defense and full investigation when he became a murder suspect may have been deliberately withheld. The Northwestern University students did a valuable service by investigating wrongful convictions and they helped to free innocent people from prison over the years. In fact, they uncovered numerous wrongful convictions involving some condemned men like Hank. The students recently became targets for harassment by the D.A.'s office. Their college was required to surrender the students' grades as part of their investigation for being civic-minded humanitarians. That is a dangerous thing to be in 21st century America. I hope none of the students will ever be caught speeding. They might be Tasered and arrested like a 72-year-old great grandmother was in 2009 when she was stopped by traffic police in Texas. I wonder if the great grandmother is involved in some community action project or if she advocates for prisoners. Those activities are grounds for being labeled an “extremist” and subject citizens to having their web sites listed on “dangerous-for-your-PC” lists. I tried to open my Care2 Sharebook last night, and my new anti-virus program refused to open it in order to “protect my computer.” (Google "Mary Neal Sharebook" and see if they let you see my articles there.) ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL may also be falsely listed as “dangerous” at this link: http://www.Care2.com/c2c/group/AIMI - Numerous other Internet sites have been listed as “dangerous for your computers.” This is not done to protect Americans' PCs, but to prevent the flow of information from certain individuals, independent news sites like IndyMedia, and human/civil rights groups like AIMI. AIMI members merely ask that mental illness be decriminalized in America and for all prisoners to be treated humanely according to Hebrews 13:3. In Nazi Germany, authorities burned books. In 21st century America, people are subjected to censorship, terrorism, arrest, and even execution like Hank Skinner faces, although he is likely innocent.

I have been censored, cyberstalked, and followed by up to four vehicles and a USDOT truck for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL, my mentally and physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested and murdered in Memphis/Shelby County Jail on August 3, 2003. Neither the jail nor the USDOj (small “j” on purpose) appreciate my family asking how and why Larry was murdered. Folks over the justice system consider it to be their prerogative to arrest and murder any one of us. Middle-class and indigent citizens are all in the "slave class" without regard to their race or ethnicity, including police officers, but most of them do not realize it. I am actually whitelisted (or blacklisted) because I tell people about the elite's attitude toward working class Americans, especially mentally challenged people like Larry was. When I called 911 to rescue my grandson and me from the Chevron station where I took cover around 10:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2008, police did not respond to the emergency call. What would have happened if my family had not come in two cars to save us? Duanna Johnson, who also planned to sue Shelby County Jail after police brutality, was murdered a few blocks from her Memphis home a just weeks after my narrow escape from the USDOT truck driver and others. That is why my 87-year-old mother and I mostly stay in the house now like runaway slaves. Asking the justice system for justice is apparently a dangerous undertaking. Human rights and civil rights are not honored for select citizens, and others will follow later. But that is supposed to be a secret. If Hank Skinner had known that standing up for people's human rights marked him as an enemy of the State, things might be different for him today. Then he might not be on death row to be KILLED ON WEDNESDAY, DENIED A DNA TEST TO PROVE HE DID NOT DO THE CRIME. SORRY, HANK. THE ELITE USE REGULAR EXECUTIONS TO JUSTIFY THE EXTRA $90,000 PER YEAR TAXPAYERS ARE CHARGED FOR EACH CONDEMNED MAN.

HANK, PLEASE SAY HELLO TO CAMERON TODD WILLINGHAM FOR US. Also, give a fond hello to Timothy Cole, another wrongly convicted Texan who was imprisoned for 13 years for a rape that a DNA test proved he never did. Gov. Perry issued a pardon to Cole on March 19, 2010. The only problem is that Cole he died in 1999 while imprisoned. Governor Rick Perry claimed to be proud to deliver the postpartum pardon to Cole's mother at the Omni Hotel in Ft. Worth. Having recently evidenced the fallibility of the justice system, the governor should be careful to guarantee Hank Skinner's guilt before execution. Instead, Governor Perry and various justices refuse to allow Skinner to have a DNA test. See information about Tim Cole in a Prison Weblog article at the link below, entitled: “Justice Comes Too Late for Timothy Cole.” http://prisonmovement.wordpress.com/2010/03/20/justice-comes-too-late-for-timothy-cole/

The article at the link above states, “To date, 40 Texas men have become members of a growing group known as “the exonerated,” former prisoners who, like Cole, were convicted of crimes they did not commit and later released from prison after DNA evidence proved their innocence.”

Hank, please consider using your last words to ask, “What happened to Larry Neal?” Obviously, "I am innocent; I didn't do it" are not working for you. They might tell you how they killed my brother, a harmless mental patient police were tired of singing loud outside, although USDOJ illegally refuses to give my family any records of Larry's arrest or investigate his murder. My elderly mother is plagued by nightmares of how Larry was killed while secretly incarcerated in a jail that was under DOJ supervision after years of prisoner abuse. The elite justice system does not have to answer for murder. But they may not mind telling you how Larry died, Hank, since you will not be around to blog about the cover-up that was facilitated by The Johnnie Cochran Firm and is censored by the media, which is the origin of ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL, an online advocacy organization that stands up for human and civil rights, especially those who are sick, naked, and imprisoned (Matthew 25:36). I had no notion before Larry's secret incarceration and murder that middle-class and indigent people were in a “slave class” in America and can be killed like Larry Neal, Cameron Willingham, and you, Hank Skinner. I am very grateful that mainstream news is reporting that TEXAS IS ABOUT TO DO IT AGAIN – KILL ANOTHER MAN WITHOUT HIS GUILT BEING PROVED.

OUR JUST AND LOVING GOD HAS PUT SOME DECENT PEOPLE IN HIGH POSITIONS IN TEXAS, SO ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST. He positioned judges like Judge Kevin Fine, who ruled the death penalty unconstitutional a few weeks ago. God also positioned another righteous Texas judge, Judge Orlando Luis Garcia, who gave Jeff Wood a stay of execution. Jeff was scheduled for execution although the State of Texas acknowledges that Jeff was not present when the murder happened. He was convicted under the law of parties in a trial that was delayed while Jeff spent weeks in a mental hospital getting “trial ready.” The mentally challenged young man was tricked into accompanying someone to a robbery/murder. Poor Jeff dutifully sat in a truck as he had been instructed, and had no knowledge that a murder was even happening. He forbade his lawyers from pleading his case at trial, thinking that the prosecutors were aliens. Texas still intends to kill Jeff although the actual murderer was already executed. Jeff makes two for one - a good score if execution is a sport. Texas also gave us Rep. Eddie Johnson, who introduced H.R.619 on January 22, 2009. The former psychiatric nurse's bill proposes resuming Medicaid funding for inpatient psychiatric treatment to provide an alternative to prisons for people with mental disorders during crises or for long-term care, if needed. That is a provision that should have been included in the thousand-page national health care bill somewhere, but it was not. Pray with me that God also puts on some official's heart to give Hank Skinner a 30-day stay of execution to test his DNA and ensure that a likely innocent man is not executed AGAIN. A lab has offered to perform the DNA test for free if Texas will only be fair. There are good people everywhere, and some merciful person in a position of public trust who cares about justice and righteousness may yet step into the arena before Wednesday and say, “In the name of Almighty God, PLEASE STOP Hank Skinner's execution for 30 days and let us make sure.”

Even people who do not believe in God the Father should recognize that karma is real.
You reap what you sew. Potentially innocent people should not be executed for unproved crimes. In fact, no one at all should be executed in America at least until the USDOJ and Shelby County Jail start obeying the Freedom of Information Act and tell Larry Neal's elderly mother and 130 close relatives how Larry came to be secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in the Memphis jail. Accountability in a democracy is supposed to be a goose and gander thing. No one should be above the law, especially when the law demands the lives of potentially innocent people like Hank Skinner, humanitarian, American citizen, and a human being who was made in the image of God.

Please voice your objections before it is too late. Do not be like World War II-era German citizens who remained silent while their neighbors were marched away to death camps. Taxpayers bought the lethal injection bed and the poison that is frequently injected into condemned men's throbbing veins. That makes it YOUR injustice if Hank is executed. Remember that while Hank and other death row inmates face execution in the absence of a DNA tests, their “inalienable right” to life is equal to your own. Consider how tenacious and alienable YOUR civil and human rights really are in the USA, slave class citizens, while you watch another working class man being led to the gallows by an elitist government that says, “Innocence doesn't matter.”

Thanks in advance, Governor Perry, President Obama, Texas judges, Supreme Court justices, or whomever God sends to stop this atrocity. Thanks, fellow Americans, who call and write emails to people over our “justice” system who should care enough to be fair to Hank Skinner and see that his constitutional right to life is not violated because judges say they are satisfied with "ample evidence of his guilt," when more absolute evidence is at hand. While our nation's leaders are meeting in Washington regarding a health care bill to protect Americans' health (except for millions of mentally ill people), they should be mindful that execution would be very unhealthy for Hank Skinner. Capital punishment without irrefutable evidence of guilt is unhealthy for democracy, I BELIEVE.

See an article published by LA Times regarding Hank Skinner's justice quest.

LA TIMES - Reporting from Washington – March 19, 2010
HANK SKINNER'S LAST WISH - A DNA TEST

Texas death row inmate Hank Skinner, convicted of murdering his girlfriend and her two sons 16 years ago, has only one request before he is executed next week. He says the state should be required to do DNA tests of evidence from the victim, such as semen and blood under her fingernails, that could prove, once and for all, who was the real killer .... no one should be put to death without testing crucial evidence that could show the wrong man was convicted.

Skinner has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block the execution, set for Wednesday, to permit time for the testing.

Skinner was an obvious suspect in the murder of Twila Busby on New Year's Eve 1993. He had been drunk and asleep on her couch shortly before she was strangled and clubbed to death in the same room. Her blood as well as that of one of her dead sons was found on his clothes. Skinner insists he awoke in a stupor to find his girlfriend murdered, and he maintains that her uncle was the killer.

"The state of Texas is trying to kill me for something I didn't do," Skinner said in a recent taped interview from prison. "We are asking to test all the evidence they identified as important."

In any investigation today, all of this evidence would have been tested for DNA," said Rob Owen, a University of Texas law professor who now represents Skinner. "But why not do the testing now?"

Prosecutors declined to comment. But they, and some of the judges who have ruled on his appeals, said that because Skinner's trial lawyer did not ask for the extra DNA testing, it was too late now [another example of procedure over justice]. Other judges said that because they saw "ample evidence" of his guilt, no further testing was required. In January, a magistrate rejected Skinner's final appeal.

Doubt arose about Skinner's guilt 10 years ago after an investigation by students from the Medill Innocence Project at Northwestern University. They found another ex-girlfriend who had seen Skinner shortly after the murders and said he was too drunk and disoriented to have killed three people, including one son who stood 6-feet-6 and weighed 225 pounds. She also said Skinner did not have cuts or scratch marks, as would have been expected after a struggle.

The students also found a neighbor of the uncle who said he had cleaned his van and removed the carpet a day after the killings. The uncle did not come under investigation, and later died in an auto accident.

Skinner's current lawyers have asked Gov. Rick Perry to postpone the execution for a month to allow for the testing. They also asked the high court for an emergency order to block the execution. Owen said that if blood or skin from the victim's fingernails has DNA matching Skinner's, it would confirm his guilt. If the test finds the DNA of another man, "I think that exonerates him," he said.

Skinner's appeals run squarely into a 5-4 ruling from the Supreme Court last year saying the Constitution does not give convicts the right to demand DNA testing of crime-scene evidence. But that case involved a paroled rapist in Alaska, not a prisoner facing execution with evidence still untested.

*****

Let us not repeat tragic mistakes from Texas' execution chambers or from 1940's Germany. "As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly." Proverbs 26:11

Please take a stand for righteousness. Everyone is someone in the Lord. No country should ever kill its citizens, especially without clear and present evidence of wrongdoing. A 30-day stay of execution is not too much to ask for the sake of justice. God, help.

When you write and call YOUR PUBLIC SERVANTS about Hank Skinner, please make mention of Andre Thomas, who is so mentally ill he is eating his own body parts on Texas' death row - both his eyes were eaten so far. A petition for mercy for Andre is at this link: http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/No-Executing-Mental-Patients . Also, please mention Jeff Wood. Texas admits Jeff never murdered anyone, yet he is on death row. Read and share more information about Jeff Wood and capital punishment at this link: SCHEDULED FOR TEXAS EXECUTION: JEFF WOOD, A MENTALLY CHALLENGED YOUNG MAN http://www.nowpublic.com/world/scheduled-texas-execution-jeff-wood-mentally-challenged-young-man - The "slave class" must stick together and help one another. Jamie Scott Dying in a Mississippi Prison - Inadequate Health Care for Kidney Failure

HELP is urgently needed for Jamie Scott, a Mississippi prison inmate who is dying from inadequate of health care. Her kidneys failed, and she needs to be moved to a hospital immediately. Jamie and Gladys Scott are two African American women who were condemned to life in prison over an $11 theft that they disclaim having done. The taxpayers in Mississippi are condemned right along with the Scott sisters, as they have the burden of paying for this EXCESSIVE SENTENCING that has already continued for 15 years. Please read the urgent cry for help below and give your assistance.
.
It is important and commendable to rush aid to Haiti where people are in serious peril and need immediate health care after the earthquake. It is wrong to do less for Jamie Scott, whose health care is the responsibility of the government that deprives her of the freedom to work and provide her own medical coverage because of wrongful and/or excessive prison sentencing.

***************

David Hope Rosser urges our support.
1/18/10 EMERGENCY ACTION ALERT!

Mrs. Rasco just received a phone call from Gladys Scott that both of Jamie Scott's kidneys have shut down and that she has been in the prison infirmary since last Saturday hooked up to IV fluids with a heavy build-up of toxins in her body. Jamie has yet to be sent to a hospital due to "paperwork." Jamie pleaded that Gladys not contact their mother because she didn't want to burden her with any more worry on top of caring for all of the children.

Gladys has offered to donate a kidney to Jamie and was told that she cannot because she is a state prisoner and was told that it would be too expensive. The greatest heartbreak of all is that Jamie has asked to be allowed to die because she wants to come home so badly and no longer believes that it will ever happen.

JAMIE SCOTT, #19197, MUST BE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY! Her physical and mental state require the highest levels of professional care.

(1) PLEASE SIGN A PETITION TO FREE THE SCOTT SISTERS AT http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/Free-Jamie-Gladys/index.html

1/19 EMERGENCY UPDATE

Thanks to everyone who is calling and e-mailing. We are in an emergency mode for Jamie. Mrs. Rasco has still not been able to get information on Jamie at this point and is understandably beyond upset. We are going to enlarge our efforts the following ways right now: We must include the media and politicians in our calls/letters.

PLEASE INCLUDE RADIO, NEWSPAPERS, ETC. AND SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH OTHERS WHO WILL HELP. THANK YOU SO MUCH, PLEASE CONTACT AS MANY AS YOU CAN SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

*******************
America's attention is on health care. However, inmates across the nation are suffering and there are many preventable deaths. It was reported that seven inmates died in California in 2008 from tooth decay when infection from their rotten teeth entered their bloodstreams.
.
In addition to inmates having inadequate medical care, psychiatric care is also inadequate. Jamie's sister, Gladys, reported that Jamie is losing her will to live due to depression following 15 years of incarceration for a crime the sisters deny doing. Suicide is high among inmates, particularly those who are tortured by solitary confinement. Sixty percent of inmates in solitary are mentally ill people who should be either hospitalized or released from prison to be treated under an outpatient commitment program in their communities, depending on their offenses and their ability to survive outside of a controlled environment. Unfortunately, some mentally ill Americans are imprisoned without being charged for any crime whatsoever. This started long BEFORE the Patriot Act: www.jstor.org/pss/795072
Please see the index on the left margin of http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/ for more articles having to do with human rights for prisoners and other issues with significant impact on life in America.
.
Excessive sentencing and wrongful convictions should not continue to claim lives of U.S. citizens. See more about the Jamie and Gladys Scott case at these sites:

Pictured is a naked, chained and shackled mentally ill prisoner,
a photograph from the album of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), a/k/a The Dorothea Dix Group.  AIMI uses 400 pictures in the album at the link below in advocacy against incarcerating the mentally ill, excessive sentencing, wrongful convictions, and the death penalty.  The man pictured above is chained to a prison wall, naked and neglected. His hair is matted and unkept, and his skin is diseased from lack of baths. Unfortunately, such cruel methods of dealing with psychiatric patients are still employed in 21st century America's prisons and jails.

Two recent abuse cases gained widespread attention.  Mr. Gay is currently suing his Illinois prison pyschiatrist for abuse he endured in 2004.  Gay alleges that the doctor had him repeatedly restrained naked on a cold metal bed frame for up to 32 hours in isolation while deprived of food. Frank Horton, a former inmate at Nashville's CCA correctional facility, was kept naked in dark solitary confinement for nine months, living in feces without baths, exercise, or doctor's visits.  A guard rescued Horton by blowing the whistle on his employer to save the inmate's life.  The mentally ill are often arrested for minor offenses like vagrancy and disturbing the peace.  Once imprisoned, they are frequently abused by other inmates and guards.  Some die like Sean LeVert, a famous singer who was secured in a dangerous restraint chair, and like my brother, Larry Neal.  His jail death is covered-up, and the exact circumstances of his demise were not revealed despite open disclosure laws. (Browse online for his name and story, or see other articles in this blog.)
.
Approximately half of the nation's 2.3 million inmates are mental patients, including 60% of those in solitary confinement.  Pictures in AIMI's album are used to say:
.
JAIL IS THE LAST THING THAT MENTAL PATIENTS NEED, AND TOO OFTEN, IT IS THE VERY LAST THING THEY EXPERIENCE. Please join our effort to decriminalize mental illness. No one deserves to be punished for having a disability. Repeal capital punishment; stop excessive sentencing and wrongful convictions. Respect human and civil rights. Equal justice!
.
When visitors open the album at Care2, they are give the option to view the 400 photos using a slideshow.  However, some of the pictures are censored and will not present on the slideshow.  The slideshow starts to race rather than present each photo on the five-second delay that is set, and certain pictures repeat rather than show the next photo due. Therefore, the pictures are best viewed six at a time by using the page view and the arrows at the bottom of each page to access the next six photos.  Enjoy, and please share the link. You can use the convenient ADD THIS button at the upper left-hand side of this page to send the album to friends, groups, Facebook, etc.  Return to this blog and give your opinion, if you wish, in the comments section.
.
Elected officials are urged to remember that whereas acute mental patients usually are not voters, their family members are.  Each of the 1.25 million mentally ill incarcerees in America probably has at least four people who care about them and recognize that their loved ones should not be punished for having a common, treatable health condition.  This also happens to veterans suffering PTSD.  With the lack of available treatment for mental illness in American communities, especially for the uninsured, it is common for the mentally ill to try to self-medicate with alcohol and street drugs, and that causes numerous arrests.  Support H.R. 619 for Medicaid insurance to again become available for inpatient psychiatric treatment.  It costs taxpayers significantly less to help provide treatment for their mentally ill neighbors than it does to imprison them.  In addition to being just and humane, treatment reduces crimes.
.
Once patients have been stabilized by inpatient care, they should only be released from hospitals (or prisons) under assisted outpatient treatment programs that combine mandatory treatment and subsistence assistance.  Kendra's Law program participants in New York experienced around 90% decrease in hospitalization, incarceration, and homelessness compared to their circumstances prior to program participation.

I Didn't Do It, Your Honor!

"BUT I'M INNOCENT, I TELL YOU! I DIDN'T DO IT!" How many movies have you seen with that line? Well, it does happen. The main causes for wrongful convictions were identified in a Buffalo News article* with the percentage of wrongful convictions that each cause effected:

(a) misidentification by eyewitnesses (75%),

(b) unvalidated forensic evidence (50%),

(c) lying government snitches (16%), and

(d) false confessions by juveniles and mentally challenged suspects (25%)

If a jury cannot trust witness testimony, lab tests, or confessions by the accused, what are jurors to believe? Hundreds of wrongful convictions have been overturned by DNA evidence or new trials for convicted persons with substantial new evidence. With all that can go wrong in a case, innocent people will undoubtedly continue to be sentenced to prison. One way to reduce those occurrences would be to allocate more money and attorneys for indigent defense. Troy Davis' appeals attorney reportedly had 70 other active cases while she was defending him on a capital murder charge. One might argue whether such a circumstance as that equals "due process of law."

Although it would cost more to improve indigent defense, states should consider how expensive it is to imprison innocent people. Each inmate costs taxpayers up to $50,000 per year, and significantly more if the inmate has a chronic illness or becomes ill in while incarcerated. Therefore, a 30-year-old wrongly convicted man serving a life sentence costs the state $2 million or more if he lives his normal life expectancy. It seems financially prudent, therefore, to give accused persons every opportunity to prove their innocence and possibly save the state the expense of punishing and rehabilitating people who need neither. The same applies to inmates who petition the court for DNA tests or new trials with substantial new evidence. Every inmate who proves his innocence and is exonerated spares the state the unnecessary financial burden of his continued internment.

Another way the innocent are indicted is through plea bargains. Some people believe that plea bargaining should be used more sparingly or eliminated altogether. Many accused persons are encouraged to give up their constitutional right to a trial by a jury of their peers and cop a plea to avoid the possibility of long prison sentences or execution. Oftentimes, this is a good deal for guilty persons. But innocent people who lack the money for attorneys' fees also accept these arrangements when presented, although a jury might have ruled in their favor upon hearing the evidence.

Since eyewitness testimony, lab tests, and even confessions cannot always be trusted, innocent people will continue to fall through the cracks occasionally and be imprisoned for crimes while the guilty go free. No measures will prevent every single wrongful conviction. But we can stop all wrongful executions very easily. Instead of costing money to do this, it would save around $90,000 per condemned inmate per year: Just end capital punishment, and no one will be wrongly executed. That is the only sure way. Say DEATH TO THE DEATH PENALTY!

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP

1) Become an advocate! It is as simple as sending one email to your representatives requesting that more funds be allocated for indigent defense.

eMail your congresspersons at this link: www.house.gov/writerep/

If you live in a state that still practices capital punishment, tell your state legislature and governor to repeal the death penalty and use the millions of dollars each year that ending capital punishment would save to better fund public defenders offices, improve inmate rehabilitation, and invest in youth jobs and recreational programs that help deter crime.

eMail your local elected officials at this link: www.emailyourgovernor.com/

2) Become a sponsor! Help support organizations that work to improve justice, like the Innocence Project, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Amnesty International, ACLU, Treatment Advocacy Center, and local organizations in your state. At the end of this blog, we present some links from The Death Penalty Information Center. DPIC is a non-profit organization serving the media and the public with analysis and information on issues concerning capital punishment. The Center, which is widely quoted and consulted by all those concerned with the death penalty, depends on contributions and grants for its funding. Make your tax deductible donations at this link: http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/donate-dpic

4) Sign a petition and pass it on!

Justice for Jeremy and Other Mentally Ill Prisoners
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/JusticeForJeremy

5) Get involved! Become a member of national and local organizations that promote justice, support prisoners, and/or advocate to end the death penalty. You can find local groups by browsing for "prison advocacy" with your city's or state's name.

There are also numerous online advocacy groups where members advocate for change, share valuable information and personal accounts, and there are no meetings to attend. Try mine:

ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL (AIMI) a/k/a The Dorothea Dix Group, at http://www.Care2.com/c2c/group/AIMI

4) Stay informed about justice issues. Please make checking this blog a part of your daily routine. I was drafted to turn America's mind toward justice by the secret arrest and wrongful death of my handicapped brother, Larry Neal, in 2003. I did not realize before then that our justice system is one in which innocent people are incarcerated and some suffer abuse and death. Believing in Lady Justice, I tried taking Larry's wrongful death to court, but was defrauded by our own attorneys. Still believing in the blindfolded lady, we took our fraudulent attorneys to court and discovered Lady Justice had a cornea transplant and could see just fine! She could see that we were black and not wealthy, and she was therefore very unfair. Since then, I've written over 600 articles and blogs regarding justice issues and sent a thousand emails to individuals and groups of thousands. I like to believe that they have helped to inspire some of the improvements that are being made.

Uncovering secrets, writing boldly about faults in the justice system, and exposing wrongs by privileged persons can be perilous. I have been censored and stalked online and in person while denied normal protection under the law to the point that I now live like Ann Frank, but in God I trust. I simply point out what God's will is regarding fairness and compassion - in other words, human rights. You may have read some of my work:

Improvements in our justice system are happening, but bad news gets more press. I always enjoyed returning to my articles at NowPublic.com and reporting when someone I helped advocate for got a stay of execution like Jeff Wood and Thomas Arthur did. I liked being able to report that Oregon built a new mental hospital after Theresa's schizophrenic brother killed her due to untreated mental illness. But I cannot update my NowPublic articles any longer. My membership was suspended after I wrote a series of articles against enforced H1N1 flu vaccines and the concept of militarized health care, despite the series' popularity.

To keep you updated regarding advancements in the justice system as I learn about them, I started a weekend blog at HubPages just to publish improvements and commend the individuals, organizations, and agencies responsible. Visit me on HubPages at the link below, and please send me any good news you come across: http://hubpages.com/profile/Mary+Neal

Your feedback is invited on this blog and any of my articles. You can also contact me directly at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com or by writing P.O. Box 7222, Atlanta, GA 30357

Thanks for stopping by this blog, and I hope you return tomorrow. Please share the link with your friends and groups. Help to highlight matters that should concern all of us. That is important because elected officials care about what voters care about, and voters cannot care about conditions they don't know about. Send my link and help someone else to know. And do you know what?

God will bless you for your assistance to the least of these, His brethren. (Matt. 25:40)
